Did a lot of shopping as its a festive season and there is huge sale on a lot of good items. But, what was outstanding at MHJ was the customer service and that warming and welcoming attitude is what one always receives there. Specially, at this time of year there was higher volume of staff present at the store and each and every person was super nice and welcoming. Sue (in the photo), helped me find what I liked and suited me best. I can't forget her impression of giving smiling gesture and smart suggestions.
They showed items without me having to wait, gave extra discount and also offered to clean all my rings (bought from MHJ and also those which were bought from different stores), in fact they complimented me on the rings which were bought from a different store and were gifted by my husband years ago. That shows genuine care that they have, which makes their customers be pleased with them and causes them to continue to come back to them. Kudos MHJ! Continue to keep that heart winning attitude towards your customers!!

My mother went in there and bought a necklace and earring set and five days later the chain broke she went back in to get a new chain, and the sales associate that was working had insinuated that she had pulled the chain and broke it. She ended up having to pay five dollars plus tax for a new chain when it should not have costed anything and it should’ve been a straight exchange. I work in customer service and the number one rule is not to make the customer feel like they’re doing anything wrong and in this case, this is what she did I will not be coming back here

Be careful when buying from here I bought an engagement ring and wasn’t sure of the correct size and instead of asking me to find out the correct size, they said it’s no worries they can resize it no problem. When I went to get it resized they told me it’ll be an additional 400-500 dollars.
They will say whatever you want to hear just to make a sale.

As a regular customer, I havent shopped here or at any michael hill stores in a year… Very disappointed with some of the staff at this location. I purchased a necklace (from another location) and a bracelet (from this location) and have gotten it repaired AT NO COST, because both of them have care plans. I have gotten them repaired at this location numerous times… and tell me why I went to the store and suddenly apparently I dont have a care plan when I told the lady you guys literally fixed it a couple months ago at no cost… she said she could repair them and would have the pieces inspected for a repair quote acting like the same location did not just fix it a few months ago. On that same note, as someone who LOVES jewelry, the quality is just not there anymore, it keeps breaking.

Very bad experience I bought sleeper earrings for my daughter and one got broken in just 2 months and despite of manufacturing warranty store manager refused to do anything. He said it’s broken n gold is fragile wow. Well they don’t say when u go to buy things and he told us to buy new pair can’t believe he expected me to waste more money on their store item. Very poor quality

My husband stumbled upon Michelle’s floral company about 6 years ago and they are BY FAR the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received! Michelle clearly takes such pride in her work and great attention to detail, often adding beautiful little accent pieces (putting little hearts on leaves for Valentine’s Day, etc) - all those sweet touches that truly show her love for what she does. Michelle put together the flowers for my daughters wedding this past week. The bouquets were beautiful, the boutonnieres were also just as nice. I recommend upgrading to the magnet backings, they stuck perfect. Pick up was smooth, and the flowers lasted the whole day in the hot hot sun!!! Would use this florist again for our flower needs! Thanks Michelle for the lovely addition to my daughters day!

Michelle helped make the most beautiful bouquet, even though she was out of the colour of rose we ordered, she worked with us to make something absolutely stunning. Highly recommend her services!

As a mother living approximately 3,500 kilometers away from my daughter, who recently underwent kidney surgery, I felt utterly helpless during her recovery at home. Compounded by a fractured arm, she was understandably feeling down. Wanting to uplift her spirits, I decided to send flowers. However, I encountered numerous obstacles while trying to place an order. After calling over a dozen florists and searching online, I found that the earliest delivery date available was five days away due to the high volume of Mother's Day orders.

Then, I had the privilege of speaking with Michelle, the owner of a local florist. I explained my situation, and she immediately reassured me that I had come to the right place. Despite the imminent closing time, she listened attentively and genuinely cared about my desire to cheer up my daughter. To my delight, Michelle went above and beyond to arrange for a stunning bouquet in my daughter's favorite colors, which was delivered within an hour.

I cannot thank Michelle enough for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and exceptional service. I am thoroughly impressed with her professionalism. The flowers brought a much-needed smile to my daughter's face, making her recovery journey a bit brighter. With caring individuals like Michelle in the world, my daughter's road to recovery feels a little easier. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend her services!

I ordered a corsage and boutonnière from Michelle, she got it done and designed to my girlfriend’s dress in only one day. It was perfect and the flowers were greater than I could imagine. I could tell she puts genuine time and effort into her craft and my experience couldn’t have been better.

Mico is such an easy person to work with, is very transparent, he genuinely cares about his clients. He helped us out hugely in several ways that we will remember going forward.

We had Matt as our DJ at our wedding, he was great and he had an overall non-dancing crowd excited!!

Mico Entertainment is very professional - from the moment you have your discovery call with Mico to the communication with your selected DJ, we were very impressed. Josh was the DJ for our wedding and he did an incredible job. All the guests raved over the music selection on the dance floor. All songs were played perfectly. Josh fit in so well with our guests and the overall vibe of our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Mico Entertainment and Josh for our wedding.

He was able to accommodate any change we asked for, mixed the processional songs perfectly and always had a microphone ready for impromptu speeches. Our guests loved how approachable he was in taking requests and making sure everyone had fun.

Mico was amazing! I could not recommend him enough! Mico was a vendor that I felt I could fully trust for our wedding day and he executed perfectly. He played bangers all night and read the room correctly which kept the dance floor packed for literally all night. We could not be happier with how it went and would book him 100X over. We also made some more difficult and very specific requests with our wedding party reception entrances and he nailed it exactly like I was hoping. He made the day so much more fun and was able to go with the flow when we had some last minute changes. He takes time to set up early and his speakers and lights were awesome. Couldn’t recommend Mico enough! While inquiring and booking, Mico was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. Listened to our thoughts, wants, and needs. On the day, Chris was absolutely wonderful. Checked in with us regularly to ensure the music was what we were looking for and that we were enjoying ourselves. Our dance floor was packed for the entire night and all of our guests complimented our DJ after the event. Best wedding DJ!!!

This is the cutest little shop with beautiful flowers! The lady who owns the shop is so sweet and personable. You can just tell her what price range and style you are looking for and she will put together something stunning. Happy to have found a great florist in the south. Will return for all my floral needs.

We were there during stampede, made a reservation online and selected outside for reservation. We get there they say they can only seat us inside because patio is first come first serve, so not sure why it gives you outside option for reservations.

We sat inside which was fine. Service was very very slow, we waited for water for a long time then had to ask to get water. Food took a long time too but we understood because it was busy and stampede. The waiter had a bit of an attitude when we asked for an iced coffee. Milestones do not do ice coffees.

The food was good, the view from inside was also good. The bathrooms were nice.

Milestones should print new menus, they have seen better days.

OK, I loved their food, but the service was so bad that this was disappointing. We sat out on the balcony, which was really nice because it was a really nice day, but they had a lot of tables on the inside as well. When we first got there the service was good but then she disappeared for like half an hour. I don’t know where she went, but we wanted a few extra things and by the time she got back, we just got our check so we could get out of there. I ordered the salad with some steak, which was so delicious and my mom had Caesar salad, but because of the service we would not go back there.

Milestones usually never disappoints in Ontario, the food here was pretty disappointing. We ordered 2 steak and eggs to be done as medium well, they were basically cooked dry and well done. The sweet chilli chicken bowl had a great first bite, but overtime it was tasteless and rice was mushy at some parts, nothing special about it although they called it there specialty. Service was great and attentive and where we sat has a great view.

This place was above average for the places I've been out to recently. Id say I had a good evening. We sat on the patio and the hostesses noticed me pointing to the table I wanted. They cleaned it and sat us quickly. That was very nice. Our server was as cute as a button. Although not too terribly up on her product knowledge, I could let it slide because of her genuine willing ingress to find out when she wasnt 100% sure of the answer. She is friendly and personable with a great attitude and willingness to learn. I have high hopes for her.
I, to drink had the Bowl Bellini. Pretty tasty. I would come here again. The other bars on the same street were far too busy for my liking. This one was good for me.

Had an amazing experience at Milestones Downtown Calgary! The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The Old Fashioned was perfectly crafted, and the Smashed Black and Blue Burger was hands down the best I've ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The dried ribs appetizer was also amazing—perfectly seasoned and crispy. A great spot for a quality meal and a great drink. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our daughter’s first bday at mintleaf and it was a great experience with excellent food and service. Everyone appreciated quality and taste of food. I would highly recommend this place. 👍👍

We just had our weeding reception at Mint leaf and we couldn't be happier. They really did delivered what they promised. All the guests loved the food so much. The serves and the owners were there at all times to makes sure things were running smoothly, Thank you for your amazing service

We had function of my Daugther’s first birthday on june 9.Arrangement was superb. They had added personal touch to what we exactly ask for . Highly recommended and uncle ji were very nice.They have the best and fresh food in the whole city.

I just came back from eating at this fabulous restaurant. They have a chaat stall outside from 5-10 pm and offer many chaat items including unlimited golgappe for $4.99. This was my third time visiting the restaurant in the past 2 weeks. I have also eaten aloo tikki chaat, veg hakka noodles, paneer pakode, veg thaali, amritsari kulche, and a few mithai on previous occasions with friends. The food and service are excellent. I live in Dallas but when I come back to visit Calgary I will surely be back at this restaurant. Thank you so much once again for such a memorable experience

My friends ordered this adorable cake from Misoan Cake for my birthday, and it was amazing! It was delicious, light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The flavour reminded me of strawberry Pocky, and I was genuinely surprised to learn it was gluten-free. Highly recommend Misoan Cake for anyone looking for something both tasty and beautifully made!

I never knew that gluten free could taste this good! I tried the Pumpkin Honey Bread and it was so delicious that I couldn't stop. I ended up buying all the different flavors of honey bread. The pumpkin honey bread was so amazingly delicious that we decided to try the cake as well. The cake was also delicious and my kids loved the honey bread. We will visit again. The staff were also very friendly.

Everyone I have dealt with at Miss P’s has gone above and beyond. There is so much care and attention to ensuring everything is safe, and they are striving always to work on new offerings. They take the time to work on their art to serve the GF community! I am grateful they are in the community.

Amazing spot! We had ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday from a different gluten free bakery, but they canceled on us with 4 days notice. I contacted Miss P's and they came through on short notice with a beautiful and delicious cake. Even the party goers who weren't gf all raved about how moist and flavourful the cake was. The cake was amazingly decorated. The pictures don't even do it justice. Miss P's is now our go-to bakery!

Couldn't say enough good things! Just to put in into perspective i cant have: dairy, gluten, legumes, soy, or palm oil. Yes life sucks.
But coming to this places makes it feel like I have no restrictions. There are still a bunch of things I cant have of theirs, but they took the time to read each of their products ingredients and figure out everything I could have. And I must say, one of the best tasting cupcakes ive had that I can remember.
Their stuff isn't just safe to eat, but stuff that you actually want to. It tastes incredible and its made by people who genuinely care about you as well.
Im so happy that I found them and will continue to buy as much as I can from them!

I bought a few things during my visit and everything was fresh, soft and tasty.
The cheese bagel was my fav! Less of a bagel texture but a very soft fluffy dough, think Safeway cheese rolls.
All the flavors of macaroons were delish and a hit with everyone that tried them.

I am celiac and I was genuinely so worried about getting our wedding cake and actually being able to eat it without risk of cross contamination and becoming very sick on our wedding day. Then I was introduced to Miss P's and was SOOO relieved they are an entirely GF bakery making my worry go away almost immediately. We first did a wedding taste testing with one of the owners, Gen a few months before our wedding to make our cupcake and cake selections! This experience in itself was phenomenal!! The layout of the little cakes to try was adorable and provided us the opportunity to taste SO many flavours! We ended up choosing 3 cupcake flavours and a slightly different wedding cake flavour! (Vegan Cafe Au Lait) (Nutella Chocolate) (Dairy Free Raspberry Lemon with Vegan buttercream) for our cupcakes, and an ivory heart shaped lambeth cake (Dairy Free Vanilla with Raspberry curd) with a lot of piping detailing in our vision. Miss P's did an outstanding job of making this happen for us! It was literally stunning!! We loved the added option to add an initial sign to our cake too - this made it so elegant and beautiful!! We truly were so in love with our cake and our guests are STILL talking about our cupcakes! They did not believe us when we said they were completely gluten free cupcakes! They were incredibly fresh and moist! The flavours were so decadent and delicious and everything tasted as if it was truly just made! We luckily were able to take some home and freeze them - they thaw very very well if anyone was wondering! Taste just like on the day of our wedding! We also froze some of our wedding cake to enjoy on our first wedding anniversary! We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have Miss P's a part of our day! The food at a wedding is one of the most memorable take aways and our guests sure took away a beautiful memory with these incredible desserts! Couldn't recommend them enough! Also it is a family owned business and they work so so very hard brining such high quality treats to the celiac community (and others as well), Miss P's will forever be our favourite dessert spot/bakery!

I was so happy my friend Caitlin reccomended this bar. This was my first time here and Carter and Mia were so amazing and funny and welcomimg!! I love the menu and attention to detail (probably one of the most intentionally funny and random menus ive ever had the pleasure of chortling several times to* (*see photo update). Easily one of the best bars ive been to in Canada alongside some seasoned favourites back in Vancouver, but this place is a gem!!! 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎 i really enjoyed my Oolong Peach Long Island (delicious... Lychee in there, maybe? 🍑🦚🧋🍐🕊) and the Mighty Moose Vodka was very decently good for a Well. Will definitely be back!!! 🥰💯💯💯🤠💎💎🍑👨🏼‍🚀🥳

Located on the second floor in Calgary’s Beltline district, Missy’s This That offers a diner-style bar atmosphere with red neon lighting and bar counter seating. The backbar is not prominently featured, and the overall design leans towards a simplistic, college-diner aesthetic. While there are various seating options around the bar, the ambiance felt somewhat basic and lacked the vibrancy expected in late hours. Music volume was appropriate, featuring hip-hop that complemented the setting.

The menu is relatively simple, with limited diversity in offerings. A notable feature is the inclusion of different cup and glass shapes for each drink. However, presentation is extremely basic, with no garnishes and average glassware quality. The flavors did not stand out, lacking complexity and maturity.

Water was served upon arrival. The young team was friendly and attentive. Prices are average for Calgary, but felt too high considering the overall experience and atmosphere.

Owner is a level 4 sommelier and it shows. Top 5 of natty wine bars I’ve been to in the world. “No cap”, as the kids say. This place is excellent.
Anchovies on toast are great, so are the olives. Quality of a Barcelona bar.
Wine by the glass is excellent but don’t miss their wine fridge of even more excellent bottles. Super amazing and very knowledgeable staff. Friendly vibe, nice clientele (serious wine drinkers). Don’t come here if you’re looking for first year college party party overdrinking vibes ; there’s plenty of other bars for that ;-{}

Really loved it here. We stuck around and had plenty of drinks, being sure to try something new each time. The charcuterie was really delicious and so was the toast (I think it was artichoke toast?).

The service was fantastic, accommodating but not overwhelming. The vibe is definitely nicer at night otherwise it feels a bit cold. I really would love to come again soon!

Great experience at Missy's 👍 Huge selection of wine and perfectly crafted cocktails 🍸 definitely a hidden gem with an almost speakeasy vibe! If you don't know about it, you might just walk right by and miss out on one of the best bars in Canada!

From the first time we stepped through their doors to the pickup of my engagement ring, they were patient and made us comfortable throughout the experience of buying our first diamond.

I am an indecisive, “analysis-paralysis” type of person who didn’t even know the cut of stone I wanted! We spent a lot of time together, sifting through all the components of the ring with great detail, looking at their large collection, sharing photos of different rings I liked from online, creating several CADs (with the option to purchase a wax mold as needed) and even scrapping ring designs all together when I realized there were certain aspects I didn’t love, that we could not get around and be satisfied with. I love that they always had our best interest in mind, and there was never any pressure to buy or move a certain direction over another.

They genuinely wanted us to get what we wanted & the best of it we could, within our expressed budget; We actually ended up getting WAY more than we thought we could, for UNDER BUDGET— they are extremely fair with their pricing and the purchase came with a certified diamond certificate. They provided expert knowledge on diamond quality and sizing and how design might impact the structural integrity of the ring—collaborating with their goldsmith to confirm— as I use my hands often for work and this was important for me. They sought to understand our wants/needs, took all of them into consideration, and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

Aside from being top-notch diamond professionals, Emir and Emira are just a joy to be around, chat and share with; it’s not always easy meeting up after long days at work but they were so accommodating with scheduling and we always left their office with a smile on our faces. We have recommended them to of our friends and family and we can’t wait to get our wedding bands with them! (The close-up photo with a “wedding band” was just me attempting with one of my costume rings because clearly I can’t wait 😋).

Came here just after opening on a rainy day to do some work. Power outlets everywhere! Great specials as well. I had nachos with pico de gayo and it was awesome. Ewan provided awesome service and is a great conversationalist as well; give that guy a raise! Keep rockin!

Holy cow the burger I ordered was beyond delicious. Two perfectly seasoned smash patties surrounded by the softest, fluffiest brioche bun... feels like my cold, dead soul being surrounded by a comforting electric blanket...

Not sure if this burger "The Hasselhoff" is a regular menu item as it looks like i popped in during a transitional menu period... but i hope they keep it.

Went to Modern Love last night to see an acoustic rock concert. The bass from the EDM playing on their patio upstairs was very distracting and annoying considering it took away from the experience we paid for. The artists mentioned speaking to the management, but nothing was done. Shame. No food was served and the bar had very limited drink options, with more than half the canned beverage options being sold out halfway through the night. Also, the smoke detector was covered with a Ziploc and duct tape. Not sure that passes code for a busy establishment with a couple hundred patrons. This place doesn't hold a candle to the old Broken City.

The toonie Tuesday hamburger has paper-thin patty. Looks sad and a pity to eat. Then they overcharge you on the side dishes, and finally gouge you by claiming their receipt machine doesn’t print. Passing by a burger place next door afterwards, and you realize you could have had a decent burger by paying the same price. This completes the whole bad experience at Modern Love.

Visited early July and found the team that work there welcoming and friendly. A gig was on that I didn’t know about beforehand. This was well attended with a great atmosphere.
Would definitely go back, although do my homework next time so I know who’s playing!

Sarah is fantastic! I hate having my picture taken and was nervous about having numerous photos taken on my wedding day. The moment I met Sarah I felt at ease. She is so kind, patient and fun to be around. She is very professional, I highly recommend her. I actually had so much fun and felt so comfortable my husband and I did a rock the dress shoot with Sarah after our wedding. I consider Sarah a friend for life!

I booked this company for my out of town wedding. Not only did half of my linens not get sent out with my husband, I was BARELY compensated. I had table cloths that you could see the legs of tables because of them. No apology. No reimbursment except what they forgot. Do NOT use them!!!!

We rented candelabras from Modern Event Rentals for our wedding in Banff. The rental company in the Bow Valley was not able to provide the specific candelabra we wanted, so we are glad it worked out to rent from Modern Event Rentals. Macklynn very responsive and great to deal with via email. Cost-wise, the rental was comparable to other companies we looked at.

I have a record of having to go to any registry numerous times for each task. I have never been to this location and want to make sure I did it correctly from the get to so this time I contacted this office and Shawna answered. She was extremely helpful with my questions and went over and beyond to assist me with my questions. I went in later that day and guess who was my teller, yup it was Shawna, and again she went over and beyond when I completed the document incorrectly.
I will always go to this office and I already recommended people to it. Keep up the excellent work you guys 😊

Don’t bother going there with an enduring power of attorney for your 92-year-old mother who can hardly walk to get a handicap parking pass. They don’t understand what legal documents are, specifically enduring power of attorney, they essentially said that since the power of attorney document did not mention parking pass it was not acceptable and that I would have to show up at the licence bureau with my elderly mom in person; who has trouble walking. One hour later I went to a different licence bureau, A-Plus Registry Services Ltd near Northland Shopping Center and within 15 minutes with the same documents and enduring power of attorney I was given a handicap parking permit.

I just did my road test with Kevin. He was such an awesome guy and made me feel good about my driving. He also went over my mistakes after the road test so I can learn from them. The world needs more people like Kevin because Kevin is the GOAT!

This is the worst registry in the city of Calgary, at the beginning when I arrived, I went here because it was not far from home after the first two visits, I said that I would avoid this place. Employees are rude and behave terribly with other people, they talk to you very badly and sarcastically want to humiliate you with a smile on their face. It was honestly terrible if it was one person and they were all not pleasant and friendly. Today I went to close the license for license plates and thought that maybe something has changed in two years then I saw that nothing, very bad service. I would like the manager or the head office to pay attention to them. I don't know why they are still not brought to justice for such violations of the rules of tolerance, because we are in Canada. This woman ruined my mood for the whole day, because in the morning I felt great until I came to this registry.

This is the worst place to take a road test the instructor says that parallel parking is parking only on a level road if the road is up or down it is not parallel parking. He also said that when parallel parking you do not need to give any signals and when parking up and down you need to turn on the turn signal to the right. Also at the end of the exam after he said see you again I asked him to explain why from what he explained it turned out that I had only two mistakes when I said that then I did not get the number of points so as not to pass the exam he told me to get out of the car and sent me a document where there were mistakes that were not there. I advise everyone who is going to take the test there to think twenty more times and change their mind. In my opinion, such a person cannot be an instructor. I advise you to review the professional suitability of this examiner

A very nice hall.
The manager Mr. Spike is a good man. Gave us a tour of the hall. Made all the necessary arrangements as we requested.
We celebrated our daughter’s 1 st bday. All the guest liked the hall. The rates was also budget friendly.
There was a park beside the hall and the kids loved it. Good and neat kitchen as well. I will recommend this hall and the manager to anyone who wants to rent the hall.

Pretty decent music venue and nice place

The Montgomery Community Centre is highly regarded for its excellent venue for community gatherings and family events. It offers great service and amenities, making it a top choice for local residents seeking a welcoming and functional space for various activities.

My son boxes at Bowmont Boxing Club and while he does so, my youngest and I spend some time at this playground. It's a nice little place that hasn't ever been overly busy and has some shade for hotter days.

Tip: at the right time of year, the trees around the outside of the playground are heavy with large and delicious crab apples... Yum! 🍏

The hall itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and was perfectly set up for our special day. Everything from the decor to the service exceeded our expectations. Our guests were very happy and kept complimenting how well everything was organized and how amazing the food was! We can’t recommend Moonlight Banquet Hall enough. We’re so grateful for the care and effort they put into making our reception unforgettable!

Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful.

The folks at Moore’s North Hill made that experience so much easier for me and my groomsmen. Jasmeen in particular! She made the suit rental process easy to understand, and it really felt like she took time to make sure my groomsmen got the right fit. Her suggestions for colour and style were on-point but she never over stepped what I wanted overall.

Thank you so much for taking that weight off my shoulders. My wife and I both appreciate it tremendously!

About a month ago, I contacted the store to inquire about the fitting process for a small wedding party. We were informed that only one to two individuals could be accommodated per appointment. While this wasn’t ideal for our group of three, we booked a fitting for two, hoping we might be able to schedule back-to-back appointments to include everyone. Unfortunately, we were told that would not be possible.

We arrived for our 1:00 PM fitting with three of us total—one of whom is my brother and who has cerebral palsy (hence hoping to do three people), and the other who had driven in from Edmonton to assist with suit selection. Our fitting ran until 2:00 PM. During that time, the store was empty and no other bookings were scheduled for the rest of the day. Despite this, we were told—rather abruptly and rudely—that only two of us could participate. I found the manager’s handling of the situation unnecessarily rigid and unaccommodating.

That said, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff we interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful.

While I understand the need for certain policies, I believe great customer service includes the ability to exercise discretion—particularly when accessibility is involved and no scheduling conflicts are present.

I contacted Moores Listens for clarification of fitting policy and was informed this was a store by store policy and not universal for Moores. Such a shame that one person ruined what should have been a fun experience.

To summarize DO NOT go to his store for a fitting.

We received an exceptionally great service from Jack at the Northill Mall Moores. Even though we were not buying their most expensive garments, Jack went above and beyond to accomodate our time sensitive needs. I can't express enough our admiration with professionalism of Jack and his team. It will be our store to go for my husband and 3 sons from now on. Thank you!

We ran into a few issues with our tuxedo rentals at Moores, but I really appreciate how the team handled it. Michael, in particular, was incredibly helpful—proactive, kind, and professional. No company is perfect, but how they respond when things go wrong says a lot. Moores took responsibility and made things right, which really showed their integrity. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and grateful for the great customer service!

The experience here was bad in every aspect. As you can see from a number of other reviews, the customer service here is not good. Staff do not seem knowledgeable nor interested in helping. Over all just rude and cold. Measurements were entered incorrectly more than once. When we went back to have measurements confirmed they treated us like that was an odd request. Its a good thing we did. They were not off by 0.5 inch here or there. They were off in rhe legs by 6 inches. The sleeves were several inches off as well. Then when the second measurements were being entered we had to tell the staff member that they were entering incorrect numbers again.
When we went in to try on peices for suit rentals and the shirts that they had for you to try on are completely sweat stained and smelled like BO. When we mentioned this staff member said they dont get paid to clean the shirts... fair enough I guess.
I know this location is aware of these matters as they have many reviews very similar to this one.
When my husbands suit for our wedding was picked up by a groomsmen he was sent away with 1 jacket that was the wrong size and nothing else in tbe bag. We had to call to have them find the whole suite and go back another day to pick up. There was confusion on there end about where the correct garment bag was and they had to locate it.
This was an oddly stressful interaction from beginning to end.
We won't be back.
