No other florist offers such artistry or creativity. Every bouquet is like a painting, with secret treasures with every angle. They are assembled and tied together perfectly, so you can just place them in a vase as is. And they even come in a beautiful white square box filled with water, so they remain fresh and vibrant until you transfer them into a vase…or leave them as is. If you are going to send flowers… send FLOWERS. I will also add that their bouquets always last for weeks. I have no idea why, but they’re even magical that way. I highly recommend this florist - there is none other that compares.

I celebrated my wedding a few weeks ago, and Karman took care of all of my flowers for me and did a FANTASTIC job!!

Karman was very responsive with my inquiries and questions (and even took time to answer my during her off hours!). I initially sent over a few inspiration photos and Karman worked with me very closely to make sure that the flower arrangements matched my vision. She was also graciously able to accommodate some last-minute requests of mine, like provide some flowers to decorate my wedding cake.
On the day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time and I was blown away after it had been set up in our reception hall. My friends got me a monthly flower subscription and I am genuinely so thrilled each month to get my delivery. The arrangements are so beautiful and unique. I would highly recommend their services if you’re ever needing a florist.

The delivery was good, beautiful flowers, free card with wishes that I attached. -1 star for random delivery time, it’s not possible to deliver at a specific moment (ex. in the morning of a birthday), the flowers come whenever they come.

I’ve received and given many bouquets from Westmount Florist and i’ve always been in awe of how beautiful the bouquets are. However, yesterday i received a bouquet from them for Mother’s Day and the flowers are terrible. Really disappointing.

Taz was able to put this together for me in 15mins after I walked in and told him what I needed. Bouquet came out great! Service was fast and pricing was fair. Would recommend.

Nice neighborhood florist, albeit rather expensive. The service is pleasant, and the gift shop alone offers some great gift options.

I ordered from this destination via UberEats and received a small card, a slightly-stained generic Walmart gift bag which was stapled closed, and an 11 dollar Ferraro Rocher collection that you can buy at any retailer.

For reference, what I ordered was a cute box of chocolates (view screenshot attached). As you can clearly see, it is not the same item whatsoever nor anything close to what was advertised.

Now, I’m not stating this place is not reliable for weddings or events, and I realize that ordering a gift via UberEats is likely not going to be the prettiest or cutest gift ever. However, for the price of 35 dollars (50 if you include delivery fees) I’d expect something of close to equal value for what I paid for. This is like drop-shipping.

My review is based on the service that was advertised versus what I received, and what I “received” was a scam.

After researching multiple florists, we hired Natalia for our wedding day. All of the other florists, except Natalia, told us our vision wasn't doable in our budget. She helped provide us with recommendations and solutions to ensure our vision came to life.

On the big day, she was timely and helped set everything up exactly how we had envisioned it. We placed additional bouquet orders (i.e. a birthday bouquet and a bridal bouquet) on short notice, and each turned out extremely beautiful. The quality of the flowers, and the design of each piece was second-to-none.

I called to order the flowers and the staff was exceptionally helpful with everything from choosing the flowers, to carefully taking down my note. I cannot sing enough praises. I had a 60th birthday in the family on the day. I am new to the area and always walk by but had no idea what to do when in a florist shop. So I was hoping at the best to find some decent slightly better than grocery store flowers.

The customer service was amazing. I was helped by Anna who went through my budget and style. I looked at the prepared flowers as it was so last minute. I loved a particular style but it was too large and a bit out of my budget. They were very accommodating and made modifications to fit. Recreated a similar arrangement in under an hour and provided the cutest bucket vase as well.

The arrangement was the talk of the party and everyone had compliments. Made me and my sister want our own flowers just because! And I definitely will be stopping by a lot more. Thank you so much for the service.

I left a note on my order asking if you could please call before delivering, as it was meant to be a surprise. When my sister received her flowers, she was in tears! She told me that when Flowers of the World called to let her know they had a delivery, she asked who had sent them. Your team refused to reveal it and explained you were under strict instructions not to say; thank you so much for honouring that request.

And the bouquet itself… absolutely stunning. I’m genuinely lost for words. You’ve made her day so special, and you’ve definitely earned my loyalty AND I’ll be coming back to you again and again.

I recently walked in and bought a medium sized bouquet. I’m not really from this area and I don’t know much about flowers, but the people working were very nice in arranging the flowers to my demands and budget, doing so on the spot promptly and quickly. I bought them five hours earlier than I needed them and they still looked fresh and smell fragrant! If i’m in the area again and need flowers, I’ll come back!

-to note: some places wrap the stems, this place does not, so the stems are just out under the paper

I ordered a pink mums bouquet and they called a few minutes later to advise they were low on the mums and could they upgrade me for free to a mums mixed bouquet , usually $10 more than what I had ordered. I said that sounded fine and when I got a picture of the arrangement from the recipient WOW was I blown away. Superb, really beautiful work. Thank you !!!

Just had a really great experience. Walked in looking for a small bamboo plant as a gift. While I couldn’t find bamboo, I found another great succulent in a small statue, and the woman at the front was so helpful with wrapping it as a gift and providing a card to write on. I needed to order 3 sprays for a funeral that I could not attend and each spray needed ribbons with specific messages in Vietnamese. I called the shop with my requests and Aime was amazing. Correspondence was fast, diligent and the sprays turned out beautifully.

It has been YEARS since I met a florist in downtown Calgary who is as nice and welcoming as Amy! I’ve been to the best shops in the city and found many florists to have a snippy, tired, unapologetic attitude (despite the arrangements being good quality, exotic and expensive). But this owner was so so helpful in letting me pick out stems and she put them together in a beautiful simple arrangement right on the spot. And this was right before Mother’s Day so it speaks volumes that she was so friendly despite the hectic time of year for her shop.

Will 100% come back here in the future because of the service, the flowers were very fresh, she put the arrangement together very quickly, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I was looking for something last minute for my mom and didn’t find anything in purple which is my mom’s favourite color. Liz made a bouquet with a purple theme within my budget and it came out STUNNING! They were all super sweet too - will definitely be back!

WOWOWOW! Can't even begin my review.. Liz and her husband are amazing. They were very generous in the amount of flowers they gave us for our wedding. It was such a good price and the quality was great. BEST VALUE! I sent her my Pinterest board and she understood my vision and brought it to life on our special day. They are so sweet, so friendly and one of the nicest couples we have ever met. They were our favourite vendor hands down. So happy we went with them and if we were to have another event in Calgary, we would hire them as our florist again & again! Thank you Liz!! You guys are awesome :)

They were the most incredible vendors to deal with for our wedding! They helped us out later in our planning process, helped us navigate unforeseen location issues and incorporated my father who had passed away in the most loving, incredible and truly wonderful way. When I was looking for a wedding florist my criteria were colourful, mixed sizes, and mixed textures, and did Pictus ever deliver! The arrangements Jazmin made were absolutely stunning, they exceeded my expectations, and the first thing all our guests commented on when they arrived at our wedding was how beautiful the flowers were. Jazmin was very flexible too, and accommodated a change in flowers for our ceremony space in the last week before the wedding.

Absolutely blown away by Pictus Goods. I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend who’s been going through a really tough time, and not only did they nail the timing of the delivery, but the arrangement itself completely exceeded expectations.
