Jessica Meyers is incredibly talented!! I did a trial with her and loved my hair. But I decided to change my hairstyle on the day. I showed her a picture of my desired hair, she went with it and executed it even better than the picture! She also did a wonderful job doing the hair for my bridal party members and she took the time to do touch ups so the hair would last. Mine not only looked gorgeous but lasted all day.

Trena and her team are amazing! I have them booked for our large wedding this summer and feel so confident with them taking this on. I have been lucky to have Trena's help with makeup for a few years now and I couldn't recommend her enough! She has huge expertise in this field and does a great job of educating you on makeup, skincare, and how best to wear it and work with it. I had little knowledge before working with Trena, and with her caring and thoughtful guidance I feel a lot more confident now. I just had my trial for the wedding makeup and it looked amazing, but even better it felt lovely to wear on my face! Trena and Lindsay came out to Invermere to do my bridal party's hair & makeup for my wedding. These 2 were so easy going and friendly, it felt like they were a part of the group just hanging out doing hair & makeup. They did an absolutely flawless job of all our hair & makeup, listening to what each person wanted and creating unique looks for each of us, while keeping us still looking like ourselves. Lindsay did my hair in such a way that it stayed in place the entire day & night, without being cemented in place or causing any discomfort. Trena did a bang on job of covering the goose egg that was forming on my forehead after I cranked my head off the corner of a shelf the morning of and nobody, aside from me and my bridesmaids, knew anything had happened. After weeks looking up make up artists online I kept coming back to Vicki's page. Her reviews were all amazing, and I loved her portfolio work she has done for Brides in the past. She was a breeze to communicate with, she would always respond quickly back with all my questions. I had the pleasure to meet Vicki for my make up trial, first impression was she was so down to earth and very approachable. I gave her a picture of the look I was going for, for both hair and make up and she nailed it! I left the trail feeling extremely excited for her to do my wedding day, and went beyond my expectations. The day of the wedding, Vicki and Jade arrived to our place on time, and were so easy going. They accommodated my bridesmaid's schedule and made us feel like the most important people.These ladies are amazing, very calming personalities and so personable. Not to mention they are amazing at hair and make up! We had so many compliments on our hair/make up, and some great compliments from other make up artists that were at our wedding! Vicki was awesome! My bridesmaids and I used her services for hair and make-up for my wedding. We got tons of compliments! Vicki did both my hair and makeup for my wedding day, as well as the makeup of six other ladies in my group. She was extremely courteous and professional from our first interaction and always replied very promptly to my emails. I had originally hired Vicki as our makeup artist only, but when my plans with my hair stylist fell through, I contacted Vicki and, on short notice, she accommodated my request to do my hair as well as my makeup.

On the wedding day, Vicki was a pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and kept everyone at ease, while working non-stop on the group for 5 hr. I was very happy with how both my hair and makeup turned out and I would definitely hire Vicki again for future events.

Nicole always gives me a very good hair cut that is easy to keep. It is always styled and put in place before I leave. My hair is very thick and requires a lot of texturing to style it, and Nicole does this well.

It was wonderful as usual. I love seeing Nicole and my hair is always perfect 😻🥰

It was our first visit to Flawless salon for a haircut and blow-dry for my 12-year-old daughter with Fouad. The service itself (cut and blow-dry) was good, and we were happy with the result.

However, when it came time to pay, we were charged $70, even though the website clearly stated that “haircut and blow-dry – children 12 and under” was $40. When I asked for an explanation, the answers kept changing: first, that the price was only for the haircut (even though the website said haircut and blow-dry), then that 12 years old didn’t count as “12 and under,” and finally that the higher price was because she has curly hair.

None of these arguments were convincing, and I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and clarity regarding the pricing.

Had a wonderful experience with Halla-
Color, cut, style.. the whole package. I went from 50 shades of brown and grey to a stunning new highlighted blonde bob. She was magic. Thank you Halla for taking the time, always checking in, and making sure I was happy with the end result.

My wife recently had a haircut with Amany, and I must say—she was excellent at her job. Professional, skilled, and welcoming, with a pleasant demeanor. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-done haircut.

However, I need to express serious concern about the behavior of the man at the front counter. His attitude was completely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, he displayed nothing but rudeness—refusing to acknowledge a greeting, making unpleasant facial expressions when asked a simple question, and offering no response when thanked or wished goodbye.

This kind of disrespectful conduct is not only unprofessional but also damaging to your business. No matter how competent you are at your job, a poor attitude will drive customers away. Basic courtesy—like making eye contact, responding politely, and offering a smile—is the bare minimum in customer service.

To whoever this individual is: you know exactly who you are. If you’re part of a customer-facing team, act like it. Take a cue from your colleagues, especially Amany, who truly understands what good service looks like. Customers deserve respect—every time.

I loved her suggestions as she was able to work with my undercut hair style and added colour to the area that would normally be my natural colour underneath. She was able to customize caramel and soft blonde tones throughout my hair and the cut itself took all the long weight of my hair and added lots of fun layers and bounce. I feel like a new woman after today! What a transformation! I can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

I had an amazing experience at Hair Salon Spa Deauville! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and stylish. The staff was professional, friendly, and really made me feel at ease.

They listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and the final result was even better than I expected.

I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain the products they used and gave tips for maintaining my style at home. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and the whole experience felt very personalized.

The prices were reasonable for the level of service, and I definitely left feeling refreshed and confident.

On Friday, May 30th, 2025 I booked a haircut with Paul at Salon Deauville, paying $120. He is supposed to be an expert hairstylist, and I trusted his skills. My hair was cut, blow-dried and straightened at the time. Paul briefly showed me the back, and I said it seemed fine.

Fast forward to today, August 10, 2025 the first time I had my hair professionally styled since that day and the new stylist pointed out a large, uneven chunk missing from the bottom right of my hair (photo attached). I was in complete shock and embarrassment. Nobody has touched my hair since Paul, so there is no doubt this was the result of his cut.

I immediately called Salon Deauville to make a complaint to the manager, but the receptionist told me the manager will only be in the salon on Tuesday. So now I have to wait days to bring this matter to her attention. In the meantime, I want everyone to be aware of this and to stay far away from them.

I cannot understand how a professional could let a client walk out with such an obvious, unacceptable mistake. I feel completely let down, scammed, and betrayed. This is not just poor service it’s a botched job that I now have to pay someone else to fix. I will no longer recommend this salon and will be going elsewhere, likely to the stylist who first pointed out the issue.

I had a wonderful experience getting my haircut with Kerri! She truly listened to what I wanted and gave me a style that suits my hair type perfectly. My curtain bangs and layers turned out exactly how I imagined—light, bouncy, and easy to tie up while still looking voluminous. Kerri was kind, professional, and made the whole experience so comfortable. I’m honestly in love with my new look. Thank you, Kerri, for the amazing transformation!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this salon! Sammy is absolutely incredible not only is she talented and detail-oriented with her work, but she’s also one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling confident and happy. Everythinggg about her is just spectacular. I also have to mention Shoshanna at the front desk she’s truly a gem. She’s worked so hard to fit me into the schedule when I needed it, and every time I walk in, she greets me with the warmest welcome, a hug, and a genuine “how are you?” It makes me feel so cared for before I even sit in the chair. The whole salon has such a welcoming atmosphere, and every staff member I’ve met has been nothing short of wonderful. I always leave with not just great hair, but also a great feeling from the experience. Our communication with Steph started six whole months before my wedding day. When it comes to make-up and hair, my mom is extremely sensitive to certain chemicals and we were a bit out of our depth as cosmetics are a novel concept for us, so we had a lot of questions. Steph not only answered all our questions but also hopped on a phone call to alleviate our concerns and walk us through the process!

Fast forward to the big day: Steph was prompt, professional, and exceptionally friendly. She absolutely nailed the updo that I requested on the first try but also did a great job accommodating additional requests from my mom, and our make-up was exactly the natural look we were hoping to see. Steph and her coworkers are fun people to work with! My hair and makeup turned out amazing! One of my Bridesmaids however did find that her curls fell out within 30mins of having them done and her hair normally holds curl well. Steph was great and let her borrow the curling iron to touch it up herself as steph was busy finishing my hair and makeup as we were starting to be pressed for time at that point. My hair and makeup got rained on later that evening however and it still held up well even with the rain!

Steph was hired for my wedding through a wedding planner. She met me at my hotel room right on time and got straight to work. She started with my hair, I showed her the hair piece I had and she made a beautiful style with it. When we started on makeup I told her I had no idea what I wanted, just nothing too over the top and she delivered a beautiful look with neutral tones, it was perfect. The hair and makeup lasted throughout our entire photoshoot and still looked great for dinner later that night. Steph spent about 2 hours working with me and she was great to talk with during that time. I highly recommend hiring her for your event!

Prior to the big day, I had a trial with Caroline at her studio, which helped us plan the perfect look. On the day itself, the results were nothing short of stunning; we all looked picture-perfect! My bridesmaids were thrilled with both their makeup and hairstyles. The artists took the time to listen to their preferences and offered helpful suggestions to ensure their makeup and hair stayed flawless throughout a hot July day.

Unfortunately I will not use her services again or recommend her to anyone else. July 5 2025 I chose Caroline for my son's wedding. It was not my 1st time using her service for makeup. I had no issue with the previous experience which was in 2022, but keep in mind it was only her without any other service required. This time I also added hair service. The stylist, Naomi, was friendly, listened to what I wanted and the trial was perfect however I can't say the same for the wedding day. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, Caroline was not very professional. She was all stressed out because of the following appointment she had booked. She did change my appointment, to an earlier hour, stating the bride after me was nervous and was stressing her out. My hair was not finished when she arrived which did not sit well with her. She started bickering with the hair stylist in front of me. The whole issue was how they needed to make it to their next appointment ASAP without considering how it was making me feel. All this was happening while she was doing my makeup, my hair was still not finished and she made it very awkward for me. At the end, my hair was not at all how I wanted it but I don't blame the hair stylist since Caroline took over the minute she walked in, pushed my bangs to one side and was rushing through the whole process. Overall it was not a good way to start the morning especially since it was a very special day for me. I did not say anything at that moment because I did not want to make an issue or start something the morning of. NOTE: I sent an email to Caroline the Monday after the wedding honestly giving her my feedback but she chose to ignore it and not reply.

Ten years ago, I had my bridesmaid makeup and hair done by Caroline Theoret and her team for my best friend's wedding. They delivered the exact look I wanted based on the inspiration photos I provided, and I felt absolutely my best for the occasion. Naturally, when it came time to book a makeup artist and hairstylist for my own wedding, I of course thought of Caroline fist and foremost. I am absolutely confident I will look simply stunning on my big day. I would recommend her services to any bride or bridal party!

I've never written a review before but i think it's important for me to do it now. I've been experiencing hair loss for several years now. I've had treatment at several salon that claimed they could help me but just made empty promises. I don't often leave reviews, however, I had an exceptional experience at this salon. I have been searching for a salon who knew how to cut my biracial hair and it looks like I found it. They took the time to cut each individual curl and treated me like royalty. You know it's a great curly cut when you wash and style it yourself and it looks just as good as when you left the salon. The staff is incredible; they make you feel like family. I had a pedicure that included sitting in a massage chair while enjoying a fantastic back massage along with my foot massage. My mom introduced me to this place, and she goes faithfully every two weeks. Her nails and toenails always look amazing.

I love the way Dawn does my nails, and they always stay l until it is time for a fill. She does an awesome pedicure. I also get my brows waxed she is the best in town. Try her facial,it is worth every penny.
They have reorganized the salon, and I love the nail station near the front window.

First ever nail place i have been to in Strathmore and i was made super comfortable by Michael and his wife. They are super sweet and lovely, and experience really talks when they do your nails. Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend their services and hospitality

I have this ring my papa gave me when I was younger. I never wore it because the setting was chunky and sharp and sterling silver when I wear a lot of yellow gold.

When my papa passed away, I really wanted to get the ring reset so that it laid flatter on my finger and was more comfortable and also in a yellow gold setting. I wanted something I could wear daily.

I was told by two different jewellers that the stone is worthless and they would not bother setting it for me. Even though for me the stone was sentimental and meant so much to me. Another jeweller quoted me an astronomical price.

I went to Michael at Queen’s and not only did he quote me a fair price, he listened to exactly what I wanted and in a reasonable timeline, I had the ring reset. The communication throughout the whole process really put me at ease because it was difficult to entrust someone with my precious papa ring.

I just picked it up today and I had tears in my eyes. It exceeded my expectations and now I have a beautiful ring that I can wear daily that will help keep my papa close to me. Thank you so much!

The atmosphere in the salon is modern, very clean, friendly and fun, a place where you’d love to spend an afternoon. I go to Raushana for hair extensions and she is very friendly, knowledgeable and is the absolute best at this.I get so many compliments on my hair and nobody knows that I have extensions.Assistant Vicky is super nice and very accommodating. If I could leave 0 star, I would. Stay away from this place. She gets you with fake advertisements. She says the extensions were slavic hair, but the hair is from Asia, synthetic and not human hair as she advertised. The hair shed and matted, like I’ve never seen before. She also used excessive glue and was almost impossible to take out. Even with all the necessary products and proper maintenance, the hair kept shading. The hair was also dry, and puffy after the first wash & dry. This was the WORST salon I’ve been too, and was extremely disappointed. Be careful, they also charge an arm and a leg. This was clearly not keratin, whatever she used felt like bee’s wax at most. I warn you, STAY AWAY!!!

Leticia at Sensavie is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. She's also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her and the salon!

Worst Hair Keratin Service Experience Ever!

I recently decided to get a hair keratin treatment at this salon, and it was an absolute disaster. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the service I received.

Firstly, the staff seemed completely clueless and unprofessional. They couldn't even answer basic questions about the treatment and seemed to be just winging it. It was clear they had no knowledge or expertise in performing hair keratin services.

But the worst part was the actual keratin treatment. My hair was left wavy, nothing like the smooth and shiny results I was promised. It seemed like they didn't even apply the keratin properly, as I saw no difference in the texture or waves control of my hair. It was a complete waste of time and money.

To top it all off, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. When I tried to voice my concerns and ask for a refund, the staff became defensive and refused to acknowledge that they had done a poor job. They were dismissive and rude, leaving me feeling even more frustrated and upset.

I highly advise against getting a hair keratin treatment from this salon. Save yourself the disappointment, money, and stress by going elsewhere. This establishment clearly lacks the expertise, professionalism, and customer service skills needed to provide a satisfactory experience.

I’m really happy to have such a great salon in Montreal. The atmosphere makes you want to return again and again. The team are true professionals – highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️

Sahra was really excellent. I felt like I was in great hands even though we had never met before the wedding day. My install was properly done, and the curls took almost 2 hours to create, but she was very meticulous every step of the way. It felt like a truly luxury experience. Everyone said I look great. I love the pictures. I love how everything came together with my hair and make up for my wedding. Would recommend SKDH! 10/10

She needs a 10 star but we can only do 5. You can never go wrong with her. I booked her for a bridal hair service for my wedding and SHE DELIVERED. I wanted a leave out and my hair was already dyed blonde so she had to match my hair color. That on its own was a tough job but she did it!!! I have never felt this beautiful my whole life. The girl Sara is a scammer and does awful hair. She sold me hair that was yak (and said it was human then when I called her out she lied and said she didn't know, you're telling me you work with hair as your career and you couldn't tell the difference between yak which is animal and human hair? Despicable liar!) Also the wig I asked for wasn't the one I wanted before the apt she asked me if I wanted dark roots (I never even asked for that she only asked if I wanted that cause she had an old wig no one wanted with roots already on it and she wanted to get rid of it instead of getting the regular blond I asked for! ) the tracks were showing it looked ridiculous on the back and I asked for a middle part and she went a head and did a side part( cause she legit couldn't do a middle cause the tracks were that bad and she lied again saying she didn't see them...wow this girl thinks I'm dumb she's ridiculous with her lies. Wasted over 6 hours at her salon. She gave me a refund with the wigs but her lies were ridiculous ND the most hurtful part. I trusted her . I shouldn't have. Oh and if your reading this Sara the first wig you did for me I noticed the hair looked really damaged and there was dark peices so again you ripped me off you took anither old wig and bleached the hairs instead of buying a new one shame on you it seems a pattern with this girl is selling old tampered wigs.. and she can't cut hair either i had to fix the sides they werw crooked . A scammer and liar I wouldn't go here!

Sorry to say but she was not professional at all. Spend too much money but wasn’t happy at all . She is very amateur for hair styles. Added more money for extra hair accessories . Which was not needed but she can’t do hair professionally without it. For make up I felt very un hygienic as well. Everything was very disorganized in her tiny room.

My experience here was amazing! She is professional and friendly at the same time. Totally transformed my looks for the event. 10/10 would recommend this service.

I had been a loyal client of Diana at Hair Republic for several years, which makes this review all the more disappointing to write. In December 2024, I booked an appointment with Diana requesting a vibrant cherry red hair colour. Unfortunately, I left the salon with pitch black hair — a result that was completely misaligned with what I had asked for and the reference photos I provided.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the only solution offered was a complimentary toner at my next appointment. This response felt inadequate, given the drastic difference between what I requested and what I received. I was also led to believe that achieving cherry red wasn’t possible using dye alone — something that I later found to be untrue.

In June, I visited a new stylist at a different salon who was able to achieve the exact cherry red tone I initially asked for using only hair dye, no bleach. This not only confirmed that my request had been entirely feasible, but also left me feeling misled and disappointed in the service I received at Hair Republic.

To add to the frustration, I was charged for a senior stylist service, yet the end result did not reflect that level of expertise or care. After being a regular client for years, this experience was extremely disheartening and has unfortunately caused me to take my business elsewhere.

Please see the comparison photos attached — the black hair done by Diana in December, and the successful cherry red colour done by another stylist in June — to understand the significant difference.

Diana styled my hair for my wedding two years ago (writing the review now because I’m still annoyed about it). I had a trial with her before the wedding and I liked what she had done, but she didn’t do it as nicely the day of. For reference the pics show what I requested VS what I got. I think the curl pattern looked super messy and my hair was crispy. I honestly hated it and had to redo my wedding pictures. I still regret letting her style my hair as this day was supposed to be perfect.

I recently got a haircut from Diana, and it was an amazing experience. She understood my hair type and made it versatile for me. I got exactly what I was looking for, and I was very pleased with the result.

However, I have a few tips for anyone planning to visit. First, you’ll need to go in early to find street parking. If your appointment is more than an hour, you’ll need to park further away and walk at least two blocks. The parking limit nearby is only one hour.

I got my hair done by Jennifer S. today and I’m really happy with the result. I showed her inspiration pictures and she went over everything I wanted thoroughly beforehand, and gave me exactly what I wanted!

I went to Nour for my Full Balayage + Signature Blowout and as you can see in the video he has done such a great job. I highly recommend anyone looking for a balayage and blowout to visit here and book in with Nour. He is amazing at what he does. We booked Summer for makeup and Layelle for hair for our big day, and they were amazing. They did the bride, the two sisters, and our mother, and everything was perfect. They were spot-on with timing, which gave us plenty of time to have coffee, take beautiful photos, and enjoy the morning without any stress. Their work was flawless, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Beautiful service, we’ll definitely be going back to them!

I had the pleasure of working with Rola during my wedding week. We did a total of 4 looks for the week and each look was beyond stunning. I was so pleased with how Rola made each look unique and different, really working with my facial features - a true artist to her craft-Rola knows exactly what she’s doing. Not to mention, Rola is the sweetest human and you know she has a passion for makeup it’s not solely a business to her. Every small detail was accounted for in every look and lasted all night long through dancing and all! I usually opt for doing my own makeup for events but I can say Rola is the only makeup artist I would trust with executing any look that I would want with the kind of accuracy I appreciate.

I also went to Nadine for eyebrow threading before my wedding week and she is the absolute sweetest person - listens to exactly what you want and takes you through the service step by step to make sure you are satisfied. So happy with how my eyebrows turned out. Maison Blu definitely has the dream team.

We booked the team at Maison Blu for my cousin’s wedding in YYC this past weekend and the client service and overall experience were truly 5 star! Having followed Rola for years on social media, we were excited to finally have her do our makeup (we’re based in YEG) and she and the entire team didn’t disappoint. We got so many compliments on our hair and makeup!!

What stood out the most, though, was how friendly the staff was - to my mother, my sister, my cousin and me. You could just tell everyone enjoys working together and likes each other. I haven’t always had that experience at other salons or studios. I’ve sat in chairs where the conversation felt forced or the overall vibe was just off. That wasn’t the case here! I would recommend Rola and her team - Rasha, Rania, Layelle - whether you’re visiting from Edmonton or live in Calgary.

Ps. Rania did my mom’s makeup and it was the best application I’ve ever seen her! She has mature skin and Rania made her look and feel absolutely beautiful!!

I had the absolute pleasure of booking Rola for my pre-wedding makeover, and I am genuinely speechless. Traveling all the way from Toronto, I was naturally a bit nervous—but Rola's calming presence and undeniable talent instantly put me at ease. The makeup was nothing short of flawless—elegant, radiant, and incredibly long-lasting. Despite a brief spell of rain, not a single detail budged. DO. NOT. BOOK. Booked for my cousins wedding, we came in and booked Rola for all of us, she only did 2 of our makeup looks, and the rest had to go with a much less experienced makeup artist which is OK if that’s what we requested but we have gone to Rola multiple times prior, RETURNING CLIENTS and still- half of us were left with someone who has never done our makeup before. She was very passive aggressive the entire time guilt tripping everyone for wanting a makeup artist they have already trialed with. The makeup was decent- for the price, drive, and experience it is absolutely not worth it id recommend someone who will 100% guarantee your satisfaction WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE. Another instance was booking her for another event (our last straw with her), confirming we were booked, then later coming to find out that she did not in fact book us in. (I was a BRIDE) We messaged her 3-4 times after which were all left on read and no answer. We checked her website for those dates and the time slots were all fully open meaning she not only did not book us in for the wedding, but also did not have the decency to let me know she didn’t even book us in. Very unreliable, will not meet you halfway for anything, and if it doesn’t go her way your experience will not be great even on your own wedding day. Also note she kept us there for an extra 20 minutes to take photos and videos even though we were adamant about leaving but she was pushy anyways, and the pictures and videos WERE NOT EVEN POSTED.

I had a great first experience at Pure Salon in Montreal! I booked a last-minute appointment with Georges for a cut and blow-dry. I’m usually a bit nervous trying a new stylist who doesn’t know my hair, but Georges gave me a great cut — I really love the result. It was also quick (about 45 minutes), which was perfect.

The receptionist was very professional and polite. My appointment was originally at 5:30 p.m., but they called me a bit earlier to see if I could come in for 5 — which worked out perfectly since I was already on my way. Great service overall. I’ll definitely be back!

I have a long-tine customer at Pure Salon for many years now. Not to be dramatic but Josée is the best hair colorist I have ever had. My hair has been perfect for years thanks to her. Cynthia cuts hair like a dream. I love this place! So much!

I just got my hair coloured and cut and it was an absolute meditative experience. My first time in the salon with Diana the hair artist, and her smile was such a welcoming comfort to the whole experience. I am shy so tend to find it difficult to open up, but i was made to feel seen without having to speak anything. Please look for Diana if you’re an introvert and hesitant for a new place, her smile would be an instant comfort you’re seeking! She needed little to no explanation for what I was looking for and was delivered better than expected!

I first discovered this place about 10 years ago, and for my very first Brazilian wax I chose Annie. She was absolutely wonderful back then, and most recently, after returning some time later, she was just as amazing. Annie takes her time, explains each step of the process, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout. I experienced almost no pain, and I love that she even brings her own light to ensure precision. Her knowledge and care truly stand out some might even call her the bikini whisperer! A flawless experience from start to finish. 10/10 service.

I went in today for a root color treatment, and overall, the experience was good. However, I was surprised to find that after rinsing out the color, they don’t dry your hair—you’re expected to do it yourself. While I wasn’t expecting a full blowout, I do feel that basic drying should be included as part of the service. It’s a small but important detail that makes a difference in the overall customer experience.

I got a pedicure done twice. The first time i did the pedicure i booked the signature pedicure. When i was getting it done i said " you know its the signature pedicure right? " the lady said " omg the signature no i didnt know, so do you want parafim treatment or the exfoliation" ( it was my first time there and i thought maybe i was confused by the service so i said exfoliating. When i doubled check, like i though it was indeed the exfoliation AND the parafim treatment she was supposed to do. After that she painted my toe nails. She made me wait in the chair about 30 mins for them to dry ( normal ) and than but some Vaseline to help seel in the color and than I was done. When i got home took the Vaseline wraps off and the color was destroyed , 20 mins later. I went back they repainted for free and now the color is holding but on some nails only half and other 3/4 of my nail is actually painted. The polish isnt uniform and theres polish missing on all the corners of my nails. Very bad experience. I think they are 5 techs you can book for pedicures in total and at least 3 didnt do a good job ( I had 2 nail tech the first time i went and a different one when i went back. My friend came with me and she had one lady and same experience for her)

I had a pleasant experience with Anna. She is professional, skilled, and attentive. I explained the style I had in mind, and she brought it to life flawlessly and even better. She also gave me great tips on how to take care of my hair. Highly recommend!

Went in today for a consultation with Naomi. My appointment was at 9 am, which is the first of the day. I waited 15 minutes where I was told to wait. Everyone in the salon was looking at me and no one asked who I was waiting for. Naomi never showed up.

In answer to the Spa's comments: What I understand from your comments is that running late and bad customer service (as your comments to this review point out - of course, this is the customer's fault and not the business') is the norm at your salon.
