From the very beginning, he made both my husband and I feel so comfortable and at ease, which made the whole process so enjoyable. He brought such creativity to every moment and truly captured our vision in the most beautiful way. I was originally unsure about whether we even needed a videographer, but looking back I can confidently say it was the best decision we made for our wedding. I bought 25 helium balloons (divided into 3 bunches) for $90 on Friday, May 2nd for an event on Saturday, May 3rd. I picked up the balloons at 2 pm and by 7 pm they were drooping in the party room. I took them back to the store at 10 am on Saturday (day of the event) at which point 10 of the balloons were dragging and all of them were looking sad and asked that all of them be replaced. The employee at the desk said she had to call her manager which she did. The manager allowed her to replace the 10 balloons that were dragging but none of the rest which were also quickly softening. We picked up the revived balloons at 1 pm for our 2 pm event. The event went to 9 pm and all afternoon the balloons softened and drooped and they were on the ground by the next morning. I am a regular purchaser of helium balloons and I have never had this problem before. Something was wrong with either the balloons, the employees who filled them or the helium. The store was not willing to resolve the issue. This is a shame as I have used Glitz many times.

Not the best experince. Ordered lettered balloons - had to pay upfront - the manager promised they would be in the store the next day. I showed up the following day, and the staff didn't know what I was talking about. The staff had to call the man who I purchased from and he informed them that he never got the balloons as promised and never informed me. The refund took 10 minutes because the staff didn't know how to do it and now I have to drive 20 minutes to get them somewhere else with the event being tomorrow morning. Needless to stay it's been a frustrating experience and not a place I would purchase from again.

Bought a sheet of stickers from North hill mall location for my daughters birthday craft and they were totally glued to the sheet, no way I could peel them off. I was going to use them that day so I didn’t take the receipt. I went to tell the store about the faulty product they sold me and because I didn’t t have the receipt they would not help me in any way. They wouldn’t even give me a new sticker sheet of the same stickers off the shelf, no refund, no credit, nothing. Basically a smile and a sorry not sorry. Terrible customer service.

I came in to grab some balloons in January and it was mid afternoon, kind of busy, the girl helping me was super nice and kept the interaction fun while she was filling them all. Watching her interact with other customers was nice as well, she was able to control the busy situation quite well with a smile on her face. Will be back in the future!

Cool store. Arts and crafts and birthday party supplies. Some of the shelves were empty and a couple of the items are a bit on the pricey side but we did manage to grab a couple items.

We've been Glowstone customers for over four years and are very happy with the quality of our lights and installation. The team has been very responsive to our questions and needs. There are a quite a few providers providing similar services - but if GlowStone isn't on your list, I'd highly recommend you give them a call.

From start to finish and beyond the installation and servicing of our new lights is second to none! Highly recommend GlowStone and their lighting products. I will definitely be calling on them again once for installation for my back yard! I will also say again the customer service is excellent!!!

This is such a high quality product, and as an electrician I hold in super high regard top quality products. The customer service and support offered by Glowstone is even BETTER than the product! And that tells you something!
Their app and app support has come an incredibly long way and the guides on the website for end-user support easily walk anyone through programming and set up!

Called GlowStone and was put In touch with Colin in the Niagara region. He was super prompt in responding and was able to come out for a quote almost the next day. He was able to show me how the lighting would be installed on the house and it was super informative and a smart design. Not only is it waterproof from the heat shrinking designed capsule !!the lights also have a LIFETIME warranty which is wild these days!!!! Colin was super down to earth and helpful and Jeremy who works alongside was just awesome. My lights turned out beautiful the app that controls them does 101 different things super user friendly. I am so happy I never have to climb a ladder again. Honestly 10/10 for these guys !!

My engagement ring has proven to be very delicate. Wojtek has repaired it for me twice now. He has also done extra work to reinforce my prongs and make the ring mor sturdy. He custom made my wedding band with gold from my great grandmother's ring, and made my husband's wedding band. He is the only person I touch to work on my gold jewelry at this point.
I have left every time feeling good about the work done.

I am so blown away by Wojtek’s craftsmanship. I brought in a special gold wedding band passed down to me from my great grandmother that I was hoping to use as my wedding band. He was able to intricately shape and carve the band to fit perfectly with my tricky low set toi et moi engagement ring so it sits flush. He had it competed in 1 week for a very fair price! My fiancee and I went to Wojtek to have a custom engagement ring made. We'd previously explored another "local jewelry designer," but found out they order the actual ring in from a different, undisclosed source. Wojtek, however, is the real deal from start to finish. He designs AND makes the ring in-house. He is communicative and fully transparent throughout the entire process.

Wojtek took the time to help us hone in on the design, and gave his expert opinion on what would look good, and be good for longevity. He is uncompromising in the quality of materials used, and in his personal work.

Waytek did a fantastic job redesigning a 40 year old ring. He was easy to work with and exceeded all expectations. He suggested the right diamond size and shape. His creativity and workmanship are top notch.

I went to Wojtek at Golden Touch Jewellery to design a custom ring for me. Wojtek took the time to discuss design options utilizing the gold, Ruby and diamonds from two of my existing rings that I no longer wore. Once the design was finalized, Wojtek started working on my custom ring. I picked up my ring today and I couldn’t be happier, the design and craftsmanship are truly outstanding! I've been renting here for both my businesses for close to 9 years. It's always good service and helpful on the phone. The last two orders things were missing, which caused a bit of chaos for me, but their on call person was able to get me the missing things i needed. Today, I called to chat about it, and the manager refunded the entire order. I certainly wasn't expecting the whole thing and thought maybe a discount on my next order or something like. So this review is just to say, wow, thank you for great customer service over the years.

The service is impeccable! I was looking to surprise my sister for her birthday and Lola went above and beyond on getting me the marquee numbers I needed on a last minute scenario. Gracehills event and rentals is by far one of the best event organizers for doing the décor. I got the balloon decor done for 2 of my events and the decor was really fabulous. It was for the one year anniversary of my club and the re-launch of my restaurant. Grace is very pleasant and understanding about the client needs and she always goes above and beyond to make sure her client is always happy. The price does reflect the quality of work and I am 100% sure after seeing her work you will realize it too that its WORTH IT !!!!!! A huge Thank You Grace !!!!

Lola simply has an natural eye for decor. She decorated the hall for our student gala, and to say that I was beyond impressed is an understatement. With just a paragraph of our event vision, she ran with it and created an extravagant event, with dazzling glass vases filled with pearls, high-rise flower arrangements, shining table covers, and iridescent mirrors. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I entered the hall. Our VIP guests truly thought they had entered a luxury wedding. In all of their social media posts, Lola’s decor was the focal point. I still have yet to meet a decorator that can contend with her creativity, hardwork and dedication. Moreover, Lola significantly reduced my stress surrounding the event by thinking of logistics that had never even crossed my mind. She was adamant about attending the hall beforehand to scope out the dimensions and feel of the venue; she carefully reviewed floor plans, planning every inch to a tee. If you want your guests to be in absolute awe, you must absolutely go with Lola. Our guests are still raving about the beautifully decorated venue to this day. But don’t take my word for it. Just take a look at the fabulous photos from our event and you be taken away.

Graeme is a fantastic person and was a wonderful marriage commissioner. He is warm and caring and shows a genuine affection for the people he marries. He was flexible and courteous with our time, even helping us with a rehearsal 2 days prior to our wedding. On our wedding day his calm presence set the tone for us and our guests, he led us through a quick and beautiful ceremony and closed with his own thoughtful remarks. We were excited to be his 301st wedding and would recommend Graeme to anyone!

Graeme married my sister and her new husband today and did an absolutely amazing job. He made everyone feel very comfortable and was very good at directing what was going to happen and where everyone needed to be. He had very kind words to say after the ceremony and it was a pleasure to meet him and I would highly suggest him.

We had Great Events cater our backyard wedding reception, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Caroline was so kind and knowledgeable, helping us create a menu that fit us perfectly. On the day, the staff who came to set up were super friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and amazing quality. We’re so grateful to them for helping make our day special, and we’ll happily turn to Great Events for any future catering. I can’t recommend them enough.

The organization of the event and service team was top notch. The venue was very noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation with my party or even to enjoy the live music. The food was fine and there was plenty of it. For my taste it could have had more flavour. I will not be returning to this event.

We used Great Events for our staff party. I come from a catering background and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and attention to detail Great Events provided us. Thanks for taking care of everything and allowing me to enjoy my own party without stressing over any of it. We will use you again for our next staff event!

We recently booked Green Bean Catering for our wedding reception and they exceeded all expectations.

Despite booking them very last minute due to our previous company leaving us on read, we were able to organize a very well received spread. We were able to cater to many different dietary needs (GF, vegetarian/vegan) no one felt ignored!

Special shout out to Jackie for being top notch with her response and communication, as well as the staff that helped set up in our space.

Our guests raved about the food, and I swear everyone was constantly eating, yet we had sooo much food leftover! Very good value.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Green Bean for anyone requiring catering, they are amazing.

We each had Italian Meat with one on white bread and one on sub. The Italian Meat was so flavorful and made the simple sandwich so delicious. I definitely want to come back to grab some sandwiches in the future. One of my colleagues had the roast beef sandwich. When asked if she liked it, she said I ate the whole thing!

The brownie and the carrot cake were the perfect complement to the yummy sandwiches. Also include but not pictured were bananas. We had them the next day.

I express my gratitude to "Green Beas"! I ordered a board with appetizers and had personal wishes regarding placing my order. The team took into account all my wishes. It was very delicious and incredibly beautiful design of this dish. Thanks for the great work!

We used Green Bean for our wedding and we would give them 1000/10 if we could. The service was impeccable, the communication leading up to our wedding was second to none, and the people working for the company are elite professionals. We were so looked after by the staff. I can’t even begin to describe how grateful we are for the incredible level of service we received. Not only was the food delicious (and a highlight for our guests), the staff went above and beyond with clean up and maintenance. It was so helpful the day after as we had minimal clean up to do on our end thanks to them. I will be recommending them to all our friends and family, as well as coming to them with any future events we host. Welcomed kindly. Me and my family was looking for a place for a night and i feel lucky to find this cut place. Rooms are clean and comfortable, place is peaceful we woke up and spend time around backyard, we see that they have some chicken at the back and they offered us free fresh eggs, totally lovely thank you for the kindness

Linda and Tony have a great spot here! It was a perfect alternative to motel / hotel when I needed a place to stay the night.

Beautiful place, excellent communication from the hosts, well-kept/clean rooms, nice shared room to relax with friends, all in a nice quiet location. If you aren’t good with heat, you might not want to book during the heat of the summer, as there didn’t appear to be a/c. But fall/winter/spring, it’s great!

Be aware this is not a bed and breakfast, there is no breakfast and if you want the sauna that is not included in the room charge either. Sleep was only ok, wouldn’t recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed last week and it was an absolute beauty. The host were SO KIND and SO LOVELY! Highly recommend if you're in the area !!

Greta Bar is perfect for groups, it has a great energy and a fun crowd! The basement turns into a dance floor, which made the night even better.

Arcade games were a bit pricey (we loaded 140 points and played around 6–8 games), so I suggest going on a Sunday for the $5/hour unlimited games.
Beers and cocktails were reasonably priced, and the overall vibe was lively and well-designed. Definitely a good time!

I went here for a company party on a Saturday evening. Great time. Service was great. Lots of games to play. Pinball is downstairs. Plenty of tvs to stay updated on the hockey playoffs. Was not a big fan of the music, but I'm not 20 years old, so it's probably stuff the younger kids like. I would definitely recommend this place for a company gathering. Drinks were a bit pricey, but again, as someone who rarely goes downtown to the bars, the prices are most likely the same. Good times here.

Great place to network and meet new people. Music was a bit too loud so you gotta shout. Ambience and games were good tho. Drinks were affordable too.

We went for a corporate event and the food offered was fantastic. Great variety of games to play which were a lot of fun. Nice staff. Loud environment but nothing out of the ordinary for a bar. Really cool vibes and decor.

Crazy good burgers, BUT they use invasive surveillance technology that scans your face "to protect patrons". Owner claimed in another review that they have a disclaimer out front but I didn't see it anywhere while I was there, nor could I find it while browsing their website. Their security personnel is also NOT trained to properly explain what they're doing.

I've been to their Toronto location many times and was never asked to have my face scanned, not sure why this particular location does so. Patrons should be asked and given the option to verify their identity through a different method.

Bars and other adult entertainment establishments have been protecting their clientele for decades without the use of surveillance technology, not sure why this is necessary.

We chose the Grey Eagle for our mini honeymoon location. They provided us with chocolates, a nice card and Prosecco (although when asked by the front desk if I wanted red, white or Prosecco, I answered with white) which are thoughtful touches.

The resort is full of wonderful amenities.
We dined at the Little Chief restaurant our first night and the food there was exquisite, you can tell the Chef has put their heart and soul into curating delicious meals.
For our second night we went to the buffet and casino. The buffet was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The food and servers were wonderful.
Unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was lacking, when we got into the room I did a PreCheck and found multiple problems.
We chose the king suite with a Jacuzzi so we could relax and when I went to check out the tub found it to be riddled with unknown hairs. It was easily rectified but quite gross having to clean up after the previous guest.
I found hair pins under the curtains, small garbage littered around and a sharp nail in the carpet. Thankfully I located that with my eyes rather than a foot. I understand the business of this hotel but having clean rooms should be a bare minimum.

Went to the seafood buffet. It was absolutely terrible. I can't believe they're charging $60 for the seafood win. The crawfish were overcooked Frozen, not fresh so they're all soft. They're hardly any seafood. A little bit of crab and scallops were I don't even think real scallops I think and the place was not busy. You get a bowl in there so that whatever they're doing got rid of the lobster. Whatever. It's a rip-off for the money

I have eaten at the Blaze Bar and Grill numerous times and the food is great the Problem is waiting 10 or 15 minutes to be seated. Then, when you get a table, again you wait for anyone to acknowledge you. A couple of weeks ago 3 of us waited over half an hour to get waited on. All the waiters were hanging around the bar or walking around but doing nothing. Today we waited 5 minutes to be seated, two waitresses made eye contact then walked straight to the back. When we got a table we were given water and menus right away then waited another 20 to 25 min for someone to take our order. Instead they stood by the bar, one cleaned a table near us but didn't come over. Another talked to a table beside us but ignored us. When the waitress did come she apologized saying she was sorry she was on a break. Do the other waitresses not cover for each other? I have found there is only one good waitress and one good waiter. If I was the boss of the others they would be fired. Or perhaps their boss should notice how long they stand around and do nothing.

We were really looking forward to staying here for a concert, but the hotel room turned out to be a huge disappointment. The layout itself was fine, but the cleanliness was shocking. If you like black hair everywhere, this is the place for you. I’m staying here tonight and I’m disgusted. It doesn’t seem like the hotel even owns a vacuum—there were hairs across the bathroom floor, on the chairs, and in multiple spots throughout the room. To make it worse, I also found food crumbs and toenails.

If you enjoy playing “guess the previous guest” based on the sheer volume of hair left behind, then this hotel is for you.

Nothing makes you feel more unwelcome than having to do your own forensic sweep just to feel comfortable enough to sit down, let alone sleep.

Save yourself the disgust. A hotel that can’t manage basic hygiene doesn’t deserve a single star, let alone your business.
A hotel with this much potential shouldn’t be failing at the most basic expectation: a clean room. Until they take housekeeping seriously, I can’t recommend staying here.

I’ve been to casinos all over the world . Vegas , Monaco, Thessaloniki, Montreal, Niagara Falls.. and more. Best all around casino is Playground Poker in Montreal. Grey eagle lacks variety of machines and quality of electronic roulette machines. They need to expand that building . Furthermore after expansion , they should build a smoking room. No one wants to spend 5 -6 hours in a smoke filled building. Service was good.

We took our puppy here for his first haircut and wow! He looks so cute, Nicole did an amazing job with him. We will be back ♡♡

She does such great work! It’s hard to find someone that cuts a yorkie well and she does a great job every time.

I was able to get a Face, Feet, Fanny service booked nice and quickly for my little guy. The groomer was professional, friendly, gave my dog treats (after she asked for my permission), and did the service in 20 minutes while I waited in my car. My dog came out looking perfect and happy! I'm so happy with this company and would definitely use it again and recommend it to others. :)

This is the place to bring your small dog hands down. I have a very anxious tiny yorkie girl and she was so patient with my dog, didn't try and force her to invade her space. Waited until my dog was more comfortable and by the time I came to pick her up my dog was happy and relaxed!

Regarding her grooming skills they're the real deal. Did a great yorkie face shaping and trim on my wiggly pup and she's so soft too. 1000% recommend and will be back. I've been trying forever to find a good calm groomer that can handle an anxious dog. I feel super comfortable now. Great service

Handled both my angels amazingly! Its a nice private one on one with the groomer. Nicole did an excellent job on both of them and they came home chipper, smelling fresh 😊

This place is so beautiful, I’ve seen some reviews saying that they don’t get what they ordered and I wish I could tell these people to go into the store rather than ordering online. Nothing online ever looks like the picture. I went in, in a hurry right off is work looking for two bouquets for two different graduates. And she showed me two beautiful bouquets I bought immediately, I was told while paying that this place is completely locally owned. I will be going back to this place whenever I need flowers, and I’ve told my boyfriend that this is the florist to buy from.

The bouquet was delivered in the late afternoon when I was out so it was placed at my front door porch. I have no problem with that but would appreciate a follow-up text message or phone call to let me know about that. My garage is at the back of the house so I would not have seen the bouquet had my niece who ordered the bouquet not called me and checked. It would have been left outside overnight.
The bouquet though is beautiful.

Received flowers from here on February 13 as a gift from my husband (and grandsons) for Valentine’s Day and have to say I’m very disappointed. To start with the delivery driver was rude, she shoved the bouquet into my hands and turned away without making sure I had it, which I barely did. This bouquet was not what was ordered, my husband ordered the 99 designer choice substantial bouquet, what I got was smaller than what Walmart was offering for 49. The flowers were shedding and some were obviously dying and now we are 2 days later and it is already over half dead. My husband called and emailed the store (with pictures) and got no response. Have to say this was VERY DISAPPOINTING service. Would NOT recommend. No customer service!

I bought flowers online for my mom for her 70th birthday. I wanted them to be big and beautiful, so I paid extra for the deluxe bouquet. Over $100. This is what was delivered. I could have purchased a bouquet from Safeway for a quarter of the price and they would have been nicer. Tried to contact the shop, no response. I will never EVER again use grower direct. Scam artists!

Fun beautiful place for a wedding, the lighting can be quite low at all times of day so I would highly recommend looking into photographers with off camera flash experience. The whole park is beautiful and lovely for weddings!

Located at the back corner of the park, Gunn's Dairy Barn has a delicious assortment of food. Beef or Chicken burger, hotdogs all nice. Go on a rainy day and it'll be pretty empty. Only complaint was pretzel bun on burger was a tad cold. Definitely coming back.

A very solid venue that's quite flexible with special requests for events. Not much space though and style is country only.

Staff were enthusiastic and very helpful. The brunch was good and fresh food was rotated in quite often.

The food was amazing - the buffet was filling, we didn't eat anything until the next day.

We had boutonnieres and corsages made at Gypsy Rose for my daughter's wedding this past weekend.
Parvaneh contacted my right away with additional questions and we thoroughly discussed what we needed. She had excellent suggestions to match these flowers with the bridal bouquet. There are a lot of moving pieces when putting a wedding together and this part of it had absolutely no hitches, with beautiful results. We are extremely happy.
The quality and level of detail of the flowers were exquisite and all of them lasted throughout the ceremony and into the night.

Gypsy Rose Florist supplied me with an orchid 2 years ago. The flowers are still blooming and are incredibly beautiful. I was able to reach out to them and they told me how to get the plant to rebloom. 2 years later it is absolutely gorgeous. Second to none for product and great service. I would not use any other florist ever again. You have found the best.

Went to this place for the Iftaar Buffet. At $40 per person, this is an expensive buffet but the service was excellent and there were lots of food options for the price. My only issue was the taste. I was hoping they would have a couple of dishes that tasted exceptional...but unfortunately that was not the case. If you are looking for a huge variety of items...this is the place to be. If you are looking for excellent taste...this is not the place.

The food was really good along with their service. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely recommend to try the Farrouj, Kafta Skewers, Tawouk Skewers, Batata Harra!

Absolutely delicious experience at Habebes Restaurant!
The food was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
The Kafta Beef and Kabob Beef were both incredibly tender and seasoned just right.

But the highlight of the meal was their signature Lamb Chops — so juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

Every bite was a delight! Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic, mouthwatering dishes.

One of the best Hallmark Card store in Calgary. Always comes here for Great selection of card and gifts. Terrific helpful staff. Processed my refund efficiently and we picked something else for a birthday party without any hassle.

I popped in here today to have a look at their Jim shore collection, and what a joke. We had one figure and only two of them. Walked through the store and looked at different shelves and never once met a staff member. Perhaps this place is closing I don’t know, but certainly felt like it. Not likely to waste my time again, I can understand why all the other ones seem to be closed.

Selection is great and the staff are very friendly! Took the time to talk about all of the ornaments with us.

Stayed here for a night with family. The gentleman at the front desk was not so friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Parking is free. Has all the amenities. Liked the fitness center. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place.

I’m writing a late review but please read!!! My family stayed here a year ago and we had $1000.00 taken off my husband’s credit card for a cracked tv. The tv was cracked before we got there but we did not notice the crack until further in our stay as we were site seeing in Banff. When we told the front desk, the hotel took off $1000.00 from the card without telling us and accused us of breaking the tv with no proof. My husband noticed the charge on his credit card and asked the front desk worker the reason they charged us. His response was “ I don’t believe you.” We came to Calgary to go to Banff and site see, not watch tv. I talked to Freida, and it felt like an interrogation. She was so awful and cruel and blamed my kids. She told me that her cleaning staff “would never make a mistake when inspecting a room for damage” and that it was our fault. We called customer service and the complaint went no where. We had to contact customer service/ guest services in the USA by e mail to get anything through. We talked to a higher up and was reimbursed after explaining this theft and horrible experience. We didn’t write a review a year ago because the lady calling from guest services in the USA was so amazing and handled my situation with empathy and compassion. I randomly checked this hotel for reviews and sadly read people being charged for “wallpaper damage” and “damage to a mirror” Their stories are similar to mine. This review is under my name but my husband booked the hotel. (In case they claim don’t have our name on file and this is not a real review.) It is the truth, and please take pictures of your room when you arrive!!!! Or please go elsewhere!!

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was dusty and the air conditioner was uncleaned, which is shocking for a Hilton property. I have stayed at Hilton group hotels in many locations, and they usually maintain a premium standard of stay, but this one was far below expectations.
What made it worse is that my 3-year-old daughter became sick from the dusty room and AC, sneezing continuously and feeling nauseous throughout the night. We couldn’t sleep at all. I even requested the receptionist for a different room and was willing to pay extra for an upgrade, but the hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate us.
To add to this nightmare, the next morning the hotel began serious external renovations—not just aesthetic work but intense restructuring—with drilling starting right outside our wall at an early hour. I asked the staff to at least postpone the drilling until 10:00 a.m. because of our situation, but they refused and the loud construction continued.

As we drove up, we were a little put off, but were pleasantly surprised when we got inside.
-The hotel is updating the exterior but the website didn’t mention this. However the inside was nice.
-Our room was spotless and very nice. Very roomy.
-Breakfast was quite decent.
However, the reason we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. We had been camping for 5 days and wanted to relax and swim a bit. The pool also was closed to renovations per a note on the wall. We love Hilton, but chose this one for the pool option. We do feel we were alighted due to their website not having amenities updated

Don't forget when booking that there's two Hilton's around the airport! Their staff were courteous, able to help with basic necessities. Their pool was pretty gross though, it needs some repair, cleaning and lighting. Breakfast was alright, make sure you wake up early for the good stuff! Besides the pool, the place is clean.
