My bracelet broke, but they offer a repair service, and it will be fixed in 3 weeks. They also polish and clean jewelry and necklaces free of charge. The store has everything—from jewelry to plates and cups, perfume, as well as gifts for babies and children! It’s a beautiful shop with helpful employees.

A very fun and special stop during my Montreal trip. This is a smaller store, but they do have a decent selection of their classics and trending jewelry pieces, along with some home goods and perfumes. Margo was an exceptionally friendly and helpful SA. She helped us check out a few pieces while sharing a bit about the city, and made our shopping experience simply amazing!

Refuse to repair defective item until I signed something saying I would never go back in the shop lovely. Absolutely refuse to buy anything there ever again. If you need consumer protection, Quebec to help you deal with a shop it’s not a great shop.

The employees in this store really seem like they don’t want to give particularly people the time of day. I walked into the store and half of them were on the phone and didn’t greet me. Then when someone did help me they seem disgusted that I ask if they had and silver necklaces on display. They showed me one floor model that they kept under the desk and it was completely tarnished. Who would spend over 400$ on a necklace when a store doesn’t even clean their lower priced item. This store definitely gives off a you are too poor to shop here vibe and it was truly sad. I walked 5 mins down the street to the Tiffany at holt and received much better service there 🤷🏻‍♀️

I recently had to change groomers from Ouaf Woof since I had moved out of the area. I'm so sorry I had to leave! I always got a wonderful groom here and my dog always looked great (unlike my new groomer, sadly) Me and Liam miss you!

BEWARE!!
Used to be good, but will never go back. Read below to see why.

I was a customer of hers for 4 years with no problems, but recently, I brought my cockapoo and she mentioned that she will not groom him since he is Cockapoo with knots. She said that she would only SHAVE HIM. Yes, he had some knots, but I brushed him every day.

As a groomer, you must know that you don't always get beautiful dogs. You get dogs who need to be groomed. Sometimes that will mean that the dog will have knots or be matted, but never should a groomer look at the dog and say EW.

The owner, Elena felt my dog after walking in the snow and said "EW HE'S FILTHY. I can't groom him. There's too many knots. I'm going to shave him."

You should never say that to somebody, especially a customer for 4 years. Instead of saying that, help your customers know how to better brush a dog if there's too many knots.

I will never forget this experience and I will never be back. Before you make an appointment, please verify that she won't shave your dog.

We brought him to another groomer within a couple days and was groomed no problem without any shaving needed.

She did her best with a naughty doggo and helped me out a lot cause I usually do their grooms my other doggy was really good and his groom was much easier to accomplish. Thank you Anik for helping me out

Although my haircut experience went well I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism. They have cancelled day of for me twice now - which I can understand for some circumstances but for the only two haircuts I booked to both be cancelled last minute it’s worth just going somewhere else since they are extremely unreliable.

Thank you for the response, the second appointment I booked was for my significant other whose appointment was also cancelled day of. I called and scheduled it, but it was not under my file. Not sure I see battling it out in Google reviews as professionalism considering you have my phone number on file. I can be sympathetic to one cancellation but two DAY OF is directly uncalled for especially when I recommend this service to other people. Google reviews are an excellent way to get know a business therefore I have a right to express my opinion on the services.

I have tried many places in Montreal but I found that this place is the only one which understands what do I want and which cares about me. Also the haircut comes with a small massage which I love.

Had the BEST experience here with Souad! She did what no other stylist I’ve been to could and finally fixed the bad haircut I got over a year ago. Now I have the best haircut I’ve ever had. Plus she gave me the best head massage and was a lovely presence to be around during the cut. Can’t wait to go back ❤️

We hired Traiteur Bon appétit for our wedding and we were ver happy we did so!
John is a very kind and experienced man who listened to our needs and answered every question we had. He did the modifications we wanted without any problem and suggested what he knows best.

The food was amazing. Our guests chose the chicken and filet mignon, and it was a success. We had a big variety of hors-d’oeuvres to choose from, and they were very good and aesthetically beautiful. In addition, we added two stations of food. Our guests were very impressed by those stations and the food was gone very quickly. We also had some desserts which were very tasty.

The staff (servers and bartender) was very kind, did their job well and gave great attention to all our guests, and especially my husband and I, which we appreciated.

I would highly recommend anyone who wants a caterer for their wedding or any other event. I know that if I have another big event that requires a caterer, I’ll contact Traiteur Bon appétit without hesitation. We thank you again John and all of your staff! 🤩

Saturday night we had the most amazing experience with the catering from Bon Appetit. Our chef Alex was stupendous! His work of art with the appetizers was exceptional. The food was delicious and beautiful to look at. The service of the waiter was perfect. This special occasion for my husbands 65th birthday was one to remember and one we will never forget. I recommend this service to anyone that wants to do something special for someone special. We will definitely be enjoying this experience again! 5 stars feels inadequate - I would give Brera 1000 stars if I could! We chose Brera as our wedding caterer having a great experience with Gian-Luca who pulled together our original menu and the in-person tasting, but had no idea how above and beyond they would go to making our wedding day so incredibly special.

Kassandra was a delight to work with throughout an extensive year long planning process, which involved many calls to help coordinate all the details with our event rentals company to make sure we had everything covered, including accommodating a bride's fantasy wish of a crepe bar (which was a total hit!)

And when we showed up on the wedding day prior to our guests, the team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - from a pre-ceremony drink to prepped hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy privately, there wasn't a single moment Brera hadn't accounted for. In some ways we feel they vastly undersold themselves - we had no idea we'd be attended to exclusively by one member of the team who shadowed our every move to make sure our dinner came out hot (even though we were bouncing around taking pictures), made sure we got to taste our late night snacks, and who sneakily took a shot away from the groom who had pretended to take it.

This is just a small snapshot of the experience of working with Brera - the most outstanding, professional and caring group of people you'd want attending to you on your special day. Our guests even noticed small things like how they never had to hold a hors d'oeuvre dish for more than 30 seconds before someone grabbed it or how there never was a wait at the bar. And don't even get me started about the food – it was FANTASTIC! One guest even commented it was the best cooked steak they've ever had, a mighty high compliment for a catering team preparing ~60 steak dishes.

If you're here considering if you should choose Brera as your catering team, don't hesitate for a moment longer - we (and our 120 guests) could not recommend more highly. Thank you Brera for everything!

G catered our wedding: the food was phenomenal, from the canapes to the three different main courses, to the midnight buffet. I went back for seconds. Incredible value, amazing prices, impeccable service. The servers worked extra hard ensuring all our guests were well taken care of. The bartenders mixed excellent cocktails - everyone raved about the high quality food, the delicious flavours. I knew I was going to like it from the tasting, but the end result was even better than I could have imagined. My 100 guests were all blown away by their delicious meals. Absolutely no complaints.

G will get my business for any and all catered events I host in Montreal from now on. He even took care of my mother when she was feeling a little faint from the heat during the wedding. Going above and beyond, I wish him and his team much success.

Traiteur G offered great food with excellent service at our wedding! We were blown away by the vegetarian dishes - the eggplant parm was incredible with a huge portion. It was the star of the show! Those who had cauliflower were also so impressed and well fed. The chicken was well received but honestly no one was raving. So I would say - don’t sleep on the vegetarian options! We considered doing a full vegetarian option and looking back, wish we had gone for it!
For the other courses, the butternut squash ravioli was delicious, as was the salad course. The bar options were plentiful and cocktails were excellent. The staff were kind, attentive and fun! We wholeheartedly recommend Traiteur G!

Highly recommend G! They catered our wedding this August at Jamaica Pavilion and they helped make it a huge success. Chiara and Katy were lovely to work with leading up to the big day and answered what felt like hundreds of small questions in a timely manner. They took our feedback at the menu tasting and made modifications for us as needed. The staff is WONDERFUL. They all had such a warm presence and made our guests feel at home. I received so many compliments from our guests on both the food and the service. Yummy food at an unbeatable price.

The only small critique I have was they served the midnight table at 10:30 rather than 11:30 like we had asked, so it was a little bit too close to the end of dinner in my opinion, when many of our guests stayed until last call at 12:45. Those with big appetites went straight for it however and said the poutine and blizzards were excellent.

They were also very helpful to our coordinator in doing a swift and efficient break down at the end of the night (we needed to have the place clean by 3 AM in order to not be charged by our venue). Overall, I am so happy we went with G and would absolutely hire them again!

As I walked in Traiteur Nini’s yesterday, I was immediately greeted by Enza and Nina with a great big smile from both of them. Enza was on the phone taking an order and Nina was in the kitchen preparing another order. They were super busy at 4 pm making sure their orders went out without delay. I was so impressed on how they were handling their very busy day. Nina (the owner) introduced herself and was ready to help me plan my meal. She offered suggestions and comments (which I really appreciated) until I got exactly what I wanted. Nina had me taste her ever so yummy arancini and then a delicious taste of pasta with rapini and sausage. I then saw an order of her beautiful veal roast with potatoes and carrots ready for delivery. Wow, it looked so good! Of course I wanted the three dishes as part of my order for sure. Nina took the time to help me choose while her granddaughter was in the kitchen helping. It’s a family owned business in Laval. I was referred by a cousin who often orders from them (I now understand why) and so glad she referred me to them. Everything looks so delicious! So today I want you all to know how great they are. I can’t wait to receive the food I ordered and will keep you posted after the party takes place. Until then, buon appetito!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional catering service provided by Traiteur Sapori Di Casa. With their delectable charcuterie board, they elevated our wine and cheese event at work to new heights. Every aspect of their service, from the freshness and taste of the offerings to the friendly and efficient staff, left an indelible impression on all of us. I will definitly use them again for my next event!!

I ordered from this place twice, it’s hands down the best Italian food available in the greater Montréal area. I would not only recommend it for the food, but the service as well. If I could give that place six stars I would; and if you look at my other reviews, that means a lot.

Sugo MTL are a gem! Their team are professional, experienced, knowledgeable, extremely flexible and, most importantly, they care so much about their product. The ingredients they use are always top quality and their presentation is thoughtful, colourful and gorgeous with lots of attention to detail whether it's a canape, a plated course or large food station.

You can expect quick response times and creative suggestions during the planning process and great service on site.

I found Ovet travel on a google search when I was looking for an agency to help me plan my destination wedding. From the early stages of the planning I knew I had found the best people to help me plan that special day. I am working with Katia and Chelsea who are both just amazing. They are kind and professional. My wedding is in few short months and I am pretty much set because they did all the heavy lifting. When you have questions they answer fast, they take the time to offer all the details/information and even their expertise on many aspects of wedding planning. All in all my fiancé and I have been having a wonderful experience and we are so glad we chose them to be our wedding travel agency. Travel Agency Ovet offers amazing service!
I travelled to Sicily 3 years ago through them and was impressed by the organization of the trip regarding the choice of hotels, flight and vehicle organization!
They currently just finalized my trip to Japan and once again have hooked me up with great service and options to how I want to experience my vacation there!

I usually book online using some third party, but Katia and her team provided me with unparalleled service when booking my last trip to the US. They beat any price listed online and even more importantly booked everything (hotel + flight) without me having to lift a finger.
