Amazing experience. Syed brought my family and I to and from the airport. He was ontime and respectful. We had 11 pieces of luggage and everything fit in the Suburban. The price was very fair, and they even accept Amex through online payment. Will definitely be riding with APlus limo again soon!

My friend book this place for my bachelorette this past saturday was so much fun . They took care of us like queen procesco , picture , gift . The music and class so upbeat i was digging every minute . Actually even had history lesson before de dance started. 🙌🏾

I planned a bachelorette party for my friend, not quite sure what to expect—and I was genuinely blown away. From the outside, the place is easy to miss, but the moment you walk in, it feels like you've stepped into another world.

We had an amazing time during the 90 minutes I booked—laughing, dancing, and capturing so many gorgeous photos. I don’t want to give too much away and ruin the surprise, but if you’re looking for something unique and memorable for a special occasion, I can’t recommend this place enough.

A stunning hotel that is the perfect place to stay in the heart of old Montreal. Great location, amazing service, spotless, and simply perfect. Don’t fear there is parking in the vicinity use clicknpark and save money. Although we didn’t need it there is a luggage elevator, but we were on the 1st floor. They will keep your luggage after check out, just ask. There is all the amenities to help you feel at home, from teas, coffee, dishes, bar fridge, washer dryer robes and slippers etc.

The location and rooms in this hotel are great, but they have a weird process where you pay separately for ID verification and incidentals processing.
This is incredibly bizarre: instead of just charging extra and handling the third party payment themselves, you have to decide whether to pay insurance or the authorization transaction on your credit card. Either way, it’s about an extra $15/30 no matter what.
This is supposedly disclosed in some small print when booking, but it’s still unclear why they don’t pay the third party software bill themselves and save people the hassle.

A nice place, and the staff checks in with you via email to make sure you are doing well. The room is located right on the bike path and walking path. So it makes it easier to walk everywhere. Upon first inspection, the room was very clean. Then the ants arrived. They were everywhere. I let them know that this needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on during our stay. The sound of large vehicles backing up was annoying.

Had a great 3 night stay here and feel compelled to leave a review. I'm not used to more AirBNB-style stays so wasn't sure what to expect, and the booking process wasn't the most seamless, but any issues I had were met with clarifying and rapid communication from the staff. Interactions with on-site staff were minimal but very friendly & helpful when they occurred (shoutouts to the woman at the entrance for her kindness & to Benjamin for his help and friendliness).

We stayed on the 4th floor, so the photos attached represent one of those rooms (401 / front facing view photo attached). Some other reviews point out issues with the rear alley-facing rooms, so can't comment on whether or not that would be an issue. This may be a point of apprehension for some, as I imagine the room atmosphere might be a bit different with our view / light exposure compared to rooms on different sides of the building.

As stated by the hotel, there is no elevator, but the flights of stairs were no issue (of course if you have mobility issues, likely better to choose a lower floor). The luggage elevator is useful, so no worries about the higher floor if you're travelling with a lot of stuff (we were not; simply walked the bags up). Despite being on the highest floor in feels-like-41-degree weather, the room temperature was cool and heat was a non-issue.

The room itself was great. Comfortable bed, convenient sized fridge, even a hidden away hot plate and pans if you're inclined to do some cooking. A minor nitpick would be that the bathroom could use an additional small shelf or something for toiletries, but otherwise no complaints!

Location is subjective but it's a great area. If you have any interest in staying near the water or staying in and around Old Montreal then it's an excellent spot.

We loved our stay! After booking, I did have to pay $11 US for identity verification and damage insurance, just fyi. We paid for parking at the mall nearby and took a short walk to the hotel. Check-in was easy and personal, and she had recommendations if you wanted. The location was the best part, so close to Old Montreal and the Cathedral. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. We didn't use it much, but the kitchen was a nice feauture and had everything you would need. We felt very safe and secure, and it was quiet at night. We would return!

My husband and I got married this summer and used Arte Studio for our photography and videography. They captured the day so beautifully. From beginning to end, no moments were missed. They were so professional and really made us feel super comfortable. The photos and videos that we received were incredible and very creative.

My husband and I got married in the summer of 2024 and we booked out photos and video with Arte Studio. The entire team was extremely professional and kept the day fun and light! They connected with both of us and our bridal party and made sure our vision came true! The entire process felt natural and they guided us throughout the day. Once we received our photos and videos it was like reliving the day all over! I found Arti gogna simply by doing a google search to find a dress for my maid of honor. I gotta say that I'm so grateful to have found her! With a multitude of different fits and colour choices , you WILL find something without a doubt . Arti's service style is personal, patient , calm and honest. I found an Arti Gogna dress for my wedding at Boutique 1861 and immediately fell in love. When browsing their site, I found another dress that would be *perfect* for the reception and the team at Arti Gogna was incredibly helpful in answering my questions, getting the dress custom made in white, and turning it around so quickly to get it to me in time for the wedding day.

I found Arti Gogna as a new designer on Hudson Bay (The Bay) website. They have a variety of modern styles, nice fabric and a very very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the dress I chose was sold out in white, so I decided to try my luck on her website. I can’t explain how nice and fast her team was. They answered in the chat anytime I texted, and they were ready to make this dress for me, even in white (which was sold out everywhere else) and send it to me. But I don't need it anymore because the situation changed for me, but I am looking forward to order from them in the future. Montreal-based designer with an amazing team, trendy clothes and absolutely unbelievably good prices for these dresses. I wish you all the best in your business!

I wish I had a before picture of my jewelry. I didn’t have much hope my ring bringing it in, but They did such a great job with fixing it, that it looked almost brand new ! It cracked in 2 , black with oxidation and barely round. They even fixed my necklace and got it back all shiny again. They were even able to clean all the silver jewelry I had brought in instantly. My partner’s Rolex clasp had been coming undone for years, something he just dealt with every single day. We finally stopped into the shop, and within five minutes they had it fixed… for free. It was such a simple gesture, but their kindness made the whole experience feel special.

I came in to get the pin on my watch fixed, and not only did they repair it quickly, but they also did it completely free of charge. It was such a kind gesture and truly appreciated. Excellent and honest service, highly recommend!

So happy about the resizing of my engagement ring! It was a size 6 and I thought I needed a size 3. After mesurement at Atelier Lou, my finger was a size 4. The work was done in a day and only for a 100$! Very grateful because two jewelers told me it wasn’t possible to reduce the size and that it was going to need an entire remodel (which was about 1000$ according to both jewelers). Thanks a lot Atelier Lou, I will come back for my future requests!!

We came here with friends after seeing a reel on Instagram about their cake-decorating activity. The place has a nice ambiance, but honestly, it’s overpriced for what you get. It costs $30 for a small cake, and while decorating, my cake started “sweating” because the A/C wasn’t working well, so the icing wouldn’t stick properly.

For $30, you get a small cake, four mini icing bags (shared between four people), a mug of random sprinkles, edible glitter, and some bows. The ingredients didn’t feel very hygienic—especially the bows, which were sitting at the bottom of a plastic box where it’s clear other people may have touched them. I really didn’t feel comfortable putting that on something I was about to eat.

There are places in Montreal that offer proper cake-decorating classes for about $50, where you get better-quality ingredients, more decorating options, and actual instructions, making it a much better value overall. Here, the decorating options felt very limited.

As for drinks, they were just okay. My tiramisu latte was good, but my friend’s strawberry lemonade tasted like watered-down juice. For $30 per cake plus $8 drinks (before tax), it just isn’t worth it.

If you’re looking for a fun cake-decorating experience, I’d recommend going somewhere that offers actual guidance, better ingredients, and more value for your money.

I had an amazing time with my niece for her birthday cake decoration. The owner, who is also the teacher, was amazing, fully bilingual, and with a great attitude and excellent trainer who was also training her newly haired employee. She is very kind and generous, which is why the experience was amazing. Highly recommend it and will be back soon for cupcake decorations. Thank you.

I ordered my son's 2nd birthday cake here thinking i was giving my money back to my community.
I sent her a picture of the cake i wanted and she assured me that she could replicate the cake. Instead of fondant, all the decorations was plastic and printed pictures. See the attached pictures for yourself.
She agreed to reimburse the 145$ i spend if i returned the cake, which i did, but instead of confirming with me the account to which she should return my money, she sent the money to a closed account.
My sons birthday is tomorrow, so i am without a cake and still missing 145$.
This owner is unprofessional and doesn't care at all about her customers. I absolutely don't recommend doing business with her.

My time at Atelier Marjorie was the highlight of my trip to Montreal! The service was great! Both the owner, Khadijah, and the gentleman who helped set up my incredible cake decorating experience, Sacha, were so kind and welcoming. The girly pink interior, beautiful floral decorations and comfortable seating created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I had so much fun decorating my delicious raspberry cake with the large variety of icings and sprinkles I was provided. I truly enjoyed the time to be creative and the cake was both beautiful AND delicious. I also had up a couple desserts while I was there and everything was so flavorful, unique, and exquisitely crafted! I had an amazing experience at Atelier NuStyle shopping for my wedding gown with my mom, sisters, and in-laws. We had the whole place to ourselves and Todd made us feel welcome, celebrated, and not at all rushed. Todd listened to my ideas a questions, made great suggestions, and asked thoughtful guiding questions as I considered different styles of dresses. The selection of dresses in the boutique are extremely high quality and are each completely stunning! The environment is thoughtfully appointed and very pretty. I arrived at my choice more easily than I imagined and celebrated with champagne. I couldn't be happier with my dress - thank you Todd for helping me to find just the right gown for my special day!

I had the absolute best experience at Atelier NüStyle. This was my third store and the experience blew my mind. Todd is an absolute GEM. From when I booked my appointment, Todd reached out personally over text to get more information (wedding date and approximate budget), and to thank me for booking with them.

My experience in store was nothing short of amazing. Todd was attentive in the styles that I showed him, but also encouraged me to explore styles that I maybe didn't think I would want. One of the things I appreciated the most was the he respected my budget.

Todd pulled some spectacular dresses and in the end, I was stuck between two. He allowed me to try them both multiple times despite nearing the end of my appointment slot. He encouraged me to walk around, played with the lights to let me envision what the dress would look like in different lighting. I could not be happier with the experience I had. The showroom is beautiful, there's plenty of space for my guests to sit comfortably. Finally, Todd recommended a fantastic seamstress to do the adjustments for my dress.

I’ve been a client of Laura and Shoko for years and they’re both always kind and professional. Laura is an expert when it comes to nails. She’ll give you the most flawless and durable application (make sure to try her nail art too!). Shoko is an amazing and experience hairdresser, she managed to get my forever short and damaged hair to grow long and healthy. Definitely one of the best places to be in Montreal!

This is one of my favourite places in Montreal. I have been to so many places to get my nails done and rarely have my manicures lasted more than a few days and my gel manicures more than a week. But here, I have been able to make it to 4 weeks every time! It has such a great atmosphere and seriously makes my day every time I get my nails done :) I just got a design for Valentine’s Day and I have never loved a manicure more!!

My fiance recently bought my engagement ring at Atelier RMR Montreal and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with both their ring quality and exceptional customer service. From the moment she placed the order online to inquiring about resizing my ring, the entire experience was seamless and satisfying.

The ring she picked is outstanding. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every aspect, far exceeding my expectations. I love my ring and I'm glad she chose them. I personally don't care for diamonds and Atelier RMR has a variety of options and can customize any rings depending on your choice of stone or gems.

Also, the customer service was exceptional. The owner and the staff all introduced themselves to us and made sure our needs are met. The team was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful in addressing all of our questions about resizing my ring. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied.

Very unprofessional, rescheduling meetings without telling me, not showing up for meetings which I have previously booked. They’re a scam, they tried to take my rings immediately even knowing I had appointments with other jewelers. I said I wanted a sketch of the ring before moving forward and they never sent one.

i had a wonderful experience at the store. as soon as i chose the flowers with the price i wanted, the florist started the wrapping and she did a great job. and the flowers were so beautiful and fresh🫶🏼 thank youuuu so much!!!!

This place is my go to when i need a great looking bouquet of flowers,but lately ( since covid) the flower selection by units to make your own bouquet has changed,many bouquet are already made and the flowers dont last long when getting them home even with the magic powder.

Overpriced and awful service. One of the matching lights I bought there 5 years ago stopped working. Took it for repair, they had it for months and I had to keep calling to ask about it. Finally, after more months passed, they said it could not be repaired. I asked about warranty, nothing. Discount for my troubles? Barely. Then I found the exact same model for one third the price in the internet!

Pitiful, arrogant, discourteous, and shameful service. My mother went into this store to find the perfect light; she was the ONLY CUSTOMER inside. The two salespeople at their desks didn't even lift a finger to look at her. Not a single hello, not a single word. They completely ignored her. My mother had to speak to the salesperson herself, and she was so disgusted by the service that she left after 5 minutes.

This is not how you welcome, serve, or treat customers, gentlemen. Without customers, your company wouldn't exist. No customers = no sales. Without good service = low return rate.

You sell fairly expensive lights. When a customer comes into the store, the least you can do is help them find what they're looking for, or at least NOT IGNORE THEM.

Very disappointed and we will never come back there again since you don't care about your customers. I prefer to give my money to a company that deserves it and has customer satisfaction at heart.

Just picked up Mother’s Day flowers and flowers for my girlfriend. They made the bouquets look beautiful from the flowers I picked. Very affordable as well and beautifully arranged. I recommend this shop over ANY OTHER flower shop in the area. 10/10
