Nothing is too much trouble for Epic, who we use for our deliveries. They have always treated us with respect and consideration and deliveries have been on time and as ordered. They have never let us down and their baskets and flowers are always good value, fresh and beautifully put together. Having utilized Epic for many years, we have no hesitation in recommending them. This is an unsolicited recommendation and no consideration has been given or requested.

I would like to say a special Thank you to the owner of Epic Baskets😊 I had a little incident with one of the employees in downtown location and call there customer service number, explained what happened 2 min. Later I got a phone call back from Epic Baskets and it was the owner of the company, he apologized for what happened and made sure that I will receive my gift basket on time for Christmas. The next day I got my basket delivered to my door free of charge. Thank you for going the extra mile for your customers highly participate. Excellent customer service.

Would never order here again.
The basket was cool.
But I paid 330$ for it (including the same day shipping option as it was the day of my friends birthday)
The following day I emailed to ask why it hadn't arrived, they said 2 more days!
They ended up delivering just 1 day late but the wrong basket with the wrong card!!
Completely ruined the surprise then had to wait another day for them to switch the basket.
They only refunded me 15$ for all the inconvenience.
I overpaid and they underdelivered

I ordered a baby basket. I made a mistake with the address and sent an email and they corrected it immediately. The delivery came in time and the basket was exactly like the picture. The price was cheaper than other basket arrangements I found online. Will definitely order again.

I live in Sylvan Lake Alberta and my mom in Ottawa is 96 years old. I send flowers to my mom for every occasion. This time I sent mom flowers because today is my sister Cindy’s birthday. The first birthday without her because of her passing.

I have often used this service to send gifts, but this time I was the receiver.
On Mother's Day, I received a beautiful bouquet and a red bottle of wine which my daughter ordered online from Australia.
It made my day, as I miss her so much. The delivery was with care and the wonderful gentleman wished me a Happy Mother's Day as he passed the bag to me.
Now, I too experienced what others have said to me when I send them gifts using your service; its beautiful and I love it!

I can't speak for the basket, I never saw it, but I can tell you I got a very nice phone call from my accountant who was very pleased with the gift. What pleases *me* is that y'all were able to help me re-route the delivery the next morning when I realized in the evening that I'd accidentally sent it to myself. No muss, no fuss, no drama, no excuses about how you can't stop a delivery once it gets started. Y'all were awesome!

I live in the USA & my Sister-in-Law lives in Canada, sending gifts can get expensive & tricky. Finding My Baskets was awesome!! So many options, beautifully packaged, easy to order. The most beautiful bouquet for my wedding was created by PointRoses. They are highly talented. I sent them a design and they dit it flawlessly. I recommend them 100%. Besides, the costumer service is amazing and responsive.

I just moved to Calgary and only knew I wanted to buy a Jeep Gladiator. After comparing online, I decided to drive 40 minutes to Strathmore Dodge to take a look, and I was lucky to meet Kyle that day. He was very warm and honest, patiently introducing the vehicle and letting me know upfront that one part needed to be replaced and the car wasn’t ready for a test drive yet. He promised to notify me once it was fixed—and he did exactly that. When he found out I couldn’t go back to Strathmore due to personal reasons, he kindly offered to bring the car all the way to my house for a test drive. I was genuinely moved by that. The car also made a great impression, so I decided to buy it. We were looking for a used vehicle and found what we were looking for at Strathmore Dodge. Karen Hermann greeted us and was able to give us the information were looking for regarding the used pick up. The questions she was immediately able to answer she provided very quickly and thoroughly. As a sales representative for the Dodge dealership Karen was engaging, educated in the used vehicle and the process to purchase. Upon the purchase Karen was interactive in providing all the necessary details of how to correct operate the electronic systems for the vehicle and overall was a job to purchase a vehicle from.
Karen as a sales person, Darren as the sales manager, and the finance fellow (sorry can't remember is name) were very personable and informative to work with regarding the purchase and would absolutely go to this dealership to purchase another vehicle.

I can’t believe how efficient Alta vista flowers are. Within a few hours my order I made online was delivered and zero delivery charge. The pot of anthuriums was beautiful, fresh and had a bud. Highly recommended and I will use again.

I’m so pleased with the beautiful bouquet that was sent to my mother for her birthday. I am out of town and was hoping to surprise my mom with flowers on her birthday and they’ve done nothing short of a beautiful arrangement and perfectly timed delivery to make my mom’s day so special. Dave delivered flowers to my parents today, and because it's -1Billion° outside and they weren't home yet, he went WAY above and beyond and found them a warm home in the neighbour's house until my folks could collect them later. I walked in on Mother’s Day close to 1PM, not sure what to expect as there was a bit of a lineup ahead of me. Nothing was available and so they asked if I was okay with waiting 15 minutes for their florist to create a bouquet. They took down my name and number and then showed me around, what flowers they had available, and asked what price point I was thinking which I thought was very considerate. Their studio space is cozy, and I was able to wait on their terrace space where they keep their potted outdoor plants. I also picked up a bunch of Eucalyptus, which is sold by weight. The bouquet their florist designed was gorgeous, and wrapped with care. Appreciative that they were able to make something so beautiful on the spot. My Mom loved them. Will definitely consider Blumenstudio for future arrangements.

Great little neighborhood market. I like to get produce, meat, cheese, and other treats here. They also have a coffee bar and pastries and a good selection of ready to eat items. Pantry items can be quite pricey but nice to have available in a pinch.

Absolutely love this market, so many gems in this small store. They have some amazing pre made food, recently tried these cinnamon buns and they are absolutely fantastic. I hope they become a permanent item here!

Absolutely love this gem of a store. They have some really unique produce products that I haven't found anywhere else. For a while. I was driving back just to this place to get mandarins because they were the best tasting ones I could find anywhere.

They have ready to go options...including desserts and salads, cookies, and beverage options. You really can't walk in this place without finding something delectable. Rosé raspberries for example. Seedlip. The carrot cake omg.

Bridgeland's Best Kept Secret!

This was my second visit to this charming little store. I returned because I was attracted to this place the first time I came here. The management is super friendly and they keep their store clean, well organized and stocked with all sorts of interesting and tasty goods.

On this visit, I purchased two packages of their home made cookies which are the absolute greatest. Lip smacking good.

Despite their steep prices, I will return here often.

I am so happy and grateful for the service that @customboards has provided for my event. They went above and beyond the industry standard to ensure great customer service and turnaround time. My wedding would have been completely in shambles without the team working day and night to fix my signs.
I contacted her initially after my original wedding planner bailed on me, and I had no guarantee for anything in my event. I needed everything in 4 days time: signage, table numbers, menu cards, the works.
The team was so understanding of my situation and made so many accommodations to ensure my special day wasn't ruined. They even revised the artwork for me twice to ensure that it was perfect and matched my tastes and decor. I will definitely recommend this business to my family and friends. Thank you so much one again fpr helping me out , you guys saved my wedding!

We paid almost $400 for a welcome sign and seating chart. After taking our money they have gone completely silent for over a week. No artwork proofs, no updates, no responses to multiple voicemails and emails. No explanation for the delay.

We are now just days from our wedding and still have not been able to reach them. We have had to scramble to find a different company and spend another $400, including an additional rush fee, to replace what they have not delivered.

This business is totally unreliable and unprofessional. They have caused unnecessary stress as our wedding approaches by holding our money without communicating or delivering anything. Do not trust them with your money, and absolutely do not risk something as important as your wedding with them.

Very disappointed with this company. We ordered a sign/seating chart bundle for close to $500 on Aug 11. No one reached out to us until Aug 31 (a week before our wedding) to confirm they were actually working on it. We confirmed artwork but there was no further communication. We also didn’t receive notification that the sign was ready to pick up.

They were unresponsive via email and their phone voicemail box was full. We were left to scramble the day before our wedding, and spent an additional $350 to print replacement signs ourselves

This is completely unacceptable. Hopefully my credit card can somehow reverse the charge because they haven’t responded to my request for a refund.

I would not recommend, especially if you're looking to book for an event as significant as a wedding.

I placed my order early in the year for my August wedding. Everything was going well prior to placing my order; however, when I tried to follow up on my design and the timeframe for receiving it, etc., I wasn't receiving any communication. I called the number several times and was told I would get a call back shortly while they "checked" – I never got it. I literally only started hearing back two weeks prior to the wedding (after I thought I'd been scammed and started looking for alternative options due to the lack of response to my email attempts and calls).
Eventually, my artwork was approved and marked "ready for printing." Yet, three days before the wedding, I still hadn't received communication about when I could pick up my order, so I had to call again to get the information. Even they were surprised that I hadn't received an email with the pickup details lol.
My signs turned out okay, but the edges of my table seating chart were damaged – at that point, I was just relieved to have the signs in hand. The final straw was that after returning the rented sign holder, I didn't receive my deposit back until today; I had to follow up twice via email.

Disappointed, to say the least – out of all my wedding vendors, this was by far the worst. If you're looking for a vendor for wedding signs, I would recommend choosing a business with better customer service.

She was super helpful and able to quickly action 2 beautiful funeral floral arrangements within 48 hours based on budgetary constraints and specific colour requests (we're from Montreal and Miami so really appreciated the payment method accommodation). Average looking gift baskets which are overpriced. I can probably buy a similar basket at Costco for half the price. One of the baskets that I got is ripping apart at the edges (see pics below). The merchant responded quickly and the baskets were delivered in 2 days.

I’ve ordered a beautiful basket filled with all kinds of chocolate for a colleague of mine. The basket arrived exactly as it looked on the website with all of the delicious treats. The only thing I would recommend is to include a higher quality card to write a personal message on. But that would just be the cherry on top.

I ordered a few gift baskets for various businesses this past holiday season, and Alex went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. I had designed and printed up custom cards to go to each different place, and he even sent someone to me to pick them up! This was an amazing bespoke service. He didn't have to do go out of his way, but he did and I truly appreciated it. I've dealt with a few gift basket services over the years to send to my clientele, but they're going to be my sole provider from this point forward. The gift baskets are absolutely beautiful there full of amazing items,it was pkg well with a came in a really nice basket with a beautiful bow...the variety they have is stunning and for every occasion I'll definitely be ordering again, look forward to it...

I was running out of idea of what to buy as a gift this Christmas (ya, it's that time again) so I was googling around gift basket and I found Glitter Gift Baskets. I got one basket at last minute (according to my personal "timeline") and the service was impeccable: fast, efficient and friendly. The package was nicely wrapped with an own personal message (to be filled when ordering from their online store). The offerings inside are sure to give any receivers a true enjoyment! Another plus point is GGB is so close to my office :) Will definitely come back again!

I have been ordering baskets from Tommy and his team for years now and all I can say is they make it so easy. Tommy is a dream to deal with, so quick to reply to questions or concerns, the baskets are gorgeous according to the customers we send them to, and the pricing is on-point. The staff are extremely kind. I cannot STAND THE IDIOTIC VENDING MACHINES THAT TOOK MY MONEY ONCE AND THE SECOND TIME IT JUST WOULD’NT WORK every time they just ooh you can call the number on it what the flip is that going to do? Send me the
drink? Other than that it’s good.

New facility in Strathmore near Hwy 1, this is the home of the Falcons with 2 volleyball courts, indoor soccer and open gym. Day passes are dirt cheap,definitely come back here again when we come for hockey tournament.

The staff there are nice. Seems like it would be a fun facility to do activities at (pickleball, badminton, basketball, etc)

I absolutely love the ability to use an indoor track. I do wish it had the same schedule flexibility a 24/hour gym would have but I'm enjoying it 😊

Went in spent money for a group of people to go in they had told us one court was booked til 6:30 but right after we got in they kicked us off the court saying all of them were booked for the entire night entire waste of time and money and gas and they didn’t even offer a refund disappointed that the staff lied to us we’re only in for 5 minutes before we left

Fun family experience for the rodeo and general grounds admission. Plenty of food vendors, washrooms,music, shopping, and more.
Price of admission to the rodeo was $33 each. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how much the rodeo cost on the website which to me was super confusing.
We did not visit the concert stage but would plan to go back to do that next time.
Parking was in an open field, well monitored, and there was plenty of parking for everyone. This made it a good 5 to 7 minute walk to the grounds which wouldn't be ideal for seniors but is fine for general public. Just bring your walking shoes.
The grounds seemed safe and security was on site.

First time visitor and loved it!
...except for the fact that it wasn't showing anywhere when seats were booked. We didn't even know it was possible until people kept bumping us from where we sat...😕
Otherwise very nice! Tons of parking but be careful if you just have a car as you'll be parking on bumpy grassland.
Good live music, kids entertainment and shopping booths with very nice handmade items. Sadly I wasn't rich enough for one of the amazing leather bags...but one day I'll buy one haha

We were there with my family for the Medieval Festival. It was amazing!

Placed a large order with Edible Arrangements on Boul Saint-Laurent of 3 different bouquets of balloons, a teddy bear, and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything arrived as prearranged and on time. They were big and beautiful, BUT ... the $71 Bobbi's Balloon Bouquet that had a plush teddy bear were deflated and on the floor within 9 hours of receiving them. Didn't even last the celebration.. very disappointed. Although I may recommend them, beware the latex balloons may not last the length of your event and will likely start falling during the celebration. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
UPDATE: Was contacted by the owner of this Edible Arrangements store. They said they felt my review was unfair and negative even though my review is complementary, states the balloon bouquets we big and beautiful, delivered on time and as requested. EVEN THOUGH I said I may recommend them but be aware, that the latex balloons MAY start to fall during your celebration which is fact.. The owner even tried to offer me 12 chocolate covered strawberries if I removed what they said was "a negative review". In the store owners response to my review, they even say the same thing I did about the balloons deflating but my review because it's not 5 stars .. is considered negative by the owners. The store owner messaged me numerous times asking me to remove my complimentary, fair and honest review.

I was so excited to receive my order for my wife’s birthday. I bought a set of 12 balloons and also a “Happy Birthday” platter, and I even paid extra for same-day delivery.

Unfortunately, within just 2 hours of receiving them, most of the balloons had already deflated and fallen to the ground. This was extremely disappointing, as I expected them to last at least through the celebration. The quality of the balloons was not at all what was advertised.

What’s more concerning is that I noticed another customer in the past had the exact same issue, which shows this problem hasn’t been properly addressed.

Overall, the experience was frustrating. Considering the poor quality and the fact that I paid extra for timely delivery, I feel it’s only fair to request a refund for this order. I truly hope the business can address this issue so that future customers don’t have the same experience.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Edible Arrangements! The fruit bouquet was not only stunning to look at but also unbelievably fresh, juicy, and delicious. Every single piece tasted perfect, and the chocolate-dipped fruit was a huge hit! The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and efficient service, and the prices are truly amazing for the quality and presentation you receive. Ordered a cupcake box with flowers to send to my friend for her birthday. The product was fine, the service not so much. Even though the website clearly stated it would be hand-delivered in a refrigerated van, the items were just left outside in the heat. My friend found the box after a day and the store said the cupcakes are still fine to be eaten even after being in the heat. I don’t think that is a very responsible piece of advice. I contacted support online again then the manager gave me a call. Not apologetic at all, just told me, he will have my friend come and pickup new cupcakes from him and asked me for 5 stars review. I was not happy but was going to let it go until my friend told me he called her and said my complaint was a lie, the spot the cupcakes were left was very obvious. Well that is beyond the point, you did not hand-delivered as promised, did not offer to send new ones until a second complaint was filed and decide to complain to my friend about me? How unprofessional, bad customer service, clearly does not know how to do business. Would not recommend.

Went in with my son & dad to look at a scooter from the pharmacy. The guy was fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I tried to purchase a couple drinks and some snacks for my lil guy and the gentleman behind the counter gave them to use free of charge (because dad bought the scooter of course). Great experience

Not a bad lil place to hang out. I know few homeless ppl hang out here.
But I had the had bad experience here. The FCSS told me to come here to get out of the cold because I have a dog. Yes it says no dogs but they allow them because if your homeless with a dog. But there is this est Indian gut who kicked me out because he is Discrimination against my dog. Bit keep this small dog there that Caused motion. But because he didn't like my dog he and the owner of flip flop coffee shop kicked us out when it was 65 km winds and raining.
