Ordered a medium grazing charcuterie for my anniversary picnic today and it was absolutely stunning! So easy to order online in the morning and set the pick up time for when I was able to get it. Everything was delicious—juicy grapes and nice options of pickled veggies, 4 kinds of meat and 4 kinds of cheese and 4 kinds of dips (jams and mustard!). Very good prices for the worth. Very disappointed with our recent purchase. We bought a box of dragon fruit from Freestone , and every single one was rotten and inedible. Complete waste of money. It’s clear they don’t check the quality of their produce before selling. Will not be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for fresh fruit.

Had a wonderful time with my husband! The drinks were fantastic, and the poolside atmosphere was perfect. Our server, Khadija, was incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations for fun things to do around the city. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and to top it all off, breakfast at Yellow Door Bistro on our last morning was absolutely delicious.

I came here for my 21st birthday and was so eager to have drinks and food by a pool. My friends had called multiple times - in advance - to attempt to make a reservation (which we were told was not doable) and sort out all the details. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess that said they had no availability, but then shortly after said: “No problems, we will get you in,” confusing but okay. We were grateful to get in and ordered from our server, Sydnie, very generously, and received our food prior to our drinks, and then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for our drinks after arrival of the meal. We finally got our drinks and ordered another round of drinks immediately, in the hopes that our drinks would be there within the next 30 minutes. On that note we had a generous tab (not that it should matter as to how customers are treated) and we had to go up to the bar to order another round of drinks for our table. Then - unexpectedly - we were told it was time for us to leave in fifteen minutes because they had another reservation waiting on our table. The group of girls I was with work in the food industry so we responded in a very empathetic manner. However, there were several opportunities to notify us of this after having ordered another round of drinks and more food. At this point we asked to speak to a manager and explained the poorly handled situation, who then told us that: “We must understand how hard her job is given our industry positions.” Given the fact that we were told that they needed the table in a matter of minutes, we assumed that we would be billed promptly. Yet, we got tired of waiting, after about 40 minutes and stood by the hostess stand to settle up. By this point we were frustrated, angry, and annoyed. The manager did comp part our our bill which we were grateful for, but it did not make up for the situation or the lost time. Not to mention there were two hairs in our drinks (also comped, but disgusting nonetheless). I am overall disappointed in this experience that we were so heavily looking forward to. Never coming back and you shouldn’t either.

Jerwin was such a great host, really made the experience so much fun. Food and vibes were great, but could have been better if there was better music. My only complaint would be the music. Please please upgrade the playlist!!!

I made a reservation here for the golf simulators an hour off the time I meant to…the staff were super busy when I realized my error but they were amazing! They got us onto the simulator and served us amazingly all night even though we were the only people in the club. We had the cheese board and it delicious! Definitely will be back.

We used Fresh Kitchen to cater a year end function. We are not a large group and it can be difficult to find anyone to cater our event. Fresh Kitchen came through in spades! The communication was excellent and really put my mind at ease. Delivery was on time and food was hot. Everything was tasty and we will definitely look at using them again!

The whole ordering process was smooth and Kira did a great job with recommendations and guidance and was always very responsive and accommodating! I really appreciated how patient she was when our numbers increased, and she promptly checked with the kitchen about adding more food, which they were able to do. The set up was done well and they came on time and were very helpful with the food. The food was excellent and was highly complimented throughout the evening. The BBQ Beef Burnt Ends were a huge hit! We had a small backyard party to celebrate our wedding earlier this year, Fresh Kitchen catered our event and it was fabulous! Riley was our on site chef and he was wonderful to deal with, kind, attentive and the food was such a hit! We've heard nothing from our guests but how amazing the food was. We always order Fresh Kitchen's Christmas dinners but this was the first Easter feast that we have ordered.....Maple glazed ham, roasted carrots and the best potatoes dauphinoise we have ever tasted. We recently had the Fresh team cater our wedding and it truly was one of the reasons why our wedding was so great! Not only was the food FANTASTIC (they easily accommodate dietary needs and requests), they were so easy to work with and were super flexible with everything we needed. Kira was awesome and really listened to the little details around what we were looking for, and even went so far as to arrange for a site walk through beforehand to make sure everything would be perfect. We hired Fusion Bollywood for my daughter’s Quinceañera, and they exceeded our expectations. The stage setup was absolutely stunning, and the flowers were gorgeous. We just received our wedding photos back and we are absolutely obsessed with them. Photography is the thing I valued most when it came to wedding planning (other than the marriage, of course), so having Gabe as my photographer was the obvious choice. He is incredible at what he does. His attention to detail and ability to capture raw connection between people is a gift. I can't wait to plaster these photos all over my walls.

Wow what words can be use to describe working with Gabe and the quality of his work. We found that he was very reasonably priced for what it was that we were looking for and the quality of the final images exceeded our expectations. Prior to the shoot Gabe offered suggestions to where good locations were which was really helpful as we were not familiar with the Banff area. On the day of our photo session we were both nervous but he was easy to work with and comfortable to be around. We had a long list of shots that we wanted and he was able to get them all with time to spare. The weather forecast had changed over night and Gabe was even willing to alter his schedule for us if we wanted to avoid the possible rain, in the end we decided to keep our original schedule, lucky for us the rain held off and created moody clouds over the mountains which were spectacular. Looking back on our photos it felt like we were transported to a far off distant world filled with magic and wonder so If you want to capture a moment in time where your imagination can run wild Gabe is your man. All of his pictures came out beautifully and his work really is art. Every emotion that can't be put into words Gabe can capture with his lens so do yourself a favor and reach out to him and request a photo session, whether it be a wedding, engagement, family connection session, you name it. His work thrives where people come together and unforgettable memories are made.

If there was an option to leave 10 stars we would! Gabe is truly the best of the best. We are blown away with our wedding photos. On top of being beyond happy with the end result- the entire process was amazing. We had SO much fun with him on our heli session and he was the perfect fit to fit our vibe of a stress free wedding day.

Absolutely blown away by the gorgeous arrangement ordered for my mother's birthday. The flowers are modern without being over-the-top; an excellent selection of colours which work harmoniously together. I live overseas and ordered online, and everything from the customer service to the delivery to the arrangement of the flowers, including colour and scent, was completely perfect. I am very impressed and will be ordering flowers again in the future. My mother is so pleased she sent me multiple photos, which I have posted below!

I recently used Gather Catering for a client's corporate conference and we were incredibly happy with the service and the food provided. Had a small gathering of 6 people for a birthday party. Broke bones the week before the party and was considering cancelling. I should not have worried as the event was so easy and successful. Rebecca and Marc were a great team. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the food was delicious. My kitchen was left in beautiful shape after the event and they even took the garbage! There is no doubt that I will be calling again if we have any sort of group gathering.

Best wedding venue in the Calgary/Airdrie area!!

I have always had my heart set on getting married here ever since my friend chose this venue for her wedding in 2019. I was a bridesmaid in that wedding and after that night, I knew Gathered would be at the top of my list when it was my turn to get married.

My sister also got married here a year before I did, which proves how special and sought after this venue is.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Alysa, Elaine, Ashley and her team. It went exactly how we envisioned it and our guests had such an amazing time. They raved about the food, the beauty of the venue, and the friendly hard-working staff.

Gathered offers an “all inclusive” type package of sorts which includes elements that take the pressure and stress off the bride and groom with wedding planning. This venue works well with all sorts of themes and aesthetics. The natural beauty of the space offers such a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony and reception.

It’s a bonus that this venue is close by to Airdrie and North Calgary. There’s several hotels to choose from in Airdrie to host your guests, and there’s also a campground nearby.

The food is absolutely amazing. Elaine puts so much care and love into what she serves you and your guests. Everything we had at our wedding was outstanding.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The Gathered and Fiore team are great to work with and they make sure everything is taken care of on your big day. You won’t regret booking them!

From start to finish, they were an absolute dream team to work with. Always on top of things, with regular emails, information packets, and check-in meetings. In celebration of a milestone anniversary this year, my husband and I were looking for a jewelry designer to work with for a custom ring. From the moment I stepped into the jewelry store, Kendice provided such exceptional service! Right from the start of the process of my custom ring, Kendice worked with me on the design I had in mind… the style, setting and size of diamond. She listened, gave advice, took plenty of notes and sketches before submitting the custom ring to her designer. Kendice stayed in touch with me though-out the process, answered my questions and always provided updates. I was also provided with a render (3D image) of the ring, which was absolutely gorgeous. In less than a month, my ring was ready and the result was a stunning platinum princess cut solitaire that exceeded all my expectations! Thank-you, Kendice for all your help and guidance and for making the entire process such a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful ring and one that truly represents a very special occasion.

I and my mom went here (April 23, 2023, around 4:00PM MST) to shop for big-sized socks for my uncle. The lady who greeted us was patient and helpful and gave us honest opinions about the different socks that they sell. We ended up buying the right socks for my uncle based on the comparison of different socks that she showcased to us. Unfortunately, we were not able to ask her name (which we should have to give her the acknowledgment for her great customer service). But you know who you are! Your customer service was much appreciated. Additionally, the cashier (who was a different lady) was mild-mannered, professional, and very courteous. We will definitely shop here again.

I'm not usually fond of clothes shopping given the accompanying size frustrations, but this was by far the best experience I've had to date. Katie was incredibly kind, helpful, and forthright about costs and alternative suggestions. I look forward to making future purchases at this location. :)

This company was AWESOME! I customized a gift for my father and they were so patient and helpful to make it just right for his tastes and my budget. The basket turned out beautiful, the products were all delicious, and they even threw in a couple surprise chocolate treats free. The delivery was included in the price making it unbeatable and they also delivered it on a Sunday which few companies do. The customer service was phenomenal! I’ve been using a national gift basket service, but NEVER AGAIN!! This is the ONLY place I will use from now on, as I send gifts to my family from California often. Can’t say enough good things about them! LOVE!!

She was very helpful, personable, professional and wanted to help me make the best gift basket I could for my son's and daughter's (in law) 12th wedding anniversary. I mean, can you FIT more into a basket? If so, I'm sure Sarah will find a way, but I don't think it's likely. The basket arrangement was beautiful, the treats were great! (They loved the smoked Gouda especially), but they both loved the whole basket. Will use Gifts by Design for any gift basket needs I will have in the future. Thank you Sarah!

I was a fan of this store from the start, having met the kind and helpful owner when it first opened. Over the years, we returned several times, but the service gradually declined, when the owner wasn't present. Initially, I brushed it off as an off day, but our latest experience was unacceptable. When we tried to return bent glasses, the staff responded rudely, downplaying the issue and suggesting we weren’t entitled to a resolution due to the “relatively low purchase price of $70.” Unacceptable.

I walked into Glam Bar Bazaar not knowing exactly what to expect, but I was genuinely impressed by the overall atmosphere of the store. It’s beautifully laid out — clean, well-organized, and visually very appealing. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the product displays to the lighting and aesthetic.

I did have a chance to speak briefly with one of the managers, and I just want to note that she provided impeccable customer service super approachable and attentive.

Alisha did mine and my 4 bridesmaids makeup for my wedding and I cannot say enough good things!! Not only is she amazing at what she does she is very personable and fun whole being professional. Communication with her was always easy (which goes a long way when planning a wedding and having so many vendors) quick replies, on time and prepared! My makeup was amazing and lasted all night and she listened to each of my bridesmaids on the “look” they preferred, especially my sister who doesn’t wear much makeup and wanted minimal makeup but still wanted to look fresh and she did exactly that! The absolute best! Alisha did my makeup for my wedding, as well as for all of my bridesmaids. She is so sweet, so attentive, and makes you feel super comfortable in the chair. I used Glamaway Beauty for my wedding, and had an AMAZING experience. Myself, 4 bridesmaids, and my MIL had our hair and makeup done by Erin and one of her assistants. All of our hair looked incredible, and our make-up was flawless. They came to our hotel early in the morning, were right on time and could do absolutely everything we asked for in terms of hair and make-up. After a 12 hour wedding, including being in a windy park for pictures and partying at night, we all still looked flawless! Such a fabulous experience with Glamaway Beauty for my wedding. I have had my hair done by Erin in the past so knew she was the one I needed for my wedding day. I was thrilled when Erin said she would travel out for my BC wedding, as booking hair and makeup in another province was stressful and intimidating. I received so many compliments about my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids. Glamaway makes the entire experience fun and truly make you look and feel beautiful.

Our makeup looked good throughout the day and the colour matching she did with foundation was great. There were some small details that I had to ask for that I felt should have been covered (lash edges lifting, blending edges of eyeshadow) but Erin was great at taking feedback and fixing/adjusting as requested. So be open with her regarding anything you have concerns with!

In hindsight, I wish I would have done a hair trial but it was something that I could not financially justify for the wedding. My curls had fallen flat by the ceremony and I was disappointed when our photos came back.

I had Khatera glam me up for my wedding reception and I was beyond happy with how it turned out. She is extremely talented and has perfected her art! My makeup was done beautifully and lasted throughout the event (I also got many compliments). She also set my jewelry and head scarf which were also done exceptionally well. Book her for your event!!

I had a cheese bun at Richmond's pub a few years back, so I went to finally buy some, since it's far out of my way, and apparently they don't have actual buns. What they did have was a bag of bits and pieces of cheese buns. I'm terribly disappointed. I went to the sausage shop next door, (highly recommend), and one of the staff mentioned they were under new management, and were sad about that change. Do better, please. I've posted a picture for scale, which was the biggest one of the batch. I'm not sure how you make a sandwich out of that. I had the stuffed bun at Richmond's pub, and it was a proper large, round bun. They're delicious, but I was looking forward to making sandwiches with them.

Love this bakery, good prices, and great baked goods. Have enjoyed buns, danishes, donuts, and cupcakes here. Personally we aren't fans of the cheese buns (too much cheese) but can see that others would love them.

the whole wheat cheese bun is not that great as market. there is barely any cheese use. Lemon poppyseed loaf is very sweet. I notices there are no nutrition label on their bake goods. places is small and parking area is crowded. Quite a disappointing experienced

I just had the most wonderful experience ordering a cake from Glamorgan Bakery for the very first time, and I couldn't be happier! I kept hearing amazing things about their famous black forest cake, so I thought I’d check it out and see what all the buzz was about.

I picked up a lovely strawberry shortcake for my daughter and a rich black forest cake for her dad, and oh my goodness—both cakes were absolutely delicious! They were super fresh, wonderfully moist, and so beautifully decorated.

A huge thank you to the friendly staff and talented bakers at Glamorgan Bakery for making my first visit so special. I’m already excited to order cakes for our future celebrations!

Love the food (cheese buns, donut, eclair). But service quite sucks. Was there yesterday (Sept. 19, around 2pm). Yes, it is busy but not that much. I think there’s enough servers to help the customers. Unfortunately the one who helped us was one of the most unhelpful person. She was impatient, not smiling the whole time we were there. It is our first time there and we are excited to see all the delicious pastry but she is hurrying us to be done. We actually spent $50+ and as we excitedly order to add more, she frowned every time we ask for an additional order. Looks like she does not want to sell. Good thing the baked goods are really delicious. Might give it another try and hopefully service will be good.
