📑 from start of the planning, our planner May always seek to understand deeply our needs, tailor options to our uniqueness. From our venue, live band, MC, entertainments, decor - everything was the perfect choice for us and we didn’t even knew they existed before May brought them to us.

💰you know you can trust a team when they manage your budget and spending like it’s their own. May not only find the best cost efficient options, she negotiated and negotiated until we get the best bang for our buck. I trust her so much to the point I chase after her to say: “May how can I pay you and Fleur more to do more for me? Can you please help me with rehearsal dinner/afterparty?” I just knew it was gonna make this best decision I made on Fleur an even better one.

🍬 and boy did I have the best 36 hours of my life, from rehearsal dinner the night before to the afterparty into the early morning after. There was no a single thing I needed to worry about beside enjoying myself. Even though we had 100 guests, countless boat rides, two literal buses - I didn’t even spare a second on worrying logistics and can focus all of myself with friends, family, loved ones and my new husband. Fleur team took care of my stuff, coordinated all the vendors, fed me, watered me, boozed me whenever I needed, held my bustle, fixed my veil, packed my designer stuff to my mom so they won’t get lost. You name it they are already on top of it.

We met with May one year before our wedding and immediately knew that she needed to be our wedding planner.

From the very beginning, May was organized, detail-oriented, and truly took the time to understand our vision. They handled every little detail behind the scenes so we could just enjoy the moment—and thanks to them, the whole day went off without a hitch! When we wanted something added to our wedding, she never said no, but tried her best to make it all happen for us.

We had a small hiccup prior the wedding where one of our vendors had thought that the wedding was cancelled even though we had signed a contract... We met with Jennifer, the designer for our wedding and she made our vision truly come to life. Every detail—from the ceremony backdrop to the reception tables—was perfectly curated, cohesive, and stunning. Jennifer has such an incredible eye for design and brought so much creativity and elegance to the entire day. Krystal and the Fly Free team were of real value to us. Since we're from Holland and decided to have our wedding ceremony in Canada everything had to be arranged over distance. We were scared at first, especially because we had to give up all control, but Krystal made us feel really comfortable since the first meeting.

I came across Galaxy Weddings (Mariah and Bryan) through social media and so glad I did! They both were absolute gems to work with. From my initial video call with Mariah, I knew we made the right choice. She answered all of our questions and never rushed the call. Galaxy Weddings is incredible! Mariah was a lifesaver, stepping in last minute to capture my bridal shower, and she did an amazing job. She was so lovely to work with, and the photos turned out beautifully. After that experience, I knew I had to have her involved in my wedding as well. Although I already had a wedding photographer, I asked Mariah to handle content creation, and it was the best decision! Photographer Bethany was super easy to work with. She was professional, organized, detailed-oriented and super encouraging the entire time. Her photos are also pristinely edited with a light and bright tone.

Videographer Luc was also fantastic. He was super fun to work with as well as professional. His videos are not only artistic but also do a wonderful job capturing the emotions and energy of the wedding day.

My husband and I have never been professionally photographed or videoed in our lives, and we are far from models! However, both Bethany and Luc always made us feel calm, confident and most importantly, beautiful. We would definitely reach out to them again should we look for professional photos and video in the future.

I first met Bethany and Luc at The Wedding Show and I instantly fell in love with their work and their vibes. They were the first vendor we booked after our venue because I knew I needed to have them.

Working with Bethany on our engagement shoot and then both of them for our wedding day was one of the easiest things about planning our wedding. My husband hates getting his photo taken and they made the entire process as painless as possible for him.

When me and my husband were looking for an officiant to our wedding we didn't expect to be able to afford anything as special as we got with Rev. Smaller and her team. We had just moved away from our home country, which prevented our family from attending in person. Nonetheless, we were delivered the most lovely ceremony that completely exceeded our expectations. Everything from the very first step in the preparation to the fast handling of the paperwork was perfect. And we even managed to send a livestream of the ceremony to our parents (in a pre-pandemic world, I must add).

The planning of our wedding was complicated- we planned the wedding in only a few months from London UK, during the covid pandemic. The wedding was held at my grandparents' cabin in Kananaskis Country, Alberta. The cabin is rustic, hard-to-find, and has literally no reception. In short, there was so much uncertainty and so many ways things could have gone wrong! But Julianne was by our side every step of the way; we never doubted she had everything under control. Julianne maintained a positive outlook while also being realistic with us about possible challenges related to the pandemic, our remote and rustic venue, and our budget.

Julianne, her team, and the vendors she selected executed an event that felt truly magical. When we arrived at the cabin on our wedding day and we saw how Julianne had brought the vision to life, I was truly speechless (and then burst into happy tears!). Julianne had brought to life dreams I didn't even know I had! We had a wonderful trip. Shelly Neal did an impressive booklet to go along with our recent cruise so we knew exactly what to expect on board and at port each day. She did our pre trip hotel stay, had our luggage taken to the ship and everything just fit into place from our parking spot to our excursions at port. It made our travel a very relaxed hassle free experience. 👍

Anita at Kalidescope travel was so helpful. We wanted to experience a stay at an over water bungalow resort. Anita’s suggestion and attention to what we wanted was right on. Our view was magical from our bungalow and the resort and staff were amazing.

The trip was fantastic! The condo was amazing with the most spectacular views. We could see whales and sea turtles from our balcony! I loved the area we were in and the beach access from our condo! The sunsets were breath taking each night! All travel and flights worked very well.

Our wedding video was just like our day, super relaxed and full of nature. It was all about good times in the great outdoors in a beautiful venue on Montreal's South Shore. Manzoni Films kept it real simple, capturing the nature vibes and our laid-back style perfectly. Watching the video feels like reliving it all over again, with the sun shining, a cool breeze, and just hanging with our closest folks, my best friends and just people we love in general. They accompanied us from start to finish, suggesting the best package, finding the right shots, listening to our vision and just making a damn good video out of it! I recommend them for sure!

Our wedding video was so cool – it’s like two weddings in one! Manzoni Films came with us to both Cambodia and Montreal, which was awesome. They made everything easy and fun. The Cambodia part is all colorful and traditional, really showing off my family's side of things. Then, the Montreal part feels totally different – more like an Italian party with lots of food and everyone dancing. We chose the feature film bundle since we knew this was gonna be once in a lifetime and I wanted to cry (of joy of course) everytime I saw our film. They were a huge team with crazy lights, they got some interviews, they didn't miss a single moment and they took care of everything from the mics to the pictures (photographer was awesome!). I'd recommend Manzoni to anyone who wants to make their wedding like a movie so their friends can enjoy, cry and laugh together with them as you watch it together! Mission success Manzoni!

Our wonderful wedding in Rougemont!

Our video was amazing! They were with us all day in Rougemont, being responsive and allowed me to focus on the wedding rather than the planning. Manzoni Films really captured the essence of what we wanted: nothing too fancy, just a warm, genuine celebration with our closest loved ones. Thank god they were to handle all the technical stuff too, everything worked perfectly and the booths they put up for us were so fun! We took the TV package which really felt like we had our own little show! They even had a telephone setup with a camera on it to capture peoples comments and they included it in the final video! They had so many great ideas like this and they were so professional.

When Adam and I watched our wedding video from Manzoni Films, we were blown away. It was like reliving the day all over again, but even better. They caught all those little moments that made our day so special – our laughter, tears, and all the love around us. It felt personal, like they really got us and what our day was about. Honestly, for anyone getting married, you can’t go wrong with these guys. They’re not just about the fancy shots; they truly capture the heart of your day.
