On the birthday of my little boy, I got a Spider-Man cake, and he was extremely happy with the taste and flavor of the cake. Without any doubt, this cake has made my recent events very successful. It is the best Spider-Man cake I have ever eaten in my life and that's why I can recommend it to everyone else now.

I absolutely love the cakes Adela Bakery. I used to buy cakes from a local franchise bakery, and they were fine but the cakes from Ardela Bakery are just creamier and tastier. I know people buy her cakes for the fancy special occasion designs, but I buy them for the taste and texture, our favorite is the Chocolate Ganache cake

When my wife and I go to house parties we bring one of her cakes. There are never any leftovers and so many people comment on how wonderful her cakes are. When invited the hosts always ask us to be sure and bring one of those decadent cakes.

Zerrin is fantastic! She put a lot of care into making the cake look like the inspiration photos. The cake was delicious, not overly, enjoyable for all ages. Communication was great. We will definitely order from her again.

I bought 4 cake jars and they were all delicious! I finally found a baker that doesn’t make extremely sweet cakes. The balance is just perfect. My favorite was the vanilla apple-pear. The freshness and flavor were excellent. I will definitely buy again.

The inside was a delicious chocolate ganache. While it was thicker than I expected, it still tasted amazing. Especially with the melted marshmallow on top.

A few days ago was my birthday, I was very excited to get a cake with a specific design and above all that the flavor was exquisite, without a doubt Elnaz exceeded by far all the expectations of both my guests and myself, the texture, the design, the flavor, the nutella, chocolate, whipped cream, it was an explosion of flavors, which we enjoyed a lot!!! We’re been ordering from Esmepim for years and her cakes always come out stunning and delicious! The flavours of her cakes are divine and never too sweet! Not only does Esme make wonderful cakes but she also helped us with the cake selection, cake decorating suggestions and portion/ sizes tips needed for each event, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. The personalized service and attention to detail were remarkable. Esmepim desserts are always a treat in our family!

We hired Esmepim to make a croque-en-bouche for our daughter's baptism, and everything was absolutely perfect. The dessert was not only magnificent, but also delicious—the choux pastry was fresh, generously filled, and the caramel was just the right amount of crunch. Olivia's cakes are gorgeous AND delicious, and she was such a treat to work with! Some things we loved were:

- The tasting box, from the ease of picking it up to the experience of tasting all the flavours at home
- How bubbly and kind Olivia is, and how she really took the time to get to know us during our consultation call!
- The gluten-free vanilla sponge option - it was such a comfort to know that one tier of our cake would be available to our guests with gluten sensitivities :)
- Olivia's incredible artistic eye - she sketched out what we were describing with regards to fresh floral decor during our consultation call and it was exactly what we imagined. We couldn't be happier with how the final product turned out!
- The cake itself!!! We were actively excited to eat the leftovers.

Also noteworthy is Olivia's extremely reasonable pricing and how professional she is. Wedding planning comes with plenty of details to worry over, but after meeting with Olivia we had zero concerns about anything to do with the cake beyond choosing between flavours.
