I ordered a simple initial bracelet at a great price point, and I received an amazing bracelet at a steal! The bracelet is so well made! It looked great on line but in person it’s fantastic. Sergio is an excellent jeweller with very reasonable prices and efficient services, who is additionally very kind. We met Sergio in 2019 when he engraved a pair of silver chevron couple rings for us. I recently had 4 pieces of jewelry repaired here (a chain, bracelet, and two anklets), and I couldn’t be happier with the results! You can’t even tell they had been repaired, as Joseph uses a laser that leaves minimal to no markings compared to other repairs I’ve had done before. The repairs were done beautifully, communication was excellent, and the turnaround time was quick. I’ll definitely be back for future repairs and for custom pieces I’d like made. Had two rings resized at Penwarden’s. They had to be cut off my fingers (after having been on for over 45 years), then resized and refitted.
The whole process was handled in a timely and professional manner. The finished products are like new. Full endorsement.

Philippe and his team helped me to get a beautiful and unique engagement ring design that symbolised my partner and my equally beautiful and unique relationship. My now husband purchased my engagement ring from Qakare. It is absolutely beautiful and I love it so much. Recently, I decided to custom make a ring with Qakare as a “push present” and something I can one day pass down. I happen upon Shimoon Jewlery by chance with needing a battery for a watch. The service given was quick and seamless. As we talked, I discovered the owner did custom jewlery, repaired jewlery, and paid for gold items no longer wanted.

Both were extremely professional in guiding us through every single detail of the process. Alex and Arbi did a fantastic job creating our custom engagement ring. We gave them our vision and requirements in which they exceeded in bringing to life. Arbi was heavily involved from helping picking out the perfect color/shape/size of the main diamond, to the designs of the engagement and wedding band. The whole process was easy and welcoming, would highly recommend.

My wife had a side stone fall out of our 20 year old engagement diamond ring. It was a very expensive ring that I was lucky enough to get from a wholesaler jewelry friend of mine, for a great price. I found Strada online and liked the website. I talked to Aram and was assured he could fix. It was a difficult fix. I had been to two other jewelers I knew who could not. I dropped it off. I picked it up a few weeks later and it was beautiful and a really good price. My wife was ecstatic! Very happy with The price and service.

I had two rings resized here.

One was a platinum ring with 3 diamonds. Initially the resize seemed fine but after 5 days of wearing it, the ring snapped at the cut line. Aram fixed it for free but there's now a bit of other material mixed in to secure it and it's noticeably a slightly different color. There's also a faint line which apparently is unavoidable.

The other ring was 14k white gold with diamond. It's holding up fine but there's a slight bulge where it was fused together. Not super noticeable but I feel like it could have been sanded away.

I feel like he's fine with gold but not sure about platinum. Might be worth it to go somewhere else for that.

It was such a pleasure working with Aram - I had picked out a diamond I loved and contacted him hoping to have a custom platinum engagement ring made. He responded the same day via email and was able to make an appointment for me the next day.

He is a lovely person and lots of fun to talk to - it is clear he is passionate about his work and an expert in his craft. We were able to make a design together and he knocked it out of the park at a very reasonable price. I asked him to lower the setting a bit after the ring was made and he was able to make the modification the next day, free of charge.
