WOW! I live in the states and wanted to send flowers to a friend for her birthday. I had the loveliest exchange via email, asking me about our friend and what she may like. Then to top it off, my friend had to work late, and they still delivered to her super late. I am so appreciative because I know how much it meant to my friend (and to the group of friends sending them) and how above and beyond they went!

The whole process of working with Asher Fleurs was a dream. From our initial meeting, I knew that Ashley would achieve our vision. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail stood out. We asked her to create multiple different arrangements in milk glass vases. In addition, we ordered boutonnières, bouquets, and large floral arrangements for the church.

The bouquets were so full, fresh, fragrant, and colourful. The arrangements stunned all of our guests and contained flowers I had never seen before!

Her pricing was fair and flexible with à la carte options. I adjusted our order a few times throughout the process and each time Ashley was very accommodating with our changing ideas. She was also very professional and responsive in her communication and billing. This was especially appreciated because we were planning the wedding from out of town. Delivery and setup was also seamless and efficient. It’s clear that she is very talented and cares a lot about her client’s special occasions.

Website is super easy to navigate, and I like the fact that there's multiple pictures of the flowers from different angles, with someone actually holding them to give an idea of the size.

I also like the fact that the site has a small number of carefully selected flower arrangements, compared to some sites that overwhelm you with thousands of arrangements. This shows me that this company is arranging these flowers themselves, instead of just acting as a proxy service for another flower delivery service.

Finally, I read through other google reviews, and liked the fact that the owner respond to many of them, which shows that they care about their reputation.

Edit: I received the "Oh so pretty" arrangement and they're absolutely beautiful! Also, I changed my mind while ordering and sent them an email to swap to another arrangement and they responded promptly and accommodated my request. I would definitely use their services again!

Popped in today to buy for our daughter’s gymnastics teachers and the experience was on par. I shared with Kelly (whom I met today and is the owner of this family run business) my frustrations of another local shop I had previously tried to spend money at with little success, and she said to me, “we try and make every bouquet and experience special because we know you wouldn’t be here if the flowers weren’t for something special.”

I won’t go elsewhere for flowers again. I highly recommend saying hi to the wonderful family that owns and operates this business the next time you need flowers in or around Southcentre mall.

I was out of town and needed a flower delivery asap, and they were able to deliver the day of, even after calling at 4pm.

After a few virtual meetings and calls, everything was taken care of for us. We had minimal difficulty expressing our needs and with that, Chora design made our fantasy a reality! Really great experience with this flower shop. I ordered over the phone out of town, explained what I wanted. I loved that there was complimentary delivery in New Brighton and the cost of the arrangement was a flat rate, all in. They offered to text me a picture of the flowers which is usually not the case. And the flowers were stunning!

I had the best experience when sending a Valentine’s gift to my husband. The owner personally called me to make sure everything was fine when placing the order, she was very diligent and helpful; the day of the delivery, she called me again to let me know when the daddy’s bouquet will be delivered. I just got a photo of the delivered bouquet and it is absolutely beautiful. Some florists, unfortunately, take advantage of remote orders because we're unlikely to see them. I ordered table arrangements for a company event at a downtown Toronto hotel and Julia delivered! I wanted short arrangements so they would not interfere with conversations around the table. I gave Julia a vague color scheme and she created wonderful arrangements.
The flowers were delivered on time, all instructions were followed to a T, the flowers were fresh and still look great 4 days later.
We also ordered two bouquets with the request to make them 'travel-proof'. The bouquets traveled home with us and were put in a vase 36 hours later and they still look fresh days later.

My husband and I got married last weekend and can't recommend Julia at Flowers & Flowers enough! Our floral centrepieces were absolutely stunning and we got so many compliments on them. My bouquet was so beautiful as well. Once we get pictures back from the photographer I will update this review with pics, but I wanted to get this review out there asap. Julia is extremely professional, responsive, and helped us stay within our budget for the florals. 10/10 recommendation you will not be sorry!!

I have had the pleasure with dealing with JMK florist SE., specifically Hannah! I live in Ontario and wanted to send some flowers to our sister who lives in Calgary from our mom. When you order online you never know what you are getting. This Christmas design blew me away. The customer service was A-1! Hannah sent me texts with pictures of the arrangement to see if I wanted to make any adjustments, then sent another saying the arrangement had been delivered! Never have I ever had anyone follow up like that. Amazing. Thank you again for taking such good care of us.

We ordered a birthday bouquet for a relative in Alberta and we live in Ontario. We received several text messages with pictures of the bouquet before delivery to see if we wanted any changes. The relative has told us that 2 weeks later the flowers are still beautiful.
