Well where do I start! From my first conversation with Danielle, planning my husband 60th birthday party, to the day they showed up to set up. Danielle and Natasha were incredible! They came well prepared, maybe even over prepared which I loved! My guest loved them, they mixed incredible drinks, they were super fun and friendly, they were always restocking whatever they could, asking my guest what they needed and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly highly recommend them and I hope to book them again soon.

I have used Rosie for two events and both went incredibly smooth! The drinks were delicious, the cart was beautifully decorated, and the customer service was outstanding! I really enjoyed my process working with Natasha and Danielle throughout preparations as well. They are organized and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to work with them again!

The Wildflower Wandering Bar was hands down the best part of our wedding day. Sian was amazing to work with from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We cannot recommend Sian and her team enough for any event you may have!

Phenomenal service, walked in and had a suit for my fiancee for our wedding in 20 min and it was perfect. Associates working there absolutely know what they’re talking about and are attentive and kind.

Walked in looking for a shirt. I needed a specific colour. Jim helped me out and 10 minutes later I was walking out. It was a perfect match to what the wifey wanted so how’s that.

Just used this service to get around for wedding photography pictures. Everything was great. Their driver was fantastic, friendly and accommodating. To be honest even I was difficult as i had to keep changing my scheduled pickup time but they made it happen and came through. Would use again for sure.

I regularly use car service and Thrive is by far my favorite to work with. Their drivers are always early, professional, and knowledgeable. Customer service is friendly and helpful (which is great because I typically have to change a reservation numerous times). The vehicles are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend Thrive for any corporate/personal transportation needs.

This location is either a one or a five. Waited 20 plus minutes to be served while two staff chatted away, felt like they decided I could afford to be there, although I have been a loyal client for years. If you want awesome service, without being pre judged, call ahead and book an appointment with Raymond, he is 100% better than the other staff, truly cares, and gives the best client care.

The customer service at this location is a joke!
In December I walked in to purchase this chain for my wife, once she had opened her gift she realized the chain was too short for her neck.
On Jan 3rd we stopped it to pay an added fee to lengthen the chain(perfect) The gentleman that helped us was nice and mentioned that she could take home her original box as they would provide a new one once the chain arrived back from the lengthening,(That would make sense as this is a tiny chain) He assured us that we would get a call as soon as it arrived.
Fast forward to today, I needed to call them because I never heard back and of course the chain is sitting there, I head in to pick it up, sign for it and head home in this silly pouch!
Why wouldn’t you put it in a box as mentioned ?
Now here we are at home spending an hour untangling this chain!
I might as well have just bought jewelry from Walmart!
A chain this small and it’s handed back in a sack?
Unacceptable! You pay a premium for something and it’s handed back to you in a pouch only for it to get tangled!

Overall a great experience. We went to the store to try on and buy bracelets for our 10-year anniversary as best friends. The man helping was kind and friendly, he was very helpful. One bracelet was available in store, but the other one was not. Since, we live quite far from the store, we opted for the second bracelet to be delivered to our home.
Delivery was a nightmare, Fedex is the worst delivery. It’s been delayed several times, it proved to be difficult to retrieve the package from them. Tiffany, don’t use fedex anymore.

Alice was so amazing and nice for getting me and my fiance’s wedding band making the experience so smooth. I will recommend my friends to Alice. Thanks Alice🩷

Amazing experience for first time shop in Tiffany stores. Who service us for our first visit here is NING. She is very patient to explain everything about diamonds, like teach someone who is zero experience. But she never lose her professional and observant, even we did not buy any thing for the first time on May. After we decided the date and then we go again by June, we found our gorgeous Engagement /Wedding rings and prefect size. Also the other man help us to do that, sorry about I forgot his name😅🙏 their service is really good, and professional. Highly recommended this store for Tiffany & Co. for someone who need prefect jewelries ❤️❤️❤️we love it so much. Went here (Calgary Core downtown location) to buy non-iron dress shirts. I was deciding between 2 different brands, one said non-iron and the other seemed that I needed to iron it. I asked the employee if I needed to iron it and multiple different times he told me I didn’t need to iron it. Additionally, he convinced me out of buying the other non-iron shirt, he said that brand wouldn’t look good. So I bought the shirts he recommended, washed and dried them (very low temp) as per the insurrections on the shirt and they came out very wrinkled and definitely needed to be ironed. I went back to the store to return them and was told I had to come back another day when the manager was there. I came back the next day and spoke to the manager and he tried to convince me that all shirts, even non-iron must be ironed and that I shouldn’t have followed the instructions on the shirt. This whole ordeal was a massive waste of time and a disappointment. I would not recommend going here at all because it is clear that they have sales objectives to sell certain brands over others and won’t help you. If you shop here, don’t speak to anyone as they will just lie straight to your face. They did end up giving me a refund but this was not worth my time. Very annoying

Suraj helped me out today. Came in looking for a plain white shirt, and the got 2. Sized me up, and gave me additional options. Love shopping here, they just get the job done. totally satisfied with all the clothes I’ve purchased from here and would always recommend. Quick and painless

Zero notice of me even being in the store, when I selected a couple items and tracked down an employee to try them on. Was shown into a storage closet 2 feet width to try these shirts. Love the clothes, service downtown is non existent!

Visited the Market Mall location this evening to return a pair of dress pants. Upon approaching the counter, we was informed by the associate that because we did not have a physical receipt, processing the return would be problematic and could potentially trigger an audit on her end.

After some discussion and going back and forth to clarify the situation, she ultimately agreed to process the return, for which we were genuinely appreciative.

However, the experience took an unfortunate turn. Before we had even exited the store, the associate very noticeably and exaggeratedly tore up the return receipt in front of us. Even more concerning was that she appeared to be openly mocking us about the situation while conversing with another customer nearby.

This behaviour felt rude, especially following what had otherwise been a polite resolution.

Poor service, poorly done alterations, go elsewhere. Bought a suit and the salesman marked up the changes. Had to wait 3 weeks to get the suit back due to grad season, no biggie. Arrive in the evening to try on the alterations. The pants are hemmed 1 inch too high. Salesman adjusts the height tells me to come back tomorrow. I return to the store, try on the pants, they are hemmed right, but the super crease is missing. The sales guy confirms the crease is missing and says it wasn’t on my order. If I would like it done, come back Friday night and they will put it in for $10. I was sure I paid for it, so I check the receipt at home, and I did pay for it, Guess what, I get to go back for the third time. My wife calls to confirm the alterations work Friday evening but apparently they don’t work past 5. Good thing my wife checked but why tell me to come back. My wife went today and showed them the receipt and he is trying to tell here the crease is there. A super crease is very obvious, it’s not there and the person 2 days earlier confirmed it. No mention of doing anything for us for having to make 3 trips for something that’s pretty simple. Not a good store and definitely try on all your alterations double checking that everything was done.

Kelli helped me book my bachelorette to Austin, TX and my honeymoon through Europe. She truly listens to her clients and makes their dream vacations a reality. Everything was seamless and smooth. My husband and I booked a European honeymoon, and she was so organized and thorough with all of our travel details, accommodations and excursions. We were well taken care of the entire time. She can do it all!

Kelli did an amazing job planning our trip to Punta Cana!

We came to her with some vague criteria for a last minute trip- we wanted a quick escape where we could relax and not feel bad about adventuring off resort. After a bit of background about our interests and needs, Kelli quickly found us multiple recommendations on destinations, resorts and flight options within our budget.

The resort we ended up choosing ended up being so perfect- she even told the staff it was my birthday so we were welcomed to our room with a few birthday surprises. We would have never been about to find it on our own, or had thought that we would enjoy visiting Punta Cana for a relaxing wellness focused week!

Kelli planned our honeymoon to Greece and we loved everything from the hotels, ferry schedule, car rentals and tour that Kelli had set up. Everything ran so smoothly and it felt nice to know Kelli had thought of everything for each step of the way. I recently returned from an amazing trip to Mexico. It was a group trip for some milestone birthdays. Kelli was there for me from start to finish (a year of planning). We were fortunate enough to meet Kelli at a wedding show little did we know she’d go on to create the greatest trip of our lives. We’ve ( by “we” I really mean “I” but my now wife indulged me lol ) always wanted to go to Bali.

We thought what a better time to explore than during our honeymoon. We were fortunate enough to get a month off of work each. So we asked Kelli if she’d be able to help us plan.

She did an incredible job accommodating all of our consistently changing needs, she met with us on a regular basis to make sure the itinerary still aligned with the experience we were looking to have. She took into consideration both of our preferences and created a month long vacations that ensured each of us would have the time of our lives.

She found our flights, accommodations, on ground transport, as well as boat transportation, and in country flights.

Our original trip was suppose to be Bali for one month but it turned into a tour of Indoneisa for the same amount of time. We were fortunate enough to stay at 5 different locations in Bali, 2 locations in the Komodo islands, 1 locations in Lombok, and 1 location in the Gillies. And guess who planned it all without so much as a hiccup that’s right Kelli.

I enlisted Top Knot as HMUA for my wedding and it was without a doubt, the best choice I could have made. Lisa and Erin are incredibly talented and patient and had to work with both adults and children on the morning of the wedding and made us all, especially the girls, feel like royalty!

My very heartfelt appreciation goes to Lisa who was not only down-to-earth and made me feel like family in her hands but also for hearing out my every thought and wish, recreating every hairstyle during my trials with that I even remotely considered, and was able to source last minute hair extensions for my dream hair style (perfect colour match might I add!).

I heard time and time again that many brides regretted their hair and/or makeup at their wedding and I can confidently say I loved both and it’s all thanks to Lisa and Erin.

We hired Top Knot to be our H&MUA for our wedding, and they were lovely! They were incredibly punctual and did amazing work. All of the bridesmaids and mothers looked gorgeous on our special day! They also helped out my husband with styling his hair. I would highly recommend them for your special event!

We rented out Top Knot Parlour for about 7 people for my wedding, and cannot recommend the experience enough. They provided a mimosa bar, yogurt parfaits, a wonderful board with smoked salmon, fruits, cheeses, pastries, etc, dress steaming, and an incredible team of hair and makeup artists. The day started early but felt so relaxing and special, everyone was so kind and helpful, we all looked and felt so beautiful, and overall the day just felt wonderful. Total costs including parlour rental and hair and makeup for all of the girls was about $3700 I think, and absolutely well worth it!

Choosing Top Knot/Neu Hue for my bridal party's hair and makeup services was one of the best decisions we made for our January wedding! Lisa is my usual hairstylist via Neu Hue and it felt natural to have her on my wedding team. During the trial period, I ended up changing my mind on the direction for my makeup, and Lisa and her team were super accommodating, booked me an additional trial, and made me feel completely at ease. On the day of our wedding, my bridal party got ready at the Parlour and it was fantastic! It was a completely stress-free and fun way to spend the morning and of course, everyone left looking and feeling beautiful! Highly, highly recommend Neu Hue and the Parlour experience.

Top Knot Brides did an AMAZING job at my wedding!! My bridesmaids and family members were incredibly happy with our hair and makeup, and my husband was awestruck with the result as well. Their team was super nice, friendly, professional, and a whole lot of fun! My hair tends to be very difficult to style and typically doesn't hold a curl, but Lisa knew exactly what to do - she got my hair to look exactly as I wanted it, and the curls held well into the evening! Steph did a great job with my makeup as well. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products she was using. She and the other artists were also very responsive and knew exactly what to do when we requested changes to our looks.

Avoid this company at all costs! We hired Jas and his team to do décor for our wedding last fall and we were extremely disappointed with their work and professionalism. We had initially called their company to see if they could execute a particular backdrop that we had wanted for our wedding ceremony. We had an extremely rude lady answer the phone and she seemed annoyed that we were contacting her at all for a quote. This should have been a red flag for us, but the owner Jas had personally contacted us afterwards and offered to meet us to discuss what we had wanted. After telling us that it would be a very easy job, and that they had done many like what we had wanted in the past, we decided to pay a deposit to them. Closer to the wedding date, we had arranged a meeting with Jas to discuss what we wanted in detail. We arranged a specific time and date to meet and we were waiting outside of their business when we received a call at the appointment time from Jas telling us that he was just leaving his house. We waited 20 minutes for him before he showed up. At this meeting we had provided Jas with layout diagrams indicating how we wanted our ceremony and reception to be set up, along with photos of the décor that he had in his show room that we had selected. On the actual wedding day, the main back drop that we had wanted for the ceremony was nothing close to what we had agreed on and it was set up poorly with one side of the backdrop being higher than the other. Our reception set up was also done incorrectly, even though specific diagrams were provided to him for how we wanted our entrance set up to be. To add to this, décor that we had chosen for the reception backdrop was not done and instead replaced with alternative décor. Unfortunately, we had trusted the wrong vendor to execute what we had wanted. In the end, not only did we not get what we were promised, they were not even apologetic for getting things wrong. When I reached out to Jas asking him why things were not done the way they were agreed upon, he replied me and said that what he had done was “better” and that timing was an issue when I know this was not the case (as his team left each venue early). He offered no apologies, no offers of reimbursement, just excuses. I truly hope couples in the future don’t fall into trusting Top Wedding Décor because they are unreliable, sloppy, extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, don’t understand how to run a proper business. There are so many other décor companies in Calgary that we had wish we worked with instead.

We used Top Wedding Decor and Jas Tent Rentals for our pre-wedding events and wedding day and we were blown away at their reliability and quality of work. Jas is so professional and easy to work with. The decor was amazing everyday and the tents were set up exactly how we wanted. We strongly recommend them for decor and tent services.

The team at Topmade Plastics are excellent to work with. We are pleased with all 3 of the signs they made for us, one outdoor sign and 2 indoor company logo reception signs. The sales team are exceptionally helpful and prompt at communicating and the pricing is extremely reasonable. The installation team were careful and efficient. I would strongly encourage anyone to work with Topmade for signage.

Avoid this company unless you want to experience frustration and poor treatment! The service attitude is terrible, and the selection is limited. Chris will make decisions for you, including significant price increases. Additionally, the wait time is excessively long, leaving you utterly disappointed!

I love this city, but that bright blue sign is an eyesore. It completely ruins the vibe of the area. Whoever designed it — seriously, they missed the mark. It sticks out in all the wrong ways.Definitely not good for advertising the city!

Just stopped by the Central Library on my way home from work and felt the need to share the great interaction I had with Isabelle and Brie! They were very welcoming to an ole gal like me, and truly embody the spirit of Calgary! - Cindy

The city is investing in its attractions year after year. Music centre, new library, river walk, pathways, bridges, and parks have been either built or redeveloped in just a few years. I would love to see Bow and Elbow rivers utilized more through taxi boats and river cruise. Downtown must see certain changes in the main streets layout if the city wants to increase its density and attract tourists. Street car would be a great transit asset, epsecially if it would connect Beltline, Inglewood, downtown and Kensington.

A great organization for uncritical people who already live here to feel like they don't live in a total dump, but lousy at impressing anyone else. The organization should be disbanded for its hackneyed campaigns alone.

I have been working with Cory since 2007 when I took my kids to Disneyland. Since then she has helped myself and other family members with several trips to fantastic destinations, the most recently being a much anticipated trip to Italy. We absolutely love the NE Treehouse location in Calgary, AB! My daughter has the best time every time we visit, it’s her favourite place to play. The playground is huge, with so much space for kids to climb, slide, and explore.

One thing we really appreciate is that Treehouse accepts the Access 2 Pass, which provides a discount for children with special needs. It’s wonderful to see a business that is inclusive and supportive of all families.

The fruit cups are another highlight — fresh, tasty, and at $5, very reasonable for the amount you get. We’re also able to bring her water bottle in and refill it while we're there, which is a thoughtful touch for parents.

The arcade area is a fun little bonus. The $2 for 12 coins setup works perfectly for us, and adds just the right amount of extra fun before we leave.

Overall, Treehouse is clean, welcoming, and offers great value. Highly recommend it for families looking for a fun, inclusive, and affordable outing!

(I will add that we typically only visit mid week, not on weekends, it's not as busy and doesn't send my daughter into sensory overload.)

My daughter lobe to come and play. She loves the slides the most. We always love getting slurpees and running around like crazy such a great place to burn the kids energy out. Better selection than most for food all things are good and reasonably priced.

A very fun place for kids staffs are wonderful smiling and very helpful and playful. Doesn’t matter how many time my kids goes there , they always have a blast so do I . Need a family time and make your kiddos bring out energy before bed time , tree house it the best place .

First time here, and it’s a great place to spend time with your kid. We came at 9am on Saturday morning, and it wasn’t busy, but by 10am it was pretty busy already! Very loud, be prepared for this. We tried mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese and some packed snack with coffee. I would recommend to bring your own coffee, we was waiting for mozzarella sticks for 25 min, and it was fine. I wouldn’t really eat there anymore, just because it’s not good quality food. Not friendly staff. There’s some tables made for parents but they was all unavailable, because how busy it was.

Coming here is soo soo fun. Where kids can play to their hearts content, parents can have some downtime too. And the options to eats are so many, with great menu for kids and adults . I love their parent’s date night thing. Haven’t availed it yet. In addition to jungle play area they have great arcade game area too. Love to come here again and again.☺️ it an amazing place.

My day home children and I love this place! The play equipments are fun and easy to climb on to. They just added new stuffs in here, too! Washroom is clean and food, yummy! Staff are friendly and polite. Clean place for a public indoor playground.

Went here for the first time today and I was impressed with how clean it was. The staff was very helpful and always asking if we needed anything. The only thing is I felt there was a bit too many "big" kids running around but that's only my personal preference. I felt that the kids were always safe to run/ play while I relaxed on my phone.

Treehouse Play Place is an absolute gem. It’s incredibly clean throughout, and so much calmer and less overwhelming than places like Sky Castle. It feels like somewhere both kids and parents can actually enjoy.

One of my favorite parts is the closed-off toddler room—it’s soft all around, super safe, and truly perfect for little ones who are just finding their feet. It’s so thoughtfully designed, and the cleanliness really stands out in every part of the space of the entire centre.

Pricing is also very reasonable—for both admission and the food inside. I already can’t wait until my kiddos are older so we can host a birthday party here. Highly recommend for a fun, low-stress outing!

We've visited Treehouse Indoor Playground multiple times, and it's generally a decent spot for kids to burn off some energy. The facility boasts a variety of play structures, including multiple mazes, and an arcade area where children can try their luck at winning prizes.
One aspect that could use improvement is the food menu. While the food was passable, it seemed as though many items were pre-prepared and likely reheated, which affected the overall taste and quality. It would be great to see more fresh options available.
On the positive side, the seating area for parents is well-designed, with strategically placed televisions that provide a clear view of almost the entire play area. This is a thoughtful feature that allows parents to relax while keeping an eye on their children.
In summary, Treehouse Indoor Playground is a solid choice for indoor play, but there's room for enhancement in the food department.

I appreciate Treehouse being so close and accessible for us SW residents all these years. I've been taking my son for over 5 years and we've never had a bad experience once. My 8 year olds new favorite play equipment is the trampoline with the foam pool which was just installed recently, what a genius idea! Thank you Treehouse SW and we look forward to many more visits in the future.

Trena and her team are amazing! I have them booked for our large wedding this summer and feel so confident with them taking this on. I have been lucky to have Trena's help with makeup for a few years now and I couldn't recommend her enough! She has huge expertise in this field and does a great job of educating you on makeup, skincare, and how best to wear it and work with it. I had little knowledge before working with Trena, and with her caring and thoughtful guidance I feel a lot more confident now. I just had my trial for the wedding makeup and it looked amazing, but even better it felt lovely to wear on my face! Trena and Lindsay came out to Invermere to do my bridal party's hair & makeup for my wedding. These 2 were so easy going and friendly, it felt like they were a part of the group just hanging out doing hair & makeup. They did an absolutely flawless job of all our hair & makeup, listening to what each person wanted and creating unique looks for each of us, while keeping us still looking like ourselves. Lindsay did my hair in such a way that it stayed in place the entire day & night, without being cemented in place or causing any discomfort. I was referred to Tribes by a work colleague and tried quite a bit of items on their menu. I can safely say that these guys are hands down one of- if not- the best African food ordering spot in Calgary. Great food, Amazing customer service and On-time delivery. 😊Give the fried plantains (Dodo) and Peppered gizzards a try. You’ll thank me later!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the team was so thoughtful in accommodating our interracial crowd with menu options. Guests are still talking about how amazing the food was!

First and foremost, I called them last minute and they were able to make food and deliver for my event, that was on Monday, even if they only open on Saturdays. The food came in reasonable time, seeing as me and my guests did not arrive on time to the venue, but we kept in touch and Tribes came through for us. The food is also tasty. Trust me, the food is really good, my guests said the same thing as well. If you are looking for a place with good food, it is this place. They refunded me for one of the products that they did not find. The refund came in a timely manner (on the same day).

I had some of trybes food at a bridal shower and i loved it. Decided to make a bulk order months after and the customer service was exceptional. The food was great and would definitely recommend.

After having two companies provide quotes, I decided to go with Trimlight. My initial reaction to meeting Curtis was so positive. He immediately understood my needs and took the time to do a detailed quote with options. Installation was postponed due to extreme frigid weather but on the first warm day I had the three nicest guys (Aidan, CJ and Jose) arrive early in the morning to begin the installation. They were friendly, efficient and kept the area around the house clean. Once installation was complete, they gave me a quick tutorial to get me started. Initially I had some issues with the app; but with a little remedial lesson from Curtis, I was able to get the system to do everything I was hoping for. I am excited to impress my neighbors with dazzling lights for years to come. I highly recommend Trimlight to friends and neighbors. Trimlight sent out three installers, and man lift to our remote property. They showed up on time and completed a top notch job. Very impressed with our light system. Thank You to the team at Trimlight in Calgary. The whole experience from quote to installation was great and very professional. Curtis, the Manager, does a great job of explaining what to expect for the installation and what options are available for placement of lights and just as important (to me at least) where the control box and connections are made.

The great install team, C.J., Aiden and Duani, answered all my questions (I am a curious one), showed me how it all works, and explained the controls and App very thoroughly.

I really want to emphasize the care and attention to detail in their work. I asked to have the control panel placed on the wall next to power outlet I already had. Aiden was concerned that to do a nice job of installing the wires into the house, they might need to put a hole or two in the drywall (my garage ceiling is drywalled, unpainted). I said that it was ok, it's a garage after all.

Well, they outdid themselves, when they showed me the final install, they had taken down (and put back up) a sheet of drywall from the ceiling, ran all the wires and made a single 1 inch hole to pull all the wires through. In Short, It looks great and very professional. I really appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail. I can take lots of pictures of my new lights, but I think the controller install speaks volumes.
