Very good service throughout the planning process. Staff available to answer questions. They really make sure you get all the decorations you want. Seeing our decorations on display is not at all the same as seeing them on our wedding day. It was a surprise even for us who had chosen everything! Olga made designing my engagement ring such a pleasant and unique experience. She was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, educating us about different stones and settings so the ring would be durable. She made sure I got the stones I wanted which I really appreciated considering I had a last minute change of heart! The design process itself is very neat and the 3D print before getting the final ring made is an added bonus. You really get to meet the ring and ensure all dimensions are correct. The craftsmanship of the ring itself is amazing as you will see from the pictures!

Olga is an incredible talented person. I collaborated with her for an engagement ring and a Valentine's Day necklace. Both of the end products came out so much better what I could have hoped for. Her work methodology is very client focus, going from gathering your ideas and making beautiful 3D prints to really grasp the end product. We had a great stay for the long weekend at the Lofts. We were a bit surprised there was no elevator and we had so many stairs to walk up - but the service was excellent and we had help to carry up our bags. We loved the apartment style lofts. It had almost everything we needed in the kitchen to prep food (the only thing missing was a cutting board). Happy that there was an iron and ice tray we could use. We didn’t have a fireplace like a lot of the photos show, but we had a nice jacuzzi tub! The best part for us was the comfortable bed and the location in the old town was perfect. We also loved the big windows which let in good sunlight - too bad we couldn’t open them to get some fresh air. Overall, great experience and would come back.

Nice hotel in the Montreal old port (vieux-port). It's between the water street and the main port street so can be noisy at night. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities (I loved the shower, which is usually overlooked but management.). Roof top restaurant with a great view of city and good food.

I booked this place because of the great reviews. I did notice one negative review but didn’t think much of it—unfortunately, it turned out to be accurate.

Initially, I left a positive review because my check-in experience with the concierge and valet was excellent. However, after my stay, I felt it was important to update my review based on the overall experience.

The lofts are visually charming and have a European feel at first glance. But the reality is that the walls are incredibly thin, the windows let in a lot of street noise, and I could hear every footstep, door, and movement from the neighboring loft. The noise from outside continued well into the early morning—around 2 to 3 AM.

I traveled solo and wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo travelers due to the noise and the feeling of insecurity. At times, the sound was so loud and clear that I couldn’t tell if someone was opening my door or theirs—it honestly felt like the conversations were happening inside my own room.

While the bedding and bathroom were clean, the hardwood floors were dusty and gritty, and my socks were filthy after walking around for just a short time.

Old doesn’t have to mean dirty—the aesthetic was lovely, and the bedding was spotless—but better soundproofing and cleanliness (especially of the floors) would make a big difference.

Fantastic spot in old Montréal! From the very personalized service, to the lovely private loft - we had a great 3 night experience. Super clean and well serviced (not knocking on your door everyday either!) Lofts with the perfect location right in the middle of all the touristy spots of old Montréal. Would definitely visit again!

Great location near the train station. However, it’s 2025 and this hostel has no AC or even a fan so prepare to suffer in the summer heat while staying here. Cleanliness was also lacking in the showers and bathrooms. The rooms were basic and had privacy curtains.

BEWARE - I dont recommend shopping here. I asked the attendant how much the ballons were and showed her the 2 numbers (20). Th said they would be 20 dollars plus 5 for helium. When i went to purchase that in addition to another package of balloons it came to 75 dollars. I put my card close to the machine and then saw the price and was shocked and theh tap automatically went through. I asked her why it was so much and looked at the bill and it was PER BALLOON.. I asked her the cost of the set. Then I told her I didnt want them for that price. Keep in mind this was the moment of payment and she said sorry our policy is no returns... but it wasnt a return. It was in the moment of paying. Anyway I was trapped into taking them. No understanding or being reasonable at all. For this alone I would not recommend shopping here.

I didn’t appreciate the service of the 2 ladies at the cash. I was alone in the store and they offered no help. I stayed upstairs 10 minutes turning round and round and they didn’t come and help. It seemed like I bothered them when I asked for help. They were both Arabic, one had a veil. I was disappointed and left empty handed.

20 bucks just to inflate 2 damn balloons????! That’s insane! I got a pump for 2 bucks at the dollarama and did it myself in like two minutes. Total scam.

I came to this place on Monday, my moms birthday is today Saturday, I asked the attendant several times if the balloons would last until Saturday, she said yes. The balloons did not last. I called the store and they clarified that latex balloons only last 2-3 days. The attendant never told me that even if I said I could return another day. They would not replenish my balloons again and it’s quite disappointing because it costs them nothing to have a kind gesture with a client that spent $130 dollars and replenish 6 balloons and helium? I wasn’t even asking to replenish the numbers just the latex ones that cost cents. They would have won a customer for life but instead they refused to replenish my balloons for my mothers 75th even if they gave the del wrong information. I would have come back another day to get the balloons but I believed the attendant instead. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Waitress started to scream at me for not buying two bottles of alcohol right away when sitting waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. I’m a person who’s sick and wears headphones due to a degenerative brain disease and tumours, I was treated like trash without empathy when I asked for my $15 cover charge refund. The waitress had no right to scream at me. She said I screamed first but I couldn’t hear her, she was demeaning and disrespectful towards me and my companion. Our group of 12 friends came in after still. We still left because of the disgusting behaviour from the staff when we asked for refund. We were going to buy bottles but were waiting. Also how is it that the door staff doesn’t know when the cover charge starts? The one time I decided to go out for the first to this place and never again. Se salvaron que no tome fotos ni videos de como me trataron, lugar tan elitista con falta de respeto a los enfermos. Es que mi plata no vale?

The place has lots of potential with good music but the waitresses are very pushy forcing you to buy bottles. I spoke to 2 waitresses to ask if we could stay at a table since we brought my mom. The girls had 0 sympathy, 0 sense of accommodation. We were really disappointed. Worst part was that the tables were free the whole night. 👌🏽

This place is a rip-off. We ordered two plates of vegetarian tacos, the menu said each plate would contain two tacos. Coming from America, I expected decent sized tortillas. Instead we received teeny-weeny tacos, the size of a palm. All this for a bill of $40 or more…

Bianca and Stefano are truly an amazing duo. From the very beginning they were so helpful and eased all of my anxieties. They really spent the time to get to know us and we had an amazing experience at our engagement shoot. On the day of the wedding they were so prepared for every scenario, true professionals. They worked together effortlessly and we're extremely helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging on the day of. I really felt like they had my back and it was their mission to make the day as smooth as possible while getting the best footage and pictures they could. Stefano is a man of many talents, from buttoning dresses, putting on veils and partying hard! Bianca was so lovely, she talked me up, stood up for me and advocated on my behalf no matter how big or small. People are still talking to us about how amazing and professional they were to this day. It was a true pleasure to spend our wedding day alongside them and to have them capture all of these memories! You will not regret choosing them to capture your special events!

They’re simply the best at what they do. Bianca and Stefano weren’t only our photographers and videographers, they quickly became true friends! One of my best experiences yet! I initially didn’t trust that you have to pay 30$ whether you pick a dress or not , because I had been to another rental place prior to this and it wasn’t worth it at all. The 30$ they charge here is worth every penny for their 1 on 1 styling service! And if you pick a dress the fee is waved. This is my third time picking a dress and each time I have felt valued and extremely comfortable. This is a private 1 on 1 consultation. It feels like I’m someone important who they closed the store for. The stylist and owner Sarra who worked with me on all three occasions really understood what I wanted and surprised me with some items I never thought would look good on me. You get an hour and on all 3 occasions so far I have found my dress within the first 15 minutes. I love the concept and you can tell that it is her passion. I personally also am self conscious sometimes about my body and it was nice to try on dresses without anyone staring at me ( even if that might be in my head 😁). I love this extremely professional company and would definitely recommend !
Also... if you combine the price spent on all three dresses that would have been the price of one dress of the same quality , a dress I would never wear again.

Really terrible experience. It started well with the stylist, she asked what style we were looking for and we discussed about the wedding.
It went completely downhill during the dressing trial.
The stylist refused to listen to her opinion. At every stage, she refuted her comments.
You would imagine that for your wedding, a stylist would be more accommodating to make this experience special. This was absolutely not the case.
When I saw a dress on the hanger, I asked if she can try it and the stylist said “that’s not what you said you wanted. I asked and you said you only wanted a certain style” and she was annoyed at us.
I’m sorry but is that not the reason why people go to a stylist and try dresses on? To TRY.
What was supposed to be an amazing appointment really turned sour with the stylist. After seeing how upset we were, she tried to be more accommodating but the damage is done.
This is just our opinion with this one specific stylist, this may not be the case with others.

100% recommend renting your wedding dress! We had a last minute wedding and a friend recommended this place. Sarah was so attentive and helped me find the perfect dress (much cheaper than buying and much less stress!). We had a first meeting with her to select the dress then I was able to pick it up 2 days before the wedding. She recommend a tailor who did the alterations on site. Then I was able to bring back the dress 2 days after. Thanks for the great experience Sarah!

I did my baby shower in Luluthia Party Room and everything was great from start to finish! It was easy to communicate with Effie, and she did most of the organizing so I had nothing to worry about. I just sent her some inspiration of what I want and I told her my expectations, and she did everything I expected and even went beyond! The decor was BEAUTIFUL, the service was excellent and the organizing was all done well. I brought my own food and she took care of all the presentation, setting up the table, the decor, and she had one staff available throughout the entire event. I highly recommend this venue for small events, I will definitely go back for more events of mine!

Very disappointed! My boyfriend purchased an arrangement from Luluthia; he had them delivered on Valentine's Day at 10 am through their delivery service. He bought a bouquet of 24 roses and requested for all of them to be red but the bouquet arrived containing maybe 8 red roses (3 of which were closed), many pink roses and a few yellow/white roses. I thought "Fine the colour isn't that big of a deal they're still pretty". I took a closer look and noticed that the red roses were moldy, or messy and falling apart. The pink roses were turning brown which made the bouquet look old and sad. As previously mentioned, they were delivered at 10 am, thus, there is no reason for them to look so old and unpleasant. This is ridiculous! Additionally, the bouquet was delivered with the price written on the packaging. Again, unacceptable! If you'd like beautiful flowers, I recommend Le Bouquet in St-Laurent, it may be far but the distance is totally worth it! The flowers and bright, beautiful and well taken care of. Their arrangements are beautiful and long lasting! I would never purchase from Luluthia again!

This place steals your money and never sends the flowers. I made a review on my TikTok page and I received tons of responses from people with similar experiences. They ordered flowers and never received them. Nobody answers the requests. Don’t buy there
