We had our wedding two weeks ago at Roma Receptions and we can honestly say that the entire process of planning our wedding with them from A to Z was impeccable! The food was amazing, the room that we were in was beautiful and the staff were wonderful! Thank you Marie and the Roma reception staff for helping and guiding us to have the wedding of our dreams!

What a wonderful service we received at Roma Receptions. Our experience here was seamless from start to finish. Tony was a great help and his expertise was evident in the entire planning process and on the night off. The waiters did a phenomenal job alongside our head waiter and Alexandra who calmed our nerves and made for a spectacular night. The food was phenomenal and very well presented, our guests are all still talking about it. 100% would recommend this reception hall!

Had my wedding at Roma Receptions last weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Tony is truly one of a kind–honest, knowledgeable, and a true veteran in the industry. From the moment we met him, we knew we were in good hands. He made the whole planning process feel effortless and took a lot of the stress off our shoulders.

The food was amazing and generous, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to every detail. You can really tell the whole team knows exactly what they’re doing. Roma Receptions is a beautiful hall, but their manager Maria is a nightmare to deal with. She is dishonest and extremely difficult.I’ve never seen anyone like her in my life.

My advice to anyone considering this venue: be very patient, because she will stress you out more than your actual wedding. She only cares about money. Make sure to write down everything she says, because she changes her words every day. As your wedding approaches, she will change things at the last minute just to ask for extra money.

Another big issue is the price.what she tells you is not the same as what she tells other people. She changes her prices depending on who you are, and that is completely unfair.

For African clients especially, I do not recommend this place.they treat people with no respect, like they don’t matter. Please think twice before booking here, and you’ll thank me later.

On the positive side, Tony is a good guy and helpful, but Maria… I honestly don’t even have the right words to describe how bad she is.💔💔💔💔💔💔💔🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Do not have your wedding here. There will be 3 weddings happening at the same time in adjacent rooms. You will hear the music from these rooms bleeding in while you’re trying to enjoy dinner and speeches. Would not recommend

We had brunch here for Mother's Day. I was a bit skeptical about going as I don't generally like buffets but my experience here was very good. Well laid out. Nice venue. The buffet had a good variety of hot and cold food that was replenished regularly. The staff were excellent, too.

For the past few years (except for the pandemic) the Christmas reception of the non-profit organization, which my daughter belongs to, has been taking place at the Sala San Marco. I have nothing but good comments for this place. The reception room is beautiful and grand. The catering company used are excellent. The food is good and plentiful. Their real key assets are their staff who is very pleasant, professional, quick, polite and friendly. As you can see, the family has become a fan of the Sala San Marco.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding event on August 15 2020 at Sala San Marco.

Our event was amazing and beautiful. The staff were great and sufficient. Always made sure my guest were content and had everything they needed. Michel the wedding director was a great help during my wedding preparations and during the pendemic. She kept me up to date on the pandemic health and safety protocols and guest list.
The venue was A+ so was the food. The stuff chicken was delicious, the broccoli soup was very flavorful... It was just delectable 😊
My venue was well decorated and ready when I arrived. Was I ever happy. The bathrooms were always cleaned and checked every 5 minutes or so... Which to me, was very important during the covid 19.
My husband and I are so happy that we were able to celebrate our wedding at the Sala San Marco during this hard scary time but yet we were not going to let covid win. Every one followed the protocols and Sala San Marco made sure of it as well.

We rented the West Hall for my daughter's 1st birthday party on December 13th. The space was perfect for the number of guests we have. A sound system was in place and we were able to play some music of our choice from an iphone. Everyone had fun! There is a complimentary fridge, a stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cutleries, glasses and plates in the kitchen but we did not use any of those because we only stayed about 5 hours and we brought in all disposables for our party. It is a kid-friendly space and i highly recommend! I look forward to booking another event in the future!

Very convenient place to hold gatherings. Clean and spacious.

We rented the main hall, which was spacious and neat. It was big large enough to accommodate our event of 150-200 people, yet still affordable!

Although we didn’t use them, the options of having the kitchen stove and AV equipment are helpful if needed.

Shannon, our contact, was also extremely friendly and punctual when accommodating any questions during the entire process. Accessing the facility was also easy due to the detailed instructions provided.

Will definitely come back again!

Our seniors group meets here weekly. The building offers tables, chairs, a stage, and great kitchen facilities.

I rented the hall for my son's first birthday. At first I rented the small hall and as my guestlist grew I need a bigger place. Shannon, she is the Manager, she really help alot, and answer all my questions. If you have an event coming up contact Shannon! Thanks again Shannon.

Medieval Faire was amazing... again!!

Went for the Stampede. Lots of parking and they had wonderful staff driving the shuttles around if you didn't want to walk. Food was good and the drinks were pretty cheap. Worth driving out for.

Can I give less then 1 star?!!?!!! My post from Facebook was deleted by them! But again I'll explain, I bought tickets to see my husband do dulling wit the Bulls. And he bought a ticket to run with the Bulls. Then the event got cancelled and I don't get a refund and he doesn't wait either. Strathmore rodeo stole ours and a bunch of other people's money. I will never go back!

This is the only curling rink I've ever been in so I don't know that standard but this was pretty good

This is a nice rink for a small town. Everyone is friendly making it a comfortable place to go. They put on teaching classes for those willing or wanting to try the sport. Great way to meet people. The ice person does a good job making good fun ice. New cooking staff in the kitchen, the food is great, awesome brisket and wings among other things. I would go there just for the food if i did'nt love the sport. Too bad it's not open year round.

We were here on Nov 25/26. Food staff were friendly and all the snacks we had were prepared quickly & very tasty. The facility has everything one would want in a curling facility. We ESPECIALLY LOVED the cameras on both ends of the sheet & the ability of being able to toggle between the two. The team had fun and we hope to return again for another spiel.

Great establishment! You can rent this also for private events. Everyone is so welcoming 😁

Went to watch our niece Curl and maybe have a bite. Food was ok but took for what seemed forever. Kids looked like there were having fun.

Nice rinks. Big change rooms. Concession upstairs that serves alcohol. Nice heated seating area with lots of seats.

I've been on the road a couple days I wanted to stop for a shower only cost 2.75. Really nice staff really nice facility

I play shinny there. $5.50 for an hour and 15 minutes. They have shinny 4 times a week, check the web for details.

We decided to go watch some hockey and eat dinner here. The food was not good. I seen everyone else there bringing in food and I just assumed to save money. Guess I know for next time to bring outside food in. I recommend if you want more sales, get better food. This is sad since alot of families spend alot of money to have there kids in events there.

I planned my daughter’s function at estate and it was a beautiful experience! Jeet is the best hall manager there is! He is easy to deal with, very responsive, and over delivers on all his promises! I trusted him completely, with his competitive pricing and excellent execution in the food, hall, entertainment, sound and decor.

I wanted a children themed party, and he helped me organize a cotton candy stand, popcorn stand, two different styles of jumping castles, a ball pit and a magician! The children were thrilled and the adults were overjoyed!!

We received so many compliments throughout the night and afterwords too! The food and the organization were all excellent, all thanks to Jeet!

Highly recommend estate! Will always be using this hall moving forwards! 100/10

We recently hosted party at The Estate Banquet Hall, and it was nothing short of spectacular. We really thankfully for event coordinator ( Theepan ) to the final service was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The hall itself is stunning—spacious with elegant décor, beautiful lighting, and a versatile layout that accommodated our 200 guests comfortably. The staff ensured every detail was perfect, from the table settings to the seamless flow of the evening.

The catering was exceptional. Our guests raved about the variety and quality of the dishes, with fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. The beverage service was equally top-notch, with a great selection that kept everyone refreshed.
What truly stood out was the staff’s dedication. They handled last-minute changes with ease and made sure we felt supported throughout the event.

Valerie was a fabulous host! We had a bridal shower for our bride-to-be friend at the florist’s loft and we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for our event. We had barely any other decor since the space was already decorated so beautifully. Valerie was always ready to help with anything that we needed for our event. She responded very quickly and was very knowledgeable regarding any questions/concerns we had. We had a vision and Valerie & the florist’s loft helped us bring it to life. We would love to return to have another event there!

We had our wedding here at the end of May and it was the best day of our lives.
Everyone loved the uniqueness of the venue and Edward was there every step of the way to make sure that the day went great!

We decided to take a short walk around the corner to the from of Danforth Tech School for photos…highly recommend!

We got married here in August 2022, and had a wonderful time. Always a phone call away, and easy to coordinate with. We brought in our own food and they helped make it presentable, and helped move the furniture around between ceremony, dinner, and reception. My family could come in early and set up, and the staff helped with clean up (it was included in cost) and we could pick the extra supplies up the next day. On top of that, the venue is a beautiful space, our guests loved it, it is easy to find parking nearby. We could pick the colour of flowers that we wanted on the wall (we chose roses as seen in photos). It is also very affordable for being in the city, so it is easy if you live downtown to plan a wedding here! That being said, it is not a large space. We had approximately 55 people at our wedding and I'd say that was the max. We would have our wedding here again!

I had my wedding at The Florist Loft in May and it was the most beautiful thing ever! Like many, I did lots of research and went to go look at the place. Magda and Valerie are the new owners and from the first phone call, the ladies did such a great job at explaining the cost breakdown and they had a lot of connections with vendors and were super supportive with allowing me to bring in my own vendors. We brought in our own food, photobooth, late night waffle station, mocktail drinks!

I had my ceremony and reception at the Florist Loft. The transition from the ceremony to the reception went perfect. Valerie and her team did such a good job to stick to the timeline provided and the night went smooth.

We had a small micro wedding with 45~ guest and it was the perfect amount for us and the space.

The space alone is so beautiful and does not need much added!

It exceeded our expectations! The stunning and elegant setting, coupled with exceptional service, made our wedding day unforgettable. Customer satisfaction was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Magda and Val for being so patient and kind.

I recently had my baby shower here, and am incredibly disappointed at the lack of organization and communication on behalf of the coordinator. I grew increasingly concerned throughout the planning process, and it all came to a head the day of my event. My mother arrived at our designated time slot for set up to find the space full of people, and when she went in to ask what was going on, the coordinator was not even aware that our event was taking place that day. Somehow my baby shower, which I paid over $1,000 to have at the Vandenberg House, did not make it onto her calendar. Thankfully, after realizing that I had booked well in advance and paid in full, the coordinator ushered everyone out of the space and cleaned up just in time for my mother and friends to set up for the shower. Frustratingly, no apology was offered, and I have not heard from the coordinator at all since the event.

If you still decide to book in at the Vandenberg House despite the risk of working with this coordinator, I would give you one piece of advice in terms of capacity. The capacity for this venue is stated to be 28 people seated comfortably, which is kind of half the truth. This works if everyone is seated for the majority of the event, but if you will have people mingling or walking around, seats and tables for 28 leaves very little room for anyone to walk around. If you are planning an event for which you would like seating, and space to walk around, I would limit your guest count somewhere around 20 people. I had 27 guests (myself included), and everyone was bumping into each other and really struggling to navigate the space as we made our way from our seats to the food table, around for photos, etc.

Good luck! This is a beautiful and cozy venue, so if you're willing to be very diligent about calling the coordinator and following up, it may be worth the risk to book in.

The Vanderberg House is Toronto's best kept secret space for intimate gatherings; we hosted my best friends 30th birthday on November 11th 2022 and it was astonishingly breathtaking. Charming venue and a perfect place to host my baby shower! Christiane was so easy to work with and accommodated all our requests. The space itself was so versatile and it was easy to transform into our party vision. Unlike other venues in the city, the Vandenberg House was affordable and offered so many add on options to enhance the party. Christiane went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and was transparent about what was included from the start. I highly recommend and will likely return for my next event!

Our wonderful wedding planner, Kimberly from Envision Weddings + Events found the Vandenberg House 5 days prior to our wedding (due to our previous venue cancelling) and we thought it was perfect! Great central location, with an intimate and cozy charm. We had a very small ceremony and reception with 10 people total. Christiane was such a gracious event host, she always checked in and made sure we were comfortable, and she made sure we had everything we needed.

We had such a great experience, the only thing is I wish we found this venue sooner!! Thank you Christiane for your hospitality!

This accessible park is an excellent installation in NW Calgary.

☆accessible picnic tables (no one has to wheel up to sit on the end!)
☆accessible merry-go-round for two child sized mobility devices/chairs plus friends

The park is very engaging for 3 to 13 year olds, and offers lots of opportunities to for risky play in a safe setting. There are trees on the west side of the park and a water fountain has been installed. Tuxedo community Association has done an incredible job creating a unique style of park and we will return soon. All that is missing is the bathroom.

They have really nice beach volleyball courts that are well taken care of. The sign feels nice. Very nice green space on the side. Very good for picnics and hanging out with friends

We rented the lower hall for my brother's 50th birthday. It's an intimate celebration and the lower hall was perfect, both for the size and the budget. The place is very clean and easy to decorate. We love that there's 2 washrooms (separate from the upper hall), and its own kitchen too. The Smart TV was also perfect for our video presentations! You don't have to rent a projector :)
As the hall manager, Miliana was very accommodating and responds quickly to my emails.
We will keep this venue as an option for our future events!!

I will definitely rent again. Hall cair taker Violet supports very well and also other administration development persons do very well. Overall it's affordable and very good hall.

We booked the upper hall for a birthday party with 40 people. The entire process was a really good experience. Christina, hall rental manager, is super! She is very responsive and helpful. The day of the event the audio system was missing a cord and she had someone to bring us an extra in 15 mins after I texted her. The hall is very clean and everything in there works perfectly. Christina walked me through the details in the hall twice to make sure I am comfortable with everything. I definitely would go back there for my special events and highly recommend them.

Went to see a concert, it wasn't really well organized. It was extremely hot and almost impossible to get drinks

Hi , we celebrated my niece and daughter first communion on Saturday June 8,2019 and we were extremely happy with service from the booking to the night itself! Thank you so much Frank and your amazing team! The food and service was excellent, very attentive staff! Our guests were very pleased and we are happy to have shared this special day with an amazing establishment!

Riviera is always top quality, and affordable! They have kept the same chefs on staff which allows consistency in the quality. The owner Frank is a very respectable businessman, he keeps his word and works for you.

Our family has enjoyed many events here in the last 2 decades. Every time we go elsewhere we are always disappointed in some way.

I had my daughters communion party at Riviera this Saturday, June 8th the service, the food and staff was excellent , we were all very pleased. I also got married there 11 years ago and it never disappoints. Thank you for this wonderful experience keep up the great work 😊😊

Amazing experience with this place! They are professional, yet very caring to adjust their accomadations to fit your wedding needs and budget perfectly! From the experience I had shopping for halls they have the best presentation of the packages they offer. Clear and precise, with lots of photos and they know their food and menus well. We left our initial meeting with them, with no questions or confusion. You can clearly tell they have been in the business for a long time and have dedicated their work to accommodating the clientele. I highly recommend this hall! You won't be dissappointed.

We just celebrated our wedding at YMG and it was incredible! So much is included when you book the space, there is tons of room to have your ceremony, cocktail, and reception all in one place. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was - everything was smooth, on time, and everyone was professional and made our day so special. YMG 2 did a great job with the wedding of my son. The place was just right for 100 guests. Food was perfect. Lights and sounds were great! The service staff did a fantastic job of attending to all our needs. Washrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, our celebration was momentous!

We were so happy with our wedding at YMG! The food was amazing and the venue was beautiful. So many if our guests also commented on the great service throughout the meal. Sanath was our catering manager and made the entire planning process very smooth. He answered all of our questions and was able to accommodate our requests and last minute changes.

From start to finish, the attention to detail, incredible food, and flawless service truly exceeded our expectations. I recently attended an Iftar buffet at Astoria, priced at a steep $40 per person. While the organizers had advertised a tempting menu featuring Mansaf chicken, lentil soup, fattoush, hummus, fatteh, and kibbeh tray, the reality fell shockingly short.

The food quality was alarmingly subpar—closer to what you'd reluctantly accept from a $10 buffet, not something priced at four times that amount. Even more frustrating was the glaring lack of food: critical dishes vanished rapidly, leaving many guests, myself included, unable to even sample essentials like kibbeh or harissa. Instead of the usual two trays of the same item for a large gathering of people (>70 estimate), they had one tray, so also took forever to get the food (that was mostly gone) and it was stone cold by the time I was eating it.

The Mansaf chicken was frankly unacceptable—mostly plain rice sparsely garnished with tiny, pathetic slivers of chicken resembling leftover shawarma trimmings. The fattoush tasted stale and lifeless, and as for the fatteh, I managed only a smidge as we were forced to ration spoonfuls among us, desperately trying to salvage something from the situation—and even then, it was entirely devoid of protein. I filled up on Hummus and Baba Ghanoush (also ran out). I ate food maybe worth $8 in total.

Given the high price and the significance of the event, Astoria's performance was embarrassingly inadequate—easily the worst buffet experience I've ever had in Canada or anywhere else. Astoria urgently needs to reconsider its standards and show greater respect for its guests to avoid repeating such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I anticipate Astoria's response will simply dismiss this feedback, as they've done with other dissatisfied customers, implying somehow that all their customers are wrong and only the owners are correct.

By far the nicest looking venue in all of Calgary AB. I booked it for my reception early August. The owner Rana was very easy to work with. The contract was easy to understand and the food was phenomenal! And there was someone at the reception watching over us to make sure we had everything we needed without interrupting us. We highly recommend this venue.

This hall is very beautiful and big inside, it has a lot of parking. It's close to the main road McKnight and deerfoot Road.

The worst dining experience we've ever had! We attended the Egyptian community iftar at Astoria, advertised as an open buffet—which typically means plentiful food with continuous refills. However, once the trays were empty, they were never refilled. When we addressed the issue, the owner kept blaming the organizer, claiming they agreed on the menu. But did they also agree to starve the guests and not refill the food?

After speaking with the organizers, we discovered the truth: it was entirely Astoria's negligence. This restaurant clearly doesn't care about its reputation or providing quality service to the community. They assumed people wouldn't speak up, but now all families are ready to share their terrible experience.

Instead of deflecting blame, Astoria should have taken responsibility and apologized for their poor service. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and the damage to their reputation is well-deserved. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and dignity.

I just hosted my son's baptism at Casa Receptions and we had a great experience. Pamela and Peter are very accommodating and dedicated to a personalized experience. They helped me with so many decisions from beginning to end and were so so so helpful. The halls are so beautiful even with minimal decoration and the food was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend it!!!

We recently hosted our twin girls’ First Communion celebration at Casa Receptions, and it was absolutely lovely! The venue itself is beautiful – so many of our guests commented on how elegant and welcoming the space was.
The food was outstanding, especially the calamari – it was a big hit with everyone! The location is convenient, with a parking lot and easy access, which made things even smoother for our guests.
We loved that you can bring your own wine and alcohol (with a liquor license), and we were able to set up our own dessert table and decorations, which gave it such a personal touch.
If you're looking for a flexible, beautiful, and well-managed venue for a family celebration, I highly recommend Casa Receptions!

We have done SO many events at this venue and each time, the service has been absolutely impeccable! The entire staff, down to the management, the waiters, the cooks, etc.. I recommend Casa Reception for your weddings here as it is very beautiful place to get Married, So much space in each room, our room was perfect for 67 people and affordable to rent 😊 You can also rent for birthdays, anniversary, any kind of special occasions they will agree to you and very affordable place. I highly recommend to rent Casa Reception. Everyone loved it plus their food is very delicious 😋 🥰

Booked my son's 3rd birthday at this location and it went great! Communication was great, staff is SUPER friendly, key exchange was easy, overall a great expertise will utilize this space in the future! Price was very fair as well!

Went to their Winter Fest so it was all outdoors. We came an hour before it was over and they'd run out if hot chocolate and there were only 2 sleigh rides left so we were lucky to get one. Definitely be back earlier next year as it was really nice, but if you're going till a certain time, have all the features till the end as there were some families that turned up in the last hour and it was all done.

I had a really good experience with the staff at the Crossroads Community Association. They were pleasant to work with. The space I set-up in was clean, as were the washrooms. The food was excellent and parking was very convenient for me to unload directly into the room where I was to be performing. No pressure to pack up quickly and leave, I do appreciate that.

We recently celebrated my parents' 25th wedding anniversary at the Dover Community Hall, and it was absolutely amazing!
From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Amanda was incredible to deal with during the booking process — she answered all our questions quickly and made everything so easy for us.

The hall itself was perfect for our event — clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. Renting the downstairs venue is such a wicked deal for the price!

A huge thank you as well to our bartender, who was fantastic all evening! The drinks were so reasonably priced, and the service was outstanding. Everyone had a wonderful time and kept mentioning how great the venue and staff were.

We highly recommend Dover Community Hall for any event!

Never been inside the building but almost killed myself in their icy sidewalk yesterday afternoon.

We had a great time skating here! The ice was decent and it wasn't crowded at around noon on the weekend. There was a few guys playing hockey but they were very respectful of us and others that were there for skating only.

We went for a skate at night. Pretty decent ice and the nets were out. Almost no one was there, but they turn the lights off at 9:45pm. They should definitely look into keeping them on longer. If you’re looking to skate later, Southview has lights until 11

A decent and quite graceful place for organizing any kind of events. Lights are good and so does the seating arrangements. You can get the good vibes upon entrance which is equally beautiful and does take a lot of attention. Stage is well centred and being a photographer serves as a perfect place for taking nice shots. Quite spacious and would be great for booking for any event. Great venue and kudos team Jubilee Banquet and Event Center.

We hosted a fundraiser Iftaar at Jubilee recently and it was an incredible experience! The owners made sure to help make it as smooth an experience as possible, worked with all our needs, and beat our expectations with the decor - the guests continue to extend their kind remarks and are excited to attend the event again! The owners were consistently available and working with us, along with recommending how to better execute the event, and we couldn't be happier to have hosted the event with them. We will definitely be back here for future events :)

Decoration is too good as well as lightning and food they served are much better than I expected to be.

We had our henna night here back in April, and it was absolutely magical! The owners were so easy to work with, they did everything as we asked, they worked with us on our budget and went above and beyond everything we asked. The food was the highlight of the night. There was not a single person that didn't praise the food! It was amazing, we ended up ordering dinner from the caterer multiple times since our event. Thank you to the amazing team at Jubilee for making our event amazing.

We had our party on December 10. The hall is absolutely stunning. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Amazing appetizers with beautiful presentation. Main course was also very delicious. Talked with the owner briefly and she was so welcoming. This is an amazing place to do an event. 100 percent recommend. Decorations were really creative and lovely. Best banquet hall in town. Thank you for your hospitality!

Food was pretty good. Problem is, the party was too big for this venue and they had to put people in a room that is away from the actual party. So in the end you don't really feel like you are apart of the party. I've been to many workplace parties where they pick venues so that everyone can sit in the same room. This place caters to smaller sized parties. I suppose this place was once sufficient for the place I work at, but it seems like the company has outgrown this venue now! Mushrooms with cheese and Salmon was amazing. Same with the avacado, egg and cheese mixture! Staff wasn't too friendly and seemed hesitant to bring out the food that was on other tables. Seemed like our table had to beg to get dinner brought out to the table!

I was here a few weeks ago for a friends wedding.
The reason for the 3 stars was because of the tables and decor.
We had absolutely no room on our table because it was filled with so much food. Our plates could hardly fit and it made eating difficult. There was plastic covering all on the food as well and it was taken off super late. It just seemed unorganized.

The decor is pretty out dated. Some new curtains and paint to liven up the place would be sooo beneficial.

The servers and bartenders were great however. Most of what we ate was good and the food decorations (see picture) was a cute touch.

This place has been around for many years. I'm in my forties now and I clearly remember going to know price events and occasions back in my early twenties.
When judging the food at a party, it's important to take into account what food package the host has ordered. I've been to this place numerous times on the food did great or okay. This time it was okay. But I don't think it has anything to do with the place as I had amazing food here as well it's just for this party that we went do I'm assuming the host didn't get the deluxe menu.
The entertainment this good they cater to all cultures and ethnicities. I would recommend this place as I think there's something for everyone and the venue is relatively large.

The team was friendly and welcoming, and the event hall was spacious enough for the concert I attended. I’m looking forward to returning for another show!

This was the second year that CEMA had their awards at the NEV. I was impressed the first time and so please we decided to come back in 2016. Last night was magical and I loved the event so much.

Nice little venue for personal parties and birthdays. I booked this place for my daughter’s birthday party. The hall itself is spacious and beautiful designed . Customer service and food was outstanding. I highly recommend this place .

First time trying this restaurant and like always I'm on the haunt for the best Chicken Biriyani. I've only ordered a Chicken Biriyani and it was overall really good and authentic Biriyani, rice, blend of spices, chicken was fresh and tender, portion was generous but my only complaint wasn't the Chicken Biriyani itself but the price of it, overall great experience would go back forsure

We had a family wedding here and unfortunately our experience was quite awful. Both the event venue and restaurant staff is poorly trained, inefficient and downright lazy. They really need to work on their customer service and management. The manager/owner himself did not follow our requests and instructions, and the same can be said about the staff. To begin with, they did not provide our decorator with the correct size of the stage platform; we had requested and paid the decorator for a large stage. The manager didn’t bother to communicate this critical information to his staff & they set up a stage less than half the size our decorator needed. This error was not corrected at any point and we ended up with a really small stage for the event. We had requested quite a few specific things regarding the table setups, all of which were ignored by the manager, he did not bother to instruct his staff. For the ambience, we needed warm white lights but that was ignored too & they turned on blue LED lights. Furthermore, the staff kept turning down the overhead lighting & we had to request them multiple times to turn them back on because our photographer & videographer didn’t have enough light to work with. We had requested for drinks to be available for guests both inside the hall & outside especially when they first arrived, but they ignored this request as well. Drinks were only available with the dinner buffet for a limited time. Guests who requested coffee were served cold coffee. The bride and groom and the head tables were not served food at their tables, they were expected to serve themselves from the buffet. The staff pretty much destroyed and stole our massive 3-tier wedding cake and then proceeded to lie about it when we asked them to pack our cake which we had paid for and ordered from a separate vendor. Most of our guests did not even get to taste the cake. These are some of the specific points I remember, but in general we are highly disappointed with our experience and would advise people to avoid booking at this event venue. As for the restaurant downstairs, the staff is quite rude and expect really small portions for what you order. We will not be returning to dine at the restaurant nor ordering anything from them in the future.

EDIT: We did take this matter up with both the owner and management. However, nothing was done about it, which is why we decided to post this review. Hopefully it will be helpful to anyone planning to host their special day at this venue.

We had a great experience at Olympia( Wedding/July12) . The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic. A big thank you to Mimi , who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the event. Also the manager and the owner , was vert accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended for any event - Abby

We rented this place for my husband and I's wedding the 21/09/2024 and it was the best decision we made cause it was more than what we expected! Like in the princess movies ✨ Sophie did an amazing job to exceed our expectations. It was wonderful ✨ Great service, amazing food, the decorations, waw, no words. This venue was, by far, the worst I have ever attended. The food was boderline disgusting and lacked any sense of quality or care. The entire place was extremely dirty—the ceiling looked as if coffee had been splashed across it, covered in unsightly brown stains.

The service was appalling. The staff clearly had no understanding of customer service; they simply dropped the food in front of guests with no courtesy, professionalism, or basic etiquette. To make matters worse, the venue offered no private suite or designated space for the bride and groom, which is unacceptable for any event space claiming to host weddings or formal functions.

I would never return to this venue under any circumstances, not even if the event were free.
