From the first phone call that we had with him, we knew right away that he would be a wonderful person to work with. Though videography was a last-minute addition to our wedding planning, he navigated the situation with great insight and a keen sense of what to do on a moment's notice. He was there capturing everything with no trouble, from the beginning prep to the last dances of the night! He was more than willing to work with the schedule that we had during the day, and gave us insight as to what he thought would be best to do in terms of filming, while also blending seamlessly into the background to film in his "fly on the wall" style.

His videography style goes beyond just recording all of the events as they happen, he seamlessly creates a story with everything that he captures. He even went out of his way to include our precious furry babies in our video (which means a whole lot to us!!) It was so nice to get to re-experience everything through such a soft, romantic and cheerful lens.

Robert Alexis did my wedding catering and it was an incredible experience! The food was just so amazing, a next-level gustatory event, and I got so many compliments from our guests, including the guests that work in kitchens (so they know what they're talking about). I was very impressed with their professionalism and service on the day and leading up to the event. The only thing I would recommend is to do your rental order through them, as I tried to do it myself and it caused some confusion. I would absolutely work with this caterer again!

Robert Alexis catered our wedding at La Toundra this November, and everything was beyond what we had hoped. As a non-local couple, we weren't sure what to expect, but the team at RA were proper professionals. It's only been a week, but our guests are sill telling us about how great the short rib was or how decadent the cake was. We couldn't have had as perfect of an event if it weren't for the time, attention, and dedication lent to us by the team at Robert Alexis.

We were around 100 guests and each person was served at the same time and each meal was served hot. All of our guests were definitely amazed by the service and the quality of the food. Thank you to the amazing chef that did an outstanding job in the small kitchen that was located at our wedding venue (we know you pull off some miracles - thank you.) Special thank you to Manon and to the owners whom we met when we had a tasting and that took good care of us. They even added a vegan meal for 3 of our guests, as this was not part of the package that we had agreed upon. Suffice to say, that they go beyond was is included in a signed contract to accommodate you on your special day. It truly demonstrates how you should run a business. We don't see this much quality service now a days - so it was refreshing to receive this excellent client service. We will be recommending Robert Alexis for all future events/wedding/corporate parties etc. Thank you again !

We loved the store. They have a great collection of winter wears with good offers, mostly from Pazar and point zero. They have a section especially for female dresses, I did not explore that section.

We had our wedding two weeks ago at Roma Receptions and we can honestly say that the entire process of planning our wedding with them from A to Z was impeccable! What a wonderful service we received at Roma Receptions. Our experience here was seamless from start to finish. Tony was a great help and his expertise was evident in the entire planning process and on the night off. The waiters did a phenomenal job alongside our head waiter and Alexandra who calmed our nerves and made for a spectacular night. Roma Receptions is a beautiful hall, but their manager Maria is a nightmare to deal with. She is dishonest and extremely difficult.I’ve never seen anyone like her in my life.

My advice to anyone considering this venue: be very patient, because she will stress you out more than your actual wedding. She only cares about money. Make sure to write down everything she says, because she changes her words every day. As your wedding approaches, she will change things at the last minute just to ask for extra money.

Another big issue is the price.what she tells you is not the same as what she tells other people. She changes her prices depending on who you are, and that is completely unfair.

For African clients especially, I do not recommend this place.they treat people with no respect, like they don’t matter. Please think twice before booking here, and you’ll thank me later.

Not professional. She answered the phone and we started a conversation then she told me after a minute or so that she had to cut the call short because she was already with a client. She had me write an email describing the service I required, I uploaded photos and added my personal contact.. that was over a week ago, she never responded. She's more pricey than other notary public's.

Absolutely the worst experience here. After sending them emails with the documents I needed signed they sent me a reply with the total. I called and CONFIRMED the price (once I finally got through- a challenge in itself) and when I arrived was told it was double what they’d said. I showed them the email and they said they’d take $10 off the new price. Rosmeri herself may be one of the most rude people I’ve met, asked how I was. I said not well considering all this, and she was smug and said, “oh you’re sick?” and told me “they’d make it more clear next time” with zero apologies for the fact that they doubled the price after twice confirming. If you need a notary, use Rosmeri at your own risk.

Best service in Montreal. I really recommend Rosmeri, she really follows through the cases and makes sure I understand every step on the way!

I have ordered twice for my baby birthday! Great experience so far! Cakes are amazing and delicious

I just moved here in Quebec in December and my birthday was on 1st Jan. I didn’t know anyone that makes cake so I searched on IG for a place where I could order a cake and someone directed me to royal cakes. I showed her a picture of how I want the burnaway cake to look and she confirmed she could do it. I then thought that was it and didn’t know I had to make an order using a link on their profile! I thought we were set and I had said I wanted to pick up on New Year’s Eve. So on 31st I messaged her to confirm what time I should go pick up the cake but turns out I had not placed the order with the link. With it being New Year’s Eve and everyone being busy, i insisted and asked her to do it and she finally agreed for pick up at a later time the nxt day, 8:30pm New Year’s Day to be specific. I ordered the cake less than 24hours prior I believe!! Despite it being New Year’s Day plus too late to order, I insisted and literally begged her to do my cake and she finally said yes. She made it and the cake looked insanely good, I literally didn’t wanna eat because It was soo pretty. Multiple people at the restaurant were we had my birthday dinner at kept complimenting the cake, even the staff who served us said that everyone in the kitchen were impressed by the cake. Literally, cut a big piece and left it for the kitchen staff at that restaurant to share and have a taste. Am glad I did coz me and my family couldn’t finish it since it was big

The owner was fantastic, contacted me about the colours, occasion… . Sent me many follow up emails upon payment and delivery. I felt very reassured that my order would arrive in time. Had a wonderful experience taking Royal Party Balloons' services, despite the pandemic being on as the new year 2021 started and that too on a snowy day. They are a reliable and serious team. They had all the balloons I needed for a birthday bouquet. The lady who assisted me at their location when I went to pick up my bouquet was really kind and offered me a great customer service experience. The overall bouquet exceeded my expectations. I have been going to RubyRuby Hair for over a year now getting sew in extension, I can definitely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My hair has not only gotten healthier with her techniques, but I’m finally seeing hair growth after 2 years of being stuck with the same length hair. She’s very knowledgeable about her work and gives advice and suggestions on what will work best for your hair.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my extensions installed by Ruby Ruby, and let me just say—she is a true hair goddess! From start to finish, the experience was incredible. She was so sweet, welcoming, and professional, and her attention to detail is unmatched.

Not only did she do an amazing job with the installation (my hair looks flawless!), but she also took the time to guide me every step of the way—making sure I understood how to care for my extensions properly to avoid any damage. It wasn’t just a hair appointment, it was a full-on VIP experience.

When I first booked an appointment at RubyRuby Hair, it was my first time getting a partial sew-in weave and I wasn’t sure what type of extensions I should get since I was going on a trip shortly after…so Nicole was very patient, understanding and gave me LOTS of information, showed me pictures/videos of her work and gave me the best advice! And after finally deciding on a hairstyle, I was VERY happy with the results! Ended up having the best time on my vacation/birthday + my hair was still looking amazing for the holidays as well!!
She was also super nice during the appointment, very professional, good conversation and great experience all-around 😁

We went over the big day as we picked out the perfect look. All the details were considered; from the fabric, to buttons and lapel, to the personalized embroidery on custom made to measure shirt and bow-tie was perfect. After our second session and preliminary alterations I could tell it was going to be perfect. The fit was spot on and delivered on time as promised, pressed and ready for the big day. Was a guest at a wedding held at the Rue, One thing to note is that the industrial exterior can be a bit surprising or off-putting when you first see it. But don't let that fool you—the inside is truly enchanting.

If you're looking for a venue with character and charm, The Rye at the old distillery is an excellent choice. It perfectly mixes rustic industrial vibes with modern elegance. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about having our wedding at The Rye! From the moment we met Justin, he was so supportive, organized, and made us feel completely prepared throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and our guests are still raving about how incredible the food was. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we would recommend The Rye to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

Good use of an old space. Great for your events. However the washroom being located on the 2nd floor and the event being on the 3rd was not great. Also serving staff was chaotic at best. Slow and rude. Bread at event was rock hard. Also health and safety is not a priority here as evidenced by wires running through the bar area with spills, drinks sitting on speakers and cables for lights not flat along walls. Minimum ac.

Men's washroom has a window directly behind 2 urinals with no blinds.

Such a cool, unique venue! Had an underground vive. Great food, service and decor. Would highly recommend for large parties or any other special occasions

The concert we saw, Flamboyant Amadeus was wonderful, the 2 hour recital felt like a few minutes. The hall itself has great acoustics, clean bathrooms and comfortable chairs.

Good acoustics and comfortable chairs. Exits can get crowded at the end of the performance. If you are coming by car, reserve 30 to 40 minutes to find parking.

Saw the Goldberg Variations, I was so happy

Wow. Such a beautiful music venue/former church with stain glass windows still intact. Lovely evening listening and watching MG3 - Montréal Guitare Trio perform. It was such an honor to hear them play and spend the evening at Salle Bourgie. The staff is so helpful and friendly! Will definitely come back soon for another show if I am in Montréal again.

Just had my wedding at the Westbury ballroom and honestly the entire day was perfect! The venue is gorgeous and includes a beautiful terrace that they open if the weather permits (we got lucky to have good enough weather in May)! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed and hydrated!! The food and service were excellent! Stephane was amazing from the start of our wedding planning to the very end!! Really glad to have had our wedding here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had our son’s Bar Mitzvah yesterday and it was an amazing event thanks to the staff at Westbury ballroom. A special thanks to Stephane, Susie and Peter for their outstanding service and responsiveness to all our needs. The reception hall and set up was refined and elegant. Servers were top notch. We celebrated my daughter’s baptism at La Sirène, and it was absolutely beautiful. Nick was a great help in planning the event with me, ensuring everything was organized perfectly. Melanie, the chef d’équipe and server, made sure everything was done right and provided an excellent service with her team. The food was simply amazing, and everyone loved it! Beautiful place , we had attended my friend wedding, the parking is very small. We had to park like 5-7mins away so cautious . It wouldn't matter usually but it was raining that evening. Otherwise ,it would be a place we would attend again .
