Hannah went above and beyond planning our wedding this August at Azuridge in Priddis. From the very beginning, she was completely dedicated to making every single wish of mine come true. She literally brought my Pinterest board to life in the most beautiful way. Hannah answered every call, text, and email immediately, no matter the time of day, and her hands-on approach made me feel supported and stress-free throughout the entire process.

On our wedding day, she handled everything seamlessly, allowing me and my husband to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Her organization, creativity, and genuine care for her couples are unmatched.

I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a wedding planner, day-of coordinator, or any type of event professional. She is a true gem, and I am forever grateful that she was part of the most special day of our lives!!! 10/10!!!

As someone in the events industry, I initially thought planning my wedding would be a breeze. However, as we delved deeper into the process, juggling work, personal life, and wedding details became overwhelming. My fiancé suggested hiring someone for day-of support/month of support, and while I was hesitant, when our venue, The Malcolm Hotel in Canmore, recommended More Events Co and Hannah, it felt like a sign!

From the very start, Hannah understood our unique vision and was incredibly supportive. She guided us through ideation to execution, and her expertise in signage, décor, and vendor communication made a significant difference.

On the big day, Hannah was hands-on, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy the moment without worrying about all the moving parts.

We had a wonderful experience working with Hannah! Living outside of the country this was a destination wedding that Hannah was able to lead the charge on while we were out of pocket. She really shined with all of our decor. She found the rental company for us to work with and pieced together our entire vision. She created and printed signage for us and made our vision become a reality. When our wedding day came we couldn’t believe it all went off without a hitch ! It truly was the perfect experience with the help of her expertise. Being familiar with the area she was able to give us tips and tricks along the way as well as suggestions for our honey moon! She went above and beyond to make our experience special. I cannot thank her enough!

Hannah was a true gift!! She was the day of wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Planning a wedding isn’t always easy let alone when it is in your own backyard. She was a joy to work alongside with and turned our yard into a spectacular wedding space. I was able to simply enjoy the wedding day and get ready with my daughter while Hannah took care of all of the big and small details. Our family couldn’t recommend her enough. Nothing beats Friday night Social Swing Dancing. Fly Right Swing and their Friday Night Hop offers 8:30pm-9:30pm drop in beginner classes, followed by social dancing till about 0:30am. All for $10, $20 if there is a live band. $7 for students and out of towners. Good times!

A friend rented the hall for a celebration of life. It's an older building but in great shape and very clean

It's an older style community center, so it does show its age. Nothing wrong with that, but manage the expectations and don't expect Ritz or Glitz.

I attend this playgroup with both of my children, we have been going for 5 years now, and they both love it. It's been a great place to meet other families in the neighbourhood. It's really well set up with a huge variety of toys, a play structure, and lots of craft supplies. There are couches and chairs for adults to drink coffee and chat, and child sized tables and chairs for snacks and crafts.

Main area and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible, with a nice park outside. A projector and screen system has been added, and the cost of using it is additional to the cost of renting the hall.

I went there for Fly Right Swing’s Friday night dances, both pre and post pandemic. There are updates notices about sanitizing the bathroom and cleaning materials available in order to do so.

I went into your store earlier today and managed to find everything that I needed (aside from shoes). Your associate, Angel, was extremely polite, patient, and helpful, despite some awkwardness on my part. Not to mention that your prices were quite reasonable. I look forward to doing business with you agin in the future. Thank you.

Love the new 360 Daniel Hetcher Paris line. Would highly recommend expanding on that. Uzma was amazing and super helpful.

Not lots in stock. Was there earlier walked around 3 ish minutes no associate in site as I proceeded to leave as I got in my vehicle an associate came running out the door looking for me. I seen the clearance signage 3 tabl s with minimal sale items there. Store still under expensive for what it is. State side online is where it's at. Won't be going back to this store. If anything George Richards sunridge is where it's at

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff work here… said no one. Not even bothered to get off their cell phones when customers are in their store. Just terrible service and prices out to wack. A bench shirt there was 69.99 and I got it on line same size with free shipping for 34.99. No kidding this store is constantly dead. As a bigger person we have a hard enough time to go shopping. And this location gas always been terrible for service and customer friendliness.

Really exemptional client care and Fabulous dress. My cousin got a wedding dress tailored with costumized design. We weren't sure how it would turn out at first but they delivered and the dress came out looking so fantastic and amazing. We were able to get the help we needed and recommendations regarding the dress. I recommend this shop as the wedding dress is tailored specifically for the bride. Note this place made a fabulous dress that did not break my cousin's bank account.

We could not have asked for a better DJ experience than Musical Twist! Pam and Glen were were organized, fun, adaptable and professional from the beginning of the service to the very end.

They did their homework gathering information from us in advance of our wedding to create a personalized program suitable for our audience and preferences.

Glen was also our master of ceremonies and his likeable, easy going personality was a big hit with our guests! He is very skilled at reading his audience and handling a variety of situations.

Pam is hard working, kind and full of ideas to keep the evening entertaining. She even went the extra mile surprising us with some additional videos and pics of our day.

They were familiar with our venue at Heritage Park which made planning easier and, they were collaborative with our other wedding providers.

We found their pricing very fair based on value and excellent service.

Pam and Glen truly make a wonderful husband wife team and, they added so much to the enjoyment of our day! We are so grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality DJ service!

We were very particular about certain aspects of the reception and they were more than willing to work with us to make our vision a reality. They had a good variety of songs and a perfect amount of input to keep things flowing. From their in depth preparation, to checking in with us throughout the night, their professionalism and obvious experience helped to enhance our night, making it so much more incredible. They were always willing to go the extra mile. Not only did they make our reception amazing but they took photos and videos throughout the night and sent a beautifully written follow up email the next day. My mom and husband spoil me with flowers from My Florist and they are spectacular every time. My mom lives in Ontario, so not sure how she pulls this off - but the communication must be great because they are delivered to my door with a smile and in greay condition. My husband always remarks how he is able to easily describe my flower style and his bouquets are all freshly made.

This is the best flower shop in Calgary and area. Both ladies are professional, detail oriented and always go above and beyond to make sure that every arrangement is done perfectly and with at most care. I love their work every time.

I went to this store since we needed a semi formal dress for my grandma's 90th birthday. The moment she saw me she immediately told me she doesn't have a size for big people and I'm just front big not 5xl big. I was even ready to bring in more business for her by taking my 2 girls here too for their dresses but that experience left a bad memory. Never recommending this place. She was even very rude about it.

We can’t get enough of the tequeños! My boyfriend and I are obsessed, he even refers to them as “soul food”. I’ve been a fan for a long time, and I genuinely believe they have the best flavour in the city. I appreciate that they provide the exact frying time for the tequeños so they always come out perfectly. We’re also super excited for the pastelitos!

I’ve been a client of this Venezuelan catering service since they were a much smaller business, and the quality has been exceptional from the very beginning. As they’ve grown and become busier, the food and customer service have remained consistently amazing.

It’s been 11 years since my wife and I were in Venezuela and Nelicious brought back some good memories. Everything was very good but the cachitos and tequenos were probably the best I have ever had and the special Nelicious sauce was excellent. Looking forward to our next order.

Nelicious is a bit pricey, but the food is AMAZING! I ordered tequenos, mandocas, pastelitos and a torta de arequipe... and OMG it was amazing. My family and I were so happy to taste real Venezuelan food again. Highly recommend this place!

Be prepared for long standing wait times and surcharges for using your credit card. I was charged $12 for using my credit card on a $200 registration renewal. Conveniently located downtown and parking is difficult during peak times. Staff is helpful and on point.

I visited this location after a long workday because it is the closest to my job, and I needed to apply for my Alberta Health Card. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

The staff member I interacted with seemed unfamiliar with the process and insisted that I speak loudly while discussing my immigration status—sensitive federal information that should have been handled with more discretion and respect for privacy. She repeatedly asked for documents that were not required, despite my having brought everything listed by federal immigration officials. After a lengthy back-and-forth, she consulted a colleague who confirmed that I didn't need the document she had been insisting on. This only added to my frustration.

I was finally given the AHCIP form to fill out. When I approached the next available station to ask for guidance on what to do next (around 4:50 PM), the staff member told me she wasn’t attending to anyone anymore. When I tried to explain that I just needed simple directions, she responded rudely and loudly, causing others to laugh.

I left without completing my health card application, feeling humiliated, unsupported, and disrespected. Alberta Health Services needs to review the training and professionalism of the staff at this location, especially when dealing with newcomers and sensitive government processes.

Took my road test here for my second attempt and I couldn’t have had a better experience! My instructor was Mike and he was such a breath of fresh air, he was always calm even when errors were made and never once was he condescending! Mike reassured me and listened to my concerns and despite all the mistakes I made, the experience was generally positive. I passed and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

Came in a little worried because of some reviews. But this is a really good registry. Line was long on monday afternoon but they had several people working and wait time was not bad. Took my class 5 road test with Mike and it was the best. Initial check-in took less than 5 minutes, and Mike was the best instructor for the test; he was reassuring, calm and clear, making the process easier, and he provided a very clear feedback at the end.

Nick’s Steakhouse and Pizza is a Calgary classic! Cozy family-run spot since 1979, known for hearty steaks, juicy burgers, and their famous deep-dish pizza. Great portions, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere make it perfect for both casual dinners and special nights out.

A family run restaurant in Calgary. We had very delicious steak which was beautifully served with a gorgeous side dish and tasty mash potato .
Unfortunately, I forgot the waitress’s name, but she was very friendly.

Tried their fish, Alberta Cut! Amazing steak and cozy atmosphere. It’s a shame that we were too full to order their pizza. Heard many good things about their pizza. A must-visit if you’re in Calgary!

Neat place, friendly staff, tasty steak. I loved the calamari. Warren took wonderful care of us and was attentive and on point when it came to refilling our drinks and removing finished plates. We went there for a late lunch at 2pm on a weekday, and there was plenty of parking and no wait for a table.

Food was absolutely delicious. Loved the pairing of my steak with the cab sav red wine. My meal included tossed salad and garlic bread but I forgot to take a picture of that. The restaurant was packed and we were a group of 8. I enjoyed my medium rare sirloin steak meal. My steak was well seasoned and just delicious. My husband loved his baby back ribs meal. We all opted to sit outside in the patio since the weather was just great. All in all a great choice of a place.

Really cool event for all ages, glad we have this in Calgary, thanks to everyone who puts it on!

Exciting experience

Noreta’s Decor provided the luxury sofa and chairs, backdrop with lighting, flowers and decor for my event. Table cloths with runners, flowers with beautiful lighting to illuminate the table top flowers for my engagement party as well. I highly recommend their services in Calgary! They’re also the nicest people and a dream to work with. I had my party at TEATRO and Noreta’s decor really transformed the venue to make it beautiful.

Noretas Decor Inc. did the decorations for one of my very large events at the Glenmore Inn Convention Centre some years ago and they did a fabulous job! I came to revisit her website as I have another event coming up and I would like to work with her again. She does the decor for so many of the parties my parents attend and/or organize and it's always wonderful! I highly recommend!!!

We have had the great pleasure of working with the team at Noretas in the past and once again had called upon them to work their magic on June 4/2022 for a very important event for the Philippine Cultural Centre Foundation. Noretas did not disappoint, they really did work their magic for us for this event, we received many compliments for the decorations. We as well as many of our associates will never call anyone else to decorate for any of our events and we will very happily refer everyone we can to contact Noretas for quality classy work. Our immense thanks to everyone on the Noretas team for a job well done.

We were looking for a decorator for our daughter's wedding and were recommended a certain bollywood style decor company which it seemed would provide the goods, however their contract was so terrible that we could not go about signing it. This resulted in valuable time lost and we were looking around frantically for an alternate. A friend recommended Noretas Decor Inc. We had a meeting with them and found the owner to be very professional and the best part was that he understood our vision and was even willing to experiment with our ideas. To cut a long story short, Noretas delivered amazing decor at a very reasonable price and were highly appreciated by all the guests. Their prompt service and proper cleanup afterwards was also fantastic. Thank you Noretas

I had my road test today with Chris, and he is truly the best examiner! I was very nervous at first, but he made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire drive. He gave clear instructions, was patient, and extremely supportive. I couldn’t recommend Chris enough. He definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you again Chris!

4 years ago I posted a 1 star review of this place but today I am happy to say that they have kicked it up 4 notches! Maryann was amazing and so was the gal that she was training. The place is organized and they have enough staff to run the office efficiently without long waits.
Good job on the turnaround! 🎉🎉 I don’t look forward to returning but when I do I’m not worried anymore.

I have booked my road test from this registry and I want to give super duper thanks to Chris. He was very supportive through out the whole test. He helped me to calm down and relieve the exam nervous. Also, he shared some really good tips about driving. If I had the option, I would have give more than 5 stars to him. Thanks Chris once again. .Avoid this place at all costs for your Class 5 road test. My experience was extremely frustrating. The examiner seemed more focused on failing me than evaluating my driving fairly. I was disqualified based on a false narrative that didn’t reflect what actually happened. It felt like their goal was to keep collecting fees rather than helping people pass.

This kind of practice is unfair and discouraging for newcomers and learners. The Alberta government should seriously consider bringing road tests fully under public control. If left in private hands, these institutions will continue to act like capitalists, exploiting the community rather than serving it.

Specially examiner number 11866 He will make sure you fail the exam by exaggerating minor mistakes into disqualification.
I repeat: do not book your road test here.

I had my road test today at this registry after having difficult experiences at another registry, and I am so grateful for the smooth and positive experience here. My examiner was Mr. Simon, and thanks to his professionalism and support, I was able to pass my test on the first attempt at this registry.

Before the test, I was very nervous and scared because of my prior experiences elsewhere. I had lost confidence in my abilities, but after today I feel back with confidence and secure in my ability to drive safely on the road. Mr. Simon exudes an aura of calmness that immediately put me at ease. He truly tries his best to make the test feel less intimidating and even reminded me to just drive the way I normally would with a license. That encouragement really helped me relax and focus. During the test, his instructions were clear, calm, and easy to follow. Afterward, he provided a thorough debrief, explaining the points that were deducted and ensuring I fully understood.

Overall, Mr. Simon created an environment where I felt supported and confident, which made a huge difference in my performance. It is evident that he understands the stress students can feel during a road test and responds with patience and professionalism.

The check-in process at this registry was also very smooth, and the customer service is excellent. I am truly thankful for the experience, and I want to recognize both Mr. Simon for his professionalism and the registry staff for making this such a positive road test from start to finish.

Simon was by the book and stringent on safety but fair and understanding. As a new Motorbike rider with my class 6 that's what I expect from an examiner.

The debrief was detailed but encouraging. As for converting the licence, the process, once at a counter took a few minutes. Today, Sunday, it was packed but even then the queue moved quick and efficiently.

Came on Sunday 20 minutes before closing and got the best registry-related experience ever! Almost every window is staffed, they are very busy but working very fast. I was helped by Surbhi, and she was fantastic - super-professional, super-friendly and super-helpful. Maybe the bad comments came from unhappy people, because my experience here was 10/10!

Absolute brilliant experience. Me and my husband came to get AB health cards and an abstract and the registry Clerk Rahul couldn't have been any helpful. Such a great informative guy and gave us all the necessary information we needed to renew the cards. The line was so long as we walked in but we were in the line for literally 5 minutes, super super fast clerks getting things done. First time I've been somewhere where not only the service was first class but the customer service and waiting times were spot on!

incompetent service, the teller doesn't. understand what i am saying for my 85yr old senior citizen, that there's no billings under her name because she just came less than a week, and she still ask for billings for address and can't use my dozens of bills I have for proof of address. not very helpful just to get a health card. these registry has 2 addresses on Google but both have bad reviews. sucks
