The stone on my partner's engagement ring broke, and I needed a replacement. We had purchased wedding bands at Flamme en rose earlier and I knew this was the right team for the job. I received a 3d model to review, and not long after the final product was done and my partner adores the ring.

UPDATE:
As you pointed out, the issue with the lobster clasp was not due to mishandling or pulling. In fact, you showed me several similar repairs from other customer which suggest a design flaw. Therefore I truly do not see the relevance to compare this to a car dent.

I don’t mind paying for a repair when warranted. However:
1. This chain was purchased less than 2 years ago (not relevant to compare to a car but yes, my car will be repaired for any defects as it had a warranty period). I’ve had a chain that needed to be repaired 3 times so you can understand my frustration having to return again, this time another piece purchased at your store.
2. You discreetly wrote the repair cost on the paper without informing me of the cost. That lack of transparency doesn’t reflect well on your business.
3. We were never advised that the chain required blow drying after showers to dry the humidity and ensure that it doesn’t break. If such maintenance is required, would be crucial to inform your customers, especially for jewelry that will be worn regularly.

You’ve been our go-to jewellery store for over 20 years for my entire family, siblings, parents, grandparents etc. so it’s very unfortunate that this happened.

Purchased my necklace here and had to be repaired 3 times. Just took my husbands chain (paid over $1000) in because it broke and he’s trying to charge me to repair it showing me all of the other repairs that need to be done for other customers. If you have that many repairs on your jewelry then I think you have a bigger problem. Do not buy from here!

I went to them yesterday to sell my gold ring, at first the employee after examining it told me that it is not gold, then the owner of the store came and told her that it is 22 carat gold. The funny thing is that he gave me the worst possible price for buying gold and told me in a bad way that the one who sold me the gold made $200 from me more than two years ago and he wants to remove them. I advise you not to deal with them, they are not credible. I went to Canada Gold Montreal and they gave me double the price even though they will melt the gold.

International buyers, beware.
I live in the US and purchased a watch that costs $100USD. Upon getting the tracking information, I found out that I needed to pay $62 before or at delivery to cover fees and taxes. In all, I will be spending $75 in shipping and fees for a $100 item. Is it worth it? Not a rass. So I highly recommend reading their shipping policy prior to purchasing if you live outside of Canada so you won’t be hit by any expensive surprises.
And their email response time needs improvement. After 7 days without an update after order was placed, sent email. Waited over 3 days to get a response to my query then sent a follow up email.

I got my wife's $5000 diamond ring repaired here. The setting was starting to loosen after twenty years. I was a little worried but the service and quality of workmanship was excellent! They explained the whole procedure to me and gave different options. I was very pleased with the results.

I had such a great experience buying a watch from here, I purchased online from Ducci Jewellers through Amazon to have it shipped to Toronto. It turned out I was going to be out of town for a couple days during the delivery window so I reached out to Joseph to ask if we could arrange delivery to a Canada Post office instead. I came to this store to have my watch serviced. They were extremely open and honest about what needed to be done. They gave me a fair estimate, and when I received it the charged me 100 less. These guys are that honest! Extremely fair. My watch is now running at around 1 sec a day which is crazy for a watch from the 80s. I have absolute confidence in this shop.
Also, the gentleman in charge of watches gave me a tour of his collection which was an added bonus.

I bought 4 cake jars and they were all delicious! I finally found a baker that doesn’t make extremely sweet cakes. The balance is just perfect. My favorite was the vanilla apple-pear. The freshness and flavor were excellent. I will definitely buy again.

Had a great experience up until I received the flowers which were for my wife's birthday. It was completely different from what was advertised.

What Bloomex sent was exclusively budding flowers (see photo) which did not start blooming until 3-4 days after the delivery date. I complained to Bloomex and attached a photo.

I got a brush off saying that they send "budding, not fully bloomed flowers, so your recipient can enjoy them longer." This annoyed me because I have purchased flowers before and I know it is not the norm for only budding flowers to be sent. I had to send the photo again and ask them how they would feel if their spouse had received something like this for a birthday or other occasion. I was never offered a refund, only store credit, which might have to be used on something other than flowers to avoid another situation like this.

The 1 star is for the atrocious customer service.

Edit: Yes they were late. Asked to be morning delivered and they came around 2h30. I guess it was because more people had ordered for the same funeral celebration and they got delivered all at the same time. They were not as beautiful as the pictures but still nice.

I placed an order last week for a bouquet made of 100 roses. On the phone, Sally was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding — she truly deserves 5 stars for her service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

However, what I received was extremely disappointing. Instead of a professionally arranged bouquet, I got two completely different bundles of flowers simply thrown together and wrapped in plastic. There was zero effort in presentation — not even the stem lengths were matched. It honestly looked like two random bunches from the store were just pushed together and handed to me.

This is not acceptable for a paid floral arrangement, especially one that was supposed to be special. A complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience. Definitely not what I ordered, and absolutely not worth the price.

He patiently understood what I was looking for and assisted in giving me suggestions and also offered a 15% promo code. I recommend using chat to place orders so you know what your getting. Came here to enjoy the touch of pink party. Beautiful place beside the water & great service. Had a Splendid time! Drinks were a bit pricey, but it's understandable. It is located in the old port.

Notable for its beautiful architecture. A few stores inside looked interesting. The food court seemed good, although I didn't try it. Paid parking is available in the vicinity. A must-see attraction for visitors to Old Montreal.

This is the landmark public market building along Rue St. Paul in Old Montreal. Fitted next to the historic Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel, the Bonsecours Market was build in Neo-Classical style by William Footner between 1844-47 and features a column lined entrance and two storey dome. It has been recognised as a National Historic Site in Canada since 1984.

The market building is attractive from the outside. Within you find a couple floors of shopping space lined with boutique retail, apparel and food shops, art galleries as well as a few places to grab a bite to eat. It is a neat venue to walk through and spend a bit of time while sightseeing around Old Montreal.

It's like an indoor market, lots of small shops that sells crafts and souvenirs, as well as clothing. Washrooms available on site, multiple gates in different direction. Nice to take a little walk inside, and may be buy a couple of things.

This is one of the best markets in old Montreal to buy souvenirs. There are a number of shops, most of which sell souvenir items. Their products are og different designs and accommodate to different tastes and ages.

If you love Burlesque, you’ll love this place. The dazzling performances of the cabaret dancers just catch the eyes. The service from our waitress was amazing. The team is devoted to making sure we are well treated. The food was so good too. I highly recommend making your reservation after 8pm to see more shows. The restaurant turns into a nightclub as the night goes through.

Love, love love this place!! Everything about Bord’elle screams Moulin Rouge vibe and brings you to another world. As soon as you walk in the decor is out of this world and the entertainment is classy but racy at the same time. The food was great, I ordered the short ribs entrees the meat was fall off the bone tender and everything was super decadent. There was a cook DJ all night playing good music and the after party got even more wild. I am absolutely going back and anyone who comes to Montreal from out of town should definitely hit this place up!!

Food was fabulous. I loved the service. I caught this place on F1 weekend. I went there for late dinner on the bar. Amanda was my server and she was just fabulous. The show was amazing. Converts into club after 11 PM

Such a cool experience! Dinner reservation at 9pm for a large group, service was great, food was amazing! We had a set menu which was fantastic with meat and vegetarian options! The shows only start around 9pm so make sure to book a late dinner! This place turns into a club around 10:30-11pm. Music was good and the shows throughout were fantastic. We stayed until around 12:30am. Coat check is free before 10pm. This place is pricy but the experience was totally worth it and the service was great!

The women’s bathrooms were down some very very steep stairs, was pretty scary. But the bathrooms were incredible! The men’s bathrooms are on the main floor.

Would recommend! It’s a pretty mixed crowd, lots of people in their 30s-50s. Good bachelorette party spot!
