Unbelievable experience for myself and my fur baby, Molly. When I dropped her off at Hot Dog's, I knew she was in loving hands. Molly and I have had quite the last couple of years, so to find someone I could trust made my day. Molly behaved very well because of the one on one time. Please take your pets there, she is amazing. My baby was a rescue and her previous so-called humans were disgusting and ultimately banned from having the privilege of ever having another animal. Molly rescued me and here we are in the amazing town of Strathmore. Just keep believing, find the best like I did

I took my 8 month old Milo in yesterday and he looks just great. He can be difficult since he is still young and a little hyper. She did a fantastic job and he finally found a cat he can play with. Ours just runs.

Never met a human that loves animals as much as A.J does! She takes great care of my mini schnauzer and he smells like cupcakes when he comes home! Highly recommend!

I brought in my little Van Halen who Is difficult to say the least and hates being groomed. She was able to get him groomed and did an amazing job! He looks adorable and she was extremely reasonably priced.

Hubbub crafts came out to our volunteer appreciation night and hosted an amazing rustic sign event! Everything was super organized. They also brought lots of extra supplies and options for those who didn’t choose their templates or signs ahead of time. Carleyne and her team were really easygoing and flexible. Thanks for a great night!

There isn’t a better photographer we could’ve possibly wanted to work with for our wedding than Jenna! From the beginning, she was so patient, helpful, and detailed through all of the wedding planning. She answered all of our questions and came up with such great ideas for our special day. When the weekend came, we had a bit of surprise circumstances that called for last minute change of plans with our ceremony site and photoshoot locations and Jenna wasn’t phased at all. She was very kind and understanding and quickly came through with amazing backup solutions that worked out so seamlessly! She took away any stress we could’ve had and thought of things we didn’t, all so we could just enjoy the day and be in the moment! She captured such special and beautiful moments in the exact style we were looking for. We would absolutely recommend her over and over again to anyone else and would be so lucky to work with her again!

Jenna was the photographer for our heli-elopement in the Rocky Mountains, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On the morning of our elopement, the flights were grounded at our original takeoff location. Jenna quickly sprang into action, reaching out to some pilots she knew, and we were able to fly out from Golden, BC. Despite the unexpected change in plans, she stayed calm and kept us informed every step of the way, reassuring us that we’d still have an amazing day and get beautiful photos—she couldn’t have been more right!

Throughout the day, we were lucky enough to capture stunning shots in the mountains, by lakesides, on the helicopter, and even on a mountaintop despite freezing winds, ice pellets, and very cold conditions. Jenna handled it all with grace, and even when we wanted to give up due to the cold, she encouraged us and helped us feel at ease throughout the whole day. Her guidance and patience were so appreciated, and the photos are absolutely breathtaking.

We’re so thankful that we chose Jenna to capture our special day. These memories will be something we’ll cherish and share with our family and friends for years to come.

The planning of our wedding was complicated- we planned the wedding in only a few months from London UK, during the covid pandemic. The wedding was held at my grandparents' cabin in Kananaskis Country, Alberta. The cabin is rustic, hard-to-find, and has literally no reception. In short, there was so much uncertainty and so many ways things could have gone wrong! But Julianne was by our side every step of the way; we never doubted she had everything under control. Julianne maintained a positive outlook while also being realistic with us about possible challenges related to the pandemic, our remote and rustic venue, and our budget.

Julianne, her team, and the vendors she selected executed an event that felt truly magical. When we arrived at the cabin on our wedding day and we saw how Julianne had brought the vision to life, I was truly speechless (and then burst into happy tears!). Julianne had brought to life dreams I didn't even know I had! We had a wonderful trip. Shelly Neal did an impressive booklet to go along with our recent cruise so we knew exactly what to expect on board and at port each day. She did our pre trip hotel stay, had our luggage taken to the ship and everything just fit into place from our parking spot to our excursions at port. It made our travel a very relaxed hassle free experience. 👍

Anita at Kalidescope travel was so helpful. We wanted to experience a stay at an over water bungalow resort. Anita’s suggestion and attention to what we wanted was right on. Our view was magical from our bungalow and the resort and staff were amazing.

The trip was fantastic! The condo was amazing with the most spectacular views. We could see whales and sea turtles from our balcony! I loved the area we were in and the beach access from our condo! The sunsets were breath taking each night! All travel and flights worked very well.

Anita helped us book our first cruise. She organized all the details, flights, hotels, excursions, and all the options within the cruise. Every aspect was explained clearly and thoughtfully. We will definitely use Kaleidescape Travel and Cruise again!

This charming place offers lunch and snacks (I highly recommend the cinnamon buns!). Kim started slaving away in her home kitchen to bring her home cooked deliciousness to catered events. As the business grew into favorable love, she expanded to this cafe... where you can stop by for lunch or a snack without an invite to her home :). Friendly people, wholesome food!

The fish and chips was pretty good I enjoyed my meal although I wish the fish was haddock and not pollock. For the price you pay best bang for your buck in Strathmore.

Excellent breakfast for only $6.99, including coffee (and all the cream you want.) The eggs are always perfect no matter which way I asked them to be cooked. The Cook came out to ask customers how they enjoyed their meal. Awesome place!

Great food at a reasonable price. Service is great. Part of our order got lost in the shuffle on a very busy evening (not a free seat in the place). Didn't complain, they picked up on it right away. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so, no big deal. Tried to pay, they comped the whole bill, and gave us pie!!! They had me at free home made pie!!! Have been there a dozen times at least, that was the only hiccup to speak of. Breakfast special every day until 11. $6 or $7 for a full breakfast. Just as fast as the McDicks here and 100 times the quality for breakfast. Can't go wrong!!!

This place is now called PJ,S. We had a family outing 4 adults and 2 children. Food was fantastic, big portions, tasty and it was presented well. Our waitress was very attentive, and frequently came back to make sure our needs were met. All entrees came with either soup or salad and at the end a piece of soooooo good pie all for under $15. Kids eat free after 4 so our total bill was under $65. This was our first time here but will most certainly not be our last. 5 stars for sure. And the owner/chef e cdn came and talked to us. Fantastic

What a great park to bring the family to. Nice playground with the soft rubber underfoot, beautiful trees, the serenity of a little lake (no swimming though) a paved trail winds its way around. Of course theres a pavilion, picnic areas, benches are scattered throughout - and of course theres a kid's splash park operating from the May long weekend til Fall! You're only a very short walk from the downtown core with its shops, ice cream parlour, bakery, theater, restaurants...

It's not a bad park took my niece fishing and found out you need to be under 16 or over 65 to fish in the pond. If I would have know that before I would have gone somewhere else. So both of could have done some fishing.

Nice splash park for kids that are a bit bigger. Most of the sprayers are more aggressive in my opinion, so I don't feel they're as nice for really little ones.

I've gone a couple times now at 10:30am and again at 4:30pm, both during the week and it wasn't busy. I'm not sure what weekends would be like though.

This is the Kinsmen park I wish we had in Prince Albert. Clean, well kept and cat. The lovely wife and I stopped for a impromptu walk while passing through and played a little Pokemon Go. Beautiful flowers, clean seating areas and just enough off the beaten path as to be nice and quiet. A wonderful picnic spot or quick walking path to clear the mind.

Kathy was amazing to work with from the very start. She replied quickly to my inquiries and offered in person or virtual meetings to review options. We did not choose traditional invitations for our event, as it is a small party attending, but we did have a number of stationary options made. Kathy custom created beautiful event cards, menus, thank you cards, hotel door handle hangers and so much more! She went back and forth with us as many times as needed, until we were happy with the design and layouts. The system used for proofing and edits was very helpful and streamlined to make everything easy to view, in one location. Thank you so much Kathy, we will be forever grateful.

Kara is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She listens to you when you tell her what you want for your hair, and will do everything possible to ensure she gives you the exact colour/cut/style you want. Kara is amazing at making you feel welcomed and comfortable in the salon. You always leave feeling absolutely beautiful and confident.

GlobalFest's first event with HECKYA started with Fire On The Lake 2020 in Lakewood of Strathmore. During the height of a global pandemic, that shut down live Canada Day celebrations across the nation, GlobalFest in partnership with HECKYA, produced the largest live Canada Day Pyromusical Presentation in Western Canada. To help our audiences (who all stayed in their homes) in Strathmore, Calgary, across the nation and internationally, we had cameras mounted in a helicopter, on drones and land-based cameras capturing the show for livestreaming and then for a post-production video, which you can see today at the HECKYA website. We've done more pyromusical aerial fireworks shows since for live and streamed audiences and have a massive schedule of upcoming events. Scott and his crew are high energy, creative, solution creators, and definitely out-of-the-box event producers. We look forward to working with them on a number of exciting upcoming events. Just started our home building experience and Scott has been nothing but professional in every aspect.

We met Stephanie through a mutual friend and right away, we knew we wanted to work with her for our wedding. We originally had chosen a different decor vendor to work with but that quickly turned into a disappointing nightmare so when we met Stephanie, it was a huge relief to know that she understood our vision and she was so easy going and easy to talk to.
Stephanie’s catalogue of wedding decor is full of beautiful pieces to choose from. I found everything I wanted for our theme and could have added so much more because there is so many choices.
Stephanie was always prompt to reply to my messages and never left us hanging.
On the Friday before our wedding, I wanted to make a few slight changes and Stephanie was extremely accommodating and even went above and beyond to say “dont worry, I got you” which meant that she would bring extra linens to the venue and would make what I asked come to reality. The wedding decor was absolutely stunning!!

Lavish Linen and Decor was amazing to work with to plan our venue decor and make our vision come to life! We got married in a shop on the family farm, but after Stephanie and her team were done decorating it did not feel like a plain shop! Stephanie was great to work with as she really listened to what we wanted and she would propose great ideas if our 'plan A' didn't work for any reason. Stephanie was professional and polite and offered a variety of decor items! When I was in between ideas for table decor she let me borrow a few items to play around with different ideas. Reasonable price too compared to other decor rentals. Would recommend at least meeting with Stephanie especially if you are doing a large scale project as it really made an impact at our venue location on the farm. All in we rented fabric draping for the ceiling/walls, cafe lights, table linens, and table decor items... and she did our live greenery/flowers for guest tables. It all came together in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost!

Lavish is absolutely amazing!!! We could not have asked for more for our wedding. Stephanie went above and beyond and was AMAZING to work with. The whole process was so smooth, she was so easy to communicate with, and she has incredible experience, knowledge and artistry in her work. She did all of our decor and our florals and we could truly not be happier, everything was absolutely breathtaking!!! Her work is stunning and both us and all of our guests were blown away on our big day!! We highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!

Stephanie at Lavish just did both our decor and florals for our July 22 wedding in Calgary. Wow is all I can say. She absolutely knocked it out of the park! The decorations were absolutely stunning and she went above and beyond to create our vision but better! The flowers were STUNNING. Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. I’m even having them preserved because she did such a great job of capturing exactly what I had wanted. Stephanie is kind, professional, and experienced. I especially loved the ease at which she flipped our venue from ceremony to reception and then came and packed it all up afterwards. It was SO nice to not have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Stephanie and her services to anyone!

Stephanie and her team were great to work with! We came in with a moody romantic vision and it all came to life. Even with the little hiccups with our own pieces, they were able to accommodate and make it work. The floral pieces were stunning! Very happy we crossed paths during our reception location walk-thru.

Booked a team party and they decorated for us and everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with 22 kids and their adults.

Awesome little arcade gives something to do in Strathmore without having to go into the city. Clean place, nice atmosphere decent selection of arcade games. I would have preferred if all the machines took the same tokens, and if you could rent out the pool tables by the hour instead of struggling to get the right change all the time, but a really nice little arcade close to home.
Edit: you could just unlock the side of the coin operated tables and let people take out of the side collection rail, then it would be a time in / out at so much per hour... Just a thought! All the best and we'll see you again soon!

Went there tonight for the first time to play some pool. We ended up staying 3.5 hours. The facility is clean, well kept, with a nice variety of games like pinball, classic games, skeeball, basketball, buck hunter and some others. The staff was very friendly and the owner obviously takes a lot of pride in his company and was very welcoming.
This is a great place for teens to hang out and I hope to see more people support this small business. Strathmore definitely needed something like this!

We booked a limo for our anniversary in October 2024 and everything about the booking was smooth from start to finish. This is a great company to work with - everyone was lovely to deal with. We would definitely use this company again. The car was spotless and on time and our driver's attention to detail and personality were spot on.

My Response to Limo To Go’s Misleading Reply

After my wedding, I posted a review explaining what happened. I later noticed it had disappeared, so I posted it again. It was removed a second time, and I found out the company had reported it as fake. I then sent Google proof, including my itinerary and confirmation email, showing my review was legitimate. Once verified, Google restored it.

The Address Was Correct
The confirmation email clearly listed the correct address, which shows up on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even a quick search. I even called the day before my wedding to confirm everything, including the address, and Naser assured me that they knew the location. On the day of the wedding, when the limo didn’t arrive, I called and was told the driver couldn’t find the address. When I reminded them the itinerary showed the correct location on Google Maps, the excuse then changed to “We tried calling you all morning.” In reality, there was only one missed call during my ceremony. Later, when I asked why I had been told they knew the address beforehand, Carol claimed Naser was the one who knew it but that he happened to be away in the mountains at the time. None of this adds up, since the correct address was always on the paperwork.

Backup Vehicle Only Provided After Pressure
Only after my friend, a lawyer, intervened and referenced contract law did the company suddenly find a vehicle. The driver, Abdulla Khan, even mentioned he had to skip another event to cover for us. Later, Naser admitted I should be “grateful” because they had to reassign a vehicle from another booking and downgrade that group, offering them a discount. That makes it clear there was no backup plan in place.

Late and Rushed Service
The replacement vehicle arrived two hours late. Despite the delay, we were rushed through our time because the driver had another scheduled event. It made no sense that we were hurried when the company was the one at fault for being late.

Charged Full Price for a Downgrade
The limo provided was smaller and in worse condition than what we had booked. Guests were overcrowded, some sitting on laps, and the steps were broken, forcing people to jump down instead of stepping out properly. Despite this downgrade, we were still charged the full agreed price.

Inappropriate Remarks
When I raised these issues afterward, Naser made offensive remarks about East Indians. When I challenged him, he tried to justify it by pointing to a negative experience with a former MP. This kind of comment had nothing to do with my situation and was completely unprofessional.

Overall
When things run smoothly, this company might perform as expected. However, when something goes wrong, instead of taking responsibility, they provide inconsistent excuses, delay solutions, and shift the blame onto the customer. My experience showed poor planning, lack of accountability, and inappropriate behavior.

My wife and I used Limo To Go for airport to lodge transportation and for a day trip to tour Banff and Lake Louise. Carol was great to deal with for setting things up and I would highly recommend Donnie for your driver. He knows the area, the people, the places to eat and is just a good guy. All of their vehicles were clean and in excellent condition and Donnie was a safe and friendly driver. We used their services for our airport travel from Calgary, around Kananaskis, Banff and Lake Louise.

We used Limo to Go for our wedding in September 2023. They were an absolute dream to work with, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for limo/luxury car services. Their office team was responsive to my many calls and questions, and was always organized and on top of any changes to the trips I needed to make. And their drivers were great! Showed up for all our trips on-time, very professional, helping with bags and showing us how to use the in-car Bluetooth system. Will definitely be using them as our go-to limo and car service company moving forward!

Nasir helped us out immensely as we were in a bind on NewYears Eve & he immediately came to the rescue. His professionalism, prompt responses & customer service is impeccable. Thanks Limo To Go!!! You are the best.

We are from Singapore and got fortunate to have engaged Linda for our wedding photography - she's such a cheerful and bright person, with very good knowledge and experience in this field, allowing me to look good and natural, and the colour tones she used were very perfect. She did an amazing job on mine and my families makeup for my wedding, taking our desires into consideration while doing what she knew would look best in each of us. We cannot speak highly enough about Kyley’s DJ services. From the outset, he was the gold standard against anyone else was compared. His knowledge of music planning, alternative choices to normal wedding songs, and flexible attitude to everything we did was beyond appreciated. When the music was going, he wasn’t afraid to jump in on line dancing to keep the dance floor going!

The only slight would be he pulled a prank on me with my wife, but I also appreciate their ability to keep it so well hidden the entire way!

Kyley was absolutely awesome, and kept the dance floor full the whole night. Super accommodating to show up early and give us his services for our ceremony too. He jumped in and helped our MC when needed and was super friendly to all our guests. Value compared to other companies we looked at is off the charts. We booked the Photo Booth and would absolutely recommend, we ended up with 320 hilarious photos throughout the night we would have never had, definitely worth it. 5 stars.

I hired this company for my daughters homeschool group to give them a school dance as well as my daughters birthday. He matched our excitement and definitely delivered. This company start to finish was pain free to work with and he took care of everything to entertain the kids and parents. He even went out on the dance floor teaching everyone to line dance and interacting with the audience. The kids got to pick all of their favorite songs and it all made them feel very special. Great DJ experience. Did our ceremony music as well as the reception. Since it was an out of town wedding, they came the day before and set up so it wasn’t stressful day of. Having check-in calls with her throughout the process also helped alleviate so much anxiety and pressure throughout the process, as she was always able to ground me, to the point that I joked she was becoming my therapist as well as our planner! In my mind, this showcases how much Charlotte truly cares about her clients.

She knew exactly when to step in and take charge, keeping us on track and ensuring no detail was missed.
