I called last minute, at 1:00pm Calgary time, from out of the country. My partner had to unexpectedly put his 15 year old dog down that afternoon. Crystal answered the phone - she was so sincerely kind and helpful. She was able to have a bouquet delivered to my partner within a couple of hours. He was so appreciative, and so am I. Thank you again, Crystal, you are an absolute gem and I intend to recommend Red Rose to all my friends and family. I will for sure use your services again. Received a beautiful bouquet of white peonies and lilies and within 24 hours the peonies were wilted and browning. Called and emailed to get some customer service was painful. A few back and forth emails took days and no direct answers were given. In the end - we’d finally agreed that I’d go in to pick up replacement peonies and when this plan was finally being confirmed - the reply was ‘actually we no longer have peonies, you can have roses or sunflowers’. No thanks. Won’t be going back. Unhelpful staff and inferior product.

I ordered deal of the day, my friend in a nursing home received lavender roses that even the front desk lady said looked like they survived a hurricane. It was disappointing. My friend cleaned up the roses and rearranged them before I saw them so I don’t have a picture. But she showed me the cut stems & I have worked as a florist myself & know they were not fresh. I have ordered from you before and friends were pleased. This friend called your store to complain & was very unpleasant to the sales person. I am sorry about that, but really… do better.

I ordered flowers from Red Rose Incredible Florist for my mom, and they absolutely delivered—literally and figuratively! The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully put together. I recently bothered to stop here after driving by 1000 times, I am so happy I did!!!
The roses I bought from here was stunning, bloomed full and looked amazing for so very long. I won't buy roses from anywhere else, from the price to the quality they hit the mark!
I also had the chance to look at their arrangements which were done well (no loose peices, well presented not thrown together) and they also sell a cute selection of house plants, all looked healthy and well maintained.

Before moving to Calgary, this was my absolute go-to spot for wings and more. I always loved coming here.

I visited again after a few years and was just as impressed as before. The service was great, and the food, especially the wings, was delicious. I was tempted to get their steak sandwich, which was their steak sandwich night, but I wanted to get wings with my wife. Maybe next time!

My wife was surprised by how nice the decor was and didn’t expect it from the outside. She also liked how the bar side was quiet and didn’t have loud music.

Once we sat down, our server promptly came to us and asked us what we wanted to drink. We both got beers, which came quickly. Afterward, we ordered ten wings: Caesar hot, lemon pepper, BBQ, and honey garlic. They came out hot and delicious. My wife was shocked at how big they were and was super impressed with them.

The total was $40, which is extremely reasonable for everything. I hope we’ll definitely stop by again when we’re back in Strathmore.

Roadhouse has a hearty serving of food which are very filling and worth the bucks, the flavors are a delight as it is perfectly seasoned and well cooked. I ordered the beef liver which is very nice a well recommended with the mushroomy sauce and crispy bacon on top and a good side dish of mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Other dishes are excellent as well starting from the clam chowder, caesar salad, pasta and the steak, wonderfuly served to your preference.

Employees are friendly, accomodating, polite and easy to talk to if requesting for something or billing out.

The interior of the restaurant has plenty of tables to accomodate a lot of customers even at the time I was there a party is being held. Tables, chairs floors are clean and the washroom as well. There are a lot of interesting designs and picture frames along the wall that portrays the Canadian way of life.

Will go back and dine if I am passing by the area if they could improve the temperature inside the restaurant which was very hot during the afternoon time I was there probably the AC was busted I don't know about the other patrons but it was uncomfortably toasty inside, luckily I was sitting just beside the window and opened it to let some fresh air in.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, food is excellent, service is fast, dining area is clean. Thank you

I've been in Strathmore for almost two months now, and I keep coming back here for the New York Striploin (rare). The steak was cooked perfectly and it's very tender and juicy. My waitresses, Marge & Rhoda, were wonderful. Thank you

Have given this 5 stars for food but by bun with my chicken breast burger had mould on it, they didn’t charge me for my meal. Didn’t notice until halfway through it it was in the bottom of the bun. Hubby’s meal of liver, was very good apparently.
Waitress sorry didn’t get your name, she’s going to Abbotsford, was great so personable and friendly. Inside was lovely if we ever are back this way again, I would give it another chance on my food! The server was so upset about the mould, so just an fyi cooks, check the products you’re using as this could break a restaurant.

Atmosphere of a lunch room in an old folksy home

Second time me and my girlfriend have ordered from smileys and disappointed again. Last time we got turkey that clearly came from a package. Not real chicken on her sandwich and the mashed potatoes I got with my meal taste like box mashed potatoes. Paid $35 for 2 people and we didn’t even eat barely any of it. Can’t fathom how someone could let food leave a kitchen in that condition. Huge disappointment.

Excellent pizza! I had the back bacon and cold tomato with extra cheese. It was incredible. I ate the whole thing!

Smileys is Definately a “small town diner”. It’s not meant to be the spot for a romantic dinner. HOWEVER…Smileys has consistently good food, and great service, and draws a big coffee crowd every morning. The breakfasts are always clean and reliable, the pizza could well be the best in town and any dinner option we have had (from
Burger to liver to soup to fish and chips and more) has been awesome. Courtney is one of our favorite waitresses, always smiley and efficient. Smileys, you have become our go to grill!

Great service with a smile. Good food. Quick, and inexpensive. I totally recommend going for breakfast here.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday and was shocked at what she received. The flowers did not look anything like the bouquet I chose on their website. The delivery driver made no attempt to contact her to schedule a delivery and just left them on her doorstep. She arrived home 48 hours later and some flowers had already died. I have contacted bloomex but they have not responded back to my concerns after phoning and emailing the company. Pictured are the flowers I ordered and what she received. It was a $75 beautiful “supersized” bouquet and there is nothing beautiful or supersized about it. Bloomex= bad business x poor customer service

I've used Bloomex multiple times before, but after this experience, I will never be taking my business there again.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the weekend before Mother's Day. The flowers that were received looked nothing like the ones on the website I ordered. When I called to inquire about this they asked me to send an email to their customer service with the pictures. Two weeks passed and still no email back so I called directly. They said they sent an email explaining the flowers were different because the original one's were not in season/out of stock, so they replaced it with flowers of equal or greater value. First of all, I never received any email about this prior to the flowers being sent. I only received this email AFTER speaking to the agent over the phone. Secondly, I ordered a super sized bouquet and paid extra for it, and the flowers received definitely did not give the same impression. While the final bouquet was still nice, the complete difference in what I ordered and lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Additionally, they also failed to include the note I requested with the flowers.

To resolve this issue, they offered a $30 store credit, but since I don't plan on using them again, this store credit is completely useless to me. I asked the agent if I could do a refund, and they said they'd put that request in. 3 weeks later, still no refund, no responses to any emails I have sent, and takes forever to get connected to an agent on the phone.

While previous experiences have been positive, I'll no longer be using them because if you have any issues/problems with your order, their customer service is useless.

Absolutely do not use the Calgary based Bloomex. What I got vs what I ordered$110.00. Customer service brushed me off when I called. Told me they could resend but I would need to pay for a new order. They would waive the deliver fee??

Do NOT order from this company! They are an absolute scam. The flowers that arrive are NOTHING like the pictures on their website. I'm not talking just in size and quality (although that is absolutely pathetic and completely embarrassing), but they will just change the bouquet completely!! Their customer service is garbage and they will not allow you to speak to a manager. They tell you to email and then don't respond. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering two bouquets for Mother's Day but believe me, the negative reviews are true! Although I ordered the same bouquet for both orders, they came differently from each other and the photo on their website. Save yourself some money and a headache and go to your local grocery store because you will definitely find better quality there! Also the note comes on the back of a paper coupon - absolutely embarrassing!!

The location to many places to eat, shop and fuel up was great. Everything was within walking distance of you wanted. The rooms were really clean and well kept, much appreciated after a long day on the road. Breakfast was awesome, a bit crowded, but absolutely manageable. Wish the pool and hot tub were maybe open until 11, but that was really our only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me respond to a lot of the complaints about this place: the pillows are not small. The staff wrap them tight in the pillow case. Relax. They're normal pillows. The pool has a pea gravel textured floor. Calm down, Karen, it's not actually cutting your kids feet unless you're letting them run around like neanderthals. You'd also complain if the floor was smooth and your kid cracked their head open because you let them run around.

It's a clean place, quiet even though it was fully booked. The staff are all very helpful and nice. The breakfast could use some work, but what do you do if you don't have a full cooking staff?

This is good place comparing the price. If they can place a few picnic table around will be great especially for the travelers who love eat outside with own food.
The staffs are all nice. But it looks the guesses are out of control. A crowed teenagers are crazing in the pool and ignoring the rules. A group of Indian are very noisy in the cafeteria.
All others are good. Close to Walmart and gas stations and restaurants.

The hotel room was nice however ourbathroom door handle was broken. The rooms were clean but you can tell they have some wear. My son really enjoyed the waterslide and pool however we thought the water smelled of dirty sock water. If the water was cleaner I think we would rate the hotelallot better. The breakfast was excellent and was included and they had a good selection of food and drink for my family. I would come back to stay here if the pool water could be kept better.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival. The night front desk person was unsure about what he should do in a situation like this. There was a previous guest dirty sock behind a chair, a half eaten chocolate bar under the bed and a used towel in the dresser. The front desk person, said he couldn't help us, but if we came down the next morning his manager would be happy to help. Manager was okay, called her housekeepers "baby" cleaners, as they were new. They aren't the problem, the training they received is the problem. Offered 20% off. . . I guess that's okay. Will probably stay again despite the cleanliness issue cause everyone deserves a second chance.

First thing OVER PRICED. Terrible fruit bouquet. Plastic container with lettuce and not all strawberries were covered with chocolate, they don’t even take there time to make it look presentable, overall awful. definitely not worth coming here.
Look on facebook marketplace they have better quality and better pricing!!

I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and was so impressed with how easy and convenient the process was. I placed a same-day order, and was ready for pick-up quickly without any issues — perfect for last-minute surprises! The presentation was absolutely stunning — everything looked fresh, colorful, and carefully arranged. It truly felt like a special gift. The fruit was sweet and delicious, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll absolutely be ordering again for future occasions!

Don’t even waste your money ordering from here. These were the fresh flowers I got delivered an hour ago for my sisters birthday. What a home. Contacted the store and they told me they asked the employee not to use these . Ordered through uber eats and no one is taking responsibility or given me a resolution. What a joke, I would be embarrassed to send these to anyone. They are now happy in my recycle bin.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to our son and daughter-in-law after the birth of their first baby. After not hearing from them after a few days I contacted them to see whether the “surprise” flowers had arrived. They hadn’t. I emailed the company and had no response. I emailed them again, still no response. So the next day I rang the company (from New Zealand) to see what had happened. The woman who answered the phone told me the delivery person said there was nobody home. There was, and they also had my daughter-in-law’s phone number to ring, but hadn’t. She said they would have a fresh bunch delivered that day. My son and daughter-in-law later received a voicemail message to say the delivery person couldn’t find their address. The flowers were subsequently delivered the next day. If I hadn’t phoned the company, my order was obviously not going to be delivered at all. There was no communication at all, it was completely forgotten about. They found the address on the first delivery but never used the supplied phone number and on the next delivery they strangely couldn’t find the address but managed to use the phone number. We also opted to have a small teddy bear included with the flowers. I understood from their website that the toy depended upon what was available at the time but the bear looks vastly different and the quality is visibly far inferior than the one pictured on their website. It shouldn’t take two unanswered emails and a phone call to jog their memories about an undelivered order. Very disappointing experience and I would never order through them again.

Very impressed with the service I received at this flower shop!! I told the manager about how bad my luck was with flowers but wanted something for my desk... she recommended different plants for my office space. She was considerate of my space, the lighting, and the care I was willing to provide before spending my money... she was fantastic!!
Two weeks ago, my best friend was having a rough week so I ordered a fresh arrangement from this shop. She called me today to tell me they are still just as fresh as the day she received them and is very pleased with them!! I'm shocked... but very impressed with this shop!!

Bit of a shame as I normally would've given a better rating. This used to be where I went for flowers. I now live further out but still decided to come here to get roses for an occasion. Their information online isn't very clear as they have another Google maps location for their pickup service. However, the name doesn't mention that so it looks like just their regular store. It says they open at 9 so I went to get flowers and they were closed (says on the door they open at 10). An employee saw me and I tried to explain to her that online it said they were open and that I'd driven a far way to get there in the hopes she can perhaps sell me flowers 30 minutes early so my trip wouldn't be a complete waste of time. She didn't really listen, just stared at me blankly and just said "we're open at 10," then closed the door..

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I have ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. PLEASE NOTE: I have placed an order a few days in advance, just to make sure they arrive on Mother's Day. It's Mothers Day and the flowers are not there.... I have waited until 5 pm and their customer service rep Emily has lied that the flowers will be there by 8 pm. MOTHERS DAY IS OVER BY THEN. It's 8 pm and my Mother still did not receive her flowers. I couldn't get in touch with someone at this point. Next morning, their representative has advised us that they had to cancel the deliveries at 10 pm as they thought "IT WAS TOO LATE". Don't you think you should've let us know at least??? MY MOTHERS DAY was ruined because of YOU!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! Next day...flowers are nowhere to be found.....it's disgusting!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

We called to have a presentation bouquet delivered to a friend for their graduation. They sent the wrong style (round bouquet) and delivered the bouquet dry without any water source. Seriously?

The owner of the store when we called with comments said that it was up to the recipient to recut the flowers after 5 hours and put them into a vase. This is after we explained again that the person was using the flowers to pose for photos after a long day and that there was no water source available.

The roses flopped after a while (maybe due to the lack of water?) and the bouquet was generally falling apart. Not impressed. The recipient was not happy with that.

I would recommend using another florist in the area that other hotels use. I heard Mood Moss Flowers in Ottawa is good. There's also Scrims florist in the area.

This place has gone so downhill so we started to document the issues with pictures... We've gone in and sat for 15 minutes before being even noticed on multiple occasions. Then we went a couple weeks ago and at least half the tables sat with dirty glasses and dishes long after customers had gone. The bar was also covered in dirty glasses, the place looked like a total dive. There was maybe 5 tables of people there in total and yet service was incredibly slow because the girls were too busy gabbing than doing their jobs. All we came for that night was desserts, my ice cream showed up half melted. The waitress took it off the bill which was nice but it wasn't a busy night and there was no excuse for it to happen in the first place. Now last night we ordered out and the order of home cut fries we recieved was revolting, I'm not even sure how this got by as acceptable, they look like they were cooked in used motor oil. We love OJ's menu options but we're going there less and less

This is the 3rd time we have ordered from here and again, fish was burnt dark, dry and so hard on edges it was like gristle. Thought of returning, but decided it’s not worth the hassle. This place is tanking and there is no point. I remember when it first opened, everything was friggin delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The fries also had spilled gravy on some, (asked for on the side), zero tartar sauce, etc. We figured some months between orders would make a difference, (maybe get a cook who takes pride in his work), but nope. I see reviews here that show this seems to be the norm now. Will not be returning. Sad.

Sorry we used to come weekly from Langdon chicken burger. A month ago it was greasy. Small. Everything tasted like fish. Tonight a bunch of us wanted the fish and chips. OMG. Greasy, fries were soggy Fish was not prepared right very fishy and very greasy. Sadly. I don’t know what happened here but food is no longer good. We won’t be returning sadly. "I'm obsessed with Edible Arrangements! Their fruit arrangements are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The customer service team is friendly and accommodating, ensuring timely delivery for special occasions.

I spent about $80 dollars on an edible arrangement for Father's Day. It was advertised to have chocolate letters adhered to each of the strawberries (NOT poorly scrawled out chocolate piping). When we opened the arrangement, one of the brownies looked as if someone stuck their thumb into it. I understand that on holidays this establishment is busy putting together several orders, but if you do not have capacity to take on something else, just say you can't do it instead of delivering embarrassing quality products to customers who are paying a pretty hefty amount of money for these arrangements. I've attached images of what my order was vaguely supposed to look like versus the mess I received.

This location delivered my same-day order in just a handful of hours. I ordered a regular sized Simply Edible bouquet and it was fresh, bountiful and beautiful in presentation. The delivery person went out of their way to call my recipient and leave it at the door as the person receiving it was not home. When I called the brick and mortar store here, someone answered and was able to give me the confirmation of delivery. I would definitely order here again as the service and product were both top notch.

According to my partner he ordered a set of flowers with vase for mothers day. they gave him a cheap vase and the flower is not the same according to his order. When he went to pick up the flowers they said they dont have the special vase. Nextime, We will not gonna order here anymore.

We had a great experience working with Ottawa Flowers for our wedding! The price was very reasonable and the bouquet I recieved on my wedding day matched my vision perfectly. Pavel always seemed a tad rushed, but there was clearly no need to worry about that because everything was exactly what we wanted. The delivery people were also very kind and polite. Thank you for bringing a splash of colour to our wedding day!

I purchased flowers to be sent to my mom for her birthday because I wasn't in town, but I wouldn't suggest it. To make the bouquet unique for my mom, I ordered flowers and then upgraded them. They weren't premium flowers and didn't look like the ones I had originally bought when they arrived. The store told me to send an email when I called, so I did, and it took them a few days to reply. After my mom's birthday had already past and she had the flowers for a few days, they informed me that they would send a new bouquet. Importantly, though, they stated that the flowers would be delivered, but I would have to give the old ones back to the person who would deliver them. (Please take notice that I wasn't in Ottawa.) How can they expect someone who received flowers to be at home to return the flowers I purchased, which I wanted to be perfect the first time? When I refused this request because it had been a few days, they stopped responding. I would phone, and they would promise to call me back. I called again after two weeks had passed, someone said they were busy and asked me to call back in three days because it was a holiday weekend. The matter could have been resolved two weeks ago. Following all of this, they informed me that they could only issue a partial refund because it was their policy to alter a specific percentage of the bouquet. The bouquet didn't look like what was bought, but it didn't match the enhanced sizing and the flowers were dying. If you want to be scammed, Here's where you should go.

Order flowers for my anniversary for June 5. Was told certain flowers in the arrangement wasn't available but they would be available the next day. They said they could make something similar so I agreed. Many hours went by and they messaged me at 6pm saying they were awaiting a driver to ensure my delivery today.

I contacted them at 735pm to see the status and got no answer. Contacted them by phone and got no answer.

I proceeded to email them and say if it's not going to be delivered today, then I want the original arrangement seeing as they said those flowers would be available. NO ANSWER.

Flowers that I didn't want were delivered for my 4 year anniversary, on the NEXT day. Also delivered when no one was home during the middle of the day (I have footage on my ring camera).

They didn't honor giving me what I originally ordered and they were a day late after saying they were ensuring my order was delivered today.

I'm never ordering from this business again and I will persuade everyone I know to never order with them. Highly unprofessional.

Pavel and his team have looked after me so well for nearly 20 years at this point.

I come here every single Mother’s Day, and any occasion in between where cut flowers are the right touch. The houseplants available also stretch my self control to the limits every time I’m there lol.

They also took care of all the arrangements for my best friend’s wedding, and a few connections beyond them as well as a result.

I always look forward to checking out the arrangements when I walk through the door!

Myself and husband Mo, would like to personally thank Murry. He went above and beyond to fixed our online and in-store order. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anna at RONA in Strathmore today, and I feel compelled to express my sincere appreciation. To say she was helpful would be an understatement. Anna went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, offering knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring service.

Because of the outstanding experience I had with her, RONA will now be my first stop—not just a store I visit after others fall short. Anna’s professionalism and dedication truly set a high standard, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks.

Really dissatisfied with our service today. First we asked if the Levelor blinds were on sale, there was a sign, and the employee said yes they were, so we proceeded to ask for 3 blinds to be cut. First they were not enthused about having to help us. They cut 1, and when we asked where the other 2 were they responded "oh...you'll have to wait a bit." About 15 minutes later they come back to cut the other ones. We take them to the front to pay where we checked to make sure the sale was applied when we are informed that "oh, that's for custom orders only". We were buying 3 because of the great sale, then ended up walking out paying full price on something we were only buying because they were on sale. Extremely disappointed.

It's hard to review this store. Can't complain about the work people are doing because nobody works there.

Silly me, I decided to give this place another chance. At least I was able to get service in under 15 minutes this time. The employee that made my sandwich was pleasant and he did a good job putting it together. Unfortunately they must have forgotten to bake the Italian herb and cheese bread fresh today. I got a refrigerated piece of styrofoam with some herbs and cheese on the outside. It’s impossible to bite, it just rips in chunks with jagged edges. Lesson learned.

So. I need to say. I miss my subway in calgary. Everytime i go to this subway location i am disappointed. Once i got moldy green peppers and they knew it because when i called to complain they knew exactly what i was talking about. The staff other then 1 girl are not very pleasant. And no the shrinkflation here is ridiculous. They are trying to put the amount of meat used for 6 inch for a foot long. You ask for onion and they give you 2 peices i say more and she adds 2 more and i have to keep syaing more more please until there is a normal amount on the sub!. I get the inflation and rising costs but if i am paying 5 dollars more for a sub now and getting half the meat you can call me a x customer!! Ridiculous!

Always clean and staff are phenomenal. My food score does not reflect this location specifically ... I just feel that Subways quality is not what it used to be.

The place is dirty, unkept and terribly managed. The communication skills are less than.

They cut my sandwich on their dirty counter instead of the paper they always have used.

My wrapped sandwich only contained the subway wrapping paper and now the white piece they made my sandwich on after I asked.

They don't listen to requests and judge you when they are corrected on their mistake.

I recently used the Subway app to place an order, hoping to avoid waiting in line. However, when I arrived at the specified time, my order had yet to be processed. I stood to the side and waited patiently, but it was frustrating to see people in line being served while I continued to wait. It got to the point where, had I entered the line when I arrived, I would have been served sooner than waiting for my online order to be filled. I don't expect priority placement in the queue, but I do expect to be put in the queue. It was a busy time for the staff with many customers, so I waited until they finally decided to fill my order. The way online orders are placed in the queue needs to be reconsidered. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope Subway can improve their process for handling online orders.

A super customer experience overall. Wafaa took the time to help me select and sympathy arrangement to a colleague but she went way beyond the call of duty. Her attention to detail, ensured delivery was timely and follow up was outstanding! I would recommend using this store and have her personally help you. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, professional and patient. Thanks for all your help you deserve recognition!

Wafaa was really great. I needed a last minute fruit flower arrangement and she made it in under 10 mins. Really grateful for the turnaround and care. She even saw I was on a bike and double-bagged the arrangement to keep it safe for my trip. Amazing customer service!

On June 3 2025, I really wanted to send a kind gesture/happy birthday surprise to my partner who works in downtown. Wafaa was extremely kind and helpful when it came to picking out what I wanted to send. Additionally, she included a complimentary beautiful bouquet of flowers that ultimately made it back home to me, so that was a nice treat! She made sure my order was accurate and prioritized it to be delivered first, which I deeply and sincerely appreciated. Due to the delivery location being in a newly developed area, the addresses on both our ends were inconsistent, but rest assured, the amazing driver, Mahamat, was extremely attentive and communicative with both myself and my partner and was able to deliver it to him with no further issues. Excellent female team and I am here for it! I recommend contacting them for any future edible arrangement orders because I know I will! :)

Dealing directly with the staff at the Queens Quay location was amazing. They helped me with my order, made good suggestions and delivered on time. They knew it was a special occasion and also added a bouquet of flowers to the order. Wonderful

Stopped in on Good Friday to get two bouquets for my family members.

I gave the gentlemen my price range and he crafted the bouquets for me on the spot and checked to make sure I liked how they looked as he made them, gave me options for colours of flowers, wrapping etc.

It took about 20 mins from start to finish.

Now I’m reading the bad reviews and definitely glad I didn’t order through Uber or need delivery, but my personal experience was as good as could be expected for a last minute gift.

If you need something from here perhaps come in person and pay cash!

I called in the morning for a bouquet to be delivered same day and had a very nice lady who took my order, texted me a picture of what they were sending, along with what the written card said and it was delivered within an hour!!! Easy, quick and amazing service. Highly recommend them.

We usually only get coffee but thought we’d get food today. I ordered a BLT on an everything bagel. The order came back with sausage on it and the most deformed bagel Ive ever seen. Ill include pictures. There was one other car in the drive through so maybe do better, especially when you arent busy. Id have waited a bit longer. My husband still ate it and it was great, but if we pay for it, give us the quality everyone else gets, and dont put meat if its not asked for. Staff are always amazing. We will continue to come for coffee but skip the food.

Edgefield location is always my go-to for coffee and quick meals. Staffs are friendly, efficient and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. My order is always served from the way I liked it — COFFEE, fresh and hot and warm food. This store is very clean and comfortable, perfect for catching up with friends and for a short break. I highly recommend this location if your looking for an excellent service and quality of food!

I really like going to this location. It makes me feel at home because of the friendliness of the all the staff. They remembered my order every time and I always get the freshest coffee and food.

I much prefer this location over the others in Strathmore. They have a better selection of donuts and pastries available. I love banana nut muffins, but most locations don't have them anymore. But these guys do! 🥰 It's always clean and has a few comfy chairs by an electric fireplace. I even sketched it with my watercolors, it looks so good! They rarely make mistakes on my orders. And the staff are so kind and friendly! Thanks for a wonderful job!

We live out by chestermere high school, and we prefer to come to this location vs East Hills. There is plenty of parking and the store is more orginized. We have always had good service here.

When I visited this this walmart location just a week ago I was appalled by the entire FRESH Department as it was nothing more than an eyesore. The amount of damaged products thrown on the shelves in the bakery, nearly rotten produce in the cooler area and produce display boxes.More alarming let me mention expired meats that looked beyond rancid and definitely screaming unsafe to eat unless you have a willingness to be hospitalized. I saw what looked to be a higher up employee ( supervisors or management)in the store running around on their personal
Cell phone speaking Punjabi, to whom I can only assume was family or friends ignoring customers, as I did try approach one to question about the Fresh department and all the issues I had found since there was absolutely nobody present in the entire area of fresh! Nobody stocking the shelves or quality control in the department. I used to be a Walmart canada employee in Edmonton and to be blatantly honest this is unacceptable and management should be held accountable. Staff like myself would never be allowed to Run around on our personal cell phones speaking to friends or family during shift nor would we even be employed letting the heart of our store(FRESH) ever look like this. Since I was never given the time of day by the young man who was wearing glasses and of east Indian ethnicity roughly in his twenties I went ahead and filed complaint with alberta health services. It's obvious this store lacks the knowledge of canadian food safe policies they lacks FIFO policies and how to properly mark down and dispose of expired meats, since I saw many nearing their expiry and again the rancid meat (chicken) I came across was 4 days past expiry. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Clearly I care more about your customers than the store manager, department managers, supervisors and department workers. Thoroughly disgusted and don't know how your store is still open and serving the community members or strathmore and surrounding areas. I wish I was still employed by walmart because I would file a formal complaint to corporate office and the CEO.

I will not be recommending this store to any friends or family that visit the strathmore area. As I know many whom travel to and visit often.

Aisles are incredibly tight and cramped, especially the produce section. it is impossible to fit a shopping cart in there.
Product selection is incredibly lacking compared to other stores like East Hills Calgary or Marlborough Calgary. Absolutely disappointing how poorly planned the store layout is.

The grocery store is terrible (it is not Super Centre type..much smaller) with poor selection, tired looking fruits and veggies and meat that looks a bit old. Grocery part is crowded. The store is generally disorganized and not very clean. Even the blue on the outside of building is faded. This store needs a complete overhaul.

All the parts staff and techs at the mechanic shop here are top notch, I was actually really upset initially because I dropped my truck off somehow they order the wrong part, but they couldn’t put my truck back together with the old parts and it was gonna be a few days for the new part, so understandably, I was a little pissed….
It’s the way that they dealt with and handled the situation that makes me give them the five stars, they were open and transparent about it, they owned up right away to me, with a detailed explanation of what happened and even just the real time problem-solving demonstrated by the staff there, to move things around to get my truck done for me in time so I wasn’t left without a vehicle was impressive.

So as far as Business integrity and customer service, five stars for sure

Canadian Tire mechanic shop- I went in to get my alternator replaced. First off, my appointment was at 1pm and they said it would be finished later that same day, well 6pm rolls around and they call me saying they can't finish it because it's too much to do, even though there was only 1 vehicle before mine, this didn't bother me too much knowing how difficult a BMW can be. Anyways, I go to pick it up the following day and all seems well but there's still a squeal coming from what I'm almost positive is the serpentine belt. So I call them back right away and ask to bring it back in to have the battery and belt checked, not only can I not bring it back that day but I now have to wait 4 days to bring it back, so I do that, I bring it back today, my appointment was at 2pm and they said it would take about an hour, an hour and a half after it's supposed to be done I call again to ask for an update on when my vehicle will be done and they proceed to tell me that my pulley tensioner is shot and my serpentine belt has a flat spot. 1. They Just replaced my alternator, meaning they had to take that belt off and put it back on, but supposedly didn't look at the belt at all while doing the alternator so they didn't bother to fix it, aswell as the fact that they didn’t notice the pulley tensioner was in their words “shot” not slightly damaged, shot. 2. Every other shop I have been to, in this scenario, would have replaced the belt put it as a extra charge and explained it to me when I picked it up that it needed to be changed anyways. But instead of doing any of that they now want me to book my car back in and pay another $500 on top of the $500 I just spent literally 4 days ago. For something they should have been smart enough and professional enough to fix while doing the other repairs... I think this is absolutely ridiculous and super unprofessional of them to even put a bad belt back on a brand new alternator and then expect me to pay the same price I paid 4 days ago for what will be pretty much the same work. Not to mention the fact as I was leaving I hear someone in the parking lot saying how he had his tires changed and they didn’t even rotate them!! Another thing being them wanting to charge me another $135 after having my battery and belt checked, during my first appointment I was told that I could come back to have it checked for free. On the day I picked it up the mechanic told me I could either leave it there for another 4 hours (on top of the half a day longer they already took) to charge it fully and at that point they could check the battery, or I could take the car and in his exact words “drive it around for a couple days and it should charge back up” which yes it did, but it still kind of offends me that they tried to charge me on a courtesy offer especially when it’s something that a real professional would have done in the previous appointment.

Hey I don't know how to add a new review so I'll just ammend this one. I'm kind of disapointed becuause of a few things. First, I sat and waited for 5 hours for a part to be installed that didnt work. Thats no problem as it's not their fault. So I waited a couple more weeks for a replacement part and booked an appointment and made it for a Thursday as I had rodeo tickets for the wednesday. So the wednesday comes and they call and were unfriendly and said no i was wrong it was for wednesday, even tho I had it written in my google calendar, outlook calendar and paper calendar for the thursday. So another week goes by and I bring the car in. I was quoted around $500-$550 to repair the AC compressor and install and it came up to around $1000. I had paid a 330 deposit and I had a hard time convincing them of that but they finally saw that. Anyways a thousand bucks in, a month and a half of waiting and as of today, my AC does not work. blows hot air. I called today to mention and they dont have a record of me being there (i called from work and my reciept folder is at home so I will have to check). I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always come back but this go around I have been treated poorly and like things are my fault. The man on the phone today was rude and unfriendly. I guess since Canadian Tire has my money already, they dont want to help keep a customer happy by helping. I'll find another place to sort this out I guess. Its disapointing becuase theyve always been so awesome until now. Axel is the only one with great customer service.

I have had my vehicle serviced there in the past but I haven’t had a chance to go again until recently. My vehicle was taken in and my service advisor, Axel, went above and beyond and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of and that my car was receiving the right care and details. I’m really grateful and I would recommend Canadian Tire service and especially Axel to everyone.

This store is a nice smaller store, but it is reasonably stocked. I made a purchase here and needed to return it, and the staff went out of their way to do the return.

On our way across Canada, we had to stop because we experienced a problem with our vehicle. They took us in earlier then what they told us it would be, it was fast and easy. They didnt do the repair since it was an 8h job, but they advised us really well and took the time to check out our car. Thank you!

2:40 AM in the morning Sunday stampede week weekend I asked fresh fries. They told me to wait outside and then I got the fries which has so much oil. It looks like that it is dipped second time in the oil that’s bullshit and I can taste the oil in it. It was dipped second time if there is a supervisor sometime someone who can check the video Nobody made a fresh fries. They put the old fries in the oil and gave me back. Sunday stampede weekend at 2:30 or 240 that’s what time I ordered. I gonna find the receipt and put in the picture

My only complaint is the drive thru man nobody likes scraping there rims and tires each day when u have a truck or suv . I’ve bought enough coffee from u to fix the drive thru . Very accommodating. If you go through drive-through and need your food to stay warm while you take it back to the house, ask for it to be put in a delivery bag. It stays warm and sealed! They didn't hesitate to do it. Great great people

Nice new clean modern building. taking strathmore into the 21st century with style and elegance. The farmers that used to sell their goods on this land now sell them elsewhere, parking lots are of abundance. Nice pond and walkway beside aswell this build blends well and doesn't district from the natural beauty that surrounds it. Would definitely go back to see it again.

The Town has no Visitor Information. When I phoned the town they say it is at Dairy Queen. Well nothing is there & nothing on Google. We went into friendly small business & heard that small businesses were trying to get together to do QR codes for tourists. That is great but like what we were doing just antiquing through southern Alberta we want the information on hand. This is the first time I have been into a town/city this size & have not seen any brochures or maps anywhere in their city. If there was maybe we would have stayed longer.

I am a Hillview Resident that is concerned about the speed on 262 oxbow Rd. and Hwy 817. They drive it like a NASCAR driver at about 100 kph or more for a 1/4 mile . There is school buses stopping for kid and people walking there dogs as well as joggers. I have complained several time to the town and and NO response back, so far nothing as been addressed until a human or animals get KILLED!!!

Getting a Business License is fast, staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

ordered 600$ worth of flowers. It took 2 and a half days for our order to arrive once shipped. 1/3 of the flowers were already molded and falling off the stem on arrival. Customer service took over 12 hours to reply to start a claim, then stated we needed to start a claim prior to 12 hours otherwise it would not be accepted. Disappointed.

if i could give zero stars i would. i placed a very large order, over $700 worth of flowers for a friends wedding I was doing the flowers for. I spent well over $200 on the peonies alone and made sure i was home all day to receive the order. not only did they arrive a day earlier (which is not great if you need flowers to last) the peonies were completely blown out, one stem was rotten and one stem didnt even have a head. ALL of the greens were browned, dried and falling apart. I had to go to local floral shops to get replacement flowers. THEN to top is all off they have been ignoring my emails requesting a refund for the blown out peonies and greens. none of the flowers lasted 4 days from the time they arrived to the wedding day. what a horrible waste of money.

We had a very disappointing experience with Bunches Direct Canada. The flowers, meant for Mother's Day, were supposed to arrive the Friday before Mother's Day but didn't get here until Monday, the day after. When it finally arrived, they were wilted and rotting. We tried contacting them multiple times before the delivery, right after the delivery, via phone calls, emails and even their live chat - but got no response at all. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the flowers made this a frustrating experience. I will be seeking a chargeback through my credit card company due to the lack of communication and the unacceptable product. I consider this company's business practices to be fraudulent and do not recommend them.

Save yourself the stress and stay away from that company!!! I received my flowers which were originally for a wedding but I wouldn’t use them for any occasion.

My order was shipped on June 25th and I received the order at 5:16pm on the 26th of June. After unpacking everything to store properly I took all the pictures within 3 hours or receptions. None of the flowers are in condition to be used. The baby's breath are dry and falling apart. The roses and other white flowers are wilted. There is mold on most of the stems and brown spots all over the place including on the greenery. Even the boutonniere is wilted and spotted.

To add to that, customer service is close to impossible to reach. But I am still hoping someone reaches out to me to follow up on my refund claim.

Do not use this company. Flowers were ordered, but the company missed the Fedex cut off for overnight delivery and our flowers sat in a warehouse for two days before delivery. They were ruined. Despite calling, emailing and using the online chat function on the website for the last 36hours we have not gotten a reply. Do not recommend.
