Nazgol Fallah Toussi was the most unprofessional notary I have ever encountered. She made our experience as sellers exceedingly difficult by refusing to adhere to the fundamental principles of a notary's responsibilities. When confronted about even the most minor issues, she threatened to cancel the appointment and halt progress. She never returned calls, failed to follow straightforward instructions, and exhibited highly unethical behavior. She imposed additional fees for responding to emails or inquiries. She exaggerated her situation by claiming she was being 'harassed' after I made one personal call and sent four emails, while stating she was addressing 'thousands of emails.' I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend this notary under any circumstances. It is truly unfortunate, and one star is far too generous.

Unbelievably RUDE from the moment I walked in. I’ve been in business for over 30 years and have never dealt with such an unprofessional notary. Dismissive, impatient, and clearly more focused on money than service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Philippe and his team helped me to get a beautiful and unique engagement ring design that symbolised my partner and my equally beautiful and unique relationship. Philippe helped me to get a design that was practical and unlikely to cause discomfort to my partner whilst wearing the band, which is a very important detail that I would not have considered before and ensures that my partner actually enjoys wearing the ring and showing off the magical design.

They were able to get me the ring on schedule and gave me plenty of updates through the process, which was super helpful.

I also needed to get the band sizing adjusted afterwards and they were able to do that as well no problem. Great price, great process, and great people.

I'm posting here to share our great satisfaction with MégaFUN's entertainment for our wedding on June 18, 2022.

First, we met virtually with Mathieu Bédard, who did an excellent job explaining the various options available and the associated costs. He quickly produced our proposal, and everything was simple, clear, and detailed. We felt confident, and Mathieu didn't put any pressure on us; he respected our pace.

Then came the communications from the behind-the-scenes workers, informing us that everything was on track and that our DJ would soon be in touch with us regarding the next steps. These communications are welcome because they reassure us that we haven't been forgotten. Often, the time between signing the contract and the event is quite long, and radio silence is a source of stress. Thank you to those who take care of this aspect.

Éric Giroux, our DJ, contacted us by email and Zoom. He made us do our homework: the evening's schedule, the music playlists (I'm not sure he expected to receive a list of 400 songs, lol. Thanks for your cooperation, Eric), in the utmost cordiality, and he was available to answer all our questions. When the big day finally arrived, Eric was simply impeccable; his calmness, professionalism, and discretion were greatly appreciated. From the setup and installation to the lighting design and entertainment, everything was perfect.

Good for parties and large gatherings. The food was pretty good as well. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean, but I feel like the dance floor could’ve been a bit larger to accommodate all the people there. Overall good.

I called this venue yesterday just to ask for a price quote, and the lady who answered was very unhelpful and dismissive, telling me to call back tomorrow without providing any information. When I called again today, a man answered, and from the start, he was rude and unhelpful. He asked what kind of event I was planning, and when I mentioned it was to celebrate the New Year, he asked about the community. As soon as I said Persian, he immediately said they had no availability without even checking. The entire experience felt unprofessional and discriminatory.

We hosted our winter brunch baby shower at the Plaza Rive Sud and it was the best decision ever! The venue ticked all of our boxes as we wanted a classy/elegant venue, open buffet, tables, chairs and cutlery available at no extra cost (this place is part of the PMG group). All that was available and offered as a full package deal. They even included the couch for our display, the money box for our gift table and the vases on the guest tables (less floating candles which I purchased on Amazon). The sunny hall we rented for the day is héron verte and blanche. The Sunday brunch open buffet was from 10:30 am till 1 pm and food was fresh, plentiful and delicious! Peter (the owner) is a wonderful person and was very accommodating with our needs, flexible and responsive to all our questions. Huge shout out to Cassandra and Nofal as well!
