This was our first time here and it was a lot of fun. The food was better than I expected as well. I thought the staff was doing great with all of the birthday parties and chaos. It is easy to have sensory overload at this place, even when in the dining area but it is also a fun atmosphere.

The Rec Room is one of my favourite places to go when looking for an activity for adults.
We came on a Monday which was nice and quiet, didn't have to wait for games and the servers were ready to help us.
They added some new games upstairs since the last time we came and they were a blast.
My spouse quite enjoyed the putting green, it malfunctioned a bit but someone was there right after we finished to fix it.

Went with friends on a Friday evening and had fun. It was a generally a good experience. But it didn’t help that at some point, our server went MIA.
I had the spicy chicken burger and it was just okay, not spicy.

It's definitely a dope place to go with the right company, and with a good selection of games, you can melt the stresses of life away!

I did my driving exam and I drove good and my parking was good. HOWEVER, my examiner said I failed because I drove too slow while turning… and keep in mind I drive in a Corolla Toyota and it’s a old car, so it can’t accelerate fast like new cars. Also I did had a driving instructor and he explained that I NEEDED to drive SLOWLY when turning (left or right), in order for me to not make a large turn. And I passed with a 85%. however, the examiner wanted me to drive fast… like, do you want me to crash into a curb or a car? And the examiner YELLED at me just for turning slow… this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional of him. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Even my father failed 2 times at that place, even thought he was a driver for 10-20 YEARS.

Today I was refused service. I came at 4:30 and said that I needed to take an air brake test. I was warned that there were 30 minutes left until closing time and that was fine with me and the girl behind the counter. But some guy from the "road test" heard me and said that there was not enough time for the test. After a short conversation between the girl and this guy, she apologized and said that there was nothing she could do. Despite this, yesterday I came at the same time and successfully answered 24 questions, failing the test. Apparently this guy did not hear me yesterday because I did it in 13 minutes without any problems. I work until 4 and this is the closest registry to my house and it is great that one day you are served quickly and without problems, and another day you are told that they do not have enough time.

I would have gave it 0 stars. I went in today to get an In Transit Permit which requires no registration, as its a semi-trailer and the Carrier (Trucking company) has the insurance. I've done this numerous times at this location and have never had a problem.
The girl was oblivious to what this In Transit Permit consisted of.
I explained that I don't need insurance. She said she needed to speak with the manager. She came out and said she needed to call the government for clarification as per the managers advise.
I asked to speak with him. The 12 year old "Manager" came out and was immediately defensive when I told him that i didn't require insurance. I asked for his name and he refused to provide it. He then proceeded to tell me I could go somewhere else to do business.
Both of these employees were so inexperienced, disrespectful and clueless regarding their duties and responsibilities.

Garrett at the Registry Depot is absolutely fantastic! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. If you want top-notch service, ask for Garrett—you won’t be disappointed!

After waiting 15 minutes, the big guy working here treated me terribly. I only wanted to update the system and make a small change, but he was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local registry office, and I must say, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, a far cry from the often sterile environment one might expect. What truly stood out was the staff. My husband and I have been this agency for the past 5 years, and had great experience with all staff and efficiency of the place. Always being welcomed by smiling, patient and very knowledgeable staff. No waiting time adds to another bonus to it. I loved one of the plant and was able to ask Anna for a branch to propagate as I know they will definitely not give some strange look, surprisingly, the manager Andrea offered to take the whole plant! You girls rock!

I recently took my motorcycle road test at The Registry (Legacy location), and was failed by an examiner named Nik for reasons that felt arbitrary and inconsistent with safe driving practices—such as yielding to pedestrians and slowing down at exits. With nearly 30 years of driving experience and a spotless record, this was the first time I’ve ever failed a test. I’m not disputing the result, but I believe this kind of evaluation damages the reputation of the office and erodes trust in the licensing process.
I give it 2 stars because the personnel at the office were very friendly and respectful. It is unfortunate that an examiner does not represent them.

I came in with my husband around noon on Friday, Sept 5, and was pleasantly surprised! No line at noon and super quick service! The clerk who helped us (I’m so sorry I forgot her name, but she was sitting next to the window) was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Even though I messed up my documents and she had to reprocess my ID application, she handled everything with a smile and made the whole experience stress-free. Big thanks to her for making our visit such a positive one!

As I live in the area, I use this registry for all my needs, including a class 6 road test.
This registry is 5 stars. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. But the testers are amazing. Really know what thier doing and how to have the test taker relax and not stress over the process.

I am a small business owner here in Calgary throwing an event by the seat of my pants. No experience no plan and dude level organization. One call to these guys I got a quote in minutes with links to approve quote. The rental cost me less than I expected. The professional crew delivered everything with loads of time to spare and picked up the day after. I never got to meet these event super heroes as I was away working totally uninterrupted with the need to be present for drop off and pick up. The entire transaction was conducted remotely and was flawless. Solid communication every step of the way. Helpful friendly reminders to double check commonly missed items with the projector. The rental guys earned my business for my next event with top level service. Thank you!

We had such a great experience with organizing, scheduling, and attentiveness. Unfortunately the night before our wedding there was a significant storm, but in the morning the Rental Bros were already doing their rounds to ensure the safety and integrity of the tent. Everything was on time, efficient, and excellent communication. Could not recommend enough! We had a large amount of changes in our rentals, to quantities, specifications, and even payments, but nothing was missed!

I rented a few things for an event recently, and had a great experience. I was in Australia at the time of booking and it was still really easy, response time was quick and all my questions were answered. Both the delivery and pickup went really smoothly and took minimal effort from my end. Would definitely work with them again and recommend to others!

I recently started shopping around for tables, chairs, linens, etc. for my upcoming wedding. After making a number of inquiries, I made a call to The Rental Brothers, and the entire nightmare of planning a wedding and sorting out rental details got a whole lot easier. I specifically dealt with Tracy and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to send me some information that helped me a lot with the quantity of certain products that my fiancé and I would need. There was no upselling, no hidden fees or charges, and no BS so to speak. I would highly recommend these folks for any event rental needs, and don't hesitate to ask for Tracy because she is seriously awesome to deal with!

We had a full Weekend wedding at the Ridge.and booked all the rooms, villa and the airstream.
From the moment we went to view this venue through to post event, Randy amd his staff have been amazing.
The accommodations are top notch. I’ve never had a kitchen so well stocked for cooking and living as the Villa offers.
We had a full day prior to the wedding to begin our decorating and event set up. Held a BBQ the night for 30
People and then had the best wedding g we could have asked for.
The food here is beyond excellent and the everyone made sure all the guests special needs were accommodated.
We cleaned up the next day with Randy and the staff being very helpful.

I highly recommend this venue as a getaway destination wedding venue within Canada. It’s well priced for the level of service and quality of food and accommodations.

We had been wanting to try a pop-up dinner here for a while, finally made it! Service, food, location and the setting up on the hill was fabulous. We opted for the three course and it was more than enough. Xavier the chef chatted with us for a few mins before we headed out. This is stretching the boundaries of my entertainment budget, but this is truly a high-end meal experience. I hope we can come back one day!

Such a pretty venue with staff that makes you feel like you’re one of the family. Randy and his staff hosted our wedding mid June and surprisingly what was supposed to be an outdoor wedding had to change when wind and torrential rain were in mother natures plans! They offered other options and seamlessly made the new plan happen and we had a lovely day regardless. We’ve enjoyed both a pop-up dinner as well as our own rehearsal and wedding meals provided by Xavier and his team and everyone is still saying it’s the best wedding food they have had and that no one could finish their generously sized meal but somehow wished there were seconds! Everything was perfectly orchestrated, with friendly helpful lovely people running a gem of a venue who could ask for more! And now they know they can host a small wedding reception and ceremony inside if they need to!! Thank you to everyone at The Ridge for helping make our day so memorable! Shannon & Evan

We recently went to a pop up dinner which I was very excited for!
The location is so beautiful and we were out in a big tent which was lovely.
After a few drinks we were ready to eat. Our first course came 1 1/2 hours after we got there which is a long time.
There was probably half an hour between it and our main meal which is fine.
The food however was the most delicious I have ever had!
The attention to detail and flavour was second to none!
Our server Larry was great and it was nice to talk to Randy the owner just before we left.
Perhaps the wait is "normal" but some complimentary bread sticks or after dinner liqueur would've made this a 5 star experience! 😊

The evening was lovely, the ambience in the room was wonderful, and the service excellent! My favorite dishes were the squash and chestnut soup as well as the Bloody Mary shrimp. The bison was very good, but the monkfish was a bit chewy and fishy for my taste. A wonderful way to spend a New Year’s Eve.

This restaurant was so cool. Love the ambience with all the flowers and art. Delicious pizza. I don't think this place is meant for kiddos typically but my server was very accommodating for my baby and I during our visit!

Had a fantastic time at YYC Rooftop! The views were amazing, and the vibe was perfect for a lunch out. Abby was our server and she was absolutely great — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for good drinks, great atmosphere, and top-notch service!

It was my first time here with my wife and daughter and we enjoyed an amazing, wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service (Lallista) was superb and we’re definitely coming back again.

What an amazing all-year round covered rooftop restaurant. Absolutely huge, see pics. A great place for larger groups and gatherings. The food was superb, see pics. My only complaint was they didn't top up our water glasses all night. But that didn't stop me giving it 5 stars.

Always love popping in here for little bits and bobs. The owner is a great guy, and all the staff are super nice. They have a good variety from tacky and fun mugs and placemats to beautiful quality jewelry, keepsakes and knits as well as great snacks. I go in regularly to stock back up on jams and such.

We worked with Ali for our wedding. She was amazing to work with- professional, responsive, reasonably priced and very helpful. She walked us through everything we needed to know and do, and we could not have been more thrilled with what she came up with! She created a seating plan, welcome sign, menu, programs and name cards. She even helped us recreate our digital invitation in paper form to have as a keepsake.

She was very open to suggestions and we definitely utilized her creative talents in coming up with the designs.

I have two kids with July birthdays and used Sugar Cube for both celebrations. They took the time to ask about each of my children’s interests, party themes, and colour palettes—and it really showed in the final result! The treats were not only stunning but also a huge hit with the kids.

The candy was incredibly fresh—so much better than anything you'd find in store-bought bins. I have no idea how they source it, but it’s seriously delicious. The parent-approved giveaways were another win—way more thoughtful (and useful!) than the typical grab bags full of plastic bits that end up broken around the house.

Thank you, Sugar Cube! We’ll definitely be back for more.

I can’t say enough good things about the Sugar Cube! We ordered one of their cotton candy cakes for our daughter’s 19th birthday and it was a huge hit with the whole family. We had a big family gathering to celebrate and the cake became an impromptu party game. As each layer in the rainbow of cotton candy colours had its own delicious flavour, people would close their eyes and try to guess the flavour without seeing the colour. It was fun for a huge range of ages at the party. It was also REALLY easy to cut, serve and insert a candle - and it stayed fresh for days after the event. It was absolutely fantastic and looked just like the photo on their website. Thanks so much Sugar Cube!!!

P.S. I also highly recommend ordering the Sugar Cube’s Christmas advent calendar. I was a grateful recipient of one last year and I have been craving it ever since! It was not only delicious but lots of fun for the family as you had to guess the flavour and then use a QR Code to watch a cute video for the ‘big reveal’ of the candy flavour. :)

I have been using tiffin service for last month and packing is hygienic person who delivered every day told “enjoy your meal” 😊. They have good quality and quantity as well. I found authentic home cooked authentic Gujarati food.

The Taste of Gujarat truly lives up to its name. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was transported to Gujarat — the warmth of the hospitality and the authenticity of the food stood out right away.

The thali was absolutely exceptional. Each dish had its own unique flavour, yet everything came together beautifully as a complete meal. The balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy notes in the curries felt exactly like the home-style cooking I’ve enjoyed in Gujarat. The farsan was fresh and perfectly textured, the dal and kadhi were comforting and full of flavour, and the rotis were soft and served hot — just like homemade. Even the sweets were delightful — not overly sugary but perfectly balanced.

What makes this place even more special for me is their catering and potluck service. I have ordered from The Taste of Gujarat several times for workplace potlucks, and they have never once disappointed. The food always arrives on time, fresh, beautifully presented, and with the same authentic taste that impresses everyone. My colleagues are always amazed, and it has become my go-to choice because I know I can trust them completely.

We had our event catering this past weekend for 150 people and Test of Gujarat did an amazing job! Food was fantastically delicious. Quality and test of food exceeded our expectations. Each food menu items were cooked fresh with authentic test. I will recommend to anyone looking for pure Gujarati test in Alberta. Best catering service. Thank you so much for everything!

I am taking the tiffin service from 2 weeks now and its been amazing. Food tastes so good and fresh. I tried their daal bati couple of months ago and it was delicious.
Recently, with tiffin, we ordered extra daal batis, and to be honest, these are the best daal batis I have ever had in my life. I am big fan of it and I can’t find this taste even in India. Must try!
Everything else is tasty too.

I called to ask about stock, and they quickly checked and confirmed. When I came in, it was set aside. The team was quick to put together a bouquet right away since I was in a rush. I loved it the finishing bunch! I’d recommend checking this place out. Their pre-arranged bouquets are super cute too!

I received an arrangement of flowers on Sunday morning 26th July. The presentation was beautiful and the flowers were a mixture of pinks and purples and blues. Roses, Delphiniums and many more.
It is now Friday August 1st and the the flowers are still stunning. The photo I’m adding is taken as of now, as I write this review. If you want to buy or send flowers within Calgary this is the Florist to go to.

The bouquet arrived fresh and was arranged nicely, but it didn’t include the blue hydrangeas shown in the photo, which was disappointing. One of the roses already looked aged, and there was a lot more greenery than flowers overall. Also, the card message was printed, not handwritten, a small personal touch that really would’ve made a difference.

The ladies were able to help me out with a missing wedding flower mishap from a different shop. She took pictures for me to make sure it was what i was looking for, and set them aside until I could come grab them. Thank you so much for being so wonderful.

The Two Bit Bandits were the band at our wedding reception in May 2024. Choosing them was definitely one of the best decisions we made when planning for our wedding day and the dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night until the very end! The set lists they performed were a perfect balance of something for everyone, and they DJ-ed over dinner and the songs that we wanted in between sets. They're a very talented band and we're so happy we hired them.

The most amazing band you can imagine. Hired these guys for my wedding and have never heard more positive feedback from a wide range of people (young and hip, middle-aged and grandparents). The quality of these musicians is unparalleled. They are truly artists - mixing multiple songs together, high-energy personalities. The energy in the room was legendary. Such a cool experience. Goth Squidward even said these guys slap.

We had The Two Bid Bandits play at our wedding, and they were absolutely phenomenal! They kept the dance floor going all night long with an incredible variety of music that catered to all of our guests. Not only were they the highlight of our wedding, but they were true professionals from start to finish. These guys truly just showed up and set everything up perfectly. They needed no direction and worked seemlessly with the venue. If you're looking for a band that will keep the energy high and make your event unforgettable, look no further. We can't recommend them enough! 10/10.

We hired the band for our wedding dance in June of 2023 and they were absolutely terrific! They kept everyone dancing all night with a great selection of songs. The DJ service in between sets was also excellent. We were so glad with the decision for our dance - it was definitely worth the cost! The dance was a hoot thanks to The Two Bit Bandits!

We were recommended the Two Bit Bandits through a friend of a friend for our wedding. We weren’t too sure what to expect but had heard good things and looked at the good reviews, and they absolutely blew us away!

They handled all of our sound, from ceremony music and vows, to cocktail hour, speeches through dinner, and then of course, live music after dinner.

They made the night! Every member of the band was so talented and positive. Everyone was on the dance floor. I can’t say enough good things about them and how amazing they were. They let us sing on the mics, they hyped everyone up. We had so many people after the wedding saying that they were the best wedding band they’d ever heard.

They were honestly incredible and I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a live band.

I came across The Urban Shave by accident and I’m glad I did.

My first experience has had me locked. The owner Fadi runs a cool laid back environment and the shop is usually buzzing.

The shop has a cool old school vibe, the music is always different and barbers all make you feel welcome.

Frank has been cutting my hair since my first visit and does a wicked skin fade and makes sure he doesn’t make a mistake. He’s even gotten me out of a jam a couple times with last minute cuts.

I’d recommend Frank take care of anyone.

Best cut and shave around town. Staff are always great and welcoming. Sweet laid back vibe inside with awesome conversations. Easy to book online and lots of street parking around (no street parking on 10ST between 330pm - 6pm). My favorite part is always the hot towel shave.

Abby and Neil have been incredible to work with. From her ability to work within our budget, to providing incredible rentals, be it plates, cups, flutes, etc… and to creating a beautiful seating chart and a welcome sign for us. Her flexibility, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond in order to make our vision come true for my bridal shower is beyond words. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness throughout this process and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for rentals! She’s an absolute pleasure to work with.

I was referred to Urbana by a friend and they provided great customer service. I purchased a bouquet for my fiancé for our anniversary recently. I had no idea what I wanted the bouquet to consist of so I left it up to Abby and I was very pleased with how it turned out. They even took the time to deliver it to my house! I am looking forward to working with Urbana for all our decor needs for our upcoming wedding in July.

We attended a wedding at The Valley Weddings, and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is beautiful, with such a perfect setting for a special day. Everything was so well put together. It was such a fun and memorable experience, and we can’t say enough good things about it.

Gorgeous venue!!!! Got married here almost a month ago and our guests cant stop telling us how amazingly breathtaking the venue was! You dont even need much for decor and florals because the venue speaks for itself.
The best part was at night when the sun goes down - the beauty of the venue does not. The twinkly lights shine and you get to dance under the stars and lights!
Our communication with Mariah and Danielle was smooth and lovely from the very beginning!
Only things to note are that you dont get access to the venue until 9:30 - need to organize that with hair and makeup. We needed to add extra artists.
No shade on hot days at ceremony site - plan to have fans and umbrellas.
We cant wait to get our photo gallery back to relive the day!

The Valley is the most magical venue to get married in! The moment we saw it, we just knew that this was our place. The timber glass structure alone is breathtaking. The women’s and men’s getting ready quarters are adorable and the bartending hut is perfect. There are two ceremony sites to pick from and each of them are stunning! Danielle and Mariah were so easy to work with and answered all of my questions super quick. They were incredible to work with! Thank you so much for having us! We loved our wedding!

My husband and I got married here this August and it was a fairytale dream! The venue itself is STUNNING and all of our guests commented on the ease of having all the wedding festivities in one place. It truly made my Pinterest board come to life and felt like a slice of Vancouver Island in Alberta (where my husband grew up).

Mariah was great to communicate with and was always willing to answer my questions via email when they came up. She provided good advice as well, based off of other couples experiences at the venue.

I just want to note there is no cell service! We had to rent a starlink for our DJ and other vendors just in case of emergency. I did love that no one was on their phones though, and they were present for each moment of the day. There is also no “seating” or other tables for the cocktail hour space if you chose to use it as such. We had to rent benches and cocktail tables to create a space that was inclusive for our less mobile guests while they waited for the reception. This was my choice though to keep the reception building closed off so my photographer could get detail shots and create a “wow” moment when the doors finally opened. There is also no formal kitchen space and our caterer had to set up a “mobile kitchen” in the parking lot. This was another obstacle, but all of vendors handled the remoteness like champs!

All to say, there are some things to consider when booking a more remote venue for your wedding, but I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our day and would re-book the Valley Weddings in a heartbeat. It truly is more magical and special in person than pictures can justify!

I came here as a hairstylist for a wedding and I was FLOORED by the beauty and enchantment of this stunning venue. Absolutely breath taking, I couldn’t think of a more beautiful place to marry the love of your life. Or any event for that matter. Highly, highly recommend.

(If you are a vendor, there is a drive roundabout you can drop off your materials. Do not park up the hill and carry your equipment, you will be so sweaty and hot)

Although the venue was beautiful at first, the support and behavior of the staff was certainly unprofessional to say the least. As independent business owners and event organizers, we had originally decided on this venue based on good reviews and past experiences at other events at this location. However, once we began the planning process for our own event in booking this venue, there was a clear lack of communication and professional conduct overall.

To begin, we were not offered any kind of contract prior to paying for the venue. Essential information, such as liability guidelines and physical resources available to us as renters of the venue were not clearly outlined. The process of renting this venue was extremely disorganized. The venue did not communicate any rules to us about what was permitted for us to do with the space, which led to multiple emails being sent back and forth and resulted in delayed or convoluted communications.

After we had paid for the venue at a set date and time, another event organizer alerted us that they had booked the same venue on the same day. Once we brought this conflict up to the venue coordinator, he was made aware that he had double booked the date, perhaps due to the fact that the booking process was disorganized and unstructured. After admitting that he did not write our event down in the calendar and that it was his mistake, he then told us that the other event would have priority over us, even though the other organizers booked the venue nearly 3 months after us. We were offered alternative dates for our event, which were inconvenient for us. On our end, we were forced to resolve this booking issue with the other event coordinator on our own terms, which was eventually resolved with no further help or input from the venue coordinator.

When booking this venue, we were told that the concession/bar area would be included. We DO NOT recommend using said area. Once the bar counter was rolled out of the area, bugs were found crawling both on the floor and on the counters. In addition to this, the area was extremely dirty and sticky. After a 2-hour deep cleaning session, there were still significant amounts of grime and bugs in the vicinity of the bar, where food was to be served. We were forced to not use this area, due to health and safety concerns.

We were told that the venue coordinator would not be available for certain periods of time during the set-up day for personal reasons. We were understanding and told them that that was completely alright. However, personal information was then shared with us voluntarily and unpromptedly as to why he would be unavailable (which was of a very sensitive nature). This conversation and exchange of information was extremely unprofessional, as renters of a venue communicating with the venue coordinator in a formal way.

On the day of the event, the event coordinator spoke to an underage volunteer in a rude and demeaning way on multiple occasions. As the coordinators of the event, we did not appreciate our young volunteer being talked to in this way.

Additionally, we were using painter’s tape on the ground to help with line management prior to the event. The venue coordinator approached one of the event organizers to address it, and expressed that he felt like the organizers were disrespecting him. While we were trying our best to uphold professionalism and be respectful of the space, we did not know that there were any rules regarding the use of tape in the venue as there was no communication of this rule, and no contract to refer to, as mentioned earlier. The tone of voice and body language used during this conversation was argumentative and not professional in any way.

In regards to the tables that were provided with the venue space, a vast majority of them were broken, would not lock properly and kept collapsing. We would not recommend using them for safety reasons.

a beautiful gem within calgary, the owners of this venue were amazing to work with. they were so accommodating in our unfortunate situation. they made our wedding amazing and i can’t thank them enough for their generosity.

I attend a weekly yoga class at the Brentwood Lifestyle Centre. Wildflower Yoga is very welcoming and Brentwood Lifestyle Centre is a good community based gathering place.

I got married here in July 2022! It was a great experience. The family that runs this building truly does care about you and your experience. At one point, I forgot a part of my speech and he printed it out for us mid-event. My guests really enjoyed the beautiful interior and the fact that there was an outdoor area (this was such a plus). We brought lawn games and people sat at the picnic tables to enjoy a break from all the dancing. The parking is great and the building is accessible. The c-train station was right there which made getting home very easy for my guests. The owners bartended the event and were friendly, kind, and accommodating to all our guests. There was a bridal suite you could inquire about which made getting ready a dream. We even hired a piano player to play the grand piano on stage. If you're looking or an in-Calgary location that has character, charm, and a local family that really cares you should for sure tour this venue.

After getting married in the mountains, we hosted a catered dinner and cocktail party with a DJ at the Village Event Centre to celebrate afterwards. Jordan was great to deal with throughout the process! He is very easy going and so friendly. He was accommodating and flexible with our event as well. It was great to deal with a family business that we could trust.

It was my first time at the Wedding Store and it was a wonderful experience for me. The price point is right on budget with my needs as a single parent and the customer service was remarkable with the shop attendant doing her best to stick within my budget. I am excited for my son's 15th birthday and my new little gifts for myself to commemorate my recovery journey 🥰❤️

Alisha was kind and assist all her customers with best service. Every product was well explained and consistently helping other customers when they needed help and clarification.

I had a wonderful experience with Jashan at the jewellery store. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She explained the details of the jewellery pieces clearly and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend asking for Jashan if you’re shopping here—she makes the experience exceptional!

I’m really impressed with the customer service here. Alisha was really friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I had an outstanding two-night stay at The Westin Calgary. The service was consistently polite, attentive, and engaging, making me feel truly welcome. What impressed me most were the amenities—the rooftop pool and sauna were fantastic, and the modern, well-equipped gym was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel.

Having The Keg and Starbucks conveniently located on-site is a huge plus, both for quality and accessibility. I also appreciated how easy it was to store my golf clubs and suitcase after checkout; the staff made the process seamless while I attended meetings. And of course, the Heavenly Bed lived up to its reputation—an incredibly comfortable sleep.

If I had to point out one small drawback, it would be the bathroom in my room, which felt a little cramped. But that minor detail hardly detracted from an otherwise exceptional experience.

I left impressed and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful smell upon entering the lobby. Asked and was told it was their White Tea scent. Bathroom amenities have the same smell. Small but clean and stylish rooms. Amazing bed. Fantastic pool. Keg and Starbucks adjoining the hotel. Took too long to check in. Their was an Elite member desk so I didn't go there and found out he was taking regular patrons. Would have been nice to know that instead of having 5 other guests pass me while I was waiting in the other line. I feel that Reception should have noticed and asked me to come over. Check out is noon so that's another plus. I didn't rate it as a 5 because of the long wait at reception and size of the room.

My stay at The Westin Calgary Downtown was nothing short of phenomenal! The hotel’s location is perfect—steps away from the vibrant river walk and Prince’s Island Park, making it easy to explore the city. I loved the 24-hour kitchen service; ordering a late-night snack was a game-changer after a long day. The entire team, from the bell staff to the breakfast crew, was incredibly attentive and genuinely kind, elevating the experience to a whole new level. Whether you’re in Calgary for business or pleasure, The Westin delivers top-notch comfort and service. I can’t wait to return—absolutely a five-star gem!

Good location close to both major shops, restaurants and the waterfront all within walking distance.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked a suit it was a good size, bathroom was also a great size, double sinks, separate bath and good size shower.
The hotel is now pretty old (approx60yrs) so despite being very clean it is very outdated.

The service at the front door is superb ! Michelle is really excellent at her job, gave us a map and recommendations on places we could visit, she is so nice that I will stay at these hotel again. Beds and pillows are excellent and overall cleanliness is great!

A fantastic stay at The Westley in downtown Calgary! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, stylish, and welcoming. The hotel has a modern, boutique feel with thoughtful design touches throughout.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is also excellent, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and river pathways.

Would definitely recommend The Westley for anyone visiting Calgary — whether for business or a weekend getaway. We'll be staying here again

After spending a few days in different hotels across Canada while travelling, The Westley was a breath of fresh air. It was very clean and in a convenient location. But above all else, the woman who checked us in Haleigh was beyond an absolute delight. She was so personable and kind, she made the check in experience fantastic, especially after a full day of travelling (give her a raise!). We will definitely be booking again when we come back to Calgary.

We booked this hotel for the first night of our honeymoon and it was excellent. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Arvin who checked us in. We got a little gift of sweets and a card congratulating us on the room too which was a lovely touch. The room was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable. We’d definitely recommend the hotel, and would come back if we return to Calgary.

I’m very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Staff were amazing from the check in to the check out. The room was extremely clean and smelled so good. Breakfast was spot on.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! We booked it for an overnight after flying into Calgary and starting a tour in Banff the next day. It started with a beautiful swan and heart towel origami display on the bed and a note from the hotel, and sweets in honor of our wedding anniversary! The upgraded room was perfect! The Mexican tapas restaurant was an unexpected gem with the most hospitable waiter, Ryland. I would definitely go back!!!

My spouse and I came here for our anniversary and were so impressed. Even though we arrived early and the restaurant was busy, they seated us right away. We had hoped to sit on the patio, but it was under renovation, slightly disappointing, though the beautiful interior and skyline view more than made up for it.

Service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and never rushed. The food was incredible, beautifully presented and full of flavour and the wine paired perfectly. The only thing we didn’t love were the cocktails, but that’s just personal taste. Overall, an elegant, memorable dining experience perfect for special occasions.

Absolutely exceptional dining experience at The Wilde on 27. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The upscale ambiance, combined with stunning views of the city, set the perfect tone for the evening.
We ordered the halibut and beef mains — both dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The flavors were refined and well-balanced, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. To finish, we shared the four petit desserts, which were just the right touch of indulgence — creative, delicious, and artfully plated.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in Calgary. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. First of all, the atmosphere was fantastic – very stylish yet cozy at the same time. Secondly, I loved my soup; it was delicate, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I also treated myself to their house-made tiramisu, which was wonderfully balanced – not overly sweet, with a subtle hint of tartness that made it truly delicious. Lastly, the service was excellent – warm, welcoming, and attentive. If I get the chance to come back here, I won’t hesitate.

I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday at The Wilde on 27, and it exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and stunning interior design set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Elegant, cozy, and elevated, every detail in the space is beautifully curated.
Chef Aron personally serving our appetizers was such a special and unexpected treat! His presence added a warm and personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. And Denisse, our server, was simply out of this world—attentive, kind, and truly one of a kind. She made sure we felt completely cared for the entire evening.
The food? Spectacular. Every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. It was a culinary journey worth every bite.
A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team. The warmth, hospitality, and thoughtful service from everyone made me feel so celebrated. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to mark another trip around the sun.

W O W! I cannot believe I got away with not checking this place out for as long as I did! Truly a hidden gem of Calgary… or maybe not so hidden given all of their awards. We checked out the Wilde during their lunch from 11-2 and were blown away by the experience. Everything from the ambiance to the service and food and drinks was spectacular. Lin was our server and she is amazing, was perfectly attentive without being overbearing. The food came out looking and tasting amazing - we had the apple and beet salad to start along with the chicken wings. Then we had the steak frites and burger as our mains and we couldn’t tell you a favourite as they were all that good. It is for sure an elevated experience and I found the prices matched the level of service and quality. If you are looking for a special spot to celebrate or just somewhere new to check out, I highly, HIGHLY recommend checking this place out.
