My friend and I came here for the first time over a week ago and we had the absolute best time - this was entirely because of our server, Fiona. She was very bubbly, personable, and super charming. I am vegan, so I had questions about their vegan options, which she promptly got answers for. She was making us smile and laugh throughout the entire night. She continually checked in with us to see if we needed anything and never rushed us to decide or leave. I had the bruschetta (made vegan without cheese) and gyoza dumplings (vegetarian ones which is vegan. Both were very delicious and savoury. Will definitely come back here. Highly recommend!

My mom and I had dinner here tonight and it was amazing. My steak was like butter and so delicious along with crispy perfectly cooked fries. My mom had calamari it was very delicious and a generous size. She also enjoyed the truffle fries and the serving was so large she had to take some home.

The food was delicious, very well prepared and great flavors. The environment is upbeat and chic. Our waitress Jocelyn was friendly, attentive to our order, hard working and willing to answer all our questions about the food. We were looking for a great restaurant with good food. Estrella went far and beyond our expectations.

The food was amazing, we had the chicken teriyalki, the caesar salad, the calamari tempura and the chifa nachos. It came in good portion, the presentation was great and the service was exceptional! The owner was there and made sure we were happy. The green mint tea was really great after the food! The place did not smell (unlike the other comments I’ve read) it had a great vibe.. they have a cool lounge/ indoor terraces that look good for happy hours! I will definitely be back!

I recently had custom furniture made for my little girl's room, and I am beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. The quality is outstanding! And the best part is that it looks absolutely amazing in her space. From the start, an associate worked closely with us to create a room that was unique and tailored specifically to our needs, making sure it was a perfect fit for our daughter.

Any issues that came up during the process were addressed quickly and professionally, which really made the experience stress-free. It did take a while for delivery, but honestly, it was totally worth the wait. Now, our daughter has the most beautiful room, and we couldn't be happier. If you're considering custom furniture, Euro Style Design is the best!

We recently discovered Eurostyle design on the Trans -Canada . We were pleasantly surprised at the vast array of modern furniture and lighting that they carried. It was different than most of the places we had been to. We had been looking for a ceiling fixture for our family room for over a year and right away saw several options we liked . Julie was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. If you are looking for something different, modern, stylish and high quality I recommend you pay them a visit.

We walked in today to Euro Style Design store in Pointe Claire just to browse. There were many beautiful items. We were almost walking out when Julie gave us a a little more information about the items and our options to customize the items with colors and fabrics. We were very thankful for her professional input for helping us to choose a few item with some improvisation.

We ordered custom bedroom furniture for our daughter from Euro Style Design. The bedroom is very high quality. Sturdy and built strong. It looks great and we all enjoy it very much. Also, working with the sales person, Alexandra, was incredible. She designed a custom look and configuration specifically for our room. Amazing shopping experience at Euro Style Design! The showroom has everything you could think of, in so many different styles and colours! We were looked after by Julie who is both patient and attentive. I always knew she was close by to answer any questions but also doesn’t hover, which is so appreciated when making large purchases. She was of great assistance when it came time for me to select the fabric and colour of my new couch, providing many options but also structured the options in a way I did not feel overwhelmed! I met the Eventure Group in 2023 at the Upper Deck CDD conference they produced in Los Angeles, CA. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to produce an industry event for my hobby shop in Montreal. They executed flawlessly! I just came back from the 2024 Upper Deck CDD conference in Orlando, FL and, once again, all expectations were exceeded. Definitely consider Eventure for any of your event production needs. From conception and ideation through on-site coordination, they can’t be beat!

If you're looking for a company that will help plan the destination wedding of your dreams, DON'T count on Mahla and her team to help you!  I had the misfortune of witnessing how unprofessional and rude Mahla can be towards her clients. Friends of mine who were recently married had hired Eventur to help guide them and plan their destination wedding as they liked what the company had posted on their IG account. They had beautiful images of beautiful brides and grooms at their destination wedding. These two friends of mine are not the planning time, hence the reason for wanting to hire a wedding planner. They hired Mahal a year before their scheduled wedding, which gave Mahla plenty of time to coordinate meetings with my friends. Three months before the wedding, the bride was getting worried as nothing had been done other than the wedding website, invitations and finding a destination for the wedding. Out of the 38 guests, only a select few actually booked through Mahla as it was cheaper for everyone to purchase their packages via Expedia or Sunwing.
I eventually went through the wedding planning with my friends, which I thought were basic things every wedding planner goes through with clients.
If you want someone to give you a full vision of your dream wedding and will guide you throughout the whole experience than DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
I suggest meeting with any company offering wedding services in person, see their portfolio and get testimonials from other couples and visit their social media accounts to ask others about their past experiences. It never hurts to ask questions as this is your wedding the most exciting time of your life! Think of questions and write them down and always document any interaction with business in regards to your wedding planning so that you have proof in case anything goes wrong. Go through contracts and read every detail! You don't want to get screwed.

My aunt had lost one of her diamonds from her pair of diamond earrings and was looking to get her pair back. I went to a high end jewelry store to get a quote. I took 3 weeks and I felt it was very expensive for one .75 carat diamond.
I was referred to Ex Aurum jewellery by a trusted friend . Marco and Gino took their time giving me several options and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
My aunt couldn’t happier to have her studs back at a much more reasonable price.

We had a pleasant stay overall, with several highlights and a few areas for improvement.

Accommodations & Location:
The accommodations were beautiful, and the hotel is ideally located—just a 20-minute walk from Old Montreal, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city.

Parking Experience:
Parking is sub-contracted, which unfortunately led to a less-than-smooth experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our car, which was frustrating. While we understand this is outside the direct control of the hotel, better oversight of third-party contractors is recommended. Additionally, offering a discounted parking rate for hotel guests would greatly enhance the overall experience, especially given the high nightly fee.

Amenities:
The pool and hot tub are quite small. Even during non-peak hours, they felt crowded, which detracted from our enjoyment. Expanding or better managing access to these facilities could improve guest satisfaction.

Dining:
The food was excellent, though pricing was typical of in-house hotel dining—on the expensive side. There are more affordable options nearby, but they’re less convenient to reach.

Staff:
The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.

Pre-booking was great with the help of Nathalie over the phone at the hotel and I was really pleased to have the same room as our last stay. We love the large king gold room. Gold lounge was nice, however the breakfast options are not great (no fresh eggs or ability to order) and so really only used it for tea. Gold Lounge floor was also very busy with conference goers making phone calls in the public space right in front of the lounge and elevators and really took away from the experience a bit. We had massages at the hotel spa which were excellent!
When checking out, rather than take the elevator to up one floor to the gold desk we just went down to the lobby and used the ALL priority line. There was one of the two computers being used with one person being helped. While we were waiting another employee came out to the second computer but without even acknowledging us called a guest over from another line (this was behind a large pillar and so I have no idea if that person was already waiting or had just shown up after us). This extended our wait and I felt was rude since we had already been waiting and she was at the desk for the ALL ACCOR loyal customers. Had she acknowledged us at all it would have been different. After some time the first computer became free and we checked out with that gentleman. When he asked how everything was I explained what had just happened to which the employee next to him replied to me that she was serving the second line - no smile, no acknowledgement that she hadn't even spoken to or smiled at me when we were already waiting right in front of the priority check in station she had opened up. She was blunt and rude again with zero understanding of how that would look to a loyal guest let alone an apology. She was righteous and unpleasant. Unfortunately that ending to our stay really tainted the whole experience

I am writing to share my recent experience as a Diamond member at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel. As loyal guests, we spend approximately 60 days a year at Fairmont hotels, which are consistently our first choice.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and our fully renovated room was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's location was convenient for us.

However, there were a few unfortunate aspects to our stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing; we initially went to the All Accor check-in and were then referred to the Gold Floor, which sent us to the top floor only to come back down a floor. Our room cleaning service was inconsistent, ranging from great to horrible on different days. The elevators were also consistently busy, making them quite inconvenient.

The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the restaurant menu. The limited choices made it nearly impossible to enjoy a meal there. On Saturday, breakfast was served until 1 PM with a limited menu that included a day-old burger, and the dinner menu was equally awful with very few options. I have never encountered such a poor menu at a Fairmont property before.

I hope this feedback is helpful for your continuous improvements.

We had a room close to the lift and have barely slept during three nights... the noise was horrible. As if busses were passing by our room all night. Breakfast is very good - but you have to be patient - it takes app. 2min per guest to register at the counter - have been waiting in line for 21min at 7.20am. Try to avoid this hotel and if you have to stay there, insist on a room as far away from the elevators as possible.

It was my first time but let me tell you best service ever. A big thank you to Tanya. She help me and was so patient. She had a great smile. She also offer me a grift at the end. I was very surprise. She’s the best and will come back for sure ! they have very beautiful collection of gold and very good price

Fauchois did the flowers for our small wedding. We were absolutely blown away by the arrangements, which set the perfect ambience. They also very kindly did special hairpieces for both my wife and I (a headband and a clip) and arranged delivery to the venue. And the prices were fantastic as well. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

He also collaborated so easily and well with our videographer (they did not know each other before our wedding), and made it so easy for us to just relax and soak in every moment! We would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for the most beautiful wedding photos they can imagine. You will not regret it!!!

We are absolutely blown away by our wedding photos! Franco and his team were an absolute gem to work with. So patient, clear, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. From the moment they arrived, it was obvious that they’re not only talented but also deeply passionate about what they do, and it shows in every single photo.

They didn’t just focus on us, they captured the entire night beautifully, including our guests, the little moments, and all the in-between magic. The vibe, the posing, the energy in the photos is exactly what we were hoping for and even better than we imagined. Every picture feels alive and true to the spirit of the day.

Franco was also incredibly attentive to the specific poses we wanted to recreate, and he made sure we felt comfortable and confident in each one. Not only did he bring our ideas to life, but he also added his own creative touch that took them to another level.

Book Franco! The easiest wedding decision you can make. I was feeling overwhelmed choosing a photorgrapher. A friend of mine had hired FCP Weddings for her wedding and she showed me her engagement photos (which is included when you book a wedding with them) and they were gorgeous! Franco will take all the traditional wedding shots, but he will also take super Vogue-inspired/ magazine worthy pics. Franco was super easy to work with. He made my husband and I feel comfortable infront of the camera even though we are super awkward. We LOVED all of our wedding pictures (there were hundreds of them). He did a great job of capturing the moment naturally and also posing us in a way to get some truly phenomenal shots. We would book FCP Weddings again in a heartbeat.

I’m only giving them one star because zero isn’t an option. I booked two reservations for the same day, each around $700 USD. They charged me months in advance for one but never charged me for the other. Looking back at their inconsistent charging practices, it feels like they knew they weren’t going to deliver.

A week before, I emailed to confirm both and all I received was “confirmed.” The morning of, I called to check on timing and was told nothing about any changes. They showed up late, and only after I called the office to chase them down. When they finally arrived, to my surprise, it was two limos instead of the party bus I had booked for 23 people. At no point did they inform me of the swap. For the evening reservation, I followed up several times on the status and was given the runaround with no clear answers. Out of pure frustration, I canceled that second reservation an hour before it was set to start.

This was supposed to be a bachelor weekend for 23 people, and they ruined it. They refused to refund me despite not providing the service I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Stay far away.

We booked this service well in advance for a bachelorette, only to have it cancelled at the very last minute, with the excuse that the bus had “broken down on the way” to pick us up. While unexpected issues can happen, the way they handled it was beyond disappointing.

Instead of offering a real solution, they told us that had we been closer to the city, they could’ve arranged a backup. This makes absolutely no sense, either you offer reliable service or you don’t. Blaming our location (which was known to them from the start) felt like a convenient excuse to avoid responsibility??

They claimed they would issue a refund for the full amount we paid, but surprise! no refund has ever been received. Worse, they’ve been completely unresponsive since, ignoring emails, phone calls, everything, all while keeping 100% of our payment for a service that was never delivered.

If you're considering booking with them, be aware: if anything goes wrong (which it probably will), you're on your own

I never write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating it needs to be shared. This was by far the worst service I've ever received. Not only did they fail to show up for the scheduled pickup, but they had the audacity to inform me two hours after the scheduled time that they wouldn’t be coming at all.
Getting a refund was an absolute nightmare. It took me over three weeks and countless calls, I had to reach out at least 20 times before anyone took action. They kept making excuses like “no one’s in the office” just to delay the process.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company completely. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.

This was our son and his friends and family the worst experience ever, we reserved ahead of time for my son Prom, witch will be a memory for the rest of his life. The limo was supposed to show up for 2pm, it was a hour and half late. When the car finally arrived, it was a ugly looking Lincoln dark grey instead of the colour we ordered white, first the chauffeur and a terrible dress code, unprofessional, the rear mags was full of dirt, it was missing its emblems on the side, the chrome molding was fated, the sunroof was sealed shut with epoxy , the paint was peeling off, the car gone through some terrible bodywork, you can see the uneven body panels and it been repainted by spray can, so i ask my son how is the interior when he left, he said it smelled like cigarettes, carpet was dirty and there was still drinks in cup holder that was not pick up before they got in, totally DISGUSTING. Worst of the worst experience ever , if you want pictures, boy i got pictures. This is such a embarrassment. We are looking into communicating with person in charge for a full refund or a retake of full services with proper vehicle that we ask for in contrat.

HORRIBLE service, booked a limo for 24 people and one for 12 showed up leaving half of my party stranded. Requested refund and they still have not paid, every time I call they say “it will be done today for sure”. Do not waste your money

Amazing experience from beginning to end, I had a general idea in mind and Dominique helped me along all the steps to create a truly unique nature-inspired engagement ring. The process was streamlined and efficient and I couldn't be happier with both the service received and the end product!

In January my newborn son died and I wanted something special to remember him by. After looking into cremation jewellery online, I came across Fine and Flux Jewelry and fell in love with the designs on offer.

Dominique was incredibly responsive throughout, and knew exactly what I had in mind after describing it. I was able to have a garnet stone (as this was my son's birth stone) and an engraving included. His ashes were added to the band, which was filmed and the video sent to me.

If I could add more stars to this review I would as the quality of the ring is exceptional. Not only this but the overal attention to detail and kindness I received from Dominique throughout the process (including constantly tracking the ashes from the Netherlands to Canada) was very much appreciated.

Nothing will bring my son back but having a piece of him always with me is all the more precious.

Dominique & her team created a beautiful custom cremation ring to honour my Mom and have been nothing but amazing from day 1 to finish!

I absolutely love that they offer custom design. It makes it so much more meaningful taking part in the design process.

It was important to me to find a jeweler who creates truly waterproof & daily wear resistant cremation pieces. I did not want to worry about it withstanding daily life as I practically never want to take this ring off. The ashes are sealed within the gold band & the process is filmed.

My daughter passed over a year ago and I had been searching for just the right piece of cremation jewelry to have made for my other daughters and myself. From first contact, Dominique was very responsive, engaged and provided detailed information for me. She was very considerate in her interactions with me, which I appreciated very much.
