The 40th birthday party chart for my husband was beautiful, creative, and such a conversation piece at the party. Marcy was so kind and so very professional. My original accommodations cancelled on me last minute, and I ended up booking a bed in a shared dorm room here at M Montreal for a solo business trip.

It was awesome!

This was my first experience in shared accommodations (shared dorm with bunk beds), so I was a bit nervous, but the whole experience was fantastic! I honestly found my top bunk bed extremely cozy.

Loved: location, vibes at the hotel, facilities (rooftop, bathrooms, hangout spaces), affordability, inexpensive café breakfast, curtains & cubbies in the bunk bed.

There are a variety of travelers, including many young people, but also older people as well. I enjoyed chatting with various people in the room + common areas about their travels. It’s a lively and youthful vibe overall, but everyone is respectful, felt completely safe, and I slept soundly.

No complaints whatsoever. I will almost definitely stay here again the next time I visit Montreal.

Love this hostel. The dorm beds are sturdy so you won’t feel other people moving. Works great for light sleepers like me. Excellent location too. In my 3 nights stay i never had to take the transit. Staff are amazing and helpful! They provide towel (unlike other hostels) but you have to bring your own lock and toiletries. And i love the rooftop jacuzzis.

I stayed here recently and was not disappointed with my choice. The staff was super friendly. My room was comfortable and extremely clean. There are laundry facilities. The neighborhood is lively with lots of things to do. It's a short walk to the Berri-UQAM metro making it easy to get anywhere in the city in a short time. There is an IGA marche on St Catherine if you need anything. I am a solo traveler and felt super safe. Zero complaints.

Very clean room! Love the fact they have curtain to make sure people have privacy in the shared dorm. Very nice rooftop patio with 2 hot tubs and great view. Location is unbeatable, close to most of the things that Montreal has to offer for a first time visitor like me. I stayed 10 days and had an unbelievably great time in the city.

Con: This hostel doesn't feel particularly social. But the people in the city are open and friendly enough for me to ignore this...

I booked this hostel at the last minute — I hadn’t really planned this vacation or the long weekend. But from the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness at the reception. The interior design was also quite nice.

The staff were very polite and kind. They offer various activities to keep guests entertained, so it’s easy to meet people and not feel bored. There’s also helpful information about the city, including a map showing cultural spots and estimated travel or walking times — that was really useful.

And the biggest bonus? The rooftop jacuzzi! I didn’t even know it existed until I noticed a lot of people heading to the 5th floor. I decided to check it out — and there it was.

Honestly, everything was great. I’m not even sure what they could improve. Excellent experience !

And let me tell you, the standards were set very high afterwards.
I went to several boutiques following my original appointment at Ma Cherie Bleue but nothing came close to the experience, service, knowledge, care, styles of dresses, quality of dresses, prices and honesty.

What an outstanding experience. I felt SO welcomed and special there, Connie and Nathalie made the time there so outstanding and truly went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better first wedding dress try-on. Every detail, from the beautiful decor in the salon, to the time spent sharing all of the designers collections with us, to the attention to every single detail, I was amazed. They made me feel so special, beautiful, and cared for. I could go on and on, and I can't recommend Ma Cherie Bleue enough.

What an amazing experience! My sister (the bride) felt so seen and heard. Connie was incredible. She explained each designer and the kind of dress they make. She gave amazing advice and pulled great choices based on what my sister had picked out.
There are so many beautiful dresses to pick from and Connie was so helpful with trying them on and giving pep talks. It is INCREDIBLE how inclusive their sizes are (for bigger girls like us, this shop had most in a 10&12, so you could actually see how they fit. And they have a nice selection mini dresses for other bridal events as well as bridesmaids dresses.
They had tea and water. They let you try on as many as you want (even going over the time limit with us because they had the space). They let you take pictures. They are amazing.
Out of all the stores we’ve been to, this has been by far the best. I will compare all other bridal store experiences to this one. 10/10!!

Absolutely wonderful customer service and amazing selection! This was the first store I went to for my bridal gown and they were so helpful, I found my dress after just a few tries!
I chose the Ophelia dress, custom-made to my size. It was light-weight and comfortable, perfect for an August wedding, and it looked great in all the photos! I would highly recommend Nathalie and her team to help you find your dream dress!

I had the absolute best experience at Ma Chérie Bleue, after having had several other appointments at other bridal boutiques. I would recommend this boutique to every single bride to be.

The selection of dresses is vast, and they are all beautiful and of high quality. I found many unique dresses that I had not seen anywhere else.

All of the dresses are available to the client to see and feel, and the prices are indicated. While the person working with you will certainly help look for dresses based on your description, you can see every single dress and pick out yourself the ones you'd like to try on. Also, all the dresses are shown on the website, which is very helpful. It is also useful to note that some of the designers they carry allow you to modify your dress in production, which allows you to customize your dress but also to reduce the cost of your alterations.

The atmosphere is wonderful. You are alone in the boutique, which makes it feel cozy and intimate, and you can try on all the dresses you want. It is clear that the person helping you, as well as the owner, know what they're talking about and what they are doing and are truly motivated to help you.

The real gem of this boutique, however, is the owner, Nathale. I have never met anyone like her, and I would not want to buy such an important dress from anyone else. She has a friendly and very fun personality, but more importantly, she really knows dresses. She was able to help me customize my dress to make it fit my vision and my body. I couldn't possibly have more faith in someone for the job.

What Ma Chérie Bleue offers is a unique, personalized, fun and caring experience to find your perfect dress. They really care about your experience, they will go above and beyond to help you make sure your dress is just right for you and that you have everything you need to feel confident and secure when making your final choice. Oh my goodness, their cupcakes are incredible! I picked up vanilla and chocolate cupcakes for my birthday and the rich flavor, perfect level of sweetness (just enough), and moist, tender crumb made me feel like I went to heaven. Possibly the best cupcakes I've ever had! Also, the lady at the store was so nice. Thanks for cheering up a girl alone on her birthday in a new city with your truly delicious cupcakes!

Madame Dibou did my baby shower cake and I loved it so much that I ordered my son's baptism cake and first birthday cake from her and I was never disappointed neither by the look nor by the taste of the cakes!
They always look and taste amazingly beautiful. The flavors I tried were vanilla dough with vanilla icing, carrot cake with cream cheese icing and pain d'épice with cream cheese icing. All were very good.
She is reasonably priced (thank god because the famous cake places here are a real rip off).
You give her any picture of a cake you like and she will reproduce it for you.

Bottom line she is our cake fairy!

I got the mini nostalgic cake (vanilla) and omg it’s really good. I’m usually not a fan of sweet icing but this really takes the cake 😂 you should definitely try it out!

I ordered the surprise box and 6 cupcakes on Uber and everything was fantastic! The cakes are all moist and flavorful and the icing is perfection I love the sweet buttercream. The surprise box is an excellent way to sample the different flavors they offer, I will definitely order again!

Maddy is such a talented makeup artist and an absolute joy to work with! She did my bridal makeup, and my mom’s and we couldn’t have been happier. From the trial, she was super open and attentive to all my requests, made me feel comfortable and the final looks were truly beautiful. Our makeups lasted all day and night without budging! Thanks again Maddy!

Maddy is incredibly talented and truly a gem.
Getting your makeup done can be intimidating, but she is confident in her work and communicates throughout the process, ensuring you feel comfortable and happy. She is always open to making changes based on your needs, which is essential and not something every makeup artist is willing to do. This flexibility is one of the qualities that makes her so special. She also does excellent work on mature skin, which is SO important because older women also want to feel beautiful, and she does just that. Forever my go to makeup artist. Knows my face and exactly how to accentuate my features perfectly. The kindest and most fun person to be around while being glammed might I add. We came here because our favorite coffee shop in Montreal had these pastries and they were incredible so we had to check it out. Even the simple ones were light and chewy which was perfect. The strawberry one we got was very fresh and not as sweey as we thought. I personally would have preffered it to actually be a little sweeter but I think it would have been perfect for someone else. Overall a great spot.

A cute little shop with delicious cakes and friendly staff. I took the recommendation from the staff and got the pistachio tart and it was so freaking amazing. The miso cheese croissant was probably the best fusion kind of croissant I’ve ever tasted. The Paris brest was really good too but didn’t impress me as much. Seating is limited to 3 tables but it wasn’t too busy either so still a good place for some coffee, some cake while getting your work done.

Great local pâtisserie with a delicious and eclectic range of pastries, chocolates, desserts, and cookies. They have flavors that you can't get elsewhere like a cheese and miso croissant - which was very good. The croissant was good as well. They have hot drinks too. They have a few tables and places to enjoy your great pastries.

One of the best pastries place in Montreal. From outside, it smells so good. So tempting to go inside. Inside, the decor is very minimalist and welcoming. The staffs are super nice and knowledgeable. The pastries and coffees are out of this world. I will definitely come back.

One of Montréal’s best pastry shops. Located on the plateau, it features traditional french style pasties and patisseries. Not only does it look good, the flavours are exquisite.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really made the experience unforgettable was Mateo’s service. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly welcomed. Mateo is the reason we’ll be back! Kudos to bartender Jamie and Manager He as well, you can tell they set a high bar for hospitality here.

The food was excellent, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. With so many great restaurants to choose from, I wouldn’t recommend this one based on our experience. The hostess outside was lovely and welcoming, but things changed once we were brought inside. Although the restaurant was nearly empty and we had a reservation, we were initially seated at a small table in the center. When we politely asked to move, the second hostess looked visibly annoyed and said nothing as she relocated us.

Our server didn’t leave a great impression either. We asked to start with oysters and without a word he grabbed our menus and walked off. We weren’t even done yet! When we asked for them back, we were only handed one and were rushed. Throughout the meal, he was mostly absent—no drink refills, no check-ins, and when we tried to order more, it felt like we were bothering him.

One member of the support staff who did stop by was very kind, and honestly, if he had been our server, I imagine this would’ve been a very different review. For context, we ordered oysters, lobster, lobster pasta, desserts, and drinks—this wasn’t a light or inexpensive meal. When it came time to pay, the server simply dropped the bill on the table without a word and later did the same with the payment machine. The contrast between the food and the service was unfortunate. With so many amazing options in Montreal I wouldn’t waste my money here or recommend.

We had a fantastic meal and our waiter, Pascal, was amazing. We were looking for recommendations and he suggested oysters and the t-bone steak to share. We finished the meal with the cheese plate and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

My recent lunch at Maggie Oakes in Old Montreal, prompted by high ratings, unfortunately fell short of expectations, leaving my wife and I with a rather negative impression.

We opted for outdoor seating to enjoy the charming atmosphere, but our initial interaction with the waitress set an uncomfortable tone. She seemed a bit short and sharp. We considered leaving, but we were tired from walking and really wanted something to eat, so we chose to ignore the vibe we were getting and proceeded to order.

As we awaited our meals, several other diners came into the restaurant. My wife and I looked at each other and noted the difference in the approach and conversation of the waitress with these other diners. We listened as she explained the entire menu, without prompting, to at least two other groups. This explanation was necessary since the menu is broken into sections and has specific meals depending on the size of your group. This made it much easier for the other diners to choose their meals. They were also English-speaking visitors.

We were seated at a small table, understandable since space was limited. As the stereotypical "tourists," we left our hotel well-prepared, with water bottles to stay hydrated, hats to shield from the sun, and a camera in tow. The section wasn't very busy and had quite a few empty tables. There was no one sitting next to us, so we used a chair to place our bags and hats.

With zero explanation or conversation, our waitress came back to our table and grabbed our stuff from the chairs and began stuffing them into corners of the chairs we were sitting in. We were aghast. My hat was crushed, and she attempted to place my wife's bag on the back of the chair. However, the back is smooth and has no hook for the bag to latch onto securely. We knew this because we initially tried that before attempting to place it on the other chair.
She couldn't put the bag on the back of the chair so she placed it on the small, already crowded table.
At this point, we started to feel frustrated but decided not to let the interaction affect our mood since we wanted to continue exploring the surrounding area and maintain our high spirits.

I don't make this comment lightly, but I do feel my wife and I were treated differently after we saw the interactions with the other diners. Since there were other English-speaking diners, I can only assume the different treatment was based on something else.

We are left to ponder...
What was the reason for this difference in treatment and level of service?
Non resident of Montreal?
Skin tone?
Both?

Either way, we would not be dining there again.
This experience has also taught me a valuable lesson, no matter the stage of the process, if I don't feel comfortable or welcomed I will leave.

We had an amazing brunch experience at Maggie Oakes in Montreal! The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The Smoked Salmon Bagel, which was good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

As soon as we entered we were treated with great enthusiasm and kindness as we shopped for my wedding ring. We found a beautiful ring, and as we were in a bit of a tight schedule, they were kind enough to resize on the spot. I ordered the single diamond necklace in yellow gold with the 0.05ct diamond, and asked for the chain to be customised to 15”. The Maidor team was more than happy to accommodate my request. I accidentally selected international surface shipping and was worried it would take over a month to reach Norway—but to my surprise, just a few days later, I was contacted by customs to let me know my parcel was on its way to my local post office!

I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived from Montreal to the little town I live in here in Norway 🤭.

Upon opening the parcel, I was stunned by the quality and craftsmanship of the necklace. It’s absolutely perfect—more than I could have wished for! ❤️ The chain is fine, as described on the website, but feels sturdy and high-quality, and the clasp as well. The size of the diamond is just perfect for me.

Even though I don’t live in town anymore, I still make a point to visit this jeweler whenever I’m back as they are trustworthy, reliable, quick and incredibly easy to work with. I’ve brought my engagement ring in twice now and each time, it’s been handled with care and attention to detail. The work is always done right and I leave with total peace of mind. Highly recommend!

All the way from Aus, I was so happy to find this gem of a place in Montreal. My partner and I formed the most perfect engagement ring together with such an easy and seamless unfolding. UPDATE. I did receive the information needed in order to find my way to the onsite parking once I had spoken to someone by phone. The venue did update their website following my intervention. Good and effective response. I did not appreciate the undertones of managements response here, which left me feeling like I had a role to play in my inability to find the missing information regarding the parking access. Not to mention that there was no signage indicating where to go once out of the elevators, considering the direct access to the venue was closed. New rating 3 Stars.

I have not found any information regarding where to access your ON-SITE PARKING. What address is your parking lot? The person who answered your phone didn't even realize the information wasn't indicated on your website. I suggested letting the people who are responsible for the missing information know about this. One star.

Appointment was on Feb 15 at 10 am and waited for over 30 minutes. I see the consultants open the store at 10:30 am. They said that the system had the appointment at 10:30. The experience was ok and the consultant was helpful and kind overall but then it felt we were no longer welcomed after an hour. We still had 30 minutes left but she was just staring at us from afar while I was looking at other dresses. Also, my guests said that she was a bit aggressive when putting the dresses back at the end of the appointment. She was very apologetic about the appointment time issues, though. Maison Ariane Carle was the first place I started with my dress search. Although I didn't end up purchasing my dress here, they were an incredibly kind shop. Very attentive with great suggestions. Big shout out to Charlotte. Pleasant, as pleasant can be.

My experience with Maison Ariane Carle was amazing. From the beginning I had all the right signs from this place. It was the 2nd store I visited out of four, the other three were mediocre or terrible experiences. My experience was exactly what I had idealized when imagining buying my wedding dress. The boutique is charming, with a beautiful selection that I found unique to others. The staff from the get go were extremely helpful, patient and made me comfortable. The dress itself: was perfect, the alterations were done over two fittings, and everything about the process was very reasonable and enjoyable. I didn’t feel like I was ever being overcharged or scammed like other places do, and I really got a VIP treatment. I ended up buying a second dress for my church ceremony, and the experience was equally great. My 12-month journey with Ariane Carle was exceptional and I’m so glad I went with this boutique. Thank you a million times over!

This store has really nice items. Before going, make an appointment. I was the only one in the store on a Monday morning and received great customized service. I was looking for a specific dress, white for a wedding that wasn't bridal and I found it after looking for weeks! The owner was kind and attentive. I look forward to going back.

I've had several great experiences at Birks Montreal, and now at the Rolex boutique at Birks. Let's be honest and realistic, Rolex ADs have a hard task. Rolex are the most in demand watches out there, and it's hard to sell something that you can't keep in stock! That said, I'd like to thank Irina, Joel and the whole team over there for the wonderful experience as I purchased a Rolex. At no time did I feel like they weren't giving me the time of day, I was able to try on several watches to get a feel for what I wanted (it helps to go during a quiet time of day and not the weekend). And finally now, the day has come and I "got the call" as they say, and my watch is here after a very reasonable (and short!) wait. I've also had my wife's watch serviced with Rolex through the Birks service team, and they were also excellent and made the experience easy. I have been to Maison Boulud dozens of times for brunch, lunch and dinner and it never disappoints. The setting inside the Ritz Carlton is elegant, with the terrace in summer being one of the best spots in the city.

I mostly enjoy the meat options but the fish dishes are equally well executed. Drinks are always on point and the bartenders here are among the best in town. Service is consistently attentive and professional and desserts like the chocolate coulant are unforgettable.

Yes, it is a splurge but worth every visit. One of Montreal’s finest dining experiences.

Came here for both their lunch special and their dinner tasting menu.

The lunch special is definitely worth it. For 50$, you get an entree, a main meal and a dessert along with their bread service and their madeleine at the end. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Their dinner menu has more services but is also way more expensive.

The inside is beautiful and it’s the perfect place for a nice meal with friends and family.

We had a table in the beautiful garden and the weather was ideal to sit out and enjoy a great meal.

Came here to celebrate my brothers 51st birthday with family. Maison Boulud did nothing but compliment the celebration festivities with brilliant dinner choices with pristine presentation combined with A+++ service made the evening a very memorable one. I would not hesitate to order anything that this menu has to offer beyond the images and highly recommend pairing with champagne.

It used to be one of my favourite bars in Montreal but last night's experience completely ruined it for me. We waited in line for about an hour to get in and this time we were presented with a menu upon sitting down.

The drinks that we got off the menu was absolutely horrible and came out of a can that was sold to us for 14 dollars each. The specialty of this bar was having no menus and the bar tender making the drinks for you according to your preference.

Anyways when leaving the bar I mentioned this fact to the people standing outside in line that not to order anything off the menu and do the classic style of asking the bar tender what you like. However the owner of the bar happened to be right there when I said this and took it too personally.

He started off by insulting me that I should not say this to customers and that I have no right to voice my option this way. He went off for another minute insulting my taste buds, culture and so on. I was so shocked at his behaviour that I was speechless. All I could say was 'okay'. I have never been treated this badly in Montreal and for sure I am never coming back here. All this after after spending 140 dollars at this establishment.

Victor made my husband a suit and it was such a month process . The quality of the product is above was we expected and we are so so happy with the result .

Elegant and sleek experience. Welcomed at opening hours we were the only patrons for our first drink which made it feel like a private visit. The mixologist was incrediblely friendly, knowledgeable, and made our drinks to suit what my boyfriend and I were craving.

We came upon this little men tailor boutique on a stroll upon town! We were so impressed with the service and quality of the products! My husband has very hard time finding clothing. With his unique physique, off the rack is a nightmare and never looks as sharp as we would like! It has been a little over a year we have been coming here for the personalized service and the higher quality of custom pieces! Every season Sasha, Victor and Louis showcase us, the up and coming unique pieces of the season. This is and will remain our only place to dress my husband. They eye of details is exceptional and we received endless of compliments on his entire. If you are looking for something different , away from the big box store and over pushing sales reps, this is the place you should go! I promised you will not be disappointed! Love you guys! ❤️

The B&B is lovely. The host, Yener, is friendly, helpful, extremely accommodating and an overall great guy. Orlando the breakfast assistant was also wonderful to chat with. Food was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The place was amazing! It was very clean, felt like home and breakfast was amazing. Yener is very kind and helpful. He would promptly respond to any questions or suggestions and it was very easy to communicate with him. We went with a car and we managed to park on the street next to the hotel without any concerns. The area is very safe and accessible to areas around the city. We loved their mascot, Guimauve too! We were met with her wagging tail when we checked in. We would strongly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Montreal!

This a really great B&B! The room was great, and the breakfast is really good. It's also a very nice location because it is close to everything in the village neighborhood, including the subway, but on a quiet block. Highly recommend!

One of the best B&B stays ever! My partner and I really enjoyed our interaction with Yener who made us feel like we were home away from home! All the food served for breakfast was delicious and presentation was fabulous. We really enjoyed petting Guimauve an adorable English shepherd whose name means marshmallow. Highly recommended and close to many bars and restaurants. Room is comfortable with good AC and heating.

We had an awesome stay! This was our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as our first stay. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, the food was delicious and the people were amazing. The location is perfect and local to many bars and restaurants as well as the metro. We had a great trip and look forward to our next visit. We already miss Guimauve (their dog)! Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Our Maltipoo Leo, Who is 1.8 years old, has been going to Sam and he absolutely adores him. Sam does such a great job with his grooming even though Leo is very prone to not he make sure he takes his time and he’s very gentle with Leo.

Sam was absolutely amazing with Kruz! My golden retriever was long overdue for a haircut and he walked out of there looking gorgeous! You could tell right away that Sam was amazing with dogs and such an animal lover. I felt super confident leaving Kruz with him and Kruz walked out of there so happy! The next time Kruz has some grinch paws, we know exactly where to go!!

Our new rescue Monty was so happy at his first spa day at Maison Fluff! He was so well taken care of and his fur was so bright and clean. We are so happy with the results and will absolutely be returning and recommending the services!

It was the first time taking my dog to the groomer, she can be energetic and anxious but Sam took great care of her. I'm very happy with the result, the cut is super clean! I recommend 100%.

I took my little Ellie for her first ever grooming appointment @ Maison Fluff. Sam did a great job and made her feel extremely comfortable. I felt very capable leaving her in their very capable hands. We'll definitely be back! :)

We ordered our wedding cake from Maison Halwa, and it was amazing. Michelle was friendly, accommodating, and creative. Our guests loved the Spring Fling cake flavour - many of whom told me it was the best cake they’d ever had! I absolutely recommend Maison Halwa for your wedding!

The best little pastry shop in Montreal! This was my first time in Canada and they were so welcoming. They explained what all the pastries were, made great drink suggestions and kept checking in on us! Service was very quick and the coffees were great quality! I love how everything is made fresh all in the shop. Such a fun and chill vibe. Definitely will be going back

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received. I placed an order in September 2024, and almost a year later, I’m still waiting. Despite numerous calls and follow-ups, no one seems to have any idea what’s going on with my order. I’m constantly passed from one person to another, each one promising the items will arrive in “two weeks,” yet nothing has been delivered.

This order includes table setting pieces, and two full sets are missing. These are expensive items that I need for hosting dinner parties, and I have not been able to use them as intended. It’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to receive such poor service.

My friend recommended me to shop at this store as they have many luxurious items, perfect for gifting. I was quite overwhelmed with the assortment online, and decided to call in to figure out what I can purchase for a gift. The agent on the phone was incredibly helpful and was able to help me find what I needed. She definitely knew her stuff! I also noticed how this store has better prices than competitors, especially for Le Creuset.

I placed an order July 8 and it still has not shipped , yet I was charged immediately. I have since then placed multiple online orders with other retails and already received my items or shipping confirmations. I have emailed, called, left Instagram DMs asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. If anyone sees this can you pls ensure this is done asap. Thank you.

Just visited the store with my mom — we used to love coming here and shopped often back in the day. Unfortunately, it’s not what it used to be. Most of the items we came for were out of stock, including the wine glasses we liked and the beautiful Sabre knives.

When I started checking online to see if other retailers had them, the saleswoman snapped at us: “You come to our store and then check if it’s in stock somewhere else?”
I’m sorry, but I’ve worked in sales and marketing my whole life — having multiple key items out of stock is already disappointing, and being met with rudeness instead of an apology just makes it worse.

We drove 30 minutes to the store, hoping to buy specific items, only to be told everything needed to be ordered anyway. What’s the point of coming in-store then? To be lectured by someone who can’t even tell the difference between a Cabernet and a Pinot Noir wine glass?

If this is the direction Lipari is going — empty shelves and arrogant staff — you’re giving loyal customers every reason to shop online elsewhere. Disappointing.

They have nice products it’s a shame that customer service is so awful! I am still in shock! I called back the store following a message they left me regarding my order and the lady was so rude! I had barely started saying i was calling them back that she was asking me to be clear about what i wanted, asking why i was calling and that she couldn’t help me if she didn’t know what I needed
?! Then when i told her i just only had time to say 2 words she barely apologized and said : yes but i have people here. Then she hung up on me!. Last time I order there. Too bad, was looking forward to go visit the store in person but something tells me, not the Customer Experience you want to experience LIVE!!!
