Visited location in the evening. Nice little spot for some Kpop CD shopping. Selection is plenty, prices are a tad on the high side but expected due to import costs. Very clean organised displays with new products. Only gripe was all the kpop fans hanging around by the door inside blocking people from entering or having the space to maneuver around them.

They have everything from KPop albums, K-Drama OSTs, DVDs, magazines, lightsticks, Season's Greetings. various collectibles, etc. The price is very reasonable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can clearly tell that they are passionate about their work. Would definitely come back for my fav's upcoming releases.

Amazing place!! The shop is so organized and the vibe was insanely good! There was Kpop music playing and there's even a mirror to take pictures! We got my friend's birthday present over there, at a very good price! (She was sooo happy!!) Everything there is so well organized and arranged, you can find your favorite groups and many of their albums there. There's some Sanrio items but they have a big variety of glow sticks too!! Really amazing experience with friendly staff, thank you!!

I was completely blown away by the draw your house print she custom made for us. She was amazing to work with and captured our 1st home together and street perfectly!! She even helped my fiancé surprise me by adding our dog in the window! I highly recommend all her artwork and products.

I even had a moment during the night where I looked around me and thought to myself “Omg, this is exactly what I wanted today to be and feel like”

Even if Shadia was working behind the scenes, the amazing execution of the day didn’t go unnoticed from my guests. People asked me and my parents “Omg, who’s that incredible woman over there? Did Sandy hire a planner?”

Every single request, even the ones I forgot I had made, were fulfilled. For example, I had told her to make sure one of my guests had enough space to accommodate a special chair, and that guest was so touched and surprised when she came to him! It’s the little things like that that makes your day magical even for your guests. Those who were sceptical about the necessity of having a planner were the first ones to write down her name for when their daughters would get married lol!

I got married end of August 2021 and I already miss working with Shadia. She was the shoulder I could lean on and the person I could vent to whenever something would come up.

I had contacted a lot of other limo services for our wedding looking for transportation of 20+ people. A lot of the other business that are more catered to weddings practically laughed at me for asking if they had availability. Some answered, but with ridiculous prices. Claude answered my e-mail within minutes offering me 2 very good solutions at 2 very good competitive prices. We chose to go with his service within minutes, as he was able to show us exactly what we would be getting. On the day of the wedding, his service was prompt, perfect, and just as discussed.

I love this place! Nice staff, cute spot and such unique and tasty pastries! We usually get their pavlova or their honey cake and both are great!

We’ve bought them many times for friends and they’ve all really enjoyed it too. We recently tried their pastry that is in the shape of a lemon and it was so light and tasty as well.

It’s also great that they’re open till a bit later than most good pastry shops. I would definitely recommend this for a nice treat!

It smelled amazing as soon as I opened the door to the bakery, so I was immediately convinced to get something. The owner was really sweet and helpful, and I ended up getting the last slice of the pistachio-raspberry honey cake. LUCKY ME because this cake was delicious. She does not skimp on the flavor, the pistachio and raspberry really come through. The cake was more crumbly than I expected, but it was still moist. I'd definitely come back. She also offers some things for half-off that need to be eaten the day of, but even the prices at full-price are reasonable.

I was blown away by my experience here. The place smelled incredibly delicious and it tasted so yummy too. Presentation was incredible and the Ukrainian staff members behind the counter was super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We requested a Range Rover Limo from limousine 777 Montreal and David was our driver who took us to Place Montreal Trust. To be honest the Limo was way too comfortable than I imagined. The inside of the limo had a sweet scent and it was just refreshing. I regret not booking them for our return journey. If you want to go for a shopping spree then you should book your car with the limousine 777 Montreal , the chauffeurs know all the routes around the city.

The Limousine Montreal team is really top rate and excellent, professional, pleasant, kind and friendly. Their chauffeurs have been driving me around Montreal for several years now, especially when going shopping and to and from the airport. I have used Lindsay now twice for big monumental moments in my life. One being my engagement photos, and the second our daughter’s first birthday. It had been a while since I saw or used Lindsay, as it was over 7 years ago that I did my engagement photos, but I was more than pleasantly surprised at how wonderful she was for the occasion of the birthday. I have used other photographers for various events but no one is as warm and easy going as Lindsay. She makes you feel totally at ease when taking pictures but at the same time wants to make sure you get everything you want which is rare because a lot of photographers prefer to do their own thing rather than take direction from a client. She also captures the moment so beautifully and every photo is artistic and purposed so that when you look at the entire gallery together you can’t help but feel like they were taken by the best of the best.

Lindsay was absolutely wonderful! Great communication from the start. We did an engagement session, it was our first couples photos we’ve done and we were a little nervous. Lindsay made us feel so comfortable! She was so relaxed and gave us good feedback so that we can get beautiful semi-candid photos! We are blown away at the results, we love so many of our pictures!! Just had my first night sleep on a 60$ microfibre pillow and it was the worst sleep ever. 5 star for the service we got in store..1 star for return policy because now we are stuck with these horrible pillows. You never know how you feel about a pillow before you sleep with it and your return policy of pillows is unacceptable. Honestly you should review this and help your customers in some way.i should never have purchased from your store knowing the return policy. So for anyone out there shopping for pillows, go where they allow you to exchange.

I tried to return a 12$item that was final sale and they refused.first of al shame on you for selling demo products in the state the blanket was in.

Purchased 2 bamboo rayon sheet sets ivory and sliver, one of them the seam of the pillow is not switched properly, is coming apart and the other sheet is torn. I called customer service and apparently there's no warranty in bedding products. I can tell you your products have gone down hill over the years and I will not be shopping at your store anymore. The next time I buy bedding products, I will mostly definitely go to Dormez Vous where they stand and guarantee their products. I might pay more but they will most definitely last longer and are not defective like yours!

Don't buy their blinds, either off the shelf or their bespoke service!

Long story- bought a blind for $200 which broke after 6 weeks. Had to fight for a refund as "it had been used" but eventually got one thanks to the store manager and agreed to try their bespoke blind fitting service.
The service rep was initially good, we bought three blinds totalling $2000 in a 40% off sale and were prepared to wait the 6-8 weeks for delivery (during which time we had no blind due to the previous breakage). Two were nice but the third and most expensive ($1000) had several defects and wouldn't fully close. They agreed to make a new one but would not remove the old one, nor deliver or fit the new one, requiring a lot of extra effort on our behalf even though this was a fault of the company not ourselves. We have a newborn baby and the back and forth emails and phone calls were taking so much time we agreed to collect it and fit ourselves. Went to the store to collect and they won't let us take the replacement without paying full price for it. Tried calling the sales rep ourselves as the staff wouldn't help, but no response through multiple channels. Left without the blind having returned the broken one, so once again we have no blind, nothing to show for $1000 spent and no idea when this will get resolved.
Take your business elsewhere unless you want to waste a lot of time in an endless saga of terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I had forgotten that Linen Chest had alocation here. I was looking for something specific and was doing some shopping in the area, so I went to this location instead of my usual at Montreal Cathédrale. No problems. I'm an LC shopper, so whichever location has what I need and I'm willing to travel to, I will be visiting again.

I am fan of linen chest because of its luxury and great stuffs. This store is small and not organized very well. Normally, it is less chance to find your favorite articles here. this store is my last choice to visit among all other branches.

The supervisor woman at the cash has a horrible temper and gives crap to both workers and clients.
She has scolded me at least four times for bringing returns, no matter the size or amount because it’s too much work. I think her service is very poor and needs to be addressed by the company.

Update: the company reached out to me and promised to take actions to correct this incident, I hope that was the case.

Great brand with lots of goods (kitchen, beffing, etc.) aligned with my needs and taste.

We went today to Linen Chest Corbusier to return 4 bath mats which we bought online: 2 around 35 days ago and 2 less than 2 weeks ago after liking the texture of the first 2 mats. After washing 2 of them last week for the first time, the washing machine was filled with white plastic crumbles from the back side of the bath mats which peeled.
The customer service representatives were very rude, dismissive and disrespectful and refused to support with an exchange or return of the 2 defected items. They even refused to take the 2 new ones which were still in their original packaging. They didn t even call the supervisor of the store so we can to talk to.
What a loss of 200$ on bad quality items and worst customer service in Canada!
They saw themselves that the 2 items were defected with more small plastic crumbles falling and they did nothing! Is this what the customer service of Linen chest does for loyal customers?
We felt humiliated as if we are begging for our money…. We honestly left our items on the counter and left as it was a very embarrassing and humiliating situation.

Staff is super friendly. You can find cute and interesting staff you can’t find other stores. Price is reasonable too.

The below issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I will say that the cushions are very good quality.
I ordered 3 patio chair cushions because I wanted to use a Canadian store. As there is no LC in Vancouver, BC these had to be shipped. I received a package with only 1 cushion and no mention that 2 were backordered or anything. I then ordered 2 more cushions so I would have the 3 I needed and of course I had to pay shipping again. Then suddenly I received 2 more cushions from my original order. I was charged for a total of 5 cushions. I want to return them and they absolutely do not respond even though I filled out the RMA online and have tried emailing them twice. Just really poor customer service.

I just visited the store at 1655 Le Corbusier, I made a purchase but the person at the cash didn't want to give me my receipt of payment. Not even the paper from the debit terminal she said that the store is going paperless. If I wanted a receipt of any kind I have to give them my email!!!
I said no. She repeated that I have to give my email. I asked to see the manager. Then the sales person gave me a receipt. She had just said that they had no more printers. I felt harassed and bullied. Not by the person who served me, but by the store.
I have a right to refuse to give my email and I have a right to have a receipt of transaction at the moment of my purchase.
Very disappointing from a store that claims to have quality products.

I went to Linen Chest in Rockland last week for the first time in about a year. The staff were very courteous & helpful & made for a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately the construction around Rockland Centre as well as inside the parking was horrific. I feel sorry for the merchants. I will not return until this is cleared up.

I'm happy to update my review with the positive outcome! Nancy from Linen Chest called me, and we worked everything out. They sent me a salad plate, immediately refunded my credit card for the two broken cups, and even issued a $20 gift certificate. I really appreciate them resolving this so effectively!

Steer clear of this establishment, Linen Chest, unless you revel in the sheer agony of non-existent customer service. To call it "non-existent" is, frankly, a charitable understatement; it's a black hole of apathy where inquiries vanish without a trace and desperate pleas for assistance are met with the echoing silence of a forgotten tomb. My experience was a masterclass in frustration, a testament to how a business can actively repel patrons through sheer, unadulterated neglect.

My ordeal began with a simple order: place setting dishes for ten, delivered by Canpar. What arrived, however, was a cruel joke – one broken salad plate and two shattered coffee cups.

Naturally, I sought resolution at the Rockland Linen Chest store, only to be met with a wall of indifference. Not a single soul, not even the store manager, would lift a finger to help, dismissively directing me to a chatbot. The chatbot, predictably, was as useless as a screen door on a submarine.

Desperate, I scoured Google reviews, where I found a chorus of similar complaints about their abysmal customer service, and, buried within them, the elusive head office phone number. I called, and called again, only to be met with a robotic voice instructing me to use an email address – pathetic! Four emails later, and the silence remains unbroken.

I'm now left with a service for a mere eight people, thanks to the broken dishes and Linen Chest's utter refusal to acknowledge my existence. I will never, ever, subject myself to the indignity of purchasing anything from Linen Chest again. Save yourself the inevitable headache, the boiling rage, and the profound regret – take your business, and your hard-earned money, anywhere but here.

It's like getting into a library, you feel at ease just looking and exploring the store. The clerks don't disturb you while you do it. There's everything for your house specially the kitchen.

We were buying linen, the sales lady was kind and helpful, she spoke French and English and switched with us depending on what we spoke, she helped us with our choices, great sale today for bedding, 75% off, otherwise the store is pretty pricey but they have everything you need for the home.

Very poor service. The blonde lady with glasses (around 50 yrs old) was rude and not attentive — made me feel like I was annoying her just by asking questions. Bad attitude, I left without buying.

What an exceptional service I received today! I went to this location to buy pillows, a duvet and bedding sets. Marylen came to help me. She was so lovely. She gave me great recommendations and when an item was not on the shelf she would run to get it from the back. She made me feel very comfortable when I was taking time to decide. I also met Simon, her collegue, who also was very kind and always ready to help. I will be returning there for sure!

The store is quite big and with a lot of selection. Thanks God for the help of a sales person handy as I hate shoping. So she showed me exactly what I wanted, paid for it and ran out back to fresh air!!! So I bought a bed sheet set, 100% cotton 400thread count. To my surprise it shrunk so much at the first wash it could barely fit the matress anymore. It was on sale on a black Friday but that is not an excuse. This was quite a disapointment. Even though the sheets where nice thick and soft it should not shrink that much. As they say, fool me once shame on you...

The first time I went I loved the store, I bought a small item and returned the next day for a set of pots. The attention of the cashiers is questionable and far from being friendly. Even more the cashier who was there today in the Downtown store, Friday at 6.20 p.m, who told me that she did not have large bags to carry my item and continued with the next customer, so I was ignored. The item was so heavy, she didn't make the slightest effort to find a solution and didn't bring it close to me so I could pick it up, for which I had to figure out how to carry it on my own. I will not return or recommend the place, as there are minimal acts of courtesy that are worth more than a complete solution.

We recently used this party bus service for my daughter’s 13th birthday celebration, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

Our driver, Tony, was exceptional — very polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. He made sure the entire evening ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the celebration. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and created the perfect atmosphere for a fun and memorable night.

We recently used their limousine services for our wedding day. From the planning to the big day, the account manager, Michael, has been very responsive and flexible to ensure that we will be enjoying our big day. Our driver, Dakota, was super great! He has been very polite, punctual, and friendly!

Drivers showed up on time to pick us up. Professional service in the beginning. Limo had no air conditioning which was unbearable on our extremely hot wedding day Saturday, August 9. Air conditioning would’ve helped us not melt the makeup off our face, keep hair intact and more importantly not have us sweat before walking down the aisle. Good thing I had fans for the girls. Driver told us we weren’t feeling the A/C because the limo was in park…the party bus had minimal A/C as well for the boys. When going to take our pictures, the driver kept rushing us to head back as it was nearing the end of the contract…at the price we pay plus the tip we would expect them to not cause added stress on a special day. Working till 7:10 wouldn’t have killed them…good thing our wedding party was able to head back to the hall with them. My husband and I hitched a ride with our videographer.

Great service and good response time! Super clean and beautiful cars. Our driver was Mike. He was super accommodating, polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend and use this service again!

I have known Lisa Sim for years- she is by far one of the best makeup artists in the Montreal area and her line of products are great. She works hard to understand the needs of her clients and caters directly to them as opposed to forcing her style or ideas onto them. She is also super creative and is happy to explore new looks with you if that is what you are looking for. Most importantly (for me) she is knowledgeable about ingredients and basic biology and carefully considers the quality of the products she uses or sells. Recommend fully!

Not helpful. Not courteous. Left me to wait outside in my car for 15 minutes because they forgot to open the door. Got yelled at for not backing up in the exact right spot. Three employees stood around when I was unloading the table and chairs. First and last time doing business with them.

This was my first time dealing with Location Gervais and it will be the last one. Order some chairs for my Design Conference and they arrived almost 2 hours late.

Reason for being late? So many fake reasons that you couldn't even imagine. Don't order from them, they have the worst after-customer service. That's my experience.

Quick and fast quoting, very knowledgeable employees. They have a wide variety of things that you need to throw any party and the prices are affordable.

I've tried to do business with this company twice and they were rude both times. They speak to you like your business doesn't matter, give incorrect information. I won't be giving them a third chance.
