A wonderful place. If you are aware of the Nutman you will get what I mean regarding quality products. I picked up a gorgeous basket today and a beautiful teddy bear for my retiring colleague and her little 2 year old girl. Excellent customer service!

I used the Gift Basket Boutique for some gifts to our employees spouses. They were able to customize the colours to match our corporate colours and made a breathtaking basket that everyone enjoyed. The price was appropriate for the basket and they delivered the product exactly as promised. I highly recommend and will use again!

Very nice and very fast service. I called today around 12 o'clock and I told that I need very fast order. Only two hours to order my basket and pick it up. Only this place could do it on the same day. I'm really gratful. I'm thinking that I come back there again. I will be recommend this place for my family and my friends.

Ordered a gourmet cheese, wine & meat basket for my son’s 40th. The order included 4 upgraded different cheeses which we knew he would appreciate. Delivery was spot on the day, however, he received 3 cheeses of one make and one other. When I asked why they said that the cheese we ordered were all out stock so they sent 3 cheeses the same & according to the small print they can substitute them, which I understand but all of one type!!!

Usually I do not write reviews but for this one I must write one for the level and quality of product and service provided by this company. I ordered for 2 baskets for my colleagues and called the customer service since i wanted them to be delivered on urgent basis. The representative Paul was really kind and helpful and ensured that the gifts reached on time. The quality and quantity of the baskets are awesome and I strongly recommend purchasing from canadas gift baskets for any occasion.

The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. The place has a warm, authentic vibe that makes you feel welcome right away. The market section offers some unique products that are hard to find elsewhere in Calgary, which makes it quite interesting. The selection of kitchenware and gift items is also lovely — perfect for thoughtful gift ideas. Definitely worth a visit!

Edelweiss Village in Calgary offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing visit. While the coffee I tried wasn't particularly good, the inviting ambiance and European-inspired decor make it a nice spot to unwind. The bakery looks delightful, and I’d love to explore more of their menu on a future visit. Overall, it’s a charming place worth checking out, even if the coffee didn't impress.

I just went for a cup of coffee and enjoyed sitting out in their sunroom where I could watch life pass by on the street. But I accompanied my coffee with a very flavourful slice of apple strudel. There were so many more tasty looking items in the deli that I will sure to be returning soon. I also noticed they have a very good selection of items in their bakery, and that's always something I want to check out.

While Edelweiss Village presents itself as a purveyor of European, indeed, particularly German experience, the reality is somewhat less aligned with this advertised identity. The establishment employs a number of staff of Slavic and Near Eastern origin, which, though no fault in itself, sits uneasily with the very specific cultural narrative the business claims to embody. One does not after all object to diversity of staffing, rather the difficulty lies in the gap between the promise of "authenticity" and the actuality delivered. If the intention is to cultivate a truly European ambience, then greater consistency between branding and execution would be most welcome.

Lovely German store!! They sell a variety of things ranging from local German groceries to German bread and food. I loved the German loaf of bread! It’s freshly made and had a unique taste to it. Highly recommend the Kuerbiskernbrot.

The restaurant inside this place had a very rustic vintage decor. The food was okay in taste but big portion size.

I was really disappointed with my Mother’s Day platter. It was left outside, the chocolate-covered fruit was sweating and the grapes looked old and unappetizing. For a company that charges premium prices and is so widely known, I expected much better quality and service.

I called today from the US to have an arrangement sent to my Canadian friend for her birthday tomorrow. Once I provided my phone number, they pulled up my info from my previous purchases, and it was just like chatting with an old friend. The service has always been excellent and I am writing this review before my purchase is even delivered because I trust that they will deliver a wonderful gift once again. Highly recommend this location!

I ordered a large arrangement for a 60th birthday. The fruit was flavourless and dry and I was charged for delivery which was supposed to be free as my order was over 115$. I have contacted the store several times to be reimbursed for the delivery fee but the manager never gets back to me and the delivery fee has not been refunded

The staff are very professional and great to work with. I have ordered numerous times from this store and every time they have delivered on time and customized my order to my satisfaction. I have recommended friends and family and have gotten positive feedback on my referrals as well.

Bought one recently for a friend going theft a really tough time with her family. Got a medium size and looked nothing like the picture and was super small. I’ve ordered plenty of edible arrangements in the past and often this specific bouquet but this was absolutely sub par quality. It was very important that I sent a proper condolence to this family and this arrangement missed the mark.

I ordered the Thanksgiving tray as a gift for the family hosting dinner. I called the store and spoke with a staff member, emphasizing that the tray should resemble the photo and requesting no unappetizing or stale fruit. She assured me that she made it and it was fresh and like the picture. While she assured me everything would be fine, upon receiving the tray, I found the grapes were not fresh, the oranges looked like they were squished while cutting and there were only a few blueberries, and overall, the presentation was unappealing. Given the price, this was a significant disappointment. I couldn't find an email for customer service, and when I called, the store was closed. I wanted to share my experience to help others avoid similar disappointments. Save your money and consider making your own tray instead.

If possible, I would give this store a zero star. Extremely poor customer service. I called to place an order today. Their online ordering system was not allowing me to complete the order so I called the store to get the item placed. One of the workers was trying to help place the order when another worker grabbed the phone and said we are busy. Call back next week. If they were busy, they could’ve politely taken a number and called me back when they had time

Just visited today to buy a birthday cake, and I left feeling disappointed. I was treated with cold indifference and spoken to rudely, as if I didn’t belong. Whether intentional or not, the energy felt off—and frankly, discriminatory. I won’t be coming back.

This place makes you feel like a community, it’s welcoming, the staff care, and it’s nice to meet the people that come out to the markets

Prices are about 20% more than what you can find online, when I went there about 50% of the booths didn’t have anyone and you couldn’t buy any of their items. The indoors area smelled heavily of cigarettes. Don’t bother coming here, a waste of time.

Incredible is an understatement. Such an amazing place for wonderful Italian food. Top notch pastas, pizza, salads, sandwiches. Excellent coffee & pastries. Absolutely loved this place. It was my go to for brunch & dinner for 4 days straight. Exceptional customer service - wonderful team members everywhere, it was phenomenal. Chef is such a kind & cordial person. A perfect place for wonderful Italian cuisine & delicacies. A must visit spot in Calgary. Loved every bit of it. Hands down one of the best Italian place in Canada.

Just went in to check out this store, and wow, what a treat! The staff are very friendly and even had time to play with my toddler, plus showed me exactly what I was looking for. So-much-options!!! If you love Italian food/products, this place is a must!

My favourite places for comfort Italian food. Incredible sorbet, delicious pizza, great diversity of cheeses, cured meats, etc name it and you will find it at Lina!

Brittania - Lina Cucina has the best pasta Chef in Calgary. The other dishes created by the Chef are equally creative and delicious.

Sapore and Centre street: A wide diversity of dishes to take out (for lunch / dinner) or to eat on the spot. Both locations have a great but different vibe.

At Lina's Italian Market, I was thrilled to find a great selection of Halal lamb, including shanks, legs, and shoulders. They also carry the delicious Pistachio spread and an incredible variety of Italian sweets and biscuits. The quality and authenticity of their products are outstanding, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's truly a gem for finding unique Italian and specialty items. Highly recommend!

Went for the Stampede. Lots of parking and they had wonderful staff driving the shuttles around if you didn't want to walk. Food was good and the drinks were pretty cheap. Worth driving out for.

Can I give less then 1 star?!!?!!! My post from Facebook was deleted by them! But again I'll explain, I bought tickets to see my husband do dulling wit the Bulls. And he bought a ticket to run with the Bulls. Then the event got cancelled and I don't get a refund and he doesn't wait either. Strathmore rodeo stole ours and a bunch of other people's money. I will never go back!

Nice facility, but the water is too cold, and the air temperature is too hot(I started sweating while watching lessons).
The viewing area for lessons is too small and doesn't face the kiddie pool or the hot tub (They used to have 3 viewing areas but stopped using 2 of them).
The diving board is rarely available to use because of lane swimming.
The waterslide is limited to 1 person at a time going up the stairs, so you can't go up to the slide with your child to help them.

Kiddie pool has toys and water features, lots of things to occupy little kids.
The hot tub is quite large with stair and ramp access.

My wife and our kids attended the pool last night. The staff there at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional yelling into the Mic at kids for horse play which they were only poking each other. They weren’t bothering anybody pushing anybody bumping into anybody then a few mins later the put their mis up to the glass where my wife had her back to and was holding our 9 month old baby and yelled into it again after that’s when they got called up to pay, my wife asked for two pairs of goggles to buy And was denied and told she can wait till everybody else can go in to swim. She came back 15 minutes later to be told. She needs to wait another 20 minutes. One to swim is only two hours.

Good place to unwind and relax in the sauna great water pressure and temperature in the showers etc kind ppl as well. If you forget a towel they will supply you with one no problem. They will give u peace of mind by watching over your personal belongings while u don't have to worry about things stolen in unlocked lockers :) enjoy

Great place to take the kids, grandchildren, or just have a nice date night in the hot tub. Staff are amazing. Keep up the great work. They are even there when you just need a shower when the hot water tank brakes. They are amazing and accommodating for everybody.

I love the Strathmore Aquatic Centre. I love going there the steam room. My daughters go there all the time. They also have a great Deep water exercise on Thursday nights. That they have a fantastic fitness instructor there named Heather High. Yes she is my wife, but she is awesome!!

Nice rinks. Big change rooms. Concession upstairs that serves alcohol. Nice heated seating area with lots of seats.

I've been on the road a couple days I wanted to stop for a shower only cost 2.75. Really nice staff really nice facility

I play shinny there. $5.50 for an hour and 15 minutes. They have shinny 4 times a week, check the web for details.

We decided to go watch some hockey and eat dinner here. The food was not good. I seen everyone else there bringing in food and I just assumed to save money. Guess I know for next time to bring outside food in. I recommend if you want more sales, get better food. This is sad since alot of families spend alot of money to have there kids in events there.

I am extremely disappointed with the so-called birthday gift I received today from your flower shop for my 35th birthday. What I got was nothing but a bunch of cheap, thoughtless items thrown together at the last minute. There was no care, no creativity—just pure disappointment.

One of the sets was a chocolate basket with no production date, no brand, no information at all—something even Dollarama could do better than this garbage.

My husband was so excited for me to receive this gift. He actually chose three different sets, and when I opened it, I could hardly bring myself to tell him that I wasn’t smiling at all. My heart sank even more when I found out this pile of junk cost nearly $200.

This is absolutely unacceptable. You completely treated your customer like a fool. If I could, I would absolutely demand a refund! I would never recommend your store to anyone. You ruined my 35th birthday.

Do not order from this company they are complete scam artists.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Bloomex. I paid 122.00 for a flower arrangement for my best friends mothers funeral that was not only overpriced but also incomplete. Upon delivery, it was immediately clear that half of the flowers listed in the original order were missing.

I have contacted Bloomex multiple times regarding this issue and was either ignored or misled with false promises that someone would get back to me. As of today, I have yet to receive a legitimate response, resolution, or refund.

It is unacceptable for a company to take payment for a product and then fail to deliver what was promised—both in quality and in service. The fact that my follow-up concerns were disregarded makes this experience even more disappointing. Businesses that operate this way damage consumer trust and should not be in business if they cannot uphold basic standards of honesty and reliability.

Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and money. This business should not be operating — they do not honor their promises and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Bloomex is deceptive. They do not uphold what they have said and agreed to. They said "yes" but yet they will not follow through.

This is not the first time with Bloomex. I will no longer order from Bloomex.

I ordered on May 12 as a belated Mother's Day flower delivery to Scarborough, ON.

The address was correctly stated and recorded.
Paid for 100 blooms of orchids.
Paid for $19.99 same day delivery.

Delivered to 2350 instead of 2330 -- wrong address.
Delivered 15 tulips instead of 100 blooms of orchids (claimed same value)
Not delivered properly and it was the resident of 2350 who finally returned it.

The bouquet was delivered to 2350 instead of 2330. Completely different building altogether. Same unit number but different building. It was recorded at the security desk that they went to the wrong building.

The agents did not want to rectify anything and kept trying to convince me that they delivered it and had a photo. I had to

I kept trying to get in touch with them and it was only on Friday May 16 that I finally received $40 store credit.

Then to make up to my mother, I ordered another bouquet, adding money to create a bigger bouquet to ensure my mother is no longer upset at the 15 tulips that was sent on Monday.

Then today I have photos from my parents that it was again a mixed bouquet.

I ordered 100 Blooms of Alstroemeria
delivered was a mixed bouquet with 7 or so blooms of alstroemeria.

This is lying, deceptive, fraudulent, and dishonest. If I had wanted a bouquet of daisies, I would not have paid $69.99 for it, plus $19.99 for delivery.

I have now been waiting for someone to be in touch with me on chat and I have been ignored by 3 agents now.

I want to report them but don't know where would be most effective.

It is not about getting money back but they simply are not doing business honestly.

The flowers I received looked nothing like the ones I ordered — completely different in color, arrangement, and overall presentation. It was a disappointing surprise, especially since the product I selected was clearly advertised and paid for.

Despite my initial hesitation about ordering from this company, I received a phone call from their team encouraging me to complete my purchase. As an incentive, I was promised an “extra” — such as candies or chocolates — if I placed the order. Trusting their word, I went ahead.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The order arrived late, and the promised “extra” was missing. When I contacted customer service, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive response. The representative stated there was nothing they could do about the missing item and ended the conversation abruptly by asking if I had any other questions.

Eventually, I was offered a store credit, but this feels like an empty gesture — I have no desire to order from this company again after such a misleading and poorly handled experience.

This kind of service reflects a lack of accountability and care for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope management reconsiders how they handle situations like this and takes steps to make it right for future customers.

It turns out today I received a delivery from Bloomex for Mother's Day. I was in the middle of ordering from their site when I got my delivery! I absolutely love the bouquet of Calla lilies. They are so stunning! This was my first time ordering from this website, and I was a bit confused at first while navigating to checkout. It didn't take long to figure it out, though, and place my order, and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely use this site again in the future. I ordered the half dozen assorted roses in a mason jar deluxe.

Website was difficult to order from. Curbside pickup not allowed so couldn't submit my order. But finally figured it out. Calling is helpful, but they're busy. So when we picked up got a chocolate covered strawberry while waiting, and lady greeted us with a smile! This is downtown 7th Ave location. Parking is hard to find, but otherwise happy so far. Haven't gotten my order yet. But if there is anything wrong, I will edit my review.

Love the edible arrangements from here. My favourite go to gift idea that never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My last order was delicious & fresh as always, the watermelon balls were delightful.

I walked in to get some Chocolate covered strawberries and I also got a preserved red rose. I sat and waited only 5 minutes and they gave me a delicious chocolate strawberry sample while I waited. Great service and I left with a beautiful gift for my sister. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at the flower shop thanks to Haani. She was incredibly helpful and creative, she took the time to help me choose the perfect plant and planter combination, and even added some extra moss to complete the look. Her eye for detail and friendly approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered from them before but I was particularly impressed with them this time, on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t just how beautiful the flowers were—even adding some extra touches not shown in the image online—but also their customer service. They were kind and helpful and worked overtime to get us our flowers.

For more detail: I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement and a spa gift for my mom for Mother’s Day, but our area has a lot of theft of packages off of porches, and when we found some plastic packaging on our porch we were sure the flowers had been stolen. We were bummed. But when I called Langdon’s Flowers, the kind woman on the phone let me know they actually hadn’t gotten to our house yet. They track their deliveries very accurately. She let me know they deliver from 8 am to 8 pm so there were still a few hours.

8 pm came and went and we were worried they had delivered and it DID get stolen, but at 8:30 ish they arrived, and the delivery girl was SO sweet. She apologized for being late, we were second to last of the day, but she was working later than she should’ve been, just so could get all the flowers out for Mother’s Day and my mom was so thrilled to see her! It was honestly my fault that I forgot to select a time for delivery, and I’m just really impressed with their dedication to getting these flowers out. (Also I then got an email notifying me that the delivery was completed; so for anyone with a similar situation, just check your emails for confirmation!)

The flowers are gorgeous, and they added some extra touches I wasn’t even anticipating. And the spa set smells like heaven. Including a photo of one of the roses because it’s so perfect lol.)

I've received a call from them within 15 minutes of placing the orders to confirm everything and discuss any substitutions if required. My most recent order was delivered to the recipient within 3 hours of placing the order online. Both arrangements were stunning and incredible quality. We had our anniversary dinner here and really an all around solid experience. Started with pulled pork potato skins. I had the Italian pita chicken wrap with provolone and pesto. Wifey had the mamas meatloaf with veggies and ceasar salad. I'd say nothing was a let down at all. No one dish was like blow you away spectacular. But top to bottom everything came out pretty good. Absolutely stunning experience. The food was amazing. The tempura was the best I have ever had, and my Montreal smoked meat sandwich was likewise amazing. I cannot say enough. The service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere very much. We were there for lunch and I honestly will not need dinner. Highly recommended!

We stopped in for lunch while in town for a hockey tournament. First off, the facility is HUGE, it goes on forever in many levels, and is just so neat.
The way it was laid out it appeared they were well prepared for the crowds who could descend.
The service was prompt and professional. We had a small party, and were seated in a section with a whole team, and both tables saw good service.
The menu has a huge variety, truly something for everyone, and all of it looked good. We had mostly standard lunch fare: soup & sandwiches. All were great.
The one frustration was that there is no floor level seating. Upon entering you must go up or down stairs, one among our party is not very mobile. The bathroom is located by the entrance, so we had to rush lunch and have our food packed up so that this person could use the washroom on the way out, limiting the trips up and down the stairs.

I had lunch here with a colleague and was impressed by the great service and the good food. We both had salads and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Our server was friendly and on top of everything. The room was nicely, decorated and very clean. I’ll be sure to come back next time. I’m in Strathmore.

Huge fan of the salads at Sunterra. I know a Ceasar salad is so simple to make but the fresh greens, chunks of chicken and the home made dressing really does it for me. The salads are a little expensive compared to other grocer's but it's worth the price.

This place disappoints me every single time. I live next store so reluctantly stop in for last minute items and they never have it. When I ask for help with finding simple things, the staff never know what I’m talking about. Tortellini? What is that? Pesto? What is that? Parmesan? What is that? I search the store to always discover they are out of whatever I’m looking for. Also staple items are crazy overpriced. $8 for a box of vegetable broth is insane.

Super great store with lots of options! The bakery has delicious Nanaimo bars and so much other fun stuff, and they have so many interesting fun cheeses as well! I enjoyed the atmosphere and workers were nice.

We had such a fantastic time at the Telus Spark Science Centre! This place is truly a five-star experience, thoughtfully designed with something for everyone, regardless of age or ability. It's the perfect blend of a science center and a children's museum, making it ideal for toddlers and young kids.

The Creative Kids Museum was a definite highlight. It felt like a traditional children's museum with all the climbing spaces and water feature area you'd expect, but with a clever scientific twist. We especially loved the simple machines with adjustable ramps and the building tubes. They even had a soft play area for non-walkers, which was a huge plus. We also really enjoyed the opportunity to use a tool to cut cardboard—it was a unique and engaging activity.

Even though a few spaces were closed for updates, we honestly didn't feel like we were missing a thing. There was still so much to see and do that we didn't get to explore everything! We saw a live demonstration and got to work in Steven's Lab, a hands-on opportunity to tinker and form scientific hypotheses. There was so much to do, I actually felt bad having to pull my daughter away to try and see as much as we could before nap time.

The outdoor space was another highlight. It offered a great chance for kids to run, jump, and explore in a different environment. We went on a great day—it wasn't packed, though I imagine it might be during holidays or later in the school year with school trips.

I even declared to my husband that if we lived in Calgary, I would get a membership. There is just so much to see and do here that it's worth coming back for again and again. Overall, Telus Spark is a must-visit. It's an incredibly well-designed space that seamlessly combines fun and learning.

Despite some good reviews, not worth the cost.
So many of the activities and exhibits were "closed for repair " or simply closed with no explanation.
(Photos of some of many that were closed. The VR zone sould have been open when we were there. We were told it was closed and summarily dismissed. )
Plenty of staff around who were uninterested in engaging with clients.
The displays that were functional were unimpressive.
The cafeteria wouldn't serve us at 2pm although it said it was open until 3pm.
The toilets were filthy. The toddler toilet was "closed for repair".
Handicap buttons for doors were worn so that identification paint wasn't visible.
Doubtful this place could pass a fire inspection.
I recommend the zoo or Heritage Park or Bell Media Centre.
This place needs an overhaul of its management, board of directors, and basic priorities.

Attended the Mother's Day Brunch, and it was terrific. There was a great spread with tons of options for the whole family. Very delicious. There were activities for the kids inside the room, allowing us to enjoy our meal while live shows entertained them. We also loved the photo booth and bead bracelet station. We'll do this again next year.

We visited Spark during the week with 4 kids ages 13-6 and every kid was busy with activities. Absolutely fantastic place to spend the day. From play areas, through science experiments, movie theater, interactive "sandbox" and outdoor play structure, everything was a great experience for our family. The food court offers a variety of delicious food. Plenty of parking. The only thing is that it was crowded with school/daycare groups during the day, but overall it's a 5 star adventure!

This is around my 3rd time going to Telus Spark and my thoughts are now Confirmed, I had went to the Infinity Dome, The Snack Shop, and others! The Snack Shop had some cool stuff to eat but some were a bit… overpriced. But the movie, Me and my Friend-group went to watch Hazelnuts (A 25 Minute Animated Show) Then we explored the Areas (I had initially forgotten the category names) We tried the Bed with nails (It was more uncomfortable than Scary, My friend said “I did it with out the pillow do not recommend”) They also have a Sensory test, where they have you taste gummy bears and ask you questions on what you taste! And there was a Booth where you take photos! (Doesn’t Print it out) but since I don’t remember if it has a name or not, I’ll be calling it the “Digital Photo Machine”

Waited in line on the Saturday for an hour, just to get in. Maybe we'll buy tickets online next year, because we will definitely go again. Planning costumes already. It was wonderful to see so many people that get involved in the spirit of the Faire. So many different things to see and dozens of booths to shop at for clothing, jewelry and all things medieval. Make sure to get seats in the stadium early for the jousting!

Knight fights are the best part of the faire! Hope next year we get more variety for side shows and attractions! I liked fight the knight last year this year axe throwing and Cornhole was okay but I think there needs to be more to do when waiting for the jousts!

Jousting, knight battles, cosplay contest and the market were all great. The 1 hour long lineup to buy food or drinks was not. They need to double the number of food vendors.

First time coming this year and let me say that it was so worth it. Everyone was so welcoming and the activities were very fun and engaging. Would come again. Bring your best costume!

It was a wonderful afternoon. The people were kind, accepting, and many dressed up or in character. Food from the trucks was delicious. The armored combat was great. Even the merchant stalls was a good time, plenty of interesting people and their incredible products. Will go again.

Dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful, responsive and courteous throughout the entire process seeing I was sending fruit basket to NS. Would definately use again.

Update. What I requested was NOT what was recieved.
I requested and paid for a supersize fruit basket but somewhere it was decided to substitute the order without contacting me. What was recieved was flowers and 5 boxes of pretzels and NO CARD which was also purchased.

Today is Sept 24th and I am still calling them to rectify their mistake.

IF your going to substitute something YOU need to contact the purchaser. Ever think there could be diet restrictions? Allergies???

I am totally disappointed. I was promised sept 23rd delivery, now Sept 24th 2025.

Not impressed. Chris did his/her job in placing the order correctly, BLOOMEX dropped the ball!

Had a great experience up until I received the flowers which were for my wife's birthday. It was completely different from what was advertised.

What Bloomex sent was exclusively budding flowers (see photo) which did not start blooming until 3-4 days after the delivery date. I complained to Bloomex and attached a photo.

I got a brush off saying that they send "budding, not fully bloomed flowers, so your recipient can enjoy them longer." This annoyed me because I have purchased flowers before and I know it is not the norm for only budding flowers to be sent. I had to send the photo again and ask them how they would feel if their spouse had received something like this for a birthday or other occasion. I was never offered a refund, only store credit, which might have to be used on something other than flowers to avoid another situation like this.

The 1 star is for the atrocious customer service.

Edit: Yes they were late. Asked to be morning delivered and they came around 2h30. I guess it was because more people had ordered for the same funeral celebration and they got delivered all at the same time. They were not as beautiful as the pictures but still nice.

I placed an order last week for a bouquet made of 100 roses. On the phone, Sally was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding — she truly deserves 5 stars for her service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

However, what I received was extremely disappointing. Instead of a professionally arranged bouquet, I got two completely different bundles of flowers simply thrown together and wrapped in plastic. There was zero effort in presentation — not even the stem lengths were matched. It honestly looked like two random bunches from the store were just pushed together and handed to me.

This is not acceptable for a paid floral arrangement, especially one that was supposed to be special. A complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience. Definitely not what I ordered, and absolutely not worth the price.

Amazing customer service!! I can only hope my order is as amazing when its delivered!!! I was close to an hour back and forth on chat with a guy named Mike. He patiently understood what I was looking for and assisted in giving me suggestions and also offered a 15% promo code. I recommend using chat to place orders so you know what your getting. A few months ago I ordered one of their gourmet gifts baskets and it was incredible as well. I will order from this company and continue to recommend 👌. Cheers!☺️

Alice did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. Really great value and she spent so much time making sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it. She gave detailed instructions on how to make them last from the afternoon into the evening. I would use Alice for all other future events! Thank you for helping us with our special day.

I came into Panda Flowers on very short notice and was seriously impressed. I was in a rush to pick up my wife from the airport and needed something beautiful fast—and they delivered! She was so accommodating, worked within my budget, and even added extra flowers to make the arrangement look full and absolutely stunning. The bouquet looked amazing and my wife loved it. Definitely going to be my go-to spot for flowers from now on. Highly recommend!
