I seldom leave bad reviews, but honestly I have tried this place on many separate occasions and every time the staff is SO rude and cold.

This time I visited I was hoping to order the $75 bouquet listed on their chalkboard. The shop was empty, but I was told it would take 15–20 minutes because they had “other things to do we just opened” and also needed time to price the flowers, yet the shop had been open for at least 30min before I arrived. I was surprised by the tone and apologized, not realizing a pre-order was expected. I then agreed to select the flowers myself to speed things up.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. When I asked if we could reposition the flowers in the wrapping slightly, they began to fall out, and my follow-up request to adjust them back seemed to frustrate the staff. I left with a crumpled bouquet that didn’t reflect the $70 I spent. The flowers were decent.

While I tried to be polite throughout, the interaction left me confused and disappointed. I was hoping for a welcoming experience but sadly won’t be returning.

Just left this store after I tried to purchase fresh flowers. I came to purchase a custom bouquet for my condo and the lady made a comment about her premiums flower that I was interested in and suggested I didn’t know they were premium or that I would be concerned about the price. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This is a shop that has a limited supply of flowers and poor customer service

Cute spot with cool interior design, and the fresh-cut flowers look really nice. But they don't have a lot of different plants. A few days after buying, I saw my plants weren't that great, and one of my glass planters broke on its own. Honestly, not worth the price. I might go back for flowers or cacti, but not for other plants.

I placed an order calling from out of the province. My daughter received the bouquet in advance and the selection of flowers were perfect. Valerie asked pertinent question to guide her choice. In doing so, she nailed it. Thank you Valerie the colors reflect well my daughter and the balance created is both creative and harmonious.

Modest and remarkable florist offering a wide array to choose from.

For the size, this shop does everything it can, and more. Plants are organized appropriately and prices are laid out loud and clear. There is a wide variety to choose from, including fresh flowers, to succulents, cacti, air plants and yucca trees. There are also elegantly designed terrariums housed in glass.

I would offer a 5 star review, but there are two main issues I have with this store.

1. Upon entry, I was not greeted. It seems there was only one staff member working at the time, and it was a good 5 minutes before they came out from the back. I asked basic questions regarding plant care and options, and was given short, unenthusiastic answers.

2. This shops layout is very similar to other local plant stores (that aren’t related), and house identical plants and pots. There is no issue with that, but it is the fact that everything is more expensive than its counterparts (by a good 40%). There is still great variety, just be prepared to overpay for the majority of the items in house.

All together, this is a quaint little store that offers a wide variety of plants and planters, I would still recommend giving them a visit.

Had a really lovely and helpful experience here. I selected separate bundles of flowers to be made into a bouquet and it was constructed, trimmed, and bundled beautifully. When I said the flowers were a gift she insisted I select more ranunculus free of cost since the ones I had selected had some bruised petals. The result was a gorgeous bouquet that made a lovely gift. Thank you!

Was looking for a bouquet for a friend's birthday and found Eden flower shop on google maps.
Service was very friendly and fast and the staff offered a bouquet customized to my budget and requests. Prices were far better than other places I looked at. My friend loved her flowers!

I cannot recommend Eden Flowers enough. They organized a bulk of order of flowers with a two week turnaround for my wedding with so much ease and care. The owner helped me pick out the proper greenery and bring the vision of my wedding vases to life. They helped pack our car full of flowers and ensure they were properly package for a long drive. The flowers were exquisite and everything I hoped for. Their prices are beyond reasonable given the level of care and service. This family flower shop should be your go to. My favourite florist in the city - really convenient if you live in the Yonge st Clair area, but even if you don't, they have such a great selection of flowers and can arrange them into a beautiful bouquet for you in minutes. I've never left this shop disappointed

I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and had a fantastic experience .The fruit bouquet was beautifully arranged, super fresh, and delivered right on time. It was the perfect gift both stunning and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Wafaa was really great. I needed a last minute fruit flower arrangement and she made it in under 10 mins. Really grateful for the turnaround and care. She even saw I was on a bike and double-bagged the arrangement to keep it safe for my trip. Amazing customer service!

This location delivered my same-day order in just a handful of hours. I ordered a regular sized Simply Edible bouquet and it was fresh, bountiful and beautiful in presentation. The delivery person went out of their way to call my recipient and leave it at the door as the person receiving it was not home. When I called the brick and mortar store here, someone answered and was able to give me the confirmation of delivery. I would definitely order here again as the service and product were both top notch.

Worst experience ..

I had to call for delivery update at 1:30 and was advised we don't have a driver .  Then to be told we would be sending it by uber .  1 hr late.

Followed by a call 30 min later to say sorry no driver pls cancel or pick up your order. I'm 1.5 hrs away, it was to be there for an event at 1:00.

I had it picked up when received , it was a Sml version of what I paid for. Ordered large received sml , then was told they ran out of large bases.

The gardens were part of private estate of Rupert Edwards who has created the whole ensemble of rockery, waterfalls, bridges and later sold it to the city to become a public park. Toronto Botanical garden is operating 1.8 hectare portion of Edwards gardens. The place is not that large but has nice themed gardens and arboretum. There is an ample parking lot as well as cafe on-premises.

Stunning garden! The vibrant colours of the flowers and the well-manicured landscapes create such a serene atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful stroll or a picnic with friends and family. The variety of plants and the overall design were impressive, making it a photographer's dream.

I also appreciated the little seating areas scattered throughout the garden, perfect for taking a moment to simply enjoy the beauty around you.

If you're looking for a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend visiting this garden. I can't wait to go back in different seasons to see how the scenery changes!

Edwards Gardens is an easy-on-the-eyes patch of calm tucked just north of the city, and it’s free to enter.

We rolled up on a sunny Friday and parked for the maximum $8 for the day. Right as you enter, you’re met with a spread of botanical blooms that make you feel like you’ve accidentally wandered into a very well-maintained dream. And from there, the trails begin.

There’s a good mix of paved paths for stroller-pushers, flip-flop wearers, and cyclists, but also enough off-the-beaten-track paths to make you feel like you earned your ice cream after.

We clocked a casual 4 km without even noticing. The scenery keeps changing. One minute you’re looking at a quiet stream, the next you’re dodging squirrels who clearly run the place.

Birds chirping, chipmunks doing chipmunk things, and more wildflowers than I could count all woven into a trail that feels miles away from the honking of city life. Nature really popped off here.

Overall, Edwards Gardens isn’t flashy or overly curated (at least not a the time we visited), but it leads to wonderful trails into nature for a peaceful, slow walking kind of day.

A beautiful garden for hiking, walking and enjoying fresh weather or even meeting friends. It is a great spot for photo-shooting from spring to the end of fall! It has many beautiful plants and flowers during spring and summer. The park does not have any admission fee but you need to pay for parking.

Such a lovely shop! The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged, and the scented candles make the whole place smell amazing. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything here. It’s not just a flower shop. Highly recommend if you want something special!”

I would say that my experience was a solid 4 stars. I booked a booth for around $550 which got me a premium bottle I chose patron and mixes as well as booth service. The booth service thought out the night was fine but when I got there it took them almost 45 mins to set my booth up which was awkward as my group was there waiting for drinks. The other frustrating thing was that I was trying to get in touch with management for an entire week before my reservation to confirm if I could bring balloons/cupcakes in as it was my birthday, I called 6 times, left 3 voice mails, and messaged the IG account and no one got back to me. For the amount of $$ paid that night this was disappointing.

The music and drag show were great as always which is why I came back.

Demographic of people here is totally weird, I would say 70% girls/gays then 30% men on the prowl. At the end of the night a HUGE fight broke out and one guy was literally dragged out of the bar and ambulances had to be called. Realistically this isn’t the establishments fault but reflective of the people you might run into here.

This place is a lot of fun. Always starts off with a lot of women.
The men usually show up later.... There is a fun drag show that happens on saturday nights. That's the highlight of the evening.And then the party starts rolling after that. This is a great place to end your night. Because this place doesn't get jumping until after 1130 pm. That being said, drinks are very cheap compared to other places in the city so if you want to start your evening here you'll be making your own party, but it will be affordable. There's mostly latin music played all night long.So if you're not into latin music, don't go here. I have attended this place for many years it hasn't changed.

I rekindled with some old friends from years ago. We had a great time. The music was so good they played salsa, merengue, reggae, reggeton, R&B Everything. They also did a live performance which was fantastic and fun. Thanks for a great night

This club? A whole vibe. The staff were so cool, I was half-convinced they moonlight as superheroes. The music hit harder than my morning coffee, and every beat felt like it was made just for me. As for the atmosphere – I walked in and immediately forgot I had bills to pay. 10/10 would lose track of time (and possibly my voice) here again! 🎶💃🏻🍸

First time "clubbing" in like over 20yrs and I was fairly impressed that the music the same as when I went clubbing @18. It was a great mix of salsa and 2000s classics. The place was fairly clean. Loved it.

Just played at the updated El Mocambo in April with my tribute Pearl Jamming. We had an absolutely amazing experience. Danielle was great to chat with and was always welcoming. The sound is incredible there.
We sold out the Starlight Room with their help. They were sharing content that we would put up. It was a team effort across the board. Looking forward to another night at the legendary El Mo. Thanks Danielle!

A 10/10 experience on all fronts. We're a music school that selects various venues, from soft-seaters to local pubs, to provide our students with real-life performance opportunities. Without a doubt, this was the most seemless, high-quality, high-value experience we've been able to create for our top students.

Absolutely loved hosting an event at El Mocambo! Mike and his team were incredibly accommodating and beyond professional — they truly went above and beyond to make everything seamless. I didn’t have to worry about a thing; they had it all covered. Highly recommend this venue for any event, and I’ll definitely be back!

First time being there since the renovations. Stage viewable from everywhere! Drinks are average priced maybe a rad bit cheaper them other venues. Food wasn't being served when we went, but they do serve food. We went a couple doors down. Sound is great. Staff is wonderful, friendly and full of knowledge on the history of this venue. So many nostalgic stuff throughout the entire place, including the bathroom, which BTW it a Gender Neutral bathroom, meaning both men and women use the same space. Bathroom stalls are secure and door goes all the way from ceiling to floor. Each stall is decorated with copies of old music bills, showing what bands are playing many years ago. You could spend hours in there. Lots of neon lighting and LOTS of stairs.

Hey everyone! We just finished playing as an opener for our first show at The Elmo! No word of a lie, not a single complaint! The sound tech team was super approachable and helpful, you get a full screen with your bands name on it, and the whole staff rocks! Unreal sound, atmosphere, and venue as a whole! We used Element Event Solutions to rent coffee makers for our event. We are a not-for-profit so price is important to us. They were cheaper than what we had been paying and were much more convenient to pick up and drop off at! Their hours of operation were also very convenient. So glad we found this company. In December 2021 I reached out to Higgins Event Rentals for some red carpets for an event I was putting on for work. I received a speedy reply from Alicia, she was super helpful when providing the information I needed and answering all my questions. She made arranging delivery and pick up a breeze and I'm very pleased with the service that was provided. I'll be recommending this business to associates and friends if asked and will definitely be using Higgins Event Rentals again for my event needs. Thank you again!

We used Higgins Event Rentals for our son's baptism last summer. With all the restrictions we had to do it outside in our backyard and needed to set up a table for 25 people. Laura and Michelle were so incredibly amazing and patient with me working out different options and providing me with a quote each time. Delivery and pick up were scheduled and came on time and everything provided looked amazing :) I would 100% use Higgins Event Rentals!

I did not actually use this company, so I cannot comment on their product, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I filled out thier online quote and was informed that a representative would contact me for more information. I waited a week and no one called. I decided to call them and was told there was no record of my quote, so I placed the order over the phone. I gave my email address and was told to expect an email with billing information. No email arrived for several days. I called the company again this morning and explained what was going on. The woman who answered said she would transfer me to a sales rep. I got voicemail so I hung up and called back. It went straight to voicemail again. I decided to go with another company (which turned out to be much cheaper), so I called back to let them know I would not require their equipment. I was transferred to another random sales rep and it went to voicemail again. I left a message cancelling. A representative called me back within ten minutes of leaving the voicemail, apologizing and offering to send the bill, which I declined as I went with an alternative company.

I had a great experience with Elena. She’s professional, focused on the details, and really listened to what I wanted. The setup was clean and well organized, and she made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable. The final result was exactly what I had hoped for, it looked polished, flattering, and still felt like me. It held up perfectly throughout the day and photographed really well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable makeup artist.

Came for a tour and was absolutely delighted! This theatre is gorgeous and its history is really unique and interesting. I highly recommend stopping by if you want to visit the last operating stacked theatre in the world and to see some truly impressive architecture and decor!

This theatre venue is like a museum, dream like, and magical. I saw Tango after Dark here, and my Oh my had a blast. I love everything about this theatre and it's warranted a visit.

Watched Kumail Nanjiani's comedy stand up, it was my first time at this venue. It's absolutely gorgeous! Vintage, classy and beautiful interior. Even the elevators are old school 🤗 highly recommended for any performances

A few days ago was my birthday, I was very excited to get a cake with a specific design and above all that the flavor was exquisite, without a doubt Elnaz exceeded by far all the expectations of both my guests and myself, the texture, the design, the flavor, the nutella, chocolate, whipped cream, it was an explosion of flavors, which we enjoyed a lot!!! Last week we had one of our Wedding events, the Sangeet at Elite Banquet Hall and wanted to call them out for the incredible experience delivered. We had to change our venue last minute and were so grateful for finding Jay and his team to accommodate us and guide us through the entire process even right up until the day before the event. The venue was beautiful inside, the food (both Italian and Indian menus) were delicious, leaving all of our guests incredibly satisfied and wanting more! Jay even accommodated for numerous dietary restrictions and special meals for family that went the extra mile. We had unexpectedly gone over our numbers by a table and before I could even worry about it that night, Jay and his staff were on it bringing out a fully decorated table to seat those extra guests and make them feel included, and its to no surprise to me that Jay and his team have this high level of standard that they maintain as it showed in all aspects of the event. They also love their jobs and enjoy being a part of everyone’s special day and it’s very easily recognized. We couldn’t have been happier with the how the night went and couldn’t have imagined having it anywhere else.

I attended a wedding at ELITE while visiting from the USA, and I was beyond impressed. The venue is exceptionally grand, spacious, and beautifully maintained—perfect for such a special occasion. The staff were warm and friendly, and what stood out most was how considerate they were; unlike many places that rush to clear your table, here you could truly enjoy your meal at your own pace. The entire experience was seamless and elegant, making the celebration even more memorable. Elite is truly a gem for hosting unforgettable events.

We had the absolute joy of having our wedding at this stunning venue, and I honestly can’t put into words how incredible the experience was. We were accommodated very quickly, after having to do a venue change, one week before our wedding day - something that could have been incredibly stressful, especially for the bride, but thanks to the incredible manager, Jay and his dedicated team, it turned out to be one of the best times of our lives. Jay is an absolute gem of a human being - kind, considerate and thoughtful, and he was unbelievably helpful from the moment we reached out. Every little detail was handled with care and professionalism, and his staff are equally wonderful - warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your night perfect.

The venue itself is breathtaking, the food was phenomenal (the Chef is very dynamic and versatile), and the atmosphere was unforgettable. What could have been absolute chaos was turned into a night of magic, in a flash, and we owe it all to Jay and his amazing team. Thank you for giving us a night we’ll cherish forever Jay, we are extremely satisfied and will definitely be back for future family events!

Elle Cuisine recently catered an event my company hosted, and both the service and quality of food were outstanding. Many guests went out of their way to compliment how delicious everything was. The catering team was professional, thoughtful, and kind — even setting aside food for our staff at the end of the night and lending a hand with setup. This Christmas I decided to cater the holiday meal so I can spend less time cooking. I chose Elle because I loved their menu selection and the pricing was reasonable given the number of items. Ordering and pick up was very straight forward. There was one item missed and they delivered it to my home the next day.

The portion sizes were very generous and the heating/preparation instructions were straight forward. The taste was amazing! I especially loved the French onion soup, mushroom risotto and sticky toffee pudding. I will definitely consider ordering from Elle in the future.

I recently picked up a selection of sweets and a birthday cake from Elle bakery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Every item looked beautiful and tasted even better. They were all fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I also received some complimentary baqlava and chocolate tart which were delicious.
Elle and Maryam were also really helpful in recommending items that would hold up well for a few hours and still taste great when served. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We ordered our wedding cake from Elle pastry and we couldn’t be happier. The cake was absolutely beautiful ,it looked even better than the photo I showed them. It was clear how much care and detail went into the design.

Not only was it gorgeous, but it was also so delicious. We ordered walnut and banana, and Persian saffron pistachio flavours, which brought out Persian flavours that we love. All our guests were talking about how amazing it tasted.

The setup and delivery were also seamless , everything arrived on time and was set up so quickly and professionally.

I went over the weekend with a friend. We enjoyed our time there! Is a very healthy place, not cult-like other spas in Toronto. There are lots of things to to and the massage are really good! The food was great! There a lots of women and I felt safe in that place. The only thing was you can’t take much photos due privacy so I couldn’t get content for my vlog!

We had a great experience at the Elmwood Spa! I would highly recommend coming here with friends. The facility is clean, staff are incredibly friendly and the 3-course lunch was delicious. We went for water therapies early in the morning, so we found it not to be very busy and enjoyed having more space to ourselves. It definitely picked up around 10:30am. I had a facial treatment with Monica who did a fantastic job. She talked me through the treatment and provided valuable insight into my skin care routine. The facility itself is nice as you have plenty of lockers, the shower has great products, plus the getting ready stations have a blow dryer, straightener and curling iron - which was great for getting ready for our next event afterwards. The restaurant was a wonderful experience. It was not super busy, so that could have worked in our favour. The menu had lots of options. Our server, Jeremy, was highly attentive - kept our water glasses full and checked-in often. They have a slideshow showing pictures of all the different meal options. The portions were a great (see picture of grilled salmon with pea & orzo salad). The water therapies were nice - my only recommendation would be to add a dry sauna to the space. Overall, the water therapies package with lunch was worth it and I would go back.

I came in for a spa day with my sister on a Sunday and we both enjoyed the experience. The spa itself is slightly dated in aesthetic, but it was still very nice and enjoyable. The amenities and service staff were great, and the massages, pedicure, and lunch were enjoyable and relaxing as well.

I did find that the way this spa handles the billing & tipping was a bit strange…

We were given our lunch bill right after lunch, despite lunch being included in the package. I didn’t have to pay for lunch at that point but I did have the opportunity to leave a tip based on the lunch amount. The amount on that bill was higher than what I paid in the overall package (I noticed later), so naturally the tip was higher. I don’t mind that.

What I did find strange was the fact the tipping amount recommendations (15%, 20%, etc) on the FINAL package bill were based on the total amount for the package INCLUDING lunch and my tip from lunch.

Those things feel like a sneaky way to get higher tips from customers, which didn’t put a great taste in my mouth.

What really bothered me was after I wrote my tip amount on the bill, I was informed that I could only leave a cash tip, so she gave me cash equivalent to my tip (in all $5 bills) and asked to split my tips up into individual envelopes for each service person who provided our treatments.

In hindsight, I can understand why it is this wat, but it was hot and it was stressful to have to sort through a large pile of $5 bills to put them into tiny envelopes, and write names on each envelope right after all my relaxing treatments. There must be a more convenient way to do the tipping so I don’t feel like it’s as much of a punishment 😅

Beautiful spa! My mom had surgery this week at Toronto General, we stayed at the Chelsea and I was looking for something to do while she was in surgery. This spa is right beside the hotel. Everything was beautiful and everyone was lovely from check in to check out. The water amenities were shut down but they compensated me for the inconvenience. I was still able to use the beautiful hot tub in the change room. I had an 80 minute Swedish Massage from Andrea. She did great! I felt so wonderful afterwards!

I stayed at Embassy Suites Mississauga by the airport with my kids for three nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything fresh and well-maintained.

We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, and the daily happy hour from 5–6:30 PM (which includes two complimentary drinks) was a great bonus, In-room dining service from 5–10 PM was excellent, we really made good use of it.

The customer service was outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is perfect: the airport is nearby, and we even took a trip to Canada’s Wonderland, which wasn’t too far at all.

Highly recommend this hotel — 5 stars all the way!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist — from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.

The suite layout is perfect — spacious, comfortable, and ideal whether you’re traveling as a couple or by yourself. The bed was super comfortable, and the separate living area made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The little touches like a microwave, fridge, and two TVs made the stay even more convenient.

Very close to the airport and the shuttle to/from the airport is a great, timely service. Premises are immaculately clean. However, there were unsightly housekeeping items/used room service trays opposite the elevator each day when we returned to the hotel. Good selection at breakfast. Restaurant on site and room service was handy. Food was okay. The evening reception is a nice touch. Rachel provided wonderful, pleasant service during both the reception and dinner. Would recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!
This hotel is unsafe and poorly managed. Burglars are able to walk in freely, and security is practically nonexistent. The staff shows no concern for guests or their belongings. Someone I know was robbed in the lobby, and the hotel took no action whatsoever. Stay away for your own safety! THIS PLACE IS VERY DANGEROUS.

Update: Dear Hilton, I appreciate the response from management, but it’s disappointing that instead of addressing the clear lack of security, they chose to deflect responsibility. This wasn’t about “unattended luggage.” The issue is that burglars are able to walk into the hotel freely, putting every guest at risk. When someone is robbed in the lobby which is a public, staffed area it is not simply a matter of “left belongings.” It’s a serious security failure that puts all guests in danger, once again. Guests safety are paramount to you? I couldn’t tell. A hotel’s first duty is to provide a safe environment, and this one failed. Please don’t dismiss valid safety concerns with canned replies.

Clean, modern and beautiful rooms. I had an amazing view of the runway! Great breakfast. Friendly staff. It was convenient being less than 5 min from the airport but about 25-30 min from downtown. I was shocked at how quiet it was for being right next to the airport!

When we first hired her six weeks out, the only vendors we were still missing were a limo service, hair stylists, and makeup artists—and she helped us find all three.
