The Celebration Basket I purchased was a delight and a very reasonable price - the champagne was shockingly good as the stock option without upgrading it. I expected it to be the cheapest possible filler but it was a limited product that I would buy for myself again.

The presentation and cellophane wrapping were very well done and made for a good presentation but didn't fall apart.

Customer service was very helpful - I forgot to put an add-on to the package I wanted delivered and it was quickly and easily resolved with a call and no further issue on my end.

Next day shipping for only $15 was very reasonable and a lifesaver for me (it was the cheapest that I found when comparing among multiple stores).

All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and intend to use BB Baskets again!

Bumble Bee Baskets is the place to call for any occasion. Every time they deliver the best baskets, filled with amazing assorted quality products. The last basket I ordered was for a friend who only eats Gluten Free food and she told me it was an fabulous selection. From corporate baskets filled with quality wines, cheese and all sort of treats to a variety of presents for all occasions. I highly recommend this business to highlight any celebration, you won’t be disappointed and the customer service is great!!!

The owner was extremely helpful and even divided my beads into little bags for it to be easier for me to make later. She even went back home to get the charms there that I was looking for. They also had a bunch of super cute charms I haven't seen elsewhere. You buy beads by the stone, not a strand, and unfortunately, the beads are mixed up in sizes. So the 6 mm are mixed with 5 mm and 8 mm. And if you're not careful, you end up with a bunch of different sizes. The beads I bought were supposed to be 8 mm, but I think they're 6 mm, since the one I have at home is bigger than the ones I bought.....and I also ended up with some beads that are smaller too.....and 2 of the stones weren't the right stones.

That being said, it is WAAAAAY overpriced. I can get cheaper beads online of similar quality and sparkle. I ended up spending close to $200 and have enough beads for 7 brackets (which yes, is super cheap if you bought said brackets made). If that's a good deal to you, definitely check this place out. If not, maybe not the place for you.

So in summary. I like supporting local. Unfortunately it's unorganized, and bead sizes get mixed up, and it's overpriced.

What a cool little shop. The owner re-strung a bracelet for us and was super helpful. She also has some lovely silver rings and gemstones.

I’ve been visiting this store on and off for years- Yesterday, I came in had had my Amber necklace repaired on the spot by a kind and friendly girl named Suki- Today, I happened to be near by and deliberately went back to have an ornament I hang on my rear view repaired. I was help by the store owner- Siena… She generously took the time to also help me on the spot. There’s something to be said about any business that has an invested and present owner. Travelled 7 hours to visit this shop. As an avid bead purchaser i was very taken aback by the price of the natural stone beads. However, I did see some variations that I have never seen so I decided to purchase some. Nearly 200$ later, I have enough to make about 5 bracelets. Prices are extremely high in comparison to other shops. I was not a big fan of the lack of transparency with bulk discounts and wish the store had better lighting and more organization. It was not until I got back home and made my bracelets that I noticed the quality of the beads is very below standard. Many beads have different sized holes, have chips in them or are different in size. At $1+ a bead this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Im so pro-shop-local but the the shadiness and lack of communication at this store has me reminded why I continuously shop online. Long story short - they have some different variations but prepare for a hefty bill and really inspect before you purchase.

Fantastic place! Lots of inventory and it's clear that the owner truly values providing her customers with quality. She recently taught 2 of my daughters, in individual classes, how to create some amazing jewelry pieces of their own. Her patience with each of them was incredible. They are now addicted and have since created awesome pieces of their own. The pic included is just one example of what they're now making. Thank you!

My girlfriend and me stayed at Micheline’s B&B for 3 night’s. It’s a clean and warm house and we had a king sized bed next to the entrance. It was an awesome and perfect start for our canada backpacking tour. We highly recommend you to stay here for a while at this lovely place.

This accommodation was booked in advance by someone else for me. It is not something I normailly would stay. HOWEVER...... it turned out to be one of the best places I have ever stayed!!!
Micheline, the owner, was and is one of the nicest most sincere individuals I have ever met. She immediately makes you feel like family and actually had me attend her daughters adult birthday party on my second night there. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. AND almost everyone at the party were former guests of the B&B, so that shows you the kind of people these are.
They should patent the Olive Garden's Slogan............."WHEN YOUR HERE, YOU'RE FAMILY!

Fantastic location. Wonderful lady and her husband own the property. The views are spectacular. And there's a huge park green space behind the property. One can see the Calgary Stampede from the window along with all fire works displays. Breath taking, indeed. Well worth the price. And you can see the Calgary skyline day or night.

Absolutely delightful- it will be my first choice when returning to Calgary. Micheline is a dear- so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and the house has the perfect setting for enjoying all there is to do! The views from here are spectacular.

Such a gem! Walking distance to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood! Excellent value for the price! Micheline (who’s a sweet French woman) makes breakfast every morning and the room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We extended our stay!

Great Hall, sound is great and seating is comfortable with good stage. Ample parking around.

Amazing infrastructure and layout of the concert hall. The interior color combination looks great. The sounds effect were perfect. The seats are okay and bit compact.

It was great. Saw Mike Campbell and Dirty Knobs. Great venue. Great band. Didn’t drink but you could. Reminds you of an old style theatre.

We had the opportunity to attend our daughters Spring Concert here. What an amazing building! Parking was easy also!

My partner and I visited Ben Moss while casually looking for wedding rings, and we ended up having the best experience with Marsha. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. While I fell in love with a ring right there in the store, our experience with Marsha made us completely seal the deal and we stopped looking elsewhere and came back the following week to purchase it!

What really stood out was Marsha’s follow-up. She made sure we knew when the ring would be shipped and when to expect it for pickup. I can’t wait to receive it! A big thank you to Marsha for making this milestone so memorable. Because of her, we’ll definitely continue to shop at Ben Moss for all our future jewellery purchases.

Walked in and I was greeted by a wonderful kind lady named Debbie. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had my eyes on a ring and she educated me about the gems and the ring. I then needed help with the perfect wedding band because it has a unique shape and she picked out the most beautiful wedding band. I've always liked Ben Moss and the service is amazing. Yesterday was the best service, Debbie took the time to make sure I liked the ring and you know what I cant stop looking at it, its so beautiful.

Mike’s customer service was exceptional! He went above and beyond, curating a lifelong relationship. I loved not only his service but the amazing quality products, quick turn around, and valuable warranties. We will be going back to Mike for all our jeweller needs!

Shout out to Patti and her staff at Ben Moss. I have been shopping at Ben Moss for 20 plus years and have beautiful pieces of jewelry and so do my daughter's and grandchildren.
Patti has a very pleasant personality and gets you whatever you need. Francis and Lona helped me with my cash for gold program. Even when it got a bit detailed. Patti was there to help put it back on track. This Ben Moss team, is awesome. And I am sure the other members are also. They certainly have big smiles and greet you warmly when you enter. I am so grateful that Patti was promoted to Regional manager. Everyone needs to experience her beautiful personality and humanness.

Staff are friendly. The store manager/owner senior lady was very rude. I expressed my gratitude for making an exception to open the door 45 mins earlier as they were opening today at 1 pm. She did not accepted it. I said “you don’t have to be rude” she started yelling at me and slammed the door on me. I feel sorry for the staff that works for that lady. Worst customer service I have experienced ever!

I recently ordered a $100 graduation bouquet from this shop, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The arrangement I received looked quite different from the photo I had selected, and the design felt rushed and not very polished. Considering the importance of the occasion, I was hoping for something more elegant and closer to what I ordered. It was a bit disappointing on such a special day. I hope the shop can improve on matching orders more closely to what’s advertised.

I'm so happy with the arrangement that I ordered for my mum on Mother's Day (Hand-tied Cut Flower Bouquet)! I requested for pink roses as it is her favourite flower and it was no issue at all. The flowers are now a week old but they still look and smell great. I'm super impressed with the service and will definitely be back!

Our daughter sent birthday flowers to us from Best of Buds, and they were and still are magnificent. Had to check that they were real! And they have outlasted all other flowers we received. Great product.

So disappointed! 💔 My boyfriend ordered me a birthday bouquet and paid $80 for 12 flowers in a terrible, outdated arrangement that looked like it was made 20 years ago. Instead of joy, it made me cry on my birthday.

This is not worth the money — it’s a disgrace to charge so much for something that looks this cheap.

Was looking for a florist to do a silk flower / faux flower bouquet for a barcall ceremony, and I was extremely happy with the quality and arrangement. Most people thought that they were real flowers until I told them, and the person in question was also very happy with the flowers.

This is the nicest best western I’ve ever stayed in in terms of the rooms. They are very modern and clean. Housekeeping staff is very attentive. Front desk staff is super accommodating and kind. Especially Dan. Dan is the man. He was very helpful over and over during our 2 day stay and always smiling and friendly. The other (morning) guy at the front desk was kind and helped us check in early which made us very happy. I would stay here again. Great for the price and close drive to downtown Calgary. Felt safe being next to a Toyota dealership. UPDATE: not a safe area! Someone stole my bike and completely cut up the bike rack getting it off my car. I was told there are no security cameras at the hotel parking lot so secure your valuables and take them inside with you or stay somewhere else.

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms have all been updated. We had a jacuzzi room, unfortunately, so did the man above us. He sat quite late making it difficult to fall a sleep. He happened to also be a very heavy walker. They have an elevator and disabled parking close to the door. The beds are comfortable and they offer coffee and tea in the room. The staff were courteous and well groomed. This location is right on McLeod Trail, close to downtown. The Ctrain is right out back so if your room faces east, you'll hear them going back and forth... til the wee hours. Then they start again.

Great value for what you get. A suite was plenty of space for a family of 4 with a baby. The pool was clean and gave something for the preschooler to do with Dad. Breakfast wasn’t as elaborate as some other best westerns we have been to, but they still had some typical hot dishes and it hit the spot. Quiet and friendly. No complaints really.

Great two night stopover on our way to Banff and Jasper, after hiking Glacier NP in the US. Very quiet and restful. Great beds and pillows. Full breakfast, pool and hot tub to soothe our weary feet. Large room with a sofa, lots of counterspace. We always try to stay at Best Westerns: you know what to expect in the rooms and facility offerings, great staff. Each BW has its own style and personality. We stayed at 3 different location during this trip. All five star! We've never been disappointed. Been here a couple times now. The staff are great, and it's clean. The gym is small but has the basics. It's also quite close to downtown, which is convenient.

That said, we're not sure we'll go back. The included breakfast is not of great quality, although there's a lot of choice. After a couple of mornings we went elsewhere for breakfast, even though we had to pay. Another weird thing is that a lot of the furniture in both the room and the breakfast area have sticky surfaces. I suspect it all needs to be replaced. Then there's the noise - the footsteps of the people above us woke us up at night.

I use a walker and The first night I was put in a room too far away from the elevator for me. The next morning the front desk staff moved me to the bottom floor that was easy access for me. We also got adjoining rooms which was wonderful with kids. Very kind and helpful staff. Food was great, water slide and pool were fun. Fitness room is adequate. Lovely hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Restaurant could use some better service. Both times I went, there was nobody to seat us, as we had to seat ourselves and also had to ask for a server. Our bill or server didn't return to our table for a long time. Had to go to the restaurant entrance desk to pay. Not a big deal, but something to get right.

Rooms were quiet, beds and pillows are comfy, air conditioning/heater worked very fast.

Pool and hot tub area are good fun for the kids.

Would recommend this hotel for mid-level hotel stay.

We stayed here for 3 days and the room condition was so nice. We worried about the facilities from some reviews. But everything was fine. The queen-size bed was so comfortable and the washroom was also clean and looked nice. I hope to try their indoor swimming pool, but we don't have much time. The staff were friendly and nice to the customers. If you don't care about the location, I recommend it.

Easy to get to, close to the airport and they have a shuttle (we didn't use this as we didn't fly). Rooms were nice and clean. We had a two Queen beds with a tub shower. Nice to have an extra sink outside the bathroom. Pool is fantastic! You can get a day pass just to use it! It was a blast and the kids were in it for hours!

Good value hotel with fun water slides. Beds are very comfy and fresh linens are clean. Carpets and wallpaper slightly showing their ages. Excellent customer service at the from desk, Angela was super helpful. Above average room service food.

I just recently (September 20-22) stayed here and had a pretty terrible experience. Myself, my mom and my two kids were booked in for 2 nights. The first night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 2am. By the time we made it all the way to the lobby they inform us it was a false alarm and said we could go back to our rooms. We really thought it would just be a story of unfortunate circumstances about the one time the fire alarm went off in the hotel. Unfortunately that was not the case...

The second night of our stay, around 10:30pm as my mom and I were just preparing to go to bed for the night and the fire alarm went off AGAIN. I quickly scooped up my kids and made our way downstairs and out to the parking lot where we stood for about 15 minutes as the fire department showed up, checked out the situation and then informed us it was another false alarm and we were okay to return to our rooms. We returned to our rooms, I was just settling my kids when the fire alarm went off once again. Once again, I scooped up and ran down the stairs with two kids, waited for the fire department to arrive to be told be told it was yet another false alarm. Enough was enough for us, my mother and I packed up our suitcase and my two traumatized kids at 11:30pm and drove the 2.5 hours home as we were not going to stay there any longer.

My mom (who booked the room) has yet to reach out to the hotel but I spoke with the front desk agent last night about contact information for the manager and mentioned that I am expecting some sort of compensation/reimbursement for this ordeal. At that time it did not sound that promising from him. I will update my review when my mom has heard back from the hotel. Hopefully an agreement can be reach and we can be compensated in some sort of way, especially, since we didn't even spend a full second night at the hotel.

Very unfortunate situation and I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor recommending anyone else stay there.

*Updated to reply to the response on my review* -while our stay still wasn't the best my mom was credited for one night of our stay by the hotel. The manager pologized profusely and stated that all the incidents were caused by vaping.

I have given the hotel one more star in kind to the good customer service. Unfortunately, due to the actions of individuals it was just not a good stay. The hotel itself it's clean and would be a good place to stay if it weren't for the fire alarm

First, I want to thank the staff at the Front Desk, especially Abhi. They were super friendly, very respectful but, most importantly, very helpful and flexible in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Thank you!

Now, about the good and the bad. The good was that the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bad was that there was not much soundproofing and the drapes were a bit dirty. There was even a fire alarm that happened during our stay.

Overall, it was a great stay at Best Western and would happily recommend this hotel. We had a fun and memorable time in Calgary. If we visit Calgary again in the future, we'll definitely stay here!

Booked online and everything went smoothly. Check was great - super pleasant and helpful. Downtown location was great and they provided underground parking at no extra charge. I stayed with my daughter so they even had the sofa bed out and ready for us. The only thing that needed attention was the breakfast; rubber egg omelettes, the make your own waffles and coffee - no real selection of cereals or fresh fruit. Even the defrosted frozen fruit to go with yogurt was empty and didn’t get replaced until we were leaving. I would still stay again though - based on proximity and how great the front desk staff was.

I booked over the phone ( had a bit of issues, but eventually got everything sorted out) When I went to check in, I had the nicest young lady at the front desk help me. Her name is Diana and she was so sweet and helpful -she went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly for me from what time breakfast was, that there was a Safeway a 3 minute walk away and letting me know where it was the safest place to park. I appreciated all of her help! Because of Diana I will definitely stay here again! She is an asset to the company! Furthermore- my room is absolutely amazing!

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it a bit hard to relax at times. Other than that, everything was great!

Wifi was good, free outdoor parking, and continental breakfast. The pool was a nice as well.
A lot of restaurant options all around, and there's also a mall down the street with a food court (there's a bubble tea place inside). Room was clean and comfortable. It's also a short drive from some dog parks, and the University district which was a hive of activity when we stopped up there for dinner.
Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The safe in our room didn’t work at first, but they came quickly to fix it, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety to start the day, though I do suggest moving the waffle station away from the beverages, as the long line-up in the mornings caused a lot of confusion for guests trying to grab coffee or juice. Also, the blackout curtains don’t actually close all the way, so it’s super bright in the mornings. Overall, great location and excellent service overall. Would definitely stay again!

We regularly stay at this best western us location any time we are in Calgary, and the staff and rooms here never miss the mark. We arrived here early, and Tommy at the front desk exceeded our expectations, while being busy with calls and other duties. She is a very knowledgeable and understanding person. The rooms are clean, neat, and comfy as usual, and this was a very pleasant experience as per usual.

We had a very pleasant stay. We stayed here for one night after a Stamps game. It's a great location, as you can walk right over to the stadium in under 10 minutes. Our room was really clean. Showers were good, beds were good, air conditioning worked really well. The continental breakfast is really well laid out and has a nice dining area to sit in. There were always 2 staff tending to the buffet so if anything was out it was replaced very quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed here with family for a night. The front desk was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had a good sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Parking is free. Enjoyed the spa and fitness center. Highly recommend.

I stayed in August for just one night, and it was a true five star experience from booking to check in, to the services, and check out. We booked only a couple of hours before arriving, and the process was so simple. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile at check in, which set the tone for a wonderful stay! Truly, they were wonderful.

Our sixth floor room had a beautiful view and was very quiet. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. We had two cozy beds with perfectly fluffy pillows and super soft sheets, plus a bathtub and brilliant vanity mirrors that made getting ready a treat!

The hotel’s pool was a major highlight for us. It was sparkling clean and felt brand new, with plenty of lounge chairs, fresh towels, and even showers and lockers in the change rooms. The fact that the pool was open late was such a perk since we arrived later in the day and my kid loves to swim.

For breakfast, we loved having the option of the restaurant for sit down service, but we chose room service. Everything was absolutely delicious, and affordable from the kids breakfast to the breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

Absolutely everything about our stay was fantastic! I can’t wait to return.

Attended a wedding. The food was excellent. But it was way too much work figuring out what was gluten free. I was told items were gluten free but they weren't. I was told I was the only gluten free person at the venue, then the bride and groom said there were many. Other foods were labeled like meat, or eggs, dairy, or vegan. Gluten could easily have been displayed too.

The servers were pleasant and kind when I kept asking about gluten free--- just not informed.

Venue - also good, and parking was no problem.

It was a good stay, I thank the Indian receptionist in particular and all the receptionists. Unfortunately the restaurant lady was not friendly and did not answer questions but just went and did not return and the menu should include halal food which is suitable for Muslim visitors as well. I also thank the receptionists at the gate and the room cleaners who were wonderful and friendly. Everything else in the hotel was really great.

When we arrived at 5pm there is wedding going on at their conference hall beside the lobby. Our room is on the 4th floor. We stayed at the hotel just to sleep cause we have an early flight so we slept before 10pm. Then suddenly we heard a loud noise coming from the music and drums, so I called the front desk and the agent confirmed that it was coming from the wedding. We are in the 4th floor so how come the sound still travels at the higher floor? What more in the lower floor? Bet they also complained. It is so disturbing knowing its almost 10 in the evening. We didnt slept well. Hopefully the management can do something about their conference hall being a sound-proof so that hotel rooms cant reach the sounds.

This is not a Five star hotel; it is a three star hotel with Five star service and accommodation. Room service was fast and hot and tasty, and the women in charge is great. Cleaning staff were very good; the counter staff were professional and helpful, and the meeting rooms comfortable. The meals we had were fantastic. I’d be happy to come here again. If you do come, you’ll get a kick out of the sultry elevator voice when it says, “lobby” :)

The restaurant and lounge always have the friendliest staff!
We also like that we have the option of leaving our vehicle at the hotel while we are away and that it is quite affordable.

Even though I have previously written a review for this specific hotel, I wanted to write another as we recently had Basil check us in and we were so impressed with his friendly and attentive service! He was so helpful and personable. We really appreciated his warmth and hospitality!

If you are travelling with pets - stay away from this hotel! They charge 50 CAD for pet per day. What a rip off and total discrimination!

Booked a room over the phone and requested pet friendly room. No mention of the pet charge at that time. During check-in ensured that a pet friendly room is provided. The price given at that time was for the room ONLY. After going upstairs with all the luggage, approximately 20min later got a call into the room from reception requesting to head back down to fill in a pet form. Only at that time I was told that a 50 CAD pet fee will be applied to the booking. This was a shock. They provided paper bowl, small toy and few poop bags after filling the form... such a great value for 50 CAD and totally useless as those are essential items we always have with us while we travel with our Rhodesian Ridgeback.

You can do better Best Western Premier!!!!

Also, older room and not a great location from the truck fumes and noise perspective (close proximity truck depots).

We had a really good experience here. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and we had lots of room (2 adults, 2 children). Restaurant was decent for a late night meal and had pretty good options. Pool was busy but kids still had a great time. Rate was reasonable comsidering we booked a last minute stay.

My wife and I had our flight cancelled so had to stay in Calgary overnight. The Ukrainian gentleman who drove the shuttle was exceptional and sympathetic to our situation. The food was very good and the hotel was clean. Our only complaint was a slight smell of urine in our room my wife noticed the morning we woke up…. The hotel is pet friendly so I guess that makes sense. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and quiet and the bed is very comfortable. I generally only stay at Best Western Hotels and have stayed here several times on business. Only issues I have is the hot tub has been closed the last two times i was here and the gym equipment is workable but in badly need of tune ups.

Landed here just before a thunderstorm, wanting a bouquet for a big anniversary. Had the perfect arrangement made with nice conversation, while the rain let up. It’s a cozy place to find custom or curated flower designs. We are so happy to have this shop in our neighbourhood.

Came in today, needing a bouquet for my parents wedding anniversary. 30 minutes to close and was helped quickly. Good service, will definitely come back here again!

I could not recommend besties more, incredible service, so caring and friendly. I ordered my small wedding bouquets and bouts from Besties, they were so accommodating working with my budget and my questions. I ended up opting for whatever fall seasonal flowers they had access to, I didn't see the flowers till the morning of and they were stunning, so beautiful. I worked the very lovely Ana to make this happen, thanks again!

Every time I go in, they are so helpful. Always help me find cheaper options if I ask. Even given some things for free just because! The bouquets are lovely and I'm hoping to check out some of their workshops soon

What a hidden gem! Betty Lou’s doesn’t even have a sign outside, and that already makes it feel like you’re stepping into something special. The atmosphere is unforgettable — cozy, intimate, with just a few tables and the kind of live jazz that makes you forget about time. Pure magic.

Special mention to Kristian — he personally brought out the dishes he prepared, and wow, everything was beyond delicious. For the first time I tried warm olives and it was such a surprise — a completely new taste for me! His vegetarian creamy mushroom toast was outstanding, and there was also this hummus with roasted tomatoes and peppers (I hope I’m naming it right) that I still can’t stop thinking about.

And of course, the cocktails 🍸 — each one is unique, carefully crafted, and absolutely memorable. They really know how to match flavors here.

I also want to thank Mayrose, who served us twice — so knowledgeable, explaining every detail like a true pro. Her service made the whole experience even better.

Honestly, Betty Lou’s is like stepping back in time — prohibition-style charm, incredible food and drinks, warm service, and jazz that’s just next-level. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

Every time we come to Betty Lou’s, it feels like more than just a night out — it’s a truly special experience. The customer service is always amazing, and I especially want to mention May Rose and Lewis. They are absolute gems — always kind, attentive, and simply the best every single time.

The atmosphere, the music (always such a vibe — oh my God!), and the energy here make it one of those places you look forward to every time. If I could make just one wish, it would be to see a dark beer on the menu someday — since that’s the only thing I drink.

Had a great time at Betty Lou’s! The space is intimate, and the customer service was fantastic—loved how the staff, they stayed in character throughout the night. The drinks are strong (in the best way), and the live band really added to the charm. The entire speakeasy atmosphere was immersive and made for a memorable night out. Great experience and doubly so having the Red Light Trio (+1) performing when we went.

The drinks were delicious and delightful and the atmosphere was everyone one could hope for from the phone to enter to the ambiance and layout.

Cosy elegant couches, nice wooden furnishings and staff that truly did make the experience above and beyond.

We stayed the whole jazz show and time truly flew as we sunk into the show while having our cocktails.

It was an experience I don’t think I’d ever tire of and honestly one I will repeat happily upon future visits to the city.

We recently celebrated my son's birthday at Betty Lou’s Library, and I can't say enough about the experience—it was absolutely incredible! This hidden gem, complete with a mysterious password and secret entrance, transported us into a world of vintage charm, velvet elegance, and warm hospitality.

The Redline Trio jazz band was performing that evening, and they truly brought the room to life. Their music perfectly matched the vibe and energy of the space, adding an unforgettable touch to the night.

The staff at Betty Lou’s were attentive, welcoming, and totally on point with their drink recommendations. With delicious cocktails, a cozy atmosphere, and top-tier live jazz, it simply doesn’t get better.

If you’re looking for a unique, classy, and memorable venue for a celebration, I can’t recommend Betty Lou’s Library enough. And if Redline Trio is on the lineup? You’re in for a wonderful night. 10/10!

My family and I were very impressed with Becca from BEX Vintage. She purchased our parent’s hand crafted 1959 Walnut bedroom suite. Professional from start the finish! She drove to our home to view the items (on a very wintery day)! sent us a quote later that same day and sent professional movers to pick up the items. Bex Vintage a.k.a Becca is one of the O.G - MCM dealers, collectors and curators in this city. She has a eye for detail(s) and always seems to have something available that, you instantly fall in love with. One thing, I have come to really respect and appreciate about Becca is the quality of her availble collections. In my opinion - She continues to price at a fair market value and according to the shape/quality/originality/availability of the item.

Working with Becca is always a delight, I have known her for over 5 years. She is always happy to collaborate on your personal "wish list' items. I know this first hand as Becca helped furnish our bungalow. From statement lamps, original art, stunning mirrors, chairs, the list goes on.

Lou and Howard were awesome. Very accommodating to the demands of a wedding, but they nailed every part of it from engagement photos and the rehearsal dinner, to nights out with the guys. The photos came out better than we imagined, and the video he stitched together to sum up our wedding was icing on the cake. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BTFM to anyone getting married - they definitely go above and beyond for you, and it shows in their work.

Loumeir and Mila are an amazing photography couple! We’ve been doing annual family sessions with them, and with three kids under five, it’s never easy—but they always make it fun. Their high energy, patience, and guidance keep everyone engaged, and the kids absolutely adore them. They capture genuine, joyful smiles (never forced), and their direction on poses makes everything feel natural. The photos beautifully capture both the moments and the full scene. Highly recommend!

Easily the best photographers in the city!!

My husband and I are quite awkward and Loumeir & Mila knew how to make us look natural with their sense of humour and showing us how to pose.

They are always mindful on weather and what the lighting would look like outside at all times.

Their new photobooth and video guestbook is unreal and such a great idea for guests to be able to leave memories and messages for us!!

First time watching an event here during stampede. Huge room and had lots of bars so didn't have to worry about lineups. They had two mechanical bulls setup for ppl to try. We went to watch Kevin Costner and his band perform. Didn't even know he had a band but the show was pretty good and fun.

I went for Pennywise and Dropkick Murphys (punk concert). I think the venue was a little large for the application.

i’m a fan of this venue for concerts, you can get good spots if you get there early and are down to wait a bit. very accessible too. i saw lil yachty here and had a blast. saw t pain here last year too. definitely enjoy this venue

Don't let the big four you can enjoy going to Comic-Con every year. It's the best place to be able to go and hang out and dress up and enjoy all your comic characters that you grew up with. Even pretending you're a comic hero for a day is kind of a cool thought.
