We booked a performer for a bachelorette party and let’s just say… he did NOT disappoint. From the moment he walked in, the energy shifted — fun, professional, and insanely charismatic. He kept things classy but wild enough to have us all screaming (in the best way). We’re still talking about it days later! 😏

Thank you for making the bride-to-be feel so special and for giving us a night that was equal parts hilarious, steamy, and absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spice up their celebration — trust me, you won’t regret it. 🔥

This guy who takes care of the booking is super unprofessional, he sends ugly girls who shouldn't be stripping for living and he is behind a lot of other companies, so be careful not to book thru another company because he can be behind it too. When I asked him how come is always he who answers when I call other companies, he said he owns them all.
If you really want to get great experience and get good looking girls, book thru Exotic temptations/divas. We have booked thru them now several times and they always deliver 110%. Their girls are professional and hot, it worth every penny. With this company you get what you pay for. That's why he is so cheap because the way he runs his business is cheap

Save yourself the trouble and book with another company (except hunk entertainment, Toronto male dancers, and stag masters). In my experience, the performer I booked was cancelled the day of the bachelorette. David Usher offered someone else who did not look like the first performer and selected a time that was convenient for him. I did not agree to this and so I was offered a refund of my $100 deposit. I have yet to receive my refund after almost 2 weeks, repeated calling and emailing. I strongly believe this individual works for several performer companies that I listed above because the same woman who works with David Usher answers the phone for all 4 company phone numbers and confirmed that these companies are all connected. It would not surprise me if there were more. Beware.

We booked a girl for a birthday party. She was nice and a good dancer but she was not the girl we were told was coming. She wasn't even one of the 4 girls we picked from the site in fact she wasn't even on their site. Just beware you don't know who is coming. Aside from that she put on a great show for the birthday boy.

Had a stag party on the weekend in Blue Mountain. Booked some female strippers as a surprise for the bachelor.
We really didn't know what to expect as this was the first time we had tried this. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.
Although they were about ten minutes late for the 9 pm booking, the girls were hot and their driver was professional. I had expected some kind of biker or thug but he was very business like and friendly.
The girls changed quickly. One had a school girl costume and the other was a sexy cop. They put on a great and put a smile on our bachelor's face.
Money well spent.

I called in for a last-minute Legal Robe rental for a tight deadline. I wasn’t able to go into the store to get measured but they allowed me to provide my measurements over the phone. The customer service was outstanding and I was walked through each step of the measurement process. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate my order!

Beau is the real deal. My wife and I had a spur of the moment type of wedding. I came to him on Thursday and I needed everything ready for Friday afternoon. He got it done, and the way that I wanted it done too. He tailored the pants, the jacket, I got a dress shirt , a belt, socks and a pocket square. I wanted the beige and white/cream slim fit look, to go with my white sneakers. Everything came out amazing. I can’t recommend beau enough. Fair prices, and very dedicated to his craft. This was the first place I entered for men’s formalwear, and as soon as I saw his selection and mindset, I knew that this was the place to get everything done on such a tight schedule. Amazing, thanks a bunch. You made me look like a million bucks! And most importantly, you made it happen!

Acappella was recommended to us from a friend who’s husband had used them for his wedding suit. I’m thankful we listened and chose to make the trip in from Kitchener. Beau was so helpful and accommodating and I can't thank him enough. Even did a custom jacket liner with our family photos. Turned out awesome and now I have a suit I can wear for years to come!

Beau was awesome! I had 36 hours to get suited up for a wedding & a limited budget.
He worked so many angles to fit the budget...it was crazy.
We couldn't find a fit for $, but came close enough. And I looked like a million dollars. He got all of the alterations done in time, which shouldn't have been possible.
And he was so personable!

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Incredibly rude and entitled to the point it makes me nauseous. Offering me a completely bizzare quote for a old vehicle and then having an attitude when I declined.

It felt like I was talking to an ex and having a disagreement. Not only is the price ridiculous but its the fact that you have to pay on top of that because they won't even cover you fully.

I am a customer. Not a friend, family member or colleague. Treat me accordingly and have some respect. You act as if you are the only insurance company around when I have dozens of options at my finger tips which offer affordable and actually decent customer service. Avoid this place.

Sure, I’ll give you some more details. I absolutely loathe having to call this insurance company and especially speaking with one particular grumpy old lady that I don't bother remembering the name of. Every interaction is frustrating, the customer service is unhelpful at best, and their policies are ridiculous. It feels like they make everything harder than it needs to be. Overall, dealing with this company is a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for insurance.

Carmen is wonderful! She is down to earth, reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly. It's a rare pleasure to WANT to speak to an agent who delivers on their promises, rather than ignored calls, false information or stressful interactions. It’s rare to find someone who's competent, prompt and genuinely cares, but Carmen truly does. Highly recommend!

Insurance becomes a fun topic if you talk to Tiffany! You will learn and understand it better and stop getting mad at your broker, they are not at fault if our rate increases. Call Tiffany for great and friendly service. Amazing lady!

The small venue is really great to see Indy bands or anyone really. Drink prices were around 10$ for domestic with tax which isn't that bad. Saw pink skies here this week was awesome. Tuck away in an alley and it's downstairs. Friendly staff and quick bar service.

BEAWARE!!! The bartender charged for the drinks twice, we only found out the next morning that all our drinks ordered were charged twice on our cards. Basically we paid for all the 5 transactions twice. Insane how they scam you when you are busy enjoying the party. Sad indeed. We have let the organizers know not to host the next tashan at this venue. disgusting and shameful

I don’t know who’s fault this was but we showed up yesterday for a 5:30 meet and greet time but were left outside in the pouring rain for 45 minutes. Respectfully there was only about 12-15 of us there for the meet and greet, you could have let all of us stand in the stairwell. My night was kind ruined by soaking wet clothing and being freezing cold. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great venue in West Toronto. Great sound, great staff, and a comfortable environment. It's downstairs, so I'm not too sure about how accessible it it. Good selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

Not a great place for a concert. The sound was not great at all. The sound system was pretty bad or badly setup. Despite their attempt at soundproofing, between songs you could hear the loud music from upstairs! terrible situation for the artist performing there.

AER rentals truly elevated our backyard wedding! The impressive variety of furniture and sizes allowed us to create a custom wedding layout that perfectly fit our space. Everything – from the bar and linens to the tables and cocktail cruisers – arrived in pristine condition and, best of all, ahead of schedule. This gave us extra time to ensure every detail was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We really can't say enough positive things about John and the entire AGI Studio team. Photography and videography were our top priority for our wedding day and the service and quality we received during planning, the wedding day, and after was more than we could've ever dream of.

First, John has been in this business for a long time and you can tell from his professionalism and organization. We knew from the beginning we were in good hands. Before the wedding day, John, our photographer Tony and videographer William were extremely communicative and also very receptive to our vision and feedback!

On the day of, Tony and William were more than just photographers. They made sure that every member of the bridal party, every guest and every staff member they came across felt comfortable in what could otherwise be a stressful day. Other photographers may sometimes forget that they're dealing with human subjects and only care about the end product, but Tony and William were so encouraging and kind that the genuine love that filled the day really shined through the photos and videos they captured. They were especially considerate with some of our older or shy guests, for which we are eternally grateful.

Lastly, the photos and videos we got in return were exactly what we wanted and received a lot quicker than we even expected! We really can't recommend AGI Studio enough.

AGI Studio is absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, supportive, and beyond professional. They truly understand the flow and traditions of Asian weddings (like the tea ceremony/lion dance), which gave us so much peace of mind knowing they had everything covered.

From our very first consultation, to the engagement photoshoot, and finally our wedding day, the team went above and beyond. We had 2 photographers and 1 videographer, and they captured every detail so beautifully while making us feel comfortable the whole time. Before the big day, they took the time to discuss with us the photography styles and video edits we were envisioning, and they made our vision come to life and moreeee!

The highlight photos and all of the videos so far completely surpassed our expectations. My husband and I are forever grateful because they didn’t just capture moments, they captured emotions and memories we’ll cherish forever. To be honest, I feel like I don’t even need words to praise my photographers—just look at these photos. They’re all absolutely stunning. The only problem is having too many beautiful shots to choose from for social media.

Actually, I already liked my photographers and videographers even before the wedding, during our meeting. Each of them is so interesting and easy to get along with.

Two weddings in Toronto that I particularly loved were shot by Tony. After I expressed how much I liked his work, I asked Tony, “Can I show you some photos I don’t like?” Tony said, “Sure! It’s important for us to know what you like and what you don’t like!” Then I asked, “Can I show you yours?” 🤣🤣🤣Tony has such a great personality—he immediately said, “Of course!” The other AGI team members laughed so hard at that moment hahaha.

During the meeting, I mentioned that there was one wedding video by AGI that I really loved. After hearing this, Fred said, “The couple at that wedding gave us a lot of creative freedom. For creators, that’s actually something really special and fulfilling.” The moment I heard that, I was genuinely touched. I’ve always been easily moved by the “passion” shining through in others—especially when someone is deeply enthusiastic about what they do. Maybe it’s also because I’ve never felt that way about my own work :)

On the wedding day, the photographers and videographers were extremely, extremely passionate and professional (so passionate that at one point, the groom wasn’t allowed to join in just to get me the perfect shot 🤣).

Even though I’m not great at posing, they gave me very professional guidance and helped me complete the shoot naturally. The results turned out amazing.

I told them I love photos with light and shadow effects, and they took every opportunity to capture those moments for me. Every scene was absolutely breathtaking.

What’s more, the emotional support throughout the wedding was incredible. They made me believe I was the prettiest girl in the world on my wedding day.

Another moment that really moved me was during the banquet. The photographers and videographers were eating, but the moment they saw me coming downstairs after changing clothes, they immediately stood up and started shooting again (I hope they eventually got to enjoy their meal 🤣).

While taking photos at the bar area, Tony used his hands to block the reflection on the mirror with his clothes just to get the right lighting. He was so focused on getting the perfect shot that he even tucked his camera between his legs. I was really touched and asked, “Is it okay to put the camera like that?” Then Elsa quietly shouted, “That’s my camera! 😭” It was absolutely hilarious (Elsa mentioned she loves watching comedy shows, and this moment was pure comedy gold 😂).

Although our video isn’t ready yet, I still want to give a shoutout to our videographers in advance—I have full confidence in them. Vincent really took the time to get to know us. He watched the videos we posted on social media and complimented them (key point 👀). Even though he has witnessed countless weddings, Vincent told us he was moved to tears during our vows. We asked him whose vows he liked more, and he said he loved both. I joked that it was like asking someone to choose between their mom and dad. Then, about ten minutes later, while we were shooting another scene, Vincent casually said, “On second thought, mom is better.” At first, we didn’t get it, but once we realized what he meant, we burst out laughing.

This is truly a professional, fun, and passionate photography and videography team. So, everyone, if you need photographers or videographers, go with AGI Studio!

We had our wedding on July 25th, 2025. It was a GREAT experience working with AGI (Tony & Emerson)! Their professionalism shone through in their ability to help me and my husband relax and pose like models, providing natural and stunning shots of us.

Working with John and his team for our wedding and engagement photography was an absolute pleasure. John is extremely responsive, and so patient with all of our questions. Our wedding photographers, Chelsea and Tony, were so incredibly supportive on our wedding day. Not only were they patient, but their photography is beautiful. We've only see a few sneak peeks, but we cannot wait to see our full set of photos. Chelsea in particular was amazing - not only as a photographer, but as someone there to support us on our special day. The AGI Team goes above and beyond!

Sarah and her team were phenomenal at delivering above and beyond for our wedding celebration at Ahma.

My partner and I were looking for an intimate venue to host our party of 34 for a Sunday wedding lunch. We wanted a hassle-free experience and the experience with Ahma met our expectations.

They were diligent and communicative throughout the whole process: from early consulting to tastings to setting up the wedding event. We had a clear idea of what was offered, the price points and deadlines.

Some notable things:
1) Sarah and team created a rough schedule, provided decor and venue set up and even translated and printed Chinese menus for our guests
2) We shared considerations for allergies: gluten-free, nut-free and egg-free guests and they were able to accommodate equivalent dishes. Our guests with dietary restrictions especially shared praise for the taste of their dishes.
3) The service on the day was consistent and attentive. Food came out in good time and drink orders came around plenty.
4) The bride and groom (us) arrived 20 minutes late. Sarah and team were able to take care of early arrivals and get things started for our guests.

The experience was phenomenal and we highly recommend Ahma as a venue space for your next event.

I was grateful to have found and worked with Ahma for an intimate celebration of life held last weekend. As a specialty memorial event planner, I look for unique and atmospheric venues that are warm and inviting with staff who understand the sensitive nature of the bereaved families I serve. Ahma was exactly that.

We were able to integrate the charm of the venue while personalizing the space with elements that reflected my client's loved one – art, memorabilia, candles and flowers.

The catering with Simpl Things was delicious, thoughtful and elevated food.

We had a number of logistics – livestream, service, live musicians, layout transition to the reception, memory tables – that were seamlessly facilitated by the staff. Many thanks to Sarah, Kat, Marcela, DJ and the entire team for what was a very poignant and uplifting memorial.

I held a private dinner / cocktail party for my wedding at Ahma this past weekend and it was everything I hoped for and more! Working with the team was such a smooth, stress-free process. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requests. They were able to quickly transform the space from a 20 people seated dinner to a 60 people standing cocktail party. Our guests raved about the space and their phenomenal service.

I have to mention this because it was such a nice gesture. We didn't have a chance to have any of the cookies we had during our cocktail party. As we were unpacking our storage bin of decorations at home, they actually saved us a box which was such an awesome surprise. I am telling you - top notch service.

We hosted my daughter‘s bridal shower at Ahma and it was incredible. Everyone commented and loved the space. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing, Don’t be fooled by their description of the canapés as “bites” I was concerned there wouldn’t be enough, but my guests actually went home with some of the food…..Ahma even provided the takeout containers.
I am so so thankful to all for making this a beautiful and memorable occasion for my daughter.

Outstanding! My fiancée and I couldn't be more happy. We both wanted to design unique engagement rings and Ali helped us find the perfect gemstones for our vision. Ali taught us so much about gemstone characteristics, the differences between gemstones from various regions, and little tidbits about the trade that we were not expecting. From the start it was an excellent experience. Ali is an expert on all things coloured gems and took the time to first provide us with education about the gem (in our case emerald) and then show us multiple different stones to help narrow our preferences until we were able to find the perfect one. We then had fun with him helping us design the perfect ring showing us any option we wanted to try - he was incredibly kind and patient throughout and it was clear he was not satisfied until we were fully confident and satisfied.
He was then extremely responsive during the actual creation of the ring and the process was completed expediently and professionally with all appropriate certifications and appraisals provided. Overall we could not be happier with the experience and will definitely return for future pieces as well as recommend to our family and friends.

Al Joher made a custom ring exactly as we requested. They selected a beautiful stone and the final product displayed their exquisite craftsmanship. Murtaza was always available for any questions throughout the process. Highly recommend and we hope to work with them again inshallah!

The rentals looked great and everything was delivered on time. They really helped bring our vision together and made the space feel beautiful. There were a couple of small hiccups and the owner at the show room made a few weird comments, but overall everything worked out well and we were happy with how it all came together.

Used Alamo recently when planning for my cousins wedding shower and they had everything we needed and more! Nina and Issac are so helpful and professional, this was my first time planning an event and they helped us make sure we had everything we needed. There were the little details that we would have never thought of that they had suggested and we were so grateful for their help! I loved that all their products are all of good quality material, the plates are high quality, the cups and silverware, even the tents and food warmers were top quality! They recommended and provided us great serving staff and an amazing bartender! I will definitely be coming back for all my event rental and party needs!!

My wife and I hosted a party for 50+ people in our backyard in advance of our son's wedding. I was referred to Alamo by a friend with the following referral ‘their product options and prices are great and their service is even better’. Those words mirrored our experience. They listened to our budget, steered us to exactly what we needed and gave us great options to what we thought we wanted when we were wrong 😊. It was a stellar experience. We highly recommend Alamo for party rentals.

I held my wedding at The Albany Club a few weeks ago and I cannot rave enough about how amazing everything was. Especially the events coordinator Derek! I had several meetings with Derek over the course of about a year and to say he was my saving grace would be an understatement. Without all his help and support I would have probably crashed out and gone to city hall instead. Once I organized all my vendors he took over and dealt with all the correspondences which I will forever be thankful for. Derek was professional and friendly at every meeting, walking me through everything step by step with the corresponding paperwork and timelines. He even made himself available for me the day after when I needed to pick up the decorations and got stuck due to a marathon downtown.
The staff at The Albany Club were also very helpful and professional, the food was amazing and staff were very friendly and quick with service and clean up. I never had any concerns for anything and my wedding went off without so much as a hitch or delay! It was the perfect venue for us with the stain glass windows, dark wood, classic cage elevator and roof top patio.
I cannot thank the staff and Derek enough for all their hard work and dedication to holding up the clubs standards! I would highly recommend The Albany Club as a wedding venue and if you do, hire Derek for your day of coordinator!!

The Albany Club is a beautiful facility, from what I can see the staff is very professional. Hopefully I can’t recommend this venue, my friend got married today and I left a card in the bridal suit only to find within an hour someone had gone in and stolen $500 out of the envelope and thrown the card away. The Albany Club needs to be way more careful with their security. I followed up with the managers on site and had no resolution as to who had even gone into the room. I could highly recommend this venue if they install security cameras at least in the hallways but unfortunately I left feeling like I was robbed and had no conclusion to my issue

This building has lots of history and don’t expect a modern and luxury location. The elevator is the ones that you need to push open the door.
Service is attentive, and food is not bad. Ordered medium rare and got medium, at least it’s not well done lol
The dessert is highlight of the night!

We had a great experience with the Albany Club for our wedding. We had originally planned to be married on June 20th, 2020 but had to postpone to the fall due to the pandemic. They were very accommodating and reassured us that they would still be available to host us and would do everything in their power to make it the day we had originally envisioned. There was a bit of changing hands as our original coordinator left the club but they were always helpful along the way and our final contact, Dmitry did everything in his power to make the day go smoothly. The venue itself is gorgeous and elegant. We had the entire building for the day which made it even more special. We were even able to get ready in one of the upstairs rooms. The service was impeccable and the servers constantly came around to check on us. The food was delicious, especially the tiramisu. When they served the guests, the food was brought out with metal covers ensuring that the meal stayed hot. Overall we would highly recommend this space for your future wedding reception.

We had the most wonderful experience hosting our wedding at the Albany Club. What a special experience to have the entire building to ourselves. The food is exceptional, the decor is full of warmth and history and the service from the entire team is outstanding. Our personal event coordinator, Murielle, went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a great success. She even checked-in with us multiple times throughout the evening to make sure we were well fed and looked after. Highly recommend the Albany Club for your next event!

Alexandria Gifts is the best Exclusive Gift Baskets in Toronto. They are amazing, you can choose for every season; any theme and they are unique, delicate, perfect. We ordered 2 baskets for 2 different baby showers and when we saw them they were beyond what we expected. It can be customized to your liking making it special and unique at an excellent price.

Quick story. My parents sent me a gift basket for my birthday, which arrived on time and was a great surprise. However I realized after several days that some minor mistake was made with the order. When talking to the owner , Alex(Sasha) he sincerely appologized for the mistake and said he will reimburse my parents and will send me a new basket instead. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture. This week Sasha delivered new gift basket to my building and I was amazed (see the photo). Sorry I couldn't answer your phone Sasha I was working, I decided to write a review instead. You customer centric approach are commendable; thank you for taking the time and for your kind words.

We are returning from a family trip to Switzerland. Everything had been perfectly planned by Ioannis and George. The hotels were all very well located. All the train tickets were bought and deposited in their travel app. They even organized a helicopter transfer for us which was more than magnificent and memorable. They also gave us lists of restaurants for each city. We always have peace of mind when our trip is organized by them. They have all the good contacts. The trip they organized for us was a beautiful mix between lakes, mountains, small and big cities. They really are Creators of Moments.

We have never had a more stress free vacation! It was full of lovely surprises and suggestions of places we would never known about. Every moment was a delight. I have food issues and dinner reservations were made for me in advance by Alexandrou which really made it special. We will use them again and again. If they only had a cure for jet lag, they would be perfect!

From start to finish, working with Alexis Gallery to craft our custom engagement ring was an absolute delight.

My fiance and I originally attended the shop's Sip & Sparkle event, where we were taken through the process of designing a ring while they took detailed notes on our preferences. Super fun, definitely attend if you're curious about how it works!

Some months later, we started the super collaborative design process. At every step, we both felt heard, informed, and excited! We made a few changes along the way, and the team at Alexis was very flexible.

When we received our finished ring, my fiance was over the moon. She's getting tons of compliments and couldn't be happier with it! I used Alexis Gallery to design a custom engagement ring for my partner, and the entire experience was incredible. The process started with a quick email exchange where we shared our budget, timeline, and some design inspiration. We then had our first call with Randi, who walked us through the design process, available options, and what to expect.

Next, we had an in-person appointment with Jacinthe, who provided more detail on the design and curated a selection of diamonds for us to view. My partner loved this part, it was so special to choose the diamond for the ring together.

After that, I decided to keep the rest of the design a surprise. Once we finalized the stone and design, I placed a deposit, and things moved quickly. The renderings were ready in under two weeks, much faster than expected. The team was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions, making tweaks, and even accommodating unique customizations. From design approval to the finished ring took just over a month, seamless and efficient.

Charisse was amazing. Her skills with makeup, and hair is absolutely brilliant and beautiful, long lasting (lasted all night and through so many happy tears (there was a lot of happy tears) and she made me feel so friggen beautiful and gorgeous. She was a brilliant artist and if you find yourself in search of someone in Scarbrough, or further out with her team, in the GTA, do it because they are amazing; she is amazing, and you won't regret it.

Ate Charisse was really sweet, personable and so easy to work with. She also made me feel so comfortable which is really important. Charisse was very responsive and very accommodating with our request and right away assigned her team members Darlin and Huma as our glam team. MC Malik provided MC services for my daughter's sweet 16 and did so effortlessly. He engaged the crowd as soon as he grabbed the mic. He organized a game that got everyone involved, regardless of age group. I had guests ask if he was a relative, that's how good he is... he totally integrated himself like he's part of the family. I never thought we needed a MC, but so glad that we had MC Malik there.

We worked with Gee The MC for our August wedding. He was absolutely amazing. The lines of communication were always open and he delivered the experience he promised. My husband and I wanted someone who could bring energy to the party while being respectful to our grandparents who were in attendance. He did that and more! From the entrance, to the selfie rush, to the speech introductions….to my hubby’s scandalous dancing. Gee knew how to maneuver the motions of our event. Our family is still talking about him today! Everyone loved him!

Absolutely beautiful! Great place to visit. It's definitely fun if you're really into exotic tropical plants. There is much to see, and the variety inside is just gorgeous; it feels like paradise. Cozy and warm experience during the winter, and the decor is amazing and seems well-maintained and taken care of. My husband and I were here 30 years ago for our wedding now, and it still looks wonderful. Would recommend going earlier on a weekday to avoid the crowds. Check it out and enjoy the scenery.

Very nice park and green house. There are two big sized green house (garden) in the park. A lot of healthy plants inside the green house and you can just walk around freely to enjoy admiring the plants there. For example you can see some cactus plants, money trees and lots of different types of plants that i cannot named them all here.

This garden is a very chill place. You can just sit down and relax on a bench inside to enjoy a warm afternoon.

One of the green house has small ponds and there were some turtles and fishes, also a little fountain as well.

A very good place for family to visit.

Allan Gardens may be undergoing renovations, but it’s still a fantastic spot to visit. The variety of plants, trees, and other species is impressive, making it a visual delight. The greenhouse offers a warm tropical escape, perfect for a break from the cold or to explore nature in warmer climates.

Best of all, there’s no admission fee, and it’s open from 9 AM to 5 PM. They also host community events and plant sales! The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, contributing to an overall wonderful and educational experience. I can't wait to return once the renovations are complete. Definitely worth a visit!

Don’t let ongoing renovations stop you from visiting. These free public gardens are beautiful to wonder through and enjoy a peaceful moment to yourself. I enjoyed seeing the turtles sunbathing by the waterwheel. At one point I spotted a plump squirrel in one of the greenhouses, little guy must be living good in there. The dedication and time put into these overflowing garden is incredible, and well worth the 15 minutes it takes to walk through the greenhouses.

This is my favorite spot to visit. It is free to enter. They always updating plants and putting up new flower sculpture. The staff are friendly and take great care of the turtles,plants and fish.

Its a great place to visit with families they have a awesome playground .

They also have a farmers market on Saturday from 10 am to 2pm inside that is super cool.

Never fails to disappoint with their poor service. My last call with Steve was terrible. I have never experienced such rude service before. First, I could not hear him properly and it sounded like he had just woken up from sleep to take the call. Then, after putting me on hold for about 20 seconds, he hung up on me.

Last year I was on hold for more than two hours. I usually pay my annual amount through the app and thought the service might have improved over the year.

This service is just horrible. I am cancelling all my services. It is simply not worth it

They are very unresponsive, even at the higher levels! My complaint to "The Office of the Ombudsman" has almost been ignored, and many of my concerns and questions were not responded to. I only received a general email from a supervisor who was only working there for 5 months and she responded without taking care of many of my concerns. I even visited their head office, but no one works here.
Extremely difficult to reach out to a manager.

My mom had car insurance with them for 25 years- recently we moved to New Brunswick from ONT. We all switched our licenses etc. Minus my brother who was on my mom's car insurance but who doesn't live in the country anymore. Instead of sending an email or calling my mother to inquire about the renewal etc. since it was coming up, they just canceled it. No notice, nothing! After 25 years of paying monthly on the dote never missed a payment. Yup. Thanks for rewarding her after 25 years.

I have never been so disgusted with any company as I am today with Allstate Insurance Canada. My Dad had a tenant policy that I was not aware of. When I tried to cancel it, they declined as I did not have Moms death certificate. I then provided a CRA document addressed to my Dad in 2024 at my address and it said he was widowed. Now they have declined because they want a document from that building stating he broke the lease. Craziness. It was 11 years ago. I had to put a stop payment to Allstate to cancel this policy. Do not ever deal with these idiots.

Extremely poor customer service. I spoke to a representative named Joseph that told me I can't change the date of my billing cycle. He refused to allow me to speak to someone in billing. He put me on hold to schedule a call back from his manager. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and he never returned. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend All State at all. I will be cancelling my policy with them.

Alo has catered a few events for us now and each event is has been fantastic. The food is always well thought out and delicious. The service is exceptional and the team is always incredibly kind. Our most recent party was for the holidays and Katie and Manda did an outstanding job working with us from planning the menu to helping us through the whole event. We will definitely be using Alo again as the experience is bar none.

Working with Manda at Alo Catering has been the most seamless experience I’ve had with catering in the city. Manda and her team are efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. There’s no stress when working with them and I’m able to rely on them to handle everything from organizing rentals, referring other vendors, and planning and executing a fantastic food and drink menu. Service staff and chefs never fail to amaze us. We will always recommend them to anyone looking for a high end and seamless experience.

In every sense and in every way, chef Patrick and his team were utterly superb. The quality of the service extended far beyond the incredible food.

Each and every staff member was beyond professional and highly courteous. In fact, when they left we felt we should thank everyone to a greater extent than we were able. These were good people as well as highly trained professionals. We so greatly appreciate that.

My partner and I celebrated both our engagement party and wedding in Toronto. Alo Catering catered both (a total of almost 400 guests), helped us secure both venues, and without a single doubt absolutely changed the lives of every attendee! The food wasn’t simply great, it was: outstanding / superior / phenomenal! I wept while enjoying wagyu with truffle, and the oyster and caviar station was loved by all. Everything was executed professionally and with such thought, from the wine and cocktail menus, down to how the staff presented and carried themselves - nothing short of exquisite luxury! My husband was so blown away that he now hires the team for all his corporate events, which I of course take the credit for! I will continue to work with this team whenever the opportunity arises, because they are gracious and the best in the business.
