I visited to get a bouquet for mother’s day and they did an amazing job with my budget and flower arrangement. Staff was very friendly patient and my mom loved her bouquet so much! I will definitely dry and keep the gorgeous arrangement 10/10 🫶🏽

I recently bought a bouquet of flowers for my aunt’s wake and I must say it was beautiful. I had a lot of compliments from my family and friends. Raphael (the fleuriste) gave a good service, was very generous in the amounts of flowers he put in the vase, he had suggested a modern look and I must say wow on the results. I have call a couple of places in St-Leonard florist, I needed a simple bouquet for celebrating a birthday, all were rude because I didn't want to spend a huge amount until I call Monte Carlo ,first the man answer very nice and professional and propose exactly what I needed .When my friend got her flowers I was surprisingly overwhelmed by this beautiful arrangement ! My mom specifically said while placing an order that there is a cat in the home and NO flowers that are toxic to cats. The arrangement that was delivered mostly contained flowers toxic to cats. If a florist gets a request like this and doesn't know, they have a responsibility to do a quick Google search before sending deadly plants. The arrangement went straight to the dumpster.

Went there twice. Good service, nice people but the second time I ordered a sympathy spray for a funeral which I could not attend because of the Covid restrictions and only close family was allowed. I asked for a photo of the standing spray bouquet I ordered but they said they didn't do that. The staff member said she did not want customers to have her cell phone number which I understand but she could have sent it by email to me. Was disappointed especially since I could not attend the funeral viewing or service and I didn't want to ask the grieving family to take a picture.... The other florist I have used in the past sends you a photo automatically.

There is no greater joy than receiving a bouquet from Pourquoi Pas fleurs! They are always spectacular. More than beautiful. They go further - into extraordinary. Unforgettable. It’s the colours and combinations and extravagance of each bouquet. I received this bouquet for my birthday. Do you see the calla lily tucked into the big hydrangea (sp?)? No other florist offers such artistry or creativity. Every bouquet is like a painting, with secret treasures with every angle. They are assembled and tied together perfectly, so you can just place them in a vase as is. And they even come in a beautiful white square box filled with water, so they remain fresh and vibrant until you transfer them into a vase…or leave them as is. If you are going to send flowers… send FLOWERS. I will also add that their bouquets always last for weeks. I have no idea why, but they’re even magical that way. I highly recommend this florist - there is none other that compares.

We ordered flowers for a funeral and the arrangements turned out beautiful. We received so many compliments on how nice they were.
When we went to order them (in person), the florist was helpful and patient with us. She gave great recommendations.

I have also used Terrafolia for other events (birthday flowers and get well soon flowers) and the arrangements are always beautiful and actually look like the advertised picture online, if not better!

Unfortunately, the theme wasn’t respected as I would have wished… I asked for a bridal-themed, romantic bouquet with pastel colors and whites. They simply put a bunch of different flowers together without arranging them to create cohesion. Expensive for the selection of flowers provided in designers choice bouquet… Looked too much like a bouquet you would find at your grocery store, sadly. On the up-side, very kind lady on the phone and delivery was quick. Not sure if I would order from them again...

I celebrated my wedding a few weeks ago, and Karman took care of all of my flowers for me and did a FANTASTIC job!!

Karman was very responsive with my inquiries and questions (and even took time to answer my during her off hours!). I initially sent over a few inspiration photos and Karman worked with me very closely to make sure that the flower arrangements matched my vision. She was also graciously able to accommodate some last-minute requests of mine, like provide some flowers to decorate my wedding cake.
On the day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered on time and I was blown away after it had been set up in our reception hall. My friends got me a monthly flower subscription and I am genuinely so thrilled each month to get my delivery. The arrangements are so beautiful and unique. I would highly recommend their services if you’re ever needing a florist.

The delivery was good, beautiful flowers, free card with wishes that I attached. -1 star for random delivery time, it’s not possible to deliver at a specific moment (ex. in the morning of a birthday), the flowers come whenever they come.

I’ve received and given many bouquets from Westmount Florist and i’ve always been in awe of how beautiful the bouquets are. However, yesterday i received a bouquet from them for Mother’s Day and the flowers are terrible. Really disappointing.

I loved how the florist got what I meant when I said I wanted a “WOW” bouquet. She designed it brilliantly with gorgeous colours that popped and it made the director of our play very happy. Would definitely recommend O’Fleurs and order from them again!

Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. I paid $150 total for a very meagre bunch of flowers that look thrown together.

The website clearly states free delivery, but I was charged $15 for delivery and a mysterious $10 service fee.

I emailed twice for an explanation (and perhaps an apology and partial refund) but no one has bothered to answer me.

Absolutely amazing staff, service and stunning flower arrangements. I live in another province and needed to send flowers to a dear friend in Montreal. Ruth contacted me from the florist after I had left a message. She was so patient with me, because I did not speak French. We figured out together which flowers I wanted to send my friend using their website. Within one hour and 15 minutes, I received the bill, she forwarded me a photo of the arrangement and delivered them to my friend. The arrangement was stunning and the service was absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend this place!

I have been dealing with Paul for over 30 years....He was the best then and he is still the best today. It's not just about his stunning unique arrangements of flowers, it's also his personality and the way he knows exactly what I need and what to write (and sometimes in Italian no less!) I was away on vacation and forgot my sister's 30th wedding anniversary so I texted him and he came through the same day!...SEAMLESS IMPECCABLE SERVICE!

I just had a call with Paul the florist, I am very disappointed in the way he handled my call as a new bride to be. After showing him pictures of my inspiration, he told me " I will take a pass" I don't want to proceed with no further explanation. As I was showing him inspiration of other work, he asked me why I was not going with that particular florist. I let him know they are inspirations and I want to work with him.

Honestly, I felt disrespected and it's a big loss of business for him as 2 of my close friends with great flower budgets wanted to go see him. I guess he does not need the business? On top of this he knows my family very well.

After dealing with Paul for years and supporting his business, because he is very talented, I was disrespected as a client and I will never deal with him again. He is rude and condescending and should have someone else deal with his customers if he has no patience. As a paying customer that has ordered flowers for countless events over the last 15 years, I was treated horribly. It is unacceptable to speak to people with such disrespect as a business owner. I don’t care who you are. I’d rather take my business elsewhere, because there are many talented florists in Montreal that respect their clients and give a wonderful customer service.

I have never left a one-star review but I feel this situation justifies it. I had a bad experience at Florina some months ago but felt it might just have been an off day (I wanted only a few simple stems but was being railroaded into purchasing a large expensive bouquet I did not want or need - I left without making a purchase). However, this past Sunday, for Easter, my daughter's boyfriend arrived with a bouquet for me from Florina. The two roses were already fully opened and fragile looking and the other flowers did not look in good shape. Under questioning, the young man admitted the bouquet had been expensive. The snap dragons and another flower (see photo) were finished the very next day and yesterday (two days later), as I'd feared, the roses were finished and even the lilies were turning brown. Only one white gerbera remains. Florina charges significantly more for their flowers and bouquets. As another reviewer commented, that might be bearable if the flowers were of a high quality. They are not.

Based on my in store experience buying nursery plant pots. A nice little “all-in-one” plant store without having to drive all the way out to Laval to the big nurseries.
They have a little of everything from Mossify moss poles to horticultural soap, nursery pots to cache pots.

Most of their tropical plants are in good conditions, some seemed to be neglected.

One of the ladies was helpful in getting the proper pot size for my need.

Worth a visit.

I ordered several flower arrangements for a funeral and was extremely happy with how full and pretty the arrangements turned out to be. The flowers were also really fresh... so much so that it's been 5 days since the event and the flowers are still looking wonderful (a picture is attached). Thank you to Sonia and her team!

My partner had a flower delivery planned for our anniversary, he ended up having to ruin the surprise as the delivery was still not arrived and it was past the 4pm max delivery schedule. He called and was told that the delivery were late due to mother’s day but it would arrive today. It never did.
We woke up today and the flowers were left outside in front of our house, no one rang or knock. No idea when it arrived, probably very early in the morning? but the flowers are not in the greatest condition. Feel like they probably spent the night in the back of a truck. The note my partner had written that was meant to be added to the flowerd was missing. A lot of the flowers arrived very droppy or wrinkled, looking old.
I understand that mother ‘s day must be an intense day but this experience felt very disappointing.
We also thought that if there was so much delay or issue they would have let clients know?

I’ve been here before and got some beautiful flowers in the past but for some reason I wasn’t able to get any service today. I walked in with a printout of a few flowers I was interested in to make a bouquet. They only had 2 of them so I went over to where all the flowers are kept to look at the other options. I thought the shopkeeper would’ve been keen to assist in making choices for a bouquet as I’d had this kind of service in the past. There’s was no one else in the store but she just ignored me. I tried to get her attention but she just walked away and started tending to other plants. I guess she wasn’t in the mood to serve a customer :(. Off to somewhere else to spend my money

This place is super fun! Came on a Thursday and sat at the bar with Juan. I wish I got to try everything on the menu but what we had was delicious, including our espresso martinis. Then we finished the night with a bottle of sake dancing the night away to house music. I would love to come back and do it again.

So this place turns into a club at night, but my friend and I did not get the memo and went to have dinner here instead, which was honestly one of the best decisions we made.

When I asked him to open the exit door, he called me a prostitute. When I pointed out that it's part of his job since he is being paid for it, he called me crazy and told me to leave. (Picture attached of the person in question.)

A doorman's role should be about safety and first impressions, but I did not feel either of those.

On a positive note, the bar staff were great and the music created a good vibe.

As two well-dressed, professional physicians visiting from New York City, my friend and I were excited to experience the nightlife in Montreal. Unfortunately, our experience at this venue was disappointing and deeply unsettling.

Despite arriving in proper attire and fully prepared to spend, we were stopped by a bald bouncer in a suit who told us it was "guest list only" and that we would need to purchase a bottle to enter. While we stood there, we watched several casually dressed Caucasian men—some in t-shirts and sneakers—walk right in without question or bottle service.

As two brown-skinned individuals, the double standard was painfully clear. We came to enjoy ourselves and support the business, and I could have easily purchased three bottles without hesitation. But after witnessing this treatment, we chose to leave.

Discrimination—whether subtle or overt—has no place in hospitality. As someone from New York City, where diversity is embraced, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you value respect, professionalism, and equality, I strongly urge others—especially people of color—to think twice before giving this establishment your business.

Elie and his team are amazing! Focus video filmed our wedding day in July 2020. They did a great job! Elie is very responsive, patient, talented and respectful. You can notice his passion for his work easily. As a bride, I felt very comfortable with the team. Everyone is well experienced.

Also, I highly recommend Focus Video for any kind of events. I had used their services, a couple of years ago, for corporate events. They always deliver up to your expectations and the prices are reasonable!

We went with hors d'oeuvres and a 4-course dinner reception, and everything was DELICIOUS and also visually very beautiful at the same time!! All my guests were raving about the food as well as the amazing service that they received from the team.

Charlene was my point of contact for the planning and I had very timely communications with her. She guided me from A-Z with her suggestions and proposals, and flexibly tailored everything for us as needed. I could not have had a better experience with this amazing team. We just used the Services of the Food District Catering this past weekend for the 10 anniversary celebration of my partner and I. We had 60 Guests. I was nervous our space would be too small but District arranged a flow for the place that really worked well and made the most amazing food stations and service areas. The Charcuterie table was a work of ART: better than I have ever seen in any resto or any other celebration. We choose 12 apps which were each very special. The Crab cakes seemed to be the favorite from word of mouth, but honestly there was not a bad one. The very best thing of all was the SERVICE. Carl and his team are amazing. Never did anyone go without. Our guest are raving about our event but mostly about the incredible presentation and SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! These people love what they do and it carries into the taste and ambiance they create!!!! Carl and his team came and went hardly leaving a trace and I barely can recall when they left it was sooo seamless and unintrusive. If there was a 5.5 out of 5 I would give that and more. No hesitation to recommend this group for your event.

We reached out with just four months to plan our wedding, and from our very first meeting, we knew her level of organization was exactly what we needed on such a tight timeline.

We had a very specific vision for our day—one that didn’t always align with traditional wedding norms—and Mélanie was genuinely excited to help us bring it to life. She was knowledgeable, collaborative, and was willing to think outside the box.

Her attention to detail was incredible. Her prep documents left no stone unturned and no question unanswered. She had an impeccable sense for which vendors would be the right fit for each aspect of the day, and her communication was always fast, clear, and thoughtful. She played a key role in helping us choose vendors for décor and table settings, and the final aesthetic was exactly what we had imagined.

The day itself ran flawlessly. Even with many moving parts, everything flowed seamlessly. Guest experience was 10/10, and transitions between spaces were smooth and natural—from setup to cleanup.

It’s taken a couple weeks to gather all of our thoughts and come down from the excitement of our wedding. We contacted Melanie and a few other wedding planners in Montreal 15 months prior to the wedding day ( July 5, 2019). All the planners responded quickly but Melanie’s response was heartfelt, interested, and sincere. Her first question wasn’t, “whats the budget?” rather “how did you meet?” Her initial sincerity never faded - from day one to one week ago, Melanie has continued to be our most important support with all things wedding related.
My husband and I live in New York City and always felt that all aspects were being handled properly from afar. Melanie is budget conscious and was a never ending resource for picking the venue, florist, photographer, hair and makeup, DJ, live band, etc… The list goes on and on.
She always had a plan B for unforeseen circumstances and her elegant style and creativity made the planning process fun. We have the best memories and photos to look back on and Melanie is such a huge part of all of it. We're unbelievably pleased with how everything turned out!

Melanie was the best wedding planner we could have asked for. Not only was she organized, professional, and at the top of the wedding planning game, she is also a fun-loving person. She was able to see the big picture, but also get super granular and specific with the details. The result was a wedding that flowed with joy and love! Everyone asked us who our wedding planner was and we just can't believe our luck that we went with Foudamour. I would highly recommend Melanie at Foudamour to any couple getting married. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to have had the best possible experience.

Melanie helped us coordinate our wedding this summer, and our experience was not the greatest.

Melanie is very skilled at a specific type of wedding. The moment you want something different than what she is used to, conflict arises. She is easily flustered and will push back a lot if your vision conflicts with hers. The meetings we had prior to the wedding were well organized but extremely frustrating. She constantly disagreed with our suggestions and swayed us away from what we'd originally wanted, even when it came to the simplest things. We wanted a shorter dinner and a longer dance party, which became an issue. We were trying to avoid assigned seating to ensure our wedding was less formal, that was out of the question for Melanie. Everything felt complicated; we had to convince her to agree with our vision every single time we spoke. Not the experience you dream of when planning a wedding.

The day of the wedding was also a letdown. While she is very energetic and organized, these qualities didn't transpire on the wedding day. The venue did look beautiful, Melanie and her team executed well on that front (though keep in mind my husband and I selected each vendor, curated the color palette, the flower selection, decor, etc). The problems arose from the start, when we arrived at the venue and were locked out, stranded outside in our wedding attire, even though she had planned our arrival and we were right on time. When we were finally let in, her staff didn't introduce themselves to us, barely acknowledging our presence, and Melanie's stress was palpable. When came time to walk down the aisle, Melanie got panicked and was very abrupt with us and our wedding party because one of our older relatives was "taking too long to walk down the aisle". She stressed us all out before an really important milestone. A similar situation arose when we were about to get introduced as a couple, and were left stranded in a hot room for over 25 minutes, waiting for her team to figure out the music. We ended up being introduced to the wrong song, which messed up the whole first portion of the dance party and dinner. This had all been scheduled, rehearsed, written down and was her responsibility.

Not once during the wedding did she come check on us, and she was nowhere to be found when our DJ lost access to the wifi and could not play anything besides the same 10 songs on repeat. As the person responsible for coordinating with our vendors and ensuring the wedding went down flawlessly, this was her responsibility, yet she was not around. I had to run around the venue to figure out the wifi. On that note, she was also abrupt and impatient with our other vendors, which in our opinion is unacceptable.

Melanie and her team did a great job of cleaning up the venue, ensuring our gifts and cards were safe and returning props and furniture to our suppliers. But for the price of a wedding planner, we expected more than a decent cleanup. We expected someone who kept her cool during stressful situations, someone who made us feel heard and who worked hard to make this special day feel unique to us. Unfortunately, that's not what we got. I rarely write reviews but I thought our experience could benefit others in their search for a wedding planner

It was a magical day that was unlike any wedding we had been to before and having Melanie and her team there let us truly enjoy our day and take everything in knowing that all the details were taken care of by Melanie.

It’s truly exceptional. I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend for my birthday and we enjoyed every minute of it.The location is perfect ,right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. What really stood out was the service: the staff go above and beyond, and it feels so personal when they greet you by name.

The facilities are excellent as well. The gym is well-equipped, the pool is beautiful and relaxing, and the restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had in Montreal.

A special shout out to Stefan, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. There was a minor glitch in the system upon check-in, but Stefan handled it with grace and efficiency. He promptly worked with the manager to resolve the issue, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of without any hassle. His calm and courteous demeanor really set the tone for our entire experience. We’d also like to thank Thomas for his kind assistance with our bags. He was courteous, professional and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Overall, the entire staff was outstanding. We can’t wait to return and will be recommending the Four Seasons Montreal to anyone looking for an elevated and unforgettable stay in the city!

My experience at the Four Seasons Montreal was amazing! I was in town for a self-care weekend and I’m so glad I booked with them! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Stefan at reception and he was so kind and helpful, he was also apologetic about my room not being ready yet. I consider myself a fairly understanding person, so it wasn’t a big deal as these things happen and the room was worth the wait!

My room was a 10th floor deluxe suite with a gorgeous tub, a spa-like waterfall shower, and a comfortable bed.

During my stay, I also booked a massage at the Guerlain Spa and it was such a relaxing and tranquil experience.

I appreciated the kindness and dedication to quality service at the Four Seasons Montreal, it truly made my weekend special and I will be booking again!

Exceptional stay for our 3 days in Montreal. My wife was there for a conference and receiving an award. The staff at check in and the restaurant were all attentive and recognized her several times throughout our stay for her achievement. The rooms were spacious and provided good views of the city. The valet and first floor staff members were all outgoing and helpful. Whether providing directions or water prior to us leaving the hotel. Miguel insisted and provided us with water on our hike up Mount Royal. Grateful he did because it was much hotter than expected. House keeping made sure our room was always in order when we left and when we returned. Overall a great stay and a really well rounded staff that has great attention to detail.
