I found out about WedSafe from an article published by Brides. I knew I wanted to get wedding insurance the day after receiving a proposal. I called and received six quotes from six companies mentioned in the article. I did not receive the most competitive quote from WedSafe, but I did like that the policy offers job loss insurance with the economy being up and down right now. My experience started very positive. The woman I spoke with over the phone answered all my questions and was very friendly over the phone.

Applying for the policy is self-service. The website needs an update because I attempted to complete the policy on my phone but was directed to do it from a different browser when I ran into trouble submitting.

I should have put the year 2024 instead of 2023. I emailed the company immediately and asked if they could update the date, and I followed up with a call. The person responding to my email said it would be 15 business days. I understand that underwriting takes time, but I will always hold a company accountable for what they say, especially if they provide me with something in writing. I called earlier this week, eager to know if the policy was updated. The woman I spoke with over the phone said 2/23/2024 would be the 15th business day, and it's 2/24/2023, and I am still waiting to receive an update. She said she could not guarantee when the policy would be updated; however, that should have been communicated before they missed a deadline, not after. I need to be covered if anything were to happen, and the company is aware.

Either process the date change or give me my money back so that I can work with another company. The company is amiable when they feel like you have the potential to become a new customer, but once you become a customer, the customer service goes downhill. Do not book with this company WedSafe. Could you hurry up and process my claim?

Very helpful and walked me through everything I needed to make our wedding plans moving smoothly. My beautiful bride was very happy WedSafe made this part super easy.

Just spoke with one of their customer service agents, and she was so nice and helpful. She answered the phone right away, walked me through all the necessary steps, and was very friendly.

West Island Catering was our caterer of choice for our wedding and they did absolutely not disappoint. Guests are still raving about how delicious the dinner, dessert, and late night snacks were. A special shoutout to Nav, head chef, who took my every call and was a tremendous help in the planning process. We cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you again!

I was missing my family and the big Christmas dinner since we couldn’t make it this year, and I wanted a real Christmas dinner but I didn’t have the time (or skills or patience lol) to make it myself.

This was wonderful. I had the vegetarian meal and my husband had the turkey dinner and it was everything we could have wanted.

I’m SO happy I found the holiday meals from West Island Catering! Will absolutely order again and have already recommended it to friends.

We had a fabulous Christmas dinner thanks to you! We have a 2 month old and were in no mood to cook, and we are so glad to have found West Island Catering. Honestly, every element of the dinner was exceptional. Also a big shout out to the vegetarian option which was also superb. The meals are an excellent value as the portions were super generous. I can say that I will be questioning making dinner for any future occasion with this option available.

We hired westmount limo service last minute for a concert when we heard it was impossible to get Ubers at the end of the night. It was super! Gorgeous Cadillac Escalade, both two and from the venue. Fantastic, accommodating service! Highly recommend using them. I will for sure next time I’m in Montreal.

We hired Westmount Limousine when our flight from Canada to the USA was cancelled unexpectedly. Westmount helped us get to our destination in the USA quickly and comfortably. The driver was professional, helpful and friendly. Very good experience!

This store is huge and the staff seemed kind but it's full of knickknacks, toys, gifts, and hallmark cards. If you want fun birthday party stuff it seems like a good bet but if, like me, you're looking for ACTUAL stationary, specialty paper, envelopes, and letter writing supplies, I would absolutely go somewhere else. Besides a few boxes of generic looking blank hallmark cards in the back of the store you won't find any here.

When I first made the appointment, they seemed very attentive. Later on, they asked me to send some models, which I did. After that, I was told that the dresses were not within my budget, and although I specifically mentioned wanting lace, they said they couldn’t provide that. What made it even more disappointing is that in the email they had sent me earlier, it clearly stated that they do have dresses within my budget range. During the conversation, the fact that my budget was ‘too low’ was emphasized. Preparing for such a special day, this attitude felt very discouraging and hurtful, so I decided to cancel my appointment. I expected a more understanding and considerate communication.

We had an appointment for my mother in law’s wedding dress for a long time, but we had a very mediocre experience. The associate was not guiding nor was she making sure the bride felt understood and heard. Also, the sizes of the sample dresses were very limited and 4 of them were two small for her to even try on… Very disappointing.

Their selection is so well curated and if in the rare occasion you don't find what you're looking for, they can very seamlessly order it in for you.

My main stylist , Mariana, was just so lovely to work with and has such a beautiful understanding of the bridal industry in general which is SO appreciated! Even Polina I have amazing things to say, even though she wasn't my main bridal stylist, she also helped carry out such a flawless experience. I can keep going but I will end my review with this main take-away: White Montréal are seriously the real-life fairy godmothers/dreamy singing bird helpers in your fairytale.

A huge thank you to Ileana, Natasha and Andrea for their help. Ileana took care of me even though I did not book an appointment on a random Thursday. I had a particular dress in mind and they did everything for me to be able to try it on, shipped a demo from their Toronto store, spent considerable time with me and were super responsive. I am leaving this review even though I finally found my dress elsewhere because they were truly nice and attentive. I don't know what the other reviews are about, I had a great experience with them. Thank you again!

Place is old,nasty and outdated with clogged toilets.
They also order many packs of water bottles and cases of liquor from the groceries,they make the driver bring them all in and they DONT EVEN TIP THEM after all that hard work which clearly took at least 10 minutes of going in and out of that place.

I went there as a henna artist for one of my clients. It’s really nice location for the small wedding in montreal. I see that hospitality is really amazing. They have a sound system as well so it would be good fit for your any kind of small events

It's a nice place but very closed off with no air circulation. I didn't like the fact that there were no elevators just a moving chair.

It's was a good hotel, people where nice to the hotel of Montreal and I was pretty fun.

Toilets are so bad needs to be cleaner

Our trip to Lisbon and Porto with Wingbuddy was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized — flights, transfers, hotels, and tours. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing us to explore the rich culture, history, and charm of both cities without feeling rushed.

I’ve been on two trips with Wingbuddy one was to Morocco and one was to Peru. I randomly chose them and I went alone on my first trip, I met amazing people on that trip. Both trips were outstanding!! We had amazing guides,experiences,and ,bus, drivers! Hotels were what they said they were..They were around four stars and usually there’s a night or two in a five star hotel. (I’m not necessarily paying for a hotel/resort. I’m going to experience different areas of the world and cultures. They all had a nice bed, bathroom and amenities. Breakfast is included every morning. The whole day is filled with amazing experiences and first class tours!!! can’t recommend them enough! I told many friends about Wingbuddy. They were most amazed at the value you get for your money!!!!I’ve always been a world traveler. When I was raising family and working we stayed in nice hotels. I’m retired now and I want someone else to plan the trips! I’m so happy I found Wingbuddy!!! They are definitely my go to travel company!!!!

We had an absolutely beautiful holiday. Wingbuddy was very organized and the guides, hotel staff and bus/taxi drivers were ALL so accommodating, personable, and answered all questions or concerns you may have with the ferries or transfers to different islands. In general, it was a wonderful travel experience for us. An itinerary was pretty good, we have seen a lot, hotels were good, tour guide was great. Transfers from hotels and back were pretty smooth. Hotel in Porto was located a bit far from the city centre, while hotel in Lisbon was located right in the heart of the city. Bus drivers were skilled and friendly. There is a big difference in operating Canadian tours from the American, namely Gate One, that we traveled with 6 times before. There was no welcome meeting, we just saw the tour guide next morning before the tour, seating system on a bus is “first come first serve “, not like American tours, where you take turns, tour director( in this case -tour guide) was good.
But overall it was a great vacation all together. I would definitely recommend this company for Portugal trip

We took our first Wingbuddy tour of Portugal North to South and would highly recommend them. The tour was well organized, with good hotels located in vibrant neighborhoods with nearby shops, restaurants and ocean within walking distance. The Albufiera hotel had best breakfast choices, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies as well as free evening entertainment of Live bands including Fado night. The tour included all transfers.

The itinerary was packed with interesting places to visit accompanied by the best ever tour guide. We were all extremely impressed with Diana Cruz, who spoke not only perfect English that was clear and well articulated but who was knowledgeable and well versed with the places of interest.

I chose Wonderblush for my wedding hair and makeup team and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I had the pleasure of having with Blanca for hair and Sandra for makeup. From the initial trials to the final touch-ups, they both exceeded my expectations in every way.

Both ladies were incredibly professional, kind and patient.
They took the time to understand my vision and preferences, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They also accepted last-minute changes and add-ons which my family greatly appreciated. They did not only delivers stunning results but also made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

And I would like to give a special thank you to Melanie whom, although I have never met in person, has been communicating with me since the very beginning. She has guided me through every step of this process and I am truly grateful.

I used Wonderblush makeup services for my wedding, and I could not have found a better service and a more beautiful make up than what Sandra did for me, my mom and my bridemaids. The service is excellent. Melanie truly takes the time to explain how everything works, remind you of deadlines for things, help with suggestions...it's a super personalized service. Then, the make up artist was absolutely amazing. I explained what I wanted and she blew my mind. Sandra is extremely talented and I truly felt beautiful on my big day. My makeup on my wedding day was even nicer than on the trial (and I was already wowed at the trial). I also want to mention that not only the quality of the service is top notch, but the quality of the makeup used as well. Book with Wonderblush because it's not just worth every penny, but it's the peace of mind that you want on your big day.

I was optimistic when I spoke to the owner on the phone. She seemed genuine and for us that was important. However, we were totally let down when a 1 1/2 hour allotted time for grooming became almost 3 hours. When we picked up our dog, the owner was defensive and almost confrontational and never apologized for the delay. The space has a terrible odour and seems somewhat unclean. Needless to say we won't be back and we definitely don't recommend this place.

I have been grooming my dog there for a few years. My dog gets knotted very easily and they always take the time to brush him so that he doesn’t have to get shaved( unlike other places I’ve been too). I highly recommend this groomer!

Honestly the best dog groomer out there. The owner, Jodi takes so much time with the dog and makes sure that her customers are 100% satisfied. The time and effort that was put into grooming my dog was incredible and I will definitely be back.

I have a doodle with a lot of anxiety. Jodi took her time to allow her to be at ease to be able to cut her fur and has never forced my dog to handle more than she could. Everytime my dog sees her salon she gets all excited and starts running towards it. She create a fun but safe environment for the dogs and handles them with care and goes along with the dogs needs, which not all salons do! She has great patience with dogs that have anxiety like mine and you can see she really loves them a lot!

A good friend of mine referred me to Anthony, I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and honesty. He took his time to find the perfect place for my girlfriend and I. Whether you know where you want to go or if you are having difficulties finding a destination, he will do his best to get you exactly what you want!

Very disappointed I got married on August 17, 2024 and my limousine that I had reserved for about 7 months did not come to pick me up, so I did not have the limousine service 20 minutes before my wedding I called and I was told that he would not come to pick me up for 55 minutes I said sorry ???? And he told me wait I will see if I can push send a truck then I was called back telling me that I had been arongante and that he was canceling my contract and hung up on me ???????? The day before my wedding it is sure that I told him put yourself in my place sir I am getting married in 20 minutes and you tell me that I cannot have my limousine ?????? Anyone would have panicked ???? I really do not recommend this company !!@!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Yefsi Catering! We used them for my daughter’s birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You could tell a lot of care and pride goes into everything they make.

The delivery was right on time, and the presentation was lovely — making it feel extra special for our celebration. The service was also top-notch: professional, warm, and attentive. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, which is such a gift on a busy day.

Extravagant would be an understatement! We came in for one drink and were met with a giant goddess like statue followed by a sun and moon interpretive dance show with flashing lights and funky music. Very cool experience! 🪩

We had an amazing time at Yoko Luna last Sunday! Chirag booked us an amazing table for dinner, right next to the DJ booth. Dancers put on a show, it was fantastic! We did the set dinner menu, so worth it. Service by Lou was top tier. Can’t say enough good things! Highly highly recommend!

We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Yoko Luna and had an unforgettable night! We ordered three bottles and enjoyed every moment ,the music was amazing, the vibe was electric, and the whole place felt upscale and fun. Service was top-notch, and the atmosphere made it perfect for a special night out. Highly recommend making a reservation , it gets busy, and for good reason. One of Montreal’s best spots!

The food was okay, the drinks were good (I ordered a lychee martini). The waiter was very weird about us having to tip (constantly mentioning that it’s not apart of the bill). I’d give this place overall a 2/5 because it’s very pricey for the quality of food and drinks. If you have the opportunity to dine somewhere else, please do. Don’t get trapped by making reservations or they will charge you $35 CAD for each person to cancel within 24 hrs.

I wish we had more places like this in Toronto, DJ was setting the perfect vibe. All the food we ordered was top notch, Pink blossom Crab roll, Karai Salmon, Tiger shrimp Gyoza, Truffle Edamame. Stefano our server was awesome - provided great recommendations and quick service. Shows and dining room were breathtaking, literally always something to look at.

The food was EXCELLENT and the portions generous, as we had extra food to distribute to our guests after the ceremony, even though several of our guests ordered second helpings.
We had nothing but positive things to say about the taste and presentation of the dishes.

Yvon photographed a surprise proposal and engagement shoot for us. He was very professional and helpful in the organization. On the day of, he showed up early to set up and communicated throughout to ensure everything went smoothly. The photos turned out amazing as well. His pricing was also very reasonable. I would recommend Yvon without hesitation.

It was as such a pleasure to have Yvon as our photographer for both our engagement photoshoot and wedding day. He made taking pictures fun as he’s creative and collaborative in hearing our visions, trying our ideas, giving ideas, and yet able to make suggestions on what would work or not. He pays attention to details when taking photos. He’s kind, professional, has great communication. He also helped us in planning the schedule and guiding us in the days leading up to the wedding with tips and tricks. He made our wedding day a lot less stressful and more enjoyable. Yvon photographed our traditional tea ceremony in July 2025. He was a delight to work with - so professional, despite the really hot weather and our event running late. Everyone felt very comfortable and natural around him. The turnover for the photos was just under a week, we were so shocked to get our photos so quickly. And they were just stunning. We highly recommend Yvon to anyone looking for an event photographer, we are so pleased and impressed with the photos.

Yvon was an outstanding videographer who truly exceeded my expectations. As a videographer myself, I know how difficult it can be to clearly communicate a creative vision — but Yvon not only understood it, he brought it to life.

Yvon captured our one year anniversary beautifully during our stay in Montreal. From the beginning, Yvon was very accommodating and flexible during booking, even though we had to reschedule due to bad weather. To say that my husband and I are happy with our photos would be a massive understatement. Not only did Yvon make us feel comfortable during our session, but we also had a lot of fun! He provided excellent ideas for poses and locations while considering our vision. We received a sneak peak of our photos the same day, and the rest of them is less than a week. Yummy alfajores. But really overpriced. Go to a local Latin grocery store and you will get the same taste for twice cheaper. The place itself is cute and service was friendly.

Absolutely delicious alfajores, and a phenomenal selection for such a small bakery! I hadn't had an alfajore since I was a kid and these were even better than I remembered. The pistachio one was divine. And the woman there was so kind!

The bakery itself is super tiny and doesn't have any seating, but it's in a very cute neighborhood with lots of places & parks to sit and eat. The alfajores were very reasonably priced too! They're very large and rich cookies.

So, so lovely! We'll be back!!
