Since the first time we entered St-Onge, we felt that the owners were very kind and sincere.

This set them apart from other stores. We felt that St-Onge were genuinely interested in hearing about us and giving suggestions.

After visiting more than 7 other stores, we decided to come back to St-Onge and pick one of their rings, however we wanted to try and get a different stone for a particular ring.

This proved to be difficult, but Mr. St-Onge made huge efforts in helping us to find the stone. He is very professional and explained related knowledge to us. He is also very effective at communicating with us how things were going.

We finally decided on the original stone the ring was designed with and the more we look at it the more we like it.

St-Onge rings are special. It feels like they really put dedicated thoughts into each one of their designs.

We are grateful with St-Onge for giving us a warm, professional and pleasant experience and we 100% recommend them as their rings are very carefully designed and feel more unique than the rings of other stores.

I brought my gold ring in because I had lost the gem and bent the ring while working. I was sure I wouldn't have been able too have it replaced since my stone was an agate moss. Lucky for me joaillerie st onge was able to find a supplier to replace my gem and fit it to size. I am so grateful that it was able to be fixed and such a beautiful job as well!

We recently attended Joe and Mary’s Wedding, and wow—what an incredible experience! This event is designed just like a real wedding, from dressing up to celebrating with a bride, groom, and full wedding party. It truly felt like we were guests at an actual wedding, and we had an absolute blast with our friends!

Positives:
✅ Affordable Fun – You get a full wedding-style experience, delicious food, drinks, and an unforgettable night out for affordable price.
✅ Fantastic Music – The music was incredible, with a great mix, including lively Italian tunes that kept the dance floor packed.
✅ Beautiful Venue – The Château Hall was stunning, adding to the elegant wedding atmosphere.
✅ Open Bar – Drinks were included, making the night even more enjoyable.
✅ Great Food – Once it arrived, the food was tasty and satisfying.
✅ Amazing Hosts – The team running the show did an outstanding job bringing the experience to life.

Negatives & Suggestions:
❌ Late Dinner Service – The food was served too late, and we’d suggest serving it at least an hour earlier.
❌ Sound System Issues – At times, we couldn’t hear the wedding party, so improving the audio setup would enhance the experience.

Other than these small issues, Joe and Mary’s Wedding was an absolute hit! The energy, laughter, and fun made for an unforgettable night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and entertaining evening!

From the moment I contacted Joel,, he was kind and helpful and responsive. Coming from the USA 🇺🇸 for a wedding in Canada 🇨🇦 and when I was also a part of the wedding I definitely was worrried and in need of finding someone to style my hair. Joel does amazing work! And he is funny and personable too! The 5 of us loved our prep day! He also arranged for makeup artist Genieve for those who wanted it and she was wonderful and made my makeup flawless! I did not have a smear or a runny eye! I absolutley loved my hair and makeup! Perfect for the hot day as well and it stayed in all day and night! I would definitely come back to Montreal for hair styliing with Joel in the future and highly recommend for any event you may have as Joel will make you feel beautiful and glamorous from the start!

I loved the experience and the final result! Very few people around three continents have been able to get my hair type so well as he did, showing Joel 's great depth of knowledge. On the top of it, the beauty and the warmth of the people and the studio just made it my little special place where to go when I need to relax.

My wife just came home from Mr Joel's studio, and I am so glad that finally my wife has found a hair stylist with the knowledge and ability to respect her hair, to understand how to reveal a person.

DJ Johnny Mix and his team, were absolutely amazing! They were easy to reach, responsive to all our questions, and so helpful throughout the planning process. On the day of, everything flowed smoothly—seamless transitions, clear audio for the ceremony and speeches, and a dance floor that stayed full all night. Highly recommend!

JohnnyMix was a Dj at our wedding 6 years ago and we had the pleasure of seeing him again, in action, at my brother’s wedding. He mixes the music so well, has a great playlist, has lots of experience, and makes sure to incorporate music that most of the guests at the wedding would like. Everybody is sure to have a good time! Even our four year old son was busting some moves/break dance moves. Johnny goes beyond his job description, makes sure to explain properly, thinks of everything, asks the right questions, offers suggestions and makes sure to accommodate what needs to be accommodated. He also adjusts very well to changes that may happen on the same day and definitely adapts to what needs to be done. He was also very kind to send whatever videos and pictures he took during the night. Definitely recommend JohnnyMix!

Order Fell Short of “Thank You” Intent

I recently placed a $50 “Thank You” bouquet order from this florist for delivery directly across the street . While I accepted the $8 “delivery” fee for such a short distance, the final bouquet was a disappointing mismatch for the occasion.
after speaking to different florists in the area . I can confirm there are better options of florists. This was an honest and authentic review explaining my experience. Usually the owner does somthing to remedy the bad experience, for return business.

Audrey is the absolute best. From day 1, she took excellent care of us and must have answered hundreds upon hundreds of emails related to our wedding, and dealt with every change appropriately. COVID beyond complicated our wedding planning, but Audrey always adapted. Everything we ordered for our wedding dinner was excellent, the staff and maitre D were beyond kind and friendly, plus our guests had a great time. They were able to find options that catered to us and our many, many allergies. A+, we'd use them again in a heartbeat!

For our Christmas lunch at work,we had the opportunity to give this place a try. I believe it's the second year in the row and it's been great so far, the plate isn't very big they fill you up and was delicious.

The perfect snack for a ferris wheel ride. Special thanks to the man in the van in Old Port who gave us these delicious cheesecakes. Made our day ❤️

We have not eaten here but we almost used them for catering. They came highly recommended from a friend. If we did not live so far away we would have used them. We ordered from Kitchen59 for our New Year's eve dinner. As you can see from the picture it was a very fancy setting so I needed amazing quality to impress my guests.

The ordering process was very easy. Antoine (the owner) walked us through the menu and was extremely flexible with all the options and variations we wanted. We then placed our order and picked it up from the pickup location.

Food presentation: the food was extremely well packed and secured within the containers so we were not worried about transportation. The presentation itself was amazing (as you can see from the pictures). My guests found them extremely professional (FYI I requested the aluminum containers for easier handling and disposing)

The taste: IT WAS DELICIOUS. Everyone stopped having a conversation because the food was soooo good. The meat and chicken were so juicy, the garlic was extremely well balanced, perfect taste with very little after taste or bad breath. The rice was cooked to perfection and the salad dressing was very good. My guests were fighting to take leftovers!

We hired KNL for entertainment and day-of coordination, with Liza as our MC, and they truly went above and beyond. From the start they kept checking in and following up to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (which was a lifesaver since we were planning everything ourselves with zero event-planning experience). They also recommended some excellent vendors along the way.
Our meetings with Liza and Helen were always a stress reliever. They had such great energy, cheerful but calming, and every time we left a meeting we felt less overwhelmed. On the wedding day, we could really see the difference their work made.
MC Liza had everyone laughing and dancing, DJ Abasi’s transitions had us mindblown, Du and the tech team nailed the lighting, dry ice, and sound, and Simon… well, we’re still not totally sure what his official role was, because he was everywhere and seemed to be doing everything, but he absolutely killed it.

Liza, our coordinator, was absolutely phenomenal. She was responsive, organized, and truly an expert at what she does. We were so grateful for the multiple planning meetings she offered to ensure we felt confident every step of the way. Her savoir-faire kept us grounded even as our plans changed (many many times. Very adaptive.

Josh was a wonderful host especially during our tea ceremony. His warm energy and smooth guidance made everything feel effortless and meaningful. Abasi brought incredible energy to the reception and lit up our dance floor — we danced like never before! Franklin worked behind the scenes making sure all the technical elements ran perfectly, and his presence made a big difference. Helen worked fast and responds quickly to emails. She also made a great wedding guest ;)

The entire KNL team worked so well together and truly cared about making our wedding special. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage a bilingual celebration with such grace and ease left a lasting impression on us and our guests. We highly recommend!

Everything about this restaurant is just WOW! The food is mouth watering; from flavor to presentation and even variety, it was just perfect. Every cocktail I had was gorgeous and well balanced! They even offer tasty mocktails for those who don’t drink. The staff is so kind and the service is quick! Need I mention that there was a soul/jazz band there playing live music?! The ambience is wonderful and I highly recommend for all ages. Would be perfect for a date night or even a night out with friends. A true gem!

Amazing! Vibe, decor, food, cocktails were all perfect! The octopus carpaccio was absolutely delicious!!! So much so that we went back a second time. It was the BEST dish we had during our stay in Montreal. I’m still thinking about it! We also had the griot which was very flavorful and not too fatty. Highly recommend Kwizinn! You’ll eat well and feel happy doing it!

First time visiting Kwizin since it moved to the Old Port. Wow! Everything!! The service, the atmosphere and most importantly, the food. It was absolutely delicious. The oxtail Jamaican patty is a MUST! Such a flaky dough with a tender and creamy meat filling. The (sweet) homemade ketchup pairs perfectly with it. For the main, we LOVED the plantain burger. Again, the dish is so well thought and balanced. The cheesy sauce adds an amazing flavour and extra moisture, it’s finger licking good. Finally, the beignets were a pleasant surprise. Like a warm crispy donut with a sweet glaze drizzle on the plate. Will definitely go back! Ultimate date spot.

We had an amazing time after the F1 races with the team at Kwizinn. Hospitable , knowledgeable and e training to say the least. Our bartenders knowledge on cocktails was superb leaving her a dealers choice option for my first cocktail and she did not disappoint. This a new location for them and well laid out and designed . Speak easy downstairs for late night event . Well.done. I'll be back ☘️🤙

Honestly the food was too expensive given its quality & quantity.
The steak was 4 tiny slices ( each as big a a loonie) buried under a mountain of sautéed carrots
For the amount we paid for two persons, we could have had a better experience elsewhere.

The flowers quality should seriously be reevaluated. I went for a 70$ bouquet, very poor selection & variety of flowers to start with, the girl who helped me seemed very confused, after many attempts to get a « nice » fluffy bouquet because everything was nearly dead, she showed it to me for approval, I accepted even tho it was only thin flowers that are usually decorative. As she starts counting the price, she removed many stems without telling me which makes the bouquet even thinner than what it was originally, if I wanted a similar result I would’ve had it from walmart for 20$. It’s very frustrating taking extra time & sacrificing traffic for an experience like that. I hope someone will take action and check on the flowers maintenance in order to give a better service

Extremly busy on Mother’s day! Luckily, I ordered a few days in advance to avoid the traffic. I ordered a bouquet with my preferred colour themes. The staff was absolutely amazing. They prepared my order in advance. The day of, they had it at the front. I only came to pick it up. It was very packed but I didn’t have to wait too long. The bouquet came out beautiful. Exactly what I expected. I recommend this place. They know what they are doing, they are very sweet and they are professional!

Kyoto provided the flower for my September wedding and everything turned out beautiful. We talked through how we wanted everything to loo: the ceremonial arch, sweetheart table, guest tables, etc. In addition, we provided Kyoto fleurs with candle vases that we would like them to decorate. All the staff were super friendly and they executed the plan amazingly. Thank you to Laura and your team!

Staff super nice. I bought roses for a friend’s birthday. Roses were not that fresh, kinda opened and I had to remove some dried petals. I ask for some little flowers to add on to give them more life and they only have like a green simple stuff. They run out of little flowers so yeah. That was my experience.

Kyoto provided our flowers for our May 2025 wedding. They were really beautiful - from my wife's bouquet to the flower arch and centrepieces.

Kyoto also took the time in preparatory meetings to really listen to our vision and preferences. When it came time to deliver on our vision, they really nailed it. We are very grateful! They are a great choice for a wedding florist

I had my wedding here and it was incredible! The staff is so helpful on the day of, you feel like a guest at your own wedding! And i didnt even have a wedding planner!
The food was delicious and all my guests said so. Even with a mishap with communication with the DJ, the music was great and the night was unforgettable.
Ambroisie is so gorgeous, it really is a beautiful place for a wedding.

I just had my wedding at L’Espace Canal last weekend, and what an incredible experience! From planning the event with the venue coordinator, Alexa, to the flexibility with menu creation with chef Stuart, the communication and coordination was so professional and seamless. We also had an amazing day of experience because of Jaime, Tony, Jonathan, and Rohit. We are filled with gratitude that the whole team made our wedding so memorable and perfect!!!! We got so many compliments from our guests on the food, drinks, and service.

A beautiful place, with a cozy elegance. I had the pleasure of flowering a wedding here, bud vase centerpieces, and a wild-style bridal bouquet. To date one of my favourite locations to flower. I also returned on another occasion to dine with friends at the restaurant, I absolutely loved the french onion soup, and the steak frites was very good.

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at L'Espace Canal, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we started planning, our coordinator Dietrich took care of every detail with such professionalism and care.

The venue itself is stunning, with its charming ambiance and beautiful views of the canal providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish, the food and service was exceptional.

Overall, L'Ambroisie et L'Espace Canal exceeded all our expectations, and we are so grateful to Dietrich and the entire team for making our wedding day so memorable. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect place to tie the knot.
