We are still dreaming about our magical wedding day at Farmhill Weddings. This was the very first (and only) venue we visited, and we knew instantly it was where we needed to tie the knot.
Being from Toronto, I wanted something completely different from the typical banquet hall wedding. Farmhill offered exactly that and more a stunning modern barn venue (elegant and chic, not rustic), breathtaking rolling hills, adorable animals, and the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see.

Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Farmhill isn’t just a wedding venue it’s a full experience. The alpacas were a huge hit, and Jenn went above and beyond by offering pony rides that delighted both children and adults.

From the very beginning, the communication with Kayla was unmatched. Out of all my vendors during two and a half years of planning, she stood out the most always on top of everything and responding to every question within 24–48 hours, which I deeply appreciated.

Thank you, Jenn and Kayla, for making this process so smooth and easy, and for accommodating us in every way possible. We are so grateful to you both for helping bring our dream day to life.

This wedding venue was absolutely perfect! The location is absolutely beautiful, it provided the perfect backdrop for our special day and looked stunning in all our photos. Beyond the scenery, Jenn, Kayla and the staff went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire planning process. They were organized, responsive, and truly cared about making everything run smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend this venue location to anyone looking for a breathtaking and stress-free wedding experience! We recently had our wedding at Farmhill and I can’t even express how perfect it was. The grounds and barn were beautiful, the staff were kind and attentive, and the animals adorable! Despite the heat, our guests kept raving about how great everything was and the big garage doors helped let a breeze in to cool down guests. Our guests also kept gushing about just how beautiful the venue was - some even told us the venue reminded them of Tuscany!

Kayla was always quick to answer our emails and help us with anything we needed, Alia was a fantastic and helpful host, and Jenn (aside from running an amazing venue) was flexible and accommodating to our requests.

While we had a hot and sunny day, our photographer and videographer were still able to find us some nice shaded spots for photos down by the bridal suite and farm, and then we got some gorgeous sunset photos near the actual venue. The ceremony location was also beautiful!

Into the evening our guests got to enjoy the dance floor inside and sit and chill outside by the fire pits. There were some mosquitos but that’s the nature of an outdoor wedding.

Where do I even begin? Jenn and Kayla are absolutely amazing as well as everyone on their team. Not only did we want to pick a wedding venue that was STUNNING, but we also wanted to work with amazing people and without a doubt Farmhill checked both those boxes. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was the one! And let me tell you- it was lucky number 17 so I had done my homework. I came to Felichia as they have a beautiful sample selection! Christie was super attentive, honest and patient! Unlike other stores, even tho I came for a sample sale appointment, she took her time and gave me her advice. She went above and beyond showing different looks with different dresses until I felt comfortable. Most importantly, she did not pressure me into any decision and encouraged me to take my time and think it through. I ended up placing an order for a brand new dress and she worked her magic to make sure the dress is on time! 10/10 thank you Christie for making this an enjoyable and smooth experience!

The location is nice.

I made the HUGE mistake of going to another higher end salon before my appointment at Felichia Bridal and that was a mistake.

I was highly underwhelmed by the dresses at the location. However, I will not deny that they do carry many wonderful dresses and great designers.

The service at Felichia bridal was decent, she was nice. However, I personally did not feel like her service was exceptional compared to other boutique stylists who have left a greater impact by their skills and helpfulness. Please note that she was still a very kind person, however, I don’t think that my energy going into this appointment was at its best.

The reason for the 3.5 star no t rating and the (more of a 4 star rating) is the store location, the entrance is very small and there was not a lot of space in the dressing area for brides; further there is not a lot of space for your guests. Overall the space is small.

I know that this is a prime location for brides to find their dress. However, based on the circumstances, this location was not for me.

I said yes to the dress! The team here is so welcoming and friendly, and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. They have a large selection of gorgeous dresses to choose from, which made shopping really fun. Ankita helped me with my fitting, and she was amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and supportive in helping me figure out which style suited me best. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this boutique to any bride-to-be!

Before my appointment, Kennedy reached out to have a better understanding of the dress I was looking for, she was very sweet! On the day of my appointment I was amazed with the bridal shop layout and I enjoyed the space and aesthetic of it all. On top of that, Lesley was very kind and informative. She helped with selecting styles and was very sweet to my family and I. I'm so excited to have found my dress at Ferre Sposa, the team was amazing!

She got me to try on a dress that wasn't my style, and it ended up being the dress that I loved! Thank you Ankita!

I love the personalized sign upon entry, super cute idea. The change room was also set up nicely with the stand in the curtained off area. I do wish we got champagne or some other welcome beverage, however not sure if this is the norm for bridal stores as I didn't receive any champagne at the 1st place I tried either! I just thought this place was a bit fancier and would have that- just some feedback!

Otherwise, I will absolutely recommend this place to future brides :)

Robert, the consummate professional, was always ready with a suggestion, witty retort or drink refill. The man knows his stuff. We went twice, first time I ordered the Sea Bass which was delicate and fresh, a tad small for the price but wonderful none the less. We had started with a eggplant parmesan for the table and it was 2 pieces perfectly cooked. A round of old fashions were nice, made to the old measure. The deserts of cheesecake and creme Brulé were fresh and nicely presented. I'm not crazy about having a 10 dollar bottle of Evian poured when I ask for still water, might want to clarify with everyone first that its bottled still or tap. I enjoy paying for things i order, I just don't like to see surprises.
We went back a second night as we were staying in the area as I had observed folks having the wood fired pizza and thought it looked great. My meat palooza was excellent, although the dough was a tad bit tough, maybe overworked. My friend had the Fiamma pizza and was unimpressed, i tried it and found the flavours disappointing after my wonderfully meaty treat. The Caesar salad was as described, pedestrian, but fresh and crisp.
I must mention the other two wait staff present. A tall handsome man was engaging and efficient and the lovely blonde recognized us from days earlier, welcomed us back and I noticed her level of attention with clients was excellent. Keep up the good work. We will likely be back.

The service was really great! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Overall the food was good. The coffee and the cake were to die for! Only complaint is the salmon was over cooked, it tasted a bit hard. Also the price point is a bit higher, that is to be expected.

Great authentic Italian food with cozy ambiance. Friendly service with great wine and entrees selection. The pizza is made with real wood fired stone oven. The day specials are a must, very recommended 👌🏼

When you walk in at 15:30 and some Italian Gentlemen are quietly handling business while enjoying a late lunch... you know you've found a place that serves good Italian.

The bread was just standard.
Everything else was delicious. I ordered the Caesar salad - it was deliciously creamy. I ordered the Veal Ragu Bolognese - it was savory and heavy and I was quite filled afterwards. I did not have room for a dessert.

The restaurant takes up multiple units and is quite large. I guess they can seat 100. The decor is tasteful classy. The washrooms are very nice. I always judge a restaurant by is washrooms.

My server was a professional. I mean a professional server. He was excellent.

Had a wonderful time and really enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend the Tortre! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you!

I've been to many clubs, but this one was a horrible experience. The atmosphere was incredibly uncomfortable and had a very low-vibrational energy. People were overly sexual, dancing just to be danced on, and I even saw some fornicating on the booths, which was disgusting. What's worse, 17-year-olds can get in. The entire place felt grimy and unsanitary—infested with what I can only assume are diseases and bacteria. Creepy men, and women with no clothes on

pretty good. not sure if i would make it a point to revisit, but i wouldnt be mad if i ended up here again. the dj was pretty mid though, he kept cutting in between the chorus of songs so it was hard to sing along. only writing this review to shoutout my goat kyle, he treated my friends very kindly. theres a $5 CAD fee if you pay with card so be sure to bring cash

Been wanting to come here for months but some of the reviews were concerning. While I can only speak from my experience but it was an ideal example of what a nightclub should be. Got there on Saturday with a group of 3 friends around 11 and was second in line so got in almost immediately. Security pats everyone down for safety which is good for peace of mind. Entrance is $20 and coat check is $4, they take card / cash for both. Dancefloor is on the smaller side but it wasn't too crowded with a generally younger Latin crowd and evenish ratio of guys / girls. Drinks are around $10 each and service is efficient, got served within a minute every time I went up and bartenders always thanked for tips. Noticed security walks through the floor throughout the night, might have something to do with the phone theft trend here but no one from my group had an encounter so just be aware of your belongings. Music is predominantly Spanish but they mixed in English songs by Latin artists later on in the night. One thing is that security did get a bit antsy around 1:30 about getting back in the club if you pop outside for a smoke / some air but I did borrow a lighter from one of the guys so can't really hate on it. Be aware and responsible, for sure you'll have a good time.

We walk in: The bouncer is super rude. Immediately after, your search for everything you have. At least the searching-lady was nice. We walk-in, and since I'm last, my friends go ahead and I lose them. Once I catch up, one of our other friends is MISSING. Turns out they TOOK HIM TO THE BASEMENT????? They forced him to take off his coat or leave after he already paid and then forced him to pay 4$ to get it back. Once we finally reunite, the club is dead as hell. So as I'm writing this, this is the worst club I've ever been to. Get help, staff.

Theme based Glow Party was packed with good music played by Great DJs...had some drinks from the bar, but didn't try the food, Great atmosphere on the Ossington strip

I had such a great experience at this salon, the team here are very friendly and helpful.

The stylist who did my consultation and hair cut was very professional, polite and incredibly talented.
I loved the cut she gave me and she did a beautiful blow out!
I would definitely recommend the salon and to book ahead to get an appointment.

After living abroad for 16 years, I was excited—but admittedly nervous—about finding a new hair salon upon moving back to Canada. I came across Fifteen Twelve and was initially hopeful when their receptionist confirmed they carry the same brand of colour that’s used in salons here in the U.K., which is what I was looking for.

However, the experience quickly became frustrating. Despite clearly explaining via email that I do not require a toner (something I've consistently done at salons overseas without issue), they refused to book me for highlights without an in-person consultation. Oddly enough, they didn’t offer that consultation either—just a hard no to moving forward.

To make matters worse, the original date I requested for highlights was suddenly “no longer available,” without any alternative or effort to accommodate. I then requested to be connected to the salon manager, but never received a reply. No follow-up, no acknowledgment—just silence.

Frankly, the customer service was appalling and extremely unprofessional. It’s disappointing to receive such poor communication and lack of courtesy from a salon that otherwise presents itself as high-end. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one made me feel like my business wasn't valued at all.

Chris has done my hair three times and I have been obsessed with the results every single time. I get a full bleach out and colour and the results are AMAZING every time. I get so many compliments all the time about my hair. Chris is so creative and thinks of really cool colour ways but still listens to my ideas and I’ve never left a hair salon that happy every time. He really is a bleach magician.

I used to bleach my hair myself but since going to Chris I have noticed it is so much healthier, thicker and longer! I could not be happier! Thank you Chris ✨

Love Fifteen Twelve so much everyone is so warm and welcoming. I would highly, highly recommend Nick Lovelock, they have managed to transform my hair into something people give me compliments on whereas in the past I've only ever been given unsolicited advice. If you've got fine hair and are nervous about extensions please go see Nick, they are the best in the city, they will take care of you! Thank god I've found you!

When in need of the perfect, chic bob cut, I do not go anywhere else but Fifteen Twelve for Tory. She always gets the shape and style just right, and I leave feeling confident every time. Yes, prices are slightly higher but the quality and attention to detail make it 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chic, professional cut!

Got our groomsmen suit rentals through Collins (after visiting Hamilton). It was super convenient to be able to pick our suits up here instead of driving all the way back to Hamilton. Fast to respond and made the extra effort to remind us to pick up early in case sizes were off.

I looked SO GOOD on my wedding day! Thank you so much for the amazing tux, I got so many compliments day of and the sizing and return process was a breeze!

I needed a tuxedo for a black-tie event, on short notice: First Class was able to do it, with excellent service and well informed sartorial suggestions. Based on the success of that first visit, I’ll also be having my tailoring done there as well. They have a very good eye for the right details. Thank you for making my black-tie event a success.

Wonderful experience with tux rental for a wedding. Normally i struggle with suit fits and need much adjusting but this tux was great out the gate based on the initial measurements taken. Mehdi was wonderful before and during the rental period, great customer service. I got many compliments on the quality and fit of the tux. I will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, a very very unfriendly attitude and does not apologize when making mistakes. I often left his store feeling frustrated majority of the time (either him complaining about my alteration asks or giving me hard time for needing my dry cleaning back sooner than a full week). After the final not-so-good interaction, I've decided to take my business elsewhere which is unfortunate as the location was very convenient. I hope this feedback helps for future customers.

Very very weird gray hair worker (owner?) was here the other day. He seemed lost, just standing and looking in the air... I and my son felt weird and even scared. He didn't even say hello or anything. We left immediately.
You need to prepare you'll be treated very different from the atmosphere of this store.

For those who love Christmas, this is certainly one of the best store options to find Christmas items full of affection both for personal use and as gifts.

The store is close to the San Lawrence market, close to bus stops and the King subway station.

There are several items both for assembling trees and for decorating indoor areas and areas of the house!

Unfortunately, the store is not accessible for wheelchair users, the visually impaired and people with limited accessibility, which ends up hindering the visit of some customers.

Prices vary greatly across products, but we can say that some items have very high prices. It's really worth knowing and checking out the items!

BUYER BEWARE! False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

Store owner falsely advertises products as European made. The golden tag on items stating "Handmade in Europe" is added by store owner on products made in China.

Store owner provided poor customer service. Refused providing a refund, made ridiculous excuses when confronted on false advertising, and tried removing any evidence from my purchase by rudely grabbing it out of my hand while behind the cash register. He managed to remove one of the tags, luckily I was able to keep one untouched as seen in the attached images.

Buyers beware. Your hard earned cash does not deserve to be swindled by this store owner. Especially when preying on tourists and those wishing to support local businesses with specialty hand made products.

This place is a hidden gem.

They have the cutest Christmas gifts for adults and kids. They have more variety and better quality than stores/stands in St Lawrence market/ Distillery district- for a cheaper price!!

If you are all about the Christmas vibe i recommend checking this store out.

I saw an ornament that my partner might like, but the prices were quite high at this store. I went to take a picture to send to my partner before committing to these exorbitant prices, and the person working quite rudely demanded that I do not film. I can understand not wanting people to film, but you sell christmas kitsch. You should expect people to want to take pictures or short videos, and you should be able to deal with it in a better manner.

The attitude of this shopkeeper, in combination with the ridiculous prices, made me just leave. I went online and found the same ornament for 40% less.

May not only find the best cost efficient options, she negotiated and negotiated until we get the best bang for our buck. I trust her so much to the point I chase after her to say: “May how can I pay you and Fleur more to do more for me? Can you please help me with rehearsal dinner/afterparty?” I just knew it was gonna make this best decision I made on Fleur an even better one.

🍬 and boy did I have the best 36 hours of my life, from rehearsal dinner the night before to the afterparty into the early morning after. There was no a single thing I needed to worry about beside enjoying myself. Even though we had 100 guests, countless boat rides, two literal buses - I didn’t even spare a second on worrying logistics and can focus all of myself with friends, family, loved ones and my new husband. Fleur team took care of my stuff, coordinated all the vendors, fed me, watered me, boozed me whenever I needed, held my bustle, fixed my veil, packed my designer stuff to my mom so they won’t get lost. You name it they are already on top of it.

You can pay for a great wedding planning service, you can pay premium for an exceptional one. But how do you name a price on having the absolute best day of your life? I just know I got a steal.

Will never book with Flight Centre again. Called to book an all-inclusive vacation with them and it was nothing but issues from the beginning. I felt like the agent didn't care about customer service & was just happy to be getting a sale/commission. We requested 2 beds in the room and they said, yep no problem. When we were sent the quote, there was nothing about bed type on there & the agent said "we don't show that on the quote, but I have it in your reservation". We should have gotten it in writing, or just not booked at that point, if they couldn't confirm the bed type (lesson learned). We tried to follow up with Flight Centre & the hotel a few weeks before our travel date & no one could help us switch it to 2 beds prior to arrival. We get to the resort & they have us booked with 1 bed! The resort was kind enough to help us sort it out & move our room to 2 beds, but it took 45 minutes. I just felt that Flight Centre didn't really care about you or your booking after they got your money. I will never book with them again and will always book direct with the hotel/resort from now on.

We have been dealing with The Flight Centre for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. David Figueiredo, The Flight Centre Travel Consultant, who we regularly deal with, is always a terrific resource. His knowledge, service and travel research has been terrific. David Figueiredo always looks out for the best deals to suit us. Offering up options or a possible tweak, here and there, as ways we can manage our vacation comfort, without upselling with stuff we don't need. We appreciate the travel experience that David Figueiredo has and never has let us astray.

In July, I had called this location for a quote to an all-inclusive vacation to the Caribbean. The consultant summarily dismissed this opportunity citing hurricane season and then hung up on me. I booked a trip through Sunwing to Cuba for two weeks at Melia Costa Rey in Cayo Coco. It was a blast. After I got back, I remembered the encounter with this consultant and had to report it.

I requested a last minute rental and was helped by Judy. Judy was very helpful in proving options that met my budget and short turnaround time, including by suggesting a pickup option that was well located for me. Just answered all of my questions promptly and did so in a very friendly, customer-focused way. The booking request experience was tailored to my needs and gives me great confidence in the end product!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY
1. The booking process was smooth. Outside of pestering for details that they didnt even abide by (setup, alloted time for set up, arrival time etc).
2. Booked for my moms birthday 2 weeks in advance. I called to confirm if they set up and they lied and said yes it was set up hours before. I get to the venue, they had a 3hour window and never set up and finally came an hour into the event to set up when our guests were there!!!
3. When I called and emailed countless times during the chaos they NEVER responded. Sent me to voicemail.
4. Only giving 1 star because the set up crew were nice, evidently overworked and the floral wall was beautiful.
5. I will report this business because you evidently are a scam

I rented the Chiara full arch and half arch backdrop for my niece's birthday party and was extremely disappointed with this company for a few reasons and would not reccommend them to anyone.

1. Safety hazard- these arches are a safety hazard and should not be used inside or outside. The arches are heavy wood boards that are leaning against a single upright pole without any security. They almost fell on someone. Thankfully no one was hurt. We had to lean the arches against the fence for safety. Our event was outside but something similar could have easily happened if it was inside.

2. Late set up- I lost almost 3hrs of the time that I needed because of late delivery and setup. After all the calls of Eden telling me the driver was on his way and was delayed because of the "rain" she stopped answering to give any update. Eventually the driver called me when he was just leaving his place and said that he was 36 mins away and that he was now leaving. It was about 11:44am when I got that call. He didnt come until about 12:20. Set up was finished around 1:00pm.
I requested for set up to take place between 9am and 10 am. It was raining during this time so I requested that the arches be set up inside and was told ober the phone that will be ok.

3. Inaccurate description- i requested a full arch that was supposed to be 6.5ft and a half arch that was supposed to be 5ft. I didn't measure the arches but clearly this description does not make sense. The half arch was much taller than the full arch.

Overall I do not reccommend.

I am absolutely stunned by the terrible service provided by your company. My wife and I ordered a floral arch for our wedding day. Upon your employee coming to “set up” the arch, it was not set up correctly. Once it was “set up” at the agreed time, my wife and her bridesmaids went to go see it outside, and it was crumbled on the ground (see attached photo). My mother in law called you guys to come back and set it back up properly, but was informed it would be an extra $200 to come back and fix it.

How is this possible when it wasn’t even set up properly to begin with? There were no stakes, no sandbags, nothing to keep it in place from toppling over. My groomsmen, my grandpa, my florist AND my two photographers all offered to help to set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again. The employee or whoever he was, refused to come back since he was in Toronto. My groomsmen had to go grab ROCKS in their suits and set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again (see attached photo). Not to mention this was an hour before my wedding. Awesome service. Even my photographers went and purchased stakes and sandbags to help us out. They took their own time and money to help us.

This is so unacceptable, we cannot believe this happened from a company that had so many good reviews. This seems like a total scam after we’ve payed over $400 to have this arch at our wedding. Trying to charge us an extra $200 to fix it, when that wouldn’t be necessary if the employee set it up correctly in the first place.

STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM.

Taz was able to put this together for me in 15mins after I walked in and told him what I needed. Bouquet came out great! Service was fast and pricing was fair. Would recommend.

I’m really glad that this flowers shop did my request very fast, seller even found extra red roses for me! I’m really enjoyed of this service! Recommend you it much better than any other supermarket because here the roses is longer and fresher than there, also they can add any colour of ribbons and wrapping paper as you wish.

I had a good experience with Floris and would recommend the shop. I sent flowers and although it was pretty I was disappointed with the volume, given what I spent. I wanted to give this neighborhood store a try as it feels hard to find a good balloons store in the Riverdale area or on Danforth. Never again!

We asked for the order to be ready at 10am. We called at Noon to let them know we’re on our way. Got there in 30min and had to wait another 30min for them to finish blowing the balloons.

When asked how long the balloons will last they said a few days. They were deflated the next day.

Even paying cash doesn’t bring you a deal. You’ll be paying the same anywhere else.

I cannot sing enough praises. I had a 60th birthday in the family on the day. I am new to the area and always walk by but had no idea what to do when in a florist shop. So I was hoping at the best to find some decent slightly better than grocery store flowers.

The customer service was amazing. I was helped by Anna who went through my budget and style. I looked at the prepared flowers as it was so last minute. I loved a particular style but it was too large and a bit out of my budget. They were very accommodating and made modifications to fit. Recreated a similar arrangement in under an hour and provided the cutest bucket vase as well.

The arrangement was the talk of the party and everyone had compliments. Made me and my sister want our own flowers just because! And I definitely will be stopping by a lot more. Thank you so much for the service.

I left a note on my order asking if you could please call before delivering, as it was meant to be a surprise. When my sister received her flowers, she was in tears! She told me that when Flowers of the World called to let her know they had a delivery, she asked who had sent them. Your team refused to reveal it and explained you were under strict instructions not to say; thank you so much for honouring that request.

And the bouquet itself… absolutely stunning. I’m genuinely lost for words. You’ve made her day so special, and you’ve definitely earned my loyalty AND I’ll be coming back to you again and again.

I recently walked in and bought a medium sized bouquet. I’m not really from this area and I don’t know much about flowers, but the people working were very nice in arranging the flowers to my demands and budget, doing so on the spot promptly and quickly. I bought them five hours earlier than I needed them and they still looked fresh and smell fragrant! If i’m in the area again and need flowers, I’ll come back!

-to note: some places wrap the stems, this place does not, so the stems are just out under the paper

Excellent service, gorgeous product. I ordered a pink mums bouquet and they called a few minutes later to advise they were low on the mums and could they upgrade me for free to a mums mixed bouquet , usually $10 more than what I had ordered. I said that sounded fine and when I got a picture of the arrangement from the recipient WOW was I blown away. Superb, really beautiful work. Thank you !!!

Just had a really great experience. Walked in looking for a small bamboo plant as a gift. While I couldn’t find bamboo, I found another great succulent in a small statue, and the woman at the front was so helpful with wrapping it as a gift and providing a card to write on. And the bag given to carry it is super high quality! Great price & quality, helpful, and efficient! Thank you so much, hope to be back.
