Roxy and her team planned our wedding celebration and rehearsal party. Everything was great and we had all the support we needed. Roxy is an event expert and it is a pleasure working with her. She made sure our special day was a perfect one.

Roxy is an incredible person and the best wedding planner/designer/therapist/cheerleader! She can really read your mind and get everything just the way you want it (even if you are not sure yet how you want things to be). We went with Roxy and Art of Celebrations for designing our engagement party and couldn't be happier! This was our first time working with a planner. What can I say about the AMAZING Selwyn, founder of the Art of Food Catering! For many years, I’ve experienced his fine cuisine and unique takes on Caribbean dishes on various occasions (ie wedding, funerals, community functions)..and each time he knocks it out of the park!! Whenever I’m compelled to ask about the chef, countless times I would see the same familiar face, buzzing about preparing, serving and overseeing his masterpieces.

This week, I had the pleasure of celebrating the 85th birthday (..you heard me right!) of the Honorable Jean Augustine, at the Jean Augustine Centre for Young Women’s Empowerment, catered by yours truly. What was seemingly finger food, turned out to be my first ever “Jamaican Jerk Sliders”…Wickedly good!! (And I’m not ashamed to say, I sampled more than my fingers could handle, lol). I finally met whom I will dub a “Kitchen Hero”, for the many Caribbean communities he’s served over the years. Not only does he have a successful business, but his own cookbook too!!

Not sure if there’s a chain of food trucks or an upscale downtown restaurant in his future, but Toronto needs more Chef Selwyn!! But whatever his next move is..I’m here for it!! Bless up🙏🏽

I organize monthly lunches for our team of 10 and I am so glad that I came across Art of Food! Everything is wonderful; from ordering the food, to the delivery and set up, to the price. The portions and quality are good and everyone in the office has had only good things to say about ordering from here and have insisted; most have asked that we make this our regular place to order from. I highly recommend the fajitas for a group lunch, but the kebabs were great too! I think next month we will be trying out their Stuffed Sole and smashed potatoes.

Art of Food catered our daughter’s baby naming party, and everything was literally incredible! The food was super fresh and delicious. One of our guests said it was the best tuna she’s ever tasted, and another complimented how beautiful the presentation was and how delicious it was. They even included edible flowers! We were so happy. Hana was a pleasure to work with, so patient and knowledgeable. We referred to her for many of our selections and it could not have been better. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

I had a wonderful experience ordering Art and Food catering.
I ordered for an annual meeting in the condo building I work in.
The food was delivered, quickly, carefully and efficiently. The display looked great, I recommend the sushi boats. Everyone complimented the delicious food and I had the opportunity to try it again. This is our second year ordering with Art of Food and we will be continuing this tradition next year.

Terrible customer service. I am looking for what I know will be expensive lighting fixtures for my home, and went into this store because I liked what I saw on their website. I asked about track/rail systems and other ceiling fixtures, and was told by the salesperson that these are typically for commercial applications and she couldn’t show me any. She then quite pointedly looked me up and down and said “…and they’re quite expensive” in a tone that suggested that she thought I couldn’t afford them anyway. Very off-putting experience.

Apart from the overpriced and poor quality of their lighting fixtures, the most strikingly negative aspect of the business is their customer service. The staff was very rude to us when we tried to ask a simple question regarding the price of an item. The reason for the unpleasant attitude towards us was perhaps bc she considered that we would not be spending as much at the store as another family that was also there at the time. We specifically asked her if she would be okay with us asking her a quick question before enquiring about the price of an item to which she "happily" agreed, then when we pointed to the lamp (a tiny lamp that cost $500) she made a very snark remark about not being able to help two people at once. Should the price of the item that we enquired about have been higher, we would not have had the same ageist and dismissive response. The encounter left us feeling very uncomfortable.

Extremely uncomfortable experience. The woman at the store came to me and said hi and just kept staring with wide eyes, I wasn’t sure what she wanted and we stood there in silence and then she said “just looking?” I said yes and she literally huffed away. Mind you I had just entered the store maybe taken two steps. Lol I stepped right out. pathetic

Took water color class, it was absolutely amazing. Julia and her team made sure I had the best possible experience. Even though, I had zero background in art, I knew I was a safe and welcoming space to create my own artistic expression. And I also came back with my boyfriend for the couple creative experience , was also awesome !

Julia is a great teacher! We did a Quilling class with her and she is so welcoming and she has created a beautiful space for everyone to create and learn! I would definitely recommend this to someone looking to learn art! Her Quilling class was so amazing for my mental health, I would definitely visit again.

I absolutely loved the two classes I've taken with Julia so far! As an artist myself, it is common to get uninspired, but trying new mediums and creating a beautiful piece regardless of skill level is something that will keep me coming back. Julia provides everything you need and creates a safe and supportive environment that guides you to opening up creatively and artistically.
Whether it's for a one-off or a course, anyone is bound to walk away feeling inspired to bring more art into their lives.

Our experience with Artistic Decor Venue was a 10/10. If you are looking for a wedding venue (or other celebrations) and want a seamless experience that takes stress off of you, is executed flawlessly, has tonnes of flexibility, and is high value for the money, look no further. Elaine, the owner and operator of the venue, is extremely professional, creative, and detail oriented. She also acts as a wedding/event planner that knows her stuff. She impressed my wife & I so much so that we still talk about how incredible she is after over a month. She has a wide array of decorations that she guides you through with themes that you can alter with no additional cost (within reason). She has very sensible packages that come with so many things standard that you’d expect to be an add on at any other venue. She allows you to bring whatever caterer you want, and she has a couple of her own staff members who help with all sorts of tasks that you don’t even have to take note of during the event, because she is on top of everything. She is worth a call to inquire and meet her. The venue is gorgeous and she transforms it to exactly how she said she would…even more so. Our guest loved the venue. It was a pleasure to have our venue here with Elaine. Worth every penny and more. My friends are talking about having their wedding venue at her place when they get married, and many of our guests expressed how impressed they were with the venue. I had the immense pleasure of having my hair and makeup done by Jas for my brother's wedding reception. She made sure to first understand my skin type, my makeup preferences, the look I wanted to go for, and was very receptive to inspiration content. Her methodology is immaculate. She spent a generous amount of time doing skin prep with high quality products. Her makeup base was FLAWLESS and the final look was exactly the soft glam with soft smoky eyes look that I wanted. My makeup lasted THE WHOLE DAY from noon to midnight despite being outside in the heat and dancing for hours. I could not have been happier. Now coming to the hair... Jas literally made me feel like a princess. She was SO attentive and put so much love into making my hair absolutely perfect. I was completely obsessed. She is sooo warm and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the wedding 10000x more knowing that my hair and makeup turned out SO beautiful thanks to Jas. I would in a heartbeat book her again for future events

I had the most amazing experience with Jas! She is not only an incredibly talented makeup artist but also one of the kindest and most generous people I've met. Jas was my makeup artist for my wedding - and she was an absolute pro!

I didn't really know what to expect because I hadn't really gotten my hair and make up done - and I'm not someone who can sit still for long.

She was fast, methodical and careful to get everything done on time and without any messes or concerns.

She gave me great energy and always had me start my events with so much joy, as we talked about many different topics under the sun - or sat in silence if I needed.

I didn't realize how important it was to have a presence like that before my wedding - but since there was so much going on, having someone match my energy became such a highlight for me in the wedding week.

BEST DAY EVER. I had my wedding at Ascott Parc in August in the Imperial Hall. Where do I even begin? From the moment we sat down with Valeria last year on our first tour of the venue we had an amazing feeling about this place. It’s very unassuming from the outside but the inside is modern and beautiful with tons of space, with an indoor and outdoor component. The hall was completely private to just our wedding, and the terrace was an amazing outdoor component.

Working with Ascott was the easiest, least stressful vendor we dealt with during our wedding planning process which so important because the venue is a huuuge part of the day!

Valeria was always willing to work with my fiance and I to give us the most magical day possible. Never did she ever say no and was always willing to make what we wanted happen with such an amazing attitude and willingness to help.

The food is 1000000/10. Worth what you pay for an our guests were raving about the food! Specially the short rib entree and the late night pizza.

We were able to take photos using their green space which honestly looked like a park and didn’t even feel like we were in the middle of the city.

Praveen was an amazing support on the day of the wedding, always making sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything.

I’m so so so happy we chose Ascott for our wedding. It’s absolutely a hidden gem and amazing venue for any event.

People find planning their wedding stressful, but we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience due to the amazing team at Ascott. On the wedding day the staff ran around ensuring everything was perfect no matter what the issue was they looked after it and stepped up to help out.

Val was always available to walk us through all of our concerns or questions no matter how silly they where or what day or time it was. She made the time to be part of our journey right to the end and even the days following after. She made our wedding an unforgettable and a memorable event. Ceremony was intimate, personable and heart-warming because she helped to make it so. She made us feel like we were her only clients which says a lot about her and her approach.

Parveen was AMAZING helping to coordinate everything! We ended up having a vendor who really disappointed us the day of causing some chaos but Parveen was right there to support us and make sure everything went perfectly! He is so kind and passionate about his job.

Ascott Parc is an amazingly beautiful venue that combines excellent food, attentive service, great atmosphere, dedicated and experienced staff, an immaculate facility providing a memorable experience for all. Thank you Ascott!

We had our wedding at Ascott Parc and it was everything we had ever hoped for. The outdoor ceremony space by the gazebo is incredibly beautiful in the summer, we keep hearing from our guests that they couldn't believe it was that nice behind the building away from the street. Praveen was an amazing help with anything we needed no matter how large or last minute of a request we had, everything we asked for was accomodated so that we could have the wedding we'd always hoped for. Big thank you also to Raj for getting our details sorted out and working with us to arrange our itinerary in the way we wanted to allowing the flexibility needed to do our wedding exactly as we chose. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Vaughan area to seriously consider Ascott Parc for their big day.

Ascott Garden is truly a wonderful place to host such an important life event. We rented the full garden for one day in July 2025 for our wedding, and the outcome was fantastically great. The setting was beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, which made it perfect for both our ceremony and reception.

Special thanks to Praveen from the sales team, who was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. From the first inquiry to the final arrangements, Praveen ensured that everything went smoothly and all our questions were answered promptly. His guidance made the planning process much less stressful, and we felt supported every step of the way.

Attended a friend’s wedding at Ascott Parc in the outdoor tent setting—beautiful atmosphere and elegant setup. The space felt magical, especially as the sun went down. The food was delicious, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout the evening. Only downside was the heat and mosquitoes, which made parts of the night a bit uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend the venue for its charm and service—just be prepared if you’re planning an outdoor event in the warmer months!

Our wedding with Attia Events was absolutely amazing! The venue space is a charming, beautifully decorated loft with gorgeous natural light and vintage touches throughout. It was everything we could have hoped for—cozy, intimate, and completely unique.

One of the best parts was how flexible and welcoming our coordinator Rana was. She agreed to have our dog be present, so our pup Dimo was able to be part of the day—and he was such a hit! They even let us bring in our tattoo artist, which added such a fun and personal touch to the experience.

Rana, was incredible. From start to finish, she made everything so easy and stress-free. She brought our vision to life down to the smallest details, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

If you're planning a small, intimate wedding and want a space that feels stylish, warm, and truly accommodating, I would highly, highly recommend this venue. I would also highly recommend Attia Events for coordination. It was an unforgettable day.

Rana and her team were absolute perfection to work with! We worked with her for the month of our wedding as our planner and we cannot fathom what life would've been like without her. She was super organized from the start to finish, even regrouping with us after to make sure we had all our ducks in a row.

Rana made me (an incredibly anxious person) feel at ease on the wedding day, which is saying something! Through our talks, texts and emails her attention to detail was obvious I knew she had things covered. On the day of her and her team were so great at making sure we were staying on track, they worked seamlessly with all our vendors and made sure we actually had time to get a meal in :P

Firstly, their wedding planning services were impeccable. Even with the part-time wedding planning package, Rana walked me through the whole wedding process; answered every question I texted with urgency; and provided helpful and budget-saving tips along the way. Rana also brought our wedding vision to life - from the colour scheme, the personal details, and our goal to have a mix of tradition and fun!
Secondly, the coordination Rana provided for the day was the best experience. From ensuring that our wedding party and vendors stuck to the timeline, to problem-solving any bumps along the way, my husband and I could not thank her enough! Our wedding day was the most stress-free day and without Rana and Theresa, it would not have been the best wedding ever - we cannot thank you enough :)

I can't recommend Attia Events enough, and their BEAUTIFUL space junto studio. We had an easy and fun time planning for our wedding thanks to them.

My partner and I were scoping out wedding venues two years ago and came across Junto Studio, a venue that Rana and Theresa of Attia Events also own. We knew right from the start that we wanted to work with them because of how warm (and cool!) they both are. We got started on the wedding planning process early, and Rana was always there to support us along the way. She gave us the perfect amount of suggestions for vendors, and it never felt like she pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do. My partner and I are quite unconventional, so we really appreciated how easy going they were with our requests! They were always on board for our kooky experiments - our trivia, video games, and art installation-like video projections were never questioned! Rana went the extra mile as well when she offered to drive us out to a dried flower wholesaler out in Mississauga, so we could pick out our own centrepiece arrangements. It was such a fun day because we got to hang out and get to know each other as well :) We consider Attia Events our wedding planners, but ended up with two new cool friends.

I was in the market for a new premium sheet set with duvet cover and had read good things about Au Lit online.
I ended up getting the 220 percale weave in charcoal on a sale and the order ended up totalling just shy of 600 CAD after all discounts.
When I first got these sheets out of the packaging, I was shocked.
They felt stiff and borderline scratchy, but I figured a wash would soften the sheets up.
Despite following all of the included directions, the sheets after washing felt the exact same as they did out of the packaging.

I then reached out to Au Lit customer support.
I was told that these sheets need to "break in" compared to other sheets.
Figuring I would trust the process, I slept on these sheets for weeks.
After 2 more washes it was clear to me that nothing was breaking in at all as the sheets still felt exactly as they did out of the packaging.
During the 2 weeks however, I probably slept worse than I have in years.

Over the years, I have had many different types and styles of cotton sheets with different weaves and thread counts.
I can easily say without hyperbole, that even some of the cheapest sheets I have ever purchased have been more soft/comfortable than the sheets I received.
I actually went around my home to feel different textiles to compare against.
The curtains in my bedroom are literally softer then these sheets.
Every single shirt I own is softer.
The only textile in my entire home that was comparable was my SHOWER CURTAIN.
If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does.

I eventually noticed a DEFECT after placing the sheets on my bed after the 3rd wash.
At this point I was livid, not only was the worst bedding I was ever owned, it was also defective and EXORBITANTLY expensive.
And that was even after discounts!
The only thing that saved this from a 1 star review is that my order was promptly refunded.
I ended up taking all the bedding an donating it to my local shelter.

To be fair I can only speak to the quality of the 220 count percale weave, but based on how abysmal the quality of this product is, I would stay FAR AWAY from ALL Au Lit products.

This shop carries exquisite linens, but I haven’t always enjoyed shopping in person here—the staff often came across as cool and disinterested. So when I visited the other day, for the first time since before COVID, I was pleasantly surprised. I had a wonderful experience. Patricia was warm and knowledgeable; she took just enough time to show me a few pieces she thought I might like, then gave me plenty of space to browse, while remaining available for any questions. I found the perfect summer coverlet and absolutely love it. I'm so glad I stopped in. Thank you, Patricia!

From the minute I approached the front doors at the Tycos location, I knew I was in for a very luxurious experience. It was absolutely fabulous. I just blown away by the size of this store. It's beauty, the displays, the staff, all fantastic. You definitely won't be disappointed. I love that you can browse at your leisure. There's even a place for bored husbands to sit. Came here on a weekday evening to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The place looked elegant and the staff were friendly, explaining each dish.

The crispy potatoes they served at the start were amazing. For appetizers, the Foie Gras Vol-au-Vent was smooth and tasty (not too strong), and the Tartare de Bœuf with crunchy brioche and shiso was our favorite.

For mains, the 5oz Striploin was tender and almost melt-in-your-mouth. The Gnocchis Parisienne was okay but nothing special. Desserts were lovely, the apple-shaped cake was super photogenic with apple compote inside, and they even surprised us with a small cake and a birthday card.

Overall, the vibe was classy but still comfortable, and prices were more reasonable compared to other French spots. Great place for celebrations or when you want something a bit fancy.

The experience was truly outstanding. We took advantage of the Summerlicious menu, which offered incredible value— the same three-course lunch would have easily cost at least $40 more on a regular day.

Every dish was delicious, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly to my specifications.

The service was exceptional throughout our visit. We had an early reservation at 11:45 AM, and the restaurant quickly filled up. By the time we left just before 1 PM, the place was completely packed, a testament to its popularity.

The atmosphere was very calm throughout our visit. Even as the restaurant began to fill up and get busy, it remained tranquil and inviting. While the noise level did rise somewhat—which is expected when a place becomes crowded—it never felt overwhelming or disruptive. This time, we were seated inside, enjoying the cozy ambiance, but we’re already looking forward to sitting outdoors on our next visit to soak in the fresh air and the vibrant surroundings.

If you want to feel like you're in France without leaving the city, head to Auberge for a meal.

We went to try their Summerlicious menu, because honestly, it’s the only way we could swing a three-course meal here (yeah, it’s a little pricey). Overall, we were happy with what we had, though we were left wanting just a bit more.

We started with the soup and chicken liver parfait one each for the two of us. Honestly, the parfait wasn’t for me. It just didn’t suit my palate (or my nose).

But the mains didn’t disappoint. Both the cod and the steak were solid, but the real stars of the meal were the cocktail and dessert.

The gin, hibiscus, and elderflower cocktail was incredibly refreshing. Like a breath of fresh air on a summer day. The desserts were excellent too. My favourite was the lemon tart: perfectly balanced and beautifully done, with a touch of raspberry inside.

Their outdoor patio is gorgeous, and the service is exactly what you’d expect from a fine dining spot.

Just had lunch with a friend at this lovely French restaurant and everything was absolutely wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. The service was warm and attentive, and every dish we tried was delicious. Even the bread served before the meal was so good that I couldn’t resist taking one home to share with my family. A truly delightful dining experience!

Candice did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She took the time to have a detailed conversation to truly understand what I was looking for and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. What stood out even more was how she explained every single step of the process in such a clear and detailed way — even though I’m not a hair specialist, she made sure I understood everything and felt confident throughout. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind — constantly checking in to make sure I was happy at each stage. Her talent truly shines through in her work, and her warm, generous personality made the whole experience even better. I’m beyond happy with the results and so glad I trusted her with my hair. I had such a great experience at August Salon with Akshi! I have wavy-curly hair and was a bit nervous about going for a short haircut, but she made the whole process feel exciting and comfortable. We talked a lot during the appointment, which made it super fun, but she was still so focused and attentive the entire time. Akshitha really listened to what I wanted and helped me explore something new that I ended up absolutely loving. The cut suits my texture perfectly, and I’m excited about how versatile it is—I can style it in so many different ways. If you’re thinking of trying something new or need someone who truly understands curls, I highly recommend her!

What a great salon! They carry my favourite davines products and I had made an appointment for the color glaze and blow out promo. I was excited to see what the glaze would do for my grey coverage and root regrowth. I had a great time with Candice and left with a beautiful blow out style. I loved the colour result and overall experience. Would definitely come here again and recommend this hair salon to others. Very chill and clean vibes.

I have gotten my haircut done by Romulo twice now and both times have been excellent. I tend to get bob haircuts and Romulo takes the time to explain how it will sit and what styling each option would require. Highly recommend.

Ave 22 Off The Rack has been a breeze to navigate. I found the website really easy to navigate and use. I was able to favourite the dresses I liked with an account on file and then when I made my appointment I sent in my 5 choices which were brought out and ready for me the day of.

Additionally I was sent a questionnaire which invited me to explain a bit about the wedding vibe and aesthetic and setting so that my stylist could select more for me to try on.

Mya, my stylist for the day, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and clearly loves what she does! She was able to explain what alterations could be made and how that would work in a very easy to understand way. She was extremely transparent about the prices up front and didn’t force me to try on anything that was over the budget I gave.

She made our day fun and relaxed. She wasn’t pushy about time slots and invited me to try on additional options. It was also well organized - the dresses in the store, and the process. This included trying on the dresses, showing them off in two different lightings, and then the alterations explained.

Finally all my top choices were saved to my profile and Mya has been updating me on the status of those dresses.

It really was my dream wedding shopping experience. Thank you Mya and Ave 22!

I absolutely loved my experience at Avenue 22. It was the second store I visited as a bride and from start to finish had the most amazing experience with Lulu. She was better than any style associate I could have made up in my mind. She greeted myself and my family with joy and made us all feel very at home. I had a phenomenal experience with Tyler as my bridal consultant! She was the ultimate hype woman and made me feel so confident and my family so comfortable. She was able to pick-up on what styles I was liking (even when i wasn't seeing the trends) and recommended my perfect dress! She was mindful of my budget and only showed me dresses within that budget, she even warned me when a dress was reaching the top end of my budget. Avenue 22 has so many style options and dresses that there is definitely something for everyone. 1000% recommend coming here for your wedding dress!

I had the best bridal shopping experience at Avenue 22 Bridal! I came in not expecting to buy a dress that day ended up leaving with two! Tyler was the most amazing bridal consultant and is a gem of a person. She made me feel so beautiful and truly felt like family by the end. I had gone to another bridal dress store before this one and the difference in my experiences were night and day. Tyler is so great at what she does, I didn’t know what I wanted after trying on only a few dresses at another store but she quickly figured out what I liked and didn’t like. I was able to browse through dresses and pick some that stood out. I ended up picking one of the dresses Tyler chose for me! She truly made the experience better than I ever envisioned.

I had an amazing experience at Avenue 22 with Alice as my consultant!! It felt like she very quickly understood what I was looking for and helped me to narrow it down to my dream dress. I had to take some time to think about it and she was never pushy, I wound up buying the dress at my second appointment.

Horrible roadside assistance and customer service. Twice now they rejected my tow because the customer service rep's interpretation of their rule is as such. They understand their policies as one thing and would twist the words and deny you tow at all costs. First time they offered to tow me to a body shop for a mechanical breakdown because that is the closest repair shop. Horrible service every time. No manager to report their services and no followup calls.

Worst possible company to use through TD auto club. They leave you stranded on highways because they say unsafe for tow truck drivers. Also would not change a flat tire in my driveway because inch of snow. Said it had to be towed to nearest station which they chose as 30 minutes away when there are several closer. Closer tow truck eventually came out and wondered why the heck it needed to be towed instead changing tire. Stay away from this company.

Terrible company. Their employees struggle to speak English so communication is difficult. They take a very long time to reply to emails and half the service employees don’t even know what they’re doing.

This is the actual worst travel insurance that I have ever used. Almost 6 months later I'm still waiting for reimbursement and they "decided" to only reimburse me half of the cost of the medical assistance. Save your coins and spare yourself from a lot of stress and get another insurance.

We were preparing for our wedding and Byounique was highly recommended by close family friends. Bernadine was a delight to work with; she was genuinely invested with our wedding, cared about our concerns and genuinely wanted us to have the best wedding. Bernadine was very professional and organized throughout the whole process; made us feel like we were the only clients she had. We were having a very large wedding (600 guests) and Byounique gave us the best design for our budget. All our guests complimented us on the décor for looking elegant. Well Saili not only nailed the design I was looking for, but the actual cake was delicious everyone at my event commented on how delicious the cake was and everyone took some home as well.

Had this amazing custom cake made! They were able to take a custom request for what I wanted for the flavour and worked with me to make sure my order was perfect. I ordered a rainbow/numberblocks cake for my son’s 4th birthday. It was exactly what I described and what he wanted matching the theme perfectly. Amazing baked goods! Same owners as bang bang ice cream on Ossington, so you know it’s top tier quality and taste. My family and I’s favourites are the craq puff, sticky bun, cinnamon bun, and brownie! You honestly can’t go wrong with any baked good here.

Carrot cake is my all-time favorite dessert and I finally got a chance to try it here. It's the best I've ever had! It's moist, not overly sweet, and has an amazing texture.

There isn't a mediocre thing they sell. I love that they carry Bang Bang ice cream. The cream puff was perfect, and the banana pudding was some of the best I've had.

I wish I had the appropriate words to describe how every bite there feels. Everything is just that good. And the spot is very welcoming.

I first went to try their delicious and viral banana pudding last year, but I had to come back to try more. The gluten free brownie, the jalapeño scones and their classic cinnamon rolls didn’t disappoint at all. Everything was amazing. Coffee was pretty outstanding too.

Visited EVERY OTHER DAY during my stay in Roncy! In terms of variety and sophistication, best bake shop in the neighbourhood and possibly the best I’ve had in Toronto.

My favourites are their cream puff series and the seasonal fruity chiffon cakes 🍰 both options would be best suited for those who aren’t into overly sweet treats. The mango and coconut chiffon cake is still my favourite of all the items I’ve tried. It’s light, refreshing, and flavourful - the best kind of cake for summer and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy.

All their cream puff flavours are delicious, tried their vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, lemon and caramel. I must say that the caramel definitely left an impression as it tasted more burnt and Smokey, which is quite different from what I was expecting, in a good way so the sweetness wasn’t over powering at all.

We used Beyond Balloon Event Decor for my son and daughter in laws Engagement Party in May 2025. They did an excellent job. We loved them so much that we used them again for my daughter in laws bridal shower and they did another outstanding job. The decor is gorgeous, the quality outstanding and the service personal, responsive, flexible and excellent. We will definitely continue using them for all our future decor needs.

My mother ordered from Riza a couple of months ago for my graduation. The bouquets were extremely aesthetically pleasing and looked lovely in the photos. The flowers were arranged very nicely ordered alongside with graduation bears. The bears were such a cute addition with custom names on them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pretty balloon art decoration, it is definitely worth the price!!

We had Riza, the owner of Balloon Art Deco, created a gorgeous design of balloons with a flower arrangement, delivered it personally at the Restaurant, to make sure we had it on time. I had great pleasure working with Balloon Maloon! By far they have done 2 events for me.. For my baby shower I randomly connected with them and the decor turned out so well I just knew I had to work with them for my babys 1st bday as well..They made effort to piece together our idea and it did turn out beautifully !! I would definately recommend them..

held my 30th birthday party on August 16th and hired Balloon Malloon to decorate. To this day, the experience still bothers me, which is why I’m leaving this review now.
From the start, I knew exactly what I wanted and even created a mock-up, which I sent to them. Initially, they were enthusiastic and reassured me that they could execute my vision. I specifically requested an LED sign, but they didn’t inform me until very close to the event date that they wouldn’t be able to source it—leaving me with no time to arrange it myself.
The venue gave me a start time of 1:00pm. I even asked a friend to be there at 1:00pm to oversee the setup and make sure everything ran smoothly. However, on the day of the event, I was shocked to receive a message that Balloon Malloon had arrived and started setting up at 9:30am. This led the venue host to attempt to charge me an additional $150 for early setup. When I contacted Balloon Malloon, I was told they had another event and were “trying to accommodate me.”
I asked for photos of the setup throughout the day, but they insisted on keeping it a “surprise” because they were confident I would love it. When my caterers arrived at 1:40pm, we video-called and I finally saw the setup. I wanted to cry—it looked nothing like the mock-up I had sent. I paid $1,400 for something that looked cheap and poorly done. I was embarrassed in front of my guests.
When I confronted them, they made excuses, claiming the venue wouldn’t allow balloons, sparklers, or confetti. I later proved this was false by sending them videos from the venue’s own page showing those exact things. They eventually returned to add balloons to the pool and to fix a broken backdrop that had collapsed from the wind.
To make matters worse, during this time they helped themselves to one of the water cases someone had ordered for my event—without asking first—and I was told they were also smoking at the venue. Both are extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.
Overall, I deeply regret booking with Balloon Malloon. They completely failed to deliver what was promised, were dishonest about what was possible, and their behaviour on the day of my event was unacceptable. They ruined the vision I had for my 30th birthday. I’ve attached photos of my original mock-up compared to what was actually delivered so you can judge for yourself.

I used balloon Malloon for my sons first birthday and they went above and beyond for making his day so special. They brought our vision to life and were easy to communicate with, quick with setting up and very professional. They did such an amazing job and excited to book future events with them again!

Great professional experience with Joy and her team when we rented the purple flower wall for our cosmetics event. Excellent communication from start to finish and reasonable/competitive prices. The flower wall was exactly as pictured and made for a really nice atmosphere and IG photos!
