Just celebrated my 30th birthday at Plaza Universel a few weeks ago and let me tell you, I am still in awe on how amazing it was. From day 1 to meeting Vic, to the planning up until the end of my party it was just an amazing experience, stress free, and just perfect. Vic and his team were there for me every step of the way.
My guests are still talking to me about the food, the high quality menu and service. Everything was fantastic, the menu itself, the portions, the service...I have no words. The team was incredible, our waiters. They took care of my guests and made us feel like family. There is no doubt I would host all my future events here. I would recommend Plaza Universel in a heartbeat.

Planning our wedding at Plaza Vogue has been an incredible experience from start to finish! Years ago, I had the pleasure of working for Tony, and even back then, I was blown away by how beautiful and seamless every wedding he was a part of turned out. I always knew that when it was my turn, I’d want to get married wherever he was and he truly exceeded every expectation I had.
From the moment we started planning, Tony made us feel like we were in the best hands. The service, attention to detail, and care he and Nikki put into everything was beyond what we imagined. The international buffet was absolutely overflowing guests are still talking about how much amazing food there was! Each course was beautifully presented, and the sweet table was a showstopper. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Niki was a dream to work with super responsive, kind, and so easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question or needed help, she was right there with a quick answer.

We have been absolutely loving our experience planning our wedding reception with Plaza Vogue, so far! From the first time we met Tony, he was so welcoming and took the time to give us the experience we wanted while respecting our budget. I’ve been to a couple of weddings at Plaza Volare, and every time it’s been absolutely amazing! The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is electric, and the service is top-notch. If you’re looking for a venue where the party’s guaranteed to be a hit, this is it! 🎉✨

I came here for a group event of about 70 people on a Sunday in March.

The room itself was nice and clean but the temperature was very cold. There was a temperature control on the wall and some guests were trying to increase it to 20 or 21 degrees but employees would lower it to 18...guests were so cold they were grabbing their coats and scarves. Eventually someone spoke to an employee to ask if it can stay at 20 and they allowed it.

I had asked one of the waiters in English what the hors d'oeuvres were that he was handing out and he did not understand I had to repeat myself in French. Someone who works in the service industry should be able to speak English and French. I

also included a photo of one of the hors d'oeuvres, a meatball, which was completely raw in the middle. I showed a waiter and he took it away and I never heard back about it. The rest of the food was fine but that put a bit of a damper on the food for the rest of the guests at my table.

I've heard a lot of positive reviews of this place but my experience was disappointing. Not sure I would consider hosting a event here myself.

We had our wedding at this venue last weekend, and honestly, the experience was incredible from start to finish—way beyond just the wedding day itself.

In the months leading up to it, the staff was so present and attentive. They were always a step ahead, checking in, helping us navigate the process, and making sure everything was unfolding the way we had envisioned. What we appreciated most was how they shared their advice without ever making us feel like our ideas were wrong or unrealistic. They’d give little tips or insights based on their experience doing this every other weekend, but they always made it clear that the final call was ours—and they’d make it work, no matter what we decided.

They were also super proactive. We never had to chase them down or ask when our next meeting was. They guided us step-by-step, from meal preferences to setup decisions, which really helped reduce any pre-wedding stress. It honestly felt like they were just as invested in the experience as we were.

They humanized the whole process too; it didn’t feel transactional at all. They’d remind us to be present, to enjoy the moment as a couple, and that little touch of care made all the difference. You can really tell they love what they do.

On the actual day of, everything ran perfectly. The staff was always nearby, gently guiding us through the timeline—but in the most calming and subtle way. The maître d, the head waitress, and all the other staff were so hardworking, kind, and personable. Throughout the night, they kept checking in on us and bringing us food to make sure we were eating enough and actually enjoying the night.

The coordinators also made our wedding feel like more than just an event they had to run. Right before walking down the aisle, they stopped to tell us how great we looked and gave us words of encouragement before coordinating and timing everything.

We had both our ceremony and cocktail hour at the hall. Originally, we had planned for it to be outside, but the weather didn’t cooperate. They calmly shifted everything indoors, reassured us that it would still be beautiful—and they were right. The setup was stunning and felt just as special as what we had originally pictured. The way they executed the backup plan was so smooth and professional.

The food was also next level. People are still texting us a week later telling us how they cleaned their platters. The braised beef was a major hit, and guests kept complimenting both the quality and the quantity of food—which can be rare to nail both. They were also on top of being attentive to the allergy and dietary restrictions of all our guests, which was very important to us—and our guests really appreciated it.

Another huge help was how they coordinated with our vendors the week of the wedding. We didn’t have to worry about who was arriving when or what was being set up—they handled it all, which gave us the space to actually enjoy the experience.

Having the hotel attached to the hall was such a lifesaver. We got ready there in the morning, which made the whole day flow so much easier—no travel stress, no rushing. And it allowed our guests to let loose, enjoy themselves, and stay overnight. We even hosted a brunch the next morning at the Resto, which was such a fun way to wrap up the weekend. The bistro staff was also amazing—super friendly and genuinely helpful.

All in all, this team gave us the wedding we had dreamed of without the pressure and chaos we thought would come with it. They were a dream team, and we would 100% recommend this place to anyone planning a wedding. It’s literally the one-stop shop for your wedding in Montreal—you can’t go wrong!

Me and my fiancé are in love with the rings we got from Polar Lab Diamonds!! Every time we look at it, we are so happy and content with the decision we made!! Nabil was the best, he was very professional, didn't try to push anything on me or upsell me, he simply wanted to help me find the best ring. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest customer as I reached out many times and he was even helping me at off hours! I find you get a good price and the service was like no other place that I went to. It was a nice experience, decent Portuguese food and nice atmosphere. It was busy that evening such that we had to ask for balsamic vinegar to be added to olive oil, and ask for sharing fork more than once. The Serrano ham with asparagus salade was amazing, tartar de filet mignon was very tasty but a bit on the salty side, however the blood sausage was hard to comment. Paella was great but a bit too much watery with the rice; sea-bream was nicely cooked and crisp for the skin. Dessert was super cute. The rotation is like an hour for one full 360.

I visited Portus 360 with my mother-in-law and my partner, and it was an unforgettable experience. We ordered a tasting-style plate (around $100 per person) that allowed us to try a bit of everything, and it was absolutely worth it.

I’m Mexican and from the Caribbean, and I can honestly say that tonight I had the best octopus of my life—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Every dish was rich, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The flavors are easily five stars.

The service was equally impressive. We were so well taken care of, with attentive staff ensuring everything was perfect throughout the evening.

And then, of course, the views: the restaurant slowly rotates 360 degrees, giving you a full panoramic look at Montreal. It takes about two hours for one full rotation (we were there from 6:45 to 9:30 and barely made one loop), which makes it the perfect setting for a relaxed dinner. I highly recommend booking for sunset—the city looks stunning as the lights come on.

Prices are in line with the experience and quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of great food, amazing service, and beautiful views. Highly recommended!

Portus 360 is a fantastic fine dining restaurant with breathtaking views, excellent food, and outstanding service. The portions tend to be on the smaller side but are flavorful, with a wide selection of seafood. The waitstaff was attentive, courteous, and proactive, ensuring a great experience.
The restaurant welcomes a diverse crowd, including groups of young friends, couples, families, and birthday celebrations. There is no formal dress code, making it a relaxed yet elegant destination. Parking in the underground lot costs between $10 and $19, depending on some rather unclear rules.
Even if you visit just for dessert and drinks, it's worth the trip. Guests are free to explore the restaurant to take in the stunning panoramic views.
On the downside, there is no kids' menu, and the dishes can be a bit heavy for those mindful of their calorie intake.
I highly recommend Portus 360 - just be sure to make a reservation, as it’s always busy!

Perfect restaurant for a novelty experience but unfortunately when we attended the restaurant moved in gentle but uncomfortable jolt, noticeable enough to make the dinner uncomfortable. The food was good, great entrée, well presented and daring but not amazing. That might be our fault, we didn't adventure onto their fish and seafood, which seeing the other photos and reviewers, look quite delicious. Slightly too heavy handed on the truffle oil for our inexperienced pallets and the mustard and cheese sauce was intense. Very strong flavor competition and that might be great if you're looking for that.

The view alone makes it all great regardless, this place throws you back in time and remind you of when Montreal was more modest.

My filet mignon was a bit over cooked but everything else was great. The view is spectacular, and this turning restaurant gives you a 360 degree view of Montreal!

So… I don’t like flowers. It’s just this weird thing. I love greenery a lot more.

Now, imagine trying to explain this to a florist?!?? I just happened to have worked with Rachelle, arguably one of the vendors in my wedding planning process that actively listened to our vision. Having a micro wedding to us meant low, simple centre pieces (we did bud vases with one or two flowers) for lots of face-to-face time, lots of green but soft accents of white (on Rachelle’s recommendation) but that didn’t have strong fragrance (my requirement).

And the piece de resistance? She recreated my mom’s bouquet. My heart is still so full thinking about it. I’m drying it as we speak as a keepsake!

She NEVER pushed me into spending more money or getting arrangements or accents I didn’t like. She truly brought my vision to life, even when I didn’t think I had one to begin with. She is like a flower therapist! Thank you so much.

I'm very happy with the beauty of the flowers and the prompt delivery. This was an online order from across Canada and the store had to contact us to correct a problem with the order but the flowers were still delivered on time. I will not hesitate to use this flower shop again.

Bought a bouquet of 8 red flowers, it costs 55$.
Very poor decorating with no work put on to make it look representative. Usually a bouquet of 8 flowers should look a lot better than this.

The owner (& florist) is an awe-inspiring artist. I came in randomly and just told her I wanted a pretty bouquet for my house. She made this in a couple minutes! My photo does not even do it justice. The price is reasonable and it was worth every dollars.

Very disappointed with this flower shop. They overcharged for faded flowers. This is the second time, that I've ordered according to their website and the flowers received are not even close to the pictures on their website. Save your time, energy and money and stay away from this place.

Michelle is one of the loveliest and kindest people in the event/wedding industry! It is always such a treat to collaborate with her, whether we're working on greeting cards or beautiful stationary for intimate dinner parties. Michelle delivered beautiful work and professionalism for our on-site event with GUESS last December, providing live freehand calligraphy on customer gifts. From the very first phone call, Prêt à Manger stood out. Their service was warm, responsive, and professional. They offered a great selection of menu options for different budgets, and even with only two to three weeks’ notice, they delivered exactly what I needed for my son’s First Communion.

The buffet-style meal for our group of 25 was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious—from the appetizers to the desserts. But what really made the experience special was the staff. One of their team members came to the event, set everything up, stayed to assist with service, and left everything spotless. My wife and I hired the Preville Big Band for our wedding in February 2024. From the moment we contacted Tommy (the band's founder and leader) and went to see the band rehearse, we knew that they would be the perfect fit for our special day. EVERYONE at our wedding ABSOLUTELY LOVED the band! Having live music really made the day magical and memorable. From the cocktails, to the wedding ceremony, to dinner, and through the end of the evening, the Preville Big Band blew everyone away and had everyone enamoured all night long. A big THANK YOU again to everyone in the band for their dedication and amazing energy!

I had my Brunch Wedding at Prima Luna on September 14th 2025.We had the ceremony in the tent that followed with the wedding venue inside.
The food was impeccable & Delicious.
Andrea,Robert and Stefania did and amazing job with the menu selections and ensuring all was set up correctly.Johhny our maître D did a fantastic job keeping the staff aligned.Overall my wedding venue was stress free, delicious and all I expected and more.

Attended a business lunch which stretched until 2:30 on a Wednesday and still had a surprising amount of patrons!
The food (rabbit) was absolutely delicious as well as the dessert. Service was spot on with a knowledgeable waiter making great recommendations. Too bad I am rarely in the East End of town.

Terrible experience, service was awful, they were removing stuff from the table when we were still eating (silverware, etc) like they wanted us to get out fast. On top of it they charge $7 PER bottle of water (750 ml) with no option for tap water saying it’s the policy. Absolutely no reason to ever go back. We were there for well over 4 hours for a party of 10 rarely having anyone check in at the table unless is to remove silverware while still eating. And last but not least, the terminal for payment offers tip option 15% 18% and 20% but on the price with taxes which is illegal in Quebec since may 2025. Manager is rude and no class won’t listen to its customer , yells and threatens to call police on them. What a huge disappointment NEVER AGAIN

Very beautiful restaurant, cozy ambiance and very professional staff. Went with colleagues for lunch and the service was impeccable. Definitely a go to if you want to bring customers for lunch, or family for souper.

I decided to try the wednesday all you can eat sushis night! I will say first the vibe and service is great! They even have a DJ. Sadly the sushis was tasteless... for an expensive famous place like this, I was expecting better food.

I can’t say enough good things about this print shop! From start to finish, the service was amazing. They even came through for me with an emergency order, which I’ll always be grateful for. Joe was such a sweet and caring person, he took the time to make sure every detail was perfect, and my sisters’ wedding photo portrait turned out absolutely beautiful. You can really feel that they care about their customers here. From now on, this will be the only place I go for printing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and great service!

Joe and the team did a great job. The ordering process was on point, simply sending the idea and photos by email. Then we picked up products in the shop. Was fast, efficient and trustworthy. Will be back for more of our advertisement products!

I fell upon priska salon on a whim looking to get a bob cut, i originally had an appointment with another stylist but there was a bit of an issue with time and my hair texture which made me feel disappointed in the moment but fanny approached me with a “I’ve got time” I had met with Fanny and she has a caring energy and wasn’t intimidated by my hair texture which made me feel safe in her hands and she understood exactly what my expectations were even with a small language barrier (my French isn’t the best) she didn’t sweat it. I left feeling happy even rebooked my next appointment in advance.

The secretary was also super kind easy going and was enthusiastic about helping me when I was having trouble finding the right building.

Overall a beautiful salon space with a great look 10/10 recommend 😊

I've been here 3 times and had a different stylist each time since I was booking the same day. I had a great experience each time- with Henri, Fanny, and Genevieve. They listened to what i wanted and provided great results. I would gladly book with any of them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to try anyone else in the salon, because I think they are all great :) ♡

It was my first experience at this salon and I’m very happy with my cut. The salon is beautiful and Genevieve my hairstylist was incredibly sweet and paid close attention to detail. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent service, all hairdressers are so nice and skilled. Ive never been deceived and always loved my hair each time I used their services. They are also offering something to drink at the beginning of the appointment which make you feel it's a prenium service you are receiving each time.

It was my first time at the salon & I booked with Genevieve (I read the reviews before booking my appointment). The salon is beautiful and spacious, everyone is friendly and great atmosphere. I’m writing a review because Genevieve is the stylist that cut my hair; I showed her my inspo pic, she listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve a new look. She was super professional and kind. It was such a nice experience, I’ll be returning for sure! I’m so happy I tried this salon and booked with her. You won’t be disappointed:)

Edouard Martin is my hairstylist forever. He is simply the best. My hair always grows so fast when he cuts it. He has a positive attitude and great energy & has been passionate about hairstyling since I can remember ( for 18 years! ) I have known him since 2010! I highly recommend! 🤝🏻🩷🌟🙏🏻

Edouard is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. Not only is he incredibly skilled with the clippers and always delivers a clean, sharp cut, but he’s also just a great guy to talk to. We instantly clicked over our shared love of motorcycles, food, and travel — every visit feels more like catching up with a friend than just getting a haircut. I have been getting my hair cut Edouard for about 2 years now. He has been with me through my bob era, my medium length andong hair eras. He is a very talented hair artist who listens to his clients and always does the best. He is honest and truly cares about his work.
