This Airbnb host made the stay truly special – the home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond, making us feel cared for throughout. With such comfort and a great location, it felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home.

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located. The host was friendly and responsive, making the stay even better. I truly enjoyed my time in Toronto and would definitely come back. Five stars – highly recommended!

There are 2 houses, don’t be fooled by the pics. Seriously disappointing. Rooms are in the basement, and there is clearly a full family living upstairs. Also if you take a look at the five star reviews, many of them have only reviewed this one place in Canada and have very similar last names to the owner.

Three days later and the shower was still not cleaned, the owner had every opportunity to come and clean it but never did

Sunrise BnB in Toronto offers a cozy stay with comfortable rooms, free WiFi, and a peaceful garden. Guests enjoy a continental breakfast and easy access. A great choice for a relaxing getaway!

The service is really amazing.The room is quiet and clean.Specially the host is really such a wonderful lady her behavior is awesome.Also the location is good bus stop is near to the house and main street station is near.The area is very calm.

This was one of the most uninviting places we've been to and we've traveled a fair number of places in the world. Upon arriving, we were hesitant to see that this was in a residential area. There was absolutely no visible signage to indicate the location was, in fact, any sort of lodging. The only way we found it was by asking a neighbor for the location and then walking up and down the street multiple times to find the house. The house numbers were not easily displayed and the sign indicating that it was lodging was a small hanging light saying "b and b" that was turned off along with all the other garden lights. Entering the actual facility, there were no courtesy hallway lights making us need to use our cellphone lights to walk down into what is actually just the basement of a residential house. As guests from out of country this was incredibly off putting and, honestly felt potentially dangerous. When we got to our room, we looked at the bedding and saw that there was vomit on the comforter. How could we, then, trust that the actual sheets had been cleaned? Also, as all the locks have combinations that are given out when a reservation is made, unless the code to the locks are changed daily, there is a real security risk. Since our sheets weren't even clean, I would have to assume that security isn't top notch either. All of this made us extremely uncomfortable and we actually left without spending the night.

There is potential here and I appreciate the hustle of turning your basement into hostel, but there really needs to be a massive upgrade to the welcome experience, safety, and also cleanliness.

We visited from the UK for a week, first impressions was that it was nothing like the pictures! Outside the garden was dirty and overgrown so nowhere to sit outside.
Inside the property there is one tiny bathroom which is shared by 4 rooms, I think this is advertised on the listing but it soon became very inconvenient.
The bedroom again was tiny, it had no window and very hot (although a fan is provided).
It’s listed as a BnB, however it’s a self serve breakfast and only eggs and bread are provided, we had to buy breakfast for the week.
The 4 rooms in the basement must be for visitors, but upstairs it appears there is a permanent resident. This person clearly smokes inside as the smell flows through the whole property. The resident is also very loud, and can be heard walking around all night.
In terms of service, our room was not cleaned once during the whole week, no new bedding, no fresh towels.

On the whole, you get what you pay for, however this property is lacking in basic BnB service and amenities

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing and not what I expected when I booked this property.

First, important information about the parking and breakfast was only shared a few hours before check-in — too late to reconsider or cancel. The “breakfast included” was just a few items left in the fridge (eggs, bread, jam), and we had to cook and clean everything ourselves. This should have been clearly mentioned in the listing.

We were staying in the basement, and it was very poorly soundproofed. The neighbor upstairs was noisy all night, and I had trouble sleeping due to constant footsteps and even loud snoring through the ceiling. This made the stay quite uncomfortable.

I also filtered for accommodations with parking when booking, but there was no guaranteed parking space. The driveway was full, so we had to park on the street, which had restrictions and was not convenient, especially overnight.

At the very last minute, the host sent a long list of house rules. I personally don’t mind things like removing shoes indoors, but in this case, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel like a proper Bed & Breakfast. It’s not a room in someone’s home but a basement setup with three separate rooms, and no real host presence. The experience felt more like a shared rental or hostel, with expectations that guests clean and take out the garbage, which is not what I expected for a short stay.

Overall, I would not recommend this place unless the listing is updated to better reflect the actual experience.

My husband and I were on a road trip to Toronto and were looking for a comfortable place to stay after long hours of driving. We decided to ignore the bad comments and focus on the good one but our experience was very DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL . I do own up and I even apologized to her in my message as it was very late but tried explaining that we had lost phone signal to let her know beforehand. We found the house but there was no response, I verified the phone number of the website with the one noted on the door and it was the same number. Since we were tired and understood how late it was we decided to sleep in the car and maybe we would hear from her in the morning so we could at least take a shower and freshen up. After all we had already paid for the stay. Unfortunately, when we woke up at 6 am there was no reply, went back to sleep and checked again at 8am and no reply or answer. We were hungry so we went on with our day. I was still hopeful that professionally she would at least reply to my message but even to the day, I have not heard back from her and I will never trust a BnB again due to this experience. NO REFUND either, which I would have understood if she would have at least answered.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sunrise Tree Guest House, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The guest house is tucked away in a peaceful location, surrounded by lush greenery, offering the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and unwind.

The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and clean room – a truly experience! The amenities provided were top-notch, from high-quality linens to a fully equipped that made me feel right at home.

I ordered a wedding cake for my son’s wedding. Hena was prompt in answering all questions I had. She went above and beyond to create the perfect cake as per our preferences. The cake turned out to be an absolute showstopper! Not only was it stunningly beautiful, but it tasted better than it looked. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the attention to detail in the design was remarkable. It was the perfect centerpiece for my son’s special day. Thank you so much Hena!!

This was my first time booking with Sunwing, and it will definitely be my last.

We were denied boarding at the airport due to misinformation Sunwing provided. Before our trip, I called their customer service to confirm that my husband could travel to Cuba with his Canadian Certificate of Identity and Permanent Residency. I was told it was fine. We submitted all required documents, got the Cuban visa and QR code, and even received written confirmation from the Cuban Embassy that everything was in order. I still have that email.

But when we got to the airport, the gate agent refused to let my husband board, claiming his documents weren’t valid. Because of this, none of us—my husband, son, or I—were able to travel. The trip we had planned and looked forward to was ruined.

To make matters worse, when we opened a claim to request a refund, we were told it could take up to two months just to process the claim—and there’s no guarantee we’ll get our money back. Totally ridiculous.

DON’T YOU EVER BOOK YOUR VACATION WITH THEM.
They gave us wrong information, caused us to miss our trip, and now refuse to take responsibility in any timely or meaningful way.

We stayed at Grand Memories Santa Maria (Cuba) from June 27 to July 4, 2025, with a vacation package booked through Sunwing and flights operated by WestJet.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable: the room was unsanitary (rusty beds, mold, insects, foul odors), the air conditioning was broken, and no housekeeping was done for days. We were unable to exchange beach towels despite several attempts, and the food quality was alarming.

One morning, my 12-year-old son was served an omelet with a dead fly inside. (See attached photo – this is exactly what was served.)

The worst happened on the return flight. My son urgently needed to use the restroom but was blocked by WestJet flight attendants for over 15 minutes because of the beverage service. He ended up wetting himself before being allowed to pass. This was humiliating and entirely avoidable.

I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel and this travel provider. Absolutely no care for basic hygiene, customer service, or the dignity of children.

When we got to Toronto international airport we were told that we check in at one gate and they would transfer us to another gate for departure. We were picked up by a bus that was mostly standup only. It was quite a ride to the other gate at the far end of the airport. We then had to wait for the plane which was like a bus terminal. Not too nice if you want to use one of the lounges because there isn’t any their.
We got on the plane no problem which was a newer 737. Very tight seating though, not comfortable for someone tall. We got to our destination and we were picked up at the Cancun airport by a Sunwing van. When we arrived at the resort they said we had to meet with our sunwing rep the next day. She said we had to pay a tourist tax on line which we tried to do but our credit cards rejected it as it was flagged as a possible fraudulent site. We waited the next day and spoke to a different rep and he said that it is possible that the site is fraudulent and don’t bother paying it because no one asks at the airport anyway. What a waste of time as now I had to cancel my credit card just in case it was fraudulent.
The holiday was perfect otherwise except on our last day sun wing forgot to pick us up to take us to the airport. We had to take a cab and pay $75.00 which the rep said we would have to claim when we got back. We did make a claim on their website so we will see how long it takes to get our money back.
The RIU palace riviera maya is a beautiful resort, the staff are very attentive and friendly and the food is excellent! The waiters are the best in Mexico! Highly recommend them.
P.S we did finally get a refund for the cab ride to the CanCun airport.

We recently booked a vacation package from Toronto to Cancun with Sunwing for myself, my spouse, and our two infant children. We booked two weeks in advance, and paid $1,905 per adult—a total of $4,495.46, excluding seat selection or any extras.

To our shock, just one week before the exact same flight and hotel, we saw the same package being offered for $1,385 per person—a difference of over $1,000 per person for the same room, flight, and dates. Our friends even booked the exact same tour from Montreal for $1,400.

This is completely unfair and disappointing. It seems like Sunwing is taking advantage of early bookers, especially from Toronto, and charging much more without any clear price protection policy. We feel cheated—almost $2,000 of our hard-earned money could have gone to better use.

We reached out to customer service, hoping for some understanding or support, but instead, we were met with rude and dismissive responses. No effort was made to explain or resolve the issue.

Sunwing, this is not how a responsible travel company should treat its customers. This experience has left a bitter taste, and unless something is done to address this, we will never book with Sunwing again—and we will make sure others know what to expect.

I recently traveled to Riu Palace Jamaica through Sunwing and had one of the worst vacation experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find cockroaches in my room — completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be high-end. I had to request a room change, which disrupted my stay and added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

I contacted Sunwing multiple times, and while I received polite responses, their resolution process was extremely slow and ultimately unhelpful. Their supplier only offered a generic apology and took no real accountability for the unsanitary conditions. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, or the substandard accommodation.

I expected much better from Sunwing and their hotel partners. I’ve traveled many times before and have never dealt with such negligence. I will seriously reconsider booking with them again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Had the most wonderful experience at Superior Bridal. The selection of gowns was perfection and the consultants are so kind and helpful. I had the pleasure of being one of Carlo’s brides and ladies, let me tell you, he did not disappoint! Carlo, I cannot thank you enough for your expertise and kindness you showed to me and my family. I’m also thrilled that I had my “Say Yes to the Dress” moment and I cannot thank you enough for that 🙏🏼 🤍 100/10 will recommend Superior Bridal to everyone!

I travelled 7.5 hours to come to this specific store. When I tell you it was worth the drive, believe me! The selection was incredible. The consultants so helpful and quick to find my dream dress. I have loved a specific dress for a couple years and ended up finding it at this location. It was discontinued and when I called prior to going they lowered the price and let me know it was the last one. Just too big and a floor model. Upon arrival I found out they found a brand new one, in my size… at an even lower sale price than mentioned on the phone ! I still tried on a few other gorgeous dresses Kat(an incredible consultant) picked for me but my heart was with the original. Thank you so much for the ladies who were supportive and patient through the whole process. I’d say I’d come back but I’d like this to be my only marriage 😅 picture of a dress I didn’t pick, so if you love it go get it!

I visited Superior for the first time in September 2023 after being to a few bridal stores and not loving any dresses. I left Superior until last because I know they had a large selection (I highly recommend doing this as you will find your dress there!)

Carlo was my stylist and I came to my appointment knowing the exact dress I wanted. When I tried it on I loved it but Carlo told me he had something else in mind. When I tried on Carlo’s pick it had similar features to the dress I came in for but 100x better, I said yes immediately and if it weren’t for Carlo I would’ve never found the dress I wore.

When I came in to try my dress on for the alterations it was quite large as I lost some weight since my initial appointment. The alterations team took their time and made everything so perfect, I got endless compliments on my dress and the way it fit me perfectly.

I could not recommend Superior Bridal more, my dress was the highlight of my wedding and it was all thanks to them!

On Friday, July 21st I got married to my best friend and soul mate at the Doctor's House in Kleinburg, Ontario. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, the decor was of the ut-most importance, even considering the fact I didn't have an unlimited budget. Susan Murray made all my dreams come true. She was patient, professional and kind, even when I changed my mind a few times and consulted her in her jaw-dropping showroom three times (maybe four)!!! Her linens, charger plates and decor are incredible and even the staff at The Doctor's House mentioned that when they see Susan's linens they are in awe. Susan also provided the florals. All I had to do was show her a picture and she re-created the look no questions asked. Take a look at the pictures to see how perfectly the bouquets matched the girl's dresses. When I saw the flowers I was floored. They were perfect and beautiful and I had never seen a more stunning wedding bouquet in my life, adorned with pearls. Susan Murray you brought my dream to life and you worked so thoughtfully within my budget. Any bride who is planning a wedding needs to visit Susan. She was the first vendor I consulted and I didn't have to look any further. I'm only sad now that the wedding is over. She created a dream-like atmosphere and in reflection it was so lovely it could've been a dream. Thank you Susan and her son Ryan for being so wonderful to work with. You two made all the difference.

I hired Susan to do the decor and centerpieces for my company's holiday party and she did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as we discussed and brought the evening together wonderfully.

The products themselves were beautiful. We used the natural parchment linen for our tables for our reception which are stunning. We had the tan boulce napkins which were a lovely neutral accent colour and felt very high quality. We used the rustic glam linens for other tables such as a receiving table and signing table and they looked great. The price is very reasonable for the quality. I would highly recommend working with her and the team.

I would go back to Susan Murray International for future events without any hesitation and will be recommending her to friends!

The sweets are incredible, and the food—especially the sandwiches and lasagna—is just as delicious. A wonderful place all around that I can’t recommend enough!

We got the most beautiful cake for our wedding. The pistachio vanilla flavouring was fantastic!! And the cake was so light and fluffy. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Andrea was such a pleasure to work with and the simple vintage style design was exactly what I had in mind !

I bought the pistachio and raspberry mousse cake for Thanksgiving, and it was the highlight of the dinner! Everyone loved it—the cake was soft, delicious, and well-balanced. The pistachio and raspberry layers are light and creamy mousse, with a layer of cake in the middle and at the base. The flavors complemented each other perfectly, with just the right amount of sweetness. When I called to place the order, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and easy. Pickup was quick, and they had everything ready on time. It not only tasted great but also looked beautiful on the table. It’s an outstanding dessert that I highly recommend!

I ordered flowers online for the first time from Sweetpea's and due to my own error realised that I was having them delivered to my home rather than elsewhere. I emailed them right away, quickly got a response from Rachel who sorted it out for me. Then, the day before the scheduled delivery, I found out that I needed to move up the delivery window to as early as possible in the day. This time, Sara took care of me. The flowers were delivered to the correct address, early in the morning as requested and the flowers were just beautifully arranged. All around a fantastic first time experience and obviously not my last. Thank you Sara and Rachel for your kindness and the top-notch service!

Here again to add to my last review. I have since ordered another arrangement, this time for my mother. The arrangement was outstanding with a gorgeous variety of blooms, beautiful colours and the artistry was next level. My mother said that these were the most stunning flowers she's ever received!

I have purchased many floral arrangements as gifts from Sweetpeas over the years and was so happy to receive this adorable bouquet for my birthday. I usually buy a bespoke arrangement, letting the amazing flower artists work their magic. Today I received an arrangement in a teacup. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Of course without knowing, the artist included my mom’s favourite flower. So although she’s passed away, she’s still with me today. Thank you so much! I sent an arrangement to thank our Toronto hosts for their hospitality, it was flat-out gorgeous and appropriate for their Victorian house. Maybe they could open a branch in Washington DC? Think of the creative arrangements using Venus flytraps etc they could design for the White House inhabitant!

Sydney's is the best! I got a custom suit made for my wedding. I was really nervous starting the process of getting a custom suit made- but Sydney and Devora listened to me and helped me bringing my vision to life. They were so detailed with every aspect of the process and made me feel comfortable and validated the whole time. I am so grateful for how positive this experience was, and I am so happy with how it turned out!

Everyone at Sydney’s is so attentive and welcoming! I didn’t end up getting a suit this time, and that was actually because of their honesty. I was ready to make the purchase, but they pointed out that the fit wasn’t quite right. I really appreciated their transparency and the time they gave me. I had the pleasure to revisit this venerable shop on Queen Street West during a recent visit to Toronto. The bright well-organized space was inviting, as was the thoughtfully displayed range of quality menswear. Based on recent reviews, I expected the shop to be focused only on or primarily on formal wear--I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong, as I found an impressive range of wonderful wearable basics suitable for everyday use, including some Made in Canada products (with great fabric!) which I happily picked up.

The only point I would note for improvement is that it'd be nice to have a chair or bench in the fitting room in the back right corner of the shop (this is the fitting room I was assigned). I had a great experience buying a tailored suit here. It was recommended by a friend as 'the best in town' and he was right. It is on the high side in terms of price, but also in terms of quality - the fabrics are top knotch, the tailoring is very precise and all the staff were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and fun to work with.

Exception experience and world class suit!

I chose Sydneys for my wedding tuxedo following the recommendations of a few friends. I have a build that is challenging and requires expert tailoring, so I've been getting custom suits for years. During my first consultation with the team at Sydney's it was evident that they were experts, professionals, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Given the challenges my physique presents, Sydney had committed himself to my suit, which was when I knew I was in the right spot. Sydney is surrounded by a fantastic team who incredible to work with over the few months process. I really enjoyed my time spent there, they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with, thorough in their process, and provided great recommendations as well.

My tuxedo came out perfect, truly the best that's ever been made for me to date. Also worth noting that I fully decked out in Sydneys, including their in-house Whole Cut Italian Leather shoes (couldn't believe how comofortable these were), Bowtie, Dress shirt, cufflinks, button studs, etc. It was nice to have it all in one spot, and feel truly taken care of.

I ordered the Super VIP birthday package from T.O. Balloons to surprise my friend for her 40th—and it was perfect! The balloons were everything I hoped for and more—absolutely stunning and such a hit. Take 2 Production were a pleasure to work with! They are fun, have creative ideas, as well as think quickly on their toes. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy on the day of our engagement photoshoot, and they came up with a great idea to take us elsewhere. Our video/photos came out better than we imagined! Take 2 Production provided us with our video and photos quickly! We are excited to continue working with them for our wedding! Prices are more than fair. We had the Take Two team as our wedding photographers and videographers and had a very positive experience. At beginning I thought having two people might be overkill and I could hire single person with cheaper price, but we were quoted with similar price after few research, and decided to go with them. We were happy with our choice as we ended up really needing two people. The photos and video looked absolutely beautiful and guests were very happy that they were included in many different shots. They were very accommodating and friendly to work with, punctuate on their arrival and delivery time. I'm going to book them again for my maternity and baby photos!

My Grade 12 business leadership class hosted a business banquet at our school and Ahmed generously lent us 220 light blue satin napkins to use for free for the night! Ahmed was professional, patient, easy to coordinate pick up and drop off with, and was a pleasure to work with. The napkins were good quality and a lovely colour as well. I will definitely be coming back to Talk of the Table for any of my future event planning needs!

Ahmed was great to work with answered all my many questions and was patient and professional. His chair covers were the cherry topping to the overall look of our event. We had a great experience with Talk of the Table for our pre-wedding event in June 2024! Ahmed communicated mostly with our wedding planner, and she had a great experience with them. The process was seamless and the quality of the linens and napkins were great.

I'm absolutely mortified of how disgusting the chair covers were rented out for my bestfriends wedding. All of them are filthy and some even had holes in them. They aren't even all the same covers. How as a business is this acceptable? I don't reccomend using the services here.

Ahmed was very helpful from beginning to end! I was stressed out as it was trying to plan an event and attempted to make my own Linens thinking the DIY project would be more affordable and less of a hassle. Turns out getting the right amount of fabric and the costs, plus labor was not the right option. Talk Of The Table has affordable prices, an array of options available to view online. I emailed for availability and pricing and got all my emails/responses handled in one day. Ahmed was accommodating and very helpful. Their hours of operation were only on weekdays and during working hours which was hard for me as I work a typical 9 to 5 and needed the Linens for a Sunday. They accommodated for me to be able to pick up my Linens early Friday morning before work and drop the off on the following Monday. The Linens were a perfect little needed touch for the event and pick up and drop off were easy as well.

Tamara was an absolute joy to work with and such an essential part of making our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more. From the very beginning, she was warm, kind, and easy to talk to, which instantly put us at ease. On the wedding day, she brought such calm professionalism while still making everything feel fun and natural.

She did an incredible job making sure we got every important shot while never making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. The photo sessions actually became some of our favorite parts of the day — they gave us the chance to slow down, connect with each other, and soak in moments with our closest family and friends. Our first look was so romantic and intimate that I forgot she was even there, which is the highest compliment to her artistry and presence.

Tamara also empowered us to make choices that truly reflected our priorities, like advocating for ourselves that we wanted our day-of mini rehearsal to be short and sweet, and she was so thorough in making sure nothing was missed. Her professionalism, warmth, and talent are unmatched. We cannot wait to see our photos, and we feel so grateful that she was the one capturing such important memories for us.

Our photos from Tamara turned out INCREDIBLE and exceeded all of our hopes and expectations. She captured the beauty, emotion, and magic of the day on film for us to treasure forever.

This place has been here for decades on Spadina Ave. and I still love discovering surprising finds! I needed a small dish to put two condiments in and they had several options. Finally decided on this beautiful yin and yang style!

The place is usually busy but we were lucky it was quiet on this Saturday morning. This place is a real Toronto treasure in Chinatown!

They have most of the kitchen tools I need, including wooden items. I can always find what I’m looking for here—it’s great!

I previously bought a steamer, which was just the right size and worked well, but the only drawback was that the power cord didn’t meet Canadian standards. It was fitted with both Chinese and European cables, causing it to overheat and eventually burn out. I had to replace it myself, and now only one outlet works. This has been really frustrating because it’s a key tool for my business, and I can’t find anyone who really knows how to repair and replace it properly. Other than that, they’re a great supplier.

It’s disappointing to write this, especially knowing the legacy and history behind this business. As someone who deeply respects the challenges of running a family-owned business, I once admired this place and what it stood for.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was disheartening. I visited with the intention of inquiring about pricing for supplies, as I’m in the early stages of building my own small business. Rather than being met with the openness and support you would expect from a community-driven shop, I was dismissed abruptly by the owner, who stated she was too busy helping “actual customers.” It felt as though I was being judged by appearance or familiarity, which goes against the values family-run businesses often promote — inclusion, community, and mutual support.

Sadly, this interaction lacked the warmth and respect that small business owners should extend to one another, especially in a city where support and collaboration are key.

If you’re a fellow small business owner starting out, I recommend visiting A1 Cash and Carry Express. Their pricing is competitive, and their team offers genuine and helpful service — something I found missing here.

I wanted to make rice in a clay pot with Chinese sausage at home. So, I set out to Tap Phong Trading Company and was not disappointed. They have every pot and pan made in China here. Very nice staff. I could hear Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English being spoken. Very knowledgeable.

Feedback for Healthy Kids Catering

Healthy Kids Catering provided lunch for our summer camp, and we had a great experience working with them. They were always on time with deliveries, worked within our budget, and most importantly, were responsive to our feedback. As we navigated the challenge of matching the children’s likes and dislikes, they listened carefully and made thoughtful adjustments.

The food was consistently healthy, well-packaged, and kid-friendly. Their professionalism and flexibility made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their partnership throughout the summer!

We loved having Healthy Kidz Catering provide lunches for our soccer camp this summer. The staff was friendly, prompt and super accommodating of any last minute changes, dietary restrictions, etc.

We used Taste for our daughter’s wedding reception — passed hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner for 100 guests. The food was great, from the risotto ball appetizers to the kale Caesar and herb-crusted beef. And the servers were excellent.

We worked with HealthyKidz to provide meals for kid in our summer camp, and overall, the quality of their food was great. They worked closely with us to customize a menu that was perfect for an active camp environment.

Although we had a few small hiccups early on, the team was quick to follow through and made sure those issues didn’t happen again. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving concerns really stood out. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating with our budget and specific requests, which made the entire process smooth and efficient.

Shoutout to Frank, he was always on top of everything, with amazing attention to detail and a pleasure to work with. Thanks also to Kathy, the owner, for being so involved, genuinely listening to our feedback, and making sure everything was adjusted to meet our needs.

Chef André catered our intimate 40 person wedding in Muskoka. We were very pleased with the food - from the taste, to presentation, to amount per person, to the positive attitude he brings. The photobooth was such a hit and kept the energy going all night—our guests had so much fun taking photos, and we loved seeing everyone get creative with the props! It was the perfect addition to keep the celebration lively and give everyone a fun keepsake from the night.

We had our wedding at TCE in February with around 6 months of planning. It was truly the best day of our lives. We put our trust in Tiffany and Melanie and they did not disappoint. We had several zoom meetings over the months leading up to the day to iron out most of the details. It was not as clear to me from the website but after our first meeting, we realized that they were super flexible on everything and we could customize our perfect day down to any detail. We had input on decor but left most of it go to Tiffany (by our choice) and she completely exceeded our expectation. Melanie coordinated perfectly on the day of, keeping us all on schedule and updating us on the flow of the day and handling any hiccups so we didn’t have to deal with anything. They were able to source amazing food and we got our favourite pastries in as well. All the staff at the venue were amazing and kind, really having fun and genuinely friendly - not just slogging away. It was the perfect day and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat. They made the intimidating and daunting task of planning a wedding easy and a million times less stressful.
