Overall a disappointing experience. I had concerns with the quality of the hems and edges. As you can see from the photos, the craftsmanship is lacking. The manager said that this quality was their standard and I shouldn’t worry. It’s the attention to detail that I found frustrating, even if it is not visible on the outside. I said that for $700, the hems and edges should at least look more professionally done. The manager said that this is what $700 gets you and if I wanted better quality, I should have gone to Harry Rosen and spend $4000 instead. I found this comment dismissive and unprofessional. Even $5 fast fashion clothes have better construction, which is ironic as these suits are made in a Chinese factory as well. I also had concerns with the fabric (it is cotton, linen, and silk). The fabric was pilling and stretched looking in so many areas, making the suit look used and old. The manager said I could just use scissors to remove the pilling and this was common in the fabric I chose. However, the quality of their garments should be their responsibility and a brand new custom made suit should not look used like that. Speaking of responsibility, they said they would remove the seams for the pockets. When I got back the suit, the seams were still there and the manager said I could remove them by hand carefully. He showed me how and I realized when I got home, he damaged the fabric from pulling the seams apart. I am not sure why he did not use a seam ripper to be more careful. Lastly, the fit was so ghastly when I first received it. It was baggy everywhere. While they did alterations as part of the final look, there are still areas that are so ill fitting. As someone with thick thighs and a big butt, they still somehow managed to make the pants look like a diaper on me. I get that the fabric does not stretch, but I did not want a diaper/balloon pants. After the alterations, the jacket started wrinkling at the back, indicating fit issues with the as well. I would not recommend Indochino to anyone. I am sure many people get what they want from them, but it does not seem like they care when some people get poor quality and ill-fitting outfits.

Horrible Experience – Would Never Recommend

My dad had an incredibly disappointing experience with Indochino. He created a custom suit with them, and as you can see from the attached photos, the fit was nowhere near what the measurements should have produced.

When I contacted customer service, they told me he would have to return to their Calgary location within two weeks to have it fixed — despite the fact that he lives in Saskatchewan. This meant taking time off work and paying for unnecessary travel, all for a suit that was supposed to be custom-made right the first time.

The total cost of his suit was $800, but with the additional travel expenses and time lost, this ended up costing him much more. When he visited the store a second time, staff casually mentioned there may have been an error with how the iPad recorded my measurements — seriously? Their offered compensation? A pocket square. Laughable and insulting given the inconvenience he endured.

He was told by the store manager to contact customer service again in case they could do more. He sent an email immediately after his second trip — no response, not even an acknowledgement. I followed up three weeks later and still heard nothing.

For a company that markets itself as a premium custom suit maker, this was a completely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering Indochino — especially for a special occasion — to think twice. I’ll never make another suit with them, and I do not recommend their services to anyone.

We are a two-bride wedding.
We had the privilege of meeting with Marco to help us with choosing a suit for our wedding party. We absolutely would have left with the wrong colour without his help! We are so excited to share with our wedding party that their suits will not be just a “one-time-wear” because the colour we landed on is so versatile it can be worn over again. Thank you again Marco! Simons is an awesome department store in the heart of The Ottawa market and Rideau Shopping Centre. It offers a wide variety of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and housewares. The prices vary but they offer quality named brands along with their own. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We really enjoy shopping at Simon’s in Ottawa and Quebec.

I had the best experience at Simon’s Ottawa located in the Rideau Centre.
I tried a few clothes and thanks to the a customer representative there, it went by smoothly. I had my outfits set in the changing room before getting in. They made sure I found everything I was looking for.
I ended up leaving very satisfied and not empty ended.

A vast store with multiple levels here at Rideau Mall downtown Ottawa. It has an abundance of different products for both men and women. The prices and quality vary but I’m sure that you can find what you’re looking for. 👍😎

I can’t shake off the feeling that I was extremely ripped off at this store. Sadly, I found the perfect dress here but it was overly priced and I was lied to.
When trying on dresses, they help you make them closer to your size and tell you “oh, but if you like this dress, we can order it on your size” LIES - you don’t get a dress your size nor a new one- just the one who knows how many people have tried before. I think they trick you into getting a dress even if it’s not your size just so you pay a lot using their seamstress to adjust it (which I won’t be doing, I found one of my own).
The manager also is very quick to judge you for your budget. I said I wanted a specific style of dress and what my budget was and her first comment was “you have expensive taste. You won’t find a dress like that in your budget”, then, why am I even here?
Also, BEWARE, they write the price tags BY HAND. I saw how my price tag was at 2.6k and by the time I agreed to get the dress and was doing the paperwork, the tag had been very obviously manipulated to say 2.8k.
I honestly regret getting my dress from them because I feel I was taken advantage of. It’s sad that the dress I loved was from this store.
I recommend you go with a much lower price range than your actual one because they pressure you to buy on your first visit because they offer a discount “only on the first visit”. Since it seems their prices are made up, they help you reach your budget so that you buy with them: LOWBALL THEM!! And maybe you wont get ripped off like I was :)

We had a wonderful experience here buying the Mother of the Bride dress, Sara was so helpful and accommodating, she let us try on as many dresses as we needed to to find the perfect one, she made the whole experience feel special and stress free! Highly recommend coming here for your mother of the bride dress! Besides the great customer services there is a huge selection, with a lot of new models. Also a special shout out to Fatima, who was just as kind and helpful!

This women knows her stuff. I am a heavier woman and within 15 minutes she had me in dresses that fit. I am the mother of the groom. I would recommend this boutique to anyone. Alot to choose from including wedding dresses so glad I found this place

One of my best experiences yet! I initially didn’t trust that you have to pay 30$ whether you pick a dress or not , because I had been to another rental place prior to this and it wasn’t worth it at all. The 30$ they charge here is worth every penny for their 1 on 1 styling service! And if you pick a dress the fee is waved. This is my third time picking a dress and each time I have felt valued and extremely comfortable. This is a private 1 on 1 consultation. It feels like I’m someone important who they closed the store for. The stylist and owner Sarra who worked with me on all three occasions really understood what I wanted and surprised me with some items I never thought would look good on me. You get an hour and on all 3 occasions so far I have found my dress within the first 15 minutes. I love the concept and you can tell that it is her passion. I personally also am self conscious sometimes about my body and it was nice to try on dresses without anyone staring at me ( even if that might be in my head 😁). I love this extremely professional company and would definitely recommend !
Also... if you combine the price spent on all three dresses that would have been the price of one dress of the same quality , a dress I would never wear again.

Really terrible experience. It started well with the stylist, she asked what style we were looking for and we discussed about the wedding.
It went completely downhill during the dressing trial.
The stylist refused to listen to her opinion. At every stage, she refuted her comments.
You would imagine that for your wedding, a stylist would be more accommodating to make this experience special. This was absolutely not the case.
When I saw a dress on the hanger, I asked if she can try it and the stylist said “that’s not what you said you wanted. I asked and you said you only wanted a certain style” and she was annoyed at us.
I’m sorry but is that not the reason why people go to a stylist and try dresses on? To TRY.
What was supposed to be an amazing appointment really turned sour with the stylist. After seeing how upset we were, she tried to be more accommodating but the damage is done.
This is just our opinion with this one specific stylist, this may not be the case with others.

100% recommend renting your wedding dress! We had a last minute wedding and a friend recommended this place. Sarah was so attentive and helped me find the perfect dress (much cheaper than buying and much less stress!). We had a first meeting with her to select the dress then I was able to pick it up 2 days before the wedding. She recommend a tailor who did the alterations on site. Then I was able to bring back the dress 2 days after. Thanks for the great experience Sarah!

I had an incredible experience at Moores Clothing thanks to the outstanding service provided by Daniele! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and at ease. We were looking for a rental suit for an upcoming wedding, and Daniele was nothing short of exceptional in guiding us through the options.

Valentina (Patricia) was an absolute wonder to work with. I visited to pick up a sport jacket that wasn't available in my size at the Ajax store. She was incredibly helpful with helping me find the right fit and even suggested other jackets that would've been suitable for the event I was attending. I would gladly recommend speaking with her if you need help with fits, color combos, and suit styles. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service. Patricia was so helpful, patient and experienced. Great taste too! We took all her recommendations, and she put together a suit that looked great from top to bottom. So thankful we bumped into her because she made this process much quicker and easier.

Great service from Hayden on my recent (and last minute as usual) wedding outfit purchase. He gave honest feedback on what did and didn’t match, did not rush through options, was patient and took measurements to ensure a good fit. Also gave honest feedback on shoe comfort and longevity with input from one other team member. I felt very welcomed. Refreshing to receive a level of service that is what the standard used to be. Well exceeding today’s standards. Very impressed, personable too.

Speaking of shoes, I know uniforms might be corporate policy and not determined by management, but jeez somebody up top has to make it so staff that pass a minimum seniority or performance metric can get hooked up better with some fresh shoes. More than just their usual employee discount. They did not reveal theirs, but make it better. These guys have put them to good use and deserve a fresh set at a sweet deal or on the house. @ Mgmt comp these fine lads on some new kicks if you can, they deserve it.

Every single time I come here (I don't know what's wrong with me - maybe I try to see the best in people,) I end up looking for what I want, by myself, with little to no help from the staff.

Did I ever find the pleated flannel trousers I wanted? Nope.

Did the staff even seem to care if I did? Nah.

Do I even know if they even have such a pair? I would hope so, but clearly not, at the point that I'm writing this.

In any case, I have resigned myself to accept that Moores is merely a prom-tux rental-shop. Any self-respecting aesthete with an eye to men's classic wear would do well to avoid this establishment like the plague.

I went into Moores for a Tux rental. They took the time to make sure i was 100% satisfied before I left. I didn't know that they had so many other nice clothing beside suits. I bought a lot of other casual shirts and they were able to get them tailored on site for me at a very low cost. I am completely satisfied with them. I will definitely be back to buy more of my usual casual clothing. A PLUS SERVICE!

Walked in this store randomly looking for a new belt to go with my professional wardrobe. There was a good amount of selection. The store was well-lit, professional-looking and welcoming. There was a good music on and a good ambience. Staff was helpful. All in all , an excellent place to shop for formal wear, and also an opportunity to support a local business.

I am a lawyer and bought my Robes from Giroux years ago. I had a great and professional experience with them at that time.

However, I had continued buying my suits at another popular and well known corporately run "mens clothing store." My experience at this other store had declined considerably in recent years.

I then decided to buy two suits from Giroux's and am glad I made the change. I received friendly service and quality suits. I wear a suit almost every working day, and moving forward I am going to be spending my money at Giroux's.

I’ve been wanting to visit this store for a long time, and I finally did. Very happy. Great, friendly service. I bought a suit and the alterations were perfect - so far, a great experience. I the. Went back a few weeks later and purchased a made-to-measure dress shirt. Picked up the shirt and it’s perfect. The shirt fits me, a larger, plump body style, better than any off-the-shelf shirts I’ve tried or purchased in the past. I see why this local store has been around for so many years and I’m glad I went to check them out.

Suzie helped me find the perfect dress, even though I came in very unsure of what style I was looking for. The selection was gorgeous, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. When it came to alterations, they worked wonders and quite quickly! They made sure my dress fit like a glove and it was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. At my very first appointment, Ida was the associate that assisted me. She was patient and accommodating as I shared with her my inspiration photos and what kind of style I was hoping to find. She helped me look through the different designers and would offer suggestions based on what I liked and what I didn't. My favorite part was getting to look through the dresses on my own - something that other boutiques did not offer. Once I purchased my dress, I was kept in the loop on its update and arrival. It came exactly when expected and I proceeded into alternations on time. Every fitting I had with the seamstress was straightforward and simple. She was even able to create custom sleeves upon my request using the extra fabric. Ida was there to see my final fitting and she helped me steam and pack up my dress and veil. I'm so glad I got to start and end my wedding dress journey with her! Her calm and sweet presence made my experience so positive which made me even more excited for my wedding day. I had an amazing experience at Cameo! The dresses were all what I considered to be reasonably priced and almost all were within my budget (which was not extravagant). The selection was incredible, and how cool is it that they carry local Calgary designers like Lis Simon? I purchased my dress in November and it arrived in March, pretty quick turnaround for wedding dresses. The salespeople were wonderful, not pushy, let me look around as much as I liked and provided insightful information. They also didn’t try to hide the prices like some places do. I even got my alterations done in store, and both the seamstress and store owner were so easy to work with and transparent about the cost. I can’t say enough good things about the store, and I’m excited to get married in my Cameo dress next week!!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start because this appointment was everything I hoped for and more. I forgot the consultants name but she worked August 23, 2025. She was so sweet and caring, especially after I shared some of the negative experiences I’ve had with dress shopping before. She kept checking in with me, made me feel completely comfortable, and honestly made me forget all the stress I walked in with.

When I found out they didn’t have the dress I had fallen in love with last year, I thought my heart was going to sink — but she turned it around and made the whole experience so special. She pulled a dress that ended up being my actual dream dress, and funny enough, I think I love it even more than the original.

The best part? She never pressured me to buy right then and there, which was such a huge relief after the pushy appointments I’ve had in the past. That honestly made all the difference and confirmed my decision 100%.

I left in tears — but happy ones — because she completely changed what could have been a stressful day into one of the most special memories of my wedding journey. Truly 5 stars, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a very disappointing experience with my semi-custom gown from Cameo & Cufflinks. The dress I received was not what I ordered. The neckline was loose and unstructured, and the skirt had visible puckering. I flagged the issues immediately, but my concerns were downplayed. Two separate seamstresses later confirmed the dress had construction flaws. Initially cameo committed to supporting having the issues fixed but walked that support back. I received conflicting responses, unanswered emails, and shifting explanations. I paid for all alterations myself to make the dress wearable. I was eventually offered a small reimbursement, but only if I signed a non-disclosure agreement, which I declined. I wouldn’t recommend this store based on how the situation was handled.

I had an amazing experience at Gaudi thanks to Sergio and Mika. Sergio was incredibly professional, attentive, and truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He has a natural way of making you feel taken care of, and his knowledge really stood out...and then there’s Mika(: what an absolute gem. She’s not just helpful and professional, but she brings this warmth and charm that makes the whole place brighter. Honestly, Mika is just a doll. Interacting with her felt effortless and fun; she has this way of making you smile without even trying. Let’s just say she left quite the impression on me.Thanks to both of them, my visit was better than I could have imagined. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I know exactly who I’ll be hoping to see when I do!

The colour, fit, price and a shirt made a perfect match. Last weekend was the event and I received many compliments on my attire. I want to give a big thank you to Manny at Harry Rosen — his service was exceptional, and we connected on a genuine, emotional level. It’s rare to come across someone that authentic in retail.

On the other hand, I have to mention David (Asian gentleman) — he was on his phone while I was speaking, barely acknowledged me, and honestly, it felt a bit discriminatory. I can’t say for sure, but as a brown man, the energy felt off — like I wasn’t worth his time. In a luxury environment, that kind of attitude makes all the difference. One person made me feel welcomed, the other made me question why I walked in.

I had a great experience getting a made-to-measure tux at Harry Rosen for my wedding. Isaiah helped me throughout the process and was the man. Super meticulous about fit, very easy to schedule with, and gave honest, no-BS advice. You can tell he cares about getting it right. The tux turned out perfect and I felt great wearing it. Would definitely recommend working with him.

Had to write this as soon as I returned to my hotel in Toronto because I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with the service I received today at from JOHN ALVARES at Harry Rosen at Eaton Center. Even when my original shirt didn’t arrive because of a shipping issue outside his control, he handled it quickly and came up with a solution, all within a tight timeline.

Compared to Holts one block away, Harry Rosen has unpretentious service and waaay larger selection

I went in the store was empty. No one was working and no customers in this store either.

A lot of their top brands are gone. Just lots of aspiring brands that fools aspiring shoppers to make them feel wealthy.

If you can’t afford their products you can always finance it with Klarna. How sad you have to be to use that option and how does this affect your image as a high end menswear store.

Brad was so delightful and warm when we first walked into the store. He helped me pick out a limited edition creed fragrance for men. Best service I’ve ever had period. Ask for Brad!!

I have been to a lot of shops in the GTA and for me, this is the best shop with the best quality of work! Customer service is top notch as well. Sharon was very patient in all our inquires and is very knowledgeable on their service. Our appointment was nothing but positive experience.

Also, they are having a 30% discount if you purchase suits during your birth month which I think is a pretty great deal!

I doubt the authenticy of these positive reviews. The clothes are tailored in China and come to you very poorly fitting - they will not refund (they make you sign a "final sale" document) and will offer "correct" it for you, but you cannot correct pants that are too short and too small. Shirt are too short and tight. Please do yourself a favour and look at the Better Business Bureau rating - their rating is F.

I purchased my custom wedding suit at this location. From the moment I walked into the store, Sharon was accommodating and managed to squeeze me in for a fitting. A few weeks later, the suit arrived at home and it only needed minor alterations. Speaks to the work Sharon did at the initial visit. Danesh helped me out with the alterations. He provided great suggestions and feedback and clearly aware of current trends. On visit three, both Sharon and Danesh were present and ended the service the way it began - excellence in all aspects of customer service and hospitality. I highly recommend this location and thanks to the team at Indochino for ensuring I’ll be looking great for my wife come wedding day!

The store offers a good selection of suits and customization options. However, my experience with the associate assisting me was disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the associate was also helping another customer during my time. I would have understood this if the interaction had still been courteous, but unfortunately, he came across as quite rude and dismissive.

When I asked questions, I received short, direct answers with no suggestions or guidance. I felt rushed throughout the process, even though I was investing close to a thousand dollars—not just a few hundred. I wanted to go over different options for Ties/Pocket square as well but the associate had no time. I wanted to carefully consider the right suit and color combination, but instead of supporting that, the associate asked if I planned to "text and ask everything" from my friend. I was doing so because any question I asked was met with, "It's up to you," rather than helpful input.

Coming from a sales and customer service background myself, I believe this associate lacked the basic skills expected in a client-focused environment. I rarely leave reviews, as I don’t want to negatively affect a business based on a single experience. But this situation was quite frustrating.

That said, I still placed an order and am hoping everything arrives on time. I truly hope the product meets the expectations.

It was a wonderful experience, went to get a dress shirt and left with a suit as well. Sharon was amazing to deal with, she answered all of my questions and made the process very pleasant. I'd strongly recommend her if you're looking at getting a suit.

Store was holding two pairs of shoes for me. I drove an hour to get there and they “just sold them”. Booooo.

I got a full suit, pants, shirt and tie from here recently. I have to say I was blown away by the enthusiasm and help offered by one of the employees here. He was a skinny Tamil guy (sorry I didn’t catch his name) and he really helped find the right suit and size for me very quickly. A very pleasant experience and the price for everything was very reasonable. If the owners read this, give that kid a raise as I will be back to buy more outfits.

My boyfriend and I had a wedding to attend and he was looking for a suit to wear so we came into this store on a Saturday morning and it was such a pleasant experience! The lady working there (who I regretfully did not get her name) was so helpful and attentive. She helped him get his perfect size, she even provided him with shoes and a white shirt to try on just so he could see the whole fit come together. She was very pleasant to deal with because she was not circling us like a vulture salesperson and did not pressure us at all to buy anything. We ended up purchasing the suit she recommended, and he looked great!!

Provided excellent, fast and satisfying service. Inside 15 minutes had a suit prepared with all accessories to make a guy very confident walking into a wedding. Mr. Fayek was extremely helpful and hospitable towards my requests and had my suit ready for me the next day.

Friendly staff, and not at all pushy. Wide selection of suits. I found what I was looking for. Bought a suit and dress shirt for the 1st time in years. Total time in the store: less than hour.

Got my wedding suit at Moores Montreal and overall had a great experience. Prices seemed reasonable for what you get. The staff was helpful—yes, they try to upsell a bit, but if you know what you want, you’ll be just fine. One of the sellers even suggested I come back later to take advantage of a better discount, which I really appreciated. They made sure I got the right fit and helped tailor the suit so it came out perfect. There was a small hiccup when a new employee forgot to call me once my suit was ready, which caused a slight delay, but in the end, everything worked out. Solid place if you’re looking for good mid-range quality suits.

The customer service was amazing. I don’t know exactly what the job name is but her name was Virginie and she was extremely patient with me and my parents, she was very vibrant and bubbly! She dedicated herself a lot to finding the best choices for our suits and managed to find a jacket for me where there were only 2 available in canada on a specific date and a pair of pants where there was only 1 available. I got really lucky but that doesn’t stop the fact that she was incredibly nice with us and I’m definitely coming back for prom. This is probably the best spot to visit if you want to look the best.

We came to Montreal for an event and planned to buy a suit when we arrived. The staff at the Moore’s shop on Saint-Cathrine Street was superb! They helped my husband find exactly what he was looking for. The manager, Watson, stopped and expedited the hemming of the pants and it was ready within 15 minutes. Today i got the chance to be served by the amazing and phenomenal Virginia. This woman is passionate about what she does and truly takes care of her clients. Not only was she alone on the floor handling everything but was super respectful with our time. She was running around doing the cash as she was taking really the time to explain to us every little detail that counted. She has a great skill of communication. I went in to see what they had for the suits for the groomsmen for my wedding and for the suit for my dad with my dad. She set us a whole dossier with everything on it while explaining to us every step of the way. She really brought the WOW to this whole experience. She is one to take as an example for what a great service would be. She definitely deserves a propmotoon or something. I highly recommend her for appointments. Thank you Virginia. You will be a great manager one day!!

Nandini was a great help for picking out a suit for my friend’s wedding. I came in with a lot of questions and uncertainty and I left feeling confident about my new suit! She clearly knows what she’s talking about, but isn’t afraid to ask her colleague’s opinion if she’s not 100% sure. I highly recommend her service!

Travelled all the way from the north shore to this particular location after having a terrible customer service experience at the Laval location! Totally worth the drive but concerning that the Laval location doesn’t strive for the same level of customer satisfaction.

I came with my partner to buy his first suit. We had no clue where to start with it and the sales associate we worked with was so incredibly helpful (unfortunately I don't remember his name, but thank you so much!). He also suggested some shirts and ties that would pair beautifully with the suit my partner ended up choosing. Would highly recommend coming here for a reasonably priced suit, especially if you haven't had experience buying them before!

A great store for all your men’s wear needs & more. Always good selections, sales & service. They will even due custom suit jacket linings with your favourite sports team. I had a blazer done here with the Winnipeg Jets lining, they did an amazing job. Moores is the best in men’s wear plus.

Rented a tux for my wedding. The younger staff were friendly and very accommodating. However, the man (rounded facial features, white, 40s-50s, beard) working the front counter 3:30PM on Aug 10 was pretentious and unwelcoming during both visits. Chris, on the other hand, was very considerate and addressed issues effectively. Overall positive experience

I went to this Moores' location on May 14th (approx 6:30pm) and was helped by a younger gent who was friendly, kind, and quick to assist. Don't know his name but his customer service was very, very good.
I went in last minute to find a blazer for a event I left to the last minute. The first one he recommended fit perfectly, and was also on a massive sale. I went, got what I needed, and was done in like five minutes. Fantastic. I understand not all experiences are like this but I was impressed. He was a great help and the store as a whole was fantastic as well. I picked up three dress shirts as well that were also on sale! A great day - I will be back to this Moores' location.

It is of great pleasure to write this store a review. The minute I walked into the store Martin greeted with a big wonderful smile. He took my measurements and gave me stellar recommendations. Truly I tell you, he is a fashion prodigy! He understands sizing, tones and colours, something lacking in many clothing stores.

Though I bombarded him with loads of questions, he answered every one with the same enthusiasm and energy as the very first.

The store was tidy and well organized. I have come to Moore's dozens of times, and I would say this is the best experience I have had. Thank you to Martin and all other associates.

Moores South Keys is your first stop for menswear in Ottawa. It's a well stocked good sized store. All the staff are skilled at measuring and fitting. They are polite and professional. Quality tailoring on site. Many fitting rooms which is great when booking formal wear.

Spacious store with creative displays. The team helps in the selection - superb team. This is one of the best "Men's Wear" outlets in Ottawa. I liked the 3D view mirrors too.

I went to Moores for some dress shirts today and Lukas helped me out. He was very personable and took my measurements to find the right fit. He asked great questions to find out exactly what I was looking for and within a few minutes found me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Lukas to anyone looking for efficient and professional assistance.

I just went to Rebel with my sons & was great! A one stop shop for my boys who are very picky. They have a great variety of everything & very well priced. The selection made my boys happy & the customer service was amazing! Thank you Matt for serving my sons so well & they have option for a tailor to adjust the pants. Was great! Came in looking to get an outfit for an important job interview i had in 2 hours. Michael picked out my shirt, pants , shoes and belt and i couldn't have been happier! He also gave me discounts on his already great prices and free socks! He also gave me a place to go get my pants altered on the spot and covered the cost for me. If i could give 0 stars i would. Went to this store today and entering the guy who was there was very rude and unresponsive very bad customer service. Ended up buying a shirt and tried it on with the pants and didnt work out and we went to return it right away and the guy was very rude and said : “ if you were going to return why buy it” and i explained that unfortunately it didnt match with the pants so we want to return and he rolled his eyes and told us “ ever do this again” never had such bad customer service ever
