I emailed customer service inquiring about an approximate delivery date and they got back to me right away, which was super reassuring. My order arrived a few days later. Even the packaging it came in was pretty and elegant, it honestly made me feel special opening it. Couldn’t be happier with the service and I’ll definitely shop here again!

Service was great however quality of dress is disappointing. I love the dress however it arrived with broken zipper. (Foot of zipper jams and does not go up or down Zipper material is poor quality) Replacement size not available for over a month and would not be received in time for event on Aug 2. Costing over $150 for seamstress to attempt to fix. If it cannot be fixed it’s a waste of over $350 plus seamstress expense. Turning out to be one very expensive dress that I may or may not be able to wear

Today, I went in search of the perfect dress and stumbled upon one that seemed amazing, though I wasn't sure it would fit. The wonderful sales associate, Alessia, encouraged me to give it a try, reminding me that you never know until you do. She was absolutely right! Not only did I feel confident in the dress, but her expert advice was invaluable, especially when my niece had questions about different styles. It was truly a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back!"

1ere Avenue website is so easy to use. You are always kept up to date on the delivery movement and expected date of delivery. I would highly recommend 1ere Avenue for ladies boutique shopping. This company is Exceptional!!! Truly. I had a VIP delivery that was small, but they had to charge me the full delivery price ( understandable $$$gas and time) so they offered a small box of chocolate which I politely declined. I had included instructions that they were to print a cover letter on my behalf to be included with the arrangement. They found an error, took the time to email and call me, as they knew this was an important delivery. The attention to detail, the level of communication, and the arrangement… WOW. Incredible. These guys are top notch professionals in every way. Thank you!!!

I was registered for the free birthday surprise for years buy never went.
I finally went to visit the store and on top.of flowers, they have a nice assortement of products from Quebec artisan. If you want to buy a local gift it s the place to go. That is how i was a customer at first.

But today, i finally went for the birthday bouquet. Altough the bouquet is a surprise i voiced my preference for a certain type of flower and i was heard!

We visited in September last year. Special thanks to Petra and Daniel for making our stay in Montreal a very warm and lovely one. Our room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable time. Breakfast was lovely done by Daniel who is very creative! Petra was great in communications and very helpful in guiding us of places around the city.
The bnb is conveniently located in the old historic center of Montreal and tucked away in a quiet, safe and walkable neighborhood - just a short walk away from everywhere.
Daniel and Petra were always fun to catch for a conversation.

It was a pleasure to stay at Daniel and Petra's. Their rooms are in a quiet district, not far from the "Plateau du Mont Royal".
Petra gives excellent advices about the city. And Daniel cooks great breakfast. Both were very attentive to making our trip as best as possible.
I would definitely recommend staying at their B&B.

The hosts were really great and the breakfast was awesome. Especially the crepes.
The price was affordable, the room was comfy and clean.

Petra and Daniel are amazing and friendly hosts! Petra spent a ton of time with us going over the minutiae of how to get around the city, what highlights we had to see, and giving us restaurant recommendations. Daniel is an inventive chef and came up with delicious hot breakfasts every morning. We stayed 4 nights and he didn't repeat a meal once! They also chat with their guests over breakfast and really make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Our bathroom didn't have a wall attachment for the shower head, so...we sat for our showers! It was a little weird at first (I'm used to a stand-up shower) but honestly after a whole day of walking around the city, sitting for a shower was a welcome change!

They are ideally located too, in a quiet and safe area, and they're close to the bus stop and train station. There's also a cute little street nearby with restaurants and shops. It's relatively easy to get around town with just public transportation alone. We were lucky enough to find free street parking, so we left our car there for our whole visit and relied just on buses/trains/walking and saw pretty much everything we wanted to see. Will definitely be staying here again, assuming they're not already all booked up next time we visit!

GREAT MONTREAL B&B
The two of us were favoured with the hospitality of Daniel, Petra and Monsieur Petit for four days in July this year. The Julliard Suite was wonderful, parking was most appreciated, and the location near active streets and attractions was very desirable. This B&B is very clean, very well appointed, and has hosts that become friends in very little time! And the food… oh the food.. a different breakfast every day, discussed with us the night before, and tailored to our diet and our wishes. We have recommended A La Carte enthusiastically to our friends, and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to beautiful Montreal.

About a year ago, I casually sent a photo of a ring design I thought looked nice to my boyfriend. Little did I know, with the help of DK, he spent weeks turning this design into a reality for me and proposed during our trip to Japan. Not only was I not expecting the proposal, but I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful, perfect ring and diamond. It’s the most sparkly thing I’ve ever laid eyes on, so of course we had to go back to DK for our wedding bands!

As much as I loved my now-husband’s band and wanted the same one for myself, I opted for, again, something sparkly because I can never resist the sparkles. My fiancé and I met with Derrick as we were looking for an engagement ring. He took the time to understand the specifics of what we were searching for and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We had a specific ring design in mind (custom design) and had a couple of exchanges with him to explain the details of it - he then shared us a 3D model and once we approved it, the ring was made exactly the way we wanted ! While planning our wedding with our venue's event coordinator, he recommended the services of Julien and his team at A1DJ's citing previous experiences working together over many years previously. Would absolutely recommend TH Tents for any outdoor event! We rented tents, tables, and chairs for our backyard Baby Welcome party in case of extreme sun or rain. Hetan and team were amazing, they setup the tents prior to the event date, which allowed us to decorate and setup everything else ahead of time. The setup was very smooth and seamless, and the event was a great success! The team was also very quick in removing everything the day after the event. Will definitely be using them again for future parties and events.

THERE IS AIRBNB, NOT A HOTEL!
In fact, this place was originally an old residential building in the style of Old Montreal, which was likely just renovated and cleaned. I honestly don’t understand how it received a hotel designation, it's a huge stretch to call it that. It’s both unbelievable and disappointing.

My perception of Montreal’s tourism industry has really changed. A regular Airbnb should never be labeled as a 4-star hotel, especially in a major tourist destination like Montreal. As a result, you simply can't expect the services typically offered by a real hotel, such as housekeeping, helpful staff, a reception desk, support in emergencies, or even a quiet atmosphere.

The unit I stayed in had just three rooms, a kitchen, laundry area, a small dining room, and a sitting area. Unfortunately, my room (Room 5) was right next to the laundry room.
One of the other guests seemed to treat the place like a dormitory and was constantly doing laundry.

"Sir, I came here for peace of mind, I don’t want conflict"

Honestly, I believe my money should be refunded. There was absolutely no peace of mind during our stay. There was no housekeeping service, and they didn’t even return fresh towels for two adults on the second day.

There were no napkins, and the room didn’t even have a basic clock—you can easily buy one from Walmart for $10 and hang it on the wall. This is simply not acceptable. If you are being fair, a refund should be issued. This was not a hotel, not even close.

Due to the nature of my job, I travel frequently and clearly understand what to expect from proper accommodations. I’m speaking from experience and without any bias or exaggeration. I truly mean what I say

Fantastic service. The host was in constant communication with us. The rooms look exactly like the photos, parking, great location, clean rooms and comfortable beds which was a plus! We will be coming back!

Google lists this accommodation as a 4-star hotel but I can’t understand how they came to that conclusion. More like 1 or possibly 2-stars at best. The room was clean and relatively quiet, but fixtures were quite worn. The a/c was functional but just barely. WiFi was unreliable. Instead of a key card, you have to punch in a long string of numbers on a key pad to access the building and the room. Navigating the stairs with luggage was… dicey. The location on the edge of a large park was lovely. But the nearest bakery/cafe is a 10-15 minute walk.

We booked room 3 which was well equipped enough in a quiet spot with a comfy bed. The bathroom was quite worn out and definitely could use some attention such as fixing the shower and flickering lights.

The common room was also nice enough and just came with the essentials. Simple things like drinking glasses would have been nice. Breakfast is about as basic with cereal, apples and hot drinks.

We never met the owner, but they were very responsive through email.

Although the place felt a bit tired and basic, the price was good to which we see it as being a positive experience.

My husband and I used Agence 4 Saisons' DJ services at our wedding this past weekend (May 2015). The DJ had a tough job, since many of my family/friends speak only English whereas my husband's speak French. François (the DJ) did an excellent job incorporating both languages in such a way that no one was left out. Prior to the wedding, we were able to say which games/traditions we were comfortable with (we did a bouquet toss but no garter toss, for example) and which to avoid. Same for the music - when the dancing started it didn't stop. We had all generations on the dance floor, and everyone loved the song mix. A++++

We had ask for a specific DJ and we didn't got it... they sent us a other one. Not the greatest experience at all.
We had ask for alot of animation and we didn't got it.
The DJ was not that good to animate the crowd. Was really desapointed. Ask the DJ to call me and he forgot not 1, not 2 but 3 times! How proffesional is that!?
I have advice the not satisfaction after our wedding, and the came back with all excuse... No costumer service after the wedding... Will certainly not suggestion anyone to have this compagnie for their event.

ClubMed has turned out to be a complete scam! Buyer beware. I had a terrible experience on what was a very expensive trip and have been trying to reach someone at Guest Relations for 3 months, without success. The only response I had was a month ago saying they have a large volume of requests and to keep waiting for my turn. I would strongly caution people against booking with ClubMed.

Profeesional. Experienced. Helpfull. Better move by CM than a rotation of global call center staff or worse poorly responsive AI.

I've been using Alain's photography and videography services for several years. He has been my photographer at all my events (around 5-6 per year) and has also created videos for me. He is punctual, reliable, and very quick in delivering his photos! What I really like are all the candid shots. These are the memories that are the most important. Many of my event attendees have used Alain for their own events and they are always completely satisfied with his services.
