I had my Brunch Wedding at Prima Luna on September 14th 2025.We had the ceremony in the tent that followed with the wedding venue inside.
The food was impeccable & Delicious.
Andrea,Robert and Stefania did and amazing job with the menu selections and ensuring all was set up correctly.Johhny our maître D did a fantastic job keeping the staff aligned.Overall my wedding venue was stress free, delicious and all I expected and more.

Attended a business lunch which stretched until 2:30 on a Wednesday and still had a surprising amount of patrons!
The food (rabbit) was absolutely delicious as well as the dessert. Service was spot on with a knowledgeable waiter making great recommendations. Too bad I am rarely in the East End of town.

Terrible experience, service was awful, they were removing stuff from the table when we were still eating (silverware, etc) like they wanted us to get out fast. On top of it they charge $7 PER bottle of water (750 ml) with no option for tap water saying it’s the policy. Absolutely no reason to ever go back. We were there for well over 4 hours for a party of 10 rarely having anyone check in at the table unless is to remove silverware while still eating. And last but not least, the terminal for payment offers tip option 15% 18% and 20% but on the price with taxes which is illegal in Quebec since may 2025. Manager is rude and no class won’t listen to its customer , yells and threatens to call police on them. What a huge disappointment NEVER AGAIN

Very beautiful restaurant, cozy ambiance and very professional staff. Went with colleagues for lunch and the service was impeccable. Definitely a go to if you want to bring customers for lunch, or family for souper.

I decided to try the wednesday all you can eat sushis night! I will say first the vibe and service is great! They even have a DJ. Sadly the sushis was tasteless... for an expensive famous place like this, I was expecting better food.

We went for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Our server, Jose, was delightful and attentive. The food was amazing, and the drinks were just as impressive. We’ll definitely be coming back for future occasions!

The service and atmosphere at this restaurant are exceptional. For mains, I tried their pizza diavola and fish tacos. The pizza was slightly soggy but still delicious and the burrata (extra $8) ended up being a nice addition. The tacos were really average though; I genuinely think it lacked proper spices, and just didn't have that kick. Overall a good experience though, and its great that they're open until late when other restaurants in the area close early.

Prova at the Delta has been our go-to spot for the past three years—and for good reason! The service is consistently outstanding, especially during happy hour, which is a great value.

Sofia, Ricardo and Pooja are absolute gems—Sofia, in particular, is amazing at what she does. She handles larger groups with ease and always makes us feel welcome and well taken care of. Her professionalism and warm personality are a big part of why we keep coming back.

Don’t leave without trying the desserts—they’re incredible! Highly recommend Prova for anyone looking for good food, top-tier service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food option is good. They have a lot of healthy options. We ordered CRISPY CHICKPEA & QUINOIA SALAD with Salmon and MAHI MAHI. Both taste good. Seasoning is good too. Service is ok.

The food and service is always spectacular I've been staying in the Delta hotel for over 2 months, and Jose and Sophia and all the other staff have been nothing but a god send. This restaurant is one of the best parts of my day.

As I step into the restaurant at the Sofitel Hotel “Renoir”, I’m thinking wow, nice upscale restaurant, and when I think of upscale restaurants, I think amazing service, amazing atmosphere and most of all amazing food. Well….. yes some parts of Renoir were great like the server we had was nice, polite and took to our every need, but I don’t know if she was fairly new because I found she did not know her menu very well. The atmosphere was nice, well cleaned and not so loud. We could talk to each other without yelling which was nice. Now brings me to the food. Now I love food, and no I’m not a professional food connoisseur, but I do work in a kitchen and feel I know what people are looking for, well I know what I am looking for. Let’s start with the appetizers and the amuse bouch. A corn soupish with edible flowers and some crunchy things was tasty and worth having again. Very flavourful and not too big as to fill you for your appetizers and meal. Next the appetizer, Quebec’s tomato gazpacho ricotta espuma with basil oil. This was by far the best thing I ate at Renoir. The flavour and aroma was on point. First time I ate gazpacho and now I’m hooked, so thank you for that. Then comes the main course. Let’s just say after eating the gazpacho I was a little disappointed. The amount of food for the price. Yes it was duck and sure I expected to pay a bit more for duck but what I received was surprisingly small. So then you expect it to be amazing in flavour, well sorry to disappoint you it was just ok. And what’s up with the leaf roll. I found does not match the story going on the plate. So let’s move to dessert. If I understand correctly they have a baker in the kitchen and the cakes are made in house. I ordered the pistachio cake, very nice light and tasty. Has raspberry inside. Very good. All in All not a horrible experience. But I will mention it took very long to get the food from the kitchen to the table and it was not a busy Sunday by any means.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I went yesterday for the Easter brunch and the food was amazing. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and was brought to each section and told what foods I could eat and even had a dessert specially made for me which was AMAZING! Great food and friendly staff, thank you!

I was there for breakfast and food was amazing. The service was incredible and it is a very quiet atmosphere.

September 2025 update: Dined here many times and always a great experience. Food is always well prepared and service is top notch. The renovations completed earlier in 2025 definitely adds a luxurious ambiance to the experience.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Great ambience and food was excellent. Service was outstanding and the pace in which each plate was brought out was just right. Very nice wine selection and the mixed drinks were also properly done, as one should expect for a fine dining type establishment.

We managed to get in just before closing the lunch shift. Amazing food, service and atmosphere! Beautiful plates

Salmon appetizer was well presented and flavourful. Duck main was pretty good, especially with the sauce. Basil cornetto was delicious, sweet and herbal, creamy and crunchy. Arianna cocktail was was well balanced.
Polite, efficient service.
Decor was a little simple for a high end restaurant. Uninspired music choice as well, basically waiting room music.

Empty restaurant on a Friday night and no wonder! Our waitress was really off with the service. We began with a glass of wine and I have never been somewhere they fill it so low 😐. Then we got a bottle, they didn’t even offer to carafe it. Bread was charged and it took 15 minutes to bring it. I asked if I could have my beef well done and she said there is only one way the chef will cook it. The risotto wasn’t tender. If you want pepper, they give you a small diner style pepper mill to DIY. All around bad….. food wasn’t good- really mediocre and it’s supposed to be high end. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

Just the best Italian restaurant in Montreal. I have been going to this restaurant for business lunches for the past 5 years and they continue to impress me.
Although far from your traditional Italian restaurant, they food selection and quality is unmatched.

Food was exceptional.. we were able to get 1/2 price apps and cocktails before 7pm. Our main meal was amazing !! Wine so nice. We would recommend 10/10. We also got a surprise it was our wedding anniversary last week and asked if we were celebrating anything, we said our anniversary last week and they brought us dessert!!

We went for the 5-7pm happy hour which was well worth it (half price appetizers + $12 cocktails)!

The tuna crudo was the star of the evening, but I really enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and beef tartare as well. The skillet mac n cheese was also surprisingly very good, with quality cheese. Our server (unfortunately did not get her name!) was warm and friendly without being overbearing, much appreciated on a weekday evening after work!

Their patio is beautiful and located in the back of the restaurant, so there is minimal noise from the street.

This place is classy, elegant, chic. This place is absolutely top tier in every sense. The music, the atmosphere, the food, the service. Came here to celebrate my 6 year anniversary with my wife and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to come to, they even surprised us with a small little happy anniversary dessert. The drinks are top level, the food is absolutely delicious and the hostess/waitress was amazing. Definitely planning to make this our go to for all our special occasions.

I had the most incredible experience at Somewhere Dine Bar, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect—chill, relaxing, and oh-so-inviting, with its cozy lighting and stylish ambiance. It was the ideal spot to celebrate my boyfriend and my anniversary, and the staff made us feel so special from start to finish.
The food? Absolutely out of this world! We indulged in a meal that was nothing short of amazing. The steak was the highlight—hands down the best I’ve ever had! Cooked to perfection with incredible flavor, it was tender, juicy, and simply to die for. The sides, including the delicious fries, complemented it beautifully. But the real surprise came when they brought out a stunning cheesecake for our anniversary, beautifully decorated with “Happy Anniversary” written in red sauce, topped with fresh strawberries and edible flowers, and even a sparkling candle for that extra touch of magic. Staff were very friendly. Went during happy hour which is 5-7pm, and the appetizers were half off. This was nice, as I felt the food was overpriced for what we got. The food was just okay. Would not feel worth it if I had to pay the full price. The presentation was very nice, but it was just lacking flavour overall. Got the wagyu dumplings, truffle tuna crudo, Korean fried chicken, and the roasted broccolini. The drinks were very good!

Came here for dinner with a friend! We had a great time. Fantastic drinks and food!
I had the raspberry sangria and my friend had the strawberry rhubarb smash to drink. We shared their whipped ricotta and charcuterie as well.
The environment was very clean and not very loud or busy, we arrived at 7pm on a Friday.
Perfect spot to get away from the crowded downtown restaurants and still have that luxury experience!!!

I was looking for a nice lunch and found Sage & Co. on Google Maps. It’s inside the Delta Hotel, and despite the hotels concrete brutalist outside, it is bright and updated inside. A few steps through the lobby leads you into Sage & Co. an open bright restaurant. With seating that includes bar, high and low tables, and booths it is a welcoming atmosphere. I ate the beef dip and mixed greens along with the house white wine. The baguette is fresh, the meat is tender and the dip has a lovely hint of rosemary. Mixed greens have a nice acidic flavour with pickled onions and yummy cucumbers when cherry tomatoes. There could be more meat in the sandwich but it is still delicious. You can have a conversation with your lunch mates as the music is soft and quiet enough to hear each other. Come on by and give it a try!

This restaurant is nestled in the lobby of the hotel behind a bar, it's fine enough but there is nothing special about it and the atmosphere is brightly lit. The food is decent enough I had the fish n chips, and they looked quite large but the amount of batter far exceeded the actual meat of the fish. For dessert I had the creme brulee, they put it in too shallow of a dish, it should be smaller and deeper as there was no depth to the dessert. Presentation of the food came out well put together. The service was alright, nothing to write home about, they did their jobs, I didn't feel like they exceeded the base standard though. I would say if you are staying here and don't want to drive anywhere this option will do just fine.

Excellent and personalized service. Have been there a few times for brunch when in town and the food is decent. They don't have much variety of teas. Coffee is good. Last time in, tried the avocado bread and was quite disappointed. The avocado is not fresh. It tasted like store bought guacamole with a strong fake taste. The toast was soaked, not crispy. The presentation is beautiful though. Friends tried the mushroom omelet and another dish and they were very satisfied.

Love that atmosphere. Good place to hang out in downtown Toronto. I would definitely recommend.Im looking forward to try the omelet. Heard a lot of good reviews from others. Looking forward to my next visit.

Came here for a group event and want to first point out the atmosphere, view, and services were exceptional. Beautiful city view especially during the sunset and evening. The food, however, was a bit more on the mediocre side. The salad and salmon lacked the flavors I was expecting. The braised short rib, though, was really good. At the start, it was a bit on the bland side, but with a little bit of salt the flavor were significantly elevated. The texture was amazing that it simply melts in your mouth. It was definitely the highlight dish of the evening. The crème brûlée was rather sour, but quickly acquired to be rather tasty. We had an open bar which was great, but the alcohol felt diluted. Overall, great experience and still a wonderful restaurant.

This was my first time at Stratus and the experience there was just amazing. I was welcomed by a very friendly hostess, who was delighted to greet us and take us to our table right by the window with a spectacular view of the downtown skyline from the 36th floor.

I ordered the salmon tartar, and the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. The salmon was so smooth and silky with flavors that made my taste buds dance. For my main course, I ordered the roast duck which I believe is the best roast duck I’ve ever tasted. The chef in this restaurant clearly knows what they are doing, as everything tasted just wonderful.

If you’re looking for a great dining experience in an upscale Cosmopolitan setting with an amazing menu, then I highly recommend Stratus.

We had our wedding reception at the Stratus restaurant with 45 guests and used the back two rooms of the restaurant. We had the absolute best time of our lives at our wedding. Working with Samantha was very easy and all of her recommendations were very helpful and made the night go so smooth. Having Nicole on the night of the wedding as our coordinator and bartender was perfect. She was extremely friendly and attentive to myself and my husband. They also did an an outstanding job setting up, I gave very little direction but they made my decor look stunning. The service was also amazing. Even during the night I was getting a lot of compliments on the venue, service, food and speeches, etc.

Delicious lunch and beautiful place! Had the pleasure of dining here and was pleasantly satisfied with their duck confit. Exactly what you expect - crispy skin, tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and well-paired with the braised purple cabbage. Beautiful dish. Our visit was a business lunch but I’d really like to take my family and friends here. This place offers a very good view of the city as well. Suffice to say, I very much enjoyed the overall dining experience. Worth a visit!

Had a fantastic meal at Albion Rooms! I ordered the crab cakes and crudités—both were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The service was first rate—attentive without being overbearing—and the cozy atmosphere made the whole experience even better. A real gem. Would definitely recommend!

Food is delicious, so are the cocktails and wine selection. Sea scallops with barley risotto were amazing. We also appreciated that music wasn’t too loud.

Stopped by The Albion Rooms Restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. The coffee was great, and the service was warm and attentive. A nice spot to relax and would definitely come back again.

Must try ! We came for the new years menu. We were staying in the hotel and initially thought the restaurant was very small. However, there is a whole other side impecably laid out with views to the city streets. Service was smooth, and the food was to die for. On the pricier side. But it's so worth it. We also had breakfast in the morning. Fantastic food and a great iced americano. Definitely recommend.

My experience was 50% hit and 50% miss.
Had the supreme chicken and scallop risotto. The supreme chicken was excellent, highly recommend. Juicy and flavourful. But the scallops were terrible. Didn’t like the flavours and parts of the dish felt both overcooked and undercooked.

What a fabulous team dinner for 7 of us to celebrate our great work! Everything was wonderful but the focaccia was unbelievably crisp and flavorful. The octopus was perfectly tender. Everyone loved the strip loin and my lobster pasta was amazing! Thank you for a great night!

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Chase, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more incredible experience. From start to finish, the entire events team was so thorough, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every detail was perfect — a special shoutout to Kelly, who was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process.

One of the things that made our day feel so special was the attentive service. My husband and I even had our own dedicated waiter, who made sure we always had a drink in hand and didn’t miss out on any of the amazing food. It allowed us to relax and really enjoy every moment.

And the food… it was absolutely delicious! We worked closely with the team at The Chase to create a menu that felt personal to us, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Our guests are still raving about how incredible everything tasted. So many people told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.

To top it all off, we danced the night away under the twinkling patio lights, which created the most magical atmosphere and the perfect ending to a perfect day.

The restaurant sits on the top floor of the building, and it’s absolutely beautiful. There’s a stylish indoor lounge, a sleek bar, and a rooftop patio that feels perfect for a night out. Even on a summer evening, the space feels fresh and welcoming, with just the right amount of buzz.

We started with white wine and cocktails.; couldn’t pass up on the fabulous patio vibes.

We ordered Summerlicious menu. The appetizers were great start to our meal. “Baby Gem Salad” was fresh with a nice dressing. “Beef Carpaccio” and “Bigeye Tuna” were full of flavours.

For entrée, “Wagyu Beef Coulotte” and “Pacific Halibut” were our favourites; well cooked and paired with sauces. The “Canestri Cacio e Pepe” was fine, but didn’t stand out as much.

For dessert, we went with ”Sticky Toffee Pudding” and “White Chocolate and Summer Melon”. The pudding was the highlight, and they even added a candle to celebrate our friend’s birthday; a sweet touch from the lovely staff.

Probably the best rooftop patio in the financial district / downtown core. They are known for it. Perfect on a summer night to enjoy breeze and the lights coming from the nearby office towers. Food is on the expensive side, but expected given the location and patio. Lots of seafood options on the menu and everything was delicious. Banana cream pie was probably the best I’ve ever had.

Came here with my partner and close friends of ours to celebrate my birthday, we had a great time to say the least! The waitstaff and management were extremely attentive, they did frequent check-ins to ask how our food was or if there was anything else we needed. The waitstaff also did great with answering any questions we had about the menu and asked if we had any dietary restrictions. Ambiance, felt like a modern fine dining experience to us that didn't break the bank and we loved the overall decor and lighting. They had surprised me with a candle on my dessert, I was not expecting that because I didn't specifically include in my reso that we were celebrating a birthday, just a special occasion so I don't know how they pulled that off but it was a very nice surprise. In terms of food, everything arrived warm, the focaccia was a great shareable option. We also liked the crab avocado appetizer it was fresh and light. We also decided to try the fried cauliflower appetizer but it wasn't a favourite of ours because the cauliflower were a little soggy, though this could have been because of the sauce that was drizzled on top. Our friend had the veal and they said it was super tender, it looked really good so will have to try that next time we come back. My partner had the miso cod which he found to be very flavourful. I had the grilled branzino, which was delicate tasting. I wished the Branzino was as savoury as the Miso cod but it was still tasty overall. The desserts were also really good, our friends chose the chocoloate cake and my partner and I shared the sticky toffee pudding. For drinks, we tried the framboise and the espresso martini. Both drinks were delicious, the framboise was especially refreshing. We didn't see a whisky on their drinks menu which was something my partner was looking for but overall a 10/10 dining experience, and I would recommend The Chase to others. Thanks again especially to the waitstaff for making our night so memorable!

We’re staying in Westin for a week and for the past couple of days we came here just for cocktails. They were amazing every time. Today we finally had the chance to sit down for a full dining experience and the food was every bit as incredible as the cocktails.

We started with the oyster and shrimp cocktail as appetizers. Both were very refreshing and fresh. For mains, my husband had the tuna and I ordered the prawns and scallops. Both dishes were excellent, but I especially loved the prawns and scallops. The scallops were cooked perfectly, melting in your mouth and pairing beautifully with the sauce. The flavors struck a wonderful balance between the natural seafood taste and the sauce.

For dessert, we tried the sorbet trio with lemon, mango, and raspberry. I especially enjoyed the lemon and raspberry for their refreshing sourness, while my husband preferred the mango as he is not a fan of sour flavors.

The cocktails we had tonight were not quite as outstanding as usual, but still very enjoyable. Overall, this restaurant is a gem. If you are staying in Western or even just passing through, it is definitely worth a visit.

We absolutely loved the food at the Shore club. The short rib is to die for, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. They also surprise you with an amuse bouche which we appreciated. The service however was not on par with the rest. We had to ask for our wine which arrived well after our appetizers, and the server didn't ask us of we wanted bread or not. The timing of the dinner service was off unfortunately because of those small but important details.

I came here for a work dinner a few months ago and it was delicious! The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. The vibe as nice not too fancy but not casual either. The perfect medium :) I will come back when I am in Ottawa next.

Amazing steakhouse that offers high quality meats and seafood in an intimidate setting. The New York striploin was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the chimichurri sauce. The bread and butter were heavenly, the butter did not even need a knife and could be dipped like a sauce. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the interior is beautifully decorated.

I celebrated my birthday party at this restaurant and my experience was nothing short of fantastic!

I had initially made a reservation for 15 people but I needed to increase the reservation to 17 people so I called back and the staff I spoke with said there was no problem. I then called again to reconfirm my reservation 2 days before the event and was told my reservation wasn’t updated so I spoke to a manager (Mercedes) who was such a sweetheart about it! Mercedes explained that the maximum allowed in the dining room was 15 (this wasn’t communicated previously) but they made accommodations to accept my request.

Fast forward to the day of the dinner, Sorel was our server and he was sooooooo lovely and patient considering my party did not all arrive at the same time so we placed our orders separately. The team did a great job still ensuring our meals all came out at about the same time.

Some of the meals we had included the lobster bisque, boneless short rib, 28oz porter house steak, shrimp, lobster, mashed potatoes, original fries and onion rings. Every item was a 10/10 except the seafood items solely because of their portions (which is normal I suppose). The onion rings also seemed too oily.

To top it off, the offered the celebrant (me) birthday dessert on the house 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Overall, The Shore Club was a great option for food and customer service! I’ll DEFINITELY be going back

I enjoyed my dinner at ALE last night. The covered patio was toasty, comfortable, and lit beautifully when the light began to fade. Our waitress was attentive and upbeat and the food was delicious. Get the Ginger Spice Cake for dessert.

We got married at ALE in September 2024, and we can't thank this venue enough for making our day absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. First off, Ben is an absolute ALL-STAR when it comes to every little detail on your big day. He’s there every step of the way—holding your dress, fetching water, assisting with photos, answering questions, directing guests—you name it, he does it. His dedication made such a difference, and we truly couldn’t have asked for better support. The entire ALE team was an absolute pleasure to work with—attentive, kind, and incredibly organized. They handled everything, from the stunning decor to the delicious food, making the entire planning process stress-free. Our wedding had about 80 guests for dinner, plus 20 more in the evening, and the venue was the perfect size for our group. A huge bonus is that it’s located on a gorgeous golf course—they even close off a hole so you can take sunset photos! The garden ceremony space was equally stunning, creating the most beautiful backdrop for our vows. If you’re looking for a venue that truly takes care of everything and makes your wedding day magical, ALE is the place. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

There is so much I could say about how happy we are with our wedding at ALE in June 2025. Leading into a wedding there is so many causes of stress. From finding vendors and organizing the timing for when to have things ready and ensure they are setup on time. The team you have behind you on your wedding day sets the tone for how the day will be. The team at ALE offers so much support and that team starts with Ben.

Ben is a man of many hats, following our wedding I don't know what I should call him: Wedding planner? DJ? Bartender? Friend? Our wedding went perfectly and we were able to focus on the day, and just be present and enjoy it. So much of that is attributable to Ben. His care and his attention to detail truly ensured everything went smoothly. Ben was always 3 steps ahead of us, ensuring everything stayed on time. He took the schedule in hand, wrangling family members, photoshoots and kept everyone where they had to be when they had to be there. We were able to focus on the wedding and simply enjoy our day. Ben made sure we had moments to just enjoy ourself, enjoy our food, and be free from the pressure.

ALE itself is a beautiful venue. The golf course offers the versatility to take photos in many equally beautiful locations. For golden hour photos, there is no better setting then an empty gold course, with flowers and lakes to be next to. The kitchen and all of its staff showed so much care in preparation of all our food and appetizers. As we had several guests with dietary restrictions like celiac and nut allergies, it can always be stressful to find the right place. We never had a single concern as they were attentive to all the details leading up to the wedding. The bar offered great cocktail options for cocktail hour and fantastic service and efficiency all throughout the night!

A team with a great leader is still never successful without a great supporting cast to back them up. Credit to all of the staff at ALE who treated everyone with respect and were friendly, quick and helped make our day perfect! Thank you all so much! Ben is very thoughtful and calming, took care of much of the planning and was very accommodating with our humble budget.

The food was great, the staff was attentive, and the space was beautiful. We're not getting married again, but if we were, we'd be returning customers!

ALE is an amazing restaurant, and also a wonderful wedding venue. My spouse and I had our wedding in October 2024, and the experience was everything we could have hoped for. As vegans something we valued was a completely vegan wedding, but even our non vegan guests had a blast! We would highly recommend for a night out or for a special event!

We had our wedding at Archeo this past weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to bring our vision to life! The outdoor courtyard was beautiful, the indoor space elegant, and the service impeccable. Special shout-out to our event specialist Melissa and event supervisor Sushant for all their help and expertise!! 10/10 would recommend Distillery Events :)

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Archeo! Danielle and the entire team made us feel so welcomed and confident that we would have an amazing day - and she was right! We ended up having our ceremony and dinner inside during November and it was the most beautiful and intimate evening. The dinner staff were so accommodating and attentive, the room was flipped quickly between ceremony and reception, and the food was amazing. We cannot recommend Archeo enough!

We had the best wedding day at Archeo. We wanted a unique, cozy venue and this was perfect. Olivia was a dream to work with from start to finish. She helped answer hundreds of questions, met up with us to do multiple walk throughs and went above and beyond. The venue staff and servers on the day were also wonderful. The patio for our first dance was a dream and the space was truly perfect. The food was delicious (mushroom pasta and mini corn dogs get a special mention). The martinis and margaritas were a bit hit. 10/10 venue, highly recommend.

I have photographed a few weddings at Archeo now and I can truly say, what a great experience!!!! Aside from it being a photographers dream in terms of access to the area, the food is amazing and everyone is always super helpful with logistics on the day of. I have photographed a ton of weddings and Archeo has to be one of my favourites.

I was part of a wedding at Archeo in Sept 2022. I am lucky enough to have been at this wedding venue multiple times as a wedding photographer. It is definitely one of my favourite Toronto spots. Not only is the ceremony and reception location stunning the rest of the Distillery District offers many great spots for family, wedding party and couple photos. Obviously the Distillery District can be very busy but it's not so bad that you can't create great photos (unless during Christmas Market season). Also, the outdoor ceremony location is closed off from the public so you get the look of the district and complete privacy. In my opinion, to make a venue truly great you need fantastic food on top of atmosphere and awesome service staff. I have been to many a venue and most fail in food quality. Being a restaurant Archeo goes above and beyond in this area. The food looks and tastes amazing. Even the vegetarian options! Every wedding I have attended here has been gorgeous, intimate and so much fun. Can't wait to be back!

Really good experience! One of the best things about this place was the interior. It’s well/ designed and spacious so you don’t feel cramped like a pack of sardines while trying to eat. You can have a nice meal and have an actual conversation without either yelling and/or feeling like you’re telling the strangers next to you all about your business. It also seems like the staff actually care about whether or not you have a good experience, which is nice. It’s hard to find a place that can create a nice atmosphere and make good food at the same time, but they did both!! ✨

We finally had a chance to come by for dinner and had a pretty good experience. We were seated promptly, though right in the aisle, so we asked to be moved. Thankfully, they had a number of other tables available.

We started with the calamari, which was quite tasty. They are more similar to the Chinese salt and pepper squid versus the rings you'd normally see. I appreciated this style more because the batter stayed on, was crispy, and well seasoned. We also enjoyed the bits if fried onions that came with it. Definitely recommend.

For mains, we got the Campanelle and Roast Chicken Piccata. The chicken was pretty tender and paired well with the slightly crispy skin. Flavours were balanced and portion size was decent. The pasta fell short of my expectations. Shrimps were cut into small pieces instead of served whole and there was barely any crab meat. The yuzu seemed non-existant and there was barely enough sauce to coat the dish. The pasta itself was soft and the overall plate had a milder palate.

We wrapped up with their Neapolitan Semifreddo. I liked the crispy pieces that came with the ice cream as it added to both the texture and taste. However, we both agreed that the ice cream was similar to store bought quality.

Our favourite thing was that most of the food was seasoned well and not too salty. The music can be a bit loud, making conversation a bit trickier, but the big, open space definitely doesn't make you feel cramped in. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, though a bit talkative. Service was also quite slow, as our dinner lasted 2.5 hours.

We were amazed at the happy hour pricing! For the price and quality overall this was one of our best and favorite restaurants that we ate at while on our vacation. Calgary is definitely a place that we would like to go back to this and this restaurant will also be on our list!

I don’t know where you find your hostesses, but they are top notch. Super friendly and welcoming, even with the sun shining directly in their eyes. Found us seating right away on the patio. Service was friendly, prompt and made our experience memorable. We even saw our server flawlessly navigate serving a table full of extremely difficult guests (after 13 years in the service industry, I would have been wanting to tear my hair out serving these people). Food is always consistent and delicious. Drinks are awesome and love the happy hour pricing. Ordered the fried Halloumi, Calamari and a Pizza and it was amazing.

Really flavourful with the truffle. Fresh pasta. Perfect amount of sauce. Really nice and I’d share again to try all things on the menu. Aperol spritz pitcher was exactly what we all needed. Very freshening. A friend got the burrata , Caesar salad, oysters. Garlicky Caesar salad was so so so good! Oysters were fresh. Very happy.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and have always sat upstairs except for one time. Really disappointing to be honest. When you want to be in the thick of the action. Makes for a different type of meal. Not terrible but not ideal either. Service was decent and prompt.

Bathrooms are all the way in the basement. The worst placement. Another reason why sitting second level is not ideal. I’d come back again during happy house 2-5pm daily. Half off selected cocktails and pizza.

Been here a few times but it was my first dinner. The Niçoise salad was surprisingly pretty good. I told my daughter they had a really good beef tartare(had it for lunch last fall) but we were disappointed it was a little chewy and the potion smaller. However the sea bass with the leeks & purée were well prepared and delicious. Sealed the meal with a crème brûlée which was good!

The environment was amazing, and the quality of the food was excellent. We ordered the salmon and steak — both were incredibly tender with a perfectly balanced taste. The sauce for the salmon was absolutely heavenly.
I also tried the Coco Fraise mocktail, which was delicious; the coconut flavor was very pronounced, and I really loved it.
We were celebrating our anniversary, and for dessert, we ordered a crème brûlée, which the restaurant kindly offered on the house. It made our experience even more special.
The staff were super kind and helpful. Despite being a busy Saturday night, the food was served quite fast.

Had a wonderful breakfast experience here! The interior was beautifully luxurious with stylish contemporary touches that made the space feel both elegant and inviting.

We ordered a croissant and salmon salad, and both dishes truly impressed us. Even the simple croissant stood out—it was flaky, flavorful, and far above the usual breakfast fare. When I added prosciutto and butter, it became one of the most delicious and unique croissants I’ve ever had.

The service was warm and made us feel like valued guests, adding to the overall positive experience. The only downside was that it took quite a while to receive our bill, which was a bit of a hiccup in an otherwise seamless morning.

We waited for one hour for our dishes, at a time that is not super packed. These type of breakfast food should never take that long, keeping us starving. When it’s ready, it was served to the wrong table. The eggs were not properly done, the potatoes were not flavored, and the fried chicken looked pathetic. There’s also no fruit for the egg Benedict that the google photo was showing. Also, we said we’ll have just one smoothie, but two were served. The servers all look burnt out and stressed.

Three friends and I had an absolutely wonderful brunch at Brasserie 701 in Old Montréal. We had made a reservation in advance, which was a good idea, although the restaurant wasn’t overly busy—likely due to the heat wave, which actually made things feel even more relaxed and enjoyable.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Old Montréal.

Most of us ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

All in all, it was a 10/10 brunch experience. I highly recommend Brasserie 701 to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting with top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

I had dinner at Centini in Calgary and it was great. The place feels classy but not stuffy, and the staff were super friendly. I tried the lobster bisque and branzino — both were delicious and full of flavor. The bisque especially was rich and comforting. The chocolate dessert was a fun twist and really tasty. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly worth it for a special night out. I’d definitely go back.

Crantini was good and so the seafood linguine, however, the wait time was long. Had to wait an hour for the food to come out 😭 😢 don’t go while you’re hungry is my advice. Other than that, foods and drinks were good and nice cozy atmosphere

I've only ever been here for invited events, so I have no idea how much things cost or whether the cost is reasonable. But certainly the atmosphere is very professional and classy, the food is delicious and filling, and the staff are always super friendly.

It was a fantastic experience. I had a group reservation as we were going to a concert across the street and were treated incredibly. The ensured that our food was served on time so that we could attend as we were the hosts of the concert.

My partner and I have dined at Chotto Matte several times now in the last couple of years and it is truly a special place. Whether we're celebrating, or just passing by, the staff here are always professional and the food is fantastic. I am Peruvian myself, and while the menu is clearly inspired by this culture, it is an asian-fusion experience as well and should be treated as such (that's a good thing). While I don't always write reviews, my family and I were particularly blown away with our most recent visit and I had to chime in. A huge shout out to our waiter and bartender, Christian, for making every effort to provide an excellent dining experience. We will coming back very soon, I'm sure of it!

Brunch on Saturdays does get very busy, so be sure to anticipate a 2 hour seating/service as it is a fixed menu.

You can ask the gentleman to hold the birds as they are as friendly as they are beautiful.

Great venue for kids, birthday parties.

I noticed a fairly large patio. Will definitely be checking out their lunch/dinner menu once open.

Requested a private booth for our anniversary when booking but the server said that it’s only for 4 people. Would have been nice to be secluded instead of being sat right next to other people. I also expected to receive a dessert for our anniversary especially for the amount you are paying for the food, but we had to order our own dessert. Other than that the food was delicious. The pollo den miso chicken was very tasty, the cod was very soft. The wedge salad was refreshing & flavorful. The sushi roll was warm and melted in your mouth. The creme brûlée was not too sweet.

We haven't enjoyed a meal like this in a long time. The service and welcoming was warm and comfortable. They were all very attentive to allergies and food requirements. The food is exquisite, each an adventure in something new and delicious. The atmosphere is airy, light, beautiful Peruvian music, not too loud, so conversation is easy. Definitely will go back. Highly recommended. :)

Right across from union station! After a long flight from Cali we needed a quick bite that’s refreshing and the moment we walked in they helped us with our luggage’s and hold it for us and we were seated right away. Lounge vibes with live music, great place for drinks and food. Can’t wait to come back. Must get the salmon dish, and the signature roll, chef choice nigiri. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Had a fabulous time! I called ahead to make a reservation for my sister and her husband’s anniversary.

I spoke to Ken and he was great, answering all my questions and making accommodations for my family, since some members have food allergies. The staff were very polite and they added some extra touches to make my sister’s evening special. Ken came over and introduced himself to us which was a lovely plus and was available to accommodate us for any thing else we may have needed.
The atmosphere of course is lovely, inside and out! Very picturesque. And the food was delicious. The only issue was they ran out of the crepe, which is what I really wanted to try but the other desserts were really nice. The strawberry soufflé wasn’t too sweet and tasted like strawberries. I also thought the prices were fair for what we had.

I definitely would go back and suggest the restaurant to others.

Overall, Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie was great, delicious food and a really good vibe. Unfortunately, it took a very long time to get our steaks and one of them came out super cold. We had to ask the waiter to warm it up, which was a bit of a bummer. He offered us a complimentary dessert to make up for it, which was nice.
Our waiter, though friendly, didn’t seem quite up to the standard of the restaurant compared to other servers. For example, when refilling our water, he spilled some on the table and didn’t clean it up, just left it there. Small details like that stood out in an otherwise lovely experience.

Fantastic food, inspired, fresh ideas, beautiful drink menu and an open, lively atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Service was a bit slow and arrogant - we never received our desserts (that were sitting on some counter I saw), asked another waiter for the bill that also never came, so finally walked up to the cash desk to pay & leave. Unnecessary... but the food we did get made up for it, I'd still go back for that 🤗

This restaurant serves one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while! The quality is always consistent and fresh. The place tends to be busy most of the time, which just shows how popular it is. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and perfect whether you’re catching up with a friend or enjoying a solo coffee break. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Cute patio and beautiful interior. The famous french onion soup was sooo good, even though I had it outside on a hot day, had to admit it is very good compared to other french restaurants I tried in the city, very well seasoned. The steak was good and surprisingly reasonably priced. Had their non alcoholic drink and it was definitely refreshing and very pleasingly presented, I got other customers came by asking which drink that I ordered. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well

Magnificent place to organize a meeting, several restaurants and bars located nearby. Excellent service, everything is perfect except…the parking spaces! Excellent food, great service throughout the day, place with exceptional views of the old port!

We were glad to be seated quickly on a Saturday night with no reservations.

We started with the house-made focaccia. The outside had a nice crisp and saltiness to it and the inside was fluffy.

The Mafalde ai Funghi was phenomenal. Amazingly rich, earthy, and savory. The pasta had the perfect texture. We just wish there was more of it! The Cavatelli alla Vodka was velvety and flavorful, but not overpowering or heavy. The pasta was al dente. The pasta dishes were great, but we'd appreciate it even more if they came out a little hotter! We found them warm while other customers appeared to have steam coming from theirs.

The Margherita pizza was okay. Nothing about it stood out or screamed extraordinary. However, the Funghi pizza was amazing. The variety of mushrooms worked together well with the cheeses, and the sweetness of the caramelized onions help balance it all out.

Riley served us and he was great!

Good vibe and service. We really appreciated that the lady who served us actively fixed the imbalance table for us. Also the mushroom pasta was very delicious and rich as I imagined. The lamb and beef meatball was unexpected taste too! Good place for occasion.

The food was delicious with excellent flavor, and the patio was a standout feature — a perfect spot to enjoy brunch or dinner. However, the service left something to be desired. We waited about 15–20 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our
order. Initially, we weren’t even asked if we preferred to sit outside; we were simply offered indoor seating.

Overall, it was a good experience, mainly thanks to the great food and the beautiful patio atmosphere.

Needed to grab a quick bite before an appointment and was not disappointed! We got seated right away and our server was very attentive. Water was brought out right away, suggestions were made on the menu and specials given. Food came out quickly and then we were brought the bill and able to get out all under 45 mins! It would have been nice to hang out on the patio if we had more time. It’s a really nice atmosphere and the food was delicious.

This was an interesting space. Seems like it was previously some sort of factory with how the base building looks with the brick and the large windows. It would be nice if there was a plaque somewhere in the restaurant that gave some info on the history of the space.

Our server was not the most attentive, and was a bit cold. It felt like she was pretty jaded with serving guests and had this attitude about her that she didn't particularly enjoy what she was doing.

Food had some high and low points:

The Calamari Fritti was not too greasy, but could still be less. There was a decent crunch to them. The seasoning is on the saltier side. The sauce/ mayo didn't really taste like anything special.

The Mafalde ai Funghi I'll say is one of the better pastas I've had in the city. There was a rich depth of mushroom flavour in the sauce and there was a good proportion of the cream sauce to the pasta. The pasta was cooked well, al dente, and I liked the choice of pasta with this dish.

The espresso was superb 👍.

The Budino was not very pleasant. It's a cold pudding that isn't very smooth. It's on the thicker side, and wouldn't describe it as velvety. This dessert is a lot of the same thing: chocolate pudding, hazelnuts, and some salt.

I had one of my wedding receptions here May 2025. It was an excellent experience getting to work with the staff here, in particular Chrissy and Gavin who were both our point of contact. They were particularly attentive and knowledgeable in all facets pertaining to our wedding at the Hudson and they worked tirelessly to have the day go off without any issues. The food was excellent as well and we had so many compliments about the venue from our guests. It can be a bit confusing for guests to find their way but with a bit of pre-wedding communication regarding wayfinding everything worked out. I would 100% have my reception here again! Thank you to the team!

I recently planned our firms holiday party at The Hudson and it was one of the best events we’ve planned so far. The space very spacious and beautiful. We had over 190 guests, had room for a lounge area, photobooth and a fun money casino! Their food is absolutely amazing and the staff was awesome!! Chrissy made the event planning portion a delight! I absolutely would recommend using the Hudson for your function be it personal or corporate!

Provided a stage for a panel discussion here. Terrific venue! Decent loading dock, helpful staff, huge freight elevator, nice decor, cool chandeliers. Hope to be back! Thanks for everything, folks!

We hosted our wedding at Hudson and it was the perfect location and experience for our guests. The staff was impeccable! A huge shoutout to Chrissy and Wendy. I could not have planned my wedding if not for these wonderful individuals. The space inside is elegant and it would be great for any type of celebrations. Highly recommended.
