This is the only place that I purchase quality jewelry from. I have known Pamela for years. Her designs, and the quality of all of her pieces, is exceptional. Great customer service, gems that you won’t see anywhere else.

I have been wearIng Pamela’s earrings for at least a decade, and can’t imagine wearing anything else. They are of extraordinary quality and beautiful design. I have about 10 pairs of drops for U-shaped keepers, and just ordered a pair of fossilized bryozoan stones on shepherd’s hooks. They are so elegant and look fabulous with the platinum settings. Pamela is a genius and terrific to work with.

Working with Pamela is an absolute delight. I found Disegno quite by accident and I am so glad I did. Pamela was able to adapt an otter pendant design she already had to personalise it as a way to honour my mum. The final piece has earned me more compliments and questions as to where it came from than I can count. Pamela is fantastic - a true artist and expert - and Disegno will be my go-to.

Pamela's work is exquisite! Many of her creations—and I've bought quite a few—are also flexible in how they can be used, which means you can buy different stones for the same basic earring, for instance. Her online shopping service is also first rate, and she personally checks in to make sure your package has arrived safely.
Besides all that, she has an unerring sense of colour, knowing what gems will be the best match for an individual. And she is a walking encyclopedia on the gems themselves!
Oh, and did I say very fairly priced? Just a wonderful person and place to shop.

I came to Sean with an idea for a custom ring, and the short story is he executed it perfectly. I was able to bring in my own center stone and he sourced two perfectly complementary side stones. I was picky with the execution of the design because of the bezel setting and the symmetry I envisioned, but he needed no nitpicking — he is a total perfectionist with the skills to back it up. He’s also just a very pleasant human to chat with, and I hope to return someday for more custom projects.

My wedding ring and bands are black rhodium plated, and the plating was definitely fading (and to boot one of the bands needed to be resoldered onto the main ring). Sean was through, and responsive both by email and phone, and he patiently explained the process of plating and used his camera and magnifying equipment to show me what he would be doing with the ring. The “after” pictures don’t do the work justice; the ring is shiny, and soldered band is seamless, and the black rhodium plating is beautiful just like the first day I received the ring. Thank you, Sean, for your attention to this work; it is a great relief to know there’s a craftsperson who can do this black rhodium in the city!

In January my newborn son died and I wanted something special to remember him by. After looking into cremation jewellery online, I came across Fine and Flux Jewelry and fell in love with the designs on offer.

Dominique was incredibly responsive throughout, and knew exactly what I had in mind after describing it. I was able to have a garnet stone (as this was my son's birth stone) and an engraving included. His ashes were added to the band, which was filmed and the video sent to me.

If I could add more stars to this review I would as the quality of the ring is exceptional. Not only this but the overal attention to detail and kindness I received from Dominique throughout the process (including constantly tracking the ashes from the Netherlands to Canada) was very much appreciated.

My daughter passed over a year ago and I had been searching for just the right piece of cremation jewelry to have made for my other daughters and myself. Purchased an engagement ring from Jean about 10 years ago. He told me if we ever lost one of the tiny diamonds he would replace them for free….10 years later one of the small diamonds fell out, contacted Jean and without any hesitation he took the ring back, replaced the diamond, polished and cleaned the ring and got it back to me within a few days, true to his world of no cost. Christmas with a GW Band and he loved it. I ordered the hammered matte finish in 4mm. The ring came earlier than the expected shipping date. The ring didn't fit so we shipped it back and they resized it for free which was awesome

My engagement ring has proven to be very delicate. Wojtek has repaired it for me twice now. He has also done extra work to reinforce my prongs and make the ring mor sturdy. He custom made my wedding band with gold from my great grandmother's ring, and made my husband's wedding band. He is the only person I touch to work on my gold jewelry at this point.
I have left every time feeling good about the work done.

I am so blown away by Wojtek’s craftsmanship. I brought in a special gold wedding band passed down to me from my great grandmother that I was hoping to use as my wedding band.
