Durand Bridal is the only reason I was able to get my wedding dress in time for my wedding. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Leslie and her team. Leslie went above and BEYOND to help me get my dress after my local bridal shop scammed me out of my money. Leslie was able to secure my dress from the designer and ensured that she would have it for me before my big day. The communication was beyond anything I ever expected. After everything I had gone through with my local shop, I was scared, heartbroken, and felt like I couldn't trust anyone. Leslie called me and text me several times to reassure me that she had MY dress and I was HER bride. Hearing those words was the most comforting and reassuring thing. And after everything, she even hooked me up with the most incredible seamstress who was able to do all of my alterations with only one fitting. I had my heart set on this dress, and without Leslie and her team, my dream would have been absolutely crushed. I will always recommend Leslie and Durand Bridal. My daughter and I stopped in at Durand Bridal on a Sunday afternoon in June - without an appointment - and were warmly greeted by staff. We were not expecting that they would be able to allow my daughter to try on some dresses for her 2026 wedding without an appointment but they were only too happy to accommodate us. Gracie was our appointed stylist and what a gem she is! So professional and helpful! Gracie completely understood my daughter's wish for a grand ball gown style dress and after trying on several dresses, found THE dress. The dress of her dreams. A big bonus that the dress also happened to be on sale. We returned a week later with my daughter's bridal entourage and went through the dresses again for comparison. All that were present LOVED the dress too! My daughter is extremely fussy and was anxious over such a momentous decision but all of her concerns were put to rest in the competent hands of Gracie and staff. There was never a hint of pressure or any sense of feeling rushed whatsoever. I would wholeheartedly recommend Durand Bridal for selection, staff and top notch service. From trying on, buying, and picking up my dress, the experience I had with Durand was perfect. As someone who’s very picky, my consultant, Kora, truly could not have done any better than she did. I went in with a pretty clear vision in my head, and Kora pulled a dress that captured all the aspects I imagined, but also exceeded my expectations tenfold, all while being in budget. I can’t thank her enough for making my dress dreams come true. It’s clear that the entire Durand team absolutely loves what they do, and that’s reflected throughout the whole experience.

Brittany was the associate who helped me and it was by far the best experience I have had dress shopping. Not only did I end up finding the perfect dress, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the entire process. It felt like I was with a friend The whole time! She really made the moment special when I found the one, and didn’t put any pressure on me to make a decision right away.

This is a first class Auto Parts & Repair Center with the Best services all the way from the Reception/management to the Highly skilled mechanics and body specialist.
They have the best customer care and humble simplicity. I had a great experience when they attended to my Tucson and owe them some respect. I would recommend this place for anyone in need of the best results.

I had some rust removed off the back of my truck and it had made a hole through the truck. They did an amazing job patching and repairing it, and it looks like a brand new trunk door was put on. Also, the service was very friendly and very professional and the cost was quite a bit lower than I expected, I will return and have more work done in the future and highly recommend Eagle Head Auto! Bad experience I got paid for a lot for the service and they don’t get fix properly the nuts on my car and while i drive I noticed noise on my car and I check it on it I saw this thing two bolt not properly back in place… it’s expensive labour on this shop not recommended it…

I got a flat tire on the highway, and even though they were already closed, they still went out of their way to help us. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, we were able to continue our 300 km journey safely. Truly grateful for their excellent service! Highly recommend!

We drove to Calgary from the US to find a prom dress from my daughter. We luckily went to Echo Evenings first. The staff, Luisa was very patient with us. We had to leave their store first to look for some other options around town.

We ended up going back to this store because of the following reasons:

-Their selections of clothing are elegant and updated!

- Echo Evenings Dresses are clean and you will not think of being grossed to try them on like the other places! The other stores tag price are rocket high and somewhat old and dusty!

- Their staff Luisa was really hands-on in helping you out till you find what you really like. You will never find as helpful as Luisa. Thank you!

I'm so glad to find this store and would go back to buy prom dress, we got 3 more years to go. I highly recommend Echo Evenings in Calgary!

I can’t recommend Echo Evenings enough! Our experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. The staff helped my daughter, Kennedy, find a beautiful grad dress and even made great suggestions for alterations that could be done to make it the dress of her dreams. The customer service, kindness and attention to detail was exceptional. The alterations we had done were high quality and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be bringing my other daughter here when it’s her turn in a few years. Parking is free on evenings & weekends, it’s also convenient access from the ctrain. We highly recommend Echo Evenings, you won’t be disappointed!

My experience from start to the very end was impeccable. I made my cart online to just try on some dresses. When I got there they were all ready for me in a dressing room. I tried them all on and then I found my dream dress. It's true when they say when you know you'll know, my dream dress made me cry.
The deposited structure was great. My dress was ordered and came in right on time. When it arrived I went in to get measured. They altered my dress PERFECTLY for. I originally wanted to change the shape to make it more mermaid but was advised not to and I am so glad I listened to them and did not do it.
I picked up my dress a week before my wedding and it was steamed. They also steamed my veil for me. Everything was perfect and ready to go.
Everyone that works there at some point helped me and worked with me. They are all such amazing women. I recomend this bridal store 100000%.

We have so many amazing thoughts and feelings about Beth and her perfect photos! First off, I can’t believe how lucky we were that Beth wasn’t booked when I reached out less than a year away from our wedding, as I’d been admiring her photography for years! She immediately made us feel so important and cared for in our very first phone conversation to begin the planning. As the date got closer, I had a few questions, and Beth didn’t hesitate to hop on the phone and work out the finer details with me, which was so appreciated!

Then came the day, and I cannot believe we had never met, because it felt like we had known her our whole lives! She made us feel so comfortable and special and was truly there for us and our people! We both felt very uncomfortable in front of the camera, but within minutes, it felt like we got professional photos done all the time. Beth was high energy and knew exactly what she was doing to bring out our most natural personalities and get the best shots! It really felt like she should have been a guest at our wedding, she fit right in, and we had countless guests comment on how lovely she was and how great she was at her job!

Now- the photos!!!! I couldn’t have imagined receiving a more perfect gallery from our day! She caught the moments that I didn’t even know I needed and we really feel like we can relive the day through the pictures. The photos are amazing and I know we will treasure them for life! I would like to start with saying I would HIGHLY recommend Eric to anyone looking for beautiful photos. Eric did both our Engagement and Wedding photos, and we are SO happy with our choice.

Eric is extremely professional, experienced, and very obviously loves what he does. He knows all the perfect "hidden" areas in the Banff and Canmore area. He takes and provides a range of photo styles - so you get the perfect mix of artistic, posed, and candid photos in your album. The photos are beautifully edited while still looking natural. The photos were returned in a very timely matter after each set was shot, and they were well worth the (short!) wait.

Eric helped make our big day worry free. He was on time and was able to "take the lead", making sure to get all of the perfect shots while we were busy getting ready and enjoying our day. He is excellent with kids and very easy to get along with.

No matter what you need, you couldn't go wrong with Eric!

So unbelievably happy with our choices to choose Eric to immortalize our wedding ceremony. Very friendly, professional, punctual, stress free photographer. Made great recommendations and followed our request as well. Great communication and speak both languages.

I recently moved to the country from the UK and I have no family here, I was nervous to pick a dress alone, no bridesmaids with me or my mum. Vania picked perfectly for me, she really listened to details I loved and selected for my shape and style. My husband and I got married on Aug 9th 2025 and we can’t say enough good things about Lisa and her team!

My mom and I originally were going to plan and organize it all ourselves, but we met Lisa at a bridal fair about two years prior and I’m so glad we did! She kept us on track the entire time leading up to the big day. She suggested vendors within our budget and came up with some amazing ideas that our guests loved!

If that’s not convincing enough her and her team really came through on the rehearsal day and the day of. Her team was at the venue as soon as we got the keys and they were setting up the exact thing that we had pictured without me or my mother having to worry at all.

Lisa took the reins and the day of, was super easy and low-stress for me and my mother who was helping me plan! She took care of the timing and stepped in seemingly to be in many different places at once. She always made sure the bridal party was taken care of at all times and she made sure that the guests were informed and having fun!

Fantastic service from the moment we walked in. The two gentlemen working were friendly, engaging, and incredibly helpful. They have the biggest selection of edibles I’ve come across—seriously impressive. This is definitely my new go-to stop whenever I’m passing through Strathmore. They are also Pet Friendly. Any place that allows baby goats, is a place I highly recommend!

Wonderful experience here! I'm a newbie and have only patronized one shop where I'm from, but was in town for a kids hockey tournament and this anxious mama needed some help surviving the crowd.
The location itself is convenient, and welcoming. Very clean and bright. The staff was friendly right from entering, and listened to exactly what my needs were to make recommendations based on their own experiences. I picked two new things to try, within my comfortable dose, and even got one of them on a deal. Thank you for being so awesome to shop with!

The staff were so friendly and assisted us right away..we used the digital menu that was super easy we were able to pull up all the deals that were applicable to us. 5 out 5 very good place

Now, I would like to start by saying I have always had a 5 star experience here, up until my last visit on June 5th.
I submitted my order online as I usually do as I try to make it as easy as possible when I come in as I am super indecisive, well normally I get an e-mail within 10 minutes or so saying my order is ready for pickup, well, not this time. After about 2 hours of waiting I decided to just go to the store because at this point they were closing in under a half an hour and didn't want to cause anyone to have to stay late. Well I get there, and myself and one other gentleman walk in at the same time to find the store completely empty with nobody behind the till, and the phone ringing and not being answered, it stayed this was for at least 10 minutes until the older lady with grey hair comes in the front door chatting with a couple of other people, which is fine, I assume there was a reason for her absence in the store and I was not upset at all about having to wait.
She comes behind the counter and picks up the phone, to which from what I could hear was another customer who had placed an online order that was not ready as well, to which she was very defensive on the phone about how she doesn't have time to check, and that they just need to come in instead. So at this point there is 5 or 6 people including myself waiting to be seen, she helps the gentleman that originally came in at the same time as me and then goes to the back to grab another employee who was doing inventory, or something of the sort, to come help up front. So he comes in and welcomes me with a friendly smile and personality as usual, I have always had incredible service from him and I wish I could remember his name. Anyways, I explain to him that I placed an online order a couple of hours ago, but I don't think it has been picked yet, to which before he can say anything the older lady from the other side of the counter who was dealing with another customer stops mid sentence with her customer to proclaim "HA! That's what I have to say to that!" whilst looking at me, which then caused the store to go quiet, and everyone else in the store to look at me as if I had done something wrong, which as someone who has social anxiety, really made me feel quite self conscious and uncomfortable.
Since 2019 I have been almost entirely loyal to Fire and Flower, and after adding up only my online orders I have spent a total of $7,266.18 in this store. That is an average of almost $1,500 a year, which to me, is a fair bit of money. I can honestly say, because of this experience, I likely will not be back, which is unfortunate, because every other employee I have dealt with has been incredible every single time. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if something was going on for her personally, but the way I was treated, and the level of integrity towards her place of employment was not acceptable.
I hope that this review can serve to help the management and owners understand that one negative experience from a single interaction can have significant financial repercussions on the business as a whole.
Going forward I will likely be taking my business to Canna Cabana in East Hills, as I have always been treated well.
I hope that one day maybe I can give Fire and Flower a chance again, but at this time I do not feel comfortable walking in the door.

Held a small (under 50 person) wedding here over the Thanksgiving weekend, we sure lucked out with weather! This little gem was perfect for our family and friends to gather. An old house, but with cute accents and details. It was perfect. We did leave a note with those minor technical issues! They had folding chairs and tables, I was able to tuck away the house decor in the cupboards and put up our table clothes, decor and floral arrangements!
Beds are a bit hard but wasn’t a huge make or break for me.
The huge deck out back really helped make it feel fun, and gave space for everyone to hang out and not be elbow to elbow inside. For the back yard we got more leaves to cover some of the patchy grass from autumn, but a decently sized yard. Highly recommend for a cozy feeling! I will cherish the memories made here.

Everything was great through to visiting the venue and meeting with Paula and her team. When I was leaving I asked the next steps to pay the deposit and secure the date. I was told to email once I confirmed with my family that we were good to go. I emailed confirmation later that evening (June 8).

It's now July 2, and after multiple emails and phone messages, I have not heard a word back from Paula. Nothing.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement as everything about Four Sisters Farm checked all our boxes for what we were wanting for this special day.

Is it a beautiful space, yes!
Is it reasonably priced compared to other similar venues, yes!
Is the communication from the venue owner good, absolutely not!!! When planning any event no matter the size, good communication with potential and paying customers is KEY!!!

I have always had my heart set on getting married here ever since my friend chose this venue for her wedding in 2019. I was a bridesmaid in that wedding and after that night, I knew Gathered would be at the top of my list when it was my turn to get married.

My sister also got married here a year before I did, which proves how special and sought after this venue is.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Alysa, Elaine, Ashley and her team. It went exactly how we envisioned it and our guests had such an amazing time. They raved about the food, the beauty of the venue, and the friendly hard-working staff.

Gathered offers an “all inclusive” type package of sorts which includes elements that take the pressure and stress off the bride and groom with wedding planning. This venue works well with all sorts of themes and aesthetics. The natural beauty of the space offers such a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony and reception.

It’s a bonus that this venue is close by to Airdrie and North Calgary. There’s several hotels to choose from in Airdrie to host your guests, and there’s also a campground nearby.

The food is absolutely amazing. Elaine puts so much care and love into what she serves you and your guests. Everything we had at our wedding was outstanding.

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The Gathered and Fiore team are great to work with and they make sure everything is taken care of on your big day. You won’t regret booking them!

I would give this venue 100 stars if I could. I got married here in September and every time I see a guest of our wedding they cannot stop gushing about the beautiful venue, the exquisite food, and the warm, wonderful service. Alysa and Elaine are true gems, you feel like part of the family and you can definitely feel the love in the food. What they've created here is pure magic, thank you for sharing your home with us, we loved everything about it.

We got married at the Gathered in September 2023 and I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. First and most obvious, the entire property is absolutely beautiful. When we first toured the space, my husband and I both fell in love with it immediately. It truly took my breath away. It's incredibly peaceful, welcoming, and radiates with love. The perfect vibes you want for your wedding. From the farm fields and flower gardens, to the sunflowers and tall trees, and of course the stunning and romantic reception tent and bridal cottage, the Gathered is a wedding venue like no other. Secondly, the team behind the Gathered is an absolute dream. As a family-run business, you can feel the heart and passion behind what they do. It's not about making money for them, they're truly passionate about making your wedding dreams come true. I don't even know where to start with Alysa and Elaine. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream team to work with. Always on top of things, with regular emails, information packets, and check-in meetings. Alysa is incredibly organized, efficient, professional, and knowledgable. Answering my endless type A emails (sometimes multiple a day), ensuring everything is in place so wedding day goes off without a hitch. And Elaine's food. OH MY GOD. To die for. That is the #1 comment we got on our wedding: that it was the best wedding food our guests had ever had. You can taste the passion in her cooking. I could go on forever, because getting married at the Gathered and working with Alysa and Elaine was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. If you're looking for an outdoor wedding venue, I cannot recommend the Gathered enough. You will not be disappointed. In fact, it will exceed your expectations ten fold!

What a great place for a wedding venue. My son and now daughter-in-law were in great hands. Elaine, Ashly and the entire staff was friendly, professional and always helpful. Came here for my class 5 road test today and I have to say... IMPECCABLE service. Going into it I was so nervous, but my examiner was super supportive and professional. Overall, this was a five-star experience. The tester was understanding, patient, and didn't overstep at all.

I just had a pretty bad experience at this place,.
This was usually a nice place to get our business done, license plates, registry and such. but the last couple of times I have been there have not been the best. I booked my road test this year again and they cancelled because they argued I was late, which I was not,!! there was only 1 person attending and it was until one more attendant appeared that I was called, by then 4 minutes after my appointment has passed, so, they told me I can not do the road test and have to book one more time, ( last year they cancelled my test due to the weather she said, but no reimbursement,)I explained to them that I was there just before 2:45pm which was the time my test was booked at, but no one was there, they kept arguing that I was late instead of getting me into the test, saying that I should have come in and yell them that I was there and needed to be attended,( who actually does that?), I explained that I will not be that guy that will come in to a store and start yelling and demand to be attended!, but she said that is what I was supposed to do. I guess from now on, anybody could come in demanding and yelling and will be ok.( I was supposed to be there half hour before, Yet, I was there on time for my test,, why would you schedule someone at certain time then you tell them they have to be half hour before the schedule??)
anyways. I will call this a SCAM! apparently, I will have to book my road test for the 3rd time, but will not go back to that place unless I have no option, and will suggest to anybody to avoid it badly, and avoid this "scamming" situation, road test are not cheap this class 6 will cost me now more than 6oo, but at least the money will go to someone else, Im afraid now of taking that test which they will say I have failed and make me pay again. too sad that it is the only option in town, but I would rather drive a few kms far.

This was my first time using this office, and I was very satisfied. The agent who waited on me was friendly and engaging, and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

i luv michael! he does great work everytime i see him, have gotten 4 rings reshaped as well as 2 resized. i will always return here! my only concern is that my emerald is now cracked and it was not before :((( i will return of course, not sure what happened this time and hope for at least a refund because of the emerald being broken.

We're so grateful to have found a wonderful jeweller nearby! Michael and his work are fantastic! We had a wedding band made larger, an engagement ring re-shaped, claws re-built and both polished. Michael did a beautiful job restoring and resizing my mother's 50+ year old wedding rings! They looked brand new. He was he quick and friendly, and very fair in his pricing. Would definitely recommend supporting this local jeweller!

Michael worked his magic on my husband's wedding band that was lost on a construction site for a month. When his ring was found, it was chipped, scratched and badly damaged. Michael made my husband's ring look brand new. He did such a beautiful job repairing the ring. Michael also fixed my broken chain and cleaned two pendants that are 40 years old, now they look brand new again. Highly recommend Michael.

I have recently had my wife’s engagement ring fixed by Michael at Golden Hands Jewlery in Strathmore after the diamond was knocked out, apparently not a very hard hit but enough to break the arms off. This had happened once before and we’d taken it to the city to be repaired. After a week of having no time to run into the city, I thought that we must have someone in Strathmore, and fortunately I did a quick search and found Golden Hands Jewlery. Michael is an extremely qualified jewler/gemologist, the ring looks absolutely fantastic. He has set the diamond more securely than it was originally, he’s polished it immaculately, just a fantastic job. He took the time to explain his process before doing any work and had it back to me in short order. It is great to have someone in town that does such exceptional work and is a genuinely great person to meet with and have this work completed by. Thanks again Michael for your attention to detail and exceptional work. I will most certainly pay you a visit again for any work I need done!

I had a fantastic experience at this boutique! Shopping is by appointment, which allows for a personalized experience, but Ege kindly accommodated me on short notice. She helped me try on so many beautiful dresses from their collection! I loved the colours, fabrics, styles, and overall quality. Ege was also very understanding and flexible when discussing the store's policies on shipping, exchanges, and refunds. I’ll definitely be checking this store first for my next event, and I already have my eye on another dress I loved! I’ve attached a photo of one of the dresses I loved! The store owners, two lovely ladies, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They offered us drinks during our visit and patiently allowed me to browse and try on as many dresses as I liked. Their boutique was beautiful, and they also carry bridesmaid dresses. I appreciated their transparency, as all pricing is clearly listed on their website. Although I didn’t find my dress here, I would highly recommend this boutique to any bride. It was truly an amazing experience!

I love love love this boutique - tried on several dresses and all were high quality and beautiful. Especially loved that HerCloset provides a kind of Say Yes To The Dress bridal consultation feel to every appointment. The space is luxurious, and Ege was very attentive and astute with helping me pick styles that would suit my body type. There’s a LOT of variety & whilst I personally ended up finding my dream ‘princess running barefoot through fields’ vibe, you could def find also sexy, classy, or prom pretty! Would 100% recommend!

This is the 3rd time we have visited this church while passing through. A very family friendly and community centered church.

They have a large enterence and an area to meet by the kitchen. I attended for a funeral and am from out of town. There is a large parking lot and it is wheelchair accessible. There is alot of space between rows and very comfortable if you are worried about being close to others. The sounds is also very good.

They kicked me out for no reason a few years ago (2013). I was in depression at that time and they couldn't handle it on talking about it with me so they told me to leave and never come back... The food there were good and there are some good people in there. Just not enough I suppose.... It was fun while it lasted. Had some good moments which I'll never forget in my lifetime, but if you don't want to get kicked out for no reason, don't go to this church. (September 24th at 10:00 Pm)

Worship music really connects you with the holy spirit. Pastor Glen is a godly man with a great sense of humor. Spirit filled congregation. Love it.❤
