We had the most amazing experience working with Abigail for our wedding florals. She created a vision board for us that was exactly what we wanted. She brought our ideas to life perfectly. She even assembled all of my centrepieces for me so that I didn’t have to worry about it. The florals were in amazing condition when we picked them up the day before and we received so many compliments on them. Her pricing is more than fair and she honestly could (and should!) charge more for her florals and services because wow you won’t find this quality anywhere else! Thank you again!

A very good example of a product and service that is even more stunning in real life than in the photos. Ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day, photos on the website looked amazing (as they do), but I’ve ordered from enough places online that what arrives at the door isn’t as impressive as what was advertised. Boy was I surprised when they dropped off the arrangement. Breathtaking and made our house smell like a garden. Highly recommend getting your flowers from Birds of Paradise, I’ll be coming back regularly.

I'm beyond thrilled that a new flower shop has opened up just down the street from us on 17th Ave! BOP is an absolute gem. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with stunning and unique floral arrangements that are truly works of art. The space is beautifully curated—super accessible and not overwhelming like some other flower shops that cram too many plants into a small space.

What really sets BOP apart is how welcoming it is. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth, making the experience anything but intimidating. You can tell they have a true passion for what they do, and it shows in every detail. This is, without a doubt, the cutest flower shop I've ever been to, and I can't wait to come back again and again!

We ordered our arrangements from here many times. We've also done last minute pick ups and we were never left with any arrangements that were not well thought out. The floral artwork is phenomenal and they use rare pieces to bring out a unique aesthetic look! Highly recommend and is now our Go-to floral studio.

We cannot say enough good things about Black Earth Floral!!! They absolutely blew us out of the water with the attention to detail and ability Karla had to take what we described over the phone and turn it into exactly what we wanted and more. Our flowers were absolutely stunning and personalized to us! I was blown away by my bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere, which were both stunning. Even when my husband first saw my bouquet he was surprised at how Karla had managed to nail it on the head and deliver a bouquet that was exactly what we wanted. The prices were incredibly reasonable as well, for the quality of product delivered I truly think she could charge a lot more, but we also appreciated how affordable our flowers were. Karla was very easy to deal with both over the phone and we communicated often via text which made things so much easier for us. Karla’s attention to detail is evident and it shows. She provided us with a bouquet, boutonniere, reception table runner, eucalyptus cuts for our place settings, and decorative flowers for the ceremony arch. The arch was a show stopper and was absolutely stunning. My bouquet was unique, stunning colours and beautifully arranged. Karla set up the ceremony arch flowers and table runners. The table runner was amazing, simple, and elegant. Every piece that Karla and Black Earth floral made for us was elegant, stunning, thoughtfully arranged, aligned with our vision, and exceptionally beautiful. We even still have the succulents from my husband’s boutonniere and my bouquet which we have kept and grown in pots in our home.

We cannot recommend Black Earth Floral enough. You will not regret choosing them for any component of your wedding or special occasion. We cannot wait to have them provide flowers for other events and celebrations for us in the future, we will definitely work with them again!!!

Black Earth Floral created the most beautiful bouquet and Boutonnieres for our wedding. They brought to life the exact arrangements I had described. The flowers were stunning. They even made a beautiful flower crown for our Border Collie! I would highly recommend this shop!!!

We engaged Karla at Black Earth Floral for our wedding in Calgary on October 9, 2022. Firstly, our florals were the actual most beautiful florals I have ever seen. They were perfect, they were exactly in the style and colour palette that we had discussed months earlier, and we were blown away. Secondly, from the start, Karla was so easy to work with. Super friendly and collaborative, and she didn’t try to upsell us when we were pretty sure we were looking for a more limited scope, including small bud-vase installations for our tables instead of large centrepieces. She helped us explore and get at the aesthetic we were looking for, and it turned out perfectly. In the lead-up to our wedding, she was patient when we sent her follow-up info about our colour palette having shifted, and all the info we sent clearly made its way into our file, because the final product responded to the update! And she was super communicative in advance when it turned out one of the flowers we had requested would not be available in time for our wedding. We have recommended and would recommend Karla and the BEF team to anyone getting married. We absolutely loved her!

I ordered my wedding flowers from Black Earth Floral. Even though my order was small (a bouquet and a small table decoration), Karla was excited about me being her client, and gave me her full attention. She helped me negotiate the best use of my small budget, and even suggested budget-friendly aisle decor. The flowers on the day of the wedding were fresh & beautifully arranged, and they lasted for 1-2 weeks after the wedding (depending on the flower). I'm very happy with my experience, and would definitely order from her again.

Every part of our experience with this company was professional and exceeded any expectations! I worked with Seerat for my brother’s wedding week and she definitely delivered! She had me looking stunning each time and was able to execute so many different types of looks. I trusted her completely and was blown away each time she would show me my final look. She’s so easy to work with, super kind, and is able to help calm her clients down when they are dealing with all the wedding week stresses. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Seerat did amazing job on my mom and I. She did exactly what we both wanted and was super fun to work with. I got so many compliments on my make up and hair. On my mom; who has more mature skin. Seerat made her features stand out without over doing it. I booked her again for my wedding and will be using her in the future.

Seerat did my make up for my friends wedding and reception, she did a phenomenal job. I absolutely loved her work! She made me look stunning. I hands down think she is one of the best makeup artist I have seen. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked me how my makeup stayed for the wedding day and took feedback to do my makeup for the reception day which was so amazing. Excellent experience! Even with my poor planning, when I called the day before my event, Seerat was more than happy to accommodate me into her busy schedule. Definitely recommend her for your special day.

Seerat does an amazing job with both makeup and hair. She has a good understanding of how different skin tones and textures need varying levels and types of coverage. She is also a master of her craft at hair, as her hairstyles last through the day and have a polished final look.
She also does not rush and gives clients her full time. I would definitely recommend her for your next event!

We used BlackSalt for our wedding catering. Food was amazing. They were able to accommodate special dieting needs and were very flexible about how many people we needed the food for up until a few days before the event. The roasted veggie sliders and samosas were the star of the dining experience. Portions were more than plenty. They were also able to make a special East Indian dish for the wedding which was a huge hit with everyone!

Definitely will be using their services again for future events or even small parties.

How is this "English Style" Fish & chips? How is this any kind of fish & Chips?? & for $21 bucks??

The fish was horrible and cold, fries taste like McCain's frozen fries and were cold. The container wasn't even half full either!!

Shake was flavoured water and the cake was a sliver size piece (not sure i even want to try it 😢)

We liked that they have wide range of menu, from breakfast plate to curry & naan, they also have baked goods.we tried steak sandwich with yam fries, mushroom soup, lamb curry with butter naan and chicken wings. Yam fries were really good, the curry was also delicious! The service was amazing, they took such a good care of us, we had great experience.

Black Salt Catering exceeded all expectations across three events for my team. They offered a fantastic variety of vegan-friendly meals that were both creative and delicious, impressing even the most discerning palates. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were evident in every dish, and the attention to dietary preferences was much appreciated. Their service was top-notch, and the food consistently was in both flavor and presentation. I highly recommend Black Salt Catering for any event — they deliver excellence every time!

Wow wow wow! Highly recommend if you love tacos, guacamole, and beer! Im so glad my sister recommended this place and brought me. We had the classic 6 tacos (3 fish & 3 beef). I think i liked the fish more but both were tasty! The guacamole presentation is superb and the taste is amazing. The chips had such a good crunch. The taco salad was delicious too. ! The waitress was so kind. The atmosphere was great. Loved the umbrellas on top of the ceiling. I cannot wait to come back here again with my husband! It was such a great experience. I wish they opened one up in the north west near me!

I ordered chicken fajitas while my spouse wanted to have steak fajitas, as they ran out of steak, this was just 5.30pm though, my spouse ordered the same as me. Our friend had prawn tacos. Everything was so delicious and scrumptious. We also tried churros chips which were phenomenal. Our server was great as she did not push us away since we were catching up with our friend.
All in all, superb experience!!!

I like the vibe of this place for sure ! Food was good. Ironically i feel like we were expecting it to be SLIGHTLY better but I will give it another shot. It was still good. Pina Colada was spectacular.

Did takeout. The beef birria tacos were very very good. The chicken fajitas was also well made. During my wait for my takeout order, I looked around for what I saw in the waiting area that the decor and atmosphere is very inviting and playful. The servers who I interacted with were very cordial. I hope to try a proper sit-down dinner in this restaurant when time allows.

We worked with Bless for our wedding in May and we are so happy to have had such a great experience! We had six groomsmen all with very different body types yet Bless found a way to make my dream come true. I would recommend him to anyone looking to feel confident. Something else we also appreciated was the unique suit options and flexibility.

A couple of weeks ago, I had one of the best nights I’ve ever had. I came to Bleu to celebrate my birthday, and my friends surprised me with a section. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. We were greeted and taken care of by Isabella, who was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The music and atmosphere were amazing throughout the night. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly—highly recommend for a great night out.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable night out, this place delivers every time. The vibes are unmatched — the lighting alone makes it feel like you’ve stepped into the middle of a wild, high-energy party. The DJs never miss, Every time I’ve been, they’ve kept the energy sky-high all night long. From crowd favorites to unexpected remixes, they know exactly how to read the room and keep everyone on the dance floor. It’s nonstop good vibes and seriously some of the best sets I’ve ever heard in a club.

I’ve gotten bottle service a few times and it’s always been such a fun experience. The staff goes all out with extravagant bottle shows that make you feel like a VIP every time. Service with is consistently on point — friendly, fast, and so attentive.

The bouncers make you feel super safe, which is a huge plus, and the management is amazing. They know how to handle any situation with professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find a club where the whole team, from top to bottom, makes the experience so enjoyable.

If you’re all about great music, killer lighting, and a place that feels electric from the moment you walk in — this is the place. Highly recommend!

They use girls to steal your money!!!

They’re out to get you. Do not buy drinks for girls. Apparently, the club employs women who come in just to make you spend money on drinks and orders so the club gets more revenue. They invite attractive women who then lure you into buying the most expensive drinks on the menu—on purpose. You buy them a bottle, and then they disappear.

On top of that, the club adds a 20% mandatory tip along with the 5% tax. So whatever you order, be prepared to pay at least 20% more—because it’s Bleu. I thought nightlife in Calgary would be better, but Bleu is worse than anything I’ve seen.

Once you buy the drink, within minutes the girls are gone, and you’re left wondering what just happened. These women clearly work in tandem with the management.

Be safe out there, guys. Don’t fall for their scam.

We come to this place once or twice a month. We never do GA, only bottle service (minimum 3 and up to 5). Last night we came and started off with 2 bottles like we do every time. But here’s the issue, the first 2 are usually a little under $700 including the auto tip. So please tell me why my card has a charge of over $1,200 for the first order…
We always get good servers but this girl was the exception. She didn’t show me any screens and I just tapped (yes it has no tap limit). Didn’t offer me a receipt or anything. We come here often so my trust confidence is high that they never scam us which is why I didn’t check before paying. And then I don’t like confrontations about money so just left it. But that’s crazy. And on top of that the whole 2 hours we’re there she wasn’t even hosting us. Giving all her attention to the table next to us that didn’t order anything new from the time we got there at least. Did she make a mistake, did she inflate her tip. Who knows. Never going back.

Last thing. Whoever the DJ was needs to get fired. Every half a song he starts talking about things that nobody cared about. You could hear everyone around us saying play the music, what’s this guy doing etc.

I had such a great time at Bleu Night Club the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic! From the music to the lighting, everything is designed to make sure you have a great night out. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff super professional, friendly, and always on top of everything. And I have to give a special shout-out to Vincent, the bartender. Honestly, the best bartender I’ve ever met! Not only are his drinks on point, but he’s also incredibly nice and makes you feel welcome the moment you step up to the bar. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy great music, amazing energy, and top-notch service Bleu is the spot. Can’t wait to go back!

I worked with Marnie to sell a wedding dress, she was great! My dress was sold within a week and I received payment promptly.
After the fantastic experience with my dress, I decided to use Marnie for my wedding flowers, and I was not disappointed. The cost was half of what many places wanted, the quality is excellent, and she was amazing in working with me to change my order in the middle of the whole thing. Communication was great, and I am incredibly happy with my order. I highly recommend.

I consigned my wedding dress through Bliss Bridal and I do not recommend it.

I was contacted by Marnie via my dress listing on the website Stillwhite. We quickly and easily arranged a time for me to drop off my dress. Trying to pick up my dress from her after a bridal show was a completely different story. Marnie was vague and evasive when I was trying to arrange a pick-up date and time well after the bridal show (I emailed her on a Thursday and was hoping to pick up on the weekend). As her emails became more rude and defensive as I pushed to arrange a time to pick up my dress, I finally was able to pick it up from her husband (not Marnie) on the Monday after contacting her. She lost my garment bag as well as my dry cleaning receipt, which she recommended we keep with our dress to entice buyers. Upon requesting that she return my garment bag to me, I was called “nuts” and she refused. Marnie is disorganized, unprofessional and a bully, and it is an extremely poor business practice to go about losing parts of items submitted for consignment. After this experience, I feel like I am lucky that my dress was only slightly damaged and I am disappointed that I trusted Marnie with such an expensive garment. I discourage any others thinking of doing the same.

I have nothing but great things to say! The events leading up to me leaving my dress for consignment were stressful to say the least, but the communication and understanding from bliss bridal was truly amazing.
I was kept up to date on when events would be taking place and all of my options were explained to me so I could change my mind on consignment at any time.
I ended up moving across the country and decided to sell my dress to bliss bridal show and I was offered a fair price and quick payment.

I was recently a vendor at the show, yes it was a slower event as it was over 2 days. That gave me as a vendor the time to connected one on one with the guests. During our down points gave me time to go meet vendors and make connections with them as well. It may not have been busy however making connections is what makes my business grow as well!

Do not recommend. Poor business practice when it comes to dealing with vendors and small businesses. Based on Facebook page traffic, which is the only website available, does not look like these events are well organized or well attended. As a potential vendor, be aware. If I could post no stars, I would.

I had a great experience at Blissful Bridal boutique. They have so many beautiful dresses in different styles. The customer service was wonderful. Found the most beautiful grad dress for my daughter! We had the most wonderful experience with Theresa. She took the time to ask my daughter her preferences and then helped her find dresses she might like. There was no rush or pressure, and she really took time to make sure my daughter found what she was looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great selection. The owners are professional, friendly and the price was great!

Went in on a whim to see if I could just look at dresses. Received some of the best Service I've had since starting to dress shop. I gave them what I was looking for and every dress I tried on was fabulous. I listen to their advice and they found my "the one!". Found the priceses very reasonable for the quality of dresses and quality of service I received! I felt like yelling "start the car" on my way out! First time I felt special trying on dress in Canada. Definitely recommend

Wonderful! I was having trouble finding a mother-of-the groom dress (I am plus sized). I walked in, and fortunately I arrived in-between appointments, so they were able to help me on the spot. They were professional, warm and very helpful, with seveeral styles to choose from. We found a lovely gown, they took my measurements, and my size arrived within just a few days of ordering (it was in stock). I would recommend them without reservation.

First time going to Blondies this past Saturday.

When you walk into the club, security staff is very professional, we dined at Bridgette so got a deal on cover.

Extremely clean, great set up, lots of comfortable seating.

Bar staff was very fast, drinks were great and not your typical watered down club drinks.

Good crowd, everyone friendly, having fun, talked with a bunch of different people.

The girls were incredible - gorgeous. Watches several shows, spent a ton of cash, great private’s.

Then… At the end of the night I lost a personal belonging. In every other place I have been this is a lost cause… Not at Blondies… I was able to get in contact with the head of the club and he delivered my belonging back to me while the club was closed down… Truly an unbelievable act of kindness.

The customer service here is another level. Setting the standard for businesses everywhere.

Always have such a great time coming here. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Great place to start, end or spend the whole evening. The manager Vanessa is next level amazing! The most helpful, kind and good vibes person. 10/10 place to bring your mates.

Not your typical strip club experience — in the best way possible. The atmosphere was fun, upbeat, and surprisingly welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at ease. The dancers were not only talented but genuinely entertaining — confident, engaging, and clearly loving what they do. Music was on point all night, and the crowd had great energy without crossing into anything sleazy.
One thing that really stood out was how diverse the environment was. There were employees and dancers of all different ethnicities, which added to the inclusive and comfortable vibe. It felt like a space where everyone could just relax and enjoy themselves, no matter who they were.
If you're looking for a night out that's a little wild but still comfortable and respectful, this place nails the balance. Whether you're with friends or just want to enjoy the show solo, it's more of a good time than you’d expect. Definitely not your average club — and that’s exactly why I’d go back.

Best clubs I've ever worked at. The staff is kind, friendly, and smiling. The stage performers are so talented, and know how to mix sexy with spectacular pole & aerial moves. The music can please everyone with rock, dance, reggae, R&B, and country. I love the set-up, with the VIP area featuring bottle service, the stage, and a surrounding sitting area. The private rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for sensual dances with great lighting. The dancers are beautiful and polite, representing a diverse range of types.

As a visible minority, I have to disagree with some of the statements posted. I’ve been to this establishment on several occasions and every time, the staff has greeted warmly, and professionally . Security and front desk were courteous, creating an atmosphere that felt safe and inclusive. I’ve been treated with the outmost respect, from the bar staff, management, servers and the entertainers. I have observed that all guests were treated with respect regardless of background.
This club clearly values creating an inclusive environment, and have nothing but praise for all those that work there. I highly recommend this establishment when you’re looking for an enjoyable, memorable night out.

I simply can’t say enough good things about Kendra and her team!!! We did a custom bloom box workshop and she was incredible from start to finish—and the class was a *hit* as a girls night out. Having the whole studio to ourselves and Kendra’s undivided attention and instruction really made it special. We really enjoyed our time and all walked away with tons of new understanding about floral care and arranging! She was super knowledgeable and so kind while teaching us. The space is also just so lovely to be in and all of their available arrangements, pots, and cute little candles, etc were beautiful! We were all so impressed by the experience as a whole. I absolutely recommend!!

They have an excellent assortment of dried flowers that made the drive across town well worth it. Lily was also excellent - very helpful in helping me select and fill my glass jars.

We did the pumpkin succulent workshop and I would 10/10 recommend it. Our pumpkins/succulent gardens look fantastic. The time we spent creating them was relaxing and was perfect for my current need for a creative outlet that doesn’t actually require me to have any real creative skill. The gentle guidance provided ensured we executed our own personalized visions but that they still looked great in the end.

Mandy and Kendra are very friendly, quick to react to different situations during the workshop, and just amazing post-workshop follow-up services as well. They did a great job leading a 40+ people corporate workshop. My team is blown away by this workshop and the kokedama plants they get to take home.

Zero rating. Unacceptable and deeply disrespectful — Bloomex should not be trusted with important occasions.

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with this company. I ordered the Peaceful White Lilies funeral arrangement—something elegant and appropriate to honor a loved one—and what was delivered was nothing like what I selected. The arrangement sent was not only incorrect, but entirely unsuitable for a funeral. It was an embarrassing, thoughtless mess.

I spoke with a representative named Alex, gave clear instructions, and chose from their own catalog. Despite that, they failed to deliver the correct arrangement—at a time when getting it right mattered most.
What makes this worse is that after reading other reviews, it’s clear that this isn’t an isolated incident. Bloomex has a disturbing pattern of sending incorrect or subpar arrangements. That’s not just bad service—it’s unethical.

They broke the trust I placed in them during an already painful time. Instead of delivering a respectful gesture of sympathy, they caused even more distress. I have demanded a full refund and an explanation, but honestly, no apology or refund can undo the damage done.

I strongly urge others to think twice before using this service. If you’re sending flowers for a significant occasion, especially something as sensitive as a funeral, go elsewhere.

Would give negative stars if I could!! I ordered the deluxe birthday bouquet and received the most disappointing arrangement. I made my order over the phone to ensure that the flowers I was receiving would be very similar to the online bouquet. The employee told me to get the deluxe in order to so so I did. $85 and what a huge waste of money. I ended up going to Sobeys and making my own arrangement for 1/4 of the price. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back since. Will not be going back ever again!! The ugliest flowers I’ve truly ever seen for the cost and not at all like the picture entailed.

I ordered a deluxe birthday Bouquet. What I got was a cup with their logo on it a bear with a shirt with their logo and what looks to be the regular bouquet. The balloon and chocolate were fine. I emailed them to complain and was offered store credit. I accepted the offer. Once I had accepted the offer, I received an email saying that my store credit was being processed. Then I got an email saying that my order was updated. I have not received any store credit. I went into do an order and see what my credit was. There was no credit and all I’m getting is emails to finish my order to get free shipping and a box of free truffles. I’m very unhappy with this whole experience. I will not use this services again.
**UPDATE** I got a store credit of $54.99. This store credit didn’t include the delivery fee. I lost $18.99 from this. When I tried to use the credit it didn’t cover the new delivery fee. I called to do pick up order instead. They don’t have that as an option. This flower place is not worth the hassle.

Don’t waste your time or money. Place an order, and brace yourself — what shows up will likely be nothing like what you actually chose. I got a completely different arrangement, even the card was wrong. When I pointed it out, they hid behind a so-called "substitution policy," claiming it “only happens 1.5% of the time.” That’s laughable. Just read the reviews — it’s happening constantly.

When I offered a reasonable solution, their response? A robotic, copy-pasted message about offering "in-store credit" — without ever saying how much. Translation: Buy more from us, and we’ll keep sending you whatever we feel like.

This isn’t a minor mistake. It’s a pattern. If your order actually matters — if the flowers are going to someone important — don’t risk being disappointed or embarrassed. You’ve been warned.

Oh I wish I checked reviews before I ordered online from Bloomex. Just as everyone else says I was extremely disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for the passing of a co-workers relative. I was so embarrassed at what we received I could not give them looking as they did. What I received was a sad un-arranged representation of what I ordered. I asked several times for a refund but only offered a store credit ... BUYER BEWARE!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday and was shocked at what she received. The flowers did not look anything like the bouquet I chose on their website. The delivery driver made no attempt to contact her to schedule a delivery and just left them on her doorstep. She arrived home 48 hours later and some flowers had already died. I have contacted bloomex but they have not responded back to my concerns after phoning and emailing the company. Pictured are the flowers I ordered and what she received. It was a $75 beautiful “supersized” bouquet and there is nothing beautiful or supersized about it. Bloomex= bad business x poor customer service

I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the weekend before Mother's Day. The flowers that were received looked nothing like the ones on the website I ordered. When I called to inquire about this they asked me to send an email to their customer service with the pictures. Two weeks passed and still no email back so I called directly. They said they sent an email explaining the flowers were different because the original one's were not in season/out of stock, so they replaced it with flowers of equal or greater value. First of all, I never received any email about this prior to the flowers being sent. I only received this email AFTER speaking to the agent over the phone. Secondly, I ordered a super sized bouquet and paid extra for it, and the flowers received definitely did not give the same impression. While the final bouquet was still nice, the complete difference in what I ordered and lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Additionally, they also failed to include the note I requested with the flowers.

To resolve this issue, they offered a $30 store credit, but since I don't plan on using them again, this store credit is completely useless to me. I asked the agent if I could do a refund, and they said they'd put that request in. 3 weeks later, still no refund, no responses to any emails I have sent, and takes forever to get connected to an agent on the phone.

While previous experiences have been positive, I'll no longer be using them because if you have any issues/problems with your order, their customer service is useless.

Absolutely do not use the Calgary based Bloomex. What I got vs what I ordered$110.00. Customer service brushed me off when I called. Told me they could resend but I would need to pay for a new order. They would waive the deliver fee??

Do NOT order from this company! They are an absolute scam. The flowers that arrive are NOTHING like the pictures on their website. I'm not talking just in size and quality (although that is absolutely pathetic and completely embarrassing), but they will just change the bouquet completely!! Their customer service is garbage and they will not allow you to speak to a manager. They tell you to email and then don't respond. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering two bouquets for Mother's Day but believe me, the negative reviews are true! Although I ordered the same bouquet for both orders, they came differently from each other and the photo on their website. Save yourself some money and a headache and go to your local grocery store because you will definitely find better quality there! Also the note comes on the back of a paper coupon - absolutely embarrassing!!

Popped in today to buy for our daughter’s gymnastics teachers and the experience was on par. I shared with Kelly (whom I met today and is the owner of this family run business) my frustrations of another local shop I had previously tried to spend money at with little success, and she said to me, “we try and make every bouquet and experience special because we know you wouldn’t be here if the flowers weren’t for something special.”

I won’t go elsewhere for flowers again. I highly recommend saying hi to the wonderful family that owns and operates this business the next time you need flowers in or around Southcentre mall.

I routinely order flowers from Stephen at Blooms on 9th and am never disappointed. I think it is the best florist in Calgary. Stephen provides great value and his designs are stunning. I just ordered a centrepiece for a Christmas dinner and it was stunning. Very festive and modern. My guests were raving about it. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness !! My friend and I just ordered the Pitcher and Prosecco from Blooms on 9Th for our friends 70th Birthday and we were beyond thrilled, as was the recipient 😍. I did not have a good experience with Blooms. I ordered the "ultimate" bunch of flowers for my mum the Thursday before Mother's Day. First off, this was a VERY small bunch of flowers and did not compare to the "standard" version on the website. The flowers arrived with a lot of them browning and missing petals. I believe in supporting local businesses, since I am an artist myself and I understand the importance. The lack of customer service made me regret not ordering from Kensington Florist. The gentlemen who answered the phone (who i believe is the owner) offered to replace the flowers with a lesser value bunch (since they were very busy and didn't have many flowers in stock). I called back asking for a refund since I do not believe what my mother received was worth the $94.00 (including delivery). I unfortunately never heard back. Just a warning if you order from here, if it does not go as planned, they don't seem to want to make it right.

Ordered flowers for My girlfriends birthday and they look amazing!! The Artists pick was definitely the right choice as the arrangement is simply beautiful. Will definitely be using in the future, and thank you for making such a wonderful day special!

Being from the Okanagan and wanting to send flowers to someone in Calgary—in the middle of the afternoon, no less—I was striking out. I called three flower shops with no luck. On my fourth try, I reached Blossoms YYC, and I believe it was Shelby who picked up the phone.

At first, she mentioned their deliveries were likely done for the day, but after I gave her the address, she paused and said, “You know what? After my shift, I’ll personally drop them off for you.” Then added, “I’ll make it happen.”

And she did—within two hours, I got a photo of the delivered flowers.

Service like that is rare these days. Huge shoutout to Shelby and the team at Blossoms YYC for truly going the extra mile. You’ve earned a loyal customer!...Update...Shelby came through again.. with another two Beautiful arrangements delivered.. such great service

Could not be happier. My mom has been a few times - notably for my Grandma’s funeral in October of 2024. Today we stopped by for what would have been my Grandma’s birthday and Shelby was very helpful and remembered my mom well. She gave us the most beautiful arrangements. We got 3. I only have the picture of one. The orchids that she recommended are absolutely stunning. 10/10

Hillary is so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and FUN - like shopping with your best friend. I bought the most fantastical snake ring that I’ll treasure forever. Just say no to mass-produced jewellery from big box jewellers and treat yourself to something super special and unique from this gorgeous Canadian brand.

My experience with Hillary was very helpful when buying an engagement ring. She was very informative and knew all the specs of the ring I had in mind. The quality of the ring and other jewelry is magnificent and I'll definitely be coming back to this location for future purchases.

Not a company that I would ever endorse. The jewelry may look pretty but it is does not last with with the upmost gentle care. You can read dozens of reviews on Reddit of their various stores and it's always the same story of chains breaking, diamonds and gemstones falling off rings, etc.

My experience at Blush & Raven was exceptional! I had scheduled my initial appointment, and a dress from a designer they carried caught my eye online. I emailed them to see if they had it at the boutique, and they didn’t. So I asked if there was any way that they could have the dress brought in, thinking it would be an immediate ‘no.’ They told me they would see what they could do. Fast forward to my appointment, and they brought out a few gorgeous dresses that were top contenders, and I had assumed they weren’t able to bring the other dress in. Sure enough, after a bit of time, they finally told me they had the dress there!! That dress ended up being the one I picked, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the B&R team for making it happen. The boutique is stunning, the dress options are gorgeous, and the customer service is unmatched. I would highly recommend B&R to all brides looking for a curated and seamless experience.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have had such a wonderful experience at Blush and Raven. Yasmeen is an incredible stylist - so good at what she does - and really did go above and beyond to help meet my criteria while also working with a very short timeline. I felt entirely taken care of by all of the girls at Blush and Raven and really did feel that they’d do everything possible (even if it seemed impossible) to help me find or create the dress of my dreams. Given how quickly I required a dress, I really don’t think I’d ever be able to have the full wedding gown buying experience, but these girls gave me that and more, and I will be forever grateful.

I opted for a luxury appointment and am so happy that I did. The room was beautiful and the refreshments provided were perfect. When we arrived we were greeted by Yasmeen, who was a fantastic stylist. She had an interview with me at the beginning and really listened to what I was asking for and the styles I was interested in, and throughout the appointment she pulled a range of dresses she knew would be perfect for the wedding venue and vibes. I really appreciated how she made sure to get to know both myself and the group I was with, and my whole group truly loved our appointment. During the whole process Yasmeen made me feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful, and her expertise on not just the dresses and any alterations we could do but also the overall bridal styling and accessories was amazing. While I didn’t end up buying my dress from here, this was a boutique I will recommend anyone.
