About a year ago, I casually sent a photo of a ring design I thought looked nice to my boyfriend. Little did I know, with the help of DK, he spent weeks turning this design into a reality for me and proposed during our trip to Japan. Not only was I not expecting the proposal, but I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful, perfect ring and diamond. It’s the most sparkly thing I’ve ever laid eyes on, so of course we had to go back to DK for our wedding bands!

As much as I loved my now-husband’s band and wanted the same one for myself, I opted for, again, something sparkly because I can never resist the sparkles. Not only are the rings perfect, but DK was also able to get our bands to us in time for our city hall wedding with only a 1.5-week notice. We appreciate you DK and will definitely refer friends and family to you!

My fiancé and I met with Derrick as we were looking for an engagement ring. He took the time to understand the specifics of what we were searching for and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We had a specific ring design in mind (custom design) and had a couple of exchanges with him to explain the details of it - he then shared us a 3D model and once we approved it, the ring was made exactly the way we wanted ! I met Anita at the bridal show last year, after we chatted for a few minutes I knew that I wanted to reach out to her for custom orders. I gave her the ring for re-sizing a month later and she still met me for pick up and delivery at the same location so I don't have to drive far being a new mom going through recovery.

Ali is an expert on all things coloured gems and took the time to first provide us with education about the gem (in our case emerald) and then show us multiple different stones to help narrow our preferences until we were able to find the perfect one. We then had fun with him helping us design the perfect ring showing us any option we wanted to try - he was incredibly kind and patient throughout and it was clear he was not satisfied until we were fully confident and satisfied.
He was then extremely responsive during the actual creation of the ring and the process was completed expediently and professionally with all appropriate certifications and appraisals provided. From start to finish, working with Alexis Gallery to craft our custom engagement ring was an absolute delight.

My fiance and I originally attended the shop's Sip & Sparkle event, where we were taken through the process of designing a ring while they took detailed notes on our preferences. Super fun, definitely attend if you're curious about how it works!

Some months later, we started the super collaborative design process. At every step, we both felt heard, informed, and excited! We made a few changes along the way, and the team at Alexis was very flexible.

When we received our finished ring, my fiance was over the moon. She's getting tons of compliments and couldn't be happier with it! They also provide complimentary annual cleanings, which we haven't used yet, but really nice to know they care about your experience way after you've gotten your ring.

I used Alexis Gallery to design a custom engagement ring for my partner, and the entire experience was incredible. The process started with a quick email exchange where we shared our budget, timeline, and some design inspiration. We then had our first call with Randi, who walked us through the design process, available options, and what to expect.

Next, we had an in-person appointment with Jacinthe, who provided more detail on the design and curated a selection of diamonds for us to view. My partner loved this part, it was so special to choose the diamond for the ring together.

After that, I decided to keep the rest of the design a surprise. Once we finalized the stone and design, I placed a deposit, and things moved quickly. The renderings were ready in under two weeks, much faster than expected. The team was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions, making tweaks, and even accommodating unique customizations. From design approval to the finished ring took just over a month, seamless and efficient.

It is so rare nowadays to meet someone as genuine as Romi! I was in a time pinch to fix a bracelet for my daughter’s birthday that she had worn and broken. I called over 5 jewelers and Romi was the only one to agree to fix it (the original jeweler was too far as it was a gift). I have always wondered what it was the made people rate jewelry stores highly. After all, engagement rings are very expensive and one would expect white glove service when making a big decision such as this. We went to Chayle a while back for my custom engagement ring. It was such a good experience that we went to her again for my husbands custom wedding band and all three of our rings are wonderful. I have yet to resize my engagement ring so it is 2 sizes larger than my wedding band in these photos.

Quality of work: Chayle makes computer renderings of design iterations that really help inform the process. She balances creativity with functionality and has an excellent eye for detail. All three rings together are stunning in composition and flawless in their execution.

Ethical sourcing: Chayle sources her material with fastidious care. During a recent global event that compromised the sources of certain materials, she immediately reached out to each of her suppliers to explicitly ensure that nothing brought into her shop was impacted and still met her incredibly high standards.

Professionalism and care: Chayle is just a very kind human. During each interaction, it was abundantly clear how much she cared about our experience. She not only met the needs we knew to express for our rings, but also brought up numerous points we hadn't realized needed to be accounted for when it comes to something worn daily.

We had a wonderful experience working with Chayle! We've always admired her products and work, so when it came time to design/create our wedding bands (not the engagement ring), Chayle was the first person we thought of.

She was able to turn our rough concepts into beautiful gold rings that were so uniquely us.

Chayle designed both my engagement ring and wedding band and the experience was such a delight! My now-husband proposed with the intention of designing a ring together. We contacted a few designers but found they weren't transparent or just didn't vibe with what we were thinking. With just a few consultations, Chayle designed and created the engagement ring of my dreams. She really listened to what I wanted and was very patient. I was involved in selecting the design, the stone, the metal, etc.

When it came time for my wedding band, she was the only choice. She used my mother's and mother-in-law's diamonds to create a band that fit with the "nature" theme of my engagement ring. Now I own 2 very unique pieces of jewelry that I cherish forever. I'm very grateful for the experience of being involved with my rings and we already have projects in mind that we'll need her for!

My fiancé and I had such an amazing experience customizing my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Damasci! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and comfortable.

We honestly didn’t know anything about diamonds before this, but Nick and Marko were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through everything, what to look for in a diamonds, the perfect stone ratios, the settings, and all the little details I wouldn’t have even thought of. We didn’t even bother going anywhere else.

What we really appreciated was how genuine and passionate they are about their work. You can tell the whole team cares about getting everything just right and making sure you feel confident and excited about your piece. The whole process felt personal, not salesy or overwhelming at all.
