I purchased my wedding dress from Everthine last August for my wedding this August! The process was so smooth and easy with Adeline!

Beautiful store with a very large selection of dresses. Loved being the only bride in the store - made it feel like a very personal experience. Staff very knowledgeable on how dresses could be altered to make a dress you love work for you. Staff very warm and also did not pressure me into making any decisions. Can put a dress on a short hold if needed which was reassuring if needing some more time to make a decision. Also a nice selection of veils and accessories in store. Prices extremely reasonable for the high quality of the dresses. Dresses were all in excellent condition and spotless- you would never know some have been previously worn. Would highly recommend Everthine to any bride!

My experience at Everthine was excellent. It was my first ever time trying on wedding dresses, so I went into the appointment with an open mind and no real expectation to find "the dress". My appointment was relaxed and fun, and after trying on a few dresses and mentioning one small detail, the bridal stylist seemed to have a lightbulb moment, walked away, and came back holding a dress he thought might be perfect, even though it wasn't what I originally had in mind. When I tried it on, I knew it was the one. He was so attentive to what I was saying and the feedback I was giving, and I will forever be grateful he thought to pull my dress for me! The pricing was fair, and the customer service was exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the boutique’s charming atmosphere and great selection of dresses. Mel was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely amazing (not to mention attentive and very patient throughout both my initial dress appointment and follow-up accessories appointment). I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, which made the experience all the more enjoyable and stress-free.

Amazing experience, I can’t recommend everthine enough! I checked out a couple other consignment shops and bridal stores in Calgary and I ended up buying another dress at a different bridal shop. I was really unsure about it and was recommended this consignment boutique through a friend. Cannot say enough great things about this bridal consignment! They even worked with me to sell my other dress and relieved a lot of stress. Highly recommend stopping here before buying new. Dresses were spotless and there was zero pressure to buy.

I had Liliana alter my wedding dress for me and she did an incredible job. She also gave me suggestions and perspective when I was unsure about what to do with the train. She worked her magic and my dress fit perfectly! I have and will continue to recommend her to brides, as well as anyone with other alteration needs!

I had Liliana do the alterations for my wedding dress and I couldn't be happier! She is knowledgable and skilled and above all she is kind and approachable. I was extremely nervous about having my dress hemmed as it has a very intricate lace overlay - she did an amazing job - you cant even tell it was ever altered and it fits me perfectly now! I went to Liliana’s today thinking the new dress I purchased for a wedding needed to be altered. When I arrived, I tried the dress on and showed Liliana what I wanted done. She tightened the bra straps, retied the back of it, and voila!! The dress was altered exactly how I wanted it. 😂 She wouldn’t accept anything, but insisted I come back to see her after the wedding and tell her all about it. Not only is she a lovely person, but she clearly knows what she’s doing and has an eye for dresses and garments. 10/10 Would recommend.

Liliana did such an amazing job with my wedding dress!!! She was very attentive to all of the alterations I needed and worked with my complicated schedule as I work out of town. She is the sweetest and I would highly recommend anyone to come and get their alterations done at Liliana's Knitwear, I will come here for all of my future needs!

Liliana did an excellent job altering my wedding dress. With her help it fit like a glove. I left it very late to get the changes made (less than a month to go) and Liliana was so accommodating. I couldn't thank her enough.

Appointment was on Feb 15 at 10 am and waited for over 30 minutes. I see the consultants open the store at 10:30 am. They said that the system had the appointment at 10:30. The experience was ok and the consultant was helpful and kind overall but then it felt we were no longer welcomed after an hour. We still had 30 minutes left but she was just staring at us from afar while I was looking at other dresses. Also, my guests said that she was a bit aggressive when putting the dresses back at the end of the appointment. She was very apologetic about the appointment time issues, though. Really nice selection of dresses

Maison Ariane Carle was the first place I started with my dress search. Although I didn't end up purchasing my dress here, they were an incredibly kind shop. Very attentive with great suggestions. Big shout out to Charlotte. Pleasant, as pleasant can be.

My experience with Maison Ariane Carle was amazing. From the beginning I had all the right signs from this place. It was the 2nd store I visited out of four, the other three were mediocre or terrible experiences. My experience was exactly what I had idealized when imagining buying my wedding dress. The boutique is charming, with a beautiful selection that I found unique to others. The staff from the get go were extremely helpful, patient and made me comfortable. The dress itself: was perfect, the alterations were done over two fittings, and everything about the process was very reasonable and enjoyable. I didn’t feel like I was ever being overcharged or scammed like other places do, and I really got a VIP treatment. I ended up buying a second dress for my church ceremony, and the experience was equally great. My 12-month journey with Ariane Carle was exceptional and I’m so glad I went with this boutique. Thank you a million times over!

This store has really nice items. Before going, make an appointment. I was the only one in the store on a Monday morning and received great customized service. I was looking for a specific dress, white for a wedding that wasn't bridal and I found it after looking for weeks! The owner was kind and attentive. I look forward to going back.

I found my perfect wedding dress here! While the store is smaller than some others, it offers a great variety of styles and even has an off-the-rack section with discounted gowns—which is where I found mine. This made it possible for me to find a beautiful dress that fit both my vision and my budget. Even though the shop is small and only had one employee working that day, she managed to assist me and another customer at the same time with such care and attentiveness. She listened closely to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, and her attention to detail really helped me narrow down my choices. The staff was warm, friendly, and supportive throughout the experience, and I’m so grateful they helped me find the dress I’ll be walking down the aisle in.

Bad service when I went to try on dresses they don’t even try to suggest you a dress that suits you well. They just stand there . But I ordered anyway. Bad idea , because I Change my mind but no return!
Make sure it is the right dress . Cause if you change your mind they don’t wanna deal with you once you both and order the dress . But they don’t tell you . They will once you have the dress on. Oh and they don’t do alterations.
Won’t be going back there for sure and even they do have beautiful dress the service is not worth it . I have 3 daughters, and all getting married in the years coming. Will be going else we’re. If service and experience is important for you, this is not the place

Very bad experience, they sold me a dress suggesting alterations and referring me to someone for alterations. I went and did the alterations they suggested (much more expensive than expected) with the person they recommended. It completely changed the dress and it wasn’t fitting me and my body type anymore. I could not wear it at my wedding. When I called to ask for support with my claim they refused any responsibility or to support me.

I came here with my family this past weekend and the experience was great. It was the first bridal shop we went to (out of four, ultimately), and even though I ended up getting my wedding dress elsewhere in the end, I had such a good appointment and it really stood out above some of the other shops! Natasha was so patient and friendly, she let us pick out so many dresses to try on. She was extremely experienced, knew exactly what alterations were possible, and would make great suggestions. When I tried on an extravagant ballgown dress, which there was no way I was buying for my style, Natasha even went and got me a tiara just for the photo op! I would definitely recommend Moscatel to any other bride. :)

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at NKIN!

Prior to my appointment, I hadn't looked at any dresses yet in person, so booked in for a "Dress Discovery" appointment. I told Stephanie what I thought I might be interested in, and showed her some examples of what I thought I might like, and she got busy picking out dresses for me to try. Everything she picked out was PERFECT, and she was so helpful at making suggestions about alterations or accessories to change the looks of dresses to fit what I was looking for. Ultimately, the last dress I tried was my perfect dress (thank you, Stephanie, for getting me to try it on! I figured I'd tried on a bunch and had a better idea of what I wanted and was satisfied with that, but she basically said I may as well try this other one while I was there, and I'm so happy I did!), and I ended up purchasing it that same day.

Everything from the Diet Coke, to the body-positive and safe environment, to the help from Stephanie, made my experience at NKIN incredible. Even months after I bought my dress, they were helpful with suggesting alterations when I messaged them on Instagram just weeks before my wedding (I wasn't able to go back to NKIN as I live in Alberta, so they made some suggestions to help with how my dress fit). All-in-all, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend using them for any bridal needs!

Getting a wedding dress can be stressful. The staff here are great at reducing that stress. Steph helped me find a dress that was both comfortable (yay, sensory sensitivity!) and did not break the budget. I am very grateful for her help with making dress shopping fun. I definitely recommend!

Abby and Lizzie made my wedding dress shopping experience so lovely, not only did they find me a super affordable dress but they made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process! They took care of booking me in for alterations and all subsequent appointments through them were a breeze. They have truly done a wonderful job at curating the most friendly, fun and inclusive atmosphere also while being super transparent about their pricing.

I was so happy with their services that I also used them for content creation (everyone loves a good BTS of their big day), day of styling and Abby was our officiant! Our wedding day ran so smoothly, and I did not need to worry about having a hair (or veil) out of place! Abby wrote the most special officiating speech and vows that truly emulated everything of my husband and I’s relationship. I could not have asked for a better ceremony!

Had SUCH an amazing experience here! After a horrific appointment at a different tailor, NKIN was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed.

Stephanie was fantastic to work with and I had quite a few things I wanted to alter on my dress. Okay. This IS the place to get your gown. The boutique itself is beautiful and girly and FUN. It’s THE VIBE to bring your gal pals with you and enjoy trying on gowns. I’ve been to many bridal boutiques and none of them felt this comfortable.
I had the absolute pleasure of having Stephanie be my consultant. No one has ever listened to exactly what I wanted and DELIVERED. I already knew what dresses I wanted pulled and my heart had already known which dress I was taking home but Stephanie was supportive from the moment we met. She helped me feel SO confident and went above and beyond even accessorizing me with different shades of veils and bringing shoe options. The entire team that I met were so helpful and seemed very down to earth and genuinely kind. These are the type of girls you need when bridal gown shopping to feel your absolute best. The cute accessories and little gifts they had at the entrance were super cute. There were personalized bridal party t shirts and cute cards (handmade looking) and other things that would make great bridal party gifts! I had so much fun, I will forever recommend NKIN to anyone who’s in the market. I wish I could relive the experience again just to hang with the girls while having my dream dress become my reality.

Went here for a lehnga and I have never had an experience like this. Pallavi was such a sweet person made me feel comfortable and helped me find something in my price range. The an alterations were supposed to be done by Friday, but they finished it in a day and they altered on the spot when it was uncomfortable for me and made it so that if it me perfectly. As a plus size girl they didn’t make me feel any less in my body so Thank you for that ❤️

⚠️⚠️ AVOID CUSTOM MADE ORDERS FROM THIS BOUTIQUE ⚠️⚠️

1. Timeliness – Everything Was Late

When we first met Pallavi in January, she told us she could custom-make anything and reassured us that outfits only take 2 weeks to make. With a June wedding date, she said we had more than enough time. We eventually placed our orders and were promised delivery by end of May. That didn’t happen. May passed, then the first and second week of June, and then the morning of the wedding. My bridesmaid outfit arrived the second week of June. The bride received her wedding blouses the morning of her wedding, just hours before on June 18. Pallavi blamed DHL delays, but if she hadn’t waited until the last minute, this could’ve been avoided. Because my lehenga arrived so late, nothing could be changed, even though the blouse looked completely different from what I ordered.

2. Quality – Beads Falling Off, Poor Craftsmanship

The bride’s blouses were poorly made—beads were falling off with the slightest movement. Some parts looked glued on or maybe they were sown crooked. It looked nothing like what was requested. Last-minute, the bride and her cousin had to remove the work as much of it had already fallen off, buy beads from Michaels, and pin them on the morning of the wedding.

3. Sizing – Inaccurate and Blamed on Us

My lehenga was far too big. Instead of owning the error, Pallavi told me I must have lost weight—which was false. Even after resizing, it was still loose and had to be fixed at the wedding venue. When the bride received her blouses the morning of her wedding, they were WAY TOO BIG! We had to fix the blouse in place by safety-pinning it. Other reviews mention the same sizing issues, so this isn’t a one-off.

4. Customer Service – Defensive and Unprofessional

Pallavi ignored messages, didn’t return calls, and never told me when my outfit was ready. When I said the blouse didn’t match the photo I sent, she insisted her version was “better,” than what I asked for. I don’t want your version of better, I just want what I asked for. She also blamed me for not choosing the gold color—something she never asked me to do. I’m not the designer; I expected her to follow the photos I provided. If there is a sample of colours I need to choose from, I expect to be asked. Once orders were placed, there was no transparency or communication. No progress photos were sent, nothing was double-checked or confirmed with us. And when we finally received our orders, it was too late to do anything.

❌ Final Thoughts

Everything was late, poorly made, and handled with zero accountability. What should’ve been a joyful process became a stressful nightmare, especially for the bride. Do not order from here unless you want to be disappointed on your big day.

When I arrived there the workers were very nice, they showed me two dresses from the inspiration picture I showed them, I fell in love with one of them and I said I will go check other stores to see if I find something better, they said okay and then I can back for the dress. They never acted as sellers compared to the other store's workers. That is why I loved that place. They also have the best prices! Go there for your prom dresses! Diana is the best!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Revelle Bridal Boutique—it’s clear from the moment you walk in that this is a family-owned business where they genuinely care about their brides. The team is kind, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.

I ordered one of my dresses from Revelle and it was absolutely perfect—it fit me like a glove right off the rack with no alterations needed, which felt like a dream. My first positive dress shopping experience! My stylist was Georgette and she was so incredibly helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun to shop with! Her attention to detail and understanding of bridal styles helped me narrow down my super broad ideas to what I wanted. The appointment wasn’t rushed and she wasn’t trying to make a sale and kick us out. She really listened and tailored the dresses she picked to what I was feeling or not. I did not find my dress here but it wasn’t because of a lack of dress selection or a bad stylist, I just decided to get a traditional dress made instead. There are so many different beautiful dresses here with a great size range and great price points too! I’m talking amazing high fashion, high quality gowns at affordable prices. Full stars for everything. From the dress catalog to the service, everything was amazing. The stylist was Maemae and she truly made this experience one to remember forever. My friend was stuck between 2 beautiful options and Maemae was able to help guide her to choosing the best dress for her. We did decide to take some time to think on it, and they were so accommodating to let us come back later in the afternoon. We loved that there were private rooms for each of the brides to be and their group. It really set the experience apart from the other boutiques we went to. The selection of dresses was amazing. I went here for my first bridal shopping experience and I had such a positive and fun time! Justice was so helpful with figuring out what silhouettes and fabrics I liked - it's so different looking at a photo online versus it being on your body. I was able to try on about 10 dresses total, and I left with the names of my 3 favourites! I wasn't ready to purchase as it was my first visit, but I would definitely come back here. I had a wonderful experience finding my dress at Sash & Bustle! I truly believe that the consultant makes or breaks the appointment, and Georgette was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my preferences when deciding what dresses to put me into, but also used her creativity to pick out the perfect dress for me! She interacted with my entire party, including my family on FaceTime, and made us all feel so welcome. The entire appointment was so professional and polished - we all left feeling very happy!

I came to Bridal Dressez (also known as Showcase Boutique at 636 Jean-Talon) with my friend, who wears a hijab, to help her shop for her wedding.

We were completely ignored, even after asking for help multiple times. Indian and Pakistani customers — including some who came in after us — were greeted and served right away. The Pakistani women weren’t wearing hijab.

When we asked again, we were told “someone else will help you,” but no one ever did. It felt intentional, and we left feeling humiliated.

I don’t know why, but we were clearly not treated the same as everyone else.

If you’re looking for the ultimate dress shopping experience, one that’s honest, personalized, and genuinely enjoyable, look no further. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gabby as my stylist, and she was truly amazing! It was so refreshing to have someone with a similar body type who really understood what I was looking for and made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable.

Gabby pulled a great variety of dresses, which helped me narrow things down quickly and within just over an hour, I found the dress!

Had a very positive experience here. First off, knowing that you are reducing waste and more importantly, putting your money towards donations to cancer research already sets this shop miles ahead of other competitors. That's not where the positivity stops, however. We went in and received exceptional customer service from Ivonne.
She was so hardworking and went above and beyond to make the fitting special. Based off our initial choices, she picked out other ones that were similar and even picked out a few dresses outside of our preferences that had a complete "wow" factor. She has excellent judgement when it comes to styling and what will be flattering for you based on your body type. She is also so warm and kind! She made me feel so beautiful today, and made sure my 2 guests felt welcomed and seen too. She was attentive and willing to help out with putting clips on to fit the dresses and providing insights on where alterations would occur as well. All for close to 15 dresses, her enthusiasm never dimmed. Speaking of-- I was pleasantly surprised to see such a large collection of high quality and trendy dresses.
If the customer service and selection wasn't enough, we were shocked when we reached the cash register... the price of the dress was extremely affordable, given the high quality of what we received!!! $845 for a wedding dress is an absolute steal.

I found an absolutely stunning gown and veil today at The Brides' Project and I was absolutely blown away! The staff and volunteers were so kind, helpful, and patient helping me try on a variety of different styles to find the right one. I’ve been to so many bridal boutiques, and there’s something really special about this one. Ivonne made me feel so comfortable and was so warm and helpful through the entire process. They have a great selection of different sizes, gowns, and accessories. I enlisted Top Knot as HMUA for my wedding and it was without a doubt, the best choice I could have made. Lisa and Erin are incredibly talented and patient and had to work with both adults and children on the morning of the wedding and made us all, especially the girls, feel like royalty!

My very heartfelt appreciation goes to Lisa who was not only down-to-earth and made me feel like family in her hands but also for hearing out my every thought and wish, recreating every hairstyle during my trials with that I even remotely considered, and was able to source last minute hair extensions for my dream hair style (perfect colour match might I add!).

We hired Top Knot to be our H&MUA for our wedding, and they were lovely! They were incredibly punctual and did amazing work. All of the bridesmaids and mothers looked gorgeous on our special day! They also helped out my husband with styling his hair. I would highly recommend them for your special event!

We rented out Top Knot Parlour for about 7 people for my wedding, and cannot recommend the experience enough. They provided a mimosa bar, yogurt parfaits, a wonderful board with smoked salmon, fruits, cheeses, pastries, etc, dress steaming, and an incredible team of hair and makeup artists. The day started early but felt so relaxing and special, everyone was so kind and helpful, we all looked and felt so beautiful, and overall the day just felt wonderful. Total costs including parlour rental and hair and makeup for all of the girls was about $3700 I think, and absolutely well worth it!

Choosing Top Knot/Neu Hue for my bridal party's hair and makeup services was one of the best decisions we made for our January wedding! Lisa is my usual hairstylist via Neu Hue and it felt natural to have her on my wedding team. During the trial period, I ended up changing my mind on the direction for my makeup, and Lisa and her team were super accommodating, booked me an additional trial, and made me feel completely at ease. On the day of our wedding, my bridal party got ready at the Parlour and it was fantastic! It was a completely stress-free and fun way to spend the morning and of course, everyone left looking and feeling beautiful! Highly, highly recommend Neu Hue and the Parlour experience.

Top Knot Brides did an AMAZING job at my wedding!! My bridesmaids and family members were incredibly happy with our hair and makeup, and my husband was awestruck with the result as well. Their team was super nice, friendly, professional, and a whole lot of fun! My hair tends to be very difficult to style and typically doesn't hold a curl, but Lisa knew exactly what to do - she got my hair to look exactly as I wanted it, and the curls held well into the evening! Steph did a great job with my makeup as well. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products she was using. She and the other artists were also very responsive and knew exactly what to do when we requested changes to our looks.

I just said 'YES' to my dream Wedding dress and would recommend Nora to anyone looking for their dress. She made it so special and stress free. She also made the experience fun and accommodated my large group. She had a beautiful (and rare) selection. From when I booked my appointment, Todd reached out personally over text to get more information (wedding date and approximate budget), and to thank me for booking with them.

My experience in store was nothing short of amazing. Todd was attentive in the styles that I showed him, but also encouraged me to explore styles that I maybe didn't think I would want. One of the things I appreciated the most was the he respected my budget.

Todd pulled some spectacular dresses and in the end, I was stuck between two. He allowed me to try them both multiple times despite nearing the end of my appointment slot. If you are a bride on a budget with champagne taste (or looking for a grad gown) I highly recommend checking out the dresses and working with Sunny to customize an option. She had magical suggestions and abilities to transform off the rack dresses as a lovely base to then be something unique and custom based on my vision. There is flexibility in pricing particularly when including alterations in the mix. I absolutely recommend 10/10 experience!! I was beyond happy with my daughters custom made grad dress as It was PERFECT and brought me to tears. It was our first stop and I was expecting a long day of finding the perfect dress for my daughter. I didn’t even get the beautiful lady’s name but she was so kind and helpful. She told my daughter to find any dress she wanted and she would custom make it to her size and color. My daughter wanted a specific pink and the lady reassured me she would have it made in that color. It’s not often that you get to meet the designer of your dress!! Noor does incredible work & her dresses have a European feel, which I love (she makes custom gowns as well!). If you’re trying on dresses for the first time, go crazy and try every possibly style on so you know what works best with your shape. I had no idea I’d ever end up with a trumpet gown, but it was the best choice I ever made. I love the employees that work there because they make you feel so welcome & loved. I would highly recommend keeping your party very small to avoid unnecessary opinions of family members and friends. It’s your day - pick the dress you feel best in!

Noor, the designer, and the Chic Bridal team helped me choose the dress, overskirt, accessories and veil to make my wedding look perfect. They expertly guided me to determine which fit I preferred the most and once I found the dress, I was beyond happy and brought tears to my whole family.

The overall experience from the amazing team, to the large selection of dresses, having the ability to work directly with the designer herself and true quality and value of the dress (confirmed by my fairy godmother seamstress) are reasons I would buy my dress again and again. I received so many compliments about my dress and was extremely comfortable in it for the 17 hour marathon day.

I had the BEST experience with Noor and the entire Chic Bridals team! From my first appointment to try on dresses to final pick-up, they were fantastic. Noor is absolutely amazing and so talented, she was there at my initial try-on appointment and made several customizations for me. I got the Danita gown with additional beading at the back (instead of sheer). Noor also made me a custom full overskirt to turn the dress into a ballgown, and a custom glitter veil with beading along the sides to perfectly match my dress. I was between sizes, so we purchased the larger one anticipating needing to take it in – but when I went for my “Meet the Dress” appointment, it fit like a GLOVE, Noor had gone above and beyond to make the dress to my exact measurements. We also used their in-house alternations for hemming, shortening the straps, and adding hooks to the gown to hold the (very heavy) overskirt.
The craftsmanship, customer service, and overall experience were simply magical, and I cannot recommend enough!

Amazing service! Yustina, Rita, and the designer Noor were so helpful and so great! So creative and excited to help. It was such a fun experience and felt like playing dress up! They helped me find my dress, and gave me such a great experience! Highly recommend 10/10 experience!

Also the dress selection is great, they have so many options and styles and great size options! I’d been to other stores and couldn’t try on as many dresses because of limited sizing options. So this was a nice change.
