Sarah Maynard did an absolutely wonderful job officiating our wedding ceremony! She has such a warm and personable nature that immediately puts you at ease. One of the things we appreciated most was how she allowed us to customize certain parts of the ceremony to truly reflect who we are as a couple. Throughout the entire process, Sarah was incredibly attentive to both of us. She made sure my husband felt comfortable while waiting at the altar, constantly checking in on him, and she was equally caring in ensuring I was doing well too. The process was very easy. The best thing about the wedding was getting married and having my poem/reading be the one I dreamed of. Israel Copel was absolutely amazing. We went with Roxy and Art of Celebrations for designing our engagement party and couldn't be happier! This was our first time working with a planner. We are not super creative people and really relied on Roxy's advice and insight to make our event stand out. I would like to share my experience with Art of Celebrations and specifically Roxy. It was in one word "great"!!! From the beginning Roxy was a polished professional who knew her industry inside out and made my daughter's shower a reality from the image I had in mind. Our wedding with Attia Events was absolutely amazing! The venue space is a charming, beautifully decorated loft with gorgeous natural light and vintage touches throughout. It was everything we could have hoped for—cozy, intimate, and completely unique.

One of the best parts was how flexible and welcoming our coordinator Rana was. She agreed to have our dog be present, so our pup Dimo was able to be part of the day—and he was such a hit! They even let us bring in our tattoo artist, which added such a fun and personal touch to the experience.

Rana, was incredible. From start to finish, she made everything so easy and stress-free. She brought our vision to life down to the smallest details, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

If you're planning a small, intimate wedding and want a space that feels stylish, warm, and truly accommodating, I would highly, highly recommend this venue. I would also highly recommend Attia Events for coordination. It was an unforgettable day.

Rana and her team were absolute perfection to work with! We worked with her for the month of our wedding as our planner and we cannot fathom what life would've been like without her. She was super organized from the start to finish, even regrouping with us after to make sure we had all our ducks in a row.

Rana made me (an incredibly anxious person) feel at ease on the wedding day, which is saying something! Through our talks, texts and emails her attention to detail was obvious I knew she had things covered. On the day of her and her team were so great at making sure we were staying on track, they worked seamlessly with all our vendors and made sure we actually had time to get a meal in :P

Firstly, their wedding planning services were impeccable. Even with the part-time wedding planning package, Rana walked me through the whole wedding process; answered every question I texted with urgency; and provided helpful and budget-saving tips along the way. Rana also brought our wedding vision to life - from the colour scheme, the personal details, and our goal to have a mix of tradition and fun!
Secondly, the coordination Rana provided for the day was the best experience. From ensuring that our wedding party and vendors stuck to the timeline, to problem-solving any bumps along the way, my husband and I could not thank her enough! Our wedding day was the most stress-free day and without Rana and Theresa, it would not have been the best wedding ever - we cannot thank you enough :)

From the second we met the team at Attia Event we knew it would be a wonderful experience to work with them.

My partner and I were scoping out wedding venues two years ago and came across Junto Studio, a venue that Rana and Theresa of Attia Events also own. We knew right from the start that we wanted to work with them because of how warm (and cool!) they both are. We got started on the wedding planning process early, and Rana was always there to support us along the way. She gave us the perfect amount of suggestions for vendors, and it never felt like she pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do. My partner and I are quite unconventional, so we really appreciated how easy going they were with our requests! They were always on board for our kooky experiments - our trivia, video games, and art installation-like video projections were never questioned! Rana went the extra mile as well when she offered to drive us out to a dried flower wholesaler out in Mississauga, so we could pick out our own centrepiece arrangements. It was such a fun day because we got to hang out and get to know each other as well :) We consider Attia Events our wedding planners, but ended up with two new cool friends.

We cannot thank our wedding day coordinators enough for the incredible job they did! From start to finish, they were organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day run smoothly. Their calm and professional presence allowed us to fully enjoy each moment without stress, knowing every detail was taken care of. Working with Devour Catering was an outstanding experience. They catered our 40th anniversary party at our home. They had great suggestions for the menu, and paid attention to every detail. Our guests had many compliments about the food, which was simply delicious. And I can’t say enough about the team that prepared the food and made sure platters and bowls were always full. For many years I have been so grateful to the Devour Catering experts who have delivered excellent catering for my small and mid-sized entertainment events. Food is beautifully prepared, delicious and portions are perfect for the appetizer hours I have arranged.

Last night, with weather being as pleasant as it was, we were able to finally host an event for our near neighbours and the Executive Team at Blackline Safety at our home.

The array of excellent appetizers and food, the glassware, cutlery and even two members from Devour Catering coming to my home serving the food and ensuring bottles were open for beverages made the evening pleasant and seamless..

Working with Jasmin in the prior weeks to select gluten-free as well as nut-free options for our guests resulted in numerous compliments for the excellence in both quality ad flavours.

Toward the end of the evening, I was bery grateful to see the trays were transferred to our dishes, and my entire kitchen was cleaned with all food put neatly away.

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding this weekend catered by Devour. I can say without hesitation that booking this crew is 100% a good call. As a wedding dj, I have experienced my share of catered meals, and Devour is top of the heap! Every dish of every part of the evening was to peefection, including dishes that you wouldn't expect to travel well. Beef, chicken, asparagus, potatoes, grilled Caesar salad, etc. etc. etc. All were vooked perfectly and delicious.

DJ rouge really put on a show for our wedding. Our guests still speak about how much fun the night was. I can't recommend him enough for any event. He knows exactly how to get everyone, young and old on the dance floor. We had a fantastic night, and I highly recommend him.

What can I say but holy smokes!!! Mike and his team were phenomenal! Our wedding guests did not get off the dance floor all evening! The vibe was awesome, Mike knew exactly how to keep the party going the whole night! If you need a DJ for your wedding, you’d be doing a disservice to yourself and your guests if you don’t grab DJ Rouge!

Our guests are still raving about the music, and more than a few of them are still sore from all the dancing! We were extremely lucky he was available, we wouldn’t have had even close to the same fun time if we went with anyone else!

We hired Fusion Bollywood for my daughter’s Quinceañera, and they exceeded our expectations. The stage setup was absolutely stunning, and the flowers were gorgeous. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything looked. The team was professional, punctual, and very friendly to work with. We are extremely happy with their service and highly recommend Fusion Bollywood for any special event.

They did my house decor and gurdwara decor and it was exactly how I envisioned it. They made my thoughts into reality. Plus they were super easy to work with and very accommodating, would for sure recommend to everyone!!

The event was very well organized, with an amazing set of vendors who catered to every possible need to host a wedding. I attended the 2022 GTA Wedding Expo. Besides the fact that my fiancé and I won our wedding (!!!!!!), we did not expect the convention to leave such a great impression on us. The show was well-organized, and you can definitely tell that the organizers ensured that their vendors REALLY knew their craft. Even if we did not win the grand prize, we definitely think we still would have left less overwhelmed (despite so many vendors to consider, they were all so gracious in acknowledging that ultimately you choose who you resonate with) and more inspired with our wedding planning. I would like to thank everyone that played a part in making the GTA Wedding Expo a true success! I joined this group back in April of this year when I started my business, and back then it was just a hobby. After posting in that group just a few times, I was connected to the right clients and vendors and I could not be more thankful for just that connection!

I got amazing feedback from other clients and vendors of how much they loved the show, and personally as a vendor, I was able to meet other vendors that I’ve seen on social media but have never met in person. The energy was definitely there, and I would definitely recommend this show (and group) to any vendors or newly engaged couples!

I hardly know where to begin, because I don’t have the words to properly capture just how grateful we are to Karina and her team for helping us create the perfect wedding — truly the best day of our lives.

Our wedding day exceeded even our biggest hopes, dreams, and expectations. The day was overflowing with joy from start to finish, and we were able to slow down, take it all in, and savor every moment because we trusted that we had the best team of vendors in the business — all thanks to Karina. Hearing afterward about the last-minute issues (none of which were caused by Karina or her planning) that she and her team handled with such skill only confirmed how professional and exceptional they are.

Karina guided us expertly through every step of the process as our full-service planner. She has an incredible network of top-notch vendors, and she connected us with people who were not only talented but also such a joy to work with. Every single vendor went above and beyond, from our photographer and videographer to the florist, baker, musicians, DJ, and more.

She also has years of experience as a florist herself, and that paid off in spades — her eye for décor and design is amazing. She helped us integrate every detail (chairs, florals, stationery, linens, cake, music) into a cohesive whole that looked even better than the Pinterest boards I had saved. She gave fantastic advice throughout, kept us on budget, and helped refine my many ideas into an event that was cohesive and beautiful.

Our guests raved about the flowers, the atmosphere, and how packed the dance floor was until the very end. From start to finish, Karina’s advice, vision, and attention to detail brought everything to life in a way we’ll never forget.

Most importantly, Karina and her team (Paige and Jaylin) were the heart of it all. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything seamless and stress-free, elevating the service to a level that felt like a luxury venue. They anticipated and solved problems before I even knew there were any, they sewed a button that had fallen off the back of my dress in between photos, they kept us perfectly on schedule, and they orchestrated every little detail with thoughtfulness and grace.

Instead of post-wedding blues, we’ve been left with post-wedding bliss. We are still glowing, smiling every time we think back on the day, and so grateful to have had Karina in our corner. If you are planning a wedding, do yourself a favor and hire her. She is simply the best in the business!

Karina Lemke was an absolutely amazing wedding planner for our wedding on July 20th, 2024 at the Royal Conservatory of Music. When we first booked our venue, we asked them to recommend a wedding planner that they trusted. They gave us Karina's contact information and told us not to even bother looking for anyone else. Not only is Karina kind and communicative, but she is extremely experienced. She recommended all of our vendors, and every single one exceeded our expectations. Karina took our inspo photos and crafted the wedding of our dreams. She answered every question we had with confidence, and made sure our entire wedding day ran smoothly. A number of our guests complimented her on her organization and professionalism, and we are not surprised. She is amazing and made the entire wedding process so fun for us! We truly could not recommend her enough.

We had an incredible experience with Karina for our wedding! She was with us for both month-of and day-of planning, and she brought so much helpful advice and design experience. Karina was our month of/day of wedding planner and I genuinely don't know how we would have done it without her. My wedding was held at Graydon Hall Manor, and Karina knew the ins and outs of that venue so much so I did not have to stress about anything at all. My family has not stopped raving about how great Karina was, and I wish I had another event coming up just so I could work with her again! She was that good.

Karina was an absolute rockstar for our summer 2024 wedding! Calm, friendly and experienced, Karina was the perfect balance of flexibility and organization to our nuptials. She was never disruptive but always had control of the room. It was uncanny how she could blend in with the wedding guests but still wrangle overly enthuasiastic guests for large family photos.

Even though she had secured her for the last 3 months leading up to our wedding, it felt like she had been a part of our process the entire way. Karina had invaluable insight and was always ready to collaborate with us. And the big green flag: our numerous vendors praised her to us - the ultimate gold seal of approval!

Morgan was such a delight to work with and we're so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day dreams come true. She executed our vision flawlessly and the design turned out absolutely perfectly. I felt she did a great job helping us balance our budget and making it go as far as possible. She was a very calming presence to have around and encouraged us not to stress leading up to the event. And she looked after us in so many small but thoughtful ways - for example, placing a fan behind our table so we wouldn't get hot during dinner, delivering our bouquet to the preservationist. She nailed every single one of my requests and helped pull off every detail. I'd highly recommend working with her!

As my husband and I set out to plan our wedding in Banff, we knew it would come with some challenges and nuances since we are not locals to the area and have never planned an international wedding. That’s when we decided to call in the experts at LFW, and we had the pleasure of working with the one and only Lynn Fletcher herself. It’s hard to really put into words how great of an experience it was working with Lynn and LFW. Probably the best way to convey the experience was a “feeling of safety”; a feeling of being taken under someone’s wing, knowing your best intentions are being looked out for.

In the year leading up to our wedding, Lynn took the time and care to understand who we were as people, and, more importantly, as a couple. She was our protector on our wedding day. She carved out little moments throughout the day to check in on us, and made sure that we didn’t get wrapped up in all the stress that usually comes with weddings, but instead made sure we could truly enjoy it. One thing she did that I truly loved was revealing the reception to us alone while our guests were enjoying a happy hour in another room. All three of our faces (mine, my husband and Lynn’s) lit up with joy and excitement as we reflected on what a years worth of planning brought us.

Through our relationship in planning, we built trust with each other. We knew that things would turn out exactly as they should because Lynn was on top of it. Reflecting on the amazing day, one thing was immediate from both Travis and I; that we felt so taken care of on our day…and that made it even more special.

Working with Melissa and her amazing team was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the get go Melissa was so wonderful to work with and made sure all the small details were handled. Recently had our Intimate Wedding here - affordable, easy to book online, and friendly coordinator, officiant and admin overall. Recommend for a stress-free wedding for a smaller party - ours were just immediate family (but the chapel can house up to 150).

Chapel features stain-glass windows on the sides, wooden finish all over and a garden at the back of the chapel for photos. The party can park in the front, and there is another parking area nearby for the guests. Highly recommend! :)

Palm Tree was recommended to us by friends and I have absolutely zero regrets. Tyler was very organized with communication leading up to the wedding and helped with any questions I had. Tyler was not able to shoot our wedding but the team he has created is amazing and know what they are doing. Four days after the event, I already had sneak peak photos in my inbox.

When planning, I wasn't sure what style of photography I wanted. Tyler helped guide me and I was not disappointed. A few months before the wedding I changed my package and added the videography which I am so grateful I did. One thing that stood out to me as a highlight was the organizing of group photos. When your thoughts are going a mile a minutes, it was nice to be told what would look best. 10/10 would recommend.

We got to meet Tyler and his team over the course of the last 2 years for being our close friends’ wedding photographer and we knew we had to have him for ours as well. I went with Palm Tree to shoot my wedding in June 2024 and I have absolutely zero regrets. Of all the vendors I worked with, they were one of the best. Tyler was super organized and professional leading up the wedding day, always responding to my e-mails quickly and clearly which gave me a lot of confidence heading into our big day. Him and his team were friendly, had no issues adjusting when it started to rain, and were right on time in the morning to meet us (and on time for sharing sneak peaks and the full gallery weeks later as listed on their website)!

I asked for natural, documentary style photos and was not disappointed. Even more so, they were able to get a picture of every single person at our approx. 100 person wedding. I am so grateful that I can look back at these photos and see everyone who was there, with a mix of genuine candid moments and posed portrait-style photos. When we weren't sure what to do, Tyler was amazing at organizing our couple and group poses, giving us prompts in a friendly and fun way, and was happy to roll with our own ideas too. We just got married over the long weekend. We contacted Ashley for her decorations and we ended up hiring her as our day of coordinator as well!
Let me tell you, a lot of people say "the wedding just flew by, I don't remember much of it". Well my wife and I won't be able to say that, because Ashley was there for us. We were able to enjoy it fully. Our decorations looked great. Having your day of coordinator be your decorator as well is huge.
She was there with us from 10:30am (church) and at the venue at 3pm until 2:30am. She charges a fair price for the peace of mind we got from it.
My wife and I are very last minute people. We gave her some last minute changes and she was just okay with all of it. She didn't seem stressed at all, just calm and collected.

He was able to cater to both cultural traditions and both families were super well represented. He communicated very well with the venue to ensure timely sequencing of events. We also used Johnny’s services for photo and video, together making it a one stop shop and negated the need for a wedding planner. We highly recommend!!

10/10. Johnny, from the beginning, was helpful, informative and helped with anything we needed or any questions we had. The whole process was flawless. Joe, our DJ, was so fantastic and so sweet. Came to see us all night to make sure we were still on schedule and if everything was going to our liking. And finally, Mike, our photographer, was the bomb. Quick, knows his stuff and really got some beautiful shots. definitely one of the best photographers I’ve seen.

That's Amore Productions went above and beyond expectations when it came to planning our wedding. With COVID causing over a year of delays, Johnny put us at ease by remaining flexible, reassuring us, and updating us regularly as restrictions and recommendations changed. Our guests had an amazing time despite doing things differently in COVID times. Johnny animated the evening in English and Italian, so that all our guests could understand, and organized several fun games for everyone to play and we are still getting positive feedback from our guests almost two months later! We’re both based abroad and couldn’t plan a traditional wedding, so Pop-Up Chapel was honestly the perfect option for us. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress free. We had one point of contact who handled everything, which made such a difference. All we had to do was show up with our outfits, rings, marriage licence, and our guests. That’s it. Everything else was beautifully taken care of. It was small, simple, and exactly what we needed. On top of that, it was very affordable for everything that was included. We had the best time and are so glad we chose Pop-Up Chapel. My sister also had her wedding with them, so we’ve seen firsthand how consistently great they are. Really highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy, meaningful, and well organized celebration.

The experience was seamless! Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was super accommodating and kind! We really wanted to go with a stress-free ceremony option and this was not only affordable, but everything is sorted for you! All we had to do was show up and not worry about any of the small details. My husband and I fell in love with the venue (Globe and Mail Centre) and without Pop-up chapel there would have been no way for us to have our ceremony there. We did end up having a dinner and a reception later in the day after our ceremony, so this was still an amazing option even if you are planning a big celebration after the ceremony.
