I have seen florists in Centretown charge absurd amounts of money for three sad little flowers and a leaf, so I did a lot of research before coming here.

My budget was $50, I described my colour specifications, and the owner created an impossibly gorgeous bouquet: bird of paradise, yellow rose, sunflower, Gerbera daisies, beautiful shapes. The shop has such a comfortable air inside and out. I will never go anywhere else for flowers in Ottawa!

This is the second time our family has ordered a floral arrangement for my Mom and both arrangements have been stunning. The owners (a mom and son ) went above and beyond adding special touches - little bird sitting amongst the flowers and extra flowers and fillers just because, and even the message card is special (you give them the message and they print it out in lovely scripted font and attached to a card of your choice).
The service I received was stellar - what was my budget, what flowers would I prefer (they also gave recommendations for “long lasting cut flowers”), what colour of flowers does my Mom like, which message card would best suit my Mom, and then a photo of the arrangement was texted to me for my approval before delivery!
And here’s the proof! The arrangement with the pale yellow rose was for Easter (some flowers lasted almost 2 weeks) and the other with the deep pink rose was delivered today for my Mom’s 91st birthday. Beautiful 💖

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with my order. The flowers are beautiful, big and smell wonderful. They seem super fresh.

I used DVF for my wedding sept 20, and they did such an amazing job. I couldn’t stop looking at the flower arrangements all day! I highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding flowers.

I cannot express how much I think this store is wonderful. Not only are the flowers beautiful and long-lasting, the staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. I used Deer Valley Florist for my recent wedding and everything turned out amazing! The staff really took the time to understand the vision and make helpful suggestions about types of flowers and greenery that would work well. I ordered greenery for long tables, as well as bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. They really went above and beyond to help bring the vision to life.

They are also great for everyday flowers! I have ordered arrangements from here as gifts and they have always been really well received. They have a great assortment of small non-flower related gifts that you can buy in-store, a nice way to round out a gift of flowers.

Definitely my go-to florist, and a bonus that they are all just the kindest people!

Very happy with this floral shop and delivery! I am currently overseas and purchased flowers to be delivered to my friend for her birthday. I was worried because she lives in a condo building that delivery could be hard but they followed instructions and called before delivering so that I could ensure she received them. She was very happy with the bouquet and I’m very happy with the service. Thank you!

I ordered flowers to be delivered, then I found out that the recipient wasn’t going to be home the day of delivery. I called the shop and the lady I spoke with was so lovely and accommodating! She helped to ensure that the flowers were received at a time that the recipient was home. The recipient said that the flowers were absolutely stunning! Would definitely use again AND recommend!
