Super professional and friendly!! We took our cat Izzie to get his nails trimmed as we were unable to do it ourselves at home - he was a recent rescue and had never had his nails trimmed before, it was almost impossible for us to get him to trim his nails. Gabriella handled him amazingly, she was so sweet and gentle with him and was able to trim all the nails of his front paws which was a great relief as his front paws specifically were growing faster and getting very long. We will be coming back later for his back paws and know he will be in good hands 🐾❤️

Its our first time here and i was a bit worried rozzie my 5 year old dog will be hard to groom! But Gabriella was amazing and gentle with rozzie💕💕💕she feels love and she looks amazing🌸! I also bought her a sweatshirt, boots and shampoo! We will definitely go back again! Highly recommended 🥰🥰🥰lots of love from Rozzie💕💕💕

Gabriella is so kind and a joy to be around. Her and her team are very respectful and kind.
We were there for our dog's first visit, and they knew how to give our puppy breaks, treats, and overall - when to stop so our dog leaves clean and happy.

Spa LePetlandais is amazing. The staff are kind, really care for my pet and myself. They do grooming and are completely trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about them.

Gabriella replied by blaming my dog, again, for the terrible job she did but she also lied on her own google page pretending that ''I asked her to force my dog''.

She followed up by saying she knows I came in with bad intentions (whatever that means).

Trying to flip the table on an honest negative comment by trying to make the client look like a terrible owner just shows what type of person Gabriella truly is.

I brought my 4yo golden retreiver at the end of june for a regular grooming.

The job was poorly done and Gabriella told me to come back after the weekend so she she can do a better job.
I paid in full and left a generous tip.

I had to leave four messages to finaly get a call back two weeks later, she apoligized and got booked for the following week.

When I picked up Lily, I was in shock, it was like a toddler had played with clippers on my dog.
Gabriella was trying to defend herself by saying it's the dog's fault(although the previous groomer always did a perfect job).

After trying to make sense with her, I gave up, told her Id never come back.

To add insult to injury, as I was stepping out, Gabriella told me I had to pay to which I replied that I already paid and my dog looks worst than when I first brought her and obviously wasn't gonna pay again.

She then said she was gonna "call the authorities" if I didn't pay her.

Gabriella is highly unorganized and has no idea how to groom a golden.

First session with Katia. She did amazing with Genie. She was gentle and informed me about maintenance. I can't wait to get her fresh cut now. It's the first time we got a good satisfying teddy bear cut on my little Bean 🥹 Thank you so much ✨️

Two weeks ago, we brought our senior boxer for her first nail trim at a dog groomer's. Melanie had recommended that we book an appointment, so that she could take her time and make it the most positive experience possible for our old girl. Melanie was so kind, gentle and patient. She was very attentive and knew all of the tricks to help our doggy stay calm and happy - 5 star service! We will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you, Melanie!

We took our 4-month-old puppy, Alfi, for his first grooming session, and Mya exceeded our expectations in every way. She took such good care of Alfi, giving him the exact look we requested. Mya's caring, soft, and gentle approach made the experience wonderful for us and Alfi. Additionally, Melanie’s customer service from day one has been amazing. I would recommend their services without a doubt!

Melanie is truly a dog whisperer and an amazing Groomer. My shitzu dog has ear problems and the matts in his shaggy ear hair were insane, I thought they would have to be cut out. She returned my dog happy and beautifully trimmed matt free long floppy ears. She is truly a miracle worker!!!

They do such a good job here, never too short. My dog jumps right up on the grooming table when we arrive so I know he’s treated well.

Ana was the first and only hair stylist I tried for my wedding day. From her first response to my inquiry into her services, to the last goodbye the day of my wedding, she was professional, helpful, friendly, always quick to reply, flexible with booking, and above all, talented!

I have never felt more beautiful than after my hair was styled by Ana. I have thin, blonde hair and, with the help of some extensions, provided by Ana, my hair looked full, long, healthy, shiny, thick, and just beautiful! I felt like a princess!

I am so thankful for Ana and her talent with hair styling. I wouldn't have hired anyone else for my big day!

Her amazing team took care of my now husband by doing his hair (shoulder length), trimming and shaping his beard, and applying just the right amount of makeup to make him look flawless in our pictures (he looks flawless regardless, according to me). It is not only the bride's big day, but the groom's as well, and everyone deserves to looks their best, and Ana's team made that our reality!

For a long time a had a very hard time trying to find a hairdresser who understood my hair type and that could do some radical changes without damaging my hair and when I finally met Ana (the hairdresser) I was completely surprised becase it just took her a couple of minutes to understand my hair (very curly afro hair) and the results were amazing.

Besides being very profesional, Ana always try to give the extra mile, she won’t let you leave without giving you some tips on how to take care of your hair and skin properly.

Last but not least, she is very passionate for her job, she is courteous, humble, respectful and she makes you feel like she really cares.

I thought the reviews were too good to be true BUT they’re not! I contacted Alexandra to provide surprise cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. Although Alexandra was out of town, she answered quickly and didn’t stop providing amazing communication and service. She was extremely patient and accommodating, especially when my international payment attempts slowed things down. She kindly liaised with my daughter’s flat mate to organise delivery, which was so appreciated as I live abroad. And then…the cupcakes arrived and judging by the photos, they are works of art. My daughter was blown away. I’m now considering emigrating to Canada!!!

Spoonful Cake made the most amazing dinosaur-themed cake and cupcakes for my son’s 3rd birthday! She was so attentive and easy to work with. The peanut-free cupcakes were perfect for daycare, and everything tasted incredible. The whole day felt magical—highly recommend!

We wanted to do an activity in Montreal and came across an one hour archery class on Viator. Easy to book and to check in at the front when we arrived.

No others were signed up at the same time as us, so it felt like a private lesson. Our instructor was Liam, who was friendly and very knowledgeable on archery. Liam taught us the basics and gave us the rules. Liam then let us shoot some arrows on our own, giving us space, while still being approachable if we had any questions. We improved during the time there and would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try archery!

Vibes were great and casual there. Everything appeared to be sanitary. Liam suggested a discount on the next classes on different types of archery. Would come again for archery the next time we visit.

Like most 2020 brides, I have had to deal with a lot of last minute decisions in regards to my wedding. When I reached out to Stephita, it was a late evening, wine drinking, google scramble to desperately find a place to help me get invitations for a date just over 2 months away. Stephita's understanding was so comforting and refreshing. I came in with an idea of what I was wanted and she helped us put the whole thing together stress free :)

I'm not really into electronic music, but I went with a group of friends. The service at the door wasn't very nice. Even though we had reserved 8 tickets, the doorman was in a bad mood and annoyed because we were all waiting to get in together. The man checking people in at the next entrance after going up the stairs in front of the clothing store yelled at us to say no jackets. Later, it became clear that jackets weren't required inside. The atmosphere was pleasant. Another interesting fact, and no less important for the reviews, is that THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO TAKE PHOTOS, MUCH LESS THAN VIDEOS! 🙄 REALLY??? What kind of nightclub in 2025 doesn't allow this? Well, here's an example. If you use it, they'll kick you out. There's a sign that we didn't see at the entrance in front of the stairs because you're looking where you're stepping and not up (bad choice by the owner). Paying $75 per person and not being able to enjoy yourself the way you want. I didn't like it and I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. Too expensive to have your head buzzing and not be able to take souvenirs with your friends because they kick you out. But here's a part of the video we were able to capture. 🤪🤭

This is a nice underground club with a great apace and incredible sound system. Having said that it's heavily shirtless (if you're into that scene), the staff is not friendly, they will take away any gum you have on you, and they don't serve alcohol (you can't bring your own). There's a really fun dive-karaoke bar around the corner, lots of fun.

If not the, one of the best sound systems I have experienced while clubbing. The space is great – clean, comfortable couches and staff is super friendly. I really appreciate the no photo and no video policy – it really keeps the vibe of clubbing which I love. If you love house/techno music, it is a must at least once in your lifetime. I traveled from Long Island, New York and it was worth it. Thank you Stereo for a magical experience.

There is a reason (((Stereo))) is often mentioned as one of the best clubs in North America and even the world.

Before going you must know a a few things. Stereo is not you typical club with loud people, dress codes and bottle service. This is a temple of sound and an afterhours club. If you aren't into techno and house music - this place is not for you.

NO ALCOHOL is sold here which means that there aren't (many) annoying drunks. If you want the drunken vibe - this is not it.

Strict NO PHOTOS or VIDEOS POLICY means that you can actually relax and be yourself. You don't need to worry that you'll end up in someone's reel without your consent. This also means that the dancefloor is concentrating on the actual music and not IG selfies. This is refreshing and makes me think of all the iconic clubs in Berlin. Put your phone away and enjoy the moment.

No chewing gum is allowed, they will confiscate it at the door.
Stereo has amazing wooden floors and it's such a blessing that it's free of sticky gum. Bring mints if you want something refreshing.

Last but not least - this is probably one of the safest and most welcoming dancefloors in Montreal. Most (if not) all people there come for the music specifically, and it shows. Big smiles. Folks of all shapes, ages and genders :)

I live and San Diego and love Montreal and Stock Bar, though it's been a while and it has new owners. I look forward to going back.
I love the dancers, I'd be watching the show for two hours and always see a new dancer, always hot and usually hung. They do push for a private dance.
One time I said okay and told the dancers I had a ten song limit.
That's all I could afford,which was hard because they're so hot.
It's a fun atmosphere and the drinks are cheap, compared to San Diego, can't wait to go back.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. We went an hour before closing, paid full price, only to watch unattractive skinny gay dancers that aren’t fully stripped (despite labelled as strip club). I politely asked the owner for a refund, he refused, he said I just missed the show but the next performer is coming on stage in 2 minutes. It did. But still no “stripping”. I asked him again to for my refund, he ignored me, called mommy and daddy aka security and had me kicked out.

To me, it was a dream come true. I had jerked off to dancers from Stock Bar since my teenage days, so being all grown up, coming here was an item in my bucket list. And it didn’t disappoint. I had a really great time with many dancers who dance incredible and have nice chiseled bodies. Glad to see the guys are from all around the world and are usually pretty chill and approachable. Reading some recent negative reviews worries, I believe we should keep this bar going as it is a landmark in Gay culture. Will come here again in my next trip to Montreal.

Oh my! The second we stepped foot onto the property we knew this was our venue. We meet Steve the owner upon arrival of the tour and we booked just over a year and a half to our wedding date.
We had the best experience with everyone we came accross leading right up to the morning after the wedding. We had the best day I could ever dream of. Our family and friends did not have one bad thing to say.
We were so happy with the experience we had, during the wedding our bus did not make the trip back to the hotel and Steve and day of coordinator reassured us there is time we can wait for the group to come in cabs. They suggested another plan but people were already in cabs!
During dinner was amazing ran so smoothly, and food was amazing. All the allergies we had not one problem. I checked in with the ladies who had allergies they said it was amazing.
I could not say one bad thing about the place. Yes the price is a shock at first my dad was like are you sure. But once he saw the place and walked around he understood the price of the wedding. But honestly if you want a small wedding and want a place that may not care go for it. If you want a place that feels like home, rustic but classy, this is your venue😊

Stonefields was absolutely our dream wedding venue. We had seen so many venues before finally finding Stonefields and we were immediately taken by its beauty. But what really won us over was their incredible team. Chef Angela was extremely accommodating to our requests and the steak blew us away! The servers were so sweet to all our guests and even joined us in singing “lean on me” at the end of the night which was so special. The biggest shoutout though has to go to Steve! Everything he did was above and beyond from the first day we met till the day of the wedding. He really does wear multiple hats and is extremely confident and competent in the way he makes sure the day goes perfectly. From organizing the floor plan exactly as I requested, to helping our MC’s with the set up, to making sure no alcoholic drinks were displayed as we requested, to bringing us a small grazing station as we were taking our private pictures, to coordinating our schedule on the day of and moving some tables at the end of the night to make sure we have a dance floor. He truly removed a mental load from us and took over all the minute planning on the day of. He did all of this with a smile and while being incredibly present to our requests. Thank you all so much for making our day magical! I couldn’t recommend Stonefields more if you want a stress free and gorgeoussss wedding day!

My husband and I got married here early May 2023 and it really was a perfect day. I loved that Stonefields gives you the option of an indoor and outdoor venue in light of Ottawa's tricky weather and both options are just gorgeous. Not a lot of extra decor needed because it was so beautiful to begin with. The grass was green and lush. The staff were responsive and attentive, catering to our needs, quick to respond via email. As the bride I felt so relaxed the day of, the staff making sure I was fed through the day and saving my food when I was busy talking to guests! Our day-of coordinator guided us through every step of the wedding, making sure things were running smoothly and on time. Since we had a dry wedding, the staff were so flexible in removing all alcohol bottles from the bar display. They even let us create our own custom mocktail menu, which was super cute giving each drink a unique name. The food was incredible. We had an awesome bonfire in the evening. We had about 150 people at our wedding and that felt a bit cozy, but it was still really wonderful. A few items of feedback were that some guests didn't get as many hors d'oeuvres when passing them around. Also the coordinator we were chatting with through the planning phase didn't up being our day of coordinator so it took some re-explaining to review the plan of the wedding closer to the date. Ultimately with Stonefields, you're paying for comfort and ease, which is how my husband and I really felt the day of our wedding. It was unforgettable and we thank Stonefields for their wonderful service! Our wedding day really did feel spiritually uplifting and this venue really contributed to that beautiful spirit.

I can only speak about this venue from the perspective of a wedding guest. But let me tell you, the nicest wedding venue I have been to. All aspects and areas of the venue are beautiful, well maintained and well designed.

The food was top notch. The liquor choice was great. All in all I don't have any negatives about this venue.

I do have an issue with the website and stock. It seems that some items are marked available online but are actually not (stocking issue?). Also there are no options such as gift cards and the like. I found the site to be lacking compared to the wonderful in-person experience.

For years, I have been shopping from Stylo.ca both from the store and their online store and I'm very happy.
Their store is a gem in downtown Montreal.

Incredibly disappointed that Stylo did not honour their 1 year warranty. My Eco cracked within six months and I had to pay for the replacement barrel to be shipped to me. They insisted that it is "free" but I pay the shipping. TWSBI also implied the breakage was my error, when I never mishandled the pen or had it come into contact with alcohol. Their pens cracking is a common, known issue in the fountain pen community. I personally have a friend who had two of her Ecos crack while in storage. She made sure she did not twist the caps too tightly. I do NOT recommend relying on Stylo's warranty, or on TWSBI, unless you are prepared to continue paying for replacements every time your pen cracks.

I had a great experience at Stylo.ca. The sales associate asked what I was looking for in a pen, showed me several options that matched that criteria, but also a few adjacent pens she thought I might enjoy. One of these ended up being the perfect fit (the Kaweco Sport piston filler), and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you for your help!

We live in Florida, but my sister in law ordered the cake for my daughter’s seventh birthday in Montreal, and it was beyond anything I could have imagined. This wasn’t our first experience! She actually created a cake for my son’s very first birthday 10 years. He had an olaf theme. So when my sister in law told me she was taking charge of the desserts, I felt instantly at ease. Cakes are the centerpiece of the party!

My daughter is obsessed with Pokémon the Jigglypuff, and this was probably the most beautiful cake I have ever seen in my life. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was enormous, magical, and looked like Jigglypuff was standing right in front of her. The adorable matching cookies were the perfect touch with her name on it.

This isn’t just a cake, it’s true artistry. I would literally fly out just to have my dessert table and milestone moments created here. Thank you for making her birthday unforgettable.

Visiting from California, I’ve had my fair share of hair experiences—some nightmarish, some okay, and very few outstanding. After reading the glowing reviews for Suite 105 par GLAM, I decided to book an appointment for a hairstyle and highlights—or as Olga calls it, “balayage.”

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The salon itself is elegant, the staff friendly, and the quality of work is nothing short of art. Olga, the talented colorist, meticulously worked on coloring and highlighting my hair with incredible precision.

Then came Alex, the master stylist, whose years of experience were immediately evident. His haircut transformed my look so flawlessly that I felt as though I was ready to walk into a hair show. Alex is truly an artist in his craft.

I went to this store based on the rating on Google and when I arrived I was surprised that they had booked an appointment before arriving and at the reception they asked me to scan the barcode, register and wait. I waited for half an hour and no one came to me. The best thing was not to allow me to enter when they were busy.

A disappointing first—and last—in-store experience.
We’ve been loyal Suitsupply customers online for years, investing in both suits and ready-to-wear pieces. Visiting Montreal from Vancouver, we were genuinely excited to try items in person for the first time.

Instead, we were told we couldn’t try anything without an appointment—which we respected. The sales associate (a Caucasian male with a beard) assured us we could in 30 minutes, so we agreed and waited. Hours passed with no update. Five hours later, we returned to check, only to be met with a dismissive “sorry” and no attempt to resolve the situation.

For a brand we’ve supported so much, this lack of follow-through and basic courtesy was disappointing. We’ll take our business to brands that value their customers’ time and loyalty.
