The best eternal roses for a special gift could be only found at Fleur Royale.I ordered online, for my wife on our anniversary, she was very happy. They roses looks amazing. Strongly recommend.

After several years of patronage I will sadly have to stop visiting this establishment for my weekly flowers. When they first opened, it was always beautiful there with a lovely array of fresh flowers and plants. The store itself looked abundant, well maintained and full of inventory. Since then, the store’s presentation has changed. They don’t seem to have the same pride they once did in their shop. The choices are much less now. One plant of each sort and their different types of individual flowers kept refrigerated is nearly empty.. Only a few types to choose from. I go in there at least One time a week to buy an arrangement or plant and lately I have been rushed through the purchasing process by the man who seemingly has no time to serve regular customers, even if I am the only One in the store. My Two last purchases were Two arrangements I put together myself. The first had hydrangeas which wilted the very next day. The other was peonies at $7 each. Upon returning home from
The store I noticed one was completely broken. How was this missed in a bouquet of 5 peonies?? Unfortunately the store can no longer meet my standards for kind service and fresh high quality flowers. I will have to go elsewhere as I find it imperative to have constant beautiful fresh flowers in my surroundings for my well being. Everyone should. But not from here…

I was served by a very nice gentleman that took the time to assemble a bouquet for me. In the fridge they only had for 40$ or for 60$ and above but not for 50$. After mentioning how I wanted it to be and for what occasion, he put together a beautiful bouquet. I was very very satisfied with the service and the flower work. He even offered to keep the bouquet in the fridge as I didn’t have a vase to keep the flowers in for next few hours. I strongly recommend anyone to visit that flower show if they’re in need of genuine good customer service and a nice bouquet! 💐

Today my wife ordered flowers for her mother who has recently passed' birthday and when I tell you the artistry of this bouquet !!!! My jaw dropped at what a beautiful arrangement we received! Thank you Abaca!!!

I ordered the bouquet “douceur” premium from their website. Quick delivery. I was not fully satisfied with the first bouquet they delivered (due to covid the inventory can be limited - understandable) but they offered to redeliver free of charge. Beautiful flowers and a excellent customer service. As I live in Toronto, I was happy to be able to go through the whole process online and send this beautiful arrangement to my family.

Vicky and the team are absolute GEMS. I walked into Atropa looking for bouquets for my wedding just a couple of weeks in advance and the process was so easy. I filled out an intake form and Vicky scheduled a 1 on 1 call with me to chat through my responses. She was attentive, detailed, and caringly walked me through her process. She even helped me coordinate wrapping my grandmother’s ring into the silk of my bouquet— it was such a thoughtful integration. She delivered the flowers directly to me on the wedding day and they were so fragrant and fresh. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon atropa. I highly recommend their services for your floral needs!!

I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion and what I received was completely different from what was advertised. The florist told me that “each item is open for substitutions” — and then proceeded to substitute literally everything.

None of the flowers matched. Not the type, not the color, not the size, not even the style. The bouquet looked like something quickly thrown together from Costco, not the elegant arrangement shown online.

To make things worse, they included large white chrysanthemums, which in my culture are used exclusively for funerals — highly inappropriate and even offensive.

I requested a refund, but they refused. Instead, they insisted the bouquet still followed the “color palette” (it didn’t) and offered to redo it after the occasion had already passed.

If this isn’t false advertising, I don’t know what is. The similarity is 0%. Beware.

The owner was exceptionally professional when taking my order and took the time to offer thoughtful options tailored to my preferences. I would highly recommend this flower shop!!

I love buying houseplants when I travel. We stumbled upon this cute florist and plant shop while in Montreal. The service was friendly and they had a great selection. There’s a brewery directly across the street. Plants and beer at one intersection, perfection.

Staff was very informative about the plant I got and the price was affordable. They had various flowers to choose from, I’m happy with my purchase.

I went there twice, the first time was decent and I got served by an older man with glasses but I was not given any water tube for my flowers nor was I given any powder for my flowers as that’s usually something most if not all shops ask and give to the customers. The second time I went there and was served by the same man, not a single greeting or hello and I was not given any powder again for my flowers. Further inspection, I realized one of the flower I had was starting to wilt already. I paid 30$ both times and the difference in the quantity was very drastic compared to my first time there , there was more that I chose from my first bouquet than the second time. A lovely flower shop with a bit of disappointment. I will not be coming back. You have no idea who those flowers go to and how much they can mean to someone and I truly hope you could do a bit better.

Came here last year to pick out a custom bouquet for a funeral. The staff were very helpful and kind in assisting in the packaging and arranging of the flowers I chose.

My new favourite plant shop. They have a nice selection of both common and rare plants. The quality of the plants is very good. I’ve bought 3 plants here in the last week and they are all doing well. The pricing seems fair - even for the more rare/expensive plants - they don’t gouge you on the price like some other stores. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be passing by periodically to see what new stock they have in. Unfortunately, I accidentally knocked a plant over and broke the pot and the staff were very understanding and refused to take payment for the pot, despite it being entirely my fault. 10/10 definitely recommend

Could not be happier with my bridal bouquet. I asked them to make it for me the day before my wedding and they did so with no problem and at an incredibly reasonable price. The bouquet was stunning and exactly what I wanted. Better yet, it is still beautiful almost a week later. Will definitely be going back.

Very kind and helpful! I took a picture of my office and asked for advice. They took into account everything from it being an office space, to the lighting, to the presence of a vent near the window. They had a nice and diverse selection and prices seemed very fair. They also helped me wrap the plants for safe transportation. After about a week, the plants are still thriving and I haven't seen a single pest.

Had an incredible experience with Fleuriste Capri for my wedding! I rented the arch in front of my house (photographed beautifully!) and bouquets. I can’t recommend them enough, it is exactly what I envisioned! Delivery and set up was seamless as well and great communication.

I had Fleuriste Capri do my bridal bouquet, the maid of honour and bridesmaid bouquet as well as corsages and boutonnières and they were gorgeous. I could not have asked for a better experience and the flowers were beautiful. Pricing was reasonable and service was amazing!

Went to buy a bouquet for mother’s day and found the place to be a bit under maintained but that was not an issue for me. However, I asked to buy some extra packaging on the side because I always like the rearrange my flowers on my own, and they up charged me like crazy, which I’m guessing is because they priced it on a whim, and the owner was generally annoyed and did not try to hide it (which can be understandable given that it was a busy day). But holy. 3$ PER TISSUE PAPER (usually you need 4-5 to make it look fluffed up and beautiful)!!! The prices of individual flowers are not cheap either. You can find much better quality flowers at a cleaner shop for the same price, if not less.

I own a cake business and I always think of Caprice Floral for the flowers on my creations. They have such a beautiful selection of flowers and high quality ones too. Whenever my boyfriend surprises me with a bouquet of flowers, it’s always from Caprice Floral and I get so many compliments on them. Maria is very sweet and accommodating. Can’t wait for my next order!

Placed an order for a funeral and the person who took the order showed me pictures of certain work and we agreed on a certain arrangement and specifically told her that i didn’t want stargaze flower and that the arrangement had to be at the funeral home at a certain time and sadly to say nothing of that sort happened first the flowers arrived late and the arrangement was poorly made with the stargaze flower in it was very embarrassing and poorly made
And when i confronted her with it she just put the blame bad timing

I had made my wedding bouquet at Carmine and I couldn't be more happier!! They did it exactly the way I wanted to and it was GORGEOUS!! The prices are fantastic and the service #1!

First of all the owner spoke to me with empathy, he was patient and he really took all I said and made that vision come true at a reasonable price. I thank Manny because at that time you are fragile and you count on good people to perform a service as you hope and he exceeded my expectations!!!..

Ok well first of all I have now ordered2x from this establishment and both times have been satisfied. Satisfied with the customer service and final product. The 2nd time I ordered I spoke to Manny. He was so helpful and just down to earth, gave me the facts and did not sky rocket prices. The bouquet arrived quickly and was lovely. With this kind of service they will have me as a repeat customer. I appreciate honesty in business and felt like I got that here.

They made me a VERY gorgeous bouquet on the spot (I didn’t wait much at all) and at a very competitive price. The picture does not do it justice.

I work nearby so I try to go here at least once a month to get flowers for my amazing wife. I’m often served by Jonathan, who always crafts the bouquets so beautifully! It was unfortunate to hear it is his last day tomorrow but every time I come here, whether it was being served by him or someone else, the bouquets are always stunning.

Picked up flowers for my girlfriend’s graduation. I got the blush set.
She loves them so much she kept talking about them and they we’re standing out. Thank you for the amazing set of flowers they are worth every penny. This will be my go to spot for any occasions I need flowers.

Our wedding day was picture perfect thanks to the detail and artistry of fleuriste centre ville. We gave them a few inspiration photos of how our arrangements should look and they took that and delivered the beautiful wedding of our dreams. I loved my bridal bouquet so much that we are getting it pressed in a frame to keep it forever. Guests kept telling us how beautiful the flowers looked on our tables. They were so easy to keep in touch with throughout the planning process, an absolute dream to work with!

Ive bought a bouquet for my friend's bday the florists were super nice and accomodating. I had a tight budget, but they found me stunning flowers, and greenery

Bought these beautiful Tulips for mother's day. They had a great selection of flowers and even if they were busy the service was fast. I was out of there in 5 mins ! I paid 16$ tax included for these tulips so I have to say the prices are more than affordable for the quality of flowers you are getting!

Absolutely worst service. The owner is so rude and arrogant, not shy of rolling his eyes or even yelling at you. During COVID, I make an extra effort to encourage small businesses although he's very overpriced, I try to give everyone a fair shot but not his case, I honestly wish his store doesn't survive the crisis. That's how unpleasant my experience was and I wish no one ever experiences that. DO NOT GO THERE!!

I recently visited Jardin Alex and was impressed by the wide variety of flowers, plants, greeting cards, and balloons they offer. It’s a beautifully stocked shop with something for every occasion! They also provide delivery options, which is a great convenience.

This time, I only purchased a balloon, so I didn’t get to try their flowers, but they looked fresh and beautifully arranged. I bought this bouquet on their website at 4:00AM on Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend, and it was delivered in wonderful condition in the evening. I usually come to jardin Alex to choose my own bouquet, this was actually my first time ordering their own design online. I was a little bit worried that the real flowers might be different than the pic but I was totally wrong. It was actually even prettier than the photo. We hired Les champs fleuris to design the floral arrangements and bouquets for our wedding. We were so happy with everything! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and we received many complements from our guests. François is very professional and extremely talented. We told him what we wanted and he created sample images of everything to show us what it would look like before the wedding. He was also very accommodating and flexible as we made various changes throughout the process. He also set up all the floral arrangements at both the church and reception venue for us. We cannot thank François enough for his work and we highly recommend this florist!

It was for an anniversary bouquet, and I was so happy with his creativity and colour choices. He wrapped it up very carefully to survive the winter weather and trip home. My husband was thrilled with it and its fragrance is lovely. Merci beaucoup beaucoup, I'll return!

a bit disappointed, paid 17$ for something i had to rearrange myself. it seemed like the lady didn’t know what she was doing. the colours didn’t even coordinate 🥺🥺😭. the green colour overwhelmed the blue rose.

they should also consider changing their paper pattern... something more up to date. it was a rose for valentine’s day, not for a Christmas party :(
but it’s a cute friendly korean florist nevertheless.
