Great service, very kind and helpful sales people and there was no pressure to buy. Also, there was such a variety of beautiful dresses that we didn’t see in other stores!! Both of my daughters bought their grad dresses here and loved them!! (Photos taken by @viva.lux)

I took my daughter grad dress shopping here, we went to a couple other stores prior. Lily by Lyla had a great selection and even better staff. Matalyn helped us out during our first visit, not only was she knowledgeable she went way and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and picked dresses that suited her style. That day we didn't pick the dress so we came back for round two. Maroslava helped us and she was also fantastic and just as helpful. They both went beyond our exceptions and had amazing suggestions which made the shopping experience feel at ease. Lily and Lyla has amazing selection, and staff which contrasted other stores we looked at before. The store it self was well organized, very clean and well decorated. It didn't feel cluttered like some other places we went dress shopping. We had a great time shopping here, I will recommend it to everyone I know who is looking to pick out a grad dress.

Jamaica our stylist made the morning magical. My sister came from Toronto to grad dress shop with my daughter. So much laughter and joy. Best time ever.

The perfect store to find your perfect look, no matter how unique or difficult to find it may be.

Lily by Lyla was by far the best store I went to for my grad outfit. The organization of the store was perfect, and I knew where to find exactly what I was looking for (and I got to try on bunches of dresses for fun). They had such a wide selection, and a perfect system for how to go through it to find the perfect outfit.

Yaro was consistently helpful when I was trying to look through, telling me if she saw anything I might like, and the first thing she showed me was exactly what I was looking for. She told me which outfits and brands would be most likely to have my size, helping me deduce what the best option would be for me.

As a smaller person, it’s been pretty difficult finding the perfect thing while also making sure it would fit me (and be practical for my budget), but Yaro and Lyla both helped me so much when I was having those difficulties. I got brand and tailor recommendations, and they’ve offered to look into finding and ordering in some options similar to what I wanted and closer to my size (as to minimize the cost of alterations).

I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to go here. I’ve been given such great advice by the workers at the store, and finding the unique outfit I want feels so much less daunting thanks to the lovely people here. If you ever want something different and hard to find, go here. Even if they don’t have it, Lily by Lyla is the perfect first step to figuring out where it can be found.

I wanted to buy local and have now purchased 2 gowns at Lily by Lila’s. However, our experience was marred by very poor organization/communication hiccups at every turn. Firstly, when the dress order arrived, the store apparently sent us a text to our landline to notify us. Though there was no record of their call on my landline or cell phone. 4 weeks later and no further attempts made, I called in to the store and was told the dress had been sitting there for a month.
When my daughter tried her dress on at pickup, it had clearly not been looked at when it arrived, there was an obvious defect/repair required with the back of the dress, which the store offered to repair free of charge. They provided a business card of a seamstress they said would fix the issue and assured us that they would drop the dress off either that night or the next day.

I made an appt with said seamstress for the following Thursday and came from Okotoks with my daughter to marda loop after school for the appt. I had made 2attempts each to confirm with both the seamstress and lily’s to confirm the dress was delivered. 2 hrs before the appt an employee at Lily by Lila’s confirmed with me the dress had gone out and would be there. It was not.

After many phone calls I was given the explanation that Lila took it to a different seamstress and the employee gave an apology over the phone while confirming it was nothing to do with her and offering nothing to make up for the error. I asked multiple times for the owner to call me. She has not. I was texted afterwards saying:

“ Our boss isn’t available to call right now. And I thought that was where the dress was going to go get fixed so I do apologize on my part but I did also mention that I would message you when the dress was fixed and ready for pickup back in our store.”

Please don’t buy your dress at Lily by Lila. It has been a source of embarrassment and regret for me and I suspect you will be much happier elsewhere. The owner still hasn’t dignified my multiple attempts to contact her with a response.

Lily Fashion did an absolutely amazing job on my wife’s wedding dress. From the very first appointment, they were professional, kind, and paid attention to every little detail. The craftsmanship was outstanding — the dress looked stunning and fit her perfectly. On our wedding day, she looked absolutely beautiful, and it was all thanks to the talent and dedication of the team at Lily Fashion.

They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for elegance, quality, and exceptional service!

Leila was amazing. She had my mom's wedding dress for over 6 months, a dozen meetings, and I had no idea exactly what I wanted but she helped me design the perfect, colorful, unconventional alteration for my wedding. It was beautiful and just so perfectly suited to ME. Everyone at my wedding was speechless at what we created together.

She's not super great with schedules and meetings, though, so make sure you call her the day before to remind her you're coming. She's very busy!

They did an amazing job on my wedding dress and veil. Their prices were very affordable and they they were amazing to work with! My mom, husband, and bridesmaid also went to her as well and they had great experiences too. Will definitely come back!

FANTASTIC!! Leyla saved me from an emergency situation and she did so flawlessly and in a super human timeframe. I'm so thankful to have come across her and her team. They were so kind and understanding, willing to undertake the almost impossible. In the end they created a beautiful wedding dress worthy of a runway. Leyla was amazing! My wedding dress was originally strapless (in the before photo they are pinned on) and I wanted to add straps, and get it hemmed. She helped me execute my vision perfectly. At my first fitting I wanted some changes and she listened and did exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Paula is an incredible photographer! We hired her for our wedding photography and we are so glad we did. She was able to produce and capture all of our greatest moments and gave us SO many photo gallery options to save and print. She is quick to respond, collaborative, organized and has a great personality. I was impressed with how she hurded all the important people for our portraits and how she dealt with all the weather changes during our photoshoot (we almost had all four seasons)! 10/10. Highly recommend. Thank you, Paula, we adore you.

Paula was fantastic to deal with from booking to receiving our photos. I’ve used plenty of other family photographers and Paula is the best of the lot.

She sent pictures of different locations we could use. Once we arrived at Carburn Park for our pictures, we found that she had put together a list of groupings and photo locations in the park. She styled our photos rather than have us figure out where to stand, what to do with our hands etc. She spent time finding the perfect shot and made our kids feel welcome. Our time with Paula flew by and she made it effortless on our part. We showed up and smiled and she did the rest.

Investing in photos with Paula will be something you’ll never regret!

Paula was an absolute delight to have at our corporate open house and tradeshow. She took excellent pictures and captured key moments of the event. She has the personality and professionalism to work in a crowd and get dynamic shots that are excellent for marketing. Would highly recommend.

2nd review.

So our actual wedding photos didn’t turn out (different photographer) so we asked Paula to redo them for us close to our first anniversary. WOW! Paula captured EXACTLY what we wanted and didn’t get the first time around. The day was beautiful, the location let us come back and shoot, and the dress still fit! Paula utilized the entire space and the results are amazing! We’re so thrilled with the results and now we have “wall worthy” photos of our day.
We honestly cannot thank her enough for capturing these shots!

We’ve been engaged for 4 1/2 years and thought it was probably time to get engagement photos done! We wanted something different, and Paula came through with flying colors! Her suggestions were great, and really catered to what we were looking for. We hit the Graffiti Container Park in Sunnyside and then headed over to the East Village. It was a perfect day for pictures, and we had an absolute blast! Paula was so fun to work with, and we have pictures that I don't think anyone else would have been able to capture. Now comes the hard part of picking just a few to have enlarged.

We cannot say enough good things about our entire experience with Paula and Limelight Photography. Book her, you won't be disappointed!

Great store with an amazing selection of different and unique furniture which is what I wanted for my place. Honestly, I don't want furniture that you see in every department store.

I ended up buying the Selma couch as shown in the picture which is unique, very comfortable plus stain resistant and easy to clean.

Bruce the owner is a great and knowledgeable guy that will answer all your questions, the best part no high pressure sales.

Delivery was included and those delivery guys provided top notch service even phoning asking if they could come early. I believe they were thankful it fit in the elevator since it was going up 32 floors LOL.

All around 5 star experience from initial contact to delivery. I am very thankful we have this local shop in Calgary. Support local and check out this shop, you will be happy you did especially if you want some statement pieces for your home.

Still looks brand new! We purchased LR and DR furniture, bar stools, coat rack, area carpet and accent table for our Calgary condo five years ago. Bruce was so accommodating and gave excellent service. Having moved to the coast we miss dropping by the store to check out what’s new and just say “Hi”, however, we continue to get great compliments on our beautifully made furniture. Just puts a smile on our faces!

I agree that Bruce is incredibly nice and he loves what he is doing. We are new lucky owners of beautiful Selma sofa and armchair. They are very comfortable, beautifully designed and perfect for our European-style apartment. I am sure we will be back. Thank you Bruce!

My husband and I visited Limitless twice and were absolutely impressed by the collection. Bruce is wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. We did not find a piece that suits our place, but Bruce took the time and educate us on what we should consider when it comes to find pieces we need. Thank you so much! The world needs more people like you. We will visit again!

Friendly owner and gorgoeous furniture (in terms of design, function, materials, and craftmanship). No pressure to buy from the owner and it was nice to just chat and enjoy the showroom furniture. The furniture is really expensive, but that fact is not hidden nor does the owner discourage you from looking. Will just have to save a bit and come back.

We booked a limo for our anniversary in October 2024 and everything about the booking was smooth from start to finish. This is a great company to work with - everyone was lovely to deal with. We would definitely use this company again. The car was spotless and on time and our driver's attention to detail and personality were spot on.

My Response to Limo To Go’s Misleading Reply

After my wedding, I posted a review explaining what happened. I later noticed it had disappeared, so I posted it again. It was removed a second time, and I found out the company had reported it as fake. I then sent Google proof, including my itinerary and confirmation email, showing my review was legitimate. Once verified, Google restored it.

The Address Was Correct
The confirmation email clearly listed the correct address, which shows up on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even a quick search. I even called the day before my wedding to confirm everything, including the address, and Naser assured me that they knew the location. On the day of the wedding, when the limo didn’t arrive, I called and was told the driver couldn’t find the address. When I reminded them the itinerary showed the correct location on Google Maps, the excuse then changed to “We tried calling you all morning.” In reality, there was only one missed call during my ceremony. Later, when I asked why I had been told they knew the address beforehand, Carol claimed Naser was the one who knew it but that he happened to be away in the mountains at the time. None of this adds up, since the correct address was always on the paperwork.

Backup Vehicle Only Provided After Pressure
Only after my friend, a lawyer, intervened and referenced contract law did the company suddenly find a vehicle. The driver, Abdulla Khan, even mentioned he had to skip another event to cover for us. Later, Naser admitted I should be “grateful” because they had to reassign a vehicle from another booking and downgrade that group, offering them a discount. That makes it clear there was no backup plan in place.

Late and Rushed Service
The replacement vehicle arrived two hours late. Despite the delay, we were rushed through our time because the driver had another scheduled event. It made no sense that we were hurried when the company was the one at fault for being late.

Charged Full Price for a Downgrade
The limo provided was smaller and in worse condition than what we had booked. Guests were overcrowded, some sitting on laps, and the steps were broken, forcing people to jump down instead of stepping out properly. Despite this downgrade, we were still charged the full agreed price.

Inappropriate Remarks
When I raised these issues afterward, Naser made offensive remarks about East Indians. When I challenged him, he tried to justify it by pointing to a negative experience with a former MP. This kind of comment had nothing to do with my situation and was completely unprofessional.

Overall
When things run smoothly, this company might perform as expected. However, when something goes wrong, instead of taking responsibility, they provide inconsistent excuses, delay solutions, and shift the blame onto the customer. My experience showed poor planning, lack of accountability, and inappropriate behavior.

My wife and I used Limo To Go for airport to lodge transportation and for a day trip to tour Banff and Lake Louise. Carol was great to deal with for setting things up and I would highly recommend Donnie for your driver. He knows the area, the people, the places to eat and is just a good guy. All of their vehicles were clean and in excellent condition and Donnie was a safe and friendly driver. We used their services for our airport travel from Calgary, around Kananaskis, Banff and Lake Louise.

We used Limo to Go for our wedding in September 2023. They were an absolute dream to work with, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for limo/luxury car services. Their office team was responsive to my many calls and questions, and was always organized and on top of any changes to the trips I needed to make. And their drivers were great! Showed up for all our trips on-time, very professional, helping with bags and showing us how to use the in-car Bluetooth system. Will definitely be using them as our go-to limo and car service company moving forward!

We used Limo to Go to transport our wedding party for pictures and we had a great experience! Our limo rental was upgraded to a party bus, which was nice and clean, our driver, Donnie, was super friendly and outgoing, and the Bluetooth connection in the back allowed us to pair our own devices. Overall, we had a great experience!

Indu has driven me to and from the airport several times over the past few years. She is reliable and always shows up early. The vehicles have always been immaculate. Indu is a special lady who is extremely kind and friendly. It has always been a great experience and I highly recommend her service. 10/10!

Indu is amazing! She always arrives ahead of time for pickups, gets us to our destination safely, and is extremely professional and personable. I would highly recommend Indu for limo/driver service.

These guys are great. I’ve been using them for years. It’s nice when you have to travel not to have any worries about getting started or ending.

Always on time, safe, reliable and friendly. Meet you at the exit of your gates and often carry your bags! All around ten stars.

Incredible is an understatement. Such an amazing place for wonderful Italian food. Top notch pastas, pizza, salads, sandwiches. Excellent coffee & pastries. Absolutely loved this place. It was my go to for brunch & dinner for 4 days straight. Exceptional customer service - wonderful team members everywhere, it was phenomenal. Chef is such a kind & cordial person. A perfect place for wonderful Italian cuisine & delicacies. A must visit spot in Calgary. Loved every bit of it. Hands down one of the best Italian place in Canada.

Just went in to check out this store, and wow, what a treat! The staff are very friendly and even had time to play with my toddler, plus showed me exactly what I was looking for. So-much-options!!! If you love Italian food/products, this place is a must!

This place has been going downhill for the last 6-9 months. Quality no longer matches the price. Sad, sad since we have been supporting this place for a decade +. Today confirmed that we will not come back.

My favourite places for comfort Italian food. Incredible sorbet, delicious pizza, great diversity of cheeses, cured meats, etc name it and you will find it at Lina!

Brittania - Lina Cucina has the best pasta Chef in Calgary. The other dishes created by the Chef are equally creative and delicious.

Sapore and Centre street: A wide diversity of dishes to take out (for lunch / dinner) or to eat on the spot. Both locations have a great but different vibe.

At Lina's Italian Market, I was thrilled to find a great selection of Halal lamb, including shanks, legs, and shoulders. They also carry the delicious Pistachio spread and an incredible variety of Italian sweets and biscuits. The quality and authenticity of their products are outstanding, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's truly a gem for finding unique Italian and specialty items. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, where to BEGIN. My husband and I have been coming out to Little Daisy for U-Picks, and when the time came to get married, we just KNEW we could trust them for the most gorgeous blooms.

From the very beginning, Staci was an absolute gem to work with. After a few emails and the most FUN Zoom call, she crafted a proposal that fit our vision PERFECTLY. Staci was so responsive leading up to the wedding, and I felt so at ease knowing she had us covered. I'm seriously impressed with Little Rock Printing. I haven't been in a rush for my prints and I've set the timeline for 6 days, but still they're usually done in a day or less. The quality is fantastic. It looks just like on my monitor. They're a local business and the people I've met there have been really great. I'd like to tour their place, just because I'm interested in their operation.

They were recommended to be by someone at Staples, who could not help print some stickers and I’ve never used anyone since for printing. From getting all the printing for my daughter’s birthday party to prints that I’ve framed, they do a great job! When I’m not exactly sure, the customer service is super helpful! A bonus, prices are really reasonable.

We use Little Rock Printing for as much of our printing as possible. Their options in turnaround times / costs are helpful when we need rushed projects and when we have the time for a bit longer delivery, with the bonus of lower prices. Their team's customer service has been consistent, quick and helpful. We had one issue with a print project 2 years ago that they fixed quickly and other than that, we have enjoyed 5 years of fantastic service!

If you're looking for a printing company that excels in quality, turn around times, customer service and best prices in town... look no further than Little Rock Printing! I've worked in and with many different large format printing companies around Calgary and Little Rock beats them all by a mile. I would highly recommend reaching out them for your next printing job, small or big, they have you covered.

We were very lucky to have found Kyely at Little Something Beautiful to play music at our wedding.
From the very beginning he was an absolute joy to work with, so friendly and approachable and genuinely interested in making sure the music reflected us as a couple. He took the time to find out what we wanted and delivered it flawlessly.
The music he played on our wedding day was perfect and it created the perfect atmosphere for both our ceremony and our reception. He also interacted very well with our guests, keeping the dance floor full all night.

We cannot speak highly enough about Kyley’s DJ services. From the outset, he was the gold standard against anyone else was compared. His knowledge of music planning, alternative choices to normal wedding songs, and flexible attitude to everything we did was beyond appreciated. When the music was going, he wasn’t afraid to jump in on line dancing to keep the dance floor going!

The only slight would be he pulled a prank on me with my wife, but I also appreciate their ability to keep it so well hidden the entire way!

Kyley was absolutely awesome, and kept the dance floor full the whole night. Super accommodating to show up early and give us his services for our ceremony too. He jumped in and helped our MC when needed and was super friendly to all our guests. Value compared to other companies we looked at is off the charts. We booked the Photo Booth and would absolutely recommend, we ended up with 320 hilarious photos throughout the night we would have never had, definitely worth it. 5 stars.

I hired this company for my daughters homeschool group to give them a school dance as well as my daughters birthday. He matched our excitement and definitely delivered. This company start to finish was pain free to work with and he took care of everything to entertain the kids and parents. He even went out on the dance floor teaching everyone to line dance and interacting with the audience. The kids got to pick all of their favorite songs and it all made them feel very special. Very affordable and I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you again Little Something Beautiful!

Great DJ experience. Did our ceremony music as well as the reception. Since it was an out of town wedding, they came the day before and set up so it wasn’t stressful day of. The music was great and they picked the perfect songs based on the few we provided giving it the exact vibe we wanted. Thank you so much for making our day great.

Liz Florist did an absolutely stunning job with my wedding bouquet! It was everything I dreamed of fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The colors and flowers matched my vision perfectly, and you could see the love and attention to detail in every petal.

Liz was so easy to work with, accommodating my requests and making sure the bouquet was ready right on time. I received so many compliments on it during the day, and it truly completed my bridal look.

I was so amazed by the floral arrangements I received here, they were beautiful and smelled soo good. Not only was is fairly priced, the bouquet turned out even better than I imagined. The flowers stayed in great condition while I travelled from Calgary to Nordegg over 3 days. Also the service was amazing, Liz was super friendly and accommodating. I recommend 10/10.

I was looking for something last minute for my mom and didn’t find anything in purple which is my mom’s favourite color. Liz made a bouquet with a purple theme within my budget and it came out STUNNING! They were all super sweet too - will definitely be back!

WOWOWOW! Can't even begin my review.. Liz and her husband are amazing. They were very generous in the amount of flowers they gave us for our wedding. It was such a good price and the quality was great. BEST VALUE! I sent her my Pinterest board and she understood my vision and brought it to life on our special day. They are so sweet, so friendly and one of the nicest couples we have ever met. They were our favourite vendor hands down. This is such an amazing local business! On Christmas day 2023, I was invited to a last minute dinner party and so I reached out to see if I could get anything (very late notice, but google said they were open!). I got a super quick response and within two hours, I had a custom made gift basket ready to go. Fast forward to this Christmas, I did the exact same thing.. (except I reached out a couple days before Christmas this time). Judy put together an amazing gift basket for me right away and I am so grateful! I would highly recommend ordering your gift baskets through her :) This is also such a lovely way to support a bunch of local business!

I have always enjoyed all the Chinese pastries that Logo’s carries. The BBQ pork buns are the best in the city.

We visit Calgary from California, craving for Hong Kong style bakery. Found Logos Bakery, the varieties of pineapple buns are impressive - original, with a slice of butter, red bean, custard, lava custard & coconut etc. it’s the first time I saw so many kinds in a shop! The crispy top was so good, bun size was big, super delicious, even better than in Hong Kong’s!! I really recommend the pineapple buns here

I absolutely adore the bread, sesame egg ball, mochi, and egg tarts from this bakery. The sweetness level is perfect - not too overwhelming, just the way I like it. The bread, particularly the pineapple variety, is simply delicious. While the other items are decent, I must admit I'm not usually a fan of donuts. However, their donuts are so scrumptious that I find myself wanting more. The prices are incredibly fair for the generous portions of bread you receive. I highly recommend paying a visit to this bakery!

We used to love coming here! But the most recent bbq pork buns we got were really lacking on filling. The bun to filling ratio was really off.

We were looking for a bakery after our usual spot closed down. I chose Logos based on their Google reviews and wasn't disappointed! We bought pork and Teriyaki beef buns, so good! Friendly staff too. We'll be back!

This past weekend me and my fiancé drove in from Winnipeg to visit banff. We’re getting married next month and i needed to buy my groomsman some cigars.

I was recommended to see JJ at his shop by a friend. Our first impressions of the shop was very clean and organized. Theres a nice little section where you can smoke your vape and just chill with some nice artwork around the space.

Although i dont know much about cigars, JJ was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the right cigars for the occasion. Theres a wide variety of cigars ranging from the cheaper cigars to premium cigars depending on your budget so theres something for everyone. There is also a wider selection of vapes and the other 2 workers there were also very polite and friendly.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and i cant wait to try these cigars out with my guys. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone for their vape and cigar needs!

I don’t know much about cigars, but I needed some for a friend’s bachelor party and this place really came through. From the moment I walked in, the space impressed me with its upscale, cozy atmosphere. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design, which made the whole experience feel elevated.

We liked this place, especially interiors, which is so beautiful with antique furniture telling the stories of how people were living back then there is also a history of the Logheed family. I was really inspired by her wife personality. Great venue for small event or date night.

I love this museum. I really have a good time knowing about the history of Alberta. I went there during Christmas, however the staff said depending of the season they change the decoration. The museum has a small vintage shop where you can get some sourvenirs

I purchased my dress here last year and initially had what I thought was a good experience. However, I had significant issues with one of the alterations places (Anna's) that was specifically recommended by Lovenote. After my first fitting we had a family emergency that resulted in us needing to postpone our wedding. I recognize this is no one's fault, but I called Anna's as soon as they opened the very next day to explain the situation and they assured me it hadn't been touched, they wouldn't touch it, but that they'd shipped it off site so it wasn't in their possession for me to come pick up. When I was finally able to pick it up, not only had they altered it, but they'd only done part of the alterations discussed, hemmed it arbitrarily to a length that didn't work with my shoes and required me to purchase new ones, and did a generally poor job full of short cuts. Their customer service was also horrendous dealing with them afterwards. Now that my wedding has been rescheduled I'm working with another seamstress recommended by Lovenote, Ingenuity, who has been absolutely excellent. However, independent of the issues I experienced with Anna's, this seamstress has explained that the alterations required to make my dress fit my frame properly aren't actually possible given the structure of the dress. When I was selecting my wedding dress I had actually been concerned about whether it would be possible to alter it to fit properly because the bust area was so much larger than what I needed, but the salesperson at Lovenote insisted that this was standard and could be altered. I'm not expecting that these girls have the same level of knowledge as a seamstress would, but when you're selling dresses for thousands of dollars you should at least have a basic knowledge of what is and isn't feasible. I should have trusted my gut, but this whole situation is especially frustrating because I had been concerned about alterations and was convinced that it was doable by the staff at Lovenote. Working with the new seamstress I'm confident that I'll be able to get it to a state where I can wear it for the ceremony, but it's incredibly uncomfortable and completely impractical to wear a dress where the bust is 2-3 cup sizes bigger than what you need for an entire day. Since this is obviously outside of the realm of being fixed by padding, I had to go purchase a second dress a month before my wedding, and obviously wasn't able to get any actual wedding dresses on such short notice. This whole situation has been a complete nightmare and has ruined my wedding dress experience. This dress was expensive, and if I had more time to find an alternative I wouldn't be wearing it. It's unfortunate that Lovenote wasn't more informed or more honest because I'd have preferred to have chosen another dress versus be in the situation that I am now with a dress that can't be altered to the shape and size of my body. It's okay if a dress doesn't fit, but they shouldn't be pushing people just to make a sale. I did reach out to Lovenote directly to inform them of this situation, but the response doesn't do anything to help resolve the situation. They essentially just noted that they were sorry, would try and avoid in the future, and hope this negativity won't be a reflection of my wedding day. I would avoid going here because the staff are either unknowledgeable or happy to give you incorrect information to try and influence you to purchase. I also feel as though they don't have any accountability for the fact that they are recommending an incompetent alterations business with horrible customer service. My wedding dress experience has been completely ruined, and something that should be positive has been turned into a stressful and very negative situation that's required additional expenses and unexpected purchases to rectify. Adding to my review after reading the business' response - an offer to reach out directly after I did that prior reviewing and there was no attempt to rectify or resolve the situation in any meaningful way is not helpful.

I found my dress at Lovenote last year and had the BEST experience. The dresses and boutique are absolutely beautiful and Natalie was so patient, helpful, and sweet (get yourself a bridal stylist who looks at you the way Natalie does! 🥹) I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all while trying on dresses here. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had such an amazing experience at Lovenote Bride a few weeks ago. It was my first time trying dresses, and the bar was set very high (both in experience and dress quality). Annie was simply lovely! I felt very comfortable with her, and she ended up pulling THE dress for me. I really appreciated the natural light in the space, it helped the dresses come across so well in photos.

I bought a Tissot from the Calgary store and could not be happier with the whole experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable on everything they carry. There are no high pressure sales people, just staff who are all invested in providing excellent service from start to finish. You can always be guaranteed a warm welcome from Jonathan, Tro and Jamie as their focus is very much on their customers. For a high end jewelry store they not only focus on quality but also providing excellent value for money. The after sales service is also outstanding. I had to go back for a quick adjustment and it was done very quickly while I waited.
Since my first purchase, my wife has bought a watch, bracelet and necklace and my son two watches. For us this has become our one stop shop for that something a little bit special.

Idk how I got into watches around Covid but I did. Wasn’t shopping for a watch but wanted to have a look at some high end-ish watches at Birk’s in Chinook. Asked about Tissot and they directed me to Lugaro across the way. Never noticed it despite always being in Chinook. Much to my surprise they had a huge Tissot section and Troy let me play around. I ended up walking out with a PRX. Ironically, I had just returned a PRX from Amazon because it was 35mm which was my mistake. Thanks for being so inviting and helpful Troy. Just what the doctor ordered. I’ll be back.

The experience was quite good. I loved the vibes and the food was phenomenal. It was my first time there and they took care of a lot of stuff. The servers were very patient and kind. They also catered for our dog, which was really nice. Overall it was an excellent experience were definitely recommended and I will definitely return back for sure.

Lulu Bar is easily one of my favorite spots in Calgary. I've been here multiple times, and every visit has been a hit. The menu is full of flavorful, creative dishes, and I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered.

Two standout dishes I always recommend are the beef tongue skewers and the fried coconut squid — both are packed with flavor and come in generous portions.

Beyond the food, the service has consistently been excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and help make every dining experience feel special.

Visited from UK and staying nearby. This experience was so good we went back twice! All staff were friendly and very attentive. We haven't enjoyed such tasty food in a long time, especially the coconut fried squid, bao bun and chicken wings. The half price cocktails were a real hit on our second visit. Everyone is quick to criticise bad service, but good service and food needs complimenting. Thanks particularly to Courtenay (thanks for the early birthday dessert) and Devon.

This place is incredible. I've been here two times since I discovered it. I'm in love with the steamed lobster dumplings they taste so fresh and the oil that accompanies is incredible. I've also had and I am a big fan of their Kale Salad and Fried Coconut Squid. I don't think you can go wrong with everything on their food or drink menu!

It was a very good experience. We tried 8 different dishes and they each had a unique taste. The Wok Fried Thai Noodles was our favourite as it was packed with punch of flavours and fresh herbs. The Chicken Satay had a rich cream texture and blended well with the meat. While the Hot Dog Bao and the Burger each had their own appearances, they felt quite typical and definitely pricey. Overall, we do recommend this restaurant and the service was top-notch as the server kept checking on us frequently.
