We ordered the cocktail bites catering service for our small intimate wedding of 50 people.
The food was amazing, our guests kept asking us about the caterer and we were so happy to tell them about La Petite Mangue. The bites were so delicious and appreciated by our guests. Namely, there were many compliments for the salmon mango tartare, the crispy noodle cup with vegetables and grilled chicken, the Vietnamese beef salad, the shrimp lemongrass and the roasted duck mini wraps.
I had concerns about different allergies from guests and Dylida provided all the information and help necessary for us to properly host our guests.
It was also important that we received the food at our wedding venue at a specific time, and the delivery was punctual and excellent service was provided upon arrival.

We chose La Petite Mangue to cater our small wedding. The food was excellent with god choices incl. Vegetarian. All our guests were very satisfied and full. They supplied the heating equipment.

This is an overdue post. I catered with them for my newborn's birthday party and every single dish was so delicious! I have since relocated back to my home country but still Canadian friends are asking for the caterer for their own parties. They also provide a server for your entire party so your guests don't have to serve themselves. Highly recommended! :)

The food was so amazing. They delivered and set up the food in an efficient way for our event. All the guests loved the food!

Food was okay but I will not be ordering from this place again for the single reason that they use styrofoam to package their food. 6 containers out of 8 were styrofoam which are not recyclable and toxic. There are many affordable eco friendly and biodegradable options out there; styrofoam is by far the worst and I will not support toxic garbage. It’s also very bad for our own health: “When used with food products, especially when heated, Styrofoam releases toxic chemicals into the food causing a contamination which can be hazardous to your health In addition, when exposed to sunlight,Styrofoam creates harmful air pollutants which contaminate landfills and deplete the ozone layer.”

La Toque Blanche catered my wedding this weekend and I am soooo proud of their food and service! One of the most important aspects of a wedding is the food and I had guests rave about the food all evening and I am beyond happy of the results. Food was delicious, generous and of quality. Thank you again! From now on if I or anyone I know ever needs catering service I’m coming back straight to you guys! Fantastic caterer!

Very good food and excellent service. Thank you for your flexibility and for your openness in our concept. We had a cocktail diner with a wine pairing. Every servicd was made in association with a specific wine. They were very subtle during the service, making sure everyone had what they needed. Awesome experience.

Booking the event was so easy, they are so ready to accommodate and have a very attentive ear for their customers. The service that we received was incredible. Not only prior to the event but also during. They made sure that everyone was satisfied including those who do not eat meat. I had a great experience using La Toque Blanche Traiteur, I am very pleased with the service I received. Not only was the food up to par, it surpassed my expectations, along with the service and accommodations. Also, booking the arrangement was made easy and quick. The team itself is very efficient. Came here for a wedding last weekend and the venue was absolutely gorgeous. Tight, intimate space with a large dance floor. 100% recommend. The drive up to it on the race track was also a very cool experience.

One of the Best event venue in the heart of Montreal.

We just had our wedding this past weekend and all we can say is WOW. This venue is one of the most gorgeous in all of Montreal, from the lighting, to the indoor design, to the architecture and of course, the garden. We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about our experience with the rental managers. All of our guests were blown away by the atmosphere. If you are considering this place as a rental for an event - do it. We will remember our special day for a lifetime, and it happened flawlessly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There's a reason why this is one of the most sought after wedding venues in Montreal. It's so gorgeous, the setting is incredible - you feel like you're out in the country but through the trees you have this breathtaking view of the city. Parc Jean-Drapeau's staff are very attentive and helpful. It's well worth the cost to rent this space. It's unreal to think how many hundreds of thousands of people likely dined in that room during Expo 67, how many millions passed through the Canadian Pavilion, how many millions more walked around the site. It makes whatever event feel like a part of history. The Inuit art was striking and engaging too, and it created this remarkable contrast with the high modernism of the space which was 'linked' by the interior wood floors and finishings, and complemented by the natural settings outside. Old, new, antique, modern, rustic, urban - and all at the same time and in harmoney with one another. What could be more Montreal, Quebecois, and Canadian than that?

Horrible service and, more importantly, both parking attendents and their manager utterly lacking in empathy. Attended an event here and we had a guest in the party whose electric car needed a charge since nearest charger in the Casino was out of service and after driving around looking for charger they only had enough charge to drive 5 km. La Toundra refused to allow him to charge the car so it would not require a tow while being a guest at the event and told him that the charger is for employees only even though no employee was charging 10 pm two charger spots. And this was for a paying customer. At the end, this poor individual had his car towed as their battery ran out, their while two kids screamed in their baby seats, which lay on the side of the road while they waited for their cab at 10 pm. Quebec hospitality at its best.

It's our first night in Montreal and it's my birthday! 🥳 My daughter made reservations at La Verità.
They started us off with a plate of focaccia, olives and sundried tomatoes. This was our first meal of the day and it waa yummy, it opened up our appetite. 😋

We had three different staff looking after us. They suggested items not on the menu so to start, we selected the Burrata with pistachios, pomegranate and a honey balsamic drizzle with sourdough strips. This was a delicious starter, and very filling!😋

Our mains were the Lasagna and the Lobster Ravioli in a cream sauce. My daughter loved her Lobster Ravioli 🦞, my lasagna could feed two. Although it was meaty and cheesey, something about the pasta was lacking, a four out of five for me.

We ended our night with desserts, but before we ordered, the staff was nice enough to bring out a slice of Tirimasu with a lit candle. I'm not a big fan of Tirimasu, (but I truly appreciated the thought). We ordered the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and the carrot cake with walnuts. These desserts were exceptional!😋😋

The staff were attentive and friendly, and a special shout out to Nolan, who was so kind and helpful, teaching us proper French translationings.🤭😜

It was a wonderful evening, and a fabulous start to our vacation. 🎉🍷

Stunning and delightful dining experience. The staff is courteous and attentive (thank you Luca, Tomassi and Derrick), the atmosphere lends itself to a superlative dining experience, and the food is exquisite. Lots of extra/daily options on top of the standard menu, all of it delicious. You'll end up sharing, and will be hard pressed to decide whom amongst your group ordered the best dish.

Had a nice dinner, good service and went with the servers recommendations. We enjoyed our night.

A very nice restaurant with many imported items from Italy, depending on the season. The decor is chic, and the ambiance is pleasant—lively but not too loud! Our waitress, Dovina, provided amazing service, offering excellent suggestions and in-depth details about the uniqueness of each dish.

We enjoyed the burrata, beautifully paired with pistachios, pomegranate, honey, and balsamic—absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were fair and well-balanced, leaving us perfectly satisfied. A perfect place for special occasions, it’s worth what you pay for! For the main course, we had the ravioli d’aragosta, which was creamy and flavorful. We also tried the grilled lamb chops, perfectly cooked and tender, served with asparagus, mashed potatoes, and peppers.

For dessert we shared a maple cheesecake that was sweet and delightful. A standout feature was the half-bottle wine list, which added a nice touch to the experience.

A few things to know if you're hosting an event here:
The venue is run by the city and they have agreements in place with a rowing club to use the facilities. You will have people in and out using the bathrooms as if they are open to public despite your having paid for the space. You can call the city office to dispute this but you will have to fight for exclusive use of the space.

There is a lot of junk hanging around the downstairs rooms. Chalkboards, drum sets, broken chairs. It will not be moved.

After 11pm, a security guard is stationed inside the venue. This is disconcerting because guests automatically assume that there is an issue. However, it is nice to have someone watching the door and you do not have to wait for someone to arrive when you're ready to leave.

If you are rentjing for more than a few hours, you will have to call the city each time you want to arrive or depart the venue. They do not give you a key. You can only access as of 9h00 - basically the same hours as Maison du Brasserie museum.

The fridge is residential not commercial. Same for the stove. You will have to turn on the bar fridges upstairs when you arrive so that they chill before your event, otherwise prepare for warm drinks.

The views and access to the canal boardwalk are amazing. The stone walls make for beautiful photo backdrops and the 2nd floor terrace is a great feature.

Lovely lake shore view. Clean, airy and has a nice secure balcony. Great venue for medium or small conferences

Went to a wedding here in September and the place was spectacular. The old vintage look the building has updated by modern decor inside made the place very cozy and enjoyable . Not sure if the staff is always the same however if so they were on point and very welcoming . I would highly recommend this place for someone looking for a wedding or just to rent out for corporate occasions etc .

Historic building by the water. Great for intimate wedding/gatherings. Small kitchen for caterers. The parking lot is public and can not be reserved for private functions.

We had a dinner reservation at 9pm with a sushi platter. Presentation was impressive. We were there on a Sunday in February, it was pretty empty at 9pm but by 11pm it was a club. The sushi was alright, they also gave us to go boxes to take home which was a nice touch. Service was good, fast, and attentive.

The music was good, it got somewhat crowded towards midnight. DJ took my song request which was nice. We were here for a bachelorette party.

The bathrooms are really really nice, and there is a typewriter in the women’s washrooms which was unique. Unsure why there was a bathroom attendant in the women’s washroom you were suppose to tip, that seemed unnecessary.

Coat check was upstairs by donation.

Lots of stairs down to the restaurant/club, it felt like in a basement.

Great aesthetic and vibes for a Sunday night! Drinks were okay but DJs were amazing. It’s in an old bank vault (underground Crew Collective). No lines and no cover

I had the best experience thanks to Mike, John, Joe, and Billy! From the moment we arrived, their VIP service was top-notch. They made entering the club so smooth, quick, and stress-free, and treated us like true VIPs the entire time. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really set the tone for an amazing night. Highly recommend their service if you want to feel taken care of and enjoy a seamless experience!

Booked a section for a Bachelor party (12 Guys) at La Voûte… and it did not disappoint. DJ was amazing and we were all jumping up and down all night. The club layout is awesome you have to go see for yourself.

We had an incredible night and a huge part of that was because of Alexandra! She was our (stunning) bottle girl and from the moment we got to our section, she made sure we were taken care of the entire time. She was professional, attentive and full of great energy. Dancing with us, making sure everyone had what they needed, keeping the party going with a smile. Make sure you ask for her if you go, she goes above and beyond and deserves all the recognition.

La Voûte 10/10 experience if we could rewind we’d do it all again tonight 🔥

We had a blast at this spot! The live entertainment was a great addition, the food was delicious, and our server took excellent care of us.

We went to Lady Porcelaine for my little sister’s bridal shower, and we absolutely loved the experience from beginning to end. As soon as we arrived, they gave us hats that matched our outfits – such a lovely touch – and we took photos in different beautiful spots around the tea shop.

Then, we got to choose the tea set we wanted to drink from, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. The tea party began, and the pastries were not only delicious but also quite filling. The tea they served was so good that we ended up buying some to take home!

The service was amazing – the staff looked genuinely happy and positive, which just made the whole experience even better and brought smiles to our faces. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a tea party in a beautiful and charming setting.

Went here for my bachelorette, would recommend for anyone to celebrate here. A great bridgeton immersive experience. Decorated very well everywhere. The staff especially Valerie was amazing and went above and beyond! Food and tea was amazing also!

Wedding July 8, 2023 ordered two limousines, one of the two had air conditioning not working, it was very hot that day! I asked for two limousines specifically for the interior and I did not receive what I wanted. One of the two drivers did not really know where to go, it was heating up quite a bit. I was not satisfied, I was very disappointed, especially since Mr. Benoit Lamontagne told me that it was not the air conditioning that was not working, it was the driver who did not know how to start it! Big lack of training. The only positive points I can give are that they arrived on time and the drivers were helpful. The rest is very bad, last time I hire this company! All this cost me $1700 for a $100 refund for the air conditioning that was not working. On a day that was 35 C, my mother had heatstroke, that did not help. Thank you Mr. Benoit Lamontagne. Be careful

Amazing experience from start to finish. They were super helpful over the phone, gave me some tips, and asked me to send my image by email. When I showed up, the project was already set up and ready to go. They engraved my Zippo in 5 minutes, and I was honestly shocked by how good it turned out, the detail was crazy.

Thanks again, you guys really made my day. I’ll 100% be back. Also, their prices are more than fair.

Sommar, the owner was very nice, skillful, creative and helful. Though I had my design cut, it definitely seems as though he can design and make all sorts of things! From beautiful to technical, very impressive!

They also provided some delicious complimentary espresso 🤤 so good. Wonderful overall experience!

Having visited many jewelers in Montreal and looking into online retailers such as Blue Nile and James Allen I can say this place exceeded expectation in all categories.

To begin, as they are a family owned business, they don't work on commission so you never feel pushed into making a purchase.

Second they work hard to not only make sure you love your ring, but that you leave without overspending. We bought an exquisite engagement ring with a GIA grade of excellent for the price of $3000. A very similar ring at Birks was $12 000.

The quality of their jewelry is remarkable. I have a relative jeweler that works internationally including owning stores in Dubai, Iran, and Japan and I still decided to go with Laurentian Jewellers as they were offering better quality and prices.

I recently used again Layman Tour & Transport for customer transportation, and they exceeded my expectations yet again! I am writing to give some feedback concerning our trip of yesterday.
The bus was just unbelievable – new – clean – and comfortable…. My residence couldn't stop saying what a beautiful bus we had and what a beautiful bus I had reserved. Michel the bus driver was just marvelous – he was attentive – and explained the many features of the bus before we left and was very attentive to all my requests. Michel was very good – his driving was exceptional – he didn’t speed – he didn't pass other cars because they were going slow – he kept his speed all along the trip.
I have only good things to say about the service that Valeria has given me before the trip – answering all my questions before my departure, and the service she gave me when I was stressed abut everything being in order. This company has accomplished ALL that.
I thank you very much and I will surely come back for any of my future trips….

Everything about our experience at the Andover was wonderful! We recently had our son’s wedding there. Lea and her staff went above and beyond to make this day extraordinary! From the food to the service, I cannot recommend this venue enough. Lea’s attention to details and support throughout the entire planning process should not go unmentioned. I had the honor of being one of the first weddings at le Andover back in November and what a beautiful experience it was! I cannot recommend this venue enough. You have a beautiful blank slate and with the help of Lea (an absolute GEM) you can really make the space transform into however your heart desires.

The location, the space itself, the parking (huge plus), the staff, etc really make this venue THE spot in MTL to host your next event!

We had our corporate event. Very good service and ambience.

The ad is so misleading!! Booked for a Candlelight concert which looked beautiful in pictures. Selected the best seats possible (A section). The ambiance was nothing like what was shown on the website.
The musicians saved the day because the music was amazing, but the experience felt cheap.

Had such a blast on the Valentine's jazz night.
It's pretty sad to have to rate four stars instead of five for some of small things during it.

First of all, the food, the staff, the band, the singer, the wine, atmosphere, location, everything I mentioned above is beyond AMAZING! No complaints on those at all.

Sadly I didn't quite enjoy the cocktails so much, we ordered two different cocktails and neither of them can step up with our high expectations, with the price and all the good things I mentioned above.

For sure this place is perfect for special occasions, as it's a fancy place to dine, behind and inside of an old church. That part I think it's brilliant!

The toilets are quite limited as it's inside the old church but it was not packed at all so I don't find this a negative thing.

In summary, best fancy place for live music, food, wine selections not so much for cocktails (in my opinion) OR maybe if you try different cocktails it would have been better. Still recommended!

Beautiful experience ! We had an amazing time; The show including singing and dancing was the most amazing. Food and drinks were delicious and the service was very attentive and fast ! Shout out to our server Aisha ! We are looking forward to attend more events at this beautiful chic venue.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending Brunch Gospel with Michelle Sweeney and the Gospel Tribe at the Balcon on the 28th, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was really good but the highlight for me was the music. Michelle Sweeney and the Gospel Tribe delivered performances that were nothing short of electrifying. It was a good way to enjoy great food while being uplifted by incredible live gospel music.

This place is in the former chapel of the St. James church (I have been told). Just fabulous. The gospel choir is outstanding, the eggs Benedict were very enjoyable and Norman, our waiter, was great!

Great experience ! Definitely recommend if your looking for a nice hall.

Stayed here with a group of lads for a bachelor party. It is spectacular - we’re already looking for an excuse to return just for a raining day vacation.

Phil is a weapon, and was super helpful for recommendations and holding us up!

First off, WOW! Le Bed et Cocktail hits it out of the park for layout, space, and overall design!

The space was incredibly clean, well stocked, and gave off such a fun vibe.

We had roughly 10 girls stay and not once did we feel crowded or uncomfortable. The beds are surprising large and offered a cozy hideaway at the end of the night.

It’s safe to say, we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Can’t wait for next time!

Le Bed and Cocktail was amazing l. The place was clean and very well laid out for group accommodations. The sleeping POD were a dream. Very comfortable and quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We will be back next year for sure!

This was a lovely hostel to stay into. Clean bright, nice decor, with an easy layout. It's very well organized. Each sleeping pod is equipped with an outlet, a small light and a small fan so you can browse on your phone/laptop in bed while charging it. My friends and I all enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

Such an amazing experience staying here! The place was clean, the beds/bedding was so comfortable and the service was exceptional. I will recommend this place to anyone staying in Montreal. The vibe was unreal.
